- 5:03[SPEAKER_04]: America's favorite new time talk show on the air as we are every Monday through Friday at this time.
- 5:08[SPEAKER_04]: today is Monday, of course, the first day of June, June, is busting out all over, no doubt about it.
- 5:15[SPEAKER_04]: If I were to sing a couple of course as a nodal.
- 5:19[SPEAKER_04]: That was from, I think that was from Oklahoma, wasn't it, Rogers and Hammerstein?
- 5:24[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 5:25[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not that sophisticated a person, really.
- 5:28[SPEAKER_04]: So if I'm wrong, you can tell me.
- 5:32[SPEAKER_07]: And I think I still have the cognitive abilities.
- 5:38[SPEAKER_04]: Well, what's wrong with this gram, first name is Graham.
- 5:41[SPEAKER_04]: My last name is Graham.
- 5:42[SPEAKER_04]: What a coincidence.
- 5:43[SPEAKER_04]: Graham Platten are up in Maine.
- 5:46[SPEAKER_04]: All right, he was sexting.
- 5:47[SPEAKER_04]: He was sending Randy Tech's messages, not like Randy Richardson, but just off caught to women.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_04]: And he was married to someone.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_04]: Now, Democrats wouldn't like that if Democrats have entire state agencies set up to persecute someone
- 6:08[SPEAKER_04]: doing that even if they aren't.
- 6:10[SPEAKER_04]: But this guy's a Democrat running for Senate in Maine.
- 6:15[SPEAKER_04]: The idea is to get control of the Senate so they can block traditional nominees from the president.
- 6:22[SPEAKER_04]: So what is Chris Murphy or you know, any of these other people care about whether or not this guy is sexting.
- 6:32[SPEAKER_04]: Graham Platner seems to me to be a man's man.
- 6:36[SPEAKER_04]: You know, he got a Nazi tattoo and he got all of that stuff.
- 6:39[SPEAKER_04]: It's... Yeah.
- 6:43[SPEAKER_04]: So, and he's nine points ahead of Susan Collins, the incumbent senator, I think she's going to lose.
- 6:50[SPEAKER_04]: Yep.
- 6:52[SPEAKER_04]: This guy would normally be considered not very gentle for the, for the woke crowd.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_04]: It wouldn't be really someone there.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_04]: You know, a school superintendent would want to associate with, but he's a Democrat, and that's all they care about.
- 7:05[SPEAKER_04]: That's all they care about.
- 7:08[SPEAKER_07]: So a grand planner looks like he's in good shape.
- 7:13[SPEAKER_04]: Big primaries tomorrow in my home state of California, a golden state for governor.
- 7:19[SPEAKER_04]: They're just going to be like another Democrat, probably Bissara, maybe Tom Hayden or my god, nose and idiot for you.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_04]: So that's that.
- 7:29[SPEAKER_04]: They got that crazy jungle primary with the top two people
- 7:36[SPEAKER_07]: If one of them is a Republican, he'll lose in November, so doesn't matter.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_04]: Many of that mayors race in LA is interesting that Fox News is on their keep hope and that guy's going to win.
- 7:50[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 7:51[SPEAKER_04]: He's not.
- 7:54[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know either put the crazy socialist, you know that socialist was on city council.
- 8:00[SPEAKER_04]: She lives in a $3 million house in LA.
- 8:07[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, it's good to see in this country you can be a socialist and still be Richard and Rich.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_04]: 755-1240 the phone number.
- 8:14[SPEAKER_04]: Well, what's this thing about Shannon opening another bad apple?
- 8:18[SPEAKER_07]: Oh my god, I can't stand it.
- 8:21[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, she's got such energy and vibrancy and, uh, whatever.
- 8:26[SPEAKER_04]: Gonna be up in the mall called the bad apple pit stop.
- 8:29[SPEAKER_04]: When she gets no one open at the airport, I haven't even been to that one yet.
- 8:33[SPEAKER_04]: I try to keep
- 8:37[SPEAKER_04]: Although I'm going to go there Thursday because shooting in his way for taking me out to dinner for helping him out.
- 8:41[SPEAKER_04]: They got their license, shooties is good for another two years, glad I could help, glad I could help.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_04]: Yep.
- 8:54[SPEAKER_04]: Then I went out to school, oh, I was talking to somebody over the weekend who's a veteran of the trash business, 45 years in a business, this guy knows his trash, and he was
- 9:06[SPEAKER_04]: Jefferson County is the only county in the country that has source separation recycling.
- 9:12[SPEAKER_04]: We have to put it on a little different buckets and they pick it up and yeah, and for some reason they won't change it, I don't know if they're lazy or what it is, I mean, it just doesn't make any sense to do with that way, but we keep doing it that way.
- 9:26[SPEAKER_06]: Well, what do you know, the county says,
- 9:31[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know, for organization that spends $350 million a year, you think they could figure out a way that you wouldn't have to put little cans in here and little bottles in here and that's so stupid.
- 9:44[SPEAKER_04]: Anyway, got my water bill today, it's back to normal, after a thumping
- 10:01[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, Pride Month starts today, and I have a demonstration at City Hall and call it a rally.
- 10:10[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, right before the council meeting there, they wanted to get council to reverse itself and allow Pride flags to be raised.
- 10:18[SPEAKER_04]: What is the big deal?
- 10:20[SPEAKER_04]: I'm all for holding a rally down there.
- 10:22[SPEAKER_04]: I've always been able to hold up as many flags as you want.
- 10:26[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 10:28[SPEAKER_04]: You know, it's like the rioting and Newark there.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_04]: They have a right to riot there, but they don't have a right to raise an antifa flag over that detention center.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_04]: So, I don't see why, you know, this, I'll tell you something.
