- 1:03Speaker 3: Hello and welcome to Juicy Scoop. I have a return favorite,
- 1:07Speaker 3: a funny lady.
- 1:09Speaker 2: From St.
- 1:10Speaker 3: Dennis back to Bridesmaids to Groundlings to Reno 911, it's
- 1:16Speaker 3: Wendy McClendon Covey.
- 1:18Speaker 2: Perfect pronunciation. Thank you for having me, Heather.
- 1:22Speaker 3: I am so thrilled that you're here because we're good
- 1:25Speaker 3: friends and you're a funny bitch to talk to.
- 1:28Speaker 2: Well, we have a lot to discuss. St.
- 1:30Speaker 3: Denis, what season are you in?
- 1:32Speaker 2: We just finished season two. That just finished airing. And
- 1:36Speaker 2: so we're filming season three starting in July.
- 1:40Speaker 3: Very lovely. And it's so funny. And I remember when
- 1:44Speaker 3: you first started to do it. And it's very much
- 1:47Speaker 3: in the vein of Parks and Rec and The Office.
- 1:51Speaker 3: And your character is, I mean, when you read it,
- 1:55Speaker 3: did you know it was just the most perfect thing
- 1:57Speaker 3: for you? No.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Because you're the head of the hospital and you're a
- 2:00Speaker 2: little thirsty. Yeah, I got to try this.
- 2:01Speaker 3: A little inappropriate.
- 2:02Speaker 2: Yeah. Because I've had bosses like that. Yeah. Where you
- 2:07Speaker 2: have to keep people motivated and you don't even believe
- 2:09Speaker 2: what you're saying anymore.
- 2:10Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 2:11Speaker 2: You know, and your whole personal life is shit. Because Joyce,
- 2:15Speaker 2: poor Joyce, like she probably hasn't even finished paying her
- 2:18Speaker 2: student loans off.
- 2:19Speaker 3: Right.
- 2:20Speaker 1: You know?
- 2:20Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 2:22Speaker 2: We had a little cliffhanger at the end of season
- 2:24Speaker 2: two where David Alan Greer's character wakes up from a
- 2:29Speaker 2: surgery and said, where's my Joyce? Where's my Joyce? So
- 2:33Speaker 2: what does that mean? Does that mean we had a
- 2:35Speaker 2: thing going on at some point? Which I would love.
- 2:38Speaker 1: Who knows?
- 2:39Speaker 3: And you guys have so much fun working together. Yes.
- 2:42Speaker 2: Love him.
- 2:42Speaker 3: He's always in your comments.
- 2:44Speaker 2: And he's always like, he's such a supportive delight.
- 2:47Speaker 3: He is. He is.
- 2:48Speaker 2: Yeah. It's so funny.
- 2:50Speaker 3: Now, recently you were in the news because unfortunately you
- 2:55Speaker 3: were very missed when there was a bridesmaid reunion on
- 3:00Speaker 3: the stage.
- 3:00Speaker 2: Was that at the Golden Globes?
- 3:02Speaker 3: Where was that at?
- 3:02Speaker 2: That was at the Oscars. At the Oscars. Now, walk us.
- 3:06Speaker 3: Through why you weren't there when you found out you
- 3:09Speaker 3: would not be able to be there, how you felt
- 3:11Speaker 3: about it.
- 3:11Speaker 2: Well, doing ADR for St. Denis, meaning additional dialogue recording,
- 3:16Speaker 2: where you go into a studio and you see your
- 3:19Speaker 2: face blasted on a giant screen, I could not stand
- 3:23Speaker 2: the look of my neck anymore. OK, I was going
- 3:25Speaker 2: into full psychosis about it. Like, I am a melting candle.
- 3:30Speaker 2: I got to address this. So I had a couple
- 3:34Speaker 2: of consults like back in November, found a surgeon and
- 3:38Speaker 2: was like, OK, you you're my guy. We're going to
- 3:40Speaker 2: do this. OK, we're going to do it in in March.
- 3:43Speaker 2: I had the date down. I had paid the money.
- 3:47Speaker 2: Then like three weeks prior to the Academy Awards, they're like, oh,
- 3:51Speaker 2: they want to do a bridesmaids reunion on the show.
- 3:55Speaker 2: And I was like, well, I hope they have a
- 3:57Speaker 2: good time because I'm getting my shit tightened up. I'm
- 4:01Speaker 2: not canceling this appointment. Did you ever think, you know what?
- 4:06Speaker 3: I know this will be a pain in the ass,
- 4:07Speaker 3: but what if I moved it a little bit further
- 4:10Speaker 3: down or when I had another break to be able
- 4:13Speaker 3: to do the Oscars, but then I go to the
- 4:16Speaker 3: Oscars with a neck I don't love?
- 4:18Speaker 2: There you go. There you go. Plus, the amount of
- 4:23Speaker 2: time they gave us. I mean, I hate trying to
- 4:28Speaker 2: find dresses for these events.
- 4:30Speaker 5: I know.
- 4:30Speaker 2: You told me. You said it's not fun. It is
- 4:32Speaker 2: such a pain in the ass. I thought, you know what?
- 4:34Speaker 2: It's fine. I'm going to skip it. No one will
- 4:36Speaker 2: notice that I'm not there. If everybody else is there,
- 4:40Speaker 2: who cares what I'm doing, right?
- 4:42Speaker 4: So....
- 4:45Speaker 2: I was wrong. I was wrong about that. I get
- 4:48Speaker 2: my procedure. I'm laying around in a stupor for a
- 4:51Speaker 2: couple of weeks, just like in and out of consciousness.
- 4:54Speaker 2: Kristen texted me the day of and was like, we
- 4:58Speaker 2: wanted to say something at the beginning.
- 5:00Speaker 6: Of Our.
- 5:03Speaker 2: Little presentation about why you're not there. I said, please don't.
- 5:07Speaker 2: Don't mention it. Don't mention it at all. I said,
- 5:10Speaker 2: I just had my neck tightened and I'm recovering. That's
- 5:12Speaker 2: all it is.
- 5:13Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 5:14Speaker 2: So you don't have to say anything. No one's going
- 5:15Speaker 2: to notice.
- 5:16Speaker 4: Right.
- 5:17Speaker 2: So. I, you know, I'm going in and out of
- 5:20Speaker 2: consciousness all day long. And then I start watching The
- 5:23Speaker 2: Mormon Wives. Yes. Okay. And What's Her Name is just
- 5:27Speaker 2: not getting on that plane to go see, to go
- 5:30Speaker 2: do The Bachelor. And I was very upset. Taylor, that's
- 5:33Speaker 2: the one. And then my phone starts blowing up. Where
- 5:37Speaker 2: are you? I'm livid that they didn't invite you. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 5:40Speaker 2: Who's this? Just fans, you mean? Just friends of mine. Oh, yeah.
- 5:44Speaker 6: Okay.
- 5:44Speaker 2: And texting me and then DMs that I got snubbed.
- 5:49Speaker 2: So then I thought, well, I might as well just
- 5:51Speaker 2: say something because I don't want anyone making drama where
- 5:55Speaker 2: there is no drama. So I just said, look, here's
- 5:57Speaker 2: what I look like. And I thought I should stay home.
- 6:02Speaker 2: And now... You look great. I almost have all my
- 6:09Speaker 2: feeling back, too.
- 6:11Speaker 3: You've always had great skin. You've always looked young and youthful.
- 6:16Speaker 3: So it all worked out great. The honesty was lovely.
- 6:21Speaker 3: And now, you know, every time you probably get besieged
- 6:25Speaker 3: with people saying, why isn't there a Bridesmaids 2?
- 6:29Speaker 2: We're going on what, almost 20 years? It's been 15 years.
- 6:32Speaker 2: No one's writing it.
- 6:34Speaker 3: And I realized when I talked about Sherwood Country Club,
- 6:38Speaker 3: where I belong, they filmed Bridesmaids there.
- 6:40Speaker 6: Yes, we did.
- 6:41Speaker 3: The gates are like when she goes to the fancy
- 6:43Speaker 3: shower where everyone gets a puppy.
- 6:45Speaker 2: That's right.
- 6:46Speaker 6: Yes.
- 6:46Speaker 2: Oh, my God. That's where you live. Yeah. Wait, should we?
- 6:50Speaker 2: It's okay. People know. It's behind gates. It's okay. Okay.
- 6:53Speaker 3: When people say Bridesmaids, another movie, you know, they've said no,
- 6:58Speaker 3: no all these years. I mean, can I write the
- 7:02Speaker 3: movie for you right now?
- 7:04Speaker 2: It's so easy. I mean, it would be very easy
- 7:09Speaker 2: to do, but no one is... The people that would want... Right,
- 7:14Speaker 2: they're doing other things. Who need to sign off on
- 7:16Speaker 2: it are not going to sign off on it. Okay,
- 7:18Speaker 2: they are.
- 7:19Speaker 3: Yeah. Because I'm going to manifest it. Like Amanda, I'm
- 7:22Speaker 3: a manifesting mama.
- 7:23Speaker 2: Because no one had talked about that before she came along.
- 7:27Speaker 6: Right.
- 7:28Speaker 2: They certainly had not.
- 7:30Speaker 3: I would have given another five years.
- 7:32Speaker 2: Okay. Because then.
- 7:35Speaker 3: It's mother of the bride, mother of the groom.
- 7:39Speaker 2: One of you guys is planning a wedding. Right.
- 7:46Speaker 3: It could be one of your horrible sons that's been
- 7:49Speaker 3: jerking off in a sock for 20 years.
- 7:51Speaker 2: I think one of my sons got a teacher pregnant.
- 7:55Speaker 2: I love it. I think it's like a Mary Kay Letourneau.
- 7:58Speaker 2: I love that. That could be your storyline. If it's
- 8:01Speaker 2: not your wedding, you're going. You guys have kept in touch.
- 8:04Speaker 3: One of your weird sons is a groomsman. Right.
- 8:07Speaker 6: OK.
- 8:07Speaker 3: Yeah. And, you know, there's a whole storyline where all
- 8:11Speaker 3: of them have kept in touch. There's some maybe maybe
- 8:15Speaker 3: two having kept in touch, but their kids are fucking.
- 8:17Speaker 2: I mean, it could be. That happens. Yes. So fun.
- 8:22Speaker 3: We do it at a white lotus type resort to
- 8:26Speaker 3: save time for everybody.
- 8:28Speaker 2: I'm listening intently to what you're saying. You're such a producer.
- 8:31Speaker 2: It's not even funny. Heather McDonald. So everybody just goes, listen.
- 8:35Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 8:36Speaker 2: Melissa McCarthy. Listen, everybody. Kristen, it's two weeks.
- 8:41Speaker 5: Right.
- 8:42Speaker 2: Two weeks shoot. At a resort. I don't see a downside.
- 8:46Speaker 2: It's a destination wedding.
- 8:48Speaker 3: Yeah. And if we must.
- 8:50Speaker 2: Go to Cancun, I guess we have to.
- 8:54Speaker 4: Yes.
- 8:54Speaker 2: You know, give of ourselves. It's what the audience wants.
- 8:58Speaker 2: The audience wants it. Well, I like what you're saying. Okay.
- 9:03Speaker 2: I just think it's perfect. You're just solving problems left
- 9:06Speaker 2: and right here. I just think it's perfect. Yeah. You know, I, anyway.
- 9:10Speaker 2: So speaking of comedy, I really love this, this of you.
- 9:15Speaker 2: Thank you. Throwback Thursdays, my senior photo. Still look the same.
- 9:21Speaker 2: You look the same, especially with your new neck.
- 9:24Speaker 3: Though you're 18, you're choosing.
- 9:26Speaker 2: To wear a cowl neck. Yes.
- 9:30Speaker 3: Why were we dressing at 18 like we were 43
- 9:35Speaker 3: and a principal?
- 9:37Speaker 2: But we did.
- 9:38Speaker 4: I know why.
- 9:38Speaker 2: Like a big old blazer with massive shoulder pads that
- 9:42Speaker 2: hit like mid-thigh. Then you're going to put on a
- 9:45Speaker 2: tight pencil skirt with that or a mini skirt. and
- 9:48Speaker 2: stilettos to carry your books all around high school. But that,
- 9:54Speaker 2: because it was, you know, that's something you send your grandparents, Right.
- 9:59Speaker 2: So you don't want to be too risky or whatever.
