- 0:00Speaker 1: Three days you need to know and good morning, Welcome
- 0:03Speaker 1: to Thursday, just to hair past six o'clock. Happy to
- 0:06Speaker 1: have you with us. Ricky Sanchez has those three things,
- 0:09Speaker 1: presented by Mark Spain.
- 0:10Speaker 2: Real estate actress Margaret Quailey and Jack Antonov have reportedly
- 0:14Speaker 2: split after three years of marriage. Rumors started that the
- 0:17Speaker 2: couple have been having some issues, but they've been trying
- 0:20Speaker 2: to work things out. Then fans noticed that Margaret was
- 0:24Speaker 2: not at Taylor and Travis's wedding, which obviously is a
- 0:27Speaker 2: big moment, and a few other big moments that Jack
- 0:29Speaker 2: has been out and about and she has not been
- 0:31Speaker 2: with him. And on top of that, Margaret archived photos
- 0:35Speaker 2: from their wedding, which seems a little suss, you know.
- 0:39Speaker 2: Everybody started to get a little suspicious there. The photos, though,
- 0:42Speaker 2: have been restored. At this point, they still follow each
- 0:45Speaker 2: other on Instagram, and neither of them had mentioned their
- 0:47Speaker 2: marriage status publicly as of right now, So we really
- 0:50Speaker 2: don't know what's going on. It just seems all funky,
- 0:53Speaker 2: you know, and everybody has their days. Everybody's got, you know,
- 0:56Speaker 2: those moments, So we'll see what happens. Hattie Bees is
- 0:59Speaker 2: open up a new location in Donaldson. This is going
- 1:02Speaker 2: to be their seventh Nashville location, which is kind of wild.
- 1:06Speaker 2: Seven is impressive. The restaurant is set to open next
- 1:09Speaker 2: summer instead of former bank building near Edley's Barbecue. There
- 1:12Speaker 2: are plans for a covered patio area outside, but we
- 1:16Speaker 2: don't really have many details other than what I just
- 1:18Speaker 2: shared with you. Obviously, as we get closer to them opening,
- 1:21Speaker 2: I'll let you know when they're going to do their
- 1:22Speaker 2: big opening celebrations and all that good stuff, because you
- 1:26Speaker 2: know that they're gonna do that, and sometimes you get
- 1:30Speaker 2: free stuff, and if it's free, it's for me, I'm
- 1:33Speaker 2: going to share with you. And oddly satisfying online videos
- 1:38Speaker 2: are a fave amongst Americans. More than half of Americans
- 1:43Speaker 2: admit to spending half an hour a day watching what
- 1:46Speaker 2: they call oddly satisfying internet videos, according to a new survey.
- 1:49Speaker 2: So when you think about oddly satisfying, think about things
- 1:52Speaker 2: like pimple popping videos. That's the most popular type of
- 1:56Speaker 2: oddly satisfying videos. Also pressure powerwashing. I have ever seen
- 2:00Speaker 2: those videos. That's another one that's super big and object crushing.
- 2:04Speaker 2: I will tell you right now, your girl falls for
- 2:07Speaker 2: that every time, Like the hydraulic press thing.
- 2:09Speaker 3: I do the.
- 2:09Speaker 2: Hydraulic intense one, but waiting to see how long it
- 2:13Speaker 2: takes to explode whenever it's crushing fascinating to me. And
- 2:18Speaker 2: I will sit there and I will watch a five
- 2:19Speaker 2: minute video and go, what did I just do for
- 2:22Speaker 2: the last five minutes? So I get it. I get it.
- 2:26Speaker 2: And those are the three things you need to know.
- 2:27Speaker 1: I love when they do like crayons or something and
- 2:29Speaker 1: it just goes like, you know, explodes everywhere, floating in
- 2:31Speaker 1: all directions of this beautiful see those videos. I'm cool
- 2:34Speaker 1: with the pimple popping that is not necessarily.
- 2:36Speaker 2: Love a pimple pop you get a good blackhead, stop
- 2:39Speaker 2: it the worms that come out of I love it.
- 2:45Speaker 1: Oh boy, All right, here we go. Here's Alla Langley.
- 2:48Speaker 1: Thank you Ricky for that. We have Kaylani tickets on
- 2:51Speaker 1: the way for the first caller to day. We want
- 2:53Speaker 1: them stick around.
- 2:53Speaker 4: Their yours with ten Ricky is Zach and Mano in the.
- 2:58Speaker 1: Morning, Son the River. It's myself, Kevin Mano here with Zach.
- 3:03Speaker 1: He's back and my dear dear friend Ricky.
- 3:06Speaker 2: Don't you even dare?
- 3:08Speaker 1: I can't say enough good things about Yeah, Nicky from
- 3:10Speaker 1: Gallatin is also joining us. Good morning, Nikki, Good morning,
- 3:14Speaker 1: how are you?
- 3:16Speaker 5: We're good Nikki.
- 3:17Speaker 1: How tall are you?
- 3:19Speaker 6: I'm I'm five three.
- 3:21Speaker 5: You're taller than Ricky.
- 3:22Speaker 2: I was gonna say, you're still tell.
- 3:24Speaker 7: Me that Ricky would be jumping up and down to
- 3:29Speaker 7: try and see the stage. It's because she's four eleven.
- 3:34Speaker 2: Nicky, do you ever just get to the point where
- 3:37Speaker 2: people make fun of your height and you're like, oh wow,
- 3:39Speaker 2: so original. You really put a lot of thought into
- 3:41Speaker 2: that one.
- 3:42Speaker 6: Yeah, my husband didn't make fun of me even though
- 3:44Speaker 6: he's short.
- 3:45Speaker 5: Man, how is.
- 3:52Speaker 1: Kevin size?
- 3:54Speaker 2: And I are very here.
- 3:56Speaker 1: Here's why I even brought it up because I want
- 3:58Speaker 1: to start a petition where we structure these shows concerts
- 4:02Speaker 1: venues too.
