- 3:14Denied the podcast. This is episode number fifty two, and tonight we will
- 3:20be talking about financial literacy. We're going to be learning how to build and
- 3:27grow in the things that we need to know to gain financial freedom. But
- 3:34before we start, I would like to read a Bible verse to you,
- 3:38which is Proverbs twenty one, verse twenty. There is treasure to be desired
- 3:47and all in the dwelling of the wise, but a foolish man spending it
- 3:53up. And again that's Proverbs twenty one and twenty. Without further ado,
- 4:00my guest is mister Jerry Ferguson. How are you pretty good? Pretty good?
- 4:05Hi? Everyone? How everyone? Everyone is well? I first want
- 4:11to thank you for joining me tonight. I want to thank you for the
- 4:15desire to help people gain financial literacy. My first thing I would like to
- 4:25have you do is introduce yourself and tell us a little bit about what you
- 4:29do. Okay, once again, my name Jerry Ferguson pronoun solution consultant.
- 4:38You know, me and my family we started a financial solution business with partnership
- 4:44with this wonderful, wonderful, amazing company, Novay created Money company, which
- 4:48teach financial literacy. They they they serve. They teach us. How to
- 4:57serve is one way first step of becoming freedom and financial have financial freedom.
- 5:03It's serving others, helping others. And you know, that's one thing that
- 5:09I gained passionate about once I realized how it helped me and my family.
- 5:13And once I realized, you know, it's a lot of stuff that we
- 5:17didn't know, didn't know growing up then, wasn't taught, wasn't it didn't
- 5:24even it wasn't even a conversation in our neighborhoods and stuff, you know what
- 5:28I mean. And once we realized, like, if we just stay humble
- 5:31for a minute and do what we need to do for us, we'll get
- 5:35get ahead a year or two just by being humble. Three to six months
- 5:41and doing what we need to do for ourselves, you know what I mean.
- 5:43So that's one one thing. I'm passionate about one thing, and my
- 5:46team passionate about one reason. We reached out to each other, you know
- 5:51what I mean. You had the platform, I had the voice. So
- 5:58we're gonna make it happen. In the answer questions on this thing, any
- 6:01questions y'all may have, you know, of course, I'll leave my contact
- 6:04information for for myself and my team and how to get in contact with us
- 6:10afterwards. But yeah, I'm very excited, kind of nervous at the same
- 6:14time. It was my first time but the first time of many, and
- 6:17absolutely absolutely put that out there in the atmosphere. Yeah, you got to
- 6:25once again a little bit about myself, you know, got into credit when
- 6:29I realized that I needed one. Verd about it until I needed it right
- 6:33and I realized I needed it the power of you know what I like,
- 6:39I said, what I learned? How how quick you can ask this thing?
- 6:44Credit? You could say how they said having credit is credibility, you
- 6:50know, you get you can't you can't run from it, you know,
- 6:54so you might as well go and do what you need to do and do
- 6:57it right so when you need it, you ain't gotta look for it.
- 7:00You ain't gotta wait for it, and it ain't it ain't no long process.
- 7:04That's what we get confused with. We think it's hard long. It
- 7:10seemed that way because we don't know nothing or we don't talk to the right
- 7:15people. You know, everybody so quick to get over on people, scam
- 7:18people, and that's understandable. That's why you got to do your research,
- 7:23you know, I mean, you gotta do your due diligence on your you
- 7:26know what I mean, for yourself, especially when you're spending your hard earned
- 7:29money to get it get ahead. But you know, that's what we're here
- 7:31for. That's what my me and my team here for, so you can
- 7:34get that comfort zone. You ain't got a redbody getting scammed. You ain't
- 7:38got a red back getting lick to. You know, everybody had that.
- 7:43You gotta you gotta have somebody lean on, and that's what that's what we're
- 7:46here for. You know what I mean so well, I know in the
- 7:51black community, learning about credit usually doesn't take place until after we've missed our
- 8:01credit up. Yeah, So could you explain the importance of having a decent
- 8:09credit score. But for for one, like I said on the portion of
- 8:13having decent credit is just it helped you save money. And plus it helps
- 8:18you be disciplined too, you know what I mean, because you got you
- 8:22got rules and regulations you gotta following to maintain their credit. Thirty percent utilization
- 8:28and paying on time, paying your bills on time. Man, you know
- 8:33all all those things that you know in the black community, we wasn't taught.