- 10:02Speaker 2: But they also did, because we had sororities in my
- 10:06Speaker 2: high school. Where was that? In Long Beach. They weren't
- 10:09Speaker 2: sanctioned by the school, but all Long Beach schools have
- 10:12Speaker 2: fraternities and sororities for off-campus. I've never heard of that.
- 10:14Speaker 2: That's crazy. It's ridiculous. So by the time everybody got out,
- 10:18Speaker 2: it was like, fuck this. I don't want to do
- 10:20Speaker 2: this anymore.
- 10:21Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 10:21Speaker 2: But they would wear the, what do you call it?
- 10:26Speaker 4: The letters?
- 10:27Speaker 2: Tube top. Oh, tube top. That's all fuzzy, like the
- 10:30Speaker 2: black fuzzy tube top. Angora? I don't know what it was,
- 10:36Speaker 2: feathers or something, but they all got their sorority pictures
- 10:38Speaker 2: taken in it. Oh, yes. The shoulder bearing. Did you
- 10:41Speaker 2: do that? Like the off shoulder.
- 10:42Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 10:42Speaker 4: Yes.
- 10:43Speaker 2: Yes. No, I didn't.
- 10:45Speaker 3: I just wore like an Angora sweater. But like, yes,
- 10:48Speaker 3: I remember that. And you'd like turn slightly to the side.
- 10:51Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 10:52Speaker 2: And then cock your head in a weird position. So bad.
- 10:56Speaker 3: I think I did that for college. That was my
- 10:58Speaker 3: college photo. And it wasn't cute.
- 11:00Speaker 2: I don't know why.
- 11:00Speaker 3: I must have been hungover that day or something.
- 11:02Speaker 2: It was not good. But I love the bangs. Thank you. Intense.
- 11:06Speaker 2: I'm lucky I still have any hair after what I did.
- 11:09Speaker 2: With your hairspray? Yes. Welcome to Home Store and More.
- 11:14Speaker 3: When it's gone, it's gone. We really love the weekly offers,
- 11:17Speaker 3: the class.
- 11:18Speaker 2: I just love the energy in it.
- 11:19Speaker 3: I just think it's a happy place.
- 11:21Speaker 2: I love the fact that every time you go in,
- 11:23Speaker 2: you discover something new. What I really like about it
- 11:25Speaker 2: is that Home Store and More is Irish owned. The
- 11:27Speaker 2: friendliness of the staff, the quality of the goods and
- 11:30Speaker 2: the price. It exceeds my expectations all the time. So
- 11:34Speaker 2: drop by your local Homestore and More, where we're always
- 11:37Speaker 2: happy to welcome you.
- 11:38Speaker 3: Homestore and More.
- 11:40Speaker 2: A happy home.
- 11:42Speaker 4: I'm Darman, and this is What Happens Next. Each week
- 11:45Speaker 4: on the show, I sit down with extraordinary people who
- 11:48Speaker 4: have faced tremendous setbacks, and yet somehow have found a
- 11:53Speaker 4: way to turn them into their greatest strengths.
- 11:55Speaker 2: Life is one long lesson of chaos.
- 11:58Speaker 3: I'm heading to the Emmys, and I have police complaints
- 12:01Speaker 3: filed against me.
- 12:02Speaker 6: When your free will was about to be taken from you,
- 12:04Speaker 6: what would you do if it was given back? Where
- 12:07Speaker 6: did that need come from, where you thought that you
- 12:09Speaker 6: had to succeed in order to feel loved?
- 12:12Speaker 2: He said, I have a work dad.
- 12:13Speaker 4: I need a home dad.
- 12:14Speaker 6: What happens next?
- 12:15Speaker 3: When I came in, he started crying.
- 12:17Speaker 6: Everybody in life encounters hardships. What defines them is not
- 12:21Speaker 6: those hard moments that they go through. It's about what
- 12:24Speaker 6: happens next.
- 12:25Speaker 2: I decided to risk it all. I realized how valuable
- 12:27Speaker 2: every day was. You're worth the work. Listen, Dara, I'm
- 12:30Speaker 2: not going to pull punches.
- 12:31Speaker 3: You can use your voice even if it's shaped.
- 12:34Speaker 4: The stories are different, but the impact is the same.
- 12:37Speaker 4: Only one question matters. What happens next?
- 12:47Speaker 3: Let's talk about the roast of Kevin Hart. It was
- 12:49Speaker 3: on Sunday night live. I know Kevin, have known him
- 12:55Speaker 3: for years and lucky enough to be invited to the
- 12:58Speaker 3: after party, which was at a beautiful place.
- 13:00Speaker 2: In Beverly Hills.
- 13:01Speaker 3: So we watched it at home. And then I talked
- 13:05Speaker 3: to people who had come from the form. And I
- 13:08Speaker 3: think it was, I think I felt lucky that we
- 13:11Speaker 3: watched it at home because a lot of them, you
- 13:12Speaker 3: know how tapings are and it's at the form.
- 13:15Speaker 2: Right.
- 13:15Speaker 3: And so some of the people were like, it was
- 13:17Speaker 3: a little hard to hear. We were watching the screen anyway.
- 13:20Speaker 3: And I was like, no, when you get home, like
- 13:22Speaker 3: some of my friends who are writers and stuff, I'm like,
- 13:25Speaker 3: it really was good. It was very entertaining.
- 13:27Speaker 2: Now, have you ever done a roast?
- 13:29Speaker 3: I have never done a roast.
- 13:30Speaker 2: I've never really even.
- 13:32Speaker 3: Once I had a manager that was like, like Whitney
- 13:34Speaker 3: Cummings had done it and the manager was like, that's
- 13:36Speaker 3: what you need to do. And I was like, I
- 13:38Speaker 3: don't know that it's my style of comedy. Of course,
- 13:42Speaker 3: you get other people that are experts that help you
- 13:44Speaker 3: write it. But really what it is about a roast
- 13:48Speaker 3: is that you're putting yourself there. to also be roasted.
- 13:52Speaker 1: Right.
- 13:52Speaker 3: And I remember years ago when Comedy Central used to
- 13:56Speaker 3: do them and they got a lot of people, you know,
- 14:00Speaker 3: from Donald Trump to Pamela Anderson to Joan Rivers.
- 14:03Speaker 2: It was a big paycheck.
- 14:04Speaker 3: Some people really did it for the paycheck. And I
- 14:07Speaker 3: remember Joan Rivers wanted Chelsea to be a part of hers.
- 14:12Speaker 2: Okay. And we were at.
- 14:13Speaker 3: Chelsea lately and it came up and Chelsea was just like, no,
- 14:17Speaker 3: I don't want to. At the time, I don't remember why,
- 14:21Speaker 3: if she just was like, it's not my thing or
- 14:23Speaker 3: she's busy or why would, I don't really know the reason.
- 14:26Speaker 3: I don't know if that then contributed to like their
- 14:28Speaker 3: little e-news beef or whatever.
- 14:30Speaker 2: Oh, okay.
- 14:32Speaker 3: But I kind of thought, yeah, you're putting yourself there
- 14:34Speaker 3: to be ripped apart. Right. And at the time I
- 14:38Speaker 3: was like, oh, if Chelsea's there, it's going to be,
- 14:40Speaker 3: you know, you slept with the president of E and
- 14:42Speaker 3: like all the dumb, stupid things. And with, With Pamela Anderson,
- 14:47Speaker 3: she did it once. And this is, like, after she's
- 14:49Speaker 3: had two kids. And every joke was her big vagina
- 14:54Speaker 3: and the sex tape and being a slut. And I'm
- 14:58Speaker 3: just like, she's a mom with, like, two boys.
- 15:00Speaker 2: I remember thinking... But now... Then they.
- 15:05Speaker 3: Went away for a while. Right. Tom Brady was a
- 15:08Speaker 3: big thing. And now it's here on Netflix live. And
- 15:13Speaker 3: I do think it's perfect.
- 15:15Speaker 2: Okay.
- 15:16Speaker 3: It's very edgy. Completely not politically correct. I mean, jokes
- 15:22Speaker 3: about Cheryl Underwood's husband back in the 90s who killed himself.
- 15:26Speaker 2: Nothing.
- 15:28Speaker 3: Oh, no, no, no.
- 15:29Speaker 2: No, nothing was off limits. Oh, that hurts. Really? It was,
- 15:36Speaker 2: it's insane.
- 15:37Speaker 3: So if it's like, if you are not someone that
- 15:40Speaker 3: you're the least bit, you know, offended by things, this
- 15:44Speaker 3: three hour roast is not for you. But if you're
- 15:46Speaker 3: ready for just hardcore comedy, like you can't believe you're
- 15:51Speaker 3: seeing it and it's Netflix and it's live again, no
- 15:55Speaker 3: one's shoving it in your face.
- 15:57Speaker 2: You don't have to watch it. You don't have to
- 15:58Speaker 2: watch it.
- 15:59Speaker 3: I thought it was like, I was thoroughly entertained.
- 16:03Speaker 2: I was like, Oh, like jaw dropped.
- 16:06Speaker 5: Wow.
- 16:06Speaker 3: And then there were times where I'm like, Ooh, are
- 16:08Speaker 3: these two people kind of really mad at each other?
- 16:11Speaker 2: Are they not?
- 16:12Speaker 3: And I think they all are just like, who cares?
- 16:16Speaker 2: Right. Which says a lot.
- 16:18Speaker 3: And I think it takes people into their fifties to
- 16:21Speaker 3: really not care.
- 16:22Speaker 2: So I thought it was good. It sounds like Kevin
- 16:27Speaker 2: and Kat Williams have squashed their beef. So that's, interesting
- 16:33Speaker 2: because he sure had a lot to say i.
- 16:35Speaker 3: Don't think they've squashed the beef okay i don't think
- 16:38Speaker 3: they've squashed the beef at all but i think they're
- 16:40Speaker 3: both smart enough to know that it benefited them both
- 16:45Speaker 3: yeah very much you know a lot of just seeing
- 16:49Speaker 3: someone that you haven't seen in a while on your
- 16:50Speaker 3: tv they go on tour it's gonna help sell tickets
- 16:54Speaker 3: you know everybody did pretty well that's a stand-up that
- 16:58Speaker 3: did this that you know from um cheryl underwood got
- 17:01Speaker 3: like a standing ovation Chelsea did great. Shane Gillis, you know,
- 17:06Speaker 3: was very edgy. He did great. Kat, it was hilarious. And,
- 17:12Speaker 3: you know, they make it that, like, oh, Kevin didn't
- 17:14Speaker 3: know he was coming out and all that. And I'm
- 17:19Speaker 3: not going to tell you how magic's revealed, okay?
- 17:21Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah.
- 17:22Speaker 2: That's a whole other show that was on Fox.
- 17:23Speaker 3: But.
- 17:27Speaker 3: Entertaining wise very exciting okay very funny and then Kevin
- 17:32Speaker 3: had his rebuttal like he gets up and he goes
- 17:36Speaker 3: after Kat and it was it was great and you
- 17:40Speaker 3: know um it was really so funny um and like
- 17:45Speaker 3: just it was fun it made me like proud to
- 17:47Speaker 3: be a.
- 17:48Speaker 2: Stand-up now how do you know Kevin I.
- 17:50Speaker 3: Know Kevin from the Chelsea Lately Days okay and I've
- 17:54Speaker 3: seen him over the years and not to bring it
- 17:58Speaker 3: about me again, but I, since I live where Bridesmaids
- 18:02Speaker 3: was shot, he just was playing golf there.
- 18:05Speaker 2: And I heard the voice through the, through my backyard.
- 18:08Speaker 3: So I went down and was like, Kevin, are you
- 18:11Speaker 3: joining the club?
- 18:12Speaker 2: And you know, he is, and he's into golf and
- 18:14Speaker 2: he's a delight. The wife's a delight.
- 18:17Speaker 3: And I just, yeah, I think it's, I thought it was,
- 18:21Speaker 3: it was fun. It was fun to go to the party.
- 18:23Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 18:23Speaker 3: And let's see. I thought, Jeffrey Ross, who is, you know,
- 18:29Speaker 3: beat cancer. He wore this Eddie Murphy red leather outfit.
- 18:32Speaker 5: Yes.
- 18:33Speaker 2: And I thought he was really funny.
- 18:34Speaker 3: He'd like dance to the Eddie Murphy song from Beverly
- 18:37Speaker 3: Hills Cop.
- 18:38Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 18:38Speaker 3: There were some things that just like made me happy.
- 18:42Speaker 2: Here we are.
- 18:42Speaker 3: You know, they had one of those.
- 18:44Speaker 2: Oh, very cute.