- 4:03Speaker 2: Are you going to take my idea that I've been
- 4:04Speaker 2: literally pitching for years?
- 4:06Speaker 1: Well, yeah, I want to. I want to just get
- 4:07Speaker 1: it back out there because it's been not.
- 4:09Speaker 2: Only do you make fun of my height, you also
- 4:11Speaker 2: take my ideas.
- 4:12Speaker 1: So we're going to stagger it?
- 4:13Speaker 7: Right?
- 4:13Speaker 1: Is that the idea like shorter in the front or
- 4:15Speaker 1: taller in.
- 4:15Speaker 2: The back, front, taller in the back, so that everybody
- 4:17Speaker 2: can see the show?
- 4:18Speaker 1: I think it's a great idea.
- 4:19Speaker 5: That's right.
- 4:20Speaker 6: I don't like going to show and you can't even
- 4:22Speaker 6: see anyth because the people in front of we're so tall.
- 4:24Speaker 6: I always there.
- 4:26Speaker 2: Is no fairness, and I always feel bad because my
- 4:29Speaker 2: husband always feels bad for me, and he just like
- 4:31Speaker 2: looks at me and he's like, can I can I
- 4:33Speaker 2: help you in any ways so you can see? And
- 4:35Speaker 2: I'm like no, I'm just vibing like nothing, you can.
- 4:38Speaker 1: You were married. The fact that I was like, who
- 4:40Speaker 1: every time she says husband, it throws me.
- 4:43Speaker 2: It's only been a month, guys, yesterday was a month
- 4:46Speaker 2: of marriage.
- 4:46Speaker 5: That's crazy. That's a month already.
- 4:50Speaker 6: It's just happened.
- 4:51Speaker 2: I know, Nikki. I literally was like, I only got
- 4:53Speaker 2: married yesterday. I only got used to this wife term,
- 4:56Speaker 2: Like yes, I.
- 4:57Speaker 5: Don't like the way you keep saying wife and husbands
- 5:00Speaker 5: freaking out. Get used to it, Zach speaking their marriage, Kevin.
- 5:05Speaker 6: We share a anniversary.
- 5:07Speaker 1: So we do.
- 5:08Speaker 6: Your wife and me and my husband.
- 5:10Speaker 1: So I heard this.
- 5:11Speaker 2: I heard the day when you're talking about.
- 5:13Speaker 6: It, Durnier like it's mine too.
- 5:14Speaker 1: That's amazing.
- 5:16Speaker 5: Happy anniversary, Nikki.
- 5:18Speaker 2: Thank you, okay, we are lated. Thank you getting so
- 5:24Speaker 2: you haven't even told you to hear the first color
- 5:26Speaker 2: of the day to get to see Kailani a municipal auditorium,
- 5:30Speaker 2: have Alome.
- 5:31Speaker 5: Thank you so much, Thank.
- 5:33Speaker 1: You being here for joining this mess. This is We've
- 5:36Speaker 1: covered a lot of ground. We're gonna put you out holding,
- 5:38Speaker 1: get all your information, have a great time at the show.
- 5:41Speaker 6: Thank you so so much.
- 5:42Speaker 1: We've got more tomorrow. No more height jokes. I apologize
- 5:47Speaker 1: for it. Yeah, I totally.
- 5:49Speaker 3: Ricky Zach and Meadow in the Morning.
- 5:53Speaker 2: If you have ever come home from vacation and felt
- 5:56Speaker 2: like you needed a vacation right away, you're gonna relate
- 6:00Speaker 2: to this right here, right now. It's Ricky Zachamano in
- 6:02Speaker 2: the morning on one O seven five the River. Zach
- 6:05Speaker 2: just got home from a vacation and came home to
- 6:10Speaker 2: something you would just dread happening to you in your home.
- 6:14Speaker 7: Honestly, I feel like you only see it in video.
- 6:16Speaker 7: So I was in Gulf Shores with my boyfriend's family
- 6:18Speaker 7: for a family vacation.
- 6:19Speaker 5: We were like hanging out on the beach. We were
- 6:21Speaker 5: having a good time.
- 6:22Speaker 7: I came home yesterday to find out so we are
- 6:26Speaker 7: watching like my in last Dog and the dog is
- 6:29Speaker 7: staying at the house and she has an upset belly.
- 6:32Speaker 5: The upset belly has now decided to express itself inside
- 6:39Speaker 5: of my home.
- 6:40Speaker 1: Your way to say, let me ask you one question
- 6:41Speaker 1: that people are probably wondering. So you were watching a
- 6:44Speaker 1: dog at your house even though you were out of town.
- 6:46Speaker 1: We have a dog sitter, a dog sitter, so your
- 6:48Speaker 1: dog's watching my two dogs, and the other dog got
- 6:51Speaker 1: you and the dog's belly expressed itself. Correct.
- 6:55Speaker 7: And I also have a rumba because I have two
- 6:58Speaker 7: Golden retrievers, Like, I vacuum every day, but I literally
- 7:01Speaker 7: just can't keep up.
- 7:02Speaker 5: With all of the hair. Correct.
- 7:03Speaker 2: Do you have multiple rooms?
- 7:04Speaker 5: Correct?
- 7:05Speaker 7: I still can't keep up with all of the hair.
- 7:07Speaker 7: We have two golden retrievers. They're just hair everywhere. So
- 7:10Speaker 7: I came home yesterday to the rumba that went to
- 7:16Speaker 7: go vacuum the home, that went through the pile of
- 7:21Speaker 7: the dog expressing itself and then spread it throughout the
- 7:25Speaker 7: entire house. So it's all over the inside of the rouma,
- 7:30Speaker 7: and it's it was all over my concrete floors, and
- 7:34Speaker 7: my downstairs is concrete floors, so it was all over
- 7:37Speaker 7: the concrete floors all over the inside of the room,
- 7:40Speaker 7: but in the wheels everything, And I was like, this
- 7:43Speaker 7: has to be made up.
