The Left Melts Down as Trump Scores on Immigration Arrests & National Guard Deployment Legal Victory · The 47 Morning Update with Ben Ferguson

• 0:01
  Speaker 1: Well, I don't think we're gonna necessarily ask for a
• 0:04
  Speaker 1: declaration of war.
• 0:05
Speaker 2: I think we're just gonna kill people that are bringing
• 0:08
Speaker 2: drugs into our country.
• 0:09
Speaker 3: Okay, we're gonna kill them. You know, they're gonna be
• 0:12
  Speaker 3: like dead.
• 0:13
Speaker 4: Generally, you don't see fishing in submarines either, Servant. So
• 0:17
Speaker 4: we will track them, we will map them, we will
• 0:19
Speaker 4: network them, and we will hunt them and kill them
• 0:22
Speaker 4: because they're trying to and they are killing and poisoning
• 0:25
  Speaker 4: the American.
• 0:26
Speaker 5: Keep you're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with
• 0:30
  Speaker 5: Ben Ferguson.
• 0:31
Speaker 3: Good Saturday morning to you.
• 0:32
Speaker 1: Ben Ferguson with you, and these are some of the
• 0:34
Speaker 1: stories that you may have missed that we talked about
• 0:37
Speaker 1: this week on the forty seven Morning Update.
• 0:39
Speaker 3: First up, the Department.
• 0:40
Speaker 1: Of Homeland Security has announced an incredible feat arresting more
• 0:45
Speaker 1: than four hundred and eighty thousand illegal immigrants in the
• 0:48
Speaker 1: first nine months of President Trump being in office. They're
• 0:51
Speaker 1: gonna be shocked to know just how many of these
• 0:54
Speaker 1: four hundred and eighty thousand have criminal records. Also, there
• 0:59
Speaker 1: was a mess of when for the President when it
• 1:02
Speaker 1: comes to deploying the National Guard this time coming from
• 1:05
Speaker 1: the ninth US Circuit decision dealing with him doing exactly
• 1:10
Speaker 1: this in Portland, and what does this mean for other
• 1:13
Speaker 1: cities around the country. But first, did you see that
• 1:16
Speaker 1: gold just hit an all time new high of over
• 1:19
Speaker 1: four thousand dollars an ounce?
• 1:22
Speaker 3: And if you hear that and you're like, are you
• 1:24
  Speaker 3: kidding me?
• 1:24
Speaker 1: And you're thinking, gosh, I missed my opportunity, Well, I
• 1:28
Speaker 1: don't know if you missed your opportunity, But my friends
• 1:30
Speaker 1: at Kurt Elliott Precious Medals they can answer that question
• 1:34
  Speaker 1: for you.
• 1:35
Speaker 3: You also may not be.
• 1:36
Speaker 1: Paying attention to the incredible gains with silver that are
• 1:39
Speaker 1: happening right now as well, And that's why I trust
• 1:43
Speaker 1: the guidance of the team at kirk Elliott. In fact,
• 1:46
Speaker 1: I literally just got a hundred ounce bar of silver
• 1:50
Speaker 1: the other day. And the reason why is because after
• 1:52
Speaker 1: I talked to the team at kirk Elliott Precious Medals,
• 1:56
Speaker 1: they let me understand exactly where I could have a
• 1:59
Speaker 1: big upside in investing in silver.
• 2:01
  Speaker 3: Now.
• 2:02
Speaker 1: The other part that I love about them is this
• 2:04
Speaker 1: they have transparent pricing. There are a lot of gold
• 2:08
Speaker 1: companies that you'll hear about if you listen to talk
• 2:10
Speaker 1: radio or podcasts or watch TV, but do they tell
• 2:14
Speaker 1: you how the pricing actually works well. At kirk Elliott
• 2:18
Speaker 1: they're real simple, just eight percent when you buy and
• 2:22
Speaker 1: zero commissions when you sell, with no hidden fees. Ever,
• 2:27
Speaker 1: that is the other reason why I recommend them to
• 2:29
Speaker 1: all of you. They also don't sell you quote rare
• 2:32
Speaker 1: coins or precious coins that you pay insane markups on
• 2:37
Speaker 1: and then when you go to sell them you find
• 2:38
Speaker 1: out they're really not worth that much.
• 2:40
Speaker 3: They are a bullyon only approach.
• 2:43
Speaker 1: They focus on investment grade metals, no overpriced collectibles, no gimmicks.
• 2:49
Speaker 3: That means you get more gold or silver.
