The Federal Gun Violation That Should Have Put Epstein’s NPA Back Under the Microscope · The Vault: The Epstein Files

Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. When I talk about Jeffrey Epstein being in
• 0:08
Speaker 1: violation of the terms of his parole and the terms
• 0:12
Speaker 1: of the NPA, it's not just one thing. We're talking
• 0:16
Speaker 1: about multiple instances of him being in violation of the NPA.
• 0:21
Speaker 1: And the fact that the NPA is still standing is
• 0:24
Speaker 1: yet another indictment on the DOJ. Because they could get
• 0:28
Speaker 1: rid of this NPA tomorrow, today, if they want to.
• 0:33
Speaker 1: But there's no desire, is there? Because they know that
• 0:36
Speaker 1: the NPA gives them cover as well. Well, we can't
• 0:40
Speaker 1: investigate that. You know, there's a non-prosecution agreement, and we
• 0:43
Speaker 1: can't look further into those details. You know how it goes.
• 0:47
Speaker 1: The reality, though, is that the NPA should be done
• 0:50
Speaker 1: away with. And that's something that the DOJ can do
• 0:52
Speaker 1: on their own. They don't need any approval. They don't
• 0:56
Speaker 1: need the president to tell them it's okay. They don't
• 0:58
Speaker 1: need Congress. They can get rid of that deal because
• 1:02
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein was in violation of it. Now, what they'll
• 1:06
Speaker 1: say is, well, he's dead. What does it matter? It
• 1:09
Speaker 1: does matter because the NPA is still inhibiting the investigation.
• 1:15
Speaker 1: So they'll do a bunch of gymnastics and they'll try
• 1:17
Speaker 1: and avoid the actual truth. But the truth is, the
• 1:21
Speaker 1: sole reason that this NPA is still standing is is
• 1:24
Speaker 1: because the federal government finds it useful. Today we have
• 1:28
Speaker 1: an article from Radar Online, and the headline, Epstein committed
• 1:32
Speaker 1: federal crime as he was in possession of firearms at
• 1:35
Speaker 1: Notorious Zorro Ranch after the 2008 conviction. And you can
• 1:39
Speaker 1: add that to the fact that Jeffrey Epstein was still
• 1:43
Speaker 1: seeing women while he was on probation, and not only
• 1:46
Speaker 1: seeing them, but according to them, abusing them. And considering
• 1:49
Speaker 1: all those facts, and considering the fact that the DOJ
• 1:53
Speaker 1: the state of Florida, and everybody else knew, that brings
• 1:56
Speaker 1: us to a very uncomfortable place. And that place is,
• 2:00
Speaker 1: all these people knew exactly what he was doing, knew
• 2:03
Speaker 1: that he was in violation of that deal, but thought
• 2:06
Speaker 1: you were too stupid to ever figure it out. But
• 2:09
Speaker 1: now that you're hip to it, all of a sudden,
• 2:12
Speaker 1: you should just move on. And you should forget everything
• 2:14
Speaker 1: you've seen and everything you know. This article was authored
• 2:17
Speaker 1: by Brian Brunotti. Jeffrey Epstein had firearms at his notorious
• 2:22
Speaker 1: Zorro Ranch Following his 2008 conviction, RadarOnline.com can reveal. And
• 2:28
Speaker 1: this is something that we already knew, but we get
• 2:32
Speaker 1: confirmation by the New Mexico interim report that they just
• 2:35
Speaker 1: put out. And I think for the people that have
• 2:38
Speaker 1: been following this story for a long time, that's what
• 2:41
Speaker 1: the Epstein files really were, right? A confirmation to everything
• 2:46
Speaker 1: that we've been talking about. At the time, the predator
• 2:51
Speaker 1: pleaded guilty to one count of soliciting prostitution and one
• 2:54
Speaker 1: count of soliciting prostitution from someone under the age of 18.
• 2:59
Speaker 1: And despite the lead prosecutor in the case pushing for
• 3:01
Speaker 1: at least 18 years behind bars, Epstein served only 13
• 3:05
Speaker 1: months in a county jail, spending most of his time
• 3:09
Speaker 1: on work release. And we all know what he was
• 3:11
Speaker 1: doing while he was out on work release. So if
• 3:14
Speaker 1: you think that Jeffrey Epstein was ever properly punished... You're
• 3:19
Speaker 1: a moron. And remember, that's the basis that people use
• 3:24
Speaker 1: to try and defend what's going on now. Well, this
• 3:27
Speaker 1: has been investigated. Nobody found anything. There's nobody else involved.
• 3:32
Speaker 1: And that's the laziest way to diagnose this. And it
• 3:36
Speaker 1: tells me you have no idea what you're talking about.