- 7:44Speaker 2: Which ruma is this? Because all your roombas are named
- 7:46Speaker 2: after golden girls?
- 7:47Speaker 1: This is Betty. Oh no, it is good that you
- 7:55Speaker 1: have concrete floors. I'll say that if it was rugs
- 7:57Speaker 1: would be a lot worse. I think, yeah, I would have.
- 8:00Speaker 1: And what do you do with the room? But now
- 8:01Speaker 1: do you toss it? You try to clean it, you
- 8:03Speaker 1: tie it somewhere?
- 8:04Speaker 7: I literally don't know, so right now sitting on my
- 8:06Speaker 7: back patio, just like upside down, sitting on my back
- 8:09Speaker 7: patio because it smelled so bad that I was like,
- 8:11Speaker 7: this could not be inside my house.
- 8:13Speaker 2: Put that ruma out of its misery. Just throw it away.
- 8:15Speaker 7: I will say, I went to the store yesterday and
- 8:17Speaker 7: I bought gloves to try and clean it.
- 8:20Speaker 5: So I'm gonna try and clean.
- 8:21Speaker 2: It before I throw again.
- 8:22Speaker 7: It's so expensive to buy another one, though, Like, I'm
- 8:25Speaker 7: not just gonna throw it away and buy another one.
- 8:27Speaker 5: That's just out of touch. That's insane.
- 8:29Speaker 2: Do you have my fat rumas? You're gonna be okay
- 8:32Speaker 2: if you have one away? Okay, basically the same.
- 8:37Speaker 5: Now we're down to one.
- 8:39Speaker 2: Just throw it's never going to be the same again.
- 8:42Speaker 2: I know that it hurts to throw it away because
- 8:44Speaker 2: it is expensive, But like, you can't tell me that
- 8:47Speaker 2: you're gonna be able to clean all of the crevices
- 8:50Speaker 2: enough to get all of the expression out of the room.
- 8:54Speaker 1: I agree.
- 8:54Speaker 7: I feel like every time at vacuums, it's still gonna
- 8:56Speaker 7: smell like, so you.
- 8:57Speaker 2: Got to just get rid of it. There's nothing you
- 8:59Speaker 2: could do about it. It's just one of those unfortunate circumstances.
- 9:02Speaker 2: Toss the room, but save up for another one at
- 9:05Speaker 2: some point. I actually, you know, I don't save on
- 9:07Speaker 2: for another one. Have them buy you another one.
- 9:09Speaker 1: That's how that is.
- 9:09Speaker 5: That's how it should work. Should have to buy me
- 9:12Speaker 5: a new.
- 9:12Speaker 1: One is the reason why. Yeah, they should have to
- 9:14Speaker 1: buy me a new one.
- 9:15Speaker 7: I would agree that there's no way that it's going
- 9:18Speaker 7: to get rid of the s mouth period, like, so.
- 9:22Speaker 5: I'm going to try and clean it.
- 9:23Speaker 1: I think you might need a new house or a
- 9:25Speaker 1: new dog sitter as well, in addition to a new room.
- 9:28Speaker 1: It was it wasn't the dog sitter. I just left it.
- 9:31Speaker 1: They just didn't, you know, Ricky watched my dog when
- 9:33Speaker 1: he was sick, and she did her best to clean
- 9:35Speaker 1: up after him.
- 9:36Speaker 2: Yep, and he expressed himself.
- 9:39Speaker 1: It's gone on too far. Welcome, welcome, good luck, buddy,
- 9:44Speaker 1: thank you, thank you, thank you for thinking about you
- 9:46Speaker 1: when you go home today. Three things right stab for
- 9:50Speaker 1: seven o'clock this Thursday morning. Ricky's got those three things.
- 9:53Speaker 1: Presented by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 9:55Speaker 2: Emmy nominations are here, so here are some to make
- 9:57Speaker 2: some notes of The Pit led the twenty twenty six
- 10:00Speaker 2: Emmy nominations with twenty five nods, including Outstanding Drama and
- 10:04Speaker 2: nods in the acting categories as well. Hacks follows with
- 10:08Speaker 2: a record setting twenty four comedy nominations. Both phenomenal shows.
- 10:13Speaker 2: If you have not watched, I highly highly recommend that
- 10:15Speaker 2: you take the time to do so. Bad Bunny was
- 10:17Speaker 2: nominated for Outstanding Variety Special Live for his Super Bowl
- 10:21Speaker 2: halftime performance, along with eight other nominations, which set a
- 10:25Speaker 2: record for the most nominations any halftime performance has ever received.
- 10:30Speaker 2: I'm so proud of my Beneath. Though ed Taylor Swift.
- 10:32Speaker 2: She received a nod for Taylor Swift The Eras Tour,
- 10:35Speaker 2: the final show for Outstanding Variety Special pre recorded, as
- 10:39Speaker 2: well as four other nominations. Mariska Hargitay she is going
- 10:43Speaker 2: to host for the very first time in Los Angeles
- 10:45Speaker 2: on September fourteenth. But congrats to everybody for the nominations.
- 10:49Speaker 2: There are a lot of really great shows that you
- 10:51Speaker 2: should be watching, and if you've been looking for shows
- 10:53Speaker 2: to watch, go check out all of the nominations and
- 10:55Speaker 2: pick from there, because truly, everybody is phenomenal. Actual data
- 11:00Speaker 2: center restrictions have been advanced after a record setting council
- 11:03Speaker 2: meeting with more than two hundred public speakers happened last night.
- 11:07Speaker 2: The first bill would place permanent restrictions on data center size, location,
- 11:11Speaker 2: and operations, and the other bill would establish a temporary
- 11:15Speaker 2: memory I can't speak moratorium passing pausing all data centers
- 11:21Speaker 2: proposals until November one. This is to give Council additional
- 11:26Speaker 2: time to address regulations that should be in place. But
- 11:29Speaker 2: there were more than two hundred tickets that were distributed
- 11:32Speaker 2: to different residents who wanted to speak during their public
- 11:36Speaker 2: comment moment. It didn't end until one am because there
- 11:40Speaker 2: were so many people who wanted to make their voice heard,
- 11:43Speaker 2: which is amazing. I think this is, you know, how
- 11:45Speaker 2: you get things done. You have to voice your opinion.