• 2:52
Speaker 1: For your money at fair value when it's time for
• 2:55
Speaker 1: you to sell. So if you're ready to find out
• 2:58
Speaker 1: if gold and silver is right for you and your portfolio,
• 3:02
Speaker 1: then call them and get a plan. You can visit
• 3:05
Speaker 1: them at k e PM dot com, slash ben that's
• 3:11
Speaker 1: k e PM dot com slash ben or seven to
• 3:16
Speaker 1: zero six oh five thirty nine hundred at seven two
• 3:20
Speaker 1: zero six oh five thirty nine hundred Kirk Elliott Precious

Speaker 1: Medals online at k e PM dot com. It's the
• 3:30
Speaker 1: forty seven Morning Update and it starts.
• 3:33
Speaker 3: Right now story Number one. We've got a very.
• 3:35
Speaker 1: Big story coming out of the White House and is
• 3:37
Speaker 1: a promise that President Donald Trump made to every American
• 3:41
Speaker 1: if he was elected president. It was that he was
• 3:44
Speaker 1: going to do whatever he could to get rid of
• 3:47
Speaker 1: illegal immigrants in this country, and he was also going
• 3:50
Speaker 1: to get rid of the illegal immigrants first that had
• 3:52
Speaker 1: committed the most heinous crimes. He also promised he was
• 3:56
Speaker 1: going to make dangerous cities safe again. All of this
• 4:00
Speaker 1: he is paying off on. But now we have some
• 4:03
Speaker 1: of the biggest data we've seen so far backing this up.
• 4:07
Speaker 1: The Department of Homeland Security has arrested more than four
• 4:11
Speaker 1: hundred and eighty thousand illegal immigrants in the first nine
• 4:16
Speaker 1: months of the Trump administration. I'm going to give you
• 4:19
Speaker 1: that number again, four hundred and eighty thousand illegal immigrants
• 4:24
Speaker 1: in a nine month span. This while many illegal immigrants
• 4:27
Speaker 1: have been hanging out in sanctuary cities being protected by
• 4:31
Speaker 1: the radical left. Now here's something else that you need
• 4:33
Speaker 1: to know. Seventy percent of the four hundred and eighty
• 4:37
Speaker 1: thousand legal immigrants had been arrested, had been convicted of
• 4:41
Speaker 1: crimes or had criminal charges against them pending. Christy nom
• 4:47
Speaker 1: made the announcement during a stop in Branden, Florida. As
• 4:51
Speaker 1: They also put out a press release giving you some
• 4:53
Speaker 1: of the background, saying, quote, President Trump unleashed ICE to
• 4:58
Speaker 1: target the worst of the worstriminal illegal aliens. Some of
• 5:02
Speaker 1: the criminals arrested included illegal aliens convicted of incests with
• 5:07
Speaker 1: a minor, homicide, sexual assault, sexual assault of a minor,
• 5:11
Speaker 1: and domestic violence. Seventy percent of ICE arrests are of
• 5:16
Speaker 1: illegal aliens convicted or charged with a crime in the US.
• 5:21
Speaker 1: This statistic doesn't even include they say, foreign fugitives, illegal
• 5:26
Speaker 1: aliens convicted of crimes in other countries, gang members, and
• 5:32
Speaker 1: also suspected terrorists. Noome highlighted nine of the worst of
• 5:37
Speaker 1: the worst illegal immigrants who have been arrested in South
• 5:40
Speaker 1: and Central Florida alone. They included several different individuals. Nome
• 5:46
Speaker 1: set the press conference, we are not going to let
• 5:48
Speaker 1: these individuals terrorize our streets anymore, and we're not going
• 5:52
Speaker 1: to let them make victims out of families that live
• 5:55
Speaker 1: in this country. I want you to hear directly from
• 5:58
Speaker 1: Christianome at the press comfert Prince in Here's part of
• 6:01
Speaker 1: what she had to say I'll give.
• 6:02
Speaker 6: You some examples of individuals that were brought to justice
• 6:05
Speaker 6: here in Sarasota and in this area. The first one
• 6:08
Speaker 6: I'll talk about is a convicted murderer whose name is
• 6:11
Speaker 6: Eric Carlos Artilis Ramos, an illegal alien who was from Cuba.