• 3:39
Speaker 1: Either that or you're dishonest. And either way, at this point,
• 3:45
Speaker 1: I don't have any patience for fools. Details of Epstein
• 3:48
Speaker 1: being in possession of weapons following his conviction were compiled
• 3:52
Speaker 1: in the New Mexico Survivors Truth Commission, which released an
• 3:55
Speaker 1: interim report after the Department of Justice was accused of
• 3:58
Speaker 1: fumbling the Epstein files. Well, we know he had guns
• 4:02
Speaker 1: because there was a robbery and people stole guns from
• 4:05
Speaker 1: the property. And we talked about this years ago. So
• 4:09
Speaker 1: there's no doubt that Jeffrey Epstein was in possession of guns.
• 4:13
Speaker 1: The real question is, why didn't the federal government do
• 4:16
Speaker 1: anything about it? Available documentation indicates that Epstein was in
• 4:24
Speaker 1: possession of firearms both before and after his 2008 Florida
• 4:28
Speaker 1: felony conviction for solicitation of a prostitute, which would have
• 4:32
Speaker 1: been a federal and state crime, the report noted. The
• 4:36
Speaker 1: evidence further shows that Epstein maintained and exercised positive control
• 4:41
Speaker 1: of firearms on Zorro Ranch at a time when he
• 4:44
Speaker 1: was a convicted felon. According to the EFTA documentation from
• 4:49
Speaker 1: July of 2009, Policy states that security officers either directly
• 4:54
Speaker 1: or indirectly employed to secure the person or property of
• 4:57
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. Well, that was the cover story. But the
• 5:01
Speaker 1: truth is that Jeffrey Epstein was the one that was
• 5:03
Speaker 1: in possession of these firearms. So why is it okay
• 5:06
Speaker 1: for Epstein, a convicted felon, to have those guns, but
• 5:10
Speaker 1: not for a regular person who's been convicted of a
• 5:12
Speaker 1: felony to own firearms? Do you think their deal would
• 5:16
Speaker 1: have stood? Or do you think that their NPA would
• 5:18
Speaker 1: have been taken from them and they would have went
• 5:20
Speaker 1: to prison. We all know the answer to that. Mr.
• 5:23
Speaker 1: Epstein is a convicted felon, having been convicted in the
• 5:26
Speaker 1: state of Florida for a violation of Florida statute section 796.03,
• 5:31
Speaker 1: second degree felony, and section 796.07, 4C3, third degree felony.
• 5:39
Speaker 1: The police stated, it's a class C federal crime for
• 5:42
Speaker 1: a convicted felon to knowingly possess a firearm or ammunition. Well, yeah.
• 5:49
Speaker 1: And it would have been nice if somebody would have
• 5:51
Speaker 1: enforced those laws. But I guess when we're dealing with
• 5:54
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, that's not in the cards. According to the
• 5:58
Speaker 1: compiled details in the report, Epstein appeared to have owned
• 6:01
Speaker 1: dozens of firearms spread across several of his properties, including
• 6:05
Speaker 1: his residences in Florida and the U.S. Virgin Islands. He
• 6:09
Speaker 1: also held a Florida concealed carry license throughout the 90s. Well,
• 6:14
Speaker 1: he was a gunrunner, so is anybody shocked that he
• 6:16
Speaker 1: had a big collection of guns? He had access to
• 6:19
Speaker 1: all kinds of shit. Oh, what, nobody told you about
• 6:22
Speaker 1: him running guns? Before it was people, it was guns.
• 6:26
Speaker 1: And that's where Epstein got his start. So nobody should
• 6:30
Speaker 1: be shocked that he has a cabinet full of firearms.
• 6:34
Speaker 1: Epstein also reportedly went on shooting trips with notable and
• 6:37
Speaker 1: powerful figures following his conviction. The Epstein files noted that
• 6:42
Speaker 1: this ex-offender reached out to his lawyers via email to
• 6:45
Speaker 1: know if he was allowed to own guns. Can you
• 6:47
Speaker 1: research to see? If the governor can restore my civil
• 6:50
Speaker 1: rights and allow me to own a gun, Epstein asked
• 6:54
Speaker 1: lawyer Erica Kellerhals in the Virgin Islands in 2014. In response,
• 6:59
Speaker 1: Kellerhals told her client, I looked, he can't. And you
• 7:03
Speaker 1: don't need a gun. You can hire people with guns. Well,
• 7:06
Speaker 1: that's not good enough for Epstein. He has to have
• 7:09
Speaker 1: the gun, right? I have to have a gun. I'm
• 7:11
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. The rules don't apply to me. Before his conviction,
• 7:15
Speaker 1: Epstein had reached out to his employees to notify them
• 7:19
Speaker 1: of where his guns should be stored, and in some
• 7:22
Speaker 1: instances ordered them to purchase their own weapons to be
• 7:25
Speaker 1: used on his properties. According to the files previously released
• 7:29
Speaker 1: by the DOJ, Epstein had vast knowledge of where his
• 7:33
Speaker 1: guns were located and was concerned about what would happen
• 7:36
Speaker 1: to them. Meanwhile, the Truth Commission, led by four members
• 7:40
Speaker 1: of the state's House of Representatives, also compiled alleged incidents
• 7:44
Speaker 1: that occurred between Epstein and his victims at Zorro Ranch.