- 10:43[SPEAKER_04]: If you want a pride flag or any flag, any flag is really flag.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_04]: I was flag.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_04]: You can put them up at your house or your business, nobody's going to stop you.
- 10:56[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, a lot of communities, the businesses' flight, pride flags, you know, not here, but, you know, maybe some of the media outlets grew it or something like that, I don't see why they've got to have a demonstration.
- 11:15[SPEAKER_04]: It was a four to one, the Council voted not to allow them, it was the doctor said he wanted them.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_04]: He's your next mayor, you know, is well, you want to have a woke mayor?
- 11:30[SPEAKER_04]: Well, you're going to get one in about a year.
- 11:34[SPEAKER_04]: Let's see, oh, that building downtown and JB Wise place was going to be fun, escape, express, or something like that year as a go.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_04]: Sort of a Chuck E. Cheese knockoff.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_04]: And then they found out nobody wanted to go to a place that was people who were afraid to send their kids to.
- 11:51[SPEAKER_04]: And they didn't work.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_04]: So the owners would get a bunch of public money loan to them, left town, and went to Hawaii, a loa-ha.
- 12:05[SPEAKER_04]: And now the building, which the city had condemned, but never monitored, now of a sudden, out of the blue, they say, oh, my God, it's a horrible threat to public safety.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_04]: There's a piece of the roof collapse.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_04]: And well, that's not a good thing.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_04]: But they never said that when that tree was grown through the roof of that house on earth,
- 12:26[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, lots of buildings that have holes in the roof and everything.
- 12:31[SPEAKER_04]: So now we've got a spend, I don't know, upwards of a half million dollars to tear it down.
- 12:37[SPEAKER_04]: And we don't even know who really owns it.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_04]: Some LLC, why are we learning money to LLCs?
- 12:47[SPEAKER_04]: The sole purpose of those things is to evade, you know, paying for anything.
- 12:54[SPEAKER_04]: So at least one member of City Council tonight is going to express concern, and say, hey, what do we got to run and do this all of a sudden for it?
- 13:04[SPEAKER_04]: Look, a staff, so, yeah, well, maybe if some of this staff lived in the city, they'd see these things, yeah, there's no reason.
- 13:17[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, the leanholder should have, yeah, somebody should have had an eye on this thing.
- 13:24[SPEAKER_04]: but we're going to spend a half million down or we're going to bond for it so done cost anything that's what they're going to say got a bond.
- 13:31[SPEAKER_04]: Well, there's a bond ordinance before counsel tonight.
- 13:36[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know if they'll get unanimous consent to consider it tonight.
- 13:40[SPEAKER_04]: I would vote no I'm that.
- 13:41[SPEAKER_04]: And then if you can get two votes and out.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_04]: It wouldn't be so quick to call for demolishing
- 13:55[SPEAKER_04]: I don't really know.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know what you're, if the property has any sale value.
- 14:05[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, somebody texted me and this is not me making it up.
- 14:10[SPEAKER_04]: I just put on what I hear heard that one of the recent city layoffs might be running for mayor.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_04]: I don't even know who was laid off.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 14:25[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, it looks like they're tearing down the house on Crawfine Street.
- 14:29[SPEAKER_04]: The house of, I hope they checked it for bodies first, my God.
- 14:34[SPEAKER_04]: You know?
- 14:38[SPEAKER_04]: Well, that's great that it's coming down.
- 14:47[SPEAKER_04]: Now who owns that?
- 14:52[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 14:57[SPEAKER_04]: It did tear down that house on mechanic street that burned.
- 15:04[SPEAKER_04]: So that's good.
- 15:05[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know who tore it down, really.
- 15:10[SPEAKER_04]: There's no end of the building.
- 15:11[SPEAKER_04]: Of course, out in the country, out in the towns, you know, you can have dilapidated buildings and nobody cares, because it's country living.
- 15:18[SPEAKER_04]: But here in town, we don't want to look at it.
- 15:21[SPEAKER_04]: And you say to yourself, if you're somebody who maintains your property,
- 15:27[SPEAKER_04]: once you're not just it it what age it what age should you stop maintaining your property and let the government deal with the consequences later you know i don't know but i'm telling you if they're gonna spend four hundred fifty five hundred thousand it was one estimate of eight hundred thousand dollars i think you don't spend that without a little more consideration than has been given
- 15:56[SPEAKER_04]: And the council system, well, we have decided you've got to do it well.
- 16:01[SPEAKER_04]: All right, you've got those powers.
- 16:05[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 16:09[SPEAKER_22]: That's a problem.
- 16:10[SPEAKER_04]: Nobody with a direct link to voters decides on anything under these systems.
- 16:20[SPEAKER_04]: Anyway, 755, 1240, the phone number, if you'd like to give us a call to be on the show
- 16:26[SPEAKER_04]: Those are our topics.
- 16:28[SPEAKER_04]: Numerous says they may be.
- 16:33[SPEAKER_04]: There are some other things too.
- 16:36[SPEAKER_04]: What they're doing a nice job on that stewards up the street, aren't they?
- 16:40[SPEAKER_04]: Man, those people don't mess around.
- 16:42[SPEAKER_04]: They get them built.
- 16:44[SPEAKER_04]: And they're nice places too.
- 16:48[SPEAKER_04]: That one on Washington street is so improved that neighborhood.