- 11:47Speaker 2: You need to show up, and you need to show out.
- 11:48Speaker 2: And that was really amazing that everybody did that. There
- 11:51Speaker 2: were a lot of kids that I even saw that
- 11:53Speaker 2: decided to speak on this and specifically the attachment they
- 11:58Speaker 2: have to the zoo and the idea of having a
- 12:00Speaker 2: data centerineer the zoo and the impacts that would have
- 12:02Speaker 2: that are negative. These bills are scheduled to appear in
- 12:04Speaker 2: the next City Council meeting agenda that's set for July
- 12:07Speaker 2: twenty first, and the average adult is estimated to spend
- 12:11Speaker 2: four hundred and sixteen days of their life in the bathroom.
- 12:15Speaker 2: Men spend about three hundred and seventy three days in total,
- 12:18Speaker 2: roughly twenty three minutes per day, while women spend around
- 12:21Speaker 2: four hundred and fifty six days, which is twenty nine
- 12:24Speaker 2: minutes per day. This isn't just about you know what
- 12:27Speaker 2: you think it's about. There's also times that people are
- 12:30Speaker 2: in the bathroom to read, check emails, or relax or
- 12:34Speaker 2: just enjoy some quiet.
- 12:36Speaker 1: I do it if I'm somewhere and I'm feeling socially
- 12:39Speaker 1: awkward for a minute I will go vanish in the Mathathroit.
- 12:42Speaker 2: I used to vanish in the bathroom here at work
- 12:44Speaker 2: for a very long period of time and just sitting
- 12:46Speaker 2: there and work with my own I'm Ricky Sanchez and
- 12:48Speaker 2: those are the three things you need to know.
- 12:50Speaker 1: Thank you very much, Ricky. If you heard somebody sneezing
- 12:53Speaker 1: in the background of Ricky's three things you need to know,
- 12:55Speaker 1: that was Zach And he's got a fact for us.
- 12:57Speaker 1: Right after day I got to call him out. I
- 13:00Speaker 1: don't know if people felt bad for you. Zach's Facts.
- 13:03Speaker 2: Next class is.
- 13:06Speaker 3: In session Sacks Facts brought to you by Mark Spain
- 13:09Speaker 3: Real Estate.
- 13:12Speaker 1: Did you guys know that parakeets? Yes, the bird parakeets
- 13:15Speaker 1: are excellent talkers and apparently they hold a world record,
- 13:19Speaker 1: the world record for the largest bird vocabulary.
- 13:22Speaker 2: That's wild.
- 13:23Speaker 7: Apparently they start typically learning between four and six months old,
- 13:27Speaker 7: and they can say words clearly and frequently and short
- 13:31Speaker 7: two minute verse throughout the day.
- 13:34Speaker 1: I think of parrots is the ones that talk well.
- 13:36Speaker 1: Parakeet is a type of parrot. It's like a it's
- 13:39Speaker 1: like a medium sized.
- 13:40Speaker 2: Parrot, parrot keat it's a little parrot.
- 13:44Speaker 5: It's not parent keat okay.
- 13:46Speaker 7: Well, anyways, parakeets they have a world record, and Kevin
- 13:49Speaker 7: does it and there's your factor to day boom, I.
- 13:53Speaker 1: Actually do have a world record, but thanks Zach.
- 13:55Speaker 4: Ricky is Zach and man in the morning.
- 13:58Speaker 1: In your opinion, what foo fodes taste better? The next day,
- 14:02Speaker 1: it's one oh seven five the River. Give us a
- 14:04Speaker 1: call six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine seven. I
- 14:06Speaker 1: found a list of foods. It supposedly tastes better the
- 14:09Speaker 1: next day. I agree with a couple of them. But
- 14:11Speaker 1: Ricky and Zach, I want to see where you stand
- 14:12Speaker 1: on these.
- 14:13Speaker 2: I'm a feeling I'm going to disagree with most.
- 14:15Speaker 1: Which is there one that comes to mind that you prefers?
- 14:17Speaker 1: The leftover pizza? Yes, I'm with you, Zach. I do
- 14:20Speaker 1: think pizza is better than IX number one pizza A
- 14:23Speaker 1: cold Yeah, I love cold pizza. We'll run it down
- 14:26Speaker 1: for you, and if you have one that comes to mind,
- 14:28Speaker 1: let us know. Here's Ella Langley on.
- 14:30Speaker 4: The river, Ricky, is, Zach and Mano in the morning on.
- 14:35Speaker 2: Would that just tastes better? The next day it's one
- 14:38Speaker 2: oh seven five the River. We've got Angel and Madison
- 14:41Speaker 2: on the line. What do you prefer to have the
- 14:43Speaker 2: next day pizza.
- 14:46Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, yes, ma'am.
- 14:47Speaker 5: Amen and amen, it's so much better.
- 14:49Speaker 1: Can I tell you why pizza for me? Because I
- 14:52Speaker 1: have no patience and whenever we get pizza and it's hot,
- 14:54Speaker 1: I end up burning my mouth, and so I prefer
- 14:56Speaker 1: cold pizza. Yeah, oh, she agrees.
- 14:59Speaker 2: I'm everybody likes cold pizza better than hot pizza.
- 15:03Speaker 1: I think I do, like, I don't.
- 15:04Speaker 2: Mind cold pizza, but I love like a hot slice,
- 15:07Speaker 2: and I like when it burns my mouth. I don't know, guys,
- 15:10Speaker 2: there's just something about it. Angel, Thank you so much. Absolutely,
- 15:14Speaker 2: have a great day.