- 18:45Speaker 3: One of those like black and white photo things. You
- 18:48Speaker 3: have to pose perfectly for those things. And then Tiffany Haddish.
- 18:52Speaker 3: She was, there were people up there that didn't speak.
- 18:55Speaker 4: Okay.
- 18:55Speaker 6: Okay.
- 18:56Speaker 2: So Tiffany was there, but didn't speak. But didn't speak. Okay.
- 18:59Speaker 3: But looked really cute, which is what really matters.
- 19:02Speaker 2: That's all that matters.
- 19:03Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 19:03Speaker 3: And Chelsea did great. And she looked, she had a
- 19:05Speaker 3: really good outfit on. So it was all good. Oh,
- 19:09Speaker 3: this guy. Eddie, he was a writer on the show
- 19:13Speaker 3: and he's a juicy scooper.
- 19:15Speaker 2: And I was like, oh my God, can I get
- 19:16Speaker 2: a photo with you? Love that. So it was fun.
- 19:19Speaker 3: It was fun to talk to the writers.
- 19:21Speaker 2: It was good.
- 19:22Speaker 3: Are you a roast person? Do you enjoy it or
- 19:24Speaker 3: does it give you anxiety?
- 19:26Speaker 2: It gives me anxiety. It really does. Like, why would
- 19:29Speaker 2: you sign up to have somebody do this to you?
- 19:34Speaker 2: I can't put my mind around it.
- 19:37Speaker 3: I don't want a roast done about me.
- 19:39Speaker 1: No.
- 19:40Speaker 3: I don't need the chicken leg flat ass. I don't
- 19:45Speaker 3: need the puppet in, you know, in the movie Saw Jokes.
- 19:49Speaker 2: I have them all myself. You know that Billy who
- 19:52Speaker 2: rode the puppet, who rode the tricycles in the Saw movies?
- 19:56Speaker 2: I've never seen the Saw movies.
- 19:57Speaker 3: Well, the resemblance is uncanny to my face.
- 20:01Speaker 2: Yes. I rebuke this statement.
- 20:04Speaker 3: No. When I show you, you're going to say, I
- 20:07Speaker 3: kind of see it.
- 20:09Speaker 2: It's fine. I don't like this, Heather. But you know
- 20:12Speaker 2: what I'm not saying? Heather McDonald, no.
- 20:14Speaker 3: I'm not going to say I'm never going to do
- 20:16Speaker 3: it because I just realized, I just said all the
- 20:18Speaker 3: jokes about myself and I think I'm okay with it.
- 20:21Speaker 2: So maybe I would be okay with it. I don't know.
- 20:25Speaker 2: I just get steved out by, I went to one
- 20:28Speaker 2: roast at Comedy Central when I was working there. What
- 20:32Speaker 2: was it? John Stamos, maybe?
- 20:34Speaker 3: Yeah, I think I remember that.
- 20:35Speaker 2: And I just felt disgusting the whole time. Like, why
- 20:38Speaker 2: are we doing this? Yeah. I don't know. Look how
- 20:44Speaker 2: good you look. Thanks. It's a great dress.
- 20:47Speaker 3: You know, like you, repeat outfits. Yeah.
- 20:50Speaker 2: If an outfit looks good on you, why wouldn't you
- 20:53Speaker 2: want to wear it again? Yeah. If a dress loves
- 20:56Speaker 2: only you, you wear it. I've worn this a few times.
- 21:01Speaker 2: It's a good one.
- 21:02Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 21:03Speaker 2: It's adorable.
- 21:03Speaker 3: I didn't know if there'd be a red carpet. And
- 21:06Speaker 3: I looked at what the red carpet was. There wasn't
- 21:08Speaker 3: at the party.
- 21:09Speaker 1: Okay.
- 21:09Speaker 3: But there was one for the show. And I looked
- 21:12Speaker 3: at the poster and it was this, when you see this, it's,
- 21:18Speaker 3: there was like this color of the orange, like the
- 21:20Speaker 3: fire of the roast.
- 21:21Speaker 2: Okay. Okay.
- 21:22Speaker 3: So I thought my orange dress would look good, but
- 21:24Speaker 3: there was no red carpet at the party.
- 21:26Speaker 2: Oh, I really.
- 21:27Speaker 3: I try to read.
- 21:27Speaker 2: I really hate a red carpet. I really hate a
- 21:30Speaker 2: red carpet. It's a lot of stress. I always look
- 21:33Speaker 2: like such a moron. I always look like, oh, someone
- 21:38Speaker 2: flunked out of John Robert Powers. I always pose the
- 21:41Speaker 2: same way. Catalog posing or something. Stop posing that way.
- 21:45Speaker 3: I always remember Jenny McCarthy. She just started to do
- 21:48Speaker 3: weird shit because she's like, if I have to get
- 21:50Speaker 3: all cute and go to this thing, I want this
- 21:52Speaker 3: photo to go somewhere. Right. And it kind of made
- 21:54Speaker 3: her pop.
- 21:55Speaker 2: Really?
- 21:56Speaker 3: Like she'd trip or she'd like do a weird face
- 21:58Speaker 3: or like. And I kind of feel like that's what
- 22:01Speaker 3: I got to start doing.
- 22:02Speaker 2: Next, red carpet. Lean into the awkwardness because me trying
- 22:06Speaker 2: not to be awkward is making me more awkward.
- 22:09Speaker 1: Yes.
- 22:10Speaker 2: So that's why I like Meg Stalter from Hacks. She's
- 22:13Speaker 2: always doing something ridiculous. Yes, she does something funny. That
- 22:16Speaker 2: right there is a red carpet coverage I want to see.
- 22:19Speaker 6: Yes.
- 22:19Speaker 2: I don't want to see everybody, you know, all posed.
- 22:22Speaker 2: You know, that whole trend where everybody's got their underwear
- 22:26Speaker 2: hanging out. Like, I cannot stand it. Oh my God,
- 22:27Speaker 2: when is that going away? So unoriginal. We get it.
- 22:31Speaker 2: You're shameless. Okay.
- 22:32Speaker 1: Yes.
- 22:36Speaker 3: Did you look at the Met Ball? Have you ever
- 22:38Speaker 3: been invited to the Met Ball?
- 22:39Speaker 2: Oh, no, no, no, no, no.
- 22:41Speaker 3: No, no, no, no, no.
- 22:43Speaker 2: I'm just not that important.
- 22:45Speaker 3: I always just think, I see the Met Ball, I'm
- 22:46Speaker 3: always just like, I can feel... The weight and the
- 22:51Speaker 3: heaviness and the uncomfortableness of the outfit and being like,
- 22:54Speaker 3: how long do I have to be in this outfit
- 22:56Speaker 3: before I can get into the next outfit?
- 22:58Speaker 2: Or when am I going to trip and fall down
- 23:00Speaker 2: the stairs? Like watching them try to get Blake Lively's
- 23:04Speaker 2: skirt out there and she was fussing and, you know,
- 23:10Speaker 2: talking bad to the guys. Because someone did a lip
- 23:13Speaker 2: reading thing.
- 23:14Speaker 3: And she was trying to be really nice because of
- 23:16Speaker 3: what she's been through.
- 23:17Speaker 2: But she was like, oh, darling, please. Oh, thank you.
- 23:20Speaker 2: Thank you so much.
- 23:21Speaker 3: I thought it was all nice. But of course, everyone's
- 23:23Speaker 3: looking for something. They're trying to be nice. Well, you
- 23:26Speaker 3: can't win. Yeah, you can't win. Then it would have
- 23:28Speaker 3: been better. But now you're just trying to be nice.
- 23:31Speaker 2: And now I feel like, well, it only costs five
- 23:34Speaker 2: million a year to run that costume institute. So what's
- 23:39Speaker 2: with all these high prices? Like, they made, what, $ 45
- 23:42Speaker 2: million this year?
- 23:43Speaker 4: Oh.
- 23:44Speaker 2: Okay. That's very charitable.
- 23:48Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 23:49Speaker 2: For the costumes. You sure you don't want to do
- 23:54Speaker 2: something else with it? I don't know.
- 23:57Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 23:57Speaker 2: Maybe I'm just being contrarian, but I do find it odd.
- 24:03Speaker 3: What I want to know is, so do they then
- 24:05Speaker 3: go in those weird outfits and sit down and hear
- 24:08Speaker 3: speeches about the charity and eat the chicken dinner?
- 24:11Speaker 2: Yes, exactly. Do they or do they not? Are they
- 24:14Speaker 2: cutting their chicken? I don't know.
- 24:16Speaker 3: Or is it literally just for the photo op that
- 24:20Speaker 3: they wear these? And then everyone has to go to
- 24:22Speaker 3: Sprinter Van because you have to like stand up because
- 24:25Speaker 3: your outfit's so weird.
- 24:27Speaker 1: Okay.
- 24:27Speaker 3: And then I'm like, how many people, like how many
- 24:30Speaker 3: gay guys does it take? to get you in the outfit,
- 24:34Speaker 3: make the outfit, do your makeup hair, fluff you, show up.
- 24:38Speaker 3: And then is that, are those, is that gay entourage
- 24:41Speaker 3: with you all night? Or are they just dying to
- 24:44Speaker 3: go and have their own gay fun without you? And
- 24:47Speaker 3: then you're like left there by yourself.
- 24:49Speaker 2: Okay, I'm going to get stress hives just from considering that.
- 24:52Speaker 2: That sounds terrible. That sounds terrible. Yeah. I'd be angry
- 24:57Speaker 2: by the time I got there. No good pictures would happen.
- 25:01Speaker 1: With me.
- 25:02Speaker 2: Yeah. Oh, forget it. The couple of times I've used
- 25:06Speaker 2: a stylist, they've been like, I'll say like, I can't
- 25:10Speaker 2: wear that dress. I wouldn't be able to move. Well,
- 25:12Speaker 2: that's okay because you could just lay down in the limo.
- 25:16Speaker 3: No.
- 25:18Speaker 4: No.
- 25:19Speaker 2: And then what happens? Someone wheels me on a dolly
- 25:23Speaker 2: down the red carpet. Like, I don't know. That sounds.
- 25:26Speaker 3: Yes.
- 25:28Speaker 2: Miserable to me.
- 25:29Speaker 3: Do you work your outfits a long night at the
- 25:33Speaker 3: Golden Globes? Do you work it around a sensible shoe
- 25:38Speaker 3: that's like your most comfortable like block heel? But you know,
- 25:41Speaker 3: the block heel isn't really the heel you should wear
- 25:43Speaker 3: with it. But you're like, I can't deal with an
- 25:46Speaker 3: uncomfortable shoe for seven hours.
- 25:49Speaker 2: Because then I will be unhappy and I want to
- 25:51Speaker 2: go home. Well, the last time I had to go
- 25:54Speaker 2: to something like that, I left at the first available opportunity.
- 25:57Speaker 2: I don't stay for the whole thing. I don't have
- 26:00Speaker 2: that attention span anymore. So I'll do an uncomfortable shoe.
- 26:05Speaker 2: But yeah, I've seen some people that are like, oh,
- 26:08Speaker 2: I'm wearing Birkenstocks under this gown. Well, if the shoes
- 26:11Speaker 2: don't show, do it. Yeah.
- 26:14Speaker 3: Well, we had bought tickets to No Doubt.
- 26:17Speaker 2: Oh, okay.
- 26:18Speaker 3: Like six months ago. And then I get booked to
- 26:20Speaker 3: do my live Juicy Scoop this past Saturday night. Oh, wow.
- 26:23Speaker 3: And it was like a package that my husband bought.
- 26:26Speaker 3: So it was Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at the Venetian.
- 26:28Speaker 3: The show was Friday.
- 26:29Speaker 6: Okay.
- 26:29Speaker 3: And I was like, can you sell this package? I
- 26:31Speaker 3: think I should be home preparing for this show. No,
- 26:35Speaker 3: you couldn't really sell the package. So I'm like, well,
- 26:36Speaker 3: then I'll have FOMO if I don't go. I should
- 26:38Speaker 3: go to the Sphere. But I'm like, I need to
- 26:40Speaker 3: save my energy. So I said, I'm going to wear comfortable,
- 26:46Speaker 3: stylish sneakers the entire time I'm in Vegas.
- 26:50Speaker 2: There you go. Wow.
- 26:52Speaker 3: What a difference. What a difference a comfortable shoe is.
- 26:58Speaker 2: Can make in your mood. Mm-hmm. You're not dying for
- 27:01Speaker 2: the night to end.
