- 0:33Speaker 4: Yeah, we should have started that back in June.
- 0:36Speaker 1: We saw a whole nother month basically, two months of
- 0:38Speaker 1: summer summer?

- 0:41Speaker 5: Second? But still you know school's back soon.
- 0:43Speaker 2: No, oh, my God associated summer with school.
- 0:46Speaker 3: But it's not.
- 0:46Speaker 1: Summer is a calendar. It's a biblical to my set.
- 0:49Speaker 5: Summer not biblical.
- 0:51Speaker 3: It's been the Bible.
- 0:53Speaker 2: It's in the Yes, Brat summer is not in the
- 0:57Speaker 2: Bible mindset.
- 0:58Speaker 1: No, no, No, what I'm saying is summer is still summer.
- 1:01Speaker 3: For another.
- 1:01Speaker 1: We saw the two months basically of summer, and we
- 1:04Speaker 1: can make it brat because that's what's cool.
- 1:06Speaker 2: Now, tell me what a brad summer is, Tonya it's
- 1:09Speaker 2: like von Dutch.
- 1:10Speaker 1: It's like lime green slime, smell like sweat and cigarettes.
- 1:17Speaker 4: Yeah. It so nothing more opposite of you than that.
- 1:23Speaker 3: I know.
- 1:23Speaker 1: I mean I'm really having like a white color palette. Uh,
- 1:26Speaker 1: situation happening.
- 1:28Speaker 2: For now, Like cling girl Summer, You're not really Broad Summer.
- 1:31Speaker 3: I hope I want to be Broad Summer.
- 1:33Speaker 2: You don't.
- 1:34Speaker 3: Everybody is so cool.
- 1:35Speaker 5: Brad Summer is about accepting your imperfections while embracing the chaos.
- 1:39Speaker 5: That's what Charlie XCX says.
- 1:40Speaker 3: Oh really, that's not my thought.
- 1:42Speaker 2: That Ginger chan I swear I read that.
- 1:48Speaker 1: I'm like, uh, some website Glamour, can you look up
- 1:54Speaker 1: what is brad Summer?
- 1:55Speaker 5: I just did.
- 1:57Speaker 4: It's literally coined it. So that's who you. That's who
- 1:59Speaker 4: we're going to our info from.
- 2:00Speaker 2: On the breath.
- 2:01Speaker 5: Just like that girl who's a little messy and likes
- 2:03Speaker 5: to party and maybe says dumb things, sometimes feels herself
- 2:06Speaker 5: but maybe also has a breakdown, but kind of like
- 2:08Speaker 5: parties through it. It's very honest, very blunt, a little
- 2:11Speaker 5: volatile like those dumb things. But it's brat. You're brat.
- 2:14Speaker 5: That's brat.
- 2:14Speaker 3: Yeah, that's right. That's bratt.
- 2:20Speaker 4: All right.
- 2:20Speaker 2: Well, whatever you want to be. It can be your
- 2:23Speaker 2: whatever type of summer you want.
- 2:24Speaker 4: Tonya, thank you, braver. I think could be more as
- 2:29Speaker 4: bridal cling girl summer, but.
- 2:33Speaker 3: I really can't. Yeah, I just did the dance. I know.
- 2:35Speaker 3: It's like, I really can't help it.
- 2:36Speaker 1: It was leaving the house today and Robbie was like,
- 2:40Speaker 1: you're really into the white right now.
- 2:45Speaker 3: I've worn white on white.
- 2:47Speaker 5: By the way, why are you in a puffer vest?
- 2:49Speaker 5: It's ninety five degrees to.
- 2:51Speaker 3: Not inside this these are wearing.
- 2:54Speaker 5: It inside these four walls.
- 2:55Speaker 4: It's on your chair.
- 2:56Speaker 1: Thank you for reminding me because I met earlier.
- 3:00Speaker 2: It's actually insane.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, now I feel nice brat summer.
- 3:10Speaker 4: It's also visually not like I know exactly like I know,
- 3:16Speaker 4: it's not cool or clean.
- 3:18Speaker 2: It's like, it's not brown.
- 3:20Speaker 3: It's not clean girl. It's not barbiecore giving Melton.
- 3:24Speaker 5: It's giving an eight burbank right now. And you have
- 3:27Speaker 5: a puffery vest.
- 3:29Speaker 3: That's right, what's inside inside the studio?
- 3:31Speaker 5: You weren't wearing it until five seconds.
- 3:35Speaker 2: You're not that cold.