- 16:53[SPEAKER_04]: and yet somebody was all worried about fumes or something from the gas pumps i don't know what they were worried about and then you know the one-on-croffing and that's one-on-out-a-erson well i don't know if they're gonna get that built the town's given them our time he was going to be the new supervisor in the town of water town but after dinner on the air
- 17:20[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I'd like to weigh in on the trash distribution system, this little argument's going back before serving city and colors and what have you.
- 17:29[SPEAKER_05]: I would just like my example, okay.
- 17:32[SPEAKER_05]: I've lived here in World Health at 35 years, I think we're 1991, oh, she's divvied.
- 17:37[SPEAKER_05]: And I have one large container, and now has the big blue stick in it.
- 17:42[SPEAKER_05]: The city quote on the says refugees on it, because I don't have a WM or pick and go whatever.
- 17:49[SPEAKER_05]: I put a big plastic bag inside of there with my all my trash and garbage, and then I have four little containers, plastic containers, and I bought a number of years ago.
- 17:59[SPEAKER_05]: I put one for plastic, one for glass, one for tin, and one for paper, and then the side box, I fold cardboard and put in there.
- 18:19[SPEAKER_05]: marvelous job, and I think just use my example of one big container with a big trash bag in it, and then that'll five little ones over the plastic plastic glass, again, and paper, should be what the city adopts, because it's working fine.
- 18:34[SPEAKER_05]: Now, where the trucks go and dump that, there's some dump someplace I don't know where.
- 18:39[SPEAKER_04]: And all goes into the same pile.
- 18:43[SPEAKER_05]: way you got city county when you got state policies.
- 18:46[SPEAKER_05]: So I don't know what it's at you if I tell you.
- 18:48[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 18:48[SPEAKER_04]: You know we were promised all this stuff that we had to create bank which is a repository for six figure incomes and you know we got the county and the transfer and that's it.
- 18:59[SPEAKER_04]: I don't think that need to be funded anymore.
- 19:02[SPEAKER_05]: If it's set up and it's running fine as being operational where they can just take this stuff and that's fine.
- 19:07[SPEAKER_05]: That's where it should be.
- 19:09[SPEAKER_05]: I think we should
- 19:14[SPEAKER_04]: Now, a lot of places, but why do we sit there and soar separate everything if you're using city pickup, but if you're using one of the private firms, it's co-mingled recycling.
- 19:24[SPEAKER_04]: They just take it to Lewis County and they just take it off their hands there and the homeowner doesn't have to have six different bins out there blowing all over the street on a winter day.
- 19:36[SPEAKER_05]: I think it does, if you manage it properly, my never goals all over.
- 19:40[SPEAKER_04]: Well, you're a marine, not everybody's a marine.
- 19:42[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, well, Smitty, they are trying to fix that system and they didn't because they didn't like Smitty, they wouldn't allow it.
- 19:48[SPEAKER_05]: So I think we have to think about the environment to when it comes to stages, the load of one truck to take that dump, that's got to have something to do with the environment, the weather, and we're having, I don't think there's any moment to have as a full little container
- 20:06[SPEAKER_05]: and then the big one was with the was the big well i don't back in it with your with your trash i i just well listen we do our recycling all goes in one five years yeah i got two dumpsters one for trash one for recycling that that's fine too that that's good too but everybody can't have a dimsy dumpster or front yard so i mean that's other well no but i don't have four little dumpsters and good for you for doing that but that's just
- 20:37[SPEAKER_05]: I give the congratulations to the people who pick it up in the form of trucks that come by and do that while they're lovely people They're lovely people.
- 20:47[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, okay If they maintain the trucks that's the whole thing you'll keep the trucks up today.
- 20:52[SPEAKER_05]: I have it.
- 20:53[SPEAKER_05]: I think it's very effective Very systematic and it seems to be working fine I think a lot of other people that I know my neighborhood I look down the street see that
- 21:03[SPEAKER_05]: I think that's very significant, I think we should stick with it, because it's a city concern and it's a property owner and it suits it.
- 21:14[SPEAKER_04]: Well, I'm in favor of that, but I mean, water seeks its own level and people are going to seek out whatever the easy as process is and this specific thing.
- 21:27[SPEAKER_04]: but why why is Jefferson County I answer me if this is so brilliant if it's so brilliant Danny alright it's fine for Danny Francis it works for Danny Francis but why is Jefferson County the only county anywhere that does this but I think it's effective just my opinion
- 21:48[SPEAKER_04]: No, all those hundreds of other counties are stupid.
- 21:51[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, I got it.
- 21:53[SPEAKER_04]: All right, I got to run day and thanks.
- 21:55[SPEAKER_04]: All right, fine now.
- 21:56[SPEAKER_04]: Good afternoon here on the air.
- 21:58[SPEAKER_06]: Hey, man.
- 21:58[SPEAKER_06]: How are you today?
- 21:59[SPEAKER_04]: Good.
- 22:01[SPEAKER_06]: You know, after all these years, we finally found something to do anything to be really on top of garbage.
- 22:06[SPEAKER_04]: Mm-hmm.
- 22:06[SPEAKER_06]: Well, I don't want to be our garbage, sir.
- 22:08[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, well, we're not picking on him.
- 22:10[SPEAKER_04]: What do you have to say?
- 22:13[SPEAKER_06]: you seem to think that the doctor's probably going to run for a mayor is that what you're guessing based on his mannerisms and yeah it's my guess as a veteran political analyst and the Fred Dicker of the North Country well well being Fred Dicker of the North Country you think there's any way whatsoever that he could get he or anyone that was on that
- 22:42[SPEAKER_06]: uh... unconstitutional councilman do you think anyone is on there would be able to get elected in anything i mean the good given kudos he's done good in his life either smart man he's a doctor but as far as managing the city that can you tell me one thing he doesn't manage he doesn't manage the city the council does not manage the city well as far as it is part and being on the council can you give me anything that he's done with the positive that doesn't sound like a communist
- 23:13[SPEAKER_06]: Well, he voted a person.