- 27:03Speaker 3: Like, I think these young kids that wear, like, sneakers
- 27:06Speaker 3: with their prom dresses and their little homecoming, they are
- 27:09Speaker 3: so fucking smart.
- 27:10Speaker 2: Do it. Yeah.
- 27:11Speaker 3: They're living like they're 55 at 15.
- 27:15Speaker 2: I mean, I don't mind a van slip-on with a gown.
- 27:19Speaker 2: I really don't. it's kind of cute, kind of edgy
- 27:22Speaker 2: or a combat boot or something.
- 27:24Speaker 5: Right.
- 27:25Speaker 2: But back to no doubt. So you went to Vegas.
- 27:28Speaker 3: I went to Vegas.
- 27:29Speaker 2: And when did you come home?
- 27:30Speaker 3: I drove there Thursday morning with my husband and son.
- 27:35Speaker 2: Oh my goodness.
- 27:36Speaker 3: I sit in the back cause there are two giants.
- 27:38Speaker 2: Okay.
- 27:39Speaker 3: So I'm in the back with the dog. We have
- 27:42Speaker 3: a dog who is a service animal. She's a trained woman.
- 27:47Speaker 3: She has a full job.
- 27:48Speaker 4: Okay.
- 27:49Speaker 3: And, um, And, you know, she loves Vegas. It's her
- 27:54Speaker 3: first time, but she's, you know, she gets a lot
- 27:57Speaker 3: of attention.
- 27:58Speaker 6: Oh, I love that.
- 27:58Speaker 2: She wears the vest.
- 27:59Speaker 3: She has the paperwork on her backpack, like, so no
- 28:02Speaker 3: one gives us any shit. And she's gorgeous. And so, anyways,
- 28:06Speaker 3: that was fun. And then, so we drove there and
- 28:10Speaker 3: went to dinner that night.
- 28:11Speaker 2: I was chill.
- 28:12Speaker 3: The next day, I worked on the show, putting the
- 28:14Speaker 3: show together. And then we went to the concert. And
- 28:20Speaker 3: she was great.
- 28:21Speaker 2: Really?
- 28:21Speaker 3: And the day before, I was like, opened up my phone,
- 28:24Speaker 3: because I'm collecting topics and stuff, and I start to
- 28:27Speaker 3: see some negative TikToks.
- 28:29Speaker 4: Right.
- 28:30Speaker 3: And I'm like, well, I don't even want to look
- 28:32Speaker 3: at it. I'm going to be there tonight.
- 28:33Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 28:34Speaker 3: I think the negativity was like a, I don't know
- 28:37Speaker 3: what it was, a paid campaign. I don't know, because
- 28:39Speaker 3: they were all great. I was thoroughly entertained. She did
- 28:44Speaker 3: all the hits, some new stuff, looked amazing. Nostalgic.
- 28:51Speaker 2: Good time. I like the punky Gwen. Yes. From the 90s.
- 28:56Speaker 2: I like that Gwen. She wore all those type of outfits.
- 28:58Speaker 3: Love it. Body looked banging. Dancing where she kicks her legs.
- 29:03Speaker 2: Yeah. And the visuals looked cool, too. Yeah.
- 29:07Speaker 3: And then at one time, there's oranges that fall from
- 29:10Speaker 3: the sky. And there's a little soft orange. So some
- 29:13Speaker 3: people got orange. I felt it on my head, but
- 29:15Speaker 3: I didn't grab it. And so it was really fun.
- 29:19Speaker 3: I said, definitely go. And so it was a busy week.
- 29:23Speaker 3: It was a busy week for me. I need to
- 29:26Speaker 3: tell you the latest that's going on with Summer House.
- 29:28Speaker 3: So you're not someone who's familiar with Summer House.
- 29:30Speaker 1: No, but go on.
- 29:31Speaker 2: Okay.
- 29:31Speaker 3: So on Summer House, there's this girl, Amanda, who is
- 29:35Speaker 3: married to Kyle. Okay. They've been on the show for
- 29:37Speaker 3: 10 years.
- 29:37Speaker 2: Okay.
- 29:38Speaker 3: They've had Merrill Palms for years.
- 29:39Speaker 2: Okay.
- 29:40Speaker 3: Some think it's because he became a DJ. Other people
- 29:43Speaker 3: just thought they were a mismatch couple. There's this guy, West.
- 29:47Speaker 3: This is him.
- 29:48Speaker 2: Okay.
- 29:50Speaker 3: I don't get it.
- 29:51Speaker 2: Okay. With his looks.
- 29:52Speaker 3: It's not my type.
- 29:53Speaker 6: Okay.
- 29:54Speaker 3: It says nothing for me.
- 29:55Speaker 2: Okay. He is now with Amanda.
- 29:59Speaker 4: Okay.
- 30:00Speaker 2: Okay.
- 30:00Speaker 3: But prior to being with Amanda, he was this beautiful,
- 30:03Speaker 3: beautiful girl, Sierra Miller.
- 30:06Speaker 2: Okay.
- 30:08Speaker 3: And they were like kind of on and off. And
- 30:10Speaker 3: so now she knows that her very good friend Amanda
- 30:14Speaker 3: was sleeping with West behind her husband's back and behind
- 30:19Speaker 3: Sierra's back. So it's like a scandal. So over the weekend,
- 30:25Speaker 3: A former real housewife of New Jersey named Jen Fessler
- 30:30Speaker 3: was asked about this scandal on the red carpet.
- 30:33Speaker 2: Okay.
- 30:33Speaker 3: And she goes, West is harmless. He's like a golden retriever.
- 30:38Speaker 2: He's sweet. He's fine.
- 30:39Speaker 3: No one should worry about him. Sierra then did a
- 30:43Speaker 3: post or commented saying, yeah, because the two of you
- 30:47Speaker 3: slept together. Jen Fessler is, um, Been married for 27 years.
- 30:54Speaker 3: Jen Fessler, okay.
- 30:56Speaker 2: That's her.
- 30:56Speaker 3: She's been married for 27 years. And there's all these
- 31:01Speaker 3: videos of them hanging out. Wait, is she the one
- 31:03Speaker 3: that was- She's only on the show for like two years.
- 31:06Speaker 3: All up in arms about Jersey Mike's?
- 31:08Speaker 5: Ooh.
- 31:09Speaker 4: No.
- 31:10Speaker 2: Okay.
- 31:10Speaker 3: That's Jennifer Aiden who seriously got canceled and got fired
- 31:14Speaker 3: from the show.
- 31:14Speaker 2: Okay.
- 31:16Speaker 3: Because she was awful about the Jersey Mike people- Not
- 31:21Speaker 3: making her five kids their food quick enough. While they
- 31:24Speaker 3: got on a flight on New Year's Day at 7 a.m.
- 31:29Speaker 3: So imagine you're the person working at Jersey Mike's on
- 31:33Speaker 3: New Year's Day. And this bitch is yelling at you,
- 31:36Speaker 3: filming it. And the real crime was the order was
- 31:40Speaker 3: tuna fish sandwiches. So she was bringing tuna fish sandwiches
- 31:43Speaker 3: on a flight.
- 31:44Speaker 2: You bitch. That is wrong. And was filming.
- 31:49Speaker 3: thinking that all of her fans would be like, you
- 31:51Speaker 3: do deserve better, Jennifer Aiden. I can't believe that woman
- 31:55Speaker 3: who's like 60 didn't make your tuna sandwiches fast enough
- 31:59Speaker 3: for your five kids. So this girl is not her.
- 32:02Speaker 3: Jen Fessler, pretty harmless, good time, whatever. She was on
- 32:07Speaker 3: for two years. Nothing polarizing about her, just like whatever.
- 32:11Speaker 3: So she's on BravoCon, she's hanging out with Wes. There's
- 32:14Speaker 3: many videos of them being flirty and everything. There is
- 32:17Speaker 3: a Watch What Happens Live episode where Andy Cohen asks Wes,
- 32:22Speaker 3: I heard you slept with a much older woman.
- 32:24Speaker 2: And he said, yes. How old? Really old.
- 32:28Speaker 3: And Andy's like, over 60? No, but in the high fives.
- 32:32Speaker 3: And next to him is another guy from Summer House
- 32:35Speaker 3: named Jesse who's laughing. Clearly he knows about it.
- 32:38Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 32:39Speaker 3: No one knew who it was. It was just, he goes, well,
- 32:41Speaker 3: that's kind of the fun of it. That's the, it
- 32:43Speaker 3: was weird. It was weird, but it was kind of fun.
- 32:46Speaker 3: That's me.
- 32:47Speaker 2: This is the swordsman we're talking about, like this guy here. Okay. Okay.
- 32:55Speaker 2: He must have a great personality.
- 32:57Speaker 3: Or my dad would say a nine inch brain.
- 33:04Speaker 2: Okay, so he gets around. He gets around.
- 33:07Speaker 3: I think his thing is he makes women feel special.
- 33:12Speaker 3: I think he's one of those guys that is like, whoa,
- 33:16Speaker 3: you're out of my league. You're out of my league.
- 33:18Speaker 3: I can't believe this happened to me. You're the fucking
- 33:21Speaker 3: hottest thing. And then you're like, I kind of want
- 33:24Speaker 3: to give this charity case the greatest night of their life.
- 33:27Speaker 2: Have you ever had a guy like that?
- 33:28Speaker 3: You've been married for so long.
- 33:29Speaker 2: I've been married for so long. But you know what
- 33:31Speaker 2: I mean?
- 33:31Speaker 3: Where it's like, Not your type.
- 33:34Speaker 2: You would never go for them. And they're playing the
- 33:36Speaker 2: game of, oh, you're, you know, what would you be
- 33:39Speaker 2: doing with a guy like me? Yes. And it's kind
- 33:41Speaker 2: of like, well, wait a minute.
- 33:43Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 33:43Speaker 2: What do you mean? Right. You're perfectly sweet. Yeah. Guys
- 33:47Speaker 2: don't understand.
- 33:48Speaker 3: Girls, listen to, this is what I tell guys, young men.
- 33:53Speaker 3: All you have to do to get a woman. is
- 33:56Speaker 3: give them so many compliments and let them know that
- 34:00Speaker 3: you're the one for them because no one's ever liked
- 34:03Speaker 3: them as much as you. And then they finally are like,
- 34:07Speaker 3: finally someone gets me. I am this fabulous. And then
- 34:10Speaker 3: they wake up five years later and they're like, why
- 34:13Speaker 3: did I marry this loser? I'm just telling you, guys
- 34:17Speaker 3: can marry out of their league.
- 34:19Speaker 2: They just have to try. They just have to try.
- 34:22Speaker 2: Guys aren't trying. The compliment train is a big one.
- 34:26Speaker 2: Every girl just wants a compliment. Just compliment the ladies.
- 34:30Speaker 2: So I think he was complimenting. I think he was like,
- 34:32Speaker 2: you're hot, whatever.
- 34:34Speaker 3: Now, she said this never happened in social media posts,
- 34:40Speaker 3: kind of threatening she's going to sue Ciara. But a
- 34:44Speaker 3: couple months prior, she had her wedding anniversary happen, Jen Fessler,
- 34:49Speaker 3: and said, and I don't care if either one of
- 34:53Speaker 3: us sleep with Amanda or.
- 34:56Speaker 3: Or West, happy anniversary. Now, is that the craziest coincidence?
- 35:02Speaker 3: Is that manifesting mama? Is that telling on yourself? Is
- 35:08Speaker 3: that a conspiracy theory? Is that an Easter egg? That's
- 35:12Speaker 3: telling on yourself, basically.
- 35:14Speaker 2: Now, when are we going to just say that these
- 35:17Speaker 2: reality shows are now human trafficking? Okay? It's human trafficking light.
- 35:25Speaker 2: Because then they all get involved with each other and then, oh,
- 35:28Speaker 2: I was on this franchise. Now I need to go
- 35:30Speaker 2: to Villains or, you know, Summer House or, you know,
- 35:34Speaker 2: let's jump out of a plane together. Whatever bullshit, you know,
- 35:38Speaker 2: all the rewatch shows and all of this. And then
- 35:41Speaker 2: because they just have to keep that fame going and
- 35:44Speaker 2: that those paychecks coming. And then it all gets incestuous.
- 35:49Speaker 3: And I think. And you take a thirsty housewife who
- 35:52Speaker 3: literally was just a housewife. Mm hmm. Probably at 15
- 35:56Speaker 3: or younger, she thought, oh, I would die to be
- 35:59Speaker 3: Julia Roberts. But she never even auditioned for a play.
