  SPEAKER_00: Namaste beautiful souls.
• 0:03
SPEAKER_00: Welcome, beautiful community, and to my very special guests, Sandy and Penny, and I'll just share a bit about you.
• 0:13
SPEAKER_00: So Penny Pierce is a visionary teacher, an author who's pioneered the language of intuition, frequency, and transformation.
• 0:25
SPEAKER_00: And Sandy Sedgeby is a journalist, a broadcaster, a curator, and an alchemist of conscious conversation.
• 0:34
SPEAKER_00: So I'm quite excited for us to be here together and just to see where we go and what the intention is to bring support, guidance, and illumination and expansion of the mind to everyone who's in resonance, to everyone who's joining us.
• 0:54
  SPEAKER_00: So welcome.
• 0:56
  SPEAKER_02: Thank you.
• 0:57
  SPEAKER_02: Thank you.
• 0:59
SPEAKER_00: So where I feel we'll begin is from each of your unique lens, what do you sense and feel about humanity?
• 1:10
SPEAKER_00: What do you feel about like 2026 and what we're being initiated into, what's shifting, what's opening up for us as a collective this year?
• 1:22
SPEAKER_00: Penny, would you like to begin?
• 1:25
  SPEAKER_00: Sure.
• 1:26
SPEAKER_02: Um well I think it's been opening for a long time.
• 1:31
SPEAKER_02: The last few years is like accelerating, you know, like faster and faster.
• 1:35
SPEAKER_02: But um it is a there's been a such a process of clearing ourselves of fear and anything that's in the way.
• 1:46
SPEAKER_02: And some that process started a lot with the big fears or the the more dramatic things.
• 1:52
SPEAKER_02: And now I think we're down to the subtle things.
• 1:56
SPEAKER_02: Like I was talking about having grievances and how that even just that holding a little tiny silly thing gets in the way of soul expression.
• 2:06
SPEAKER_02: Because we're we're sort of embodying now fully the soul, our soul, the soul, the collective, um starting to understand when you become the soul, you have access to all the souls.
• 2:20
SPEAKER_02: They're like your soul group now, and you're not limited in any way in terms of wisdom or knowledge or help.
• 2:28
SPEAKER_02: Um, and these things are happening incrementally as I see it and feel it, that um the revelations that are coming are making things much easier for us step by step.
• 2:44
SPEAKER_02: And when you get rid of something like part of your identity, and you say, Well, I don't care about that anymore, you know, I'm not just that, then a whole bunch more of what you really are kind of floods in, and you go, Oh my gosh, I suddenly know about these things.
• 2:59
SPEAKER_02: Like I'm suddenly interested in these new ideas, and it wasn't effortful, you didn't make yourself do it.
• 3:06
SPEAKER_02: Everything's happening in the flow, in a wonderful, surprising way, magical way almost, you know.
• 3:14
SPEAKER_02: And so what I think 2026 is going to bring is boy, we can come back to this because I can't say it all at once, I think, but it's a an acceleration of this particular process.
• 3:30
SPEAKER_02: And of course, everybody around the world is open to this, but there are a lot of people who are still very rooted in old belief systems, familial lineages, you know, um, abuse patterns that are that are collective, in genetic almost, um, that they are really trying to grow and they're bringing up, you know, the suffering.
• 3:54
SPEAKER_02: And we have to not look down upon those people or try to rescue them, but understand them and help them get through it, you know.
• 4:03
SPEAKER_02: But we can't, but you know, it's like everybody's on this path and has an equal chance to open up.
• 4:11
SPEAKER_02: We have to understand that it's not going to kill us to open up, you know, it's not going to be dangerous.
• 4:17
SPEAKER_02: Because a lot of people think, oh my God, if I let go of what I know for security, uh, I'll just evaporate or something or be annihilated.
• 4:26
SPEAKER_02: Um so there's an intensification of that in 2026.
• 4:33
SPEAKER_02: Along with that, I think there is a um the acceleration of all the stuff that's coming up out of the collective subconscious mind that has been previously stuffed down that we didn't want to look at.
• 4:47
SPEAKER_02: And that has to do with fear and hatred and um you know, all kinds of polarizations and oppositions, me versus them outside, the big outside world, instead of realizing that it's all one big unified field, and it's it's you.
• 5:08
SPEAKER_02: Uh and so that is going to expand, and we're seeing it in politics and so forth, with a lot of dictators and a lot of narcissism coming to the surface in people where that need to be right and to have the world agree with me is so limiting.
• 5:28
SPEAKER_02: And it's going to get to a certain expanded bubble, like a blown-up bubble, and then it's going to get little pops in it, little holes in it, and it's going to start to not work anymore because the energy on the planet is too high for that kind of thinking to function.
• 5:48
SPEAKER_02: So I see it all happening, and I feel my heart feels for the people who are, yeah, you know, suffering over it, and I know it's not going to last.
• 6:00
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 6:01
  SPEAKER_02: And that's a long, long-winded answer.
• 6:04
SPEAKER_02: But I think, you know, it's there's personal growth into clarity, and there's the rise of the fear-based realities, the old human thinking, um, into a point where people are going to either start realizing this doesn't actually work, or it's not the way I like to feel.
• 6:24
SPEAKER_02: And then they'll make some clearing, or they won't, or they'll just keep clinging to it and they'll kind of sink down deeper and deeper into kind of the the muck.
• 6:36
SPEAKER_02: So um I'm just watching all this right now.
• 6:41
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 6:42
SPEAKER_00: And it feels it feels important for us to be a bridge of light, to like hold a certain frequency, and it the energy of allowing, allowing people to to start to show up as they are and feel held and know that, yeah, it's not easy, but it's it's it's actually good.
• 7:06
SPEAKER_00: We need to see these shadows, we need to see this darkness, because if it's out there, it's in here.
• 7:14
SPEAKER_00: It means that that which we recognize outside of ourselves, we recognize it because we've got certain frequency patterns inside, and so it's it's a massive individual and global and collective releasing of these patterns that's happening.
• 7:31
  SPEAKER_00: Right.
• 7:32
SPEAKER_02: And we've been through it before.
• 7:34
SPEAKER_02: You know, it's just because we're getting clearer doesn't mean that we haven't had all of that also, and have memories of it that we can go back into and get triggered by, you know.
• 7:45
SPEAKER_02: But one of my friends who got very upset about politics the other day said to me that her her inner voice said that this is not happening to you, it's happening for you.