- 23:14[SPEAKER_06]: I don't think people like him from the thoughts of, you know, anyone you speak to, he isn't on the top of the list.
- 23:21[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 23:23[SPEAKER_06]: Of course not.
- 23:24[SPEAKER_06]: He's done, he's just, he hasn't done well by it.
- 23:27[SPEAKER_06]: It's like it's those who use old school, not on top of the modern world.
- 23:32[SPEAKER_06]: And he's really just done things, though it's like, from a socialist view.
- 23:35[SPEAKER_06]: That's the way, that's the way I see it, and that's the way he seems to be involved.
- 23:40[SPEAKER_04]: Well, I don't know.
- 23:41[SPEAKER_04]: You know, I voted for him when you ran for council.
- 23:44[SPEAKER_06]: Would you vote for him for mayor?
- 23:46[SPEAKER_06]: Do you think you would do a better job than our current mayor?
- 23:50[SPEAKER_04]: Well, hey, our current mayor I don't think is running from our statements and I don't see anybody else running.
- 23:58[SPEAKER_04]: You know, Millie gets up to the line and scampers away and then I don't know of anybody else.
- 24:07[SPEAKER_06]: I can't think of anyone that would be a worst candidate.
- 24:10[SPEAKER_06]: I really just... Really?
- 24:11[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, I can't book... No, he's dead.
- 24:14[SPEAKER_06]: What has he done?
- 24:15[SPEAKER_06]: It's been positive.
- 24:16[SPEAKER_06]: How has he helped the city since he's been involved?
- 24:18[SPEAKER_06]: Everything is a negative tone.
- 24:21[SPEAKER_06]: Everything.
- 24:24[SPEAKER_06]: Well... What has he done?
- 24:26[SPEAKER_06]: When has there been like a positive view on the current counselor of the one before?
- 24:30[SPEAKER_06]: It's been nothing but...
- 24:31[SPEAKER_06]: That's negativity over and over.
- 24:33[SPEAKER_06]: We need still need to be cleaning what we have in there.
- 24:36[SPEAKER_06]: We've got a few new ones in, but he's kind of from the last regime that didn't nothing except for, you know, I would.
- 24:41[SPEAKER_04]: The only other one I would see running who's on the board is maybe Osborne.
- 24:46[SPEAKER_04]: I know he's getting a little, you know, I think he's getting an eye opening here and seeing what's going on.
- 24:54[SPEAKER_04]: uh... doesn't necessarily like it so but yeah i mean the establishment and the third floor they definitely are going to they want the mayor they want to down some of them there down some in the temple and i think they'll probably get elected i would find it very hard to believe i guess we'll have this talk later on but i just i just don't see it when you when you you judge by someone by their past actions what would you see that's been positive i mean
- 25:20[SPEAKER_06]: You just said you're the political analyst of the North.
- 25:23[SPEAKER_06]: What has he done that is the positive?
- 25:25[SPEAKER_06]: Let's just care one thing.
- 25:26[SPEAKER_06]: Not three things.
- 25:27[SPEAKER_06]: Not five things.
- 25:28[SPEAKER_06]: One.
- 25:29[SPEAKER_06]: What do you agree with him?
- 25:31[SPEAKER_06]: I can't find anyone that said anything.
- 25:34[SPEAKER_03]: Hmm.
- 25:35[SPEAKER_06]: Well, I guess you can chew on that one for a while, but you know, before you put your support on someone and put the rumors out, I just don't know.
- 25:40[SPEAKER_04]: Well, first of all, I'm not supporting anyone.
- 25:43[SPEAKER_06]: Well, you said you voted for him.
- 25:45[SPEAKER_06]: That would lead you to believe it.
- 25:48[SPEAKER_06]: No, no, not necessarily.
- 25:49[SPEAKER_06]: Running with a better.
- 25:50[SPEAKER_04]: I just feel I must disclose these things.
- 25:54[SPEAKER_04]: I've ordered for Lenny Spazianny, too, the late Mr. Spazianny.
- 25:58[SPEAKER_06]: I think it was a super nice guy.
- 25:59[SPEAKER_04]: Great guy.
- 26:00[SPEAKER_06]: Well, I was just going analyze this a little deeper, come up with something that he's done that's positive, and then we'll go from there.
- 26:05[SPEAKER_06]: You have a drink.
- 26:06[SPEAKER_06]: I thank you.
- 26:06[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know what you know.
- 26:08[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 26:08[SPEAKER_04]: Mm-hmm.
- 26:11[SPEAKER_03]: Mm-hmm.
- 26:14[SPEAKER_04]: What else is going on?
- 26:15[SPEAKER_04]: Anything?
- 26:22[SPEAKER_04]: I put out some topics there if you don't want to bite, I know is what do you want to talk about?
- 26:27[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 26:32[SPEAKER_04]: Is it?
- 26:35[SPEAKER_04]: Is it warm?
- 26:37[SPEAKER_04]: When is it going to get warm?
- 26:38[SPEAKER_04]: So we can get the straighter picked and open again.
- 26:42[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 26:44[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, let's see.
- 26:52[SPEAKER_04]: Here's somebody who texted and it's supposed to be a legislator.
- 26:55[SPEAKER_04]: Jefferson County residents are not lazy.
- 26:57[SPEAKER_04]: So much we don't need a multi-million dollar machine to sort out coal mingles.