- 36:03Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 36:04Speaker 3: She is the cutest one in the carpool lane. And
- 36:07Speaker 3: then one day she gets a DM from a casting
- 36:11Speaker 3: director who's like, would you like to be considered for Housewife?
- 36:15Speaker 2: Right.
- 36:16Speaker 3: Cut to a year later, she's famous. She's getting hair
- 36:21Speaker 3: and makeup she's talking to annie cohen she's walking out
- 36:25Speaker 3: at bravo con like she's a fucking beetle in 1968
- 36:30Speaker 3: and a young west slides into her dms and is
- 36:34Speaker 3: like wow you know if you'd even give me the
- 36:37Speaker 3: time of day and this stuff happens now i don't
- 36:43Speaker 3: know who's telling the truth Jesse could have told Sierra
- 36:49Speaker 3: it could have all been a lie. West could have
- 36:51Speaker 3: exaggerated a flirt with a fuck or second base with
- 36:56Speaker 3: fourth base. I don't know. But I believe that Sierra
- 37:00Speaker 3: received that information. Yeah. Now, whether that information is true
- 37:04Speaker 3: or not, I don't know. I think that Jen Fessler
- 37:08Speaker 3: wants to stay relevant. And this kind of puts her
- 37:13Speaker 3: on the map. And I don't think the husband cares
- 37:17Speaker 3: if she screwed this ugly, dirty West character or not.
- 37:21Speaker 2: He could be saying, well, now I've got a free
- 37:23Speaker 2: pass to go do what I need to do. Or
- 37:26Speaker 2: they just have an arrangement. It doesn't matter. They just
- 37:28Speaker 2: don't care. He's just like, whatever.
- 37:31Speaker 3: And why? And the thing is, the husband might be
- 37:35Speaker 3: going along his day today. This news has been out
- 37:37Speaker 3: for four days and still not know about it because
- 37:40Speaker 3: he actually has a job and a life and is
- 37:43Speaker 3: golfing and watching the news.
- 37:45Speaker 2: And this isn't on main news.
- 37:47Speaker 3: So he she doesn't even have to tell him that
- 37:50Speaker 3: she's being accused of screwing West.
- 37:55Speaker 2: I don't understand.
- 37:56Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm.
- 37:58Speaker 2: No, I don't like this. I don't like this, Heather.
- 38:02Speaker 6: I'm upset.
- 38:03Speaker 3: They're having the reunion come up and apparently Kyle, husband
- 38:07Speaker 3: to Amanda, reveals that West has also had a full-blown
- 38:10Speaker 3: exclusive relationship with a whole nother person since February of 2025.
- 38:16Speaker 2: Does West have kids all over the place?
- 38:17Speaker 5: No.
- 38:18Speaker 2: Okay. Okay. Well, he's got that going for him. He
- 38:22Speaker 2: at least, you know, is careful about that.
- 38:25Speaker 6: Right.
- 38:26Speaker 2: Oh, boy. Okay, now you're up on Real Housewives of
- 38:29Speaker 2: Beverly Hills.
- 38:30Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 38:31Speaker 3: And what was your thoughts of the overall this season,
- 38:34Speaker 3: which really was about Dorit and her divorce and if
- 38:38Speaker 3: Kyle put it out there on the show that she's
- 38:44Speaker 3: doing erratic spending and is manic and that would hurt
- 38:47Speaker 3: her divorce with now this new news coming out in
- 38:51Speaker 3: which PK now is spilling all the beans and giving...
- 38:56Speaker 3: his financials and her financials to this attorney named Ron,
- 39:02Speaker 3: Ronald Richards, who shares it all basically saying that in
- 39:06Speaker 3: a 14 month period, um, and this is Bravo snark side.
- 39:11Speaker 3: She put it all together for us that she, her
- 39:13Speaker 3: income is 3.5 million. His is three, 3 million, but
- 39:17Speaker 3: she spent basically a million dollars in a year on
- 39:22Speaker 3: just clothes for herself and luxury items. He spent, money
- 39:27Speaker 3: on the mortgage. She didn't spend any money on the mortgage. Basically,
- 39:31Speaker 3: she's making just as much as him, but she's spending
- 39:33Speaker 3: it all on herself.
- 39:34Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.
- 39:35Speaker 3: Now the house is in foreclosure, and now she and
- 39:39Speaker 3: the kids are going to have to move out.
- 39:41Speaker 2: Of the $ 6.
- 39:42Speaker 3: Or $ 7 million house in Encino to go somewhere else.
- 39:46Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.
- 39:47Speaker 3: Mm-hmm.
- 39:49Speaker 2: Everyone, this is what's going to happen.
- 39:51Speaker 3: She's going to get in a rental and she's never
- 39:55Speaker 3: going to be able to own a house again because
- 40:01Speaker 3: she spends like this.
- 40:02Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 40:03Speaker 3: And she doesn't want to live in a house that
- 40:05Speaker 3: she could buy. So she'll rent something for like $ 25, 000
- 40:08Speaker 3: a month.
- 40:09Speaker 4: Mm-hmm.
- 40:12Speaker 3: And she'll end up like Shanna Bedore, who still doesn't
- 40:14Speaker 3: own a property, who's been on a show for 15 years.
- 40:20Speaker 2: No, it was interesting watching her light a match to
- 40:23Speaker 2: everything and watch it all explode.
- 40:26Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 40:26Speaker 2: I mean, that's what it was. You can't get mad
- 40:29Speaker 2: at people noticing how much you spend when it's on camera.
- 40:33Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 40:33Speaker 2: We've all heard that. about the mortgage troubles and then
- 40:36Speaker 2: she goes in, you know, in the Hamptons, drops, breaks
- 40:40Speaker 2: it up between a couple of cards. Isn't that what
- 40:42Speaker 2: she did? I mean, don't get mad at other people
- 40:46Speaker 2: for stating the obvious. Like when, when would that have
- 40:51Speaker 2: ever been a good thing for you to do? And
- 40:53Speaker 2: then talking smack about PK on camera and his drinking
- 40:58Speaker 2: and this and that, like she got mad at Amanda for,
- 41:04Speaker 2: for bringing that up. But Amanda was right. When does
- 41:08Speaker 2: that ever help to slam your, your soon to be
- 41:11Speaker 2: ex spouse right in front of the whole world? When
- 41:14Speaker 2: does that work out? Well, do you have an example?
- 41:17Speaker 3: No, I mean, she was, and they're being, the whole
- 41:19Speaker 3: thing is that it's like, how dare you put, listen,
- 41:21Speaker 3: you're on the show. Women going through divorces. They, we
- 41:26Speaker 3: all talk behind each other's backs, but we also talk
- 41:29Speaker 3: about our divorces and our relationships in front of each other. Right.
- 41:32Speaker 2: And rant.
- 41:33Speaker 3: So if you were going to never talk about PK,
- 41:37Speaker 3: you wouldn't be being authentic during a six-month period of filming.
- 41:42Speaker 3: So it's like I'm on her side for that, but
- 41:46Speaker 3: I'm also on Kyle's side for also being very real.
- 41:49Speaker 2: Right.
- 41:50Speaker 3: And also, yeah, she right now still has a good
- 41:53Speaker 3: relationship with Mauricio where they have their own weird thing
- 41:56Speaker 3: going where she can go down to Nashville and hang
- 41:58Speaker 3: out with Morgan Wade. You know what she said, though?
- 42:01Speaker 3: In one of the things I watched, she said, That's
- 42:04Speaker 3: like if my husband said he no longer has a penis,
- 42:07Speaker 3: I wouldn't be interested. I'm like, you're with someone who
- 42:09Speaker 3: doesn't have a penis.
- 42:10Speaker 2: Right.
- 42:11Speaker 3: What do you care about a penis?
- 42:13Speaker 2: Anyway.
- 42:14Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 42:14Speaker 3: So I do love that Dorit was like, I hope
- 42:18Speaker 3: it always stays nice between you and Mauricio. Because it
- 42:22Speaker 3: most likely won't.
- 42:23Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 42:24Speaker 3: Someone is going to catch feelings for someone. Hopefully Mauricio
- 42:28Speaker 3: got a vasectomy. If he gets someone pregnant, that'll really
- 42:30Speaker 3: complicate shit. But.
- 42:34Speaker 3: Eventually someone's going to be like, you got to get divorced.
- 42:38Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 42:39Speaker 2: And I, and I get that one really hurts. I
- 42:41Speaker 2: totally get the procrastination. I really wanted them to stay married.
- 42:45Speaker 2: I really think they had a good thing going. Yeah.
- 42:49Speaker 2: And it, and so it was hard to hear Kyle say, yeah,
- 42:52Speaker 2: you know, who knows if we had never moved houses,
- 42:55Speaker 2: if we had just stayed, you know, being at that level.
- 42:59Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 42:59Speaker 3: But I'm like, but I think what she really means is,
- 43:04Speaker 3: They would have never been at this level of success
- 43:07Speaker 3: had she not taken the show.
- 43:09Speaker 2: Right.
- 43:10Speaker 3: But putting him on the show, he was for so
- 43:13Speaker 3: long a doting, adorable husband whose business grew.
- 43:17Speaker 1: Right.
- 43:18Speaker 3: Somewhere in there, like she said, he could get laid
- 43:23Speaker 3: very easily.
- 43:24Speaker 4: Yes.
- 43:24Speaker 3: When he's opening agencies all over the land.
- 43:27Speaker 2: Yeah. And it started to piss her off.
- 43:32Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 43:33Speaker 3: She got sober. She became a late-in-life les. Now she
- 43:40Speaker 3: would rather go... Now I think she's just like, I
- 43:42Speaker 3: don't need to be a lesbian. I'd like to go
- 43:43Speaker 3: a Lauren Sanchez route. Okay? Oh, okay.
- 43:46Speaker 2: That's what I think. Okay. Maybe not. Interesting.
- 43:50Speaker 3: But I think she's like, whatever. And I don't think
- 43:53Speaker 3: she's jealous of him without anybody else. But she's like,
- 43:57Speaker 3: I just don't want to split up all the shit.
- 43:59Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 44:01Speaker 3: And I just aren't willing to do it. And a
- 44:03Speaker 3: lot of people don't.
- 44:04Speaker 2: So it's like.
- 44:05Speaker 3: I think that's OK, too. And then you have the
- 44:07Speaker 3: rest of the whole world being like, do it.
- 44:09Speaker 2: File.
- 44:10Speaker 3: And it's like, I don't want to.
- 44:12Speaker 2: It's if they've got something worked out, then fine. Yeah.
- 44:16Speaker 1: Do it.
- 44:17Speaker 2: But I mean, their kids are grown.
- 44:19Speaker 3: It's not like it's just like remember that you'll never
- 44:23Speaker 3: emotionally fulfill you.
- 44:24Speaker 2: Remember the girl with the e-cigarette? Yes. The e-cigarette was
- 44:27Speaker 2: before vaping. She was a pioneer.
- 44:28Speaker 3: She had that e-cigarette, the psychic. And then she was like,
- 44:33Speaker 3: once the kids are grown, you'll have nothing in common.
- 44:36Speaker 3: She's like the, we've had some good, that psychic and
- 44:41Speaker 3: the psychic in Morocco who predicted that Mario was cheating
- 44:46Speaker 3: with a blonde to Ramona.
- 44:49Speaker 2: And Ramona's like, is it Avery?
- 44:50Speaker 3: And she's like, no.
- 44:51Speaker 2: Is it Avery?
- 44:54Speaker 3: Meaning like, is she seeing a little blonde extra girl
- 44:56Speaker 3: in there? No, it was this girl. I mean, she
- 44:59Speaker 3: was blonde. Two psychics got it right. But I think
- 45:06Speaker 3: there's something interesting because it's with, I don't know how
- 45:11Speaker 3: it becomes that someone is so comfortable spending money on
- 45:17Speaker 3: Chanel underwear when they didn't grow up that way. And
- 45:20Speaker 3: then all of a sudden they have the money or
- 45:24Speaker 3: their husband has the money and they just Can't stop.
- 45:27Speaker 3: And I think that's like, well, we know shopping is
- 45:29Speaker 3: an addiction. There must be an addiction and also going in,
- 45:32Speaker 3: being a famous person, going into the Louis Vuitton stores.
- 45:36Speaker 4: Right.
- 45:36Speaker 3: And there must be something that gets them wet knowing
- 45:39Speaker 3: that the salesperson is excited to see them and they're
- 45:44Speaker 3: going to make a commission and they want to get that.
