  Instead, it is one that I think will show up in Eyes of Wakanda.

  With Eyes of Wakanda dropping tomorrow, we got a quick look at

  the female Iron Fist. That'll make her presence very

  known in the show, I hope. We don't know for sure which
• 0:40
  Iron Fish she will be, but I hope it's Wu AU she and I'm here
• 0:43
  to tell you all about her. The Marvel Universe has its fair
• 0:46
  share of Archers, but Wu AU she is the is an elite of her own.

  In Iron fist #2 by Alyssa Wong, we see Lin Lei, the newest Iron
• 0:56
  Fist, learning about Wuau She also known as the Pirate Queen
• 1:01
  of Ping High Bay. She was one of the rare women to
• 1:05
  ever hold the title of Iron Fist.

  Lin's friend Maimin brings up her story to help him understand
• 1:11
  his own path, pointing out that women weren't even allowed to
• 1:14
  take part in the trials back then, let alone fight.

  Even after Wuau, she proved how capable she was.

  As May puts it, just because something is traditional doesn't

  mean it's good. But times change and so do we,

  which I think is very prevalent to today's society.

  So take that with you. Wua Shi's story ends up

  motivating Lin to stop trying to be like the Iron Fist before him

  and instead figure out how to use his chi powers in a way that

  works for him. And there's actually more to

  Wuashi's Marvel history than what May shares in that issue.

  Wuashi actually made her first Marvel appearance back in 2007,

  and Immortal Iron fist #2 she was only in the first few pages,

  but she made a very big impact, literally by wiping out a whole

  fleet of pirate ships in Ping High Bay with just her fists, a
• 2:04
  bow, and an arrow. A couple issues later in

  Immortal Iron fist #4, we learn more about her role in Iron Fist
• 2:12
  history and what made her stand out.

  Like all Iron Fists, she could channel the chi of Xu Lau the
• 2:18
  Undying into her fists, which made her deadly in close combat.

  But while she took it a step further, she could push that chi
• 2:28
  into her arrows, turning her bow into a seriously powerful
• 2:32
  weapon. When she fired, her arrows hit
• 2:35
  the force of pure chi basically unstoppable.

  As Orson Randall, a former Iron Fist, once told Danny Rand, it

  was written that her enemies fell as if lightning from God

  had destroyed them. But it's Immortal Iron fist #7

  that really dives deep into Wuwashi's story and her wild

  adventures as the Iron Fist. The whole issue is focused on

  her life, from her humble beginnings to becoming the
• 3:01
  legendary pirate queen of Panghai Bay.

  She started off with nothing leave living in the streets of
• 3:07
  Kunlan. UTI even referred to her as just
• 3:11
  a beggar girl and Iron fist #2 but everything changed after a
• 3:16
  run in at the local market. Caught stealing cherries from a
• 3:19
  vendor, she was punished by Lee Kung, the Thunderer, who flogged
• 3:24
  her in front of everyone to make an example of her.

  Instead of backing down, she broke free even with her hands
• 3:30
  tied, and punched the vendor square in the face while Lee
• 3:34
  Kung watched. Impressed by her fire, he
• 3:37
  decided to train her. From then on, Lee Kung raised
• 3:41
  her and taught her the tough lessons about fighting and about
• 3:44
  life. He made sure she understood that
• 3:46
  life wasn't fair and didn't owe anyone anything.

  Life does not care if I thrive or starve, he says.

  Wuashi never looked back on that moment in the market with
• 3:56
  regret, but everything shifted again when she met the man who

  would become her husband. That's when her journey took a
• 4:03
  real new turn. One day, Wuashi was sitting by a

  fountain eating plain rice when a fisherman came up and offered
• 4:10
  her a fish just because she looked hungry.

  That simple act of kindness meant everything to her.

  As the story goes, it was the first thing she'd ever been
• 4:19
  given and a fine start to their lives together.

  Not long after, the fisherman caught a fish with two silver
• 4:26
  rings inside it. He saw it as a sign.