- 8:37You know, hey, call do power, we can we can pay
- 8:41them late. You know, call yo, they can get that next week.
- 8:46Yeah, it's all finding dandy, but not when you're working on your
- 8:48credit. Not when you're trying to establish something, you know what I mean,
- 8:50Because your a credit score is just a number, but they look at
- 8:56it a little deeper. The payment history. You know, you can have
- 9:00a six fifty credit score and have good payment history, and someone can have
- 9:03a seven fifty credit score and bad payment history. Who you think they're gonna
- 9:07land that money to that person? Well with the six fifty actually because they
- 9:13got really they got a better pay history than that person with their seven fitty
- 9:18credit score. So the score don't really necessarily mean anything. It's good to
- 9:22have a good good score, but it's better to have, you know,
- 9:26a good payment history because they want to know if I do business with you,
- 9:31can can I get paid? And like I say, credit is credibility.
- 9:35So they're looking at it like Okay, he gotta get credit. So
- 9:39yeah, we'll give them this. We'll give them that he working on hisself
- 9:41or here she working on himself. So we see it. So that's that's
- 9:46how they look at that. And like like you said, in the black
- 9:48communities, we want to talk that and that's that's what we're here for.
- 9:54Yeah, we we usually have bad credit or forward even adults. Back in
- 10:03my day, you know, your family would put stuff in your name and
- 10:09you know when you are at age. Yeah, when you're of age trying
- 10:15to get your lights turned on or your water turned on, you got to
- 10:18pay X amount of money because your credit jacked up because you know, somebody
- 10:24used your credit as a kid. So ms Keisha said, we need this
- 10:30education because we must change the trajectory of our generations to come. Yeah,
- 10:37and what are your thoughts to elaborate on that? That's of course, it's
- 10:41just like what you said, putting things in our in our kids name or
- 10:46and that's a that's a generational curse that passed down on us that we don't
- 10:52want. We want the other generational curse to know about credit, to have
- 10:56our kids credit school. It see fit there on how you win at eighteen,
- 11:01Let the know the importance of don't put that in your cousin, don't
- 11:05sign, no co sign nobody, you know what I mean. We so
- 11:09quick to help somebody, and it's all good and dandy, but hey,
- 11:13once you sign a piece of paper, you liable for it, so you
- 11:18know it is and we we definitely, we definitely, definitely, definitely need
- 11:24to pass the word on credit and the importance of because of interest rates.
- 11:30You know, you could say you can save thousands just by having good credit
- 11:35instead of spending thousands. You go get a two thousand and twenty five with
- 11:41no money down, with good credit, but bad credit. You got a
- 11:45two thousand and five paying six hundred a month and it's twenty years outdated.
- 11:50You know what I mean. It's just one little thing that the importance are
- 11:56having it, having good credit and established and get credit. I would recommend
- 12:01it. I hate that I was so hard headed and waited so long to
- 12:07do it. But yeah, now I'm passionate about it now. And everybody
- 12:13that's talking to me gonna get this work. That's what that's what we're talking.
- 12:16You're gonna get this work. You're gonna you're gonna know about financial literacy.
- 12:18If you talk to me of my team, that's that's what we what
- 12:22we're about. What is the most important thing to you about the importance of
- 12:28financial literacy? Once again, generational pretty much generational wealth. Like my mentor
- 12:37mentor, he was on the call the other day and he said something that
- 12:41stuck to me to this day, and he was like, once I learned
- 12:46about credit, my kids know about credit. It helped me establish myself to
- 12:52where I can be rich and they born rich. Right that stuff right there,
- 12:58that's that's some generation into it. Yeah, going into it. We
- 13:01don't want Hey, we done got out of the Mud. We don't want
- 13:05our kids to get it out the Mud and grand kids to get it out
- 13:07the Mud and so forth and so on. You know what I mean.