- 45:48Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 45:48Speaker 3: And then I think it's weird to spend that kind
- 45:51Speaker 3: of money.
- 45:52Speaker 2: I'm so tight with my money that it gives me
- 45:56Speaker 2: a stomachache to watch people just be so cavalier, especially
- 46:01Speaker 2: when their home's in foreclosure.
- 46:03Speaker 3: Like your home, I would do anything. not to have
- 46:07Speaker 3: to move. Like, what do you do with furniture? What
- 46:10Speaker 3: do you do with all your Prada outfits that are
- 46:12Speaker 3: stiff and uncomfortable from two years ago? Right. Do you
- 46:15Speaker 3: just have the real, real come pick them up?
- 46:17Speaker 2: What are you going to do with all those real
- 46:20Speaker 2: label-y things?
- 46:21Speaker 3: And does it give you anxiety to open up TikTok
- 46:23Speaker 3: and see that your exact item is there in China
- 46:27Speaker 3: for $ 112?
- 46:27Speaker 2: Well, I'm also, okay, so that's how much money she
- 46:31Speaker 2: brings in. I guess so. From what? Not from the housewives.
- 46:36Speaker 3: I think that it must have been from deals, but
- 46:39Speaker 3: I don't even see her as someone that does that
- 46:42Speaker 3: many brand deals.
- 46:43Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 46:43Speaker 3: Because she does, she actually put herself at such a
- 46:46Speaker 3: high end level. I don't, I guess she does because I,
- 46:51Speaker 3: there's no way she can make more than a million
- 46:53Speaker 3: dollar income from the show.
- 46:55Speaker 2: I'm just. They kind of tap them out around a million,
- 46:57Speaker 2: a million too. Yeah.
- 46:58Speaker 3: So, you know, maybe there's some paid gigs here or
- 47:01Speaker 3: there or some good, Deals.
- 47:04Speaker 2: Show up at this club and get $ 10, 000 to.
- 47:06Speaker 3: But because the clothes are not required for the job... Yeah.
- 47:10Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 47:11Speaker 3: You know, she can't then write that off or remove
- 47:13Speaker 3: that from her salary.
- 47:14Speaker 2: Like, I have to look this way. I mean, I
- 47:17Speaker 2: don't know. This whole season was, like, just long hair
- 47:20Speaker 2: extensions hanging into food. So long. So much hair. Inappropriate
- 47:24Speaker 2: footwear for the occasion.
- 47:26Speaker 6: I was.
- 47:29Speaker 2: When they went to Sedona, I was surprised at how
- 47:32Speaker 2: much luggage was there. Like Sedona is so hot and miserable.
- 47:37Speaker 2: And it seemed like when they went hiking, Erica was
- 47:41Speaker 2: the only one that had on like a proper outfit
- 47:44Speaker 2: for hiking on the Red Rock.
- 47:47Speaker 3: I think Erica has become, has had the best trajectory,
- 47:52Speaker 3: even though her husband turned out to be a crook.
- 47:54Speaker 2: Yes. And all of it. She has turned out to
- 47:59Speaker 2: be the realest one. Yeah, she's owning her shit. But
- 48:03Speaker 2: I did have a problem with that one episode where
- 48:06Speaker 2: her therapist came and they sat on the couch and
- 48:11Speaker 2: she cried without wiping her face. Well, that TV therapist
- 48:14Speaker 2: has been around forever. I mean, because she was useless.
- 48:17Speaker 2: Everything she said, it was like, did you just read
- 48:20Speaker 2: that off of a fridge magnet? This is not helpful.
- 48:24Speaker 2: This woman is getting... sued for so much money for
- 48:29Speaker 2: you to say, well, you know, sometimes your clothes are
- 48:31Speaker 2: folded and sometimes they're not like, what the hell are
- 48:35Speaker 2: you even talking about? I hope you're not being paid.
- 48:39Speaker 2: That's useless. Oh my God.
- 48:43Speaker 3: Hilarious. Yeah.
- 48:45Speaker 2: So, um, right. Well, we wish, we wish Dorit the best,
- 48:48Speaker 2: but she was very spiky.
- 48:49Speaker 3: What's your prediction for Dorit?
- 48:52Speaker 2: Everything you said, she's going to have to move out
- 48:54Speaker 2: of that house. She's going to have a rental. What
- 48:58Speaker 2: she needs is just like a small little condo that's unobtrusive.
- 49:04Speaker 2: That's maybe, I don't know, $ 5, 000 a month. She really
- 49:08Speaker 2: needs to scale down, but I don't see her doing that.
- 49:11Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 49:12Speaker 2: I see this getting a lot uglier before it gets better.
- 49:15Speaker 2: She's very stubborn. Betty Broderick has died in prison.
- 49:20Speaker 3: And I have been obsessed with the Betty Broderick story
- 49:25Speaker 3: since my mom first read about it in the L.A.
- 49:29Speaker 3: Times before she did the murder. Her own crazy divorce
- 49:37Speaker 3: was being written about in San Diego. And so she— there' s
- 49:42Speaker 3: been two made-for-TV movies in which Meredith Baxter Burney played her.
- 49:47Speaker 2: The part she was born to play.
- 49:49Speaker 3: And she was— there' s so much to this. I will go
- 49:54Speaker 3: deeper on, like, Juicy Crimes. Yes.
- 49:56Speaker 2: Oh, I love Juicy Crimes, by the way.
- 49:58Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 49:58Speaker 2: Thank you. Every Wednesday, please subscribe.
- 50:00Speaker 3: She then— during the divorce, he gets married to his,
- 50:06Speaker 3: who his secretary was that he met when she was
- 50:08Speaker 3: 19 there. She's at her little young twenties. They get married.
- 50:13Speaker 3: And what's weird is it seemed like things were okay.
- 50:16Speaker 3: She had a dinner party that night. She was still
- 50:18Speaker 3: going through financials with him. She had a boyfriend, but
- 50:23Speaker 3: she woke up and she was like, that's it. According
- 50:26Speaker 3: to her, I'm going to go to their house. She'd
- 50:29Speaker 3: stolen the key from her daughter and, and, Stole it.
- 50:34Speaker 3: So she had the kid get in the house, went
- 50:36Speaker 3: into the house like 5 a.m., walked into their room
- 50:41Speaker 3: and shot them both. And then went and called her
- 50:47Speaker 3: friend and said, I did it. And, you know, immediately
- 50:50Speaker 3: was like arrested or turned herself in. And went through
- 50:55Speaker 3: like two different trials about it. Where one trial, you know,
- 51:00Speaker 3: was the defense really said that the torture that he
- 51:04Speaker 3: put her through and that she was this perfect mother,
- 51:06Speaker 3: did all this stuff. First, she put him through medical school.
- 51:11Speaker 3: Then she put him through law school. So he did
- 51:13Speaker 3: medical malpractice and they like had these four kids and
- 51:17Speaker 3: she was the soccer mom.
- 51:18Speaker 2: She was this and she's that.
- 51:20Speaker 3: But she was kind of a bitch. And, you know,
- 51:23Speaker 3: he fell in love with somebody else. But then he
- 51:25Speaker 3: financially fucked her because being a lawyer and being a
- 51:29Speaker 3: powerful one, he made sure she couldn't get proper representation
- 51:33Speaker 3: all around San Diego.
- 51:34Speaker 2: Oh, wow. Okay.
- 51:36Speaker 3: And like tortured her. But then she also drove a
- 51:38Speaker 3: car through their house one day. And, you know, and
- 51:42Speaker 3: then she dropped off each kid thinking he wouldn't know
- 51:45Speaker 3: how to make a turkey sandwich for them. And he
- 51:48Speaker 3: ended up getting custody of all of them because he
- 51:50Speaker 3: was like, we can do it. So now she's alone
- 51:53Speaker 3: and she's angry or whatever. So then she gets convicted
- 51:57Speaker 3: for life as she should and was like, I'm happier
- 52:02Speaker 3: in here than being outside with the two of them
- 52:06Speaker 3: torturing me. Throughout the years of the four kids, two
- 52:11Speaker 3: were like, trying to get her out saying like, she's
- 52:14Speaker 3: getting to the end of her life. Could she please live,
- 52:17Speaker 3: live with me? And, and the other two were more estranged,
- 52:21Speaker 3: but now she got sick. She was 78, died of
- 52:24Speaker 3: like septus or something.
- 52:26Speaker 2: Oh wow. And, um, it's just.
- 52:31Speaker 3: Like, it is just like the juiciest, craziest, saddest story
- 52:38Speaker 3: of every, I mean, it just had every element, the wealth,
- 52:41Speaker 3: the hot young thing.
- 52:42Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 52:43Speaker 3: Who's actually, you know, was probably really nice and good
- 52:47Speaker 3: to the kids and probably a great daughter, probably a
- 52:49Speaker 3: great sister. But like, you know, you're 19. You're really
- 52:54Speaker 3: impressed with a 45-year-old guy that can take you to
- 52:57Speaker 3: a nice restaurant and drive you in a Corvette. But
- 53:01Speaker 3: then you're like putting yourself at risk because the wife
- 53:05Speaker 3: is so psycho.
- 53:06Speaker 2: Oh, man. Well, Betty.
- 53:09Speaker 3: And she never did any other like, interviews, people were
- 53:12Speaker 3: always reaching out to her over the years. And she
- 53:15Speaker 3: was like, no, I'm good.
- 53:16Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 53:17Speaker 2: I guess what is there to say, you know, after
- 53:20Speaker 2: a certain point. So she, yeah.
- 53:22Speaker 3: So anyway, rest in peace, Betty. What do you think
- 53:25Speaker 3: of Real Housewives of Rhode Island?
- 53:27Speaker 2: So they all look alike. Yes. Except for this one
- 53:31Speaker 2: who looks like Dolores. There's a Dolores lookalike.
- 53:35Speaker 3: This other creator mentioned that we like it because Joellen
- 53:40Speaker 3: reminds us of Teresa. Okay.
- 53:42Speaker 2: She's over here right here. Okay, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 53:45Speaker 3: And this one, Alicia kind of looks like Carol Radziwill
- 53:49Speaker 3: from New York.
- 53:50Speaker 2: Yes, she does.
- 53:52Speaker 3: They all are just like... I mean, it is hard.
- 53:55Speaker 3: They all look a lot alike. Yeah, they're all very.
- 53:59Speaker 2: specific looking.
- 54:01Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 54:01Speaker 2: And I don't know if that's a Rhode Island thing.
- 54:04Speaker 2: The fashions are a little nutty.
- 54:06Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 54:07Speaker 2: I like the homes. That's what I like. The homes
- 54:09Speaker 2: are beautiful. I like the real wealth. Yeah.
- 54:11Speaker 3: I like the real wealth of the big ass homes
- 54:13Speaker 3: with the grass lawns overlooking the sea.
- 54:16Speaker 2: Overlooking the sea. All right. Oh, I'm going to take
- 54:19Speaker 2: the Duffy. I'm going to take the boat over across
- 54:23Speaker 2: the way to go have lunch with What's or Nuts. Okay.
- 54:26Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 54:26Speaker 2: The one who is... Who got mad because someone said
- 54:31Speaker 2: that she was dating or polygamous or whatever.
- 54:34Speaker 3: Oh, the one who is a she was a sugar
- 54:37Speaker 3: baby for 10 years. Yeah. And her sugar daddy lets
- 54:42Speaker 3: her live in this mansion by herself with her housekeeper.
- 54:45Speaker 2: But you're not supposed to mention that. But he has
- 54:48Speaker 2: some other girlfriend in Miami.
- 54:50Speaker 3: So then he lets her have like a West kind
- 54:52Speaker 3: of lookalike blonde boyfriend come to like parties with her.
- 54:57Speaker 2: That she's like, this is my boyfriend.
- 54:58Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 54:59Speaker 3: But then now in the show, I guess they've broken up.
- 55:03Speaker 3: So now she has to move out of the mansion.
- 55:05Speaker 3: She and Doreen should just get.
- 55:07Speaker 2: A little apartment together. You know what? A Kate and
- 55:11Speaker 2: Allie situation. Yes.
- 55:13Speaker 3: I was just thinking, what show is that?
- 55:15Speaker 2: I would absolutely watch that show.
- 55:17Speaker 3: Kate and Allie, for those of you who don't know,
- 55:19Speaker 3: it was such a good idea.
- 55:21Speaker 2: For a sitcom.
- 55:22Speaker 3: Absolutely could be redone today.
- 55:24Speaker 4: Yes.
