  Hey everybody, good morning from the chicken coop and Merry

  Christmas to everyone who celebrates.

  I am one of the ones who celebrate.

  So it is very early, obviously out with the girls and and Raven
• 0:42
  of course. We were watching The Christmas
• 0:46
  Story before we came out here this morning and it was
• 0:52
  interesting because you know, that plays 24 hours a day on
• 0:56
  certain channels just to be like, you know, exciting and
• 0:59
  anyone can catch it at any point in time.

  It's one of my favorite holiday movies.
• 1:03
  I'll probably watch it six times throughout the day today.
• 1:07
  And one of the crazy things about that movie is if you
• 1:12
  really watch it and you get past the just the hokiness of the
• 1:15
  movie, but you get to the point of the the little tiny messages
• 1:20
  that they're sending in there. There's a fabulously great scene
• 1:24
  from the author to all of us. And if you really pay attention
• 1:27
  to the scene where he's getting his grade for his paper, do you
• 1:30
  remember he wrote a paper, had a an essay had to write and he was
• 1:34
  going to write it on getting a Red Rider BB gun, so excited
• 1:38
  about getting this Red Rider BB gun.
• 1:40
  And everyone was telling him that he was going to shoot his
• 1:42
  eye out, his mom, his teacher, everyone was saying that.
• 1:45
  Now, you got to remember, this movie from the very beginning,
• 1:48
  was written by a story, and the guy is telling his own story.
• 1:52
  So it's kind of ironic that when he gets his grade back, it's AC
• 1:56
  Plus. And they show the look on his
• 1:58
  face and he's like C Plus and he's looking at her and there's
• 2:02
  this little subtle innuendo about how, gosh, she didn't
• 2:06
  think his writing was any good. But then he turns out to be a
• 2:09
  writer of a story that turns into a movie, which I find to be
• 2:12
  just so telling in the world about the good opinions of other
• 2:16
  people and do they always matter?
• 2:18
  And who should you listen to and who should you not listen to?
• 2:21
  So the point I'm bringing up on Christmas to remind everybody is
• 2:26
  it is our blessed time of the year.
• 2:28
  We should always feel that it's our blessed time of the year.
• 2:30
  But this one is like very, very out there for all of us and very
• 2:34
  much a a thing that we have to pay attention to, to remember
• 2:38
  throughout the year. But on Christmas morning, we all
• 2:40
  feel very blessed and very and we hope that we're tapped into
• 2:45
  the right stuff, because the right stuff is feeling that we
• 2:49
  can change and be and do anything we want.
• 2:51
  And I love that little message in the movie, and I wanted to
• 2:53
  share it with all of you because look, somebody who was AC Plus
• 2:57
  writer turned out to write a movie and because he really
• 3:01
  wanted to be a writer. And I think that's the best part
• 3:04
  of this. So no matter what you're going
• 3:06
  to go into this New year with, no matter what, you're going to,
• 3:09
  you know, try to accomplish work on whatever you're going to take
• 3:13
  into your day, go into it feeling completely and totally
• 3:17
  focused on the fact that you are a blessing.
• 3:19
  You just being here is a blessing.
• 3:21
  And that blessing should fill your heart and know that if
• 3:25
  you're alive, if you're breathing, you're meant to be
• 3:27
  here. You're meant to do more than the
• 3:28
  simple things, and you're meant to get out there and have this
• 3:34
  divine life that you decide on. You get to decide what your life
• 3:37
  is. Just like I get to decide that
• 3:39
  I'm recording a podcast from a chicken coop, watching them all
• 3:42
  eat breakfast and be spoiled. So keep that in the back of your
• 3:46
  mind today. Wherever you're going, whatever
• 3:49
  you're doing, whoever you're seeing, just know you were meant
• 3:52
  to be the blessing you are. So go do it.