- 27:00[SPEAKER_04]: We cycle.
- 27:02[SPEAKER_04]: Fine, you say that.
- 27:03[SPEAKER_04]: But why does everybody else do coal mingles?
- 27:08[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not sure to argue about, you know, maybe it's a town thing or whatever it is.
- 27:12[SPEAKER_04]: But everybody has to go out to the little town and they have to have little tiny dumpsters.
- 27:17[SPEAKER_04]: They put the cans and one in the bottles.
- 27:20[SPEAKER_04]: Nobody else does that in the world.
- 27:23[SPEAKER_04]: That's what I'm told.
- 27:25[SPEAKER_04]: I'm wrong.
- 27:26[SPEAKER_04]: Let me know.
- 27:26[SPEAKER_04]: Louis County doesn't do it in St. Lawrence, doesn't.
- 27:31[SPEAKER_04]: Name me a county in America that still does it that way.
- 27:36[SPEAKER_04]: I don't think you'll find one, so just because, well, we do it here.
- 27:42[SPEAKER_04]: Somebody texted in.
- 27:44[SPEAKER_04]: We had a woman mayor, the next step is a gay mayor, then trans.
- 27:49[SPEAKER_04]: I'd go right to trans, you know.
- 27:53[SPEAKER_04]: So what about, I see that A.B.
- 27:56[SPEAKER_04]: Hernandez won some more gold medals in high school events.
- 28:02[SPEAKER_04]: And you know, I go back and forth on that.
- 28:07[SPEAKER_04]: Some ways, a pole vaulter with a penis is that wrong, I don't know, I just don't know.
- 28:17[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, if somebody identifies as a woman, I mean, if they're really a phony, but I think that swimmer guy that was, I think he was a phony.
- 28:25[SPEAKER_04]: I think he was just, he was rank 400 among men in college and he wanted to move up.
- 28:30[SPEAKER_04]: So I think that was phony.
- 28:32[SPEAKER_04]: But I don't think this hernanda's girl is, you know, I think she thinks what she is, thanks, I don't know, what's it, what's the difference?
- 28:42[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 28:44[SPEAKER_04]: Now, I don't know.
- 28:46[SPEAKER_04]: You get the whole locker room thing, but by the time a young lady's a teenager, she's already seen that, somebody's junk, probably, so it's not the end of the world.
- 28:58[SPEAKER_04]: Not the end of the world.
- 29:02[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, 755, 1240, the phone number, if you'd like to give us a call to be on the show of shows today, and you know they were telling what they're
- 29:15[SPEAKER_04]: and you knew it, New Jersey really calls me.
- 29:18[SPEAKER_04]: These people are out rioting.
- 29:20[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, who's there?
- 29:22[SPEAKER_04]: You say, oh, they're not paid.
- 29:24[SPEAKER_04]: Who would stand there and fight with these riot gear people and push in barricades and get thrown on there?
- 29:31[SPEAKER_04]: Who would do that?
- 29:32[SPEAKER_04]: Unless they're getting paid good money.
- 29:36[SPEAKER_04]: And they're concerned about these people.
- 29:37[SPEAKER_04]: Who are these people in there?
- 29:41[SPEAKER_04]: and they're getting fed they get like French toast in the morning they got like fajitas and they got all sorts of great stuff so and frankly you know maybe mr. home and should invite you know the governor inside look around right to TV cameras in let's look around yeah but unless they're grossly mistreating them
- 30:14[SPEAKER_04]: Mayor, that last caller reminds me of Eddie Haskell, he is, for those who remember leave it to be very, yeah, it does remind me of, hey listen, let's do a break and we'll be back with more in a moment right here on AM1240.
- 30:37[SPEAKER_02]: There are two candidates for the Republican nomination for the Congressional seat being vacated by Congresswoman Elise Stufonic.
- 30:44[SPEAKER_02]: Let's compare them.
- 30:45[SPEAKER_02]: Anthony Constantino is a businessman, not a politician.
- 30:49[SPEAKER_02]: Starting with nothing, he built a successful multi-million dollar online printing company based right here in Upsstate, New York, employing more than 1,000 people.
- 30:59[SPEAKER_02]: The other candidate, Robert Smullen, was arrested in 2018 for the first degree felony of filing false veterans tax exemption paperwork, for which he was not qualified.
- 31:09[SPEAKER_02]: Smullen then used his political contacts to negotiate the felony charge down to the violation of disorderly conduct.
- 31:16[SPEAKER_02]: Anthony Constantino is endorsed for Congress by President Donald Trump.
- 31:21[SPEAKER_02]: Robert Smullen is endorsed by the ultra-liberal New York State Teachers Union.
- 31:25[SPEAKER_02]: The choice is clear.
- 31:27[SPEAKER_02]: Anthony Constantino for Congress.
- 31:29[SPEAKER_02]: He's nobody's man but yours.
- 31:31[SPEAKER_02]: I'm Anthony Garcin-Tino and I approve this message paid for by Anthony Constantino for Congress.
- 31:37[SPEAKER_08]: At Witcher Godl-Sale, we've been Northern New York's use car leaders since 1980, and we're proud to be a veteran-owned dealership that truly appreciates our Fortrum community, to the men and women who serve this nation, and the families who stand beside them, thank you.

- 32:10[SPEAKER_25]: In every community, there are businesses that feel familiar.
- 32:14[SPEAKER_25]: The ones you recognize, the ones you trust, the ones they're to support you, connection doesn't happen by accident.
- 32:21[SPEAKER_25]: It happens when you stay present, when your message arrives with intention, when it reminds people you're right here.