- 13:11That's that's that's what we that's what we gotta break. And just by simply
- 13:16following those steps and being disciplined with credit, that's where we will established all
- 13:22those things, you know what I mean, And it's it's crazy, but
- 13:26you know what, you know, that's why we need to get around the
- 13:28right people. Sometimes you gotta change your circle. I've definitely had to change
- 13:31mind. Absolutely. Everybody can't go where you're going. You definitely can't.
- 13:37You know, you gotta go with people where you're want to be at.
- 13:41You see what I'm saying. It's up to you to make those steps.
- 13:45It's a lot of a lot of grown, grown, childish people. I
- 13:50used to be one, right, I mean, you know, to be
- 13:54honest, we all have at some point in life. But with age wisdom
- 14:01for some people. Some people it comes a little later, and that's okay.
- 14:07But as long as you catch up. Yeah, that's the only thing
- 14:11that you know ultimately matters at the end of the day. Yeah. No
- 14:15motto is we don't we don't educate. I mean, we don't say nothing.
- 14:18We just educate, you know what I mean. When ain't here to
- 14:22convince nobody to you know, own the services or anything. We educate you
- 14:26and you follow through for what you want to do. You know, but
- 14:31I want you to know it because it's gonna save you in the long run,
- 14:33it's gonna save you some money, and the long runs gonna help you
- 14:35and your kids in the long run. And I was listening to what you
- 14:39were saying earlier about helping your family and and you know, co sign and
- 14:48things of that nature. What I do know about that is you can't pour
- 14:54into somebody from an empty vessel. So you have to work on you first.
- 15:00I mean a lot of people may look at it and feel like it's
- 15:03selfish, but it's not, because you have to make sure you're good in
- 15:09order to make sure that your children are good, their children and their children.
- 15:15So with the literacy program, what what is it that you are trying
- 15:24to manifest from it? What is it that you're laying out for people to
- 15:28get? Okay? With our literacy program? The entrepreneurship that it's an affiliate
- 15:33marketing, but it's more of a team building or for what we got going
- 15:39on and all our teams, you know, like I say, it's a
- 15:43team building. We get together every Saturday, we have meetings. I post
- 15:50them on my social media that spread the word on just simply like I say,
- 15:54financial literacy credit that help taxes or ways to make money through this program.
- 16:03The list goes goes on and on, and what we want to accomplish
- 16:08from this, like I say, financial liscy, generational wealth and making money
- 16:14as a team on our own. Don't nobody want to clock in for nobody.
- 16:18Everybody want to maintain their own self. And that's what this team for.
- 16:22Our goal is a year to three years. Everybody on the team.
- 16:29This is what we're doing, networking, be on podcasts and spreading the word
- 16:33as a team, making money, having fun, serving, helping one another,
- 16:38just teaching, teaching what we don't know. And that's one thing I
- 16:42love about this program, one thing a little about the company. One thing
- 16:47I love about my local team. We very supportive of each other. Have
- 16:51any ideas anytime y'all want us to pull up, let us know. We'll
- 16:56pull up at parties talking about financial literacy or driveways balls, whatever, it's
- 17:04just what that's that's our goal is to least let's at least touch one person
- 17:11today with financial literacy and if they can spread the RD, and that person
- 17:18can spread the RD, and we don't we done did what we needed to
- 17:21do. How important is it to have the I can't think of what it's
- 17:29called, but it's like where you can put all your bills together and pay
- 17:33like one like solidate them. Yeah, how important is that? Like if
- 17:41you like, if you're in debt and trying to get those, get those
- 17:45too and care r like just say, for example, try to Okay,
- 17:51you got seven seven cards, seven credit cards, and you ten thousand dollars
- 17:56in debt, but you still you use two or three to maintain your lifestyle.