- 15:15Speaker 1: Love, eat you bye. Angel. Our dear friend Sandra's on
- 15:19Speaker 1: the line now, Sandra, it is good to heat from you.
- 15:21Speaker 1: What what food is better the next day?
- 15:27Speaker 5: The fans were asking for you.
- 15:29Speaker 8: I love chicken the next day?
- 15:31Speaker 5: What kind of chicken?
- 15:33Speaker 2: I like?
- 15:34Speaker 6: Fried chicken?
- 15:35Speaker 2: Fried chicken does reheat?
- 15:36Speaker 1: Well?
- 15:37Speaker 2: Oh yeah, well that's a thing.
- 15:38Speaker 1: I can eat it all day. I cant Are you
- 15:40Speaker 1: eating it cold the next day or are you heating
- 15:42Speaker 1: it up?
- 15:43Speaker 4: No?
- 15:43Speaker 6: I eat it cold?
- 15:45Speaker 2: Good? Like that interesting. I'm like really learning that people
- 15:48Speaker 2: like foods that are supposed to be hot. Cold. I
- 15:53Speaker 2: feel like it does reheat pretty well though fried chicken, Like,
- 15:55Speaker 2: it's not that bad off you reheat it. I'm disagreeing
- 15:58Speaker 2: with you.
- 15:58Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, said Cody does kind of get soggy if
- 16:01Speaker 1: you reheat it, like it kind of gets I do
- 16:05Speaker 1: think an air fryer is the way to go if
- 16:07Speaker 1: you're gonna reheat.
- 16:13Speaker 4: You.
- 16:14Speaker 2: Guys, we love you, have a great day.
- 16:18Speaker 1: I do have this list of popular foods people prefer
- 16:21Speaker 1: the next day, and I want to see if you
- 16:22Speaker 1: guys agree with them. Enchiladas yep. Oh, Ricky just doesn't
- 16:27Speaker 1: like leftovers, it says, I.
- 16:28Speaker 2: Love leftovers, but is a bad idea.
- 16:31Speaker 1: Tortillas soak up the sauce and everything becomes more cohesive.
- 16:34Speaker 1: It's so no, it's so good. That's kind of like
- 16:37Speaker 1: a lot of these. Like it says, spaghetti with red
- 16:39Speaker 1: sauce because the sauce absorbs into that one.
- 16:43Speaker 2: I will agree with.
- 16:44Speaker 1: I'm okay with that, yep, okay, Chili because the spices
- 16:47Speaker 1: continued together overnight. You're with that one.
- 16:50Speaker 2: Thanksgiving leftovers, yes, okay, everything Thanksgiving wise.
- 16:55Speaker 1: I think for me, I like leftovers because like you
- 16:57Speaker 1: open the fridge like, oh yeah, like the excitement of
- 16:59Speaker 1: remembering the you still have something. Oh yeah, it's.
- 17:02Speaker 2: Something that you really enjoy it here, Oh I have
- 17:04Speaker 2: more of that, Yes, yes, I want that right now.
- 17:07Speaker 7: I feel like anything that you make in the crock
- 17:09Speaker 7: pot is so much better at the next day because
- 17:11Speaker 7: it actually has time to like settle in. So whether
- 17:13Speaker 7: it be like be stroking off or chili or like
- 17:15Speaker 7: whatever you make in the crock pot, it makes so
- 17:17Speaker 7: much better.
- 17:17Speaker 2: At the next day, tastes better the next day because
- 17:19Speaker 2: you don't have to cook.
- 17:20Speaker 1: Yeah, I would agree.
- 17:23Speaker 2: Yeah, everything's good to go.
- 17:25Speaker 1: You just gotta heat it and you're good.
- 17:27Speaker 5: You're like, god, this is so good any work.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Literally, we're making a strong case for leftovers. If you
- 17:32Speaker 1: have one that you prefer the next day, let us
- 17:34Speaker 1: know six one, five, seven, three, seven nine.
- 17:37Speaker 4: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 17:39Speaker 1: On good morning. Amber in Henderson Villa is on the line.
- 17:44Speaker 1: Right now, we've been talking about foods we prefer the
- 17:46Speaker 1: next day. Do you have one, Amber, Yes, And.
- 17:50Speaker 6: I do not reheat it. And this might be like
- 17:53Speaker 6: it for some people, but I don't reheat my voti
- 17:57Speaker 6: the next day.
- 17:58Speaker 2: Really why not?
- 18:00Speaker 6: Because if you do like it makes the rice all
- 18:02Speaker 6: funky and like it gets hard and stuff. And then
- 18:04Speaker 6: if you eat it cold the next day, especially like
- 18:06Speaker 6: you have the young young self on it, like everything
- 18:08Speaker 6: soaked in.
- 18:09Speaker 1: And it's so good.
- 18:10Speaker 5: My mouth is salivating.
- 18:12Speaker 1: That actually sounds so good to.
- 18:13Speaker 2: Me, I Amber. I'm the kind of person who needs
- 18:16Speaker 2: it hot, Like if it's supposed to be hot, I
- 18:18Speaker 2: need to eat it hot, unless it's pizza.
- 18:20Speaker 1: I don't think I can cold.
- 18:21Speaker 6: I get that, but Ricky trusts me. Girl, you try it,
- 18:26Speaker 6: you are more bound to like it because and literally
- 18:29Speaker 6: like you only have like the day after to eat it,
- 18:31Speaker 6: because if you let it so longer than that, then
- 18:33Speaker 6: it just yeah.
- 18:35Speaker 5: Yeah, so now I wantchi.
- 18:39Speaker 2: Me too, Amber, thank you for calling in. I'm gonna
- 18:42Speaker 2: try it just for you.
- 18:46Speaker 1: Appreciate you. I feel like I always put a little
- 18:49Speaker 1: water on rice if I'm reheating rice. Yeah, and she's missing.