- 55:25Speaker 3: If you're looking to reboot something, people, reboot it.
- 55:28Speaker 2: Two divorced moms and their kids, they get together and
- 55:31Speaker 2: they're going to make it work.
- 55:33Speaker 3: I bet there's a bunch of, I wonder how many
- 55:35Speaker 3: women have done that. It's actually a great idea.
- 55:38Speaker 2: It's not a bad idea. It really isn't.
- 55:41Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 55:42Speaker 2: It makes so much sense.
- 55:44Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 55:44Speaker 2: Along with having Gen Xers move into malls in their
- 55:48Speaker 2: old age. That makes sense to me. I want to
- 55:52Speaker 2: see where that's happening.
- 55:54Speaker 3: Wait, is that a real thing? Are they making senior
- 55:57Speaker 3: citizens homes out of old malls?
- 55:59Speaker 2: Well, someone has kind of floated the idea past people,
- 56:04Speaker 2: but I think there is one that is up and
- 56:06Speaker 2: operating and people, the residents are on the top floor
- 56:10Speaker 2: and then they're shopping in the bottom.
- 56:12Speaker 3: Oh, but there's still active shopping. It's like ghost town. Okay.
- 56:14Speaker 2: No, no. But that makes sense to me. Yeah. Like,
- 56:18Speaker 2: why would you get rid of these structures? Yeah. I
- 56:20Speaker 2: miss a mall. I miss a fine shopping experience. I
- 56:25Speaker 2: have to go all the way to South Coast Plaza
- 56:27Speaker 2: if I want that. But I miss going to the mall.
- 56:31Speaker 3: I know.
- 56:32Speaker 2: And that makes sense. Like if there's a gym nearby,
- 56:35Speaker 2: obviously you can get your coffee down here. You got
- 56:37Speaker 2: to run to CVS, blah, blah, blah. Like it seems convenient.
- 56:40Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah.
- 56:41Speaker 2: But all that to say, these gals, they dress funny. Yeah.
- 56:46Speaker 2: It's like, what are these Windsor fashions?
- 56:49Speaker 4: Yes.
- 56:49Speaker 2: What is like the bejeweled, the bedazzled stuff? Yes. This one.
- 56:53Speaker 2: It makes no sense.
- 56:54Speaker 3: Yeah. I think just because it's, they're not really like,
- 56:57Speaker 3: because I would think a normal person who grew up
- 56:59Speaker 3: in Rhode Island would be very old money, East Coast,
- 57:03Speaker 3: you know, rich.
- 57:06Speaker 2: Aesthetic, like just quality trousers.
- 57:09Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 57:10Speaker 2: Yeah, let's get a wool trouser. Let's put on a sweater.
- 57:14Speaker 2: A cashmere sweater won't kill you. Yeah. But these hot
- 57:20Speaker 2: pink things with the ruffles and shit.
- 57:21Speaker 3: But I also think the people that truly are Rhode
- 57:24Speaker 3: Island money, old money, they're not going to go on
- 57:26Speaker 3: this show.
- 57:27Speaker 2: That's true.
- 57:28Speaker 3: So they had to cast a bunch of weirdos they
- 57:29Speaker 3: found on Instagram.
- 57:31Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 57:31Speaker 3: That are thirst buckets that need a salary. They all
- 57:38Speaker 3: seem to have very interesting love lives. Like, oh, I've
- 57:42Speaker 3: been with this one for 12 years. We haven't gotten
- 57:44Speaker 3: married yet.
- 57:45Speaker 2: That Alicia is like, yeah.
- 57:47Speaker 3: So I mean, I lived with him for a really
- 57:48Speaker 3: long time and I hit a woman with my car.
- 57:51Speaker 3: But she lived, remember that? She said she had a
- 57:53Speaker 3: kid in one with her car, but we never got
- 57:55Speaker 3: the full story. And then she's like, but I don't
- 57:58Speaker 3: know how much money's in the bank.
- 58:01Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't control any of my own money.
- 58:03Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 58:05Speaker 2: And I'm not married to the guy that controls it. Like, okay,
- 58:08Speaker 2: that's a choice.
- 58:09Speaker 3: And then we have the Ruella who does have money,
- 58:13Speaker 3: married to the podiatrist, who's having an affair with the
- 58:16Speaker 3: girl that works or sells the items for the MediSpa. Yeah.
- 58:22Speaker 3: And he tells her to sign an NDA, but then
- 58:25Speaker 3: she posted on Instagram a photo of her and he,
- 58:29Speaker 3: or Facebook, with her on his lap. And so then
- 58:32Speaker 3: Joellen tells, then he goes to sue the mistress. Like,
- 58:36Speaker 3: you were supposed to fuck me and stay quiet. Then
- 58:39Speaker 3: they then he also.
- 58:41Speaker 2: Got it got arrested in the tits. He's trying to
- 58:44Speaker 2: sue his mistress. Yes.
- 58:45Speaker 3: And then this is what I read. And then he
- 58:48Speaker 3: allegedly and then Ruella somehow finds out that he'd put
- 58:52Speaker 3: a tracking device in her car.
- 58:54Speaker 2: So he got arrested for that. But as of now,
- 58:57Speaker 2: they're still together. And then Joellen's sister seems to be
- 59:01Speaker 2: putting the moves on her husband because they.
- 59:03Speaker 3: Used to date in high school. Or they're playing that
- 59:07Speaker 3: up for the.
- 59:07Speaker 2: Cameras.
- 59:08Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 59:09Speaker 2: That's gross. So do we like it from one to ten? Listen,
- 59:14Speaker 2: I was watching this because I was recovering from my
- 59:17Speaker 2: snatch up, okay? And I was awake at weird times.
- 59:21Speaker 2: So that's why I got into this. I don't know
- 59:23Speaker 2: if I will finish it. Yeah, that's the way I
- 59:27Speaker 2: feel about that. It's kind of the way I feel
- 59:28Speaker 2: about London, too.
- 59:30Speaker 3: I did watch it, but I don't know how I
- 59:33Speaker 3: feel about it long term.
- 59:35Speaker 2: And then The Mormon Wives, I was watching that and
- 59:38Speaker 2: I just, it seems like that's just a pathway to Chicago.
- 59:43Speaker 2: To be on Chicago. To be on Chicago is to
- 59:47Speaker 2: get into a reality show and then you get to
- 59:50Speaker 2: play Roxy Hart. God. Because didn't Ariana play? Did you
- 59:55Speaker 2: ever want to be Roxy Hart? Oh yes, back before it,
- 59:59Speaker 2: I mean, 25 years ago when it started. Were you
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: ever up for it? No, no, no. Yeah. I could
- 1:00:08Speaker 2: do it as well as some people. Right. But, you know.
- 1:00:12Speaker 3: Well, Taylor Frankie Paul wrote a long thing. It's Mother's
- 1:00:14Speaker 3: Day and boo-hoo and it's so long. And she's mad
- 1:00:18Speaker 3: because the other girl is talking about her, Michaela, who
- 1:00:23Speaker 3: has a skin condition.
- 1:00:25Speaker 2: And then she says... Let's see.
- 1:00:29Speaker 3: Have you been in trouble for getting ready two months
- 1:00:31Speaker 3: postpartum that you cry off all your makeup and return
- 1:00:35Speaker 3: to an ugly T-shirt? Can you even understand what I'm
- 1:00:37Speaker 3: saying just from a psychological point? No, clearly not. It's
- 1:00:41Speaker 3: being used as an analogy to a rash cream. You
- 1:00:44Speaker 3: heard one side and you never called me after. In fact,
- 1:00:47Speaker 3: ignored me twice. It's this really long thing. And the
- 1:00:49Speaker 3: first comment was, you're lucky enough to get your son,
- 1:00:53Speaker 3: who you're sharing with the other guy, who got taken
- 1:00:57Speaker 3: from you because you were throwing bar stools at him
- 1:00:59Speaker 3: for Mother's Day. And this is how you choose to
- 1:01:01Speaker 3: spend your Mother's Day. The social media stuff is just like,
- 1:01:06Speaker 3: I'm like, if you would just put your freaking phone down.
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: Speaking of which, the comeback.
- 1:01:13Speaker 6: Yes.
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: She does Roxy Hart. That was funny. That was so genius.
- 1:01:18Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: That she just was not getting that. whole puppet thing.
- 1:01:22Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:01:23Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: Have you ever worked with Lisa Kudrow? No, I never have.
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: I've always wanted to. I think she's so genius.
- 1:01:28Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: And I love the comeback. I wish, um, they didn't
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: go so long between seasons.
- 1:01:34Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: You know, every eight years we drop every 10. Oh,
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: is it 10? And they're saying this is really, really,
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: really the last one. Right. No, no more, please. I
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: like it.
- 1:01:48Speaker 3: You never know what she might do. Um, I love
- 1:01:51Speaker 3: that you did this interview. Enjoying Joyce embarrassing herself. Did
- 1:01:58Speaker 3: you hear about this guy suing this woman at J.P.
- 1:02:02Speaker 2: Morgan?
- 1:02:03Speaker 4: No.
- 1:02:03Speaker 3: Okay, this is a crazy story. So there's this woman
- 1:02:06Speaker 3: who works at J.P. Morgan. She's an attractive blonde, like 35.
- 1:02:11Speaker 3: This guy is saying that he was her sex slave unwillingly.
- 1:02:20Speaker 3: And he is suing she and JP Morgan. Um, and
- 1:02:24Speaker 3: in his lawsuit, which some lawyer has agreed to take,
- 1:02:28Speaker 3: they're denying it. They're saying it's not true. They're saying
- 1:02:30Speaker 3: they did an investigation and her face is everywhere. And
- 1:02:36Speaker 3: his face, then after it all came out, he's like,
- 1:02:38Speaker 3: I'd like this to make it private. But he basically
- 1:02:42Speaker 3: is saying that this woman would, you know, was racist.
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: He's, um, Looks like he's, you know, of Indian descent.
- 1:02:49Speaker 3: She would call him like racist names. And also he
- 1:02:54Speaker 3: claimed that she would give him Viagra and roof feed him.
- 1:02:59Speaker 3: So I guess he'd be asleep with like a heart
- 1:03:01Speaker 3: on where she could take advantage of him. And she said,
- 1:03:05Speaker 3: you know, if you don't do what I say, you're
- 1:03:08Speaker 3: not going to be promoted. But then in investigating it,
- 1:03:12Speaker 3: they find that they were at the same level. and
- 1:03:17Speaker 3: that he said that she was like, how do you
- 1:03:19Speaker 3: like these cannons? You like these cannons in your face?
- 1:03:22Speaker 3: And that was the first thing that people were like,
- 1:03:24Speaker 3: I call BS. What woman refers to their own tits
- 1:03:28Speaker 3: as cannons?
- 1:03:31Speaker 2: They don't. They don't, but also, again, I don't want
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: to blame the victim here.
- 1:03:41Speaker 5: Yes.
- 1:03:42Speaker 2: All these things happened and they kept being in the
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: same place at the same time. Like how did he
- 1:03:49Speaker 2: get into her bedroom? It was like happening at the office.
- 1:03:53Speaker 2: So she's roofing him at the office. I mean, it
- 1:03:56Speaker 2: was just, I don't understand. And I, yeah. And then
- 1:04:02Speaker 2: not buying. I don't know.
- 1:04:04Speaker 3: And then I, then I saw something that appeared to
- 1:04:06Speaker 3: be from like his high school graduation.
- 1:04:11Speaker 2: Like, You know, in the tux. Okay.
- 1:04:14Speaker 3: And, you know, so many things are fake and I
- 1:04:16Speaker 3: don't know. But it said his quote was something about cannons. Again,
- 1:04:22Speaker 3: telling on yourself. Are you Notre Dame-ous or are you
- 1:04:27Speaker 3: telling on yourself? Because that is a word that you
- 1:04:29Speaker 3: used your whole life.
- 1:04:31Speaker 2: All I know is I'm going home today and I'm
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: going to get in Greg's face and be like, how
- 1:04:36Speaker 2: do you like these cannons in your face? And then
- 1:04:40Speaker 2: I'm going to get me some. Because that's seductive. Cannons.
- 1:04:46Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:04:46Speaker 3: And it's just like, it's very bizarre. And then, you know,
- 1:04:52Speaker 3: she's staying silent probably because they're like, just don't defend yourself,
- 1:04:59Speaker 3: don't talk about it. I just think what I want
- 1:05:02Speaker 3: to see is when this eventually is dismissed or whatever,
- 1:05:08Speaker 3: then I want to have her do an interview and be.