• 7:55
SPEAKER_02: Yes, which was interesting, I thought.
• 7:58
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 7:59
SPEAKER_01: You know, the way I have a visual uh image that I carry that to me represents this time.
• 8:07
SPEAKER_01: Um, you know, and we all know the stories about um sculptors, and when they're working on whether it's wood or whatever it is, that they say that they're not actually creating something.
• 8:20
SPEAKER_01: What they're doing is chipping away what isn't the thing inside so that it can be seen in its glory, and that's how I tend to think about what we're going through now.
• 8:35
SPEAKER_01: We are having all the bits that are not us chipped away, and seeing all of this strife, all of this um authoritarianism, all of the things that we're watching on the world stage, you know, it's like somebody holding up, you want this?
• 8:53
SPEAKER_01: Does this work for you?
• 8:54
  SPEAKER_01: No, it doesn't.
• 8:56
  SPEAKER_01: That's not me.
• 8:57
SPEAKER_01: I don't want that, but we don't know that that lives inside us until we see it mirrored back.
• 9:04
SPEAKER_01: So um I think it's a really good thing.
• 9:06
SPEAKER_01: We're being refined, you know, we're being upgraded, we are being released from all that we're not.
• 9:17
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I love that image.
• 9:19
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 9:22
SPEAKER_02: And I think too that there's something about not resisting the negativity that's arising or the the falsity, really, because it's really not a lot of the things that people are upset over don't exist in the spiritual realm at all.
• 9:38
SPEAKER_02: You know, it's it's just not even there.
• 9:40
SPEAKER_02: And uh, once you start going more into that realm, this stuff falls away by itself.
• 9:45
SPEAKER_02: You just even like sarcasm to me is a form of violence, you know.
• 9:49
SPEAKER_02: I it's it you get really sensitive to these things.
• 9:53
SPEAKER_02: Um, but um I I guess I just what was I even gonna say?
• 9:59
SPEAKER_02: Like, yes, it's like okay, I don't I don't even need to say it.
• 10:03
  SPEAKER_02: It's it's just already known somehow.
• 10:08
SPEAKER_00: And and you were gonna talk a bit more about the you mentioned like the acceleration of what's happening this year.
• 10:17
SPEAKER_00: Um would you like to go into that a bit with us and and how that looks and feels?
• 10:25
SPEAKER_00: Because it to me, what I'm understanding is this it's we used to like think about the concepts and ideas, but like for me personally, it's it's an embodied experience.
• 10:36
  SPEAKER_00: It's like lived through.
• 10:40
  SPEAKER_02: Yes.
• 10:41
SPEAKER_02: Well, it is in we're becoming the soul.
• 10:44
SPEAKER_02: We it's like we're we used to think we have a soul, and it's like a balloon out there that we have somewhere in heaven, and and it's a thing.
• 10:52
SPEAKER_02: But no, it's I'm it and it's here now.
• 10:55
SPEAKER_02: I'm here now, I'm in this body, I'm doing this life, you know, I'm the one here, making this whole thing, with the help of all of our friends, of course.
• 11:05
SPEAKER_02: But um there's this embodiment thing, I think, that that you're talking about, where the more you you become the soul and chip away that stuff that you're not, just or dissolve it into the field so it can become neutral energy again.
• 11:24
SPEAKER_02: You're not holding all these things to yourself as though you must remember what to do and what not to do in order to stay safe so you won't get hurt and you know, all that.
• 11:32
  SPEAKER_02: It's like whew.
• 11:34
SPEAKER_02: Um, and trust, radical trust in the flow, in yourself, in the beings, in the way things show up for you.
• 11:44
SPEAKER_02: Trust, trust, trust in the way life works for you.
• 11:49
SPEAKER_02: I mean, I've even felt like, you know, we've we've learned how to be, how to manifest or materialize and create.
• 11:58
SPEAKER_02: But there may, we may not even need to do that in the near future because it's just gonna come what we need, and I won't have to go through any process to get it done.
• 12:08
SPEAKER_02: You know, it's just gonna, oh, oh, this is next.
• 12:12
SPEAKER_02: And then you feel it in your body, go, feels just right.
• 12:16
  SPEAKER_02: Feels kind of joyful.
• 12:18
SPEAKER_02: I like it, you know, and that's where you make your decisions, not with reference to who will approve of it or anything in the quote outside world, because there's no more outside world.
• 12:34
SPEAKER_02: That's a big part of the acceleration, is the integration of all these kind of insights about oneness, and it's not about losing your individuality.
• 12:45
SPEAKER_02: You've still got, I mean, I've got my individualities through my past lives, I can feel them, you know.
• 12:52
SPEAKER_02: It's like so many to choose from, you know, and so why not let them all go and see what comes through the opening?
• 13:03
  SPEAKER_02: You know.
• 13:04
SPEAKER_02: Um, so but I feel like once again, what I said before was that for those of us who are getting used to the idea of letting go and having spaciousness and then letting that fill up with the the next really just right thing, it's so wonderful and fun to live.
• 13:25
SPEAKER_02: And why would I not want to be here?
• 13:28
SPEAKER_02: And I and so, but but where I feel part of this is going is that we've been working a lot on clearing ourselves and on being heart-based and so forth.
• 13:40
SPEAKER_02: And and now I think it's dropping more into this let's get going, let's get it out into the world.
• 13:48
SPEAKER_02: And part of what I have seen before is that when you stabilize your energy or your frequency at what I've called your home frequency, in my book Frequency, that's what I call it.
• 14:00
SPEAKER_02: It's like it is the soul and the body, it's your favorite way of feeling, your preferred state.
• 14:06
SPEAKER_02: And when you keep doing that and stabilize it, and then that's your norm.
• 14:11
SPEAKER_02: You're always you center back into that easily.
• 14:13
SPEAKER_02: Oh, I know how I like to feel.
• 14:15
SPEAKER_02: Um, and when when that happens, your field becomes that way.
• 14:23
SPEAKER_02: Not just you inside your body, but your whole field starts to radiate that kind of quality of being.
• 14:30
SPEAKER_02: And then other people are doing the same thing.
• 14:33
SPEAKER_02: They're getting clear, they're getting into their home frequency, they're stabilizing.
• 14:37
SPEAKER_02: And anyone who's on the same frequency will start showing up in each other's fields.
• 14:44
SPEAKER_02: It's like magically people just show up and you go, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, you know, that kind of thing.
• 14:52
SPEAKER_02: And then you find out you've got um almost like puzzle pieces to a project or something that wants to happen together with a small group.
