- 0:00Speaker 1: For all you made bastards. Loving the Big Show podcast,
- 0:05Speaker 1: Get up even Closer on.
- 0:07Speaker 2: Instagram, YouTube, and tik tok for raw targets four to
- 0:11Speaker 2: seven every weekday on radio. I had a.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Another steam this morning. I'm getting into the sauna.
- 0:26Speaker 2: You haven't told us about your fierce one. Oh you know,
- 0:28Speaker 2: I did that a little while last week, maybe when
- 0:30Speaker 2: I was away.
- 0:31Speaker 1: Yeah, maybe steamer and just left a puddle of filth
- 0:37Speaker 1: behind me ship on that I was pessing out. Sweet Man.
- 0:41Speaker 3: That's weird because that doesn't usually happen in a sauna.
- 0:43Speaker 2: A that's odd.
- 0:46Speaker 3: Because usually you absorbed moisture.
- 0:48Speaker 1: But I'm doing that more and more now. The only
- 0:49Speaker 1: the only that's it, No, that's this is my fourth time.
- 0:54Speaker 1: The only thing is I'm getting a blind zet and
- 0:56Speaker 1: I'm wondering if all the toxic ship coming out of
- 0:58Speaker 1: my body is going to make break out.
- 1:01Speaker 2: Man, it's good for you. How you're doing in there?
- 1:05Speaker 1: Oh, we do sort of fifteen to twenty yeah, in
- 1:09Speaker 1: two lots, yeah, but the fifteen twenty twice. Yes. But
- 1:14Speaker 1: the thing is you're not allowed to theoretically, they don't
- 1:18Speaker 1: like you to go from the sauna and plunge into
- 1:20Speaker 1: the pool again.
- 1:20Speaker 2: No, you have to show you go to the shower.
- 1:23Speaker 1: Yeah, and you clean off like that, Keezy or you
- 1:25Speaker 1: feel thanks man?
- 1:26Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I've never I've never done the hot colds thing.
- 1:29Speaker 2: I'm just going to stop you there. Kezy Is just
- 1:33Speaker 2: said the in theory they don't like you to do that,
- 1:35Speaker 2: which makes me think that in practice you are jumping
- 1:38Speaker 2: into the pool.
- 1:39Speaker 3: No, no, no, I'm a good boy whatever.
- 1:42Speaker 1: I'm a good boy.
- 1:43Speaker 3: I actually think you are a good boy.
- 1:44Speaker 2: I am who's a good.
- 1:46Speaker 1: Boy when I was, I'm telling you, like when I
- 1:49Speaker 1: was a teenager, I was a real goody goody.
- 1:52Speaker 2: Having said that, you're a nuggly little bast I.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Would I did smoke at school and all that sort
- 1:58Speaker 1: of stuff.
- 1:58Speaker 3: Bet at hard.
- 1:59Speaker 1: I was a good year.
- 2:00Speaker 2: I thought you are a good boy. I think you're
- 2:02Speaker 2: the kind of man that would be the kind of
- 2:04Speaker 2: dog that if you're sitting on the couch and you
- 2:06Speaker 2: came up, Yes, you get a pet behind the years,
- 2:09Speaker 2: but then you try and funck someone's leg. That's footages
- 2:12Speaker 2: in a nutshell.
- 2:13Speaker 1: It's pretty accurate.
- 2:14Speaker 3: That explains a lot. That explains why he likes so
- 2:16Speaker 3: many treats.
- 2:17Speaker 2: I love the treat.
- 2:21Speaker 1: Well, have you got some treats?
- 2:23Speaker 2: I got a treat for you, all right, Magic.
- 2:26Speaker 1: I was amazed today when I walked in Mogie, Oh,
- 2:28Speaker 1: Keysy having a barn me instead of his usual dumplings. Oh,
- 2:32Speaker 1: he didn't have time apparently, and that you know, Keys,
- 2:36Speaker 1: he's under the gun. When he doesn't have time to
- 2:38Speaker 1: get dumplings.