- 1:05:11Speaker 2: Like, Yeah, what happened there? Yeah, like how awful. Like
- 1:05:16Speaker 2: if someone just said an.
- 1:05:18Speaker 3: Incredible story about me that just wasn't at all true.
- 1:05:23Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:05:24Speaker 3: Which I guess she and maybe she and Jen Fessler
- 1:05:26Speaker 3: can get together.
- 1:05:27Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:05:27Speaker 3: But, you know, it's such a hard thing because it's
- 1:05:31Speaker 3: like if you go publicly and defend yourself, then does
- 1:05:34Speaker 3: that keep the story going on longer?
- 1:05:36Speaker 6: Right.
- 1:05:36Speaker 3: You just want it to be forgotten, you know, or.
- 1:05:40Speaker 3: But then people are like, if you're not defending yourself,
- 1:05:43Speaker 3: then it must be true.
- 1:05:44Speaker 2: I don't know. Yeah, that's a good point because- If
- 1:05:48Speaker 2: someone's saying something terrible, all you want to do is
- 1:05:50Speaker 2: clear it up and say, I would never, ever, ever
- 1:05:54Speaker 2: do X, Y, and Z.
- 1:05:55Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:05:56Speaker 2: But then I guess the flip side of that coin
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: is if you keep feeding into it, if you kind
- 1:06:00Speaker 2: of ignore it, it will go away. Yeah. And let
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: the other person just kind of tattle on themselves.
- 1:06:06Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:06:06Speaker 2: Because they always do. But that takes a lot of restraint.
- 1:06:10Speaker 2: And I don't know if I'd be able to do it.
- 1:06:11Speaker 3: Now that we are concluded that the Blake Lively versus
- 1:06:15Speaker 3: Justin Baldoni thing... is over, they settled, no one got
- 1:06:18Speaker 3: any money but the lawyers who made $ 60 million. What's
- 1:06:23Speaker 3: your overall opinion of that now that it's over with?
- 1:06:29Speaker 2: It seemed like they were playing chicken with each other
- 1:06:31Speaker 2: up until the very last minute. And listen, I'm glad
- 1:06:36Speaker 2: they had the money to do that with those lawyers,
- 1:06:39Speaker 2: but I don't think it's good for either one.
- 1:06:42Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:06:43Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:06:44Speaker 2: I don't think it's good for either one. They're both
- 1:06:46Speaker 2: going to suffer. She especially is going to suffer.
- 1:06:49Speaker 3: Would you have any qualms about working with either one
- 1:06:53Speaker 3: of them?
- 1:06:54Speaker 2: I don't know. Yeah. I don't know.
- 1:07:00Speaker 3: What do you think will happen with them? Like, what
- 1:07:02Speaker 3: would be your advice if you're friends with either one
- 1:07:04Speaker 3: of them at this point?
- 1:07:05Speaker 2: I mean, Justin, I think, is there any money left
- 1:07:09Speaker 2: for him to live? You know, she's married to Ryan Reynolds.
- 1:07:13Speaker 2: He's got all these things going, all these other little enter.
- 1:07:17Speaker 3: I think his partner of the Wayfarer, he was the partner,
- 1:07:20Speaker 3: the way I understand it, who is a billionaire, was
- 1:07:22Speaker 3: the one that was like, oh, hell to the no.
- 1:07:24Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:07:25Speaker 3: And that's, they, it was he that was like, we
- 1:07:27Speaker 3: will do this countersuit when she first accused him of.
- 1:07:32Speaker 2: Yeah. I would, if that were me, I wouldn't want to.
- 1:07:36Speaker 2: play this game anymore. I wouldn't want to produce movies.
- 1:07:38Speaker 2: I wouldn't want to do anything. I would just be like,
- 1:07:40Speaker 2: you know what? Maybe Costco's hiring.
- 1:07:43Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:07:44Speaker 2: I would be so disheartened by the whole thing. Like
- 1:07:48Speaker 2: all we wanted to do was make a good movie
- 1:07:50Speaker 2: and it turned into this. So I don't know. It
- 1:07:53Speaker 2: is so.
- 1:07:54Speaker 3: Interesting with someone who had, has success. Like I came
- 1:07:59Speaker 3: across like a video.
- 1:08:01Speaker 2: I remember that girl, Lila- Oh, Lili Sobieski.
- 1:08:06Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:08:07Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:08:07Speaker 3: She looked like a young, um, mad about you.
- 1:08:10Speaker 2: What was that girl? That was Helen Hunt.
- 1:08:11Speaker 3: She looked like a young Helen Hunt. And I come
- 1:08:14Speaker 3: across and they're like, what happened to her? And I
- 1:08:16Speaker 3: was like, Oh my God, you're right. She like was
- 1:08:20Speaker 3: in all these big movies. Everyone just, she's getting so
- 1:08:24Speaker 3: many opportunities. And I was like, what happened? And it
- 1:08:28Speaker 3: just was like, she just was like, I'm good. There
- 1:08:31Speaker 3: wasn't anything bad that happened or maybe there was.
- 1:08:33Speaker 2: We don't know.
- 1:08:33Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:08:34Speaker 2: She's married. She has kids.
- 1:08:36Speaker 3: And now she's like a professional painter.
- 1:08:38Speaker 2: Respect. Yeah. Yeah. You, I mean, I think that's great
- 1:08:42Speaker 2: when people can say, look, I did it. I conquered,
- 1:08:45Speaker 2: you know, I climbed that mountain and I got sick
- 1:08:48Speaker 2: of it. I didn't want to do it anymore. I
- 1:08:49Speaker 2: wanted to have more control over my life. I get it.
- 1:08:52Speaker 3: I think it's really hard for people to think that
- 1:08:55Speaker 3: you'd ever, because I think people see the pinnacle.
- 1:08:58Speaker 2: Right. Being that you're one.
- 1:09:00Speaker 3: Actress that you're working that you it wasn't like the
- 1:09:04Speaker 3: offer stopped coming like she was still young it was
- 1:09:06Speaker 3: just like you're right she's like I've been to all
- 1:09:09Speaker 3: the things yeah.
- 1:09:11Speaker 2: And maybe I don't really like it maybe it.
- 1:09:13Speaker 3: Did come too easy and she did it all and
- 1:09:16Speaker 3: she was exhausted by it and was like I'm good
- 1:09:20Speaker 3: Kind of like Bridget Fonda.
- 1:09:22Speaker 2: I have to say, it gets really boring when you're
- 1:09:25Speaker 2: sitting on a set far from home.
- 1:09:29Speaker 3: You know?
- 1:09:29Speaker 2: I mean, if you work a 12-hour day, you maybe
- 1:09:32Speaker 2: spend three hours of it acting. Yeah. The rest, you're
- 1:09:35Speaker 2: sitting around. Right. You know? And trying to keep busy.
- 1:09:41Speaker 2: Playing Angry Birds.
- 1:09:43Speaker 3: I mean.
- 1:09:44Speaker 2: I played Angry Birds on a movie thing until I
- 1:09:47Speaker 2: damn near went blind. I was so bored.
- 1:09:50Speaker 3: Do you try to discipline yourself so that you aren't
- 1:09:55Speaker 3: on your phone for 14 hours?
- 1:09:58Speaker 2: Yes, but then it just goes back to that. It
- 1:10:00Speaker 2: just goes back to Angry Birds? Well, it goes back
- 1:10:03Speaker 2: to what's happening in the world. I've been locked away
- 1:10:06Speaker 2: all day long. I have no idea what time it
- 1:10:09Speaker 2: is or what's happening in the world, but I can
- 1:10:12Speaker 2: see why people would Would you.
- 1:10:15Speaker 3: Ever do a reality celebrity thing that's not just like
- 1:10:21Speaker 3: a one-off, not just like Hollywood Squares, like, you know,
- 1:10:25Speaker 3: Special Forces or Dancing with the Stars or for two
- 1:10:29Speaker 3: weeks you're locked in a house, no phone.
- 1:10:32Speaker 2: I couldn't do the locked in the house thing. I
- 1:10:34Speaker 2: couldn't do that. Special Forces looked interesting, but no. Dancing
- 1:10:39Speaker 2: with the Stars, maybe. Yeah.
- 1:10:41Speaker 3: But.
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know.
- 1:10:44Speaker 2: Doesn't that also make you worried about the physicality of
- 1:10:46Speaker 2: it all? Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:10:49Speaker 3: Well, I also think like your body will never be better,
- 1:10:52Speaker 3: but I also just think like, ugh.
- 1:10:55Speaker 2: Well, then don't you have to tour after that too?
- 1:10:57Speaker 2: What about traders? No, I don't think so.
- 1:10:59Speaker 3: I don't think you have to tour unless you want to.
- 1:11:01Speaker 2: Okay. Okay. I think, wait, do stars really go tour?
- 1:11:06Speaker 2: I think they do.
- 1:11:07Speaker 3: No, I think just the dancers do it with like
- 1:11:10Speaker 3: each other.
- 1:11:10Speaker 6: Huh.
- 1:11:10Speaker 2: I thought, Some of the others did it too, but
- 1:11:15Speaker 2: maybe it's just if you want to.
- 1:11:17Speaker 3: But what about Traitors? You wouldn't do Traitors?
- 1:11:20Speaker 2: Traitors would be the easiest, funnest one, I think. I
- 1:11:23Speaker 2: don't think so. I don't think so. No.
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:11:31Speaker 2: But who knows? Who can say?
- 1:11:33Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:11:34Speaker 2: Who can say? I like the acting bits, not the.
- 1:11:38Speaker 4: Rest of it.
- 1:11:38Speaker 3: You have done so much, of course. I played your bridesmaids.
- 1:11:41Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.
- 1:11:41Speaker 3: In Reno 911. And that show came out, you guys
- 1:11:50Speaker 3: did separate movies, and then it came back.
- 1:11:53Speaker 2: And we cranked out two more movies. And now what?
- 1:11:57Speaker 2: I don't know. I've been talking to Tom Lennon, and
- 1:12:00Speaker 2: I have an idea. He's a creator, right? Yeah, one
- 1:12:03Speaker 2: of the creators. And the star of it. Yeah. Dangle
- 1:12:06Speaker 2: plays Jim Dangle in the shorts.
- 1:12:07Speaker 3: Short shorts. Yeah.
- 1:12:09Speaker 2: I have an idea for something that I want to
- 1:12:12Speaker 2: see if he likes, but then, you know, verticals are
- 1:12:15Speaker 2: a big deal now.
- 1:12:16Speaker 6: Right.
- 1:12:16Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:12:17Speaker 3: And that's where people can watch a whole series on
- 1:12:19Speaker 3: their phone. Like you would a TikTok video.
- 1:12:21Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:12:22Speaker 2: And I don't know if you've ever watched these series,
- 1:12:25Speaker 2: but some of them are, most of them are terrible,
- 1:12:29Speaker 2: but hilariously so. So we were talking about, well, if,
- 1:12:34Speaker 2: if they can be terrible, I've got lots of terrible ideas.
- 1:12:38Speaker 2: shouldn't we do this too? Like the, the production values
- 1:12:43Speaker 2: are awful. It seems like the business model is here's $ 10, 000. Okay.
- 1:12:49Speaker 2: You got a week to come up with some crap.
- 1:12:52Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:12:52Speaker 2: And all, all it is is, you know, eight minutes
- 1:12:55Speaker 2: and we're going to divide it up into episodes. Yeah. Well,
- 1:12:58Speaker 2: how hard can that be? Right. You know? And then
- 1:13:02Speaker 2: I start seeing like Taye Diggs has a vertical thing
- 1:13:06Speaker 2: coming out. I think Peacock might be working on verticals. Well,
- 1:13:11Speaker 2: if they're all going to be terrible, I want in.
- 1:13:13Speaker 2: I've got some terrible ideas. Come on. Let's go. You know?
- 1:13:19Speaker 3: Well, I'm excited for your terrible ideas to make it
- 1:13:22Speaker 3: to my phone.
- 1:13:25Speaker 2: Wendy, where can they follow you? You can follow me.
- 1:13:29Speaker 2: You're an active cat mom. I'm an active cat mom.
- 1:13:32Speaker 3: Oh.
- 1:13:34Speaker 2: On Instagram, that's really the only place you can find me. Yeah, yeah.
- 1:13:38Speaker 3: Thank you so much for coming. I love you.
- 1:13:40Speaker 2: Thanks for having me.
- 1:13:41Speaker 3: So good.
- 1:13:41Speaker 2: Thanks, bye.