• 15:02
SPEAKER_02: Um, and so what I'm seeing is many more small groups forming right now, and you know, consciousness organizations, projects that involve many of those small groups coming together to form a larger, you know, enclave.
• 15:19
SPEAKER_02: I years ago, I started calling it the convening because it's kind of like all like frequency people are starting to come together to do fun stuff.
• 15:30
SPEAKER_02: And it's not like old work, like business, although it's certainly can be profitable, but it's it's more a feeling of um joy and fun and no ego involved in it.
• 15:45
SPEAKER_02: And so I'm starting to see that, and I think that's going to expand rapidly, and there's going to be a huge wave of innovation coming out of that.
• 15:53
SPEAKER_02: Cross-pollination, a lot of a lot of people talking about new new ideas and saying, I know about that, you know, or I know a person who could do that, yeah, you know, and collaboration, you know.
• 16:08
SPEAKER_01: I'm seeing more people show up in my life now than I have done for the last decade, you know, new people who fit immediately.
• 16:19
SPEAKER_01: So what Penny says is absolutely right.
• 16:22
SPEAKER_01: And I am also seeing so many people who are willing to collaborate.
• 16:28
SPEAKER_01: And as you say, Penny, cross-pollinate.
• 16:31
SPEAKER_01: It's no longer about no, this is mine, I'm keeping it to myself.
• 16:35
  SPEAKER_01: It's about let's do this together.
• 16:39
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
• 16:40
SPEAKER_02: You you never know when somebody else is going to say that one little thing that kind of clicks you into a one-degree different view on the thing, and then you go, oh wow, you know, you know, it's not like we really need to learn a huge amount right now.
• 16:55
SPEAKER_02: It's like remembering what we've known in our souls, you know, and it's like this isn't new, you know.
• 17:06
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah.
• 17:08
  SPEAKER_00: It's ancient wisdom.
• 17:09
SPEAKER_00: It's like um, well, what the pyramids really hold, the energy of the pyramids is I connect with them intuitively and energetically, and what I understand is there's this ancient wisdom there in pyramids, and the pyramids are on all the continents of our planet, and and so they're creating a certain frequency and vibration.
• 17:36
SPEAKER_00: And we've been we've kind of been limited.
• 17:38
SPEAKER_00: We've thought like this is our box, and this is our finite mind, and this is what we can create, and we've kind of looked to the past to create the future, but now we're we're expanding, we're exploring wider, and we're tapping into like new technology, which is ancient technology, which is hidden in the vibration of the pyramids, but we're tapping into it again, so it's like new and old, new to us, but our cells and our body and our energy like knows it, and and it feels like the technology is consciousness.
• 18:15
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I guess because we've got our computers, we've got our phones, and we're really getting wrapped up, and we you know, we're like, okay, well, this is the way that we can connect with each other, but we can connect with each other telepathically, we can connect with each other energetically.
• 18:32
SPEAKER_00: Like what I'm noticing is I I teach Reiki, so I send, I teach my students to create these Reiki balls, and we we focus energy in the palms of our hands, and then we we send it to someone in the other side of the world, and that person feels it, they receive it, and it's so interesting because often my students will say, I hadn't thought about my family member for so long.
• 18:59
SPEAKER_00: All of a sudden they wrote to me.
• 19:01
SPEAKER_00: Actually, just the other day, I was um doing a having a one-on-one session, and they were like, Oh, the lawyers aren't getting back to me.
• 19:10
SPEAKER_00: And I said, Oh, let's just do some energy work, and I was like, Oh, there's gray fuzzy energy here.
• 19:15
SPEAKER_00: Bring through the light, let's clear it.
• 19:18
SPEAKER_00: No jokes, like the lawyers hadn't got hold of them for months.
• 19:21
SPEAKER_00: In that instant, while we were busy doing the energy work, she's like, You won't believe it, my phone's ringing, it's the lawyers, it's that quick.
• 19:31
  SPEAKER_03: Right.
• 19:34
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
• 19:36
SPEAKER_02: It's because we are, you know, part of transformation that I've written about in um Leap of Perception, that book of that I have, is that we're moving out of linear perception, you know, which is here's, you know, in my goals in the future in the world that's away from me, outside of me, and it's going to take a lot of willpower and effort to cross this so-called empty gap between me and what I want.
• 20:01
SPEAKER_02: And so the whole thing of linear is so slow because it has these imaginary gaps in between everything, beginning, middle, end.
• 20:10
SPEAKER_02: But you know, and we have to have a transition, you know, like a whole big thing that takes energy.
• 20:17
SPEAKER_02: Um, and it's not um happening anymore.
• 20:21
SPEAKER_02: What's happening now, and I heard somebody say it's like um the reality is folding in on itself, which I thought, well, that's an interesting image because mine is that I'm in the center of a ball, the sphere of reality.
• 20:39
SPEAKER_02: And that sphere expands and contracts like I breathe in and out, you know, and whatever I focus on or place attention on, my ball just is there.
• 20:50
SPEAKER_02: There's no outside beyond the ball because if I think of the outside, it's in the inside.
• 20:55
SPEAKER_02: You know, it's like everything is there.
• 20:58
SPEAKER_02: So all the wisdom, all my lifetimes, all the knowledge, all the everything, all the beings in the world, they're not, we don't even have to send energy anymore because that's linear.
• 21:09
SPEAKER_02: We turn the light switch on and boom, you know, it it happens inside everybody to some percentage, to some amount.
• 21:18
SPEAKER_02: And um, and so it's so instantaneous because the past and the future are swallowed up by this big present moment.
• 21:27
SPEAKER_02: And that's I think what they meant by reality folding in on itself that the past and future are in this new thing, which is this vast present moment reality, and it's all with us now, which makes things effortless, you know, where we don't have to try.
• 21:46
SPEAKER_02: It's like just put your attention on something and it pulls out of the background and becomes um a form, and then it drops in frequency and it becomes a reality, especially if you love it.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_02: Whatever you put your attention on, it starts to show up for you because it wants to be here too.
• 22:05
SPEAKER_02: You know, everything wants to cooperate.
• 22:08
  SPEAKER_02: Nothing's against us.
• 22:14
SPEAKER_00: One of the greatest um like feelings or um realizations, and I've had it's quite recent that I'm like really understanding it, and is that the present moment is so full, it's absolutely full of everything, that that like desire and needing actually ends up being it's desire and need seems to bring in excess energy, which then causes like a blockage towards that which we're needing.