- 2:39Speaker 2: He's always got time for dumpling.
- 2:41Speaker 1: Toiler, I mean, I'm getting dumplings tonight with my wife.
- 2:43Speaker 2: Well, my rule is I will find time for dubling.
- 2:46Speaker 2: Oh yeah, you know what I mean. There's always I
- 2:48Speaker 2: mean it's quacker dumpling. How is the dumpling slower than
- 2:51Speaker 2: a barn me?
- 2:52Speaker 4: So basically the dumpling shop is on the walk back
- 2:55Speaker 4: from my podcast where I did today, extremely extremely.
- 2:58Speaker 2: Casual game, but you get great podcast and also somewhere
- 3:02Speaker 2: else where you can get great podcasts.
- 3:04Speaker 4: Yet, so usually walk back from there, stop at the
- 3:07Speaker 4: dumpling house and then come up to work here. However,
- 3:10Speaker 4: today we had to do it earlier, then had to
- 3:11Speaker 4: go back out west and then come back.
- 3:14Speaker 2: So it was just just look. I looked at it
- 3:16Speaker 2: every where I could. Yeah, but I'm under the math.
- 3:18Speaker 2: You're like beautiful mind, you're like Russell Crowe, You're trying
- 3:20Speaker 2: to work it out. Yeah, just couldn't make it happen.
- 3:23Speaker 3: Dumpling algorithm.
- 3:24Speaker 1: So what he's done, Mogi is he's gone the bar
- 3:27Speaker 1: and me today and he's doing the dumplings tomorrow. He said,
- 3:32Speaker 1: he's not having a no dumpling.
- 3:35Speaker 2: Well, when you get dumplings on the way home and
- 3:36Speaker 2: just eat them, like park up somewhere to be honest,
- 3:39Speaker 2: like we're the street walkers and drug dealers and old
- 3:41Speaker 2: keys sitting in his car just with twenty dumplings and
- 3:44Speaker 2: his left So.
- 3:45Speaker 3: Next week I'm just going to go the thirty. Yeah,
- 3:48Speaker 3: my quota is still Yeah for the year.
- 3:51Speaker 1: That makes sense.
- 3:52Speaker 2: I wonder what the dumplings is going to be like
- 3:53Speaker 2: in Brisbane Ship I'm starting to get excited about.
- 3:56Speaker 1: Really yeah, I'm not i am, but it's going to
- 4:00Speaker 1: be so good.
- 4:02Speaker 2: Fuck your down? Do you even want to come.
- 4:06Speaker 3: See that? There's It's definitely it's tricky, though, isn't it.
- 4:09Speaker 2: It is tricky because it's not Chase's Cape at all
- 4:12Speaker 2: at all. It's it's like a trip from hell.
- 4:15Speaker 1: For you in some respects. Yes, you're right, and then
- 4:19Speaker 1: for me.
- 4:20Speaker 2: I love at least I love the rugby League, but
- 4:22Speaker 2: even I don't love it enough to go for three days,
- 4:24Speaker 2: certainly not to watch what is it, eight games? Yeah,
- 4:27Speaker 2: but we don't.
- 4:27Speaker 4: We sort of we watch, you know, maybe four or
- 4:30Speaker 4: five and the rest were sort of on Caxton and
- 4:32Speaker 4: you know, well that's right, but even that's a lot.
- 4:34Speaker 2: So my feeling is actually now to not go to Keston,
- 4:39Speaker 2: to not leave Kexston Street at all except for the Warriors, really, yeah,
- 4:44Speaker 2: because I don't care about the other games really and
- 4:47Speaker 2: this was a really good game, which there's not Yeah,
- 4:51Speaker 2: there's not a great game outside the best game of
- 4:53Speaker 2: the weekend is the Wise versus the Broncos on paper,
- 4:57Speaker 2: and who knows what it's going to be like.
- 4:58Speaker 4: But like the week weeks just gone. Yeah, best game
- 5:01Speaker 4: of the week was the Eels Tigers.