- 3:36Speaker 1: I'm pretty chilly, not cold enough that you did that
- 3:39Speaker 1: on your own accord though, right brat summer.
- 3:43Speaker 3: I do what I want, all right, you guys cigarettes.
- 3:48Speaker 1: I can't even feel like slimey with green slime. I
- 3:53Speaker 1: do feel like my voice has changed ever since my sickness.
- 3:55Speaker 1: I like cannot get my voice back.
- 3:57Speaker 2: You just your voice has sounded fine until this moment
- 4:01Speaker 2: right now.
- 4:03Speaker 1: Yes, no, I feel like it's been like horse for
- 4:05Speaker 1: two weeks.
- 4:06Speaker 3: Now, screaming brat summer. And you know my voice has
- 4:12Speaker 3: been different. I did notice on earlier in the week.
- 4:15Speaker 3: I noticed that earlier. This week sounds better, Yeah, sounds
- 4:19Speaker 3: better today.
- 4:20Speaker 4: You know those girls that like, like I'm and they're like,
- 4:24Speaker 4: I don't want to use my voice, but they love
- 4:26Speaker 4: how it sounds.
- 4:27Speaker 3: Yeah, that's you. I don't mind it.
- 4:30Speaker 1: If this is the new me, then here, but totally normal.
- 4:34Speaker 3: It's just a little deeper. It's a little horser.
- 4:37Speaker 2: Think you just clear your throat and get some back.
- 4:42Speaker 3: Just sound nice for our guest.
- 4:44Speaker 4: Yeah, we do have a guest. Yeah, and I'm very
- 4:47Speaker 4: excited to talk to her. We have Beckamore joining us.
- 4:50Speaker 4: She is a TikTok creator. She has like a bunch
- 4:54Speaker 4: of ratings on TikTok. This is kind of how she
- 4:57Speaker 4: got popular rating her creepy d MS thing. She is
- 5:01Speaker 4: known on TikTok for all these like funny ratings she does.
- 5:04Speaker 4: So it's like rating my creepy dms that time of
- 5:09Speaker 4: baseball player flew me out to meet him, Like all
- 5:12Speaker 4: these dating stories. She would like contact. If girls were like,
- 5:16Speaker 4: I think my boyfriend's cheating on me, she would DM
- 5:19Speaker 4: them the boy to try and catfish and she'd just
- 5:22Speaker 4: be like high hi, and they'd respond and then she'd
- 5:24Speaker 4: be like, oh, like you go to this college and
- 5:26Speaker 4: then if you cheated, she'd expose him on TikTok.
- 5:29Speaker 5: Wow.
- 5:30Speaker 3: Yeah savage. So she also has her own podcast.
- 5:34Speaker 4: She has her own podcast and it's called for the
- 5:37Speaker 4: Girls with Becca Moore, and that is because she is
- 5:41Speaker 4: for the girls. She's always been for the girls. But
- 5:43Speaker 4: she's really for the girls because she is dating a
- 5:46Speaker 4: friend of our show and a beverage whom we love.
- 5:49Speaker 5: We had her on with Seacrest. I did not realize
- 5:51Speaker 5: that until this moment.
- 5:53Speaker 3: Oh this is the girl. Yes, oh wow, Yeah, we
- 5:56Speaker 3: had her on the morning show, oh.
- 5:57Speaker 5: Doing the thing where people think her boyfriends so she
- 6:00Speaker 5: would each out to them. Yes, we had her on
- 6:02Speaker 5: for this very reason.
- 6:05Speaker 3: Did you look up the name?
- 6:06Speaker 2: Yeah, Oh wow, it's like Ryan's Roses.
- 6:09Speaker 3: Yeah, Oh my gosh, that's so funny.
- 6:11Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 6:12Speaker 4: And then we went to a the Era's tour with
- 6:15Speaker 4: her in a group with Mermaid Hair, and she was
- 6:18Speaker 4: there with her friend and so we had that bonding
- 6:20Speaker 4: experience as well.
- 6:21Speaker 2: And she's so cute.
- 6:23Speaker 4: And now she's back for more, and she's she's back
- 6:26Speaker 4: for more with beccam Moore.
- 6:27Speaker 3: Back for more with Beca more. Let's we can't say
- 6:30Speaker 3: anything else. Let's bring her.
- 6:31Speaker 2: Yeah, let's bring her in. Welcome Beckham.