- 18:03So now you're down to seven that you're gonna consolidate your debt. Once
- 18:07you consolidate that debt, those cards are not active. You can still use
- 18:11the three that you know maintain everything. But those seven cars that you consolidated,
- 18:18you're gonna work on that one big deck. We're gonna get that deck
- 18:22cleared, understand that debt, and then get you back on the path to
- 18:26good credit and attaining credit so you won't have to go through that deck that
- 18:32helped program again. Okay, the market for buying houses right now is it
- 18:42is it decent time to try to get out there and try to get a
- 18:48house now or is that something that you know you have to I'm not I'm
- 18:55connected to a lot of relatives, but I'm not a relative personally. But
- 18:59right through through financial literacy, if you got your credit right and you maintaining
- 19:04and budgeting what you need to do for you, anytime is a good time
- 19:08to buy a home. You know what I mean it because don't nobody know
- 19:12when the market gonna go well, ain't nobody gonna know when the market go
- 19:17down? People say, oh, I wait, I wait to work on
- 19:19my credit when the interest rate go down. So you're gonna wait to the
- 19:22injury rate to go down then work on your credit. Now, you still
- 19:27gotta wait three months to make sure you're credit straight. What the insur rate
- 19:32while you you see what why are you waiting? Yeah? So I look
- 19:37at that like that's a procrastination term or whatever. Cause if you want something,
- 19:45people that want something, they're gonna get it. They don't care if
- 19:48the insurrate high, injuryrate low. As long as you maintain your budget,
- 19:52maintain your credit, anytime you ready to purchase a home, Just when it's
- 19:57time to purchase a home. That's in my eyes right. Trevita said she's
- 20:04helped some family and got burned, and she learned a lesson from, you
- 20:10know, trying to help people that aren't really trying to help themselves. And
- 20:15she said to meet them where they are and guide them where they need to
- 20:19go. And I feel like, you know, with the financial literacy,
- 20:26that is the start, Like you have to pick up and start somewhere.
- 20:32You can't just say that you want financial freedom and do nothing to get started
- 20:36on it. Yeah, look at the mean cut you off through importance of
- 20:41credit because once you really like understand what you got to go through with credit,
- 20:47it kind of helped budget your life. You get a little saying because
- 20:51you don't learn to discipline, well, you know, I couldn't spend this
- 20:53because I gotta pay this, or I can't do this because I gotta do
- 20:59this. Once you set your your mind or something and be disciplined to do
- 21:03it, every everything gonna work out for you. And I think credit is
- 21:07the first step because once you understand credit, you start understand money a little
- 21:12better. Once you start understand money a little better, then investment, investment
- 21:18start looking a little sweeter to you, you know, and then deck start
- 21:22looking a little clearer to you, and you know, all these things it's
- 21:26just unfold for you and cretit is the first step. You ain't gonna do
- 21:32nothing without credit. Althoughn't I don't care how you look at it. That's
- 21:36where it starts. D d says, going bankrup how badly does that affect
- 21:44your credit score? It's gonna least seven to ten years if you file.
- 21:49If you file for bankrupe now far as repairing it now, don't get discared.
- 21:56I put it like that. It stays on there seventy ten years if
- 21:59you file bankrupt and don't do nothing about it. But it's ways to get
- 22:03get it prepared. Like I say, We've got programs to get you back
- 22:07on track a whole lot sooner than that. But if you just sit there
- 22:11and get discouraged with it, or I ain't gonna do nothing about it,
- 22:15it's it's a it's a big burden on your on your credit score. Black
- 22:21Diamond says, the interest rate is high right now, However it depends on
- 22:25your credit lenders. And if you are a new buyer, she said,
- 22:30see if there are incentives, but be mindful of the terms of the loan.
- 22:36Yeah, that's that's why I said, like when you ready, because
- 22:40they it's all kinds of programs that will help even the ones that ain't ready
- 22:45to get in the home. They don't care about you being in their home.
- 22:48They just want to sail. That's why I say, as long as
- 22:52you ready and prepared for whatever you signed up for, it'll work out for
- 22:56you. If you're not prepared, don't do it. Can you explain filing
- 23:02chapter thirteen and what that means for you financially filing chapter thirteen out chapter ten?
- 23:11Chapter thirteen. When when you're filing thirteen, it's basically your what it
- 23:18is. It's like saying you you want to keep your stuff, but you
- 23:25just need help on maintaining it. So they gonna work out all your debt,
- 23:32make sure you can still maintain it, and make one big payment from
- 23:37it, so you can keep it as long as you can maintain it.
- 23:45That's different than ten. Ten is just letting it go. I'm done with
- 23:49it. You can tie your hands with it. We'll deal with that.