• 22:52
SPEAKER_00: You know, like when you just oh you put your mind on something, you like you need it, and you need it.
• 22:56
SPEAKER_00: It ends up at draining your energy, you think so much about it, and it creates an excess energy blockage towards that thing that that originally is coming from your soul.
• 23:08
SPEAKER_00: Because you know, when you're inspired and you feel like, oh, I I really want to create this and experience it, but then somehow the ego gets involved and it starts to like control it, and then and then you you're too much in the mind needing it, and and that blocks it.
• 23:26
SPEAKER_00: So what I'm understanding is that one, the energy of acceptance is powerful, you accept the present moment as it is, whatever arises in it, you accept it, so you're not um resisting discomfort or shadows or you know ego stuff that needs to show up.
• 23:50
SPEAKER_00: You you're accepting it, and in that acceptance, it dissolves, and also you're accepting the inspiration and and that that's coming from the soul.
• 23:59
SPEAKER_00: You're you're really embodying and accepting the present moment, and you're in that the next level of openness that comes is that you you expand and you realize that it's such a full moment, the present moment's so full.
• 24:18
SPEAKER_00: So you actually don't need anything because it already exists, like and let there be light and everything's created all at once.
• 24:29
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 24:30
SPEAKER_01: You know, that reminds me of um something that I took from The Power of Now, Eckhart Toler's book.
• 24:37
SPEAKER_01: Um, is that in this moment, what is missing?
• 24:43
SPEAKER_01: And in this moment, nothing can be missing.
• 24:47
  SPEAKER_01: You know, nothing.
• 24:51
SPEAKER_01: Puts you out of this moment into something else, you know, into a state of lack or something.
• 25:00
  SPEAKER_03: Right, yeah.
• 25:01
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 25:02
SPEAKER_02: That is a good point.
• 25:04
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's yeah.
• 25:06
SPEAKER_01: I just found that whole in this moment, what is missing?
• 25:09
SPEAKER_01: And I remember um I was doing uh an NLP course with Richard Bandler, and I remember we were put into groups and we were asked you know to work with that very you know thing in this moment and to question one another, and someone brought up, well, you couldn't say that to someone who's got cancer who knows they're going to die, and I said, but you can because in that moment, if you stay in that moment, nothing is missing.
• 25:45
SPEAKER_02: It's only when you come out of the moment and put your attention on the future that you know, so I think that is such a simple phase, but really powerful, or what's wrong is part of it too, when you come out of that nothing missing and you come out say, and then you start noticing these things are not working, it's not you know, and but it's all working, yeah.
• 26:10
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and I think that you know, I've had a series in the last couple of months of oh all kinds of snags, like my credit card got compromised three times in a row, and my kitchen appliances all broken, you know, like stuff like that.
• 26:26
SPEAKER_02: And um, and my and I was getting pretty frustrated and like, you know, and then my my inner voice kind of said, Um, you know, there's no such thing as a snag, it's just moments.
• 26:43
SPEAKER_02: Yes, and you can fill each moment with the way you like to feel.
• 26:48
  SPEAKER_02: That's your moment.
• 26:50
SPEAKER_02: Yes, that's your job, you know.
• 26:52
SPEAKER_02: You fill the moment with the way you like to feel, and there's no snag because then in the next moment, and maybe you're gonna have to make a phone call and go through the phone tree and talk to the computer and whatever, you know, to get your information.
• 27:05
SPEAKER_02: Just do it and be with it, and that's your moment and fill it with joy or the way you like to feel, and then the person and then did it.
• 27:14
SPEAKER_02: And then what I discovered when I started doing it is that the snag just disappears, like it wasn't actually there.
• 27:22
SPEAKER_02: And then I kind of hear spirit laughing.
• 27:24
SPEAKER_02: It's like, see, you know, it's like they give you or we give us um a sort of a symbolic thing of what it is that's going on inside of us, and and because it doesn't really exist for us in that higher realm, but they have to find or we have to find a way to get through to our little left brains and bold human thinking that has meaning.
• 27:51
SPEAKER_02: We have to find meaning and oh, now I understand, and I just it's a joke in a way.
• 27:59
SPEAKER_00: What I'm feeling is I'd love to give our community some resources, and I know that both of you you you actually know about and and you read books.
• 28:12
SPEAKER_00: There's so many books out there in the world.
• 28:14
SPEAKER_00: There's just like actually sometimes I feel so overwhelmed.
• 28:18
SPEAKER_00: I don't even know which book, because it's beautiful.
• 28:21
  SPEAKER_00: I at one level it's amazing.
• 28:23
SPEAKER_00: This is great that we've got so many resources, but on the other level, it's like where do I begin?
• 28:30
SPEAKER_00: And I for me personally, I want really deep awakening books.
• 28:35
SPEAKER_00: Um, and then then also like books that support people that are kind of just opening up to awakening because I know people are when first of all you awaken and you realize, oh, I'm so much more than that identity and the personality, but then the real hard work starts, and people need help with that.
• 28:54
SPEAKER_00: So I'd like to open up the space for any books that have like really touched you, um, any inspiration from those books you'd like to share, and just offering some resources for our community.
• 29:06
SPEAKER_00: Sandy, maybe you'd like to begin.
• 29:09
SPEAKER_00: Do you know thousands of books?
• 29:12
SPEAKER_01: I would certainly say that, you know, and I'm not saying this because Penny's in front of us, but high on my list are Penny's books.
• 29:20
SPEAKER_01: You know, I was very, very impressed when I read um, was it well there's the intuitive frequency was the first one I read.
• 29:31
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and then I read the others afterwards.
• 29:33
SPEAKER_01: Um, but yes, it I mean it really did strike home for me.
• 29:38
SPEAKER_01: Um, you know, I don't want to advertise, but what you said is so important, it's so necessary for people to be able to find their way through.
• 29:50
SPEAKER_01: Because there's along with all the great stuff, there's a lot of not so great stuff, and that's exactly why I created the No BS Spiritual Book Club, so that you can get the recommendations from the people, you know, the people that we follow, the people like Penny, the authors, the teachers, the speakers, you know, who better to tell us, you know, what kinds of books are going to really shift our perceptions than the ones that shift that shifted theirs.
• 30:19
SPEAKER_01: So um that's you know, people can go to the Nobias Spiritual Book Club and they can find um, you know, whatever they're looking for.