- 6:37Speaker 3: We are so excited to have you. I'm so excited
- 6:39Speaker 3: to be here. I love you. Guys. We went to
- 6:41Speaker 3: the eras towards we were just talking about this. But
- 6:44Speaker 3: back then I stay, yeah, I mean, let's jump right
- 6:48Speaker 3: into it, because I feel like that.
- 6:50Speaker 4: I remember being on the bus together and you were
- 6:53Speaker 4: talking about someone like up in San Francisco, and I
- 6:57Speaker 4: can't remember what the thing was. He wanted you to
- 6:59Speaker 4: come up there, but you didn't know if you were
- 7:00Speaker 4: into him. I can't remember what the story was.
- 7:02Speaker 3: Well, we were kind of dating. We had gone on
- 7:04Speaker 3: a date. We met on a dating app and I
- 7:07Speaker 3: was really into him, and he was visiting La for work,
- 7:12Speaker 3: and he like we had like a crazy strong connection.
- 7:16Speaker 3: But then he like that was it. We went on
- 7:18Speaker 3: a good date and then I was like, am I
- 7:20Speaker 3: is he going to bring me to San Francisco?
- 7:21Speaker 2: Like what do I do?
- 7:22Speaker 3: And then you guys were helping me, like craft a
- 7:24Speaker 3: text to be like I miss you or something, and
- 7:27Speaker 3: then we did date for a couple of months, but
- 7:29Speaker 3: then the distance was too hard.
- 7:31Speaker 1: Yeah, so that was what last year in August?
- 7:36Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, that was August. And then a year ago,
- 7:39Speaker 3: literally a year ago, Oh my god, that's crazy. And
- 7:40Speaker 3: then I met Shannon in I think, Well we kept talking.
- 7:44Speaker 3: Me and that man dated until I think like he
- 7:49Speaker 3: wasn't like a backup, but we broke up. Broke up
- 7:51Speaker 3: in like November, and then I met Shannon, and I
- 7:54Speaker 3: remember being like I'm never gonna date a guy again.
- 7:57Speaker 3: Like I was like, I like, wait, really, I don't know.
- 8:01Speaker 3: I was just kidding, like I was just saying that,
- 8:03Speaker 3: you know, like I don't know. I was like, I
- 8:04Speaker 3: need a break from dating. And then I met Shannon
- 8:06Speaker 3: like three weeks later at the music video shoot, and
- 8:08Speaker 3: I was like, maybe I'll just get a girl I
- 8:10Speaker 3: don't know.
- 8:11Speaker 2: Okay, So here's my question.
- 8:13Speaker 4: Because I've listened to your podcast, I've heard the story
- 8:16Speaker 4: of how you met Shannon. But I want you to
- 8:18Speaker 4: go through that day again and meeting Shannon, and then
- 8:22Speaker 4: I have some follow up questions. Okay, inspector gadget over here.
- 8:26Speaker 3: So I met her at the music video shoot, and
- 8:29Speaker 3: she like wouldn't give me the time of day. I
- 8:31Speaker 3: had never liked a girl before, like I've never I
- 8:34Speaker 3: mean a music video shoot. It was for Zolita, her
- 8:37Speaker 3: song Oh my God, Queen of It's Queen of Hearts
- 8:40Speaker 3: or something.
- 8:40Speaker 4: Okay, Okayla is Shannon's roommate.
- 8:44Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, but I didn't know this. So I show
- 8:48Speaker 3: up and all of a sudden, I was attracted to Shannon.
- 8:50Speaker 3: I was really confused. So I was like, what the
- 8:53Speaker 3: hell is going on? And she like wouldn't make eye
- 8:56Speaker 3: contact with me, like I couldn't get her attention. I
- 8:59Speaker 3: was like, what do I do? So then she comes
- 9:01Speaker 3: over to us and she was like she was a
- 9:02Speaker 3: creative director and she was like, hi, guys, has anyone
- 9:05Speaker 3: here been in a music video before? And I was like,
- 9:09Speaker 3: oh my god, I have, and I was trying to
- 9:11Speaker 3: like let her know that, like I was like in
- 9:12Speaker 3: with the lesbians, Like I wanted her to think that
- 9:15Speaker 3: I like knew leslians. So I was like, I, actually
- 9:19Speaker 3: it was in this LGBT music video with Fletcher. I
- 9:24Speaker 3: don't know if you did you know that? D No,
- 9:29Speaker 3: I didn't know anything. I don't know. I'm so mad
- 9:32Speaker 3: at myself realized it's so bad. Do you know this story,
- 9:34Speaker 3: Becca or no?
- 9:36Speaker 2: I just saw your TikTok about this.