- 5:03Speaker 2: Well, yeah, that's right, and what should have been the
- 5:05Speaker 2: best game was a ship Panthers storm was a great
- 5:08Speaker 2: game in a different way.
- 5:09Speaker 3: Yeah, So like you just don't know, guys. So my
- 5:12Speaker 3: policy around that is go to all eight.
- 5:15Speaker 4: The whole Warky Big Show week days from four on
- 5:18Speaker 4: Radio Hurarchy, They Big Show Podcast.
- 5:23Speaker 1: I mean, I don't get me wrong for you. It's
- 5:25Speaker 1: a great trip and I'm fizzing about it ja this year.
- 5:29Speaker 3: I'm in no way going to be like, come on,
- 5:32Speaker 3: it's just going to be whatever you want, whatever you need, man.
- 5:35Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, And as I say, I do, I
- 5:38Speaker 1: do want to go and see a bit of Brizzi
- 5:40Speaker 1: this time, so I'll be doing that and I'll go
- 5:43Speaker 1: to the Warriors game for sure. Yeah, because there's.
- 5:46Speaker 2: Other people I know that want your tickets. So I
- 5:47Speaker 2: don't feel a blink.
- 5:48Speaker 1: It is a great stadium. I love the stadiums. Funny,
- 5:52Speaker 1: it's very cool.
- 5:53Speaker 2: But it's three three days.
- 5:57Speaker 1: Yes, it's a match.
- 5:58Speaker 3: Yeah. For some people that sound like heaven.
- 6:00Speaker 4: And for me, my mind's about two two days going
- 6:03Speaker 4: to the stadium and watching a couple of games. Both
- 6:06Speaker 4: times they massively hung over and one day messively hungover,
- 6:08Speaker 4: just sort of skulking around Caxton.
- 6:10Speaker 3: That's sort of my right spot.
- 6:12Speaker 2: My dream here is to turn up, not get on it.
- 6:17Speaker 2: We'll not getting on it for the whole weekend. Let's
- 6:20Speaker 2: be honest. Let's be honest. I'm on it, yeah, not
- 6:22Speaker 2: get on it on Friday because I don't want to
- 6:24Speaker 2: ruin the set. Dyea you know what I mean, I
- 6:27Speaker 2: want to have it. I want to have fun on
- 6:28Speaker 2: the set day. I don't want to because I know
- 6:30Speaker 2: what will happen. I know what does happen. I know
- 6:32Speaker 2: what happened last time.
- 6:33Speaker 3: I know what's going.
- 6:34Speaker 2: Do you remember what happened last time? Yeah?
- 6:36Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah I do.
- 6:37Speaker 2: And so I don't want to do that this time
- 6:39Speaker 2: because it just ruins the whole weekend. So what I
- 6:41Speaker 2: want to do is start early and finish early. But
- 6:45Speaker 2: I don't think I can do that for three days.
- 6:46Speaker 3: It's funny. Me and Pugs had a bit of a meeting.
- 6:48Speaker 4: Why I called it after your dinner Jason, Oh yes,
- 6:53Speaker 4: we went out to a party, gave me a sex
- 6:55Speaker 4: for yeah.
- 6:56Speaker 2: Oh yeah. And I felt rubbish that I remember now
- 7:00Speaker 2: Siggi's are in into my naia. It was horrid.
- 7:03Speaker 4: But we had a bit of a meeting that Friday
- 7:06Speaker 4: night after Jason's six out of ten and we were
- 7:08Speaker 4: at the pub on kro early hours and then I
- 7:11Speaker 4: was like, I called a meeting with him. Was like,
- 7:12Speaker 4: Pugs Man, what are we gonna do about Magic Ground?
- 7:14Speaker 2: And He's like, what do you mean?
- 7:15Speaker 4: I'm like, you know, Jason, he wants to go look
- 7:17Speaker 4: at galleries. Yeah, old Mogi's off the piss and inverted commas.
- 7:22Speaker 4: We both laughed about yeah, and then I was like,
- 7:25Speaker 4: I need you to be on I need you to
- 7:26Speaker 4: be on form, Pugs, and he was like I got
- 7:27Speaker 4: you man.