  He rushed back to Wuha. She proposed on the spot, and
• 4:32
  she said yes without hesitation. But their love story wasn't
• 4:35
  without complications. Wuha she was still chasing the
• 4:39
  path of the Iron Fist, and her husband didn't understand that
• 4:43
  the idea of her fighting Xu Lau the Undying terrified him.

  He loved her, but the risk of losing her to that trial was too
• 4:51
  much for him. Still, while she went through
• 4:53
  with it because that's what she does, people from all over
• 4:57
  Kunlan came to watch. Some cheered her on, others hope
• 5:00
  she fail. Her husband showed up too, even
• 5:03
  though he was afraid. And of course, she passed the
• 5:06
  trial faster than anyone before her and became the Iron Fist.

  Later, she used her chi to bless their wedding rings so that they
• 5:13
  glow whenever they are close to each other.

  But despite her triumph, her husband's fears never went away.

  One night while she was asleep, he quietly left and returned to
• 5:23
  the world of men. He settled in Ping High Bay,
• 5:26
  found some peace, built a new life, at least for a while.

  While she didn't take his disappearance lightly, she told
• 5:34
  Lee Kong she was going after him and he was furious.
• 5:38
  To him, she was choosing love over duty, but to her, love was
• 5:41
  duty. They weren't separate things.
• 5:44
  When she left Kunlan and entered the world of men, life didn't
• 5:48
  come easy. Unlike her husband, who adapted
• 5:50
  very quickly, she had to fight for everything, sometimes very
• 5:54
  literally. She realized that in the world
• 5:58
  of men, money was survival. So she started working as a
• 6:01
  hired muscle to take jobs that let her use her fighting skills
• 6:05
  to get by. She built a name for herself
• 6:08
  while searching for her husband. Town to town, her legend spread.
• 6:12
  Meanwhile, he was just enjoying life in Ping High Bay until Waku
• 6:16
  pirates showed up, took over and enslaved the locals.

  By 1545 while she heard what was happening and figured she could
• 6:25
  make some good coin helping out, she went to Ping High Bay
• 6:28
  tracked down the Pirate King. Turns out he wasn't alone.

  His so-called pirate harem were skilled fighters and his crew
• 6:35
  did not fight fair. While she ended up being
• 6:38
  captured while she was locked up, her husband had a change of
• 6:42
  heart. He realized she wasn't going to
• 6:44
  stop being who she was and he loved every part of her.
• 6:47
  Danger and all fate stepped in. When the fisherman was walking
• 6:52
  through the city, saw his wedding ring start to glow.
• 6:54
  He realized she was nearby and in danger.
• 6:57
  The Pirate King planned to leave her chained to the cliffs,

  letting her bones serve as a warning to others.
• 7:06
  The fisherman wasn't having it. He brought poisoned fish to the
• 7:10
  guards and took them out. While she never wanted to waste
• 7:14
  time, told him to untie her so she could go after the fleet.
• 7:17
  He offered her his boat, but only if she promised to lean,
• 7:21
  leave Ping High Bay and never come back.
• 7:23
  She agreed and then immediately broke that promise.
• 7:26
  She sailed straight into the battles.
• 7:29
  What followed was a full blown fight for Ping High Bay Wu while
• 7:33
  she took the entire pirate fleet with her.
• 7:36
  Just her fists, her bow and her arrow and one small boat.
• 7:39
  Within hours she crushed them. Her enemies fell as if lightning
• 7:43
  from God had destroyed them. That is a quote from the comic.

  She leaped from ship to ship, took down the pirates, wrecked
• 7:50
  their vessel 1 by 1. Even when they managed to set
• 7:53
  her boat on fire, it was already too late.
• 7:56
  She drawn the battle inland, cutting off their escape.
• 7:59
  In the end, Wuashi reclaimed Ping High Bay, though her life
• 8:03
  wasn't long after that. She ruled with strength and
• 8:06
  compassion, protecting the people from tyranny.

  So that is Wuashi, she is a badass of a character.

  I really really hope this is who is in eyes of Wakanda because I
• 8:19
  would love to see her and it makes sense because she's she's
• 8:25
  from 1500s and this is a show about the history of Wakanda.