- 9:38Speaker 3: I just finally told the story last night because I've
- 9:40Speaker 3: been like omitting that part of the story because it's embarrassing.
- 9:43Speaker 3: But it's not embarrassing if you didn't know. Yeah, I
- 9:45Speaker 3: literally did not know. What are the odds of me
- 9:48Speaker 3: bringing up Fletcher with Shannon Beverage in our first sentence?
- 9:52Speaker 3: Finally I got her attention to so everything was like
- 9:55Speaker 3: riding on this one like interaction, and I messed it
- 9:57Speaker 3: up somehow. I was like, yeah, I was in Fletcher's
- 10:00Speaker 3: music video. She was so cool, she was so awesome.
- 10:02Speaker 3: It was so fun hanging out with her all day.
- 10:04Speaker 3: And then she like let me talk for a while,
- 10:07Speaker 3: she like let me go on with my story, and
- 10:09Speaker 3: I thought she was like really into it. But then
- 10:11Speaker 3: she was like, so that is my ex girlfriend and
- 10:16Speaker 3: we I don't even know. So then I was like,
- 10:19Speaker 3: I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry. And then she didn't
- 10:23Speaker 3: talk to me for the rest of the day and
- 10:25Speaker 3: I got to get her attention. I kept going up
- 10:27Speaker 3: to her and being like, I'm so sorry, so sorry,
- 10:29Speaker 3: and she kept being like, it's fine and I don't
- 10:31Speaker 3: care that much, like it seems like you really care,
- 10:34Speaker 3: and she thought, okay, So that made her think I
- 10:37Speaker 3: was straight because I didn't know their like lore, like
- 10:40Speaker 3: I didn't know, Yeah.
- 10:41Speaker 4: That is pretty straight though not knowing about I.
- 10:44Speaker 3: Didn't know anything. I so I googled her in the
- 10:46Speaker 3: back because I started telling everyone what I had just done,
- 10:48Speaker 3: not the shoot, and they were like, that is Shannon Bedbridge.
- 10:50Speaker 3: I don't know if Shannon Beverage is. And I googled
- 10:53Speaker 3: her in the bathroom and then I found out and
- 10:55Speaker 3: I felt terrible and I decided I was in love
- 10:58Speaker 3: with her from like her social media, like I thought
- 11:00Speaker 3: she was so hot and it made me want her
- 11:02Speaker 3: even more that like she didn't like me that day
- 11:05Speaker 3: at all, so but she thought she just thought it
- 11:06Speaker 3: was straight, like she didn't know and then yeah, and
- 11:10Speaker 3: then I messaged her. I was like, I think got
- 11:13Speaker 3: because she posted this is after then after this ship. Yeah,
- 11:16Speaker 3: it hadn't talked. I mean she like came up to
- 11:19Speaker 3: me and like asked me a question, but it was
- 11:21Speaker 3: like pointless, like it was not flirty.
- 11:24Speaker 4: And was she flirty or giving attention to anybody else
- 11:28Speaker 4: on set or was she just very much she was
- 11:30Speaker 4: just like.
- 11:30Speaker 3: In her own zone, except I saw her on Rya,
- 11:33Speaker 3: Like I saw over her shoulder that she was on ride,
- 11:34Speaker 3: so I knew she was single, so I thought I
- 11:36Speaker 3: would could get in, you know, so I down't well
- 11:38Speaker 3: already had Rya, but I changed my Riya to girls
- 11:42Speaker 3: literally that day, and I started looking for her. And
- 11:44Speaker 3: I would run out of swipes every single day looking
- 11:47Speaker 3: for Shannon. But it turns out her like age limit
- 11:50Speaker 3: was set to twenty seven and I'm twenty six. Oh,
- 11:52Speaker 3: so I was never gonna find her. Yeah you cross
- 11:56Speaker 3: that literally ever so but then I she posted a
- 11:59Speaker 3: Q and A on her Instagram a few days later
- 12:01Speaker 3: and it was like, asked me questions about relationships for
- 12:04Speaker 3: my podcast, So I asked. I was like, I'm going
- 12:07Speaker 3: to say, what do I do if I think I'm
- 12:08Speaker 3: in love with you, which I thought was funny, like
- 12:11Speaker 3: obviously I'm not actually in love with her, but she
- 12:13Speaker 3: didn't answer it.