- 32:29[SPEAKER_25]: Mail keeps local businesses visible.
- 32:31[SPEAKER_25]: It strengthens relationships.
- 32:33[SPEAKER_25]: It builds opportunity one household at a time.

- 33:58[SPEAKER_04]: It's between where I live and molten street back in East Street, in that area.
- 34:05[SPEAKER_04]: saw some smoke while it's just a just your homeless late in the campfire cooking up some marshmallows and all that nothing to be alarmed about getting a little warmer there getting outside of the tents and i don't know where they go in a dark of winter but some where they a lot of them live out in those woods you know you got to cook your food to start a campfire yep nothing wrong with that
- 34:35[SPEAKER_04]: uh... uh... are you attending the gay pride meeting outside city hall tonight?
- 34:43[SPEAKER_04]: no but not because i have any against the people i did go to one of the rallies few years ago i think it was the first year after i got out of the hospital i went down there and you know

- 35:05[SPEAKER_11]: Food and uh, 20 if I think it is in front of City Hall.
- 35:09[SPEAKER_04]: That's the actual festival type celebration.
- 35:13[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know what they're doing tonight.
- 35:16[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
- 35:17[SPEAKER_04]: So I'm not, uh, not growing down there, but I'm not going to the council meeting either.
- 35:24[UNKNOWN]: No.
- 35:30[SPEAKER_04]: Um, I ran into one councilman over the weekend and traded with him and probably going to see Mr. Schoen later today and, uh, I'll tell him my views and, um, that'll suffice.
- 35:42[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, I don't really have anything great to contribute to all of this.
- 35:51[SPEAKER_04]: I'm a, I'm a naysayer of that.
- 35:53[SPEAKER_04]: So they say, you know, I hate her in a naysay.
- 35:58[SPEAKER_04]: But you listen every day.
- 35:59[SPEAKER_04]: You must like haters and nature's 755 1240 the phone number if I'd like to give us a call to be on the show of shows today, and Yeah, what do we all I got my picture up on news junkie wearing my Cleveland Indians sweatshirt?

- 36:31[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, I don't know How many you know it to see those pictures of those guys got rescued from the cave and louse?
- 36:39[SPEAKER_04]: Where's louse?

- 36:56[SPEAKER_04]: Well, over the big NBA playoffs, San Antonio Spurs and the New York Knicks, now we've got to listen to all the stupid stuff, but you know, a whole cool taken swipes at Trump and you know the governor down in Texas, you know, taken swipes at New York and I just just stupid, you know, stop it.
- 37:23[SPEAKER_04]: it's just nonsense, play the game, who's gonna win it?
- 37:28[SPEAKER_04]: I know nothing about the NBA, nothing.
- 37:32[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 37:34[SPEAKER_04]: So I have no idea who's gonna win.
- 37:37[SPEAKER_04]: I like the other day, you know, the governor was somebody asked him, what would you think president Trump will?
- 37:43[SPEAKER_04]: If you see president Trump at the game,

- 38:28[SPEAKER_04]: We want moss in it.
- 38:29[SPEAKER_04]: We want it moss and all algae filled and everything else.
- 38:34[SPEAKER_04]: It's just wrong with these people.
- 38:41[SPEAKER_04]: a simian is smarter than they are.
- 38:43[SPEAKER_04]: I saw plenty of the apes and they they seem to be conducting themselves with more intelligence than our Congress and the Washington establishment does.
- 38:53[SPEAKER_04]: 755, 1240 is the phone number if I'd like to give us a hoot and a holler to be on the show of shows today and we'll take time out for messages and be back with more in a moment.

- 42:26[SPEAKER_04]: I, maybe I'm in some ways afraid to declare the North country, but I like to think of myself as a little bit of Andy Rooney, as well.
- 42:32[SPEAKER_20]: Well, I always say any of it.
- 42:34[SPEAKER_04]: You know, here's an AP story.
- 42:35[SPEAKER_04]: That's associated press.
- 42:37[SPEAKER_04]: It reads the rise of remote work since the pandemic has made businesses more reluctant to hire young and experienced workers, and is the key driver of higher unemployment rates for recent college grads, a study released Monday.
- 42:51[SPEAKER_04]: From the federal reserve, it's not some, you know,
- 42:56[SPEAKER_04]: It's a real, real entity.
- 43:02[SPEAKER_04]: You know that whole thing about working at home during the COVID hopes.
- 43:08[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 43:09[SPEAKER_04]: Well, let me tell you, because I came into the building twice a day to do the shows.
- 43:14[SPEAKER_04]: And like, usually the only one here, I think.
- 43:16[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know, maybe there was somebody here.
- 43:19[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe somebody like a house was here.
- 43:23[SPEAKER_04]: Everybody else, oh, I'm working at home.
- 43:26[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, yes, working at home.
- 43:28[SPEAKER_04]: You're not working at home.
- 43:29[SPEAKER_04]: You're just at home.
- 43:31[SPEAKER_04]: Working at home is that's phony.
- 43:33[SPEAKER_04]: Phony is a three dollar bill.
- 43:35[SPEAKER_04]: Be sure at home.
- 43:37[SPEAKER_04]: You might be watching TV.
- 43:38[SPEAKER_04]: You might be drinking.
- 43:39[SPEAKER_04]: You might be smoking weed, but you ain't working.
- 43:42[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 43:44[SPEAKER_04]: Now everybody should always be on.
- 43:46[SPEAKER_04]: I always argue this.
- 43:50[SPEAKER_04]: You're a part-time person as mayor.
