- 0:05Welcome to The Hypnotist, the show that gives you inside
- 0:09access to cutting edge hypnosis with real clients facing
- 0:12genuine. Issues.
- 0:13Brought to you by The Hypnotherapist, demanded by
- 0:16celebrities CE OS and even royalty Adam Cox, these
- 0:21recordings took place live from Evans Clinic in London's world
- 0:24famous Harley Street. So get yourself comfortable and
- 0:31enjoy today's episode of The Hypnotist.
- 0:39Hi, it's Adam here and you're about to listen to a manifesting
- 0:43Law of Attraction hypnosis session that I actually created
- 0:47for a client that was on the very verge of launching their
- 0:52own business. They'd worked for a social media
- 0:55agency. They were going on their own.
- 0:57They were working their notice period, but they wanted to kind
- 1:00of create a feeling of momentum so that in their free time, so
- 1:05not during work hours, weekends, evenings, early mornings, even
- 1:08lunch breaks, they could work on their business so that by the
- 1:11time it came to them working this two-month notice period,
- 1:16they would actually have certain things in place to.
- 1:18Make their business. More likely to be successful.
- 1:22Now, the key thing is that it's really useful to have
- 1:25specificity and clarity if you are using principles of law of
- 1:31attraction. Now, I don't believe that law of
- 1:33attraction is magical. I don't think it's mystical.
- 1:36I don't think it's based on quantum science.
- 1:38I do think it is based on the mind's desire to get absolute
- 1:43clarity on what it wants and then link emotion to doing that.
- 1:48Everyone has manifested something because you thought of
- 1:51something that you wanted and then you aligned yourself with
- 1:55the resources to make that happened.
- 1:57But we just call that doing. Stuff.
- 1:58Achieving stuff. Accomplishing stuff and
- 2:01sometimes you get a little bit of luck on the way.
- 2:04That's true manifestation. It's when action aligns with
- 2:07intention. So if you like the idea of
- 2:10manifesting more business success, you'll get some value
- 2:13from this. But notice when you listen to
- 2:15this that there wasn't just one outcome, because I asked this
- 2:18client, I said, what would a good outcome be?
- 2:20What would be an amazing outcome?
- 2:22What would be an average outcome?
- 2:25And they could think about that. So we actually have three
- 2:27different levels. So they could get a sense of do
- 2:30they do different things to manifest a higher level of
- 2:33success. You don't have to be about to
- 2:36launch your own business to benefit from this because at its
- 2:39core, it's about attracting good things into your life that would
- 2:43make you more successful. And that could be financially
- 2:46successful, career success, or it could be other areas of your
- 2:49life. You know, it was created for an
- 2:51individual that was launching their own social media agency.
- 2:55That might not be you. So if you do like the idea of
- 2:58working with me directly to have a session created specifically
- 3:02for you and your needs, either check out my website
- 3:05adamcox.co.uk or you can have a look in the description and
- 3:09you'll see various ways that you can learn about working with me.
- 3:12For now though, find a quiet, comfortable place where you
- 3:15won't be distracted or disturbed.
- 3:17Relax and enjoy the session. Take a deep breath in, and as
- 3:57you breathe in, breathe in that wonderful feeling of relaxation
- 4:05and optimism. And as you breathe out, give
- 4:13permission to release any fears, any doubts, any worries, any
- 4:22stresses. I want you to feel like a zoo
- 4:30animal that has escaped the zoo and found your way out in the
- 4:41real world. We've traded in that security
- 4:48for freedom, knowing that it won't be easy, but it will be a
- 4:55wonderful adventure. And you wouldn't have made this
- 5:01choice if your unconscious mind didn't believe that you have.
- 5:10The resource is not just to survive, to thrive out there.
- 5:18You don't need this security of a salary of sick pay.
- 5:30You would much rather feel the excitement of knowing that if
- 5:39you work hard, value to other people, then you deserve all of
- 5:47the rewards of living that way. You've already demonstrated that
- 5:58you have courage, the courage of your convictions for a people
- 6:09just approaching retirement, having spent their whole lives
- 6:14working for other people, that if only they had a time machine,
- 6:21they would go back in time to your age and do what you have
- 6:26already done. And that is to make a bet on
- 6:35yourself because you believe you've got what it takes.
- 6:46So allow yourself to breathe in and breathe out, each breath
- 6:51taking you deeper and deeper. Relaxed.
- 6:57That's it. And the deeper you breathe, the
- 7:02more relaxed you feel. And the more relaxed you feel,
- 7:07the deeper you breathe, and with your eyes closed, just focus on
- 7:13the sound of my voice. And sometimes, the moment you
- 7:19stop trying to control everything consciously, the
- 7:25other part of your mind, the wiser part, begins quietly
- 7:32organizing things in the background.
- 7:37Breathe in even deeper now. And as you breathe out, just
- 7:42give permission to the muscles around your eyelids, eyes, and
- 7:47eyebrows to relax deeper than they were before.
- 7:55And on the next out with breath, allow your shoulders and your
- 8:01neck to relax. That's it.