- 23:53On another level. Thirteen is I don't winning the bad terms, you know,
- 24:00stuck life, be lifing right, Let's get this together. I want
- 24:06to keep my house, I want to keep my calls, all the important
- 24:08things. We're gonna get rid of all the things that was holding me back.
- 24:11And that's just the difference between those two. How important is budgeting oh,
- 24:19very old old though. How many times people eat out? But if
- 24:27you realize how much money you spent eating out, you'll start budgeting. And
- 24:33when you realize how how much grocery is, you can't when it comes to
- 24:37budgeting, can't spend more than what's coming in. And it's hard to say
- 24:45how you do it, but we do it, you know. Be you'd
- 24:48be like, I just got paid five hundred, high spend seven hundred.
- 24:52What the other two hundred come from? Rights? Just how fast it go?
- 24:56You know, you didn't even know you had an extra two hundred dollars
- 24:59because you didn't budget, you know, but if you had that budget,
- 25:02you'd be like, damn, I got to the side. Put that there?
- 25:07Do that? Do that? Yeah, budget is very important. Credit
- 25:11budgeting or the are the two main things you need to focus on getting yourself
- 25:17together. Start with. Start with those two things. Credit and budgeting.
- 25:22Okay, how important is it to like have like the bonds and the savings
- 25:32and things like that at the bank when it comes to your financial literacy,
- 25:37Yeah, that's that's just like any any thing that you want to do for
- 25:41yourself, save saving saving money, if you want buns and stuff, just
- 25:47Understand what you're signing up for. Make sure it's in your budget, make
- 25:52sure it's something that that benefits you from you know, long term from it.
- 25:57You don't want to start nothing and to find out damn it was just
- 26:02a waste of time or waste of money, or didn't understand the interest and
- 26:04you was losing money before you know, before you gain money, or whatever
- 26:10the case may be. Just just understanding what you're getting it, getting yourself
- 26:14into What advice do you have for somebody with poor spending habits, cause you
- 26:25know that that that twenty four honder cord and these labels and price tags.
- 26:36Yeah, with with bad spending habits. Once again, I'm being there for
- 26:42But when life get life and you realize what you got, and it's harder
- 26:49to just get out of that hole than to maintain or good lifestyle, you
- 26:55just you just grow up. Like you say you had the moments you like,
- 27:00Man, I'm just tired. I'm just tired that when it when it
- 27:03comes to that speaking on that, it's just to the point where that person
- 27:07is you tired of going through the same thing? Oh and oh is you
- 27:10tired of living the way you're living? Yeah, you got a good car,
- 27:15but you broke. You ain't got no money. Something happened to that
- 27:18good call. You can't fix it. You gotta get a loan. Now
- 27:21you back in the hole, you know what I mean. You gotta at
- 27:23somebody. You know how that go? You know. So it's just when
- 27:30life get the life. How much you won't change their life? That's life.
- 27:34How bad does refinancing things hurt you? It can help you, It
- 27:42can't. That's that's a misconception. Just because I just recently helped someone refinance
- 27:49their car and it helped them in the in the long run with payment.
- 27:55Now it'll afect your credit score a little bit going down, because that's the
- 27:59process that they have to go through because you don't. Of course, we
- 28:02did the long process that you agreed on from the first first time. But
- 28:07it helped you for saving money and of course maintaining paying your bills on time
- 28:12and all that is. Score is just gonna go right back up. It
- 28:15ain't like it's going to affect it for the fitted points or something like.
- 28:18It's just like a hard inquiry on like when you go to these call loans.