• 6:15
Speaker 6: He had a prior removal order in two thousand and eight,
• 6:18
Speaker 6: and now because of the work of this office, he
• 6:20
Speaker 6: is off the streets. He was also previously convicted of
• 6:23
Speaker 6: kidnapping and carjacking. We also have another individual, Oscar Alfredo
• 6:28
Speaker 6: Retina Maraquin, an illegal alien from Al Salvador. He was
• 6:33
Speaker 6: convicted of sexual assault against a child and in nineteen
• 6:37
Speaker 6: ninety five, and he was also arrested for dui. He
• 6:40
Speaker 6: has been deported twice before, in nineteen ninety nine and
• 6:44
Speaker 6: in twenty nineteen. Re Entry after deportation, I'll remind all
• 6:48
Speaker 6: of you is a felony. The next individual is Arturo
• 6:51
Speaker 6: Sanchez Morales. He's an illegal alien from Mexico. He was
• 6:55
Speaker 6: arrested for driving drunk and he's already been deported once
• 6:58
Speaker 6: before he re entered, which is a felony, and was
• 7:01
Speaker 6: issued a final order of removal in twenty sixteen. He
• 7:04
Speaker 6: had previously been arrested for burglary as well for possession
• 7:08
Speaker 6: of cocaine and larceny, and has convictions for multiple DUIs
• 7:12
Speaker 6: and lud acts against a minor. And again I'll talk
• 7:15
Speaker 6: about Leylis Rinaldo Benaro Zahn, who is an individual from
• 7:21
Speaker 6: Honduras who's been in this country illegally and he has
• 7:24
Speaker 6: a conviction for domestic battery. He'd been deported twice before,
• 7:28
Speaker 6: in twenty eleven and in twenty seventeen. These individuals are
• 7:32
Speaker 6: just a handful of people that have been in this
• 7:35
Speaker 6: country creating victims out of American citizens that now those
• 7:39
Speaker 6: families do no longer have to worry about. Not only
• 7:42
Speaker 6: have they been brought into and incarcerated, but they're going
• 7:45
Speaker 6: to be brought to justice and pay for the crimes
• 7:47
Speaker 6: that they've committed. Every single day, our law enforcement officers
• 7:51
Speaker 6: put their lives at risk to protect the American people.
• 7:54
Speaker 6: Every single day they get up and they go do
• 7:56
Speaker 6: their jobs to make sure that American families can live
• 7:59
Speaker 6: the lives that they've dreamed of since they were young.
• 8:02
Speaker 6: The LEFS anti cop rhetoric has led to one thousand
• 8:06
Speaker 6: percent increase in violence against our law enforcement officers. We
• 8:10
Speaker 6: have to stop the rhetoric that is allowing individuals the
• 8:14
Speaker 6: cover that they want to perpetuate violence against those who
• 8:17
Speaker 6: enforce our laws. Last month, we had an individual open
• 8:22
Speaker 6: fire at an ICE facility and we also saw that
• 8:25
Speaker 6: we saw victims from that attack that happened not just
• 8:29
Speaker 6: against ICE agents but also about detainees that were there
• 8:32
Speaker 6: at that facility. That individual, when he fired upon the building,
• 8:37
Speaker 6: created some victims. We lost two lives there. Three individuals
• 8:40
Speaker 6: were hurt and two died later on. After that event,
• 8:44
Speaker 6: the suspect had anti ICE written on the ammunition and
• 8:49
Speaker 6: on his bullet casings, proving that he had targeted against
• 8:53
Speaker 6: individuals that we're working to keep our streets safe. Criminals
• 8:56
Speaker 6: are now even placing bounties on our law enforcement office.
• 9:01
Speaker 6: This last month, the Department of Homeland Security arrested a
• 9:04
Speaker 6: criminal illegal alien and a Latin King's gang member who
• 9:07
Speaker 6: placed a bounty on our US Border Patrol Chief Greg Bevino.
• 9:12
Speaker 6: Still they keep pressing on, and we've seen as well
• 9:16
Speaker 6: individuals on TikTok and other apps making threats against our
• 9:21
Speaker 6: law enforcement officers, putting bounties out on their head, and
• 9:23
Speaker 6: we will bring all of those individuals to justice. We
• 9:26
Speaker 6: will continue to bring murderers and rapists, those who perpetuate violence, pedophiles,
• 9:31
Speaker 6: gang members in our communities. We will go after them,
• 9:35
Speaker 6: bring them to justice, and we will save lives. The
• 9:37
Speaker 6: American people see this, and they see that President Trump
• 9:40
Speaker 6: is focused on making sure that our streets are safe
• 9:43
Speaker 6: and that our families have opportunities to raise their children
• 9:46
Speaker 6: in safe communities. In fact, recent polls have shown that
• 9:49
Speaker 6: fifty four percent of Americans want illegals to be brought
• 9:54
Speaker 6: into justice, and they want to deport those who are
• 9:57
Speaker 6: in this country illegally, But seventy eight percent of Americans
• 10:01
Speaker 6: want these criminal, illegal aliens brought to justice. That's because
• 10:05
Speaker 6: the American people understand the benefits of having law and order.