• 30:28
SPEAKER_01: But um certainly, you know, I would say that Penny's books are eye-openers for a lot of people, especially those that have just woken up, introducing them to you know, um, new perspectives on something that perhaps you know they've thought about in a different way or never thought about.
• 30:48
SPEAKER_02: I think what's interesting, and I appreciate that a lot, Sandy, coming from you.
• 30:52
SPEAKER_02: Um, but I started off writing the intuitive way, which was kind of like the artist's way, you know, it it helped people get, it was a course on intuition development.
• 31:02
  SPEAKER_02: It's still very popular.
• 31:05
SPEAKER_02: Um, and that then led to frequency.
• 31:09
SPEAKER_02: And um, and that's you know, talking about how to work with vibration and energy and and your home frequency and so forth.
• 31:17
SPEAKER_02: But these are always um like it has a philosophy and a and information and then exercises, things you can do and journaling and things that can ground these things.
• 31:27
SPEAKER_02: And but the the books came in a sequence, like a year or two, and then I'd get the next, you know, plane landing, you know.
• 31:37
SPEAKER_02: It's kind of like, and after frequency came this leap of perception, which was all about transferring from linear to spherical and holographic perception, or what is that and how's it going to affect us?
• 31:51
SPEAKER_02: And then after that, I wrote transparency, which is really what's happening today.
• 31:56
SPEAKER_02: And it was years before, I think it came out in 2017, and it didn't sell, you know.
• 32:02
SPEAKER_02: It was now they're putting it out in paperback, and um so and now I'm working on one on transformation and money, and what is that, you know, and how does money transform along with us?
• 32:15
SPEAKER_02: And it's so I don't know when that'll it's almost done, but but what what I'm trying to say is that it's a uh a pro that the books are a process of opening and becoming more detailed and sophisticated.
• 32:32
SPEAKER_02: Um, but I love, I mean, I never read Eckertolle early on.
• 32:36
  SPEAKER_02: I didn't read a lot of other people's stuff.
• 32:38
SPEAKER_02: Um, and uh, but I like he's so clear and simple, very similar.
• 32:44
SPEAKER_02: And um, but these days I've been very, very drawn toward um Dolores Cannon and um like Barbara Marciniac, which I never read her books way back in the 90s.
• 32:58
SPEAKER_02: I remember reading Ken Carey's books and thinking, oh my god, this guy is amazing, and he only did a few, and then I think he died.
• 33:07
SPEAKER_02: Um, but they all had to do with visionary dreams that I've had about what was going to happen with the earth and consciousness, and so I've been devouring those, you know, right now.
• 33:21
SPEAKER_02: Um, and and um Christina Donald, yes, her books are really beautiful, they're little tiny but very succinct books, beautiful, yeah, yeah.
• 33:35
SPEAKER_01: I know that you wanted to just to take a little digression, but you wanted to talk about words, and Christina, oh my goodness, I mean, there is, I mean, she's you've interviewed her, yes, and I have to tell you that I am never I've never been intimidated with an interview, but I really was concerned before I spoke to Christina because her what she had to say about words, living words, was just you know, it touched me in a place that I couldn't even describe, you know.
• 34:18
SPEAKER_01: It's kind of like I got it and I didn't get it, and I kept thinking, what am I missing here?
• 34:25
SPEAKER_01: You know, what am I not seeing that she's seeing, and what am I not experiencing?
• 34:30
SPEAKER_01: And so I was pretty darn nervous before I spoke to her because I I really didn't think I could do you know the conversation justice, but I mean everything unfolded in a wonderful way, and we did.
• 34:43
SPEAKER_01: But what she touched on is something that I think is really important.
• 34:49
SPEAKER_01: I don't think that we fully understand yet the power of words.
• 34:57
SPEAKER_01: There is a whole other layer to words that we're seeing.
• 35:04
SPEAKER_01: I mean, and we look at the way that words are being co-opted, you know, something that used to be wicked, that used to mean, you know, terrible, awful, and the kids are saying, Oh, it's wicked, it's great.
• 35:17
SPEAKER_01: You know, words are being transformed in different ways, which makes me smile because I always tend to think of the um the word divas, you know, that words have divas, and they, you know, they're playing tricks on people by changing the meanings of all of these words, getting us to think about words.
• 35:43
SPEAKER_01: Um, I think we're getting ready for something that is going to be revealed to us about words that we've never understood.
• 35:52
SPEAKER_02: Well, I think it has a lot to do with focus, attention, and the fact that the word is the physicalization of the vision.
• 36:03
SPEAKER_02: And it's also relates very strongly to the subconscious mind.
• 36:07
SPEAKER_02: So it's like takes and the body takes these things literally, especially if you're visualizing and feeling into the word while you're saying it.
• 36:16
SPEAKER_02: You know, it's like a curse would have had that, you know, or or a benediction or something.
• 36:22
SPEAKER_02: Um, there's so much power in what we say and what's behind what we say.
• 36:28
SPEAKER_02: So I'm a little uh worried about abbreviations, you know, like uh IRL, you know, in real life.
• 36:36
SPEAKER_02: It's like do we when you say those letters, just people actually go into the experience of what that actually means?
• 36:45
  SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
• 36:46
SPEAKER_01: Interesting points because there's a whole generation growing up with that, yeah.
• 36:51
SPEAKER_02: Everything's so speedy that we're just glossing across the surface of things, and that that um gets my attention.
• 37:01
SPEAKER_01: But the good news is that more and more people are realizing how telepathic they are, and so the time's gonna come when we don't need the words.
• 37:17
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, I love that.
• 37:19
SPEAKER_00: I can the moment you started talking about words, I started to feel tingles and energy, like there's something magical happening here.
• 37:29
SPEAKER_01: I remember reading a book some years ago by an author that I would class along with um uh you know uh Greg Braden or a lot of these guys who go deep into different things, um, and they said that there was a time when humanity did not have speech and we communicated telepathically, and it was only when we began to develop language that you know we had this kind of split in the hemispheres of the brain, left brain, right brain, and then everything changed from that point on.
• 38:13
SPEAKER_02: That really makes sense, because then you're interpreting, you know, or getting the pictures that are supposed to go along with the words, and then integrating and interpreting, and then getting the meaning, you know, or then getting it so it takes longer, and you've got tone, tonality, you know.
• 38:32
SPEAKER_01: Once you speak it, well, what kind of tone are you using that is influencing how that word lands?
• 38:41
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, fascinating.
• 38:46
SPEAKER_02: Wasn't there, you know, the the philosopher's uh stone or what was the thing that they all had the power of the word, the key word, like um Hiram Abiff.