- 28:25Okay, how easy is it for an ex offender to be a part
- 28:30of your company. You know, like a lot of our Brown people are
- 28:34incarcerated wrongfully or rightfully, how do they really get a second chance? I
- 28:42would just contact me, contact us we you know, we'll love to help
- 28:48you with that. We can give you, show you an opportunity that whether
- 28:53you ain't even got a word about your background now, drug screens, no
- 28:56nothing, We just crew of serving people. You know, everybody go through
- 29:03this. That and the third it's one thing I like about this company two
- 29:06second chances. Everybody need a second chance. And with this opportunity that no
- 29:12they gave us Brown people. Well, you can start a business for three
- 29:17hundred and fifty dollars, be around six seven figure earners learning learning stuff that
- 29:22we wasn't taught. Well, say, start your own business, learning stuff
- 29:30you wasn't taught. Pretty much helping people on a daily basis on stuff they
- 29:34need, having fun and making money. At the same time, the question
- 29:41was posed, how can one get involved in your company and what are some
- 29:45of the benefits besides the good credit, Like I say, networking with people
- 29:53sit seven figure earners, Where you want to be in this company learning this
- 29:56stuff that we here didn't know? And the benefits is once you get this
- 30:03platform in your hands and realize what you got, you can write your own
- 30:07checks. You can literally write your own checks. It's up to you what
- 30:14you benefit out of us. And I love it. It's residual, it's
- 30:19legacy driven. You could leave. You can leave us your business to your
- 30:25family, if you got a twin, if you up to twenty thousand a
- 30:29month and something was to happen to you, you can leave it to whomever
- 30:33you want to. And they ain't. They pretty much I ain't got a
- 30:37running if they don't want to, but they will because they see the benefits
- 30:41from it. But it's just some just one little perk that we have of
- 30:48many in our company. Black Diamond wants to know where you located. I'm
- 30:55personally in South Carolina. We got teams nationwide in our states. Our main
- 31:03base is in Georgia, Atlanta, Georgia. You can look it up Google
- 31:07Reviews, no Vey Credit and Money. That's the headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.
- 31:14But our team were nationwide. We got Texas, Atlanta, Las Vegas,
- 31:22California, North Carolina, pretty much everywhere. Wow, that's amazing.
- 31:30Yeah, we're just a We're just a network of man. This company is
- 31:37life changing. When I say life changing, and the people that you surround
- 31:41yourself with, and it all started with the ownership Mr mccamery and his wife.
- 31:47They just it trickled down from their flow. You know. They good
- 31:51people, They good serving people. They want to see it see everyone when
- 31:56we call them geniuses because what opportunities you have to where you can learn financial
- 32:01literacy, have a lot of fun, make a lot of money and help
- 32:07people at the same time. I mean, you can't. You can't go
- 32:10wrong, all right, How do we connect with you to learn more?
- 32:17I can, Well, my my number is you can contact me eight six
- 32:22four five five three four nine four seven. That's my direct line. I
- 32:29can also follow me on Facebook on my link tree and content information contact information
- 32:37also in my social media. I can matter of fact, I drop them
- 32:42in the chat before we leave and the pace and follow. And yes,
- 32:47and we have, like I said, we have financial literacy classes. We
- 32:52got We ain't gonna say classes. We're gonna say mixtures because we get together
- 32:57and mingle and just use is it that we may have. We got a
- 33:01raffle that's gonna be dropping soon. We're gonna do a cookout, like a
- 33:08cookout theme to where we get people together families, just have good, good
- 33:14fun, give gifts, just learn. We when we host events, you're
- 33:21gonna learn, whether you want to or not. People can want to have
- 33:24fun, but yeah, we have fun, but you're gonna learn a little
- 33:28bit. Then we're gonna have fun that you're gonna you're gonna get this work
- 33:31regardless. Okay, one last question. What saving tips do you have?
- 33:38What saving tips? Yeah, like that that starts with that starts with the
- 33:45budgeting. One thing I can say, anything that you don't use, cut
- 33:51it out. You know, we we signed up for a lot of apps.
- 33:53If we don't use no more that we probably get charged with sit seven
- 33:58dollars a month, but we got five of them. What's that thirty five
- 34:02a month? You know, little stuff like that. It all starts with
- 34:07budgeting. But if you don't use it what you're paying for it for,
- 34:09you know, right, if it ain't if it ain't beneficial, cut cut
- 34:14off anything that ain't beneficial, anyone that ain't beneficial, you know, and
- 34:21that and you'll start saving. Gotcha, gotcha? Gotcha? Well, I
- 34:28want to thank you for coming and sharing with us. Tonight. I would
- 34:32like to have you to come back when my questions get better, because there's
- 34:39a lot about financial literacy that I don't know just being young and just you
- 34:49know, being out there doing dumb stuff. You you you lack knowledge that
- 34:53you need to maintain these things. And it's important to have a situation like
- 35:00this so that we can you know, build and grow. Yeah, and
- 35:06when it when it comes to that, it's being around the right people too.