- 7:28Speaker 2: Yeah, so he's going hard with me. Yeah you can't.
- 7:31Speaker 2: I mentioned Pugs going Pugs go hard.
- 7:33Speaker 1: He does go hard. I've seen him go hard.
- 7:35Speaker 3: The hardest out of all of us, like now, especially
- 7:37Speaker 3: trying to keep up with his young misses. He is
- 7:39Speaker 3: going hard.
- 7:40Speaker 2: Well that's true, but even still, oh I actually probably is.
- 7:42Speaker 3: Yeah, he's out till five am like most weekends.
- 7:45Speaker 2: Yeah, keeping up with the young messers. That's right.
- 7:48Speaker 3: So's he's in good form and he's like.
- 7:50Speaker 2: He's sort of gotten to keyzy sort of styles where
- 7:53Speaker 2: I was still his I was like his missus until
- 7:56Speaker 2: I was thirty seven. Yeah, right, I see shocking burst.
- 8:00Speaker 3: He was just in Yeah, and so he's like kezy whatever,
- 8:03Speaker 3: regular you want to chat, I'm there. He won't be
- 8:05Speaker 3: able to respond and it'll be him going hard with me.
- 8:10Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 8:10Speaker 2: Well, actually we've got some other good people coming along too,
- 8:13Speaker 2: and they will be going at play by Phils. We'll
- 8:21Speaker 2: just go from there and I am I can't say.
- 8:23Speaker 4: And it's like it's the it's the third time we're
- 8:25Speaker 4: going right, So it's like it's not like it's the
- 8:27Speaker 4: first time. You know, we went pretty hard and the
- 8:30Speaker 4: same time we went hard again.
- 8:32Speaker 3: Yeah, and then this time it's all right.
- 8:33Speaker 1: So it's just you know, chill, yeah, I mean, you
- 8:37Speaker 1: don't have to kill me.
- 8:39Speaker 3: Can we still meet up for mince on toast.
- 8:41Speaker 2: I won't expand my horizons when it comes to the
- 8:43Speaker 2: mint on Toast.
- 8:43Speaker 4: You don't want to go that same cafe again for
- 8:45Speaker 4: three days in a row, I don't think, so what
- 8:47Speaker 4: that's weird.
- 8:48Speaker 2: I want to mix it up. I'm like, you know
- 8:49Speaker 2: what I want to do. I want to go down
- 8:51Speaker 2: by the Brown Snake to the mini cafes and restaurants
- 8:54Speaker 2: that line that river and and eat something there. I'm
- 8:58Speaker 2: sure I'm just going to go the same the mints
- 9:00Speaker 2: joined in the Tiny Alley. Yes, yummy, though.
- 9:04Speaker 1: It was good mint.
- 9:05Speaker 2: So I feel like Brisbane's got more to offer than mints.
- 9:10Speaker 1: It's actually making a bit of a comeback the old mints,
- 9:12Speaker 1: I've noticed and cafes.
- 9:14Speaker 2: It's seen it anywhere.
- 9:16Speaker 1: I've seen it at two or three places of like.
- 9:18Speaker 1: And it's got mints on toast, no no care, generally
- 9:23Speaker 1: very very rich, very beef tomatowie tomato stuff.
- 9:30Speaker 3: It's so on some sour dough.
- 9:32Speaker 2: Yes, you can't even get through it all. Excuse me?
- 9:35Speaker 2: Your appetites growing over the last one.
- 9:37Speaker 1: Yeah, he'll put it, he'll order.
- 9:39Speaker 3: Dabble with you guys there, Bloody the plate gets eaten.
- 9:43Speaker 2: Let's just say that, good ship man? Is it?
- 9:47Speaker 1: Speaking of? What do I want to go and get sushi?
- 9:53Speaker 2: Shortly? We'll see how we go a field? Think about it.
- 9:57Speaker 3: This is the big show for seven week days radio.
- 9:59Speaker 3: How do you go listening