• 7:49
Speaker 1: One victim, identified as Jane Doe 3 in the report,
• 7:52
  Speaker 1: provided a statement at Ghislaine Maxwell's sentencing in 2022. Epstein's
• 7:57
Speaker 1: former madam was sentenced to 20 years behind bars. Well,
• 8:02
Speaker 1: if that's what you want to call it. I wouldn't
• 8:04
Speaker 1: exactly call her little adventure at this camp being behind bars. Sure,
• 8:10
Speaker 1: she's locked up. Sure, she doesn't have her freedom. But
• 8:13
Speaker 1: is she really paying the price for what she did?
• 8:16
Speaker 1: Not my opinion. According to Jane Doe 3, she was
• 8:20
Speaker 1: abused on Zorro Ranch in 2004 when she was 15
• 8:24
Speaker 1: years old. I flew on Jeffrey Epstein's plane to Zorro
• 8:27
Speaker 1: Ranch where I was sexually molested by him for many hours,
• 8:31
Speaker 1: she testified at the time. Jane Doe 3 recalled feeling powerless,
• 8:35
Speaker 1: especially after he positioned me by laying me on his
• 8:38
Speaker 1: floor so that I was confronted by all the framed
• 8:40
Speaker 1: photographs on his dresser of him smiling with wealthy celebrities
• 8:45
Speaker 1: and politicians. Epstein was found dead behind bars in 2019
• 8:50
Speaker 1: while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. So the thing
• 8:53
Speaker 1: about Zorro Ranch that always really got me is the
• 8:56
Speaker 1: fact that we know so little about what went on.
• 8:59
Speaker 1: How many people were abused? How many people never came forward?
• 9:04
Speaker 1: How many people know what went on there? And if
• 9:09
Speaker 1: there was ever a real investigation, we would have learned that.
• 9:12
Speaker 1: But how can anyone ever think that we're going to
• 9:14
Speaker 1: get a real investigation if this NPA is still active
• 9:19
Speaker 1: this thing has to go and it has to go
• 9:21
Speaker 1: now I think that there's ample evidence that Jeffrey Epstein
• 9:26
Speaker 1: was in violation of the non-prosecution agreement and the terms
• 9:30
Speaker 1: of his probation and we should retroactively go back and
• 9:34
Speaker 1: remove that NPA and if we do that then the
• 9:38
Speaker 1: protection for everybody else named and unnamed goes away as
• 9:41
Speaker 1: well and if you're wondering why they won't do it
• 9:45
Speaker 1: that's the reason They don't want the NPA gone. They
• 9:49
Speaker 1: want the NPA to stand firm so they can use
• 9:51
Speaker 1: it as an excuse. Oh, we can't investigate X, Y,
• 9:54
Speaker 1: and Z because of the NPA. Well, the NPA doesn't
• 9:57
Speaker 1: let us do this, that, or the other thing. Glenn Maxwell. Well,
• 10:02
Speaker 1: I'm protected by the NPA. I should be able to
• 10:04
Speaker 1: use that. Even Prince Andrew tried to use the NPA
• 10:08
Speaker 1: as a defense. So if there's any real hurdle still
• 10:12
Speaker 1: standing in the way of true transparency, I think the
• 10:16
Speaker 1: NPA is certainly one of the biggest. And with all
• 10:20
Speaker 1: this information, all this quote-unquote new information, you would think
• 10:24
Speaker 1: that the DOJ would be interested in taking another look
• 10:28
Speaker 1: at the NPA. But of course they're not. And unfortunately,
• 10:32
Speaker 1: with Todd Blanch leading this dog and pony show, my
• 10:36
Speaker 1: guess is the NPA isn't going anywhere for quite some time.
• 10:40
Speaker 1: But I think it needs to be a focus of
• 10:42
Speaker 1: the debate and a focus of the conversation. And hopefully,
• 10:46
Speaker 1: that's exactly where this all ends up. But either way,
• 10:49
Speaker 1: we'll be following along. And when we have something else
• 10:52
Speaker 1: to add, we'll get it added to the catalog. All
• 10:55
Speaker 1: the information that goes with this episode can be found
• 10:59
Speaker 1: in the description box.