- 35:09You can't be the only one trying and then go around people that ain't
- 35:14trying. Then you start following into those bad habits and stuff. So you
- 35:19know, change change your circle, get around people. If if you want
- 35:23to be the next six figure person, you need to be hanging around six
- 35:29figuring there you need to be a seven figure person, you need to get
- 35:31in that circle. You know, if you don't smoke, but you hang
- 35:36around four people that smoke, nine times out of ten, you're gonna pick
- 35:39up that cigarette when you're sitting around them. Board, you know what I
- 35:42mean. So it's it's it's very important to start with that is discipline,
- 35:49budget and credit. This discipline, budget credit, start with those three things
- 35:54and it is life changing. How does the discipline. How how did you
- 36:00get disciplined? I'm still working on discipline, y'all. Don't get it twisted.
- 36:08I'm still working on discipline. But writing it down, making your day,
- 36:14you know what? Having like, like if you know what you're gonna
- 36:17do Tuesday and it's Monday, that that helps out instead of just running wild.
- 36:22You know what I mean? Go ahead, if your ex size for
- 36:25an hour, set that hour for that. If you study for our sister,
- 36:30you know, work for hour, whatever, Just just write it down,
- 36:34make it plain and stand on. Stand on business. You just got
- 36:37to stand on business. That's all. As to make it play, this
- 36:40is it. If you don't. If you don't stand on, who gonna
- 36:43stand on? Because if you lie to yourself, ain't nobody gonna believe you,
- 36:46especially if you're lying to yourself. So right, Well, again,
- 36:52this has been incredible and I would like to invite you to come back and
- 36:59speak on it more in depth. How can we reach you, like through
- 37:07social media and things of that nature. My Facebook link of course, my
- 37:13name Jared Ferguson on Facebook. All my social media name is my real name.
- 37:19You see you see the ball head mug a picture of my wife all
- 37:23my team. But like I say, please follow me on Facebook, contact
- 37:30info to that number that I gave you, and I can send y'all guys

- 37:39their bove answer. Would love to answer any questions. I would love to
- 37:43connect with everyone that have any questions curious about the opportunity, curious about credit
- 37:49debck, loans, financial need I'm your man. Okay. In the event
- 37:57that somebody has missed this broadcast, there's no need to fear. They can

- 38:07I tagged you so that they can get your phone number and all the information
- 38:13to get to you to get on the path for financial freedom. Again,
- 38:19I want to thank you for chatting with me tonight. It's been a privilege
- 38:24because I know I had made a post and you saw it and you was
- 38:28like, Okay, I want to I want to jump on. So I
- 38:30was like, you know, come on, let's listen. Yeah. I
- 38:36appreciate it because, like I said, when I seen it, I was
- 38:37like, I ain't never did no podcast before. Everything new to me.
- 38:40But if she want to learn, I'm I'm learning. So let's make this
- 38:45thing work. Partnership team up. I would love to come back anytime I
- 38:51could. I would actually have someone else on this time that's a little bit
- 38:57more experienced my mentor, so they can have any questions for me, I
- 39:00mean for you as well. We just like to spread the word, like
- 39:05if you won't listen, hey, we won't talk. We want to give
- 39:08it to you, you know, and and I want to give it back
- 39:13to you. Thank you for having this platform for us to spread the word.
- 39:20Everybody that joined, I appreciate y'all for the support. And like I
- 39:23say, man, let's let's do it. Let's get this word. Let's
- 39:27get discipline, budget credit in this neighborhood, in our in our neighborhoods,
- 39:34and everything would be all right. The title of my podcast is delayed,
- 39:40but not denied and deny. In a situation like this, I can easily
- 39:49say, you know, you may be delayed, but what's meant for you
- 39:53will never be denied unto you. So with that I bid everybody do and
- 40:00you have a wonderful night. Thank you, Oh mercy nursing me all things?
- 40:09Ain't what thing? You stupid enough? Where did all the blue Skys
- 40:16but boys, And as the wind that blows from the north and something sleep
- 40:24well, Mercy, Mercy me