- 18:53Speaker 2: That stuff, but it still isn't the same. Like you
- 18:56Speaker 2: put a little water on it to make it a
- 18:57Speaker 2: little bit better, but it's never going to be the
- 18:59Speaker 2: same as like when you cook.
- 19:00Speaker 1: No, you need to eat rice fresh. We've got Hillary
- 19:03Speaker 1: duf tickets next.
- 19:04Speaker 4: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on the River.
- 19:09Speaker 2: Girl, Hillary Duff, she's going to be in town for
- 19:11Speaker 2: two shows a Santa Amphitheater and first being Amphitheater. That's
- 19:16Speaker 2: what you could win, a ticket, well, two tickets to
- 19:18Speaker 2: one of those shows if you win. Kevin Mano's Game
- 19:21Speaker 2: of the Day on one oh seven five. The River
- 19:23Speaker 2: Trivia Train is what we've been playing all week, Kevin,
- 19:26Speaker 2: do you want to explain how that worked?
- 19:27Speaker 3: Sure?
- 19:28Speaker 1: Sure, Sure, Jenna, and Nashville is on the line. Hi, Jenna, Hey,
- 19:31Speaker 1: did you hey? The last couple of days, have you
- 19:33Speaker 1: heard trivia train?
- 19:34Speaker 8: I haven't.
- 19:35Speaker 1: Okay, Each question that I ask you is inspired by
- 19:39Speaker 1: the previous question, so it's not about like a certain
- 19:42Speaker 1: topic or anything. It's all over the board. We started
- 19:46Speaker 1: with Hillary Duff and now we've worked our way. Yesterday
- 19:48Speaker 1: our last question was about Drew Barrymore, So that's where
- 19:50Speaker 1: we're going to start today. Okay, awesome. It's very confusing sounding,
- 19:54Speaker 1: but it's really not. Here we go. Your trivia train
- 19:57Speaker 1: is leaving the station, Kevin, Jenna, what Steven Spielberg movie
- 20:05Speaker 1: did Drew Barrymore starr and when she was seven years old?
- 20:10Speaker 5: Eighty?
- 20:10Speaker 1: You got him?
- 20:12Speaker 2: Okay, starting off.
- 20:13Speaker 1: Good, well done. You need two of these, two out
- 20:16Speaker 1: of three to get these Hillary Duff tickets, and that
- 20:18Speaker 1: is a strong start. Inspired by ET now, in twenty ten,
- 20:24Speaker 1: What River Artist released a song called ET.
- 20:29Speaker 2: Katy Perry.
- 20:30Speaker 1: Katie Perry is correct. Wow, way to go. You're going
- 20:36Speaker 1: to see Hillary Duff. Awesome.
- 20:38Speaker 4: Thank you guys so much.
- 20:39Speaker 2: Congrats. It happened really fast. You were very good at that.
- 20:42Speaker 2: I wasn't expecting to get the eighty quick. It all
- 20:46Speaker 2: worked out, Jenna.
- 20:47Speaker 1: Let me ask you this just one final question for you,
- 20:49Speaker 1: because I have so many here. Katy Perry's current boyfriend
- 20:52Speaker 1: previously ran what country?
- 20:55Speaker 6: Oh wow, I have no idea.
- 20:58Speaker 1: It's okay, you want the tickets. It was Canada. Yeah,
- 21:01Speaker 1: Justin Trudeau is who.
- 21:03Speaker 2: That relationship doesn't make any sense, Jenna. So the fact
- 21:05Speaker 2: that you didn't know it totally makes sense to me.
- 21:08Speaker 4: Actually, the last person I thought it was Orlando Bloom
- 21:11Speaker 4: and then I was like, no, that's over.
- 21:13Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, it's a weird thing going on, Jenna. But
- 21:15Speaker 2: we're gonna put you on a hold so we can
- 21:17Speaker 2: get your info. Make sure you get these tickets.
- 21:19Speaker 4: Tiller Duff, thank you so much.
- 21:21Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 21:22Speaker 4: Uh.
- 21:23Speaker 1: The only reason I wanted to throw in that last
- 21:24Speaker 1: question is because I have this whole thing planned out
- 21:27Speaker 1: so that the final question tomorrow ties back in with
- 21:30Speaker 1: Hillary Duff.
- 21:31Speaker 4: Oh.
- 21:31Speaker 2: So it's a full circle moment that we got.
- 21:34Speaker 7: Oh okay, Hillary Duff plus Canada. I'm I'm interested on
- 21:38Speaker 7: where this goes.
- 21:40Speaker 1: Tune in tomorrow to find out and get more than
- 21:42Speaker 1: Hillary tickets.
- 21:43Speaker 3: Three Things you need to Know.
- 21:46Speaker 1: Just after eight o'clock, Ricky Sanchez has those three Things
- 21:49Speaker 1: for you, presented by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 21:51Speaker 2: Justin Bieber has been announced as a co headliner for
- 21:54Speaker 2: the FIFA World Cup Finals first ever halftime show. The
- 21:58Speaker 2: halftime show is set to take place underly nineteenth. The
- 22:01Speaker 2: performance is going to have an amazing lineup that also
- 22:03Speaker 2: includes Madonna, Shakira, NBTS. Chris Martin curated the show and honestly,
- 22:09Speaker 2: kudos to that guy did a great job. The FIFA
- 22:11Speaker 2: World Cup Halftime Show supports the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund,
- 22:16Speaker 2: so proceeds are helping expand access to education and football
- 22:19Speaker 2: programs for children worldwide. So it's all for a great cause.
- 22:23Speaker 2: We love to see it. I'm pumped because you know
- 22:26Speaker 2: that I am a believer through and through anything. Justin
- 22:29Speaker 2: Bieber does, I'm here for it. A casting company is
- 22:33Speaker 2: looking for struggling Nashville restaurants. This is for a new
- 22:36Speaker 2: untitled project that features Gordon Ramsey. The idea here is
- 22:40Speaker 2: that he would give you professional guidance on how to
- 22:44Speaker 2: help your business be successful. Obviously, the man is a
- 22:48Speaker 2: celebrity chef. He's been a chef for many, many years.