• 38:58
SPEAKER_02: Remember he's the the um almost a Christ-like figure that was around the time of King David.
• 39:07
SPEAKER_02: He built the Solomon's Temple, and he had um the power of the philosopher's stone and the word, and he was he was killed much like Jesus was, like sacrificed.
• 39:22
SPEAKER_02: It's an interesting parallel in there, but um but but that was people wanted that word.
• 39:32
SPEAKER_02: Little would they know how what to do with it, you know, if they had it.
• 39:35
  SPEAKER_01: But yeah, yeah.
• 39:37
SPEAKER_01: And I guess that's where the uh whole abracadabra thing comes from.
• 39:42
SPEAKER_01: That's really an interesting one because um you know sound um can create images, and I heard that sound created hieroglyphs because so when we utter a word, we are actually creating a picture.
• 40:11
  SPEAKER_00: Yes, right.
• 40:14
SPEAKER_01: Um and I yeah, I find that quite fascinating.
• 40:18
  SPEAKER_01: I think there's so much more.
• 40:21
SPEAKER_01: I mean, we know from NLP, we know from people who uh first responders, you know, how you say the first words you say to somebody in crisis can make all the difference between whether they are going to heal or not heal.
• 40:41
SPEAKER_01: Um, and there's all kinds of evidence around that, you know, and we don't think about it, we just yeah, you know, stuff just comes out, um, and these days is coming out a lot more than than it probably should.
• 40:58
SPEAKER_01: But um, yeah, I think that's something that watch this space, you know.
• 41:08
SPEAKER_01: Can't wait to learn more.
• 41:10
SPEAKER_02: I think I love the thing about the picture that you were talking about because I um in the I think it was Dolores Cannon or one of those, um, she talks about how the higher beings or the star beings or whatever we call them um are communicating with us in thought blocks.
• 41:30
SPEAKER_02: And that the it's like a you know, of a bunch of telepathic, kinesthetic whatever stuff comes into us all at once.
• 41:40
SPEAKER_02: Every dimension, every part of the knowledge of how it works, it blah, blah, blah.
• 41:45
SPEAKER_02: And then it kind of bubbles out to the surface over time here on earth, you know, we start to get information about these things.
• 41:53
SPEAKER_02: And I have I can feel that.
• 41:55
SPEAKER_02: And another friend of mine said she's been getting what she calls packets, thought packets.
• 42:02
  SPEAKER_02: And I thought, uh-huh, that's interesting.
• 42:04
SPEAKER_02: But they also talk about the crop circles that they are full of data, and that if you just look at them, you are receiving that thought block, you know, or that that data that's in the visual image, and you don't have to like memorize it or anything, it's just transmitted.
• 42:26
SPEAKER_01: Yes, and a good a good case here to prove that is the image behind me.
• 42:33
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 42:34
SPEAKER_01: People who see this image are so drawn to it.
• 42:38
SPEAKER_01: I've never had anybody say, Oh, I don't like that image.
• 42:42
SPEAKER_01: This image is ocular art, ocular meditation, and the artist who painted it painted it, you know, channeled it, painted it with great intention.
• 42:55
SPEAKER_01: The energy drove what it looked like.
• 42:58
SPEAKER_01: People talk about disappearing into this.
• 43:01
SPEAKER_01: This picture, the name of it is love.
• 43:09
SPEAKER_01: And you know, I think that's what it imbues.
• 43:13
SPEAKER_01: People see it and they feel something really profound with it.
• 43:17
SPEAKER_01: So when we start naming these things, you know, it's it's a very interesting thing.
• 43:23
SPEAKER_01: I remember reading a fantasy series, I like fantasy books, and um, all of the kings were given a name that was um a characteristic.
• 43:39
SPEAKER_01: So he might be called humble, or he you know, he might be called something else entirely, but they all tended to live their lives according to that characteristic.
• 43:58
SPEAKER_02: So and so the the Great, the warrior of King So and So, the or Humboldt, you know, like maybe that's where that word comes from.
• 44:06
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I mean, sorry.
• 44:09
SPEAKER_01: It's a fascinating thought that just by creating a name for somebody or a word, you can change the energy, you can change so many things about them.
• 44:22
SPEAKER_00: And I feel like before we're born, we're we we send a frequency, we whisper our name to our parents so that they choose the exact name, which has like the soul blueprint of our entire life because we hear it all the time, and then some people change their name or go to a nickname, or you get married, you change your surname, and and that is all part of it.
• 44:45
SPEAKER_00: It's like all part of your soul purpose.
• 44:48
SPEAKER_00: Even like when you get married and you take that surname, you you're already changing.
• 44:53
SPEAKER_00: There's there's so much change for me.
• 44:56
SPEAKER_00: Growing up in South Africa, everyone called me Nats with an S at the end.
• 45:01
SPEAKER_00: Then I went to live in England and I was called Nat N-A-T.
• 45:06
SPEAKER_00: And and only later on in life, I actually was like, actually, I'm Natalie, and I I can now live with my full name.
• 45:15
SPEAKER_00: And then when I got married, I was going to take my husband's surname and had to apply to the embassy to change it, and then we went traveling.
• 45:25
SPEAKER_00: And by the time they said yes, I could change it, I'd found Namaste.
• 45:30
SPEAKER_00: And if you take Natalie, and the the letters equal the number eight, and if you take Natalie Namaste, it equals number eight.
• 45:40
SPEAKER_00: So it's also the number, which it's it's amazing if we look at our names and the energy, the frequency, the number.
• 45:47
  SPEAKER_00: There's no mistakes.
• 45:48
SPEAKER_00: It's all it's all part of this divine experience.
• 45:53
SPEAKER_01: You know, when my son was born, uh, you know, I knew what we were going to call him, but at the last minute, as we were about to register him, I don't know where it came from, but I was told to change the spelling of his name.
• 46:07
SPEAKER_01: And um, you know, his Christian name, Daniel, D-A-N-I-E-L.
• 46:14
SPEAKER_01: I was told, put an A where that E is.
• 46:19
  SPEAKER_01: D-A-N-I-A-L.
• 46:22
SPEAKER_01: And people throughout this boy's life were saying to him, you're spelling your name wrong.
• 46:27
SPEAKER_01: You know, the teachers at school would tell him off that's his name on his birth certificate.
• 46:33
SPEAKER_01: And I've often wondered why did I do that?