• 10:09
Speaker 3: Again, this isn't just a win for Donald Trump.
• 10:12
Speaker 1: This is a win for every man and woman in
• 10:14
Speaker 1: this country, especially men and women that have been victims
• 10:18
Speaker 1: of countless crimes by illegal immigrants.
• 10:21
Speaker 5: Now, story number two.
• 10:22
Speaker 1: The Ninth Circuit saying that President Trump can send the
• 10:25
Speaker 1: National Guard to Portland is another massive win for law
• 10:30
Speaker 1: and order. And if you think that the Left is
• 10:33
Speaker 1: going to sit down and just say okay, fine, the
• 10:36
Speaker 1: President's going to be able to be the president, and
• 10:38
Speaker 1: he has the authority to do this, and he was
• 10:40
Speaker 1: elected to do it. You're wrong, MSNBC having a total
• 10:44
Speaker 1: meltdown as Lisa Rubin had to read the Ninth Circuit
• 10:47
Speaker 1: decision authorizing Trump to deploy the National Guard in Portland.
• 10:51
Speaker 1: Take a listen to how they spun it on MSNBC.
• 10:55
Speaker 2: Yeah, And I want to just correct one thing and
• 10:56
Speaker 2: then explain why. Functional Okay, it is the same. This
• 10:58
Speaker 2: is a Stay of Immigrants opinion, and that's why it
• 11:02
Speaker 2: reached the Ninth Circuit as soon as it did, because
• 11:04
Speaker 2: this is an emergency motion to essentially pause her order.
• 11:08
Speaker 2: But as a functional matter, you are absolutely correct. It
• 11:11
Speaker 2: has the function of overturning her order and thereby allowing
• 11:16
Speaker 2: the President to send the National Guard back onto the
• 11:19
Speaker 2: streets of Portland. And Katie, I want to read if
• 11:21
Speaker 2: I can, just from a little bit of the beginning
• 11:23
Speaker 2: of this ninety three page opinion, it says, after considering
• 11:27
Speaker 2: the record, and by the record they mean all the
• 11:29
Speaker 2: factual evidence at this preliminary stage, we conclude that it
• 11:32
Speaker 2: is likely that the President lawfully exercised his statutory authority
• 11:37
Speaker 2: under ten USC Section twelve four oh six. That's the
• 11:40
Speaker 2: statute we've been referring to as Title ten when we
• 11:43
Speaker 2: have conversations about the National Guard deployments, which authorizes the
• 11:46
Speaker 2: federalization of the National Guard when the president is unable
• 11:50
Speaker 2: with the regular forces to execute the laws of the
• 11:53
Speaker 2: United States. And this is the important part. The evidence
• 11:55
Speaker 2: the president relied on reflects quote, a colorable assessment of
• 11:59
Speaker 2: the facts in law within a range of honest judgment.
• 12:03
Speaker 2: We thus conclude that defendants are likely to succeed on
• 12:07
Speaker 2: the merits of their appeal, basically saying that when and
• 12:10
Speaker 2: if a court considers all of the record in this
• 12:13
Speaker 2: matter is tried and it gets back to an appellate
• 12:16
Speaker 2: court through an ordinary process where they have full briefing
• 12:19
Speaker 2: and full evidence, that they still think Donald Trump is
• 12:22
Speaker 2: likely to prevail there because he has the discretion to
• 12:27
Speaker 2: determine as the president, within a range of honest judgment.
• 12:30
Speaker 2: So when it is reasonable, this is.
• 12:32
Speaker 1: What you and I were talking about last week. It
• 12:34
Speaker 1: is very clear the left realizes now they're running out
• 12:38
Speaker 1: of ways to stop President Trump from doing his job,
• 12:41
Speaker 1: a job that he was elected by the American people
• 12:44
Speaker 1: to do, and they're going to do everything they can
• 12:46
Speaker 1: to continue to try to stop him. But as we
• 12:49
Speaker 1: witness what is happening now in Portland and the total
• 12:52
Speaker 1: number of arrast nationwide in the last nine months, in
• 12:55
Speaker 1: law and order that is also being restored to incredibly
• 13:00
Speaker 1: violent cities like Portland, Washington, d C. Memphis, Tennessee, and
• 13:05
Speaker 1: many more to come, including Chicago. What you're witnessing is
• 13:09
Speaker 1: a president that is doing exactly what he promised he
• 13:12
Speaker 1: was going to do, keep all Americans safe no matter
• 13:15
  Speaker 1: where you live.