- 8:08And with each breath you may noticed a gentle shift
- 8:12happening, as if your mind is slowing down and your attention
- 8:20is naturally drifting inwards. Because the mind has a
- 8:28remarkable ability to imagine, to anticipate, and sometimes
- 8:39even to prepare for a future before it arrives.
- 8:49And right here, right now, you are harnessing the power of your
- 8:55mind to have it work in your favour.
- 9:05I want you to imagine. Imagine a wonderful garden, the
- 9:17kind of garden that things grow quickly in.
- 9:27And I want you to imagine to enter the garden, you have to
- 9:35pass through a door. Consider this a secret garden, a
- 9:39wall hidden by branches or Ivy, and then a door into the garden.
- 9:50And the moment you pass through the door, you leave your past
- 9:55behind you. Behind you represents employment
- 10:04and The Secret Garden represents your future of self-employment.
- 10:15The past was comfortable but not fulfilling.
- 10:21The future is unknown but exciting, and I want you to
- 10:28consider that sometimes one door needs to close in order for a
- 10:37new door to open. So as you walk through the door,
- 10:45you immediately see another door, and the space in between
- 10:52represents the transition from one certainty to another.
- 11:02And I want you to imagine you can appreciate everything behind
- 11:08you, behind that door. Connections you made, things
- 11:14you've learned, experience, appreciate everything good and
- 11:23bad from the past, but feel that the door is closing behind you
- 11:31and you don't want that past anymore.
- 11:38That door, that chapter is complete.
- 11:43Mentally, you've already left that behind, even if you're
- 11:50still there for a few more weeks just to work your notice.
- 11:57And that door may have represented dependency, reliance
- 12:03on other people's decisions, someone else's schedule, someone
- 12:10else's definition of value. You didn't have to worry about
- 12:17paying the electricity bill for the office tax and HR rules.
- 12:26All you needed to do is do the things you had to do for your
- 12:31job. But that was never appealing
- 12:38enough for you. And as that door really closes,
- 12:46I want you to feel something opening up within you.
- 12:51And maybe it's a sense of self-reliance, belief in your
- 12:56own abilities. One of the most powerful
- 13:02resources is simply the word agency, the ability to do what
- 13:12needs to be done because you decide to do it.
- 13:18And I want you to feel that sense of ownership, of personal
- 13:23responsibility. I want you to get a feeling that
- 13:31the success of the agency that you're building will be directly
- 13:36proportionate to your sense of agency within.
- 13:42The more personally responsible and decisive and proactive you
- 13:48are, the more successful your agency will be.
- 13:56You are unlocking ownership of your time, ownership of your
- 14:02direction, and most importantly of all, ownership of your
- 14:08destiny. You're between 2 doors now.
- 14:17We've not yet opened the door to The Secret Garden, so look at
- 14:22that door now. The door of self-employment, the
- 14:26door of possibility. The door of building something
- 14:32that belongs to you. And as you place your hand on
- 14:37that door handle, allow yourself to notice a feeling not of
- 14:45pressure and not of urgency. A feeling of alignment.
- 14:54And this feeling has an idea that this secret garden doesn't
- 15:02just feel right. It's a place you were always
- 15:07meant to be, almost as though the universe itself has been
- 15:19nudging you and guiding you here to this place, to this future.
- 15:30Let's plant a seed of an idea as you open the door and walk into
- 15:34that garden. An idea that when people pursue
- 15:44what they are truly meant to do, unexpected things begin to
- 15:50happen. The right conversation appears,
- 15:56The right idea arrives, the right person notices.
- 16:04Opportunities appear that could never have been predicted.
- 16:12Almost as though when someone moves toward their authentic
- 16:18path, the universe conspires in their favour, and not because of
- 16:28magic, but because belief and alignment create momentum,
- 16:37because clarity attracts attention, and because
- 16:42authenticity builds trust. So now imagine you're there in
- 16:50that secret garden, and in your hands are seeds.
- 16:59And not just one or two, an abundance of seeds.
- 17:09And each seed represents something simple.
- 17:14A conversation, a social media post, a video, an article, A
- 17:22blog post shared, a new connection, an idea shared with
- 17:31the world. Maybe it's a short video or a
- 17:36long video, a helpful insight or a genuine interaction.
- 17:43And nothing pushy and nothing forced.
- 17:47Just seeds. And as you walk around this
- 17:51secret garden, imagine scattering those seeds.
- 17:59And some fall close by, some travel further, and some seeds
- 18:05land where you can see them, and others just disappear into the
- 18:10soil. And the interesting thing about
- 18:15seeds is that when they first go into the ground, nothing seems
- 18:22to happen. But underneath the surface,
- 18:29something is always beginning. The seed with soil and water
- 18:36germinates, roots form, possibilities expand, future
- 18:43growth prepares itself. And as you scatter these seeds,
- 18:52you realise how freeing it is, natural it it is doesn't even
- 18:57feel like work just scattering those seeds.
- 19:01Because your job is not to force the plants to grow.
- 19:06Your job is simply to plant the seeds.
- 19:10Consistency, curiosity, contribution and the soil, the
- 19:17audience, the marketplace decides when each seed grows.
