Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: This week, Inside the Potter's House. The Holy Ghost told
- 0:05Speaker 1: me to tell you right now, in the last Sunday
- 0:07Speaker 1: at South Fork Ranch, Potter's House, we're going to have
- 0:10Speaker 1: a mock trial. Listen, I don't know when that court
- 0:15Speaker 1: case is going to convene, but I want to make
- 0:16Speaker 1: sure everybody knows how to act once we get there.
- 0:19Speaker 1: So we're going to imagine that we're no longer in
- 0:21Speaker 1: South Fork Ranch. We're now in D.C. in the Supreme Court.
- 0:25Speaker 1: We're in a courtroom. We are in a court case
- 0:28Speaker 1: because God is the defendant. God is on trial. Mr.
- 0:36Speaker 1: Needow from California is the prosecutor. He has accused God
- 0:40Speaker 1: of being a figment of a gullible imagination, some abstract
- 0:44Speaker 1: metaphysical ambiguity, a fictitious mythological character. He said that God
- 0:48Speaker 1: is a fake and a phony. Mr. Needow is the
- 0:51Speaker 1: prosecuting attorney. God is the defendant. The chairmen are the jurors. Hallelujah.
- 0:57Speaker 1: The justices and the 24 elders are the jurors and
- 1:00Speaker 1: the alternative jurors. I wanted to get Johnny Cochran to
- 1:04Speaker 1: come today to represent God, but Johnny is already with God,
- 1:08Speaker 1: so he couldn't represent him today. So if you'd allow
- 1:11Speaker 1: me homiletically here, I want you just to give me
- 1:13Speaker 1: some homiletical liberty to let me be God's defense attorney.
- 1:17Speaker 1: Your honors, let me offer into evidence exhibit A. Yes,
- 1:20Speaker 1: exhibit A. These are the individuals who've had some ailments.
- 1:25Speaker 1: They've been sick in their bodies. But my client, God,
- 1:30Speaker 1: was Jehovah Rophi. He was Jehovah Rapha. They can stand.
- 1:35Speaker 1: They can shout. Keep standing. I'm evidence. Exhibit B, keep standing.
- 1:45Speaker 1: Exhibit B, your honor, these are the folk who've been
- 1:48Speaker 1: broke before. They've been so broke they couldn't pay attention.
- 1:53Speaker 1: But they can testify that my client is guilty of
- 1:57Speaker 1: being Jehovah Jireh. Can I get Exhibit B to shout,
- 2:01Speaker 1: I'm proof. Exhibit C, your honor, these are the people
- 2:06Speaker 1: who should have been crazy by now. Been through hell
- 2:09Speaker 1: and high water. But my client kept them in their
- 2:13Speaker 1: right minds. Can I get Exhibit C to shout? I
- 2:16Speaker 1: am evidence. Exhibit D, your honor. These are the people
- 2:24Speaker 1: who've gone through death, depression, and divorce. But they can testify.
- 2:29Speaker 2: Can't nobody.
- 2:33Speaker 1: I'll do you like Jesus. Somebody say, I'm evidence. Exhibit E,
- 2:38Speaker 1: your honor. These are the folk who've had some enemies.
- 2:42Speaker 1: They've had some haters who tried to kill them. But
- 2:46Speaker 1: they can testify that no weapon that's formed against shall
- 2:55Speaker 1: be able to prosper. Now, do me a favor. Shake
- 2:59Speaker 1: a neighbor's hand and say, neighbor. Maybe you need some evidence.
- 3:05Speaker 1: Maybe you need some proof. Say, neighbor, if you need
- 3:11Speaker 1: some evidence, look no further.
- 3:15Speaker 2: Look at me, because I am a living testimony. God
- 3:21Speaker 2: of Israel, sleeping in my grave. But the lie....
- 3:34Speaker 1: I'm the Lord. Take over. I'm saying the Lord. Give
- 3:39Speaker 1: somebody a high five. Say neighbor. I'm evidence.