- 22:50Speaker 2: He kind of knows what he's talking about when it
- 22:52Speaker 2: comes down to it. So if you're interested, you can
- 22:54Speaker 2: sign up at j S casting dot com slash Gordon
- 22:59Speaker 2: if you are interested in participating in this. I'm curious
- 23:02Speaker 2: to see which showed like, which ones I end up
- 23:05Speaker 2: on the show, and if any of them are actually
- 23:06Speaker 2: like local national restaurants.
- 23:08Speaker 1: He's going to scream at you. Just know that in
- 23:10Speaker 1: advance he's going to come to scream at you in
- 23:12Speaker 1: front of everybody.
- 23:12Speaker 2: Tough love works, okay, and USPS, their prices are going
- 23:19Speaker 2: up again on Sunday. The USPS will raise the cost
- 23:22Speaker 2: of a forever stamp to eighty two cents starting Sunday.
- 23:26Speaker 2: It was approved back in May. Pretty sure. I had
- 23:29Speaker 2: a whole rant about this back in May when they
- 23:30Speaker 2: first approved it, because I just think eighty two cents
- 23:33Speaker 2: is outrageous. It's a four cent increase. So just stock
- 23:37Speaker 2: up on your stamps.
- 23:38Speaker 3: Now.
- 23:38Speaker 2: There are forever stamps. They do work forever. Eighty two
- 23:42Speaker 2: cents is going to be a steal because this is
- 23:44Speaker 2: just going to keep going up. Other services are also
- 23:46Speaker 2: going to see price jumps, like mailing postcards and international letters.
- 23:51Speaker 2: This all comes after USPS warned us earlier this year
- 23:54Speaker 2: that it could run out of money within a year.
- 23:56Speaker 2: Last year alone, the agency lost nine billion dollars. Just crazy,
- 24:02Speaker 2: buy your stamps now. Okay, that's all I got to say.
- 24:05Speaker 2: I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
- 24:07Speaker 2: need to know.
- 24:08Speaker 1: We need Gordon Ramsey to go yell at whoever's in
- 24:10Speaker 1: charge of the budgeting.
- 24:11Speaker 2: Of the government.
- 24:12Speaker 1: Yeah, just yell at them all.
- 24:13Speaker 3: Yell at every Ricky, Zach and Minnow in the morning, we.
- 24:18Speaker 2: Want to know what your first summer job was. We're
- 24:21Speaker 2: going nostalgic this morning because Kevin, your daughter is already
- 24:25Speaker 2: talking about getting a summer job at ten years old.
- 24:28Speaker 1: She just turned ten a few days ago. Happy birthday, Molly,
- 24:30Speaker 1: ten double digits. That's a big one, and yes, she
- 24:32Speaker 1: wants money. She likes to shop, she likes things. So
- 24:35Speaker 1: she's been asking about summer jobs. And I sat down
- 24:37Speaker 1: and I looked up like what age people start working?
- 24:40Speaker 1: And there was some you know, traditionals.
- 24:42Speaker 2: Not ten.
- 24:43Speaker 1: It is not ten. That's spoiler alert, not ten. What
- 24:47Speaker 1: was your first summer job? Six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine,
- 24:50Speaker 1: one oh seven? And about approximately how old were you
- 24:54Speaker 1: when you held this job? And I'll run through some
- 24:56Speaker 1: of this side. It's a very interesting list of some
- 24:58Speaker 1: of the most common summer jobs out there. Uh six, one, five, seven,
- 25:01Speaker 1: three seven, nine, one seven.
- 25:02Speaker 3: Let us know Ricky zachon mano in the morning one
- 25:05Speaker 3: seven five, river.
- 25:07Speaker 1: Handy and bowling green is on the line right now, Candy,
- 25:09Speaker 1: what was your first summer job?
- 25:12Speaker 8: Clanning house?
- 25:13Speaker 2: Okay? And how old were you? I was ten years old.
- 25:16Speaker 1: Dang, all right.
- 25:18Speaker 7: When you say like cleaning house, were you like actually
- 25:20Speaker 7: like mopping, vacuum cleaning the toilets, the shower, everything, like
- 25:24Speaker 7: a deep clean, the.
- 25:26Speaker 2: Windows, everything, doing laundry, everything.
- 25:29Speaker 1: Okay, Okay. It city like a family operation that they
- 25:32Speaker 1: would just drag you along with them and you'd make
- 25:34Speaker 1: a little money. No, oh, you actually got your own list.
- 25:38Speaker 6: Yes, well, I'm in my fifties, so back then.
- 25:41Speaker 8: You know, they didn't look at child labor like they
- 25:43Speaker 8: do now.
- 25:44Speaker 2: Yeah, that was one of the things I brought up
- 25:46Speaker 2: to keV. I was like, well, ten years old, I
- 25:48Speaker 2: think there's child labor laws against her actually holding a
- 25:52Speaker 2: job at that point.
- 25:54Speaker 8: Exactly.
- 25:55Speaker 1: Wow, So Katie, how long did you do that? Starting
- 25:57Speaker 1: at ten? Was that like a thing you did for
- 25:58Speaker 1: a few years?
- 26:00Speaker 8: Throughout my life, I've always claimed house.
- 26:02Speaker 5: Candy, do you still clean houses? And can you come
- 26:04Speaker 5: clean mine?
- 26:06Speaker 8: Well?
- 26:06Speaker 6: Actually now I work in customer service, but sure it
- 26:09Speaker 6: pays well, I will come playing the house.
- 26:11Speaker 8: I don't have a problem making money. I love that
- 26:13Speaker 8: the whole point of it.
- 26:14Speaker 5: I love the grinds.
- 26:15Speaker 2: I love the candy. Like, if you're to pay me,
- 26:17Speaker 2: we can make something. Yeah, something out here.
- 26:20Speaker 6: The gas is expensive, Yes it is.
