HubSpot personalized navigation: trim the sidebar to your tools | Shipped Jun 2026
HubSpot's left sidebar can list more than eighty items. A public beta called Personalized navigation lets each person keep their own tools one click away, add groupings, and reorder the rest. We cover how to join it safely (Enroll only me first), how to leave or give feedback, what bookmarks do today, and what we couldn't confirm about which plans get it.
Who it's for: HubSpot admins and RevOps leads deciding whether to opt their account into the navigation beta, plus anyone who spends too long hunting through the sidebar.
Our research first covered Personalized navigation on June 11, 2026…