- 43:52[SPEAKER_04]: Now you're always got your head in the game.
- 43:54[SPEAKER_04]: You know the situations are taking phone calls or checking out things or whatever.
- 43:59[SPEAKER_04]: And the same is true of any job.
- 44:01[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 44:03[SPEAKER_04]: I don't sit there and not follow the news on the weekends and then come in Monday morning, not knowing what the hell's going on in the world.
- 44:11[SPEAKER_09]: I was.
- 44:13[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 44:16[SPEAKER_04]: Now, I remember, you know, some people get to work at home, like Joe and Mika, and I guess Rush Hannity does, but they got a lot of money that can set up this, but even then, you're not really working because you're not interacting with the, you know, with people, people to the office and people and whatever.
- 44:35[SPEAKER_04]: So I always thought this whole thing about, oh, I'm working at home.
- 44:39[SPEAKER_04]: The next thing I always say to them, that means you're not working.
- 44:43[SPEAKER_04]: I don't buy that nonsense.
- 44:45[SPEAKER_04]: 755, 1240, the phone number, if you'd like to give us a call to be on the show of shows today.
- 44:50[SPEAKER_04]: That's a problem.
- 44:51[SPEAKER_04]: We've raised this generate when I'm we, even because I'm barren, but we've raised this generation of people who think you can just work at home and then they act amazed when nobody wants to hire them to quote work at home.
- 45:05[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, because working involves doing something, you know, screwing in a light bulb or
- 45:13[SPEAKER_04]: Welding a droider, whatever you're doing, working involves doing something it doesn't mean sitting around at home.
- 45:20[SPEAKER_04]: And that's the fallacy, and we keep saying that, we keep peddling this nonsense to a whole generation.
- 45:25[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I want to work from home.
- 45:28[SPEAKER_04]: No.
- 45:29[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, we all do things at home that are related to work.
- 45:32[SPEAKER_04]: Take a phone call, check your email, you know, that kind of stuff, you're never out of the game.
- 45:37[SPEAKER_04]: It's like being in any kind of high level job, you're always on.
- 45:44[SPEAKER_04]: And I just never bought that, I guess.
- 45:47[SPEAKER_04]: So all these, with this AP story saying that they're blaming it on the pandemic, the COVID
- 45:58[SPEAKER_04]: People want to be late.
- 45:59[SPEAKER_04]: It's not the, it's not the COVID.
- 46:01[SPEAKER_04]: It's not the AI.
- 46:02[SPEAKER_04]: It's not the Chinese.
- 46:06[SPEAKER_04]: It's it.
- 46:07[SPEAKER_04]: There's a whole bunch of people who need to get off their ass and get a job and learn how to do something.
- 46:13[SPEAKER_04]: Huh?
- 46:15[SPEAKER_04]: Learn how to be a welder or something.
- 46:16[SPEAKER_04]: You know, they make good money.
- 46:19[SPEAKER_04]: I just paid one.
- 46:20[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 46:21[SPEAKER_04]: And I get a good rate on them.
- 46:25[SPEAKER_04]: So, um, there you have it.
- 46:27[SPEAKER_04]: There was a rant for the day, and we'll get him upset.
- 46:31[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
- 46:34[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, what else is going on?
- 46:35[SPEAKER_04]: What else can we get upset over?
- 46:41[SPEAKER_04]: No.
- 46:45[SPEAKER_04]: Here's a list of, um, America.
- 46:49[SPEAKER_04]: America's best and worst places to be trans or gay, you can put through zip code in.
- 46:55[SPEAKER_04]: We put ours in.
- 46:56[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know how it works.
- 47:06[SPEAKER_04]: I guess, I'm not sure where the link is, we could put 1, 3, 6, 0, 1 in.
- 47:16[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, according to latest LGBT Hue business climate index, wow.
- 47:22[SPEAKER_04]: No, it doesn't want to come up here.
- 47:26[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 47:29[SPEAKER_04]: I don't really know.
- 47:30[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, somebody should do that.
- 47:31[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe channel 7 should do that before they cover that thing tonight to find out if we are a welcoming community.
- 47:37[SPEAKER_04]: Mm-hmm.
- 47:40[SPEAKER_04]: Yep.
- 47:41[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, there's a call.
- 47:43[SPEAKER_04]: But after noon you're on the air.
- 47:45[SPEAKER_07]: Hey, Jeff, are you going to be doing your part this year and raising the demon flag at your bar?
- 47:51[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not raising any flags other than the stars and stripes.
- 47:56[SPEAKER_07]: All right.
- 47:57[SPEAKER_07]: You know, I think it's kind of ridiculous.
- 48:00[SPEAKER_04]: What are you raising?
- 48:01[SPEAKER_07]: We got a American flag, of course.
- 48:03[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 48:06[SPEAKER_04]: All right.
- 48:07[SPEAKER_07]: I think it's kind of ridiculous that we got a protest going on today.
- 48:12[SPEAKER_07]: And that they're billing the June 20th as a flag raising celebration.
- 48:20[SPEAKER_07]: They're trying to like, bill it that they're going to be raising their flag.
- 48:24[SPEAKER_07]: They're confusing their own community of people.
- 48:28[SPEAKER_07]: People are asking like, oh, I thought you can't raise the flag.
- 48:33[SPEAKER_04]: Mm-hmm.
- 48:35[SPEAKER_07]: Well, they're trying to decide what they're trying to push with what they're doing here.
- 48:39[SPEAKER_04]: Well, maybe they're trying to...