- 26:22Speaker 2: That is facts Candy.
- 26:24Speaker 1: Thank you for calling Candy. We appreciate it.
- 26:26Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 26:26Speaker 2: I have a blessed ego.
- 26:29Speaker 1: So ten for like a real job, not really something
- 26:32Speaker 1: like the books. You it's not going to go to
- 26:36Speaker 1: the IRN, but we did look it up. In like
- 26:39Speaker 1: between the ages of ten and thirteen. Some jobs that
- 26:41Speaker 1: kids will hold will be like babysitting for friends, neighbors.
- 26:44Speaker 1: That makes sense, hat sitting, lawn mowing. I don't see
- 26:48Speaker 1: her doing that. Tutoring younger kids maybe no. But then
- 26:53Speaker 1: around fourteen, you know, what are the laws? I don't
- 26:56Speaker 1: even know, but like it says you can start working
- 26:58Speaker 1: in restaurants. That feels outdated, right, No, I think you can.
- 27:01Speaker 2: I mean I got my first I got my first
- 27:02Speaker 2: job at fourteen.
- 27:04Speaker 5: Mine was at fifteen.
- 27:05Speaker 1: Kevin's like, uh, I don't say fifteen sixteen. Like things
- 27:09Speaker 1: like life guarding at pools or something, maybe working at
- 27:11Speaker 1: the grocer. I worked at the grocery store when I
- 27:13Speaker 1: was like sixteen years old, bag in groceries.
- 27:16Speaker 2: That's a good job for you.
- 27:17Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm sure you left it. I will say, I
- 27:19Speaker 1: love it.
- 27:21Speaker 7: When I was fifteen, I was a lifeguard at a
- 27:23Speaker 7: Wave Country, which is like the big water park across
- 27:27Speaker 7: the street from Oprey Land.
- 27:28Speaker 5: Yeah, so I was a lifeguard at Wave Country.
- 27:31Speaker 2: That was a big one for me because I grew
- 27:32Speaker 2: up on a lake and I just did not want
- 27:34Speaker 2: that kind of responsibility. I was like, nope, I'm good,
- 27:37Speaker 2: I don't live They.
- 27:38Speaker 5: Just sat there and got a tan.
- 27:40Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 27:40Speaker 1: Why if somebody needed your help, like you were literally
- 27:43Speaker 1: in charge.
- 27:43Speaker 5: Of saving their life. I mean I was, but it
- 27:45Speaker 5: never happened.
- 27:46Speaker 2: Yeah, you were lucky.
- 27:47Speaker 7: I know I did get very lucky. Honestly, if it
- 27:50Speaker 7: were to happen, I wouldn't know what to do. I
- 27:51Speaker 7: don't know why that hired me exactly.
- 27:53Speaker 2: My point. I was like, nope, I want that. I'm
- 27:57Speaker 2: gonna stay in the dry cleaner with no air conditioning.
- 27:59Speaker 1: Oh that's what you did. That's rough.
- 28:01Speaker 2: Yeah, that was my first job at the dry cleaner,
- 28:03Speaker 2: zero air conditioning in the summer. Horrific. And we didn't
- 28:07Speaker 2: have a credit card, like like a machine, so I
- 28:10Speaker 2: used had to take the credit card, take a piece
- 28:12Speaker 2: of paper and slide the thing over and write everything out.
- 28:16Speaker 1: Oh man, crazy six more five, seven, three, seven, nine
- 28:19Speaker 1: one seven. Your first summer job? What was it?
- 28:21Speaker 3: In hot older Ricky, Zach and Meadow in the morning.
- 28:25Speaker 2: We got a little nostalgic this morning on one of
- 28:27Speaker 2: seven five the river. We're talking about our first summer jobs.
- 28:30Speaker 2: Because Kevin's daughter Molly, she's ten and she's already talking
- 28:33Speaker 2: about getting a job like Kara and Murphy's Boro. What
- 28:38Speaker 2: was your first summer job?
- 28:39Speaker 6: My first job was working.
- 28:41Speaker 4: At eighty heels when I was thirteen.
- 28:44Speaker 5: Years old at the grocery store. Yees eh, what did
- 28:48Speaker 5: you do? Were you like a backer.
- 28:51Speaker 6: Register at thirteen?
- 28:53Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 28:54Speaker 6: My parents knew then I wanted to work.
- 28:56Speaker 5: My parents didn't want me to, but I wanted to.
- 28:59Speaker 1: Can I ask?
- 28:59Speaker 3: You did?
- 29:00Speaker 1: But I feel like that requires a lot of math
- 29:02Speaker 1: and stuff to work the register that young.
- 29:04Speaker 2: Well it was.
- 29:06Speaker 6: I mean I knew how to add and subtract, so
- 29:08Speaker 6: in the cash registers, the big, big, big cash registers.
- 29:13Speaker 2: Well, Karen, we're impressed that you started out so young,
- 29:16Speaker 2: and we appreciate you for listening and calling in this morning.
- 29:19Speaker 3: You much.
- 29:22Speaker 5: You are great, thank you.
- 29:26Speaker 2: We hope you have the.
- 29:26Speaker 6: Willst day, Kara, Okay, you'll have a day, kid.
- 29:30Speaker 3: Ricky, Zach and Mennow in the morning.
- 29:34Speaker 1: Time for the daily double Tap on one O seven
- 29:36Speaker 1: five the River every day about this time, and played
- 29:38Speaker 1: some audio from a video that one of us finds.
- 29:40Speaker 1: Ricky found this and it's a little Wayne Daily double
- 29:43Speaker 1: Tap today.
- 29:44Speaker 2: Well, it's the intro to a milli, very iconici a milli.
- 29:49Speaker 2: You know, the intro Okay, this guy just makes it
- 29:52Speaker 2: that much better. Okay, it's it's wild. Here we go.
- 29:59Speaker 3: Then the.
- 30:08Speaker 8: I like it.
- 30:27Speaker 2: It's a trumpet on.