• 46:36
SPEAKER_01: Well, if you look at it numerologically, you know, with my last surname, there's a lot of ease there, and I can only assume that maybe that was one E too many, and he needed, you know, a second A.
• 46:52
SPEAKER_01: But I mean, he loves it, but it still just completely baffles people.
• 46:58
  SPEAKER_01: What can I say?
• 46:59
SPEAKER_01: You know, something told my mum to do it.
• 47:03
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 47:06
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, that's powerful.
• 47:08
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 47:09
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 47:10
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, because we're so limited.
• 47:12
SPEAKER_00: We just got consonants and vowels, but there's so many other sounds.
• 47:17
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's it's it's really we're coming back to to frequency, to energy, to vibration, to color, to movement, to flow.
• 47:28
  SPEAKER_00: We're really expanding.
• 47:31
SPEAKER_00: Um what I'm what I'm sensing now is it would be so lovely if we could each share a tool or a practice like that you're enjoying that that you'd like to share with the audience, that with our community, um, anything that kind of comes into your heart right now in this moment, and then kind of guide us through it.
• 47:53
SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's a breath or something or a visualization, or just it could be like a powerful sentence that creates an activation, whatever it is.
• 48:03
SPEAKER_00: It feels like if we each share something like that, that would be beautiful right now.
• 48:09
SPEAKER_01: Okay, Penny, you go first.
• 48:12
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 48:12
SPEAKER_02: Um, I do a lot of practice with um the diamond light body, and I imagine my diamond light body standing behind me that she looks like me, but she's totally transparent and at a high glossy level.
• 48:29
SPEAKER_02: So you can imagine that about yourself.
• 48:32
SPEAKER_02: And she puts her hands on my shoulders, her energy hands.
• 48:37
SPEAKER_02: And I have my eyes closed and I imagine the feeling of her hands there and that pure, clear, diamond-like, glossy, high mountain air kind of vibe.
• 48:50
SPEAKER_02: And it starts me vibrating to that same level.
• 48:54
SPEAKER_02: I match it, and as soon as I feel comfortable with it, she slides in from behind and slides into my entire body, and she matches up with me part for part.
• 49:06
SPEAKER_02: And I kind of go through it like in my brain, I feel all the parts having a diamond light brain or a diamond light pineal gland, and uh, you know, all the little parts, and then eyes and vocal cords, and like and and as the diamond light comes in, it's almost like there are starlight, like little sparkles of starlight coming through all the cells and particles, too.
• 49:31
SPEAKER_02: Like so that clear light is coming through every white hole in my body and filling it up.
• 49:39
SPEAKER_02: And I just kind of take time and scan and let it go through my lungs and fill my heart and all the parts of my heart and the veins and the blood and blah, blah, blah.
• 49:49
SPEAKER_02: And I go all the way through.
• 49:52
SPEAKER_02: And um, it soothes the organs.
• 49:55
SPEAKER_02: It's like anything that was tight and worried.
• 49:59
SPEAKER_02: It's like, oh, it's like the great mother.
• 50:01
SPEAKER_02: Oh, mom, you're here, you know, you can take care of us.
• 50:04
SPEAKER_02: And it just relaxes into that light and becomes the light.
• 50:09
SPEAKER_02: And at a certain point, it's not like this separate light body that's coming into me.
• 50:15
  SPEAKER_02: It's like I'm here.
• 50:17
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, I'm here.
• 50:19
SPEAKER_02: I'm the diamond light body.
• 50:22
SPEAKER_02: I'm looking out and feeling out from my place where I live right now, and all the way down to my feet, my toes, my nerves, everything.
• 50:34
SPEAKER_02: Um, it I raise them to the frequency of that clear, pure vibration, and I sit in it, and then I let it go out into my field all around.
• 50:46
SPEAKER_02: And I have my little dog, and I put her inside my field, and I let her become a diamond light dog.
• 50:54
SPEAKER_02: And and it's a simple little practice, really, but it's tactile, and I think it's important to have very tactile experiences when we're meditating and not to just leave the body, but to almost take the body with us or you know enable it to have a higher frequency in the particles.
• 51:17
  SPEAKER_00: I love this.
• 51:19
SPEAKER_00: I I did close my eyes and start doing it and start feeling it, and I'm I'm now vibrating, like really, I can feel such vibration.
• 51:29
  SPEAKER_00: This is powerful.
• 51:31
SPEAKER_00: Thank you for sharing this.
• 51:34
SPEAKER_00: It's one of my favorite things.
• 51:39
SPEAKER_01: I have something that I use ever since I learned it.
• 51:43
  SPEAKER_01: It's not mine.
• 51:44
SPEAKER_01: Um you know, I've stolen it from Jim Self.
• 51:49
SPEAKER_01: Um, Jim Self, um, you know, masterinalchemy.com, just such a masterful teacher, and he has a number of very practical tools that he shares with people.
• 52:01
SPEAKER_01: And I love this one that it is a rose, and you imagine a rose, rose being the highest um vibration on the planet.
• 52:12
SPEAKER_01: So I've heard, and you imagine that you've got a rose, and you've got access to you know, numerous, innumerable roses, so you can use the rose in many ways, and you hold your rose out in front of you, and if you were to turn around 360 degrees, you know, Jim, as Jim often says, everything on the other side of that rose is not you, and everything within the circle of that rose is you.
• 52:46
SPEAKER_01: So if you're walking into a situation that you're nervous about where you're going to be with other people, um, it could be a little bit combative, or just you find other people's energy in crowded places to be too much, just put the rose, you know, take the rose, draw that circle around you, and notice the difference.
• 53:08
SPEAKER_01: And the other one of the other things he uses the rose for is if you are, you know, if you've got the the old mind circling around a problem that you just can't get rid of, or concern or worry, or whatever, you hold the rose in front of you, you put that concern into the rose, and you blow up the rose.
• 53:29
SPEAKER_01: You just watch it blow up and disappear into the universe back to source, and then you can bring up another rose and you can do it again.
• 53:37
SPEAKER_01: You can do it as many times as you want with as many you know issues as you want.
• 53:42
SPEAKER_01: And I have found it to be really, really practically useful.
• 53:48
  SPEAKER_01: It works, so yeah.
• 53:51
  SPEAKER_01: Thank you, Jim.
• 53:53
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and the rose, the frequency of the rose.
• 53:57
SPEAKER_00: I from like experience and working with rose essential oils, I actually can feel that it is it is the closest to love.
