Masked Man in Vegas Caught After Philly Stalks | Washington DC News
A 22-year-old man in Las Vegas, wanted by Philly cops for allegedly terrorizing pedestrians with a creepy mask and phone camera, has been arrested. Surveillance caught him targeting people near City Hall at 5 AM — asking a woman if she was “ready to die,” intimidating a jogger who got hurt fleeing — all while filming. He fled PA on public transit before being tracked down by US Marshals across state lines. Now locked up in Nevada, he faces charges including aggravated assault and terroristic threats.