- 19:27And when you run out of seeds, you realise you can just put
- 19:31your hands in your pockets and there is even more seeds there.
- 19:37A never ending supply of seeds. Because creativity is infinite,
- 19:48you can never run out of ideas. And the more seeds you sow, the
- 19:57higher probability that plants will grow.
- 20:02But I want you to imagine seeing or wishing well.
- 20:07There in the middle of that secret garden, And I want you to
- 20:13imagine staring down the well, and imagine you can see deep in
- 20:20the well, the final day of your employment, the very moment when
- 20:29that old door has closed and the new door has opened.
- 20:37And I want you to consider three possible futures, not as
- 20:44pressure, not as goals, but as possibilities, outcomes that you
- 20:51can manifest and attract. And maybe the first future
- 20:58appears. A quiet beginning, a few calls,
- 21:02a few conversations, some connections being formed, some
- 21:09posts being shared, but no client.
- 21:15Just a few warm leads starting to emerge.
- 21:20But there are seeds planted everywhere.
- 21:25Momentum is beginning and confidence growing.
- 21:29The foundation is forming, and even in this future you can feel
- 21:36calm because every seed planted today can sprout and grow into
- 21:44something tomorrow. Consider that an acceptable
- 21:51future, not desirable, but acceptable.
- 21:58And then imagine a new future emerges, a good future.
- 22:06And this time you've scattered more seeds, and many of those
- 22:11seeds have started sprouting. Maybe there's already one client
- 22:18and several others considering working with you.
- 22:21I want you to imagine how many meetings you've had on that
- 22:26final day, how many conversations you've had, dozens
- 22:33of interactions, maybe 50 or more connections.
- 22:42People out there are noticing your content.
- 22:47You're getting feedback, messages, comments, and those
- 22:51videos. You're sharing because you come
- 22:53across natural, authentic, organic.
- 22:58Not pushy, just simply sharing ideas, helping people.
- 23:05And slowly your presence begins to grow.
- 23:12People begin recognizing your voice, your insight, your
- 23:16expertise and your value. And as you consider that good
- 23:22future, you are unlocking all of the resources to make that
- 23:27possible. Let's imagine an amazing future.
- 23:36Your mind explores the most exciting possibility.
- 23:42So many of your seeds have grown quickly.
- 23:46Imagine three clients working with you from the very day you
- 23:53become self-employed. A steady monthly income
- 23:59beginning to form, momentum building.
- 24:04You're posting daily, followers increasing, engagement rising,
- 24:13and people are responding positively to what you share,
- 24:17comments and direct messages. Imagine you have some CRM
- 24:24software and your network is growing, your pipeline is
- 24:29getting stronger, new conversations, new opportunities
- 24:34and most importantly in this future you see a new identity of
- 24:43confidence, tat tenacity and resilience.
- 24:46You have embraced the identity of a founder even before your
- 24:56employment has finished. You have the identity of someone
- 25:03building something meaningful, powerful, impactful.
- 25:08And the fascinating thing about the mind as you look down that
- 25:17wishing well is that when it sees multiple futures, it
- 25:23doesn't need to choose just one, because each of those futures
- 25:30shares the same foundation, scattering seeds, showing up
- 25:37consistently, helping people, building connections, allowing
- 25:46the right opportunities to emerge.
- 25:50And sometimes even the smallest seed can grow into the most
- 25:58unexpected success. And before you leave the wishing
- 26:05well, imagine yourself one or two years into the future.
- 26:10Imagine happy clients, endorsements, recommendations.
- 26:15Word is spreading. Maybe you have staff or a team
- 26:21of people. Maybe you've won your first
- 26:25award or help the client create a whole new revenue stream.
- 26:32I want you to resonate with exactly the future that you
- 26:36desire. Resonate with all of the
- 26:40resources to help manifest that future.
- 26:52Then you stop looking down the wishing well, and as you look
- 26:56back into your secret garden, I want you to see how many of
- 27:03those seeds are now plants and flowers.
- 27:07In the time you were looking in that wishing well, they've
- 27:11already sprouted and grown. The Secret Garden is the door
- 27:22that is opening the new chapter. It is the freedom you've been
- 27:30looking for, the adventure you've needed, and the
- 27:36opportunity you wanted. And I want you to imagine how
- 27:46comfortable and natural and worthy you feel in this secret
- 27:53garden. You were always meant to be
- 27:57here. The universe helped you find it.
- 28:04You deserve it. It's time to leave this secret
- 28:08garden. But you take with you a sense of
- 28:15enthusiasm, excitement, self belief and optimism.
- 28:24You just have a deep feeling within them.
- 28:28Good things are coming your way and opportunities will find
- 28:35their way to you just by scattering those seeds
- 28:42consistently. So take a deep breath in through
- 28:46your nose and out. That's it.
- 28:51Wiggle your fingers, wiggle your toes.
- 28:54Connect and calibrate into the here and the now as I now count
- 28:59from 1:00 to 10:00 to awaken you.
- 29:03Starting to count 123 waking up 456 More alert 7-8.
- 29:11Open your eyes. Open your eyes, 910.
- 29:14Wide awake, wide awake, wide awake.