- 48:41[SPEAKER_07]: box accounts a little into a corner you know other cities like roam in you to come other places are raising pride flags i know back up on uh... back up on you to go why have been there there was one there was a follow up story to that you to go one on i didn't see it there was a veto no veto from the mayor came down on that one uh... that's right they have a real mayor we can do that so well that's right listen just because another
- 49:11[SPEAKER_07]: Volk dumb city in New York is going to be raised in this doesn't mean that the water town should first off let's get it through everybody's head that that is not a flag recognized it's not a recognized flag well that's neither here to there but I mean no that's the whole reason I got involved but you can people can come down and carry their flags around and wave them around if they want
- 49:40[SPEAKER_04]: I don't like that that's going to happen, but no I think that's a good thing you shouldn't be able to stop i mean you it's just because you have very narrow parameters in life i mean all fires your thought patterns i agree we shouldn't put umpteen different flags on the city flagpole but on the other because the state and county don't do it say that you were obtuse and you're thinking
- 50:10[SPEAKER_04]: really.
- 50:12[SPEAKER_07]: Yes, because I can see things for how they are.
- 50:16[SPEAKER_07]: And when things are, what do you think this community is doing?
- 50:20[SPEAKER_07]: What is the key stand for?
- 50:23[SPEAKER_07]: What is what is they trying to do to the children with the keys?
- 50:28[SPEAKER_07]: Do you want to get into that conversation or is that something we can't talk about?
- 50:32[SPEAKER_04]: Well, that's transgender.
- 50:34[SPEAKER_04]: I don't listen.
- 50:35[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know the whole
- 50:40[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know what cisgender is or any of this other stuff, you know, um, I just have a no cisgender is what they call a straight male.
- 50:50[SPEAKER_07]: So they want to call a male, I'm straight a cis.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_07]: So what kind of thinking pattern is that?
- 50:56[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 50:58[SPEAKER_07]: That seems like it's very cancerous thinking.
- 51:03[SPEAKER_04]: Well, I don't know.
- 51:03[SPEAKER_04]: We'll see what happens tonight.
- 51:10[SPEAKER_04]: Oh yeah.
- 51:11[SPEAKER_07]: The LGBTQ community is labeled straight males, cyst, gender, or whatever.
- 51:21[SPEAKER_07]: Isn't that crazy?
- 51:22[SPEAKER_07]: They're crazy.
- 51:23[SPEAKER_07]: Come on now.
- 51:25[SPEAKER_07]: They're trying to take a male and so kind of cancer is thinking behind it.
- 51:33[SPEAKER_04]: Did you see that AB Hernandez won some more metals at the
- 51:38[SPEAKER_07]: whatever state finals or whatever they were so my guess is this is the trance you were talking about i don't you follow that stuff that's the uh... no i don't wait the out and that down for you no i i don't know anything about that actually uh... i always what you said about it so i don't follow all that but i do follow what's going on water town because that's where i'm from that's where i got involved
- 52:09[SPEAKER_07]: and the city finally set no and that's stuck in the right direction but why aren't you trying to change the minds of people in Michigan where you live now because these people are not raising that flag in my city that I live in thank you very much you must be out in the middle of in the UP somewhere I guess I'm in the U.P.
- 52:29[SPEAKER_07]: that that nonsense doesn't fly around here huh well and here's the thing
- 52:36[SPEAKER_07]: I don't care to get involved in Michigan politics.
- 52:40[SPEAKER_07]: I am fully rooted in Watertown.
- 52:43[SPEAKER_07]: So anybody who wants to...
- 52:44[SPEAKER_07]: So wait a minute.
- 52:44[SPEAKER_07]: I don't want to.
- 52:45[SPEAKER_04]: A lot of people who know you from all of your stuff here and being the flat earth guy and all of that and your why are you in Michigan?
- 52:56[SPEAKER_07]: Because this is where I came out here last year.
- 52:59[SPEAKER_07]: I wanted to stay and I stayed up here because I fell in love with the land up here.
- 53:06[SPEAKER_07]: I got three of the great lakes.
- 53:09[SPEAKER_07]: It's really beautiful when I came up here and I started a life here.
- 53:13[SPEAKER_07]: So that's what I did.
- 53:14[SPEAKER_07]: And I'll come home and visit when I come home and visit.
- 53:18[SPEAKER_07]: And that's about it.
- 53:19[SPEAKER_04]: So do you have a, do you buy a house there?
- 53:21[SPEAKER_04]: Are you working there?
- 53:23[SPEAKER_07]: I'm actually, I'm looking for a home, but no one renting you.
- 53:26[SPEAKER_07]: But yes, I am looking to purchase something.
- 53:29[SPEAKER_07]: Yes.
- 53:29[SPEAKER_04]: And you're up near Markcat, in that area?
- 53:32[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, I'm in the open.
- 53:34[SPEAKER_07]: I'm not going to give money to that location, Jeff, I'm just going to say I'm up in a you per.
- 53:38[SPEAKER_04]: No, okay.
- 53:38[SPEAKER_07]: Because I have a lot of enemies without you to kill my fear that has gone after my personal relationship, they gone off their business relationships and they've made it very difficult for me to make any money in New York.
- 53:55[SPEAKER_07]: All right.
- 53:56[SPEAKER_04]: Why do you keep aggravating, but you keep calling this show to my customers or
- 54:04[SPEAKER_04]: Customers for what what are you selling what are you selling a service?
- 54:10[SPEAKER_07]: What's there and I do commercials and I felt advertising for whom?

- 54:34[SPEAKER_07]: quite a few people, even Granturi has a picture of me fixing up the empire, and it's come about.
- 54:40[SPEAKER_07]: It's got that.