• 54:09
SPEAKER_00: So I can understand that it it can dissolve anything that's low frequency, it can create such a strong orbit of protection, it can it feels like it can make your frequency so high that lower frequency can't enter.
• 54:24
  unknown: Yeah, yeah.
• 54:25
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah.
• 54:28
SPEAKER_00: So I've been so present and and just listening.
• 54:31
SPEAKER_00: I'm just gonna take a moment to to feel into what's coming in as breath.
• 54:36
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so yeah, one of the the practices, because there's so many different ones, you know, working with them.
• 54:44
  SPEAKER_00: They change for me.
• 54:45
SPEAKER_00: I I don't just stick with one, I kind of feel it out day by day, whatever feels um what I need just seems to happen rather than I think I need to practice this.
• 54:56
SPEAKER_00: It just kind of happens.
• 54:57
SPEAKER_00: So, what's been happening with the breath is that I've noticed when I really want to be present and embodied, I take a breath through my nostrils, strung upwards, and it feels like it it goes to the top of my head, and and so it fills up to the top of my head, and then I feel it filling the whole of the rest of my body, and I'm filling, filling, and now I'm like taking up space, more space, more energy, more light, and I and I feel like I'm here in my body, and then I breathe out of my mouth, and the breath is like and it feels very anchoring, so the outbreath then takes all that energy and it moves it down through my legs, through my feet, through my roots, deep down into the earth, and I feel like I'm then anchoring into the earth.
• 55:53
SPEAKER_00: Oh, look is with us.
• 55:56
SPEAKER_00: She wanted to come, yeah, beautiful soul.
• 56:01
  SPEAKER_01: There you go.
• 56:02
  SPEAKER_01: There's a great tool right there.
• 56:08
  SPEAKER_00: Just yeah, yeah.
• 56:11
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, I have a lovely dog.
• 56:14
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I'm I'm always at the at the end of the day of channeling a lot or like being in in high frequency.
• 56:22
SPEAKER_00: I just hug her heart to heart, and and that's also like another tool.
• 56:28
SPEAKER_00: And just you know what?
• 56:30
SPEAKER_00: Hugging yourself and and hugging someone else heart to heart.
• 56:35
SPEAKER_00: These are all tools that are just pouring in right now.
• 56:39
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
• 56:43
  SPEAKER_00: It's powerful, or tree.
• 56:46
  SPEAKER_00: Absolutely, yeah.
• 56:49
SPEAKER_00: Being in nature because nature keeps mirroring back to us our true nature of the deep peace that is always present within us.
• 56:59
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 57:03
SPEAKER_00: So what I'm feeling now is that we're coming towards the end of our session, and um, I just would like everyone who's been watching, who's been with us, to to pause and to feel into your heart and to to feel what's deeply resonated with you, and to share in the in the chat where you're at in life right now, where what's what's really touched you right right here in this conversation, what you're gonna integrate, what you're gonna bring into daily life and use as a tool or a support.
• 57:44
SPEAKER_00: Or maybe you want to share something that that's that you use naturally and you can bring and into the chat and offer it to the community because really I feel like this is a living, breathing community space.
• 57:58
SPEAKER_00: Like all of us we've been sharing, and others you you now can all share with us.
• 58:03
SPEAKER_00: And I know that Sandy Penny and myself are gonna go and read what you're sharing and and like feel it beyond the words, but really sense and experience the community and the connection of us all.
• 58:18
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 58:20
SPEAKER_00: And then to close what is one simple tangible thing that could help someone who might be feeling overwhelmed that's that just do you want to leave them with that?
• 58:41
SPEAKER_00: It might be a sentence, a word, an inspiration, a tool.
• 58:46
SPEAKER_00: What what's coming through for each of you, beautiful souls?
• 58:50
SPEAKER_00: What would you like to share?
• 58:51
SPEAKER_00: Because I know people are feeling a bit overwhelmed in the world right now, and what what do you feel that you want to share?
• 59:02
SPEAKER_01: There's one thing I don't know if this is quite what you're looking for, but there is a phrase that I go back to and use a lot.
• 59:15
SPEAKER_01: I mean, you can be feeling quite okay, and then you pick up a newspaper or you see something on the news, or somebody says something, and it completely changes the energy, and now suddenly you're upset, or you're you know, you're off kilter.
• 59:33
SPEAKER_01: Um I love the phrase who was I before I had that thought it to take you back, you know, to where you were before because all that's changed is a thought that you've had about what's happened.
• 59:51
SPEAKER_01: So that's something I use a lot and find very useful.
• 59:56
  SPEAKER_00: That's powerful.
• 59:57
SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much for that.
• 59:59
  SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna use it.
• 1:00:01
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I think part of it is um not taking things personally, like it's not all about me.
• 1:00:14
SPEAKER_02: You know, this is you know, I can feel it and and it's not I don't have to own it, I don't have to hold it, I can let it be.
• 1:00:23
SPEAKER_02: Um and um and it doesn't mean you don't care or anything, it's just that you don't take it in and hold, hold.
• 1:00:34
SPEAKER_02: You know, it's like let things be, let them have their next thing, because they're gonna flow into the next thing.
• 1:00:41
SPEAKER_02: When you take it personally and hold it, it doesn't move anywhere and then it backs up.
• 1:00:49
SPEAKER_02: So there's a difference then between you know having that kindness and compassion and um and feeling your own home frequency in your core and who you are, and not feeding the suffering with your agreement with it or disagreement with it.
• 1:01:09
SPEAKER_02: Just don't engage with it and it will not feed it and it will start to go away, you know, because it won't have life support.
• 1:01:19
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, that's deep.
• 1:01:23
SPEAKER_00: That which we focus awareness on grows, and and we have the the power to be more conscious and aware and retract awareness back into the body, back into presence, and not feed that anymore.
• 1:01:38
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
• 1:01:41
SPEAKER_00: Thank you, both of you, so much.
• 1:01:44
SPEAKER_00: I found so deep in my heart.
• 1:01:47
SPEAKER_00: I I you you are both so well loved in this spiritual community.
• 1:01:53
SPEAKER_00: I feel I feel so blessed and just appreciative that I could have this conversation and spend this time with you and be in this frequency.
• 1:02:03
SPEAKER_00: It feels it feels soft, held, and tender.
• 1:02:06
SPEAKER_00: And I know that everyone who's joined us is going to be taking a lot with them.
• 1:02:11
SPEAKER_00: So truly thank you so much.
• 1:02:14
  SPEAKER_00: Namaste.