- 12:14Speaker 1: So I was like, this girlings I'm crazy, like crazy,
- 12:17Speaker 1: I bring up her ex girlfriend and then I told
- 12:19Speaker 1: her I was in love with her, and then she
- 12:20Speaker 1: didn't answer, and so then I gave up because it
- 12:24Speaker 1: was like she obviously doesn't like she's creeped out by me,
- 12:26Speaker 1: like that was weird of me, like everything I did.
- 12:28Speaker 3: And then my manager butt dialed her. My manager knew
- 12:31Speaker 3: her because my manager had managed her like years before,
- 12:34Speaker 3: and she told me after because I was telling everyone
- 12:36Speaker 3: like in my life, I was like, guys, I like
- 12:38Speaker 3: a girl. Now it's this girl. And then my manager
- 12:40Speaker 3: was like, oh my god, I used to manage Shannon,
- 12:41Speaker 3: and I was like, oh my god, you're so lucky.
- 12:43Speaker 3: Tell her I'm in love with her. She's like, I'm
- 12:45Speaker 3: never going to see her again. But she butt dialed
- 12:47Speaker 3: her like a week later, like my manager randomly butt
- 12:50Speaker 3: dialed Shannon, which is crazy, like I feel like it's
- 12:55Speaker 3: the universe helping me out. But she was like, oh
- 12:57Speaker 3: my god, I was trying to call my dad can
- 13:01Speaker 3: but do you know Becka more Chan was like, yeah,
- 13:04Speaker 3: I met that girl at the shoe and she was like, well,
- 13:08Speaker 3: Becka is like in love with you, like she keeps
- 13:09Speaker 3: talking about you. And she was like what like she
- 13:13Speaker 3: swore to god, she did not see my DM like
- 13:15Speaker 3: she swears, So I don't know if I believe her
- 13:16Speaker 3: in the question box thing, Yeah, she see it. So
- 13:19Speaker 3: then she DMed me, well, was she following you? Yeah?
- 13:22Speaker 3: Because I followed. She was the only one I followed
- 13:24Speaker 3: from the shoe, so she should have known.
- 13:26Speaker 1: Because the thing is, when when I like people that
- 13:29Speaker 1: I follow like show up, it shows about the top.
- 13:32Speaker 3: So I don't really know if I believe her. I
- 13:34Speaker 3: feel I know, I feel like she was just like
- 13:36Speaker 3: trying to make me feel better. So but then she
- 13:38Speaker 3: DMed me and then I got scared. I was like, okay,
- 13:41Speaker 3: now it feels like too serious. So I didn't answer
- 13:45Speaker 3: for a week and then I finally answered her.
- 13:46Speaker 2: What did she DM you?
- 13:48Speaker 3: She just replied to like one of my stories. It
- 13:49Speaker 3: was like you have like just like joking about something
- 13:53Speaker 3: I posted. But I was like I don't know now,
- 13:56Speaker 3: like I don't know if I want to come talk
- 13:58Speaker 3: to a girl because I felt like I finally got her,
- 14:00Speaker 3: you know, and I was like.
- 14:01Speaker 4: Yeah, well, I was gonna ask if you if that's
- 14:04Speaker 4: how you dated guys, like if if it was like
- 14:06Speaker 4: if you got there like you liked the chase, and
- 14:08Speaker 4: then as soon as you got their attention where you
- 14:10Speaker 4: kind of like okay.
- 14:13Speaker 3: Yeah, I think I'm kind of like avoidant, like I
- 14:17Speaker 3: got interesting. Yeah, very avoidant. I love I mean just
- 14:20Speaker 3: getting into my like mental self. I don't know, but
- 14:24Speaker 3: like I think, yeah, once I have someone, but then
- 14:28Speaker 3: like she's so sweet that it like won me over,
- 14:31Speaker 3: and I'm like, now I feel more secure in our relationship.
- 14:34Speaker 3: But like, definitely in the beginning, I was like kind
- 14:36Speaker 3: of playing a little bit, like I was like, I
- 14:38Speaker 3: don't know if I really like her, so I'm just
- 14:39Speaker 3: gonna like talk to her for I would like say,
- 14:41Speaker 3: I'm just gonna like reply to this one, and then
- 14:43Speaker 3: she would say something funny and then I'd like, fine,
- 14:45Speaker 3: I'll reply to one more. And then she obviously won
- 14:47Speaker 3: me over and I love her now. So yeah, I
- 14:50Speaker 3: think because I don't think I could like fathom the
- 14:52Speaker 3: fact that I actually had romantic feel like I really
- 14:55Speaker 3: liked a girl and I wasn't just like being fun,
- 14:58Speaker 3: Like I don't know what I thought in the beginning.
- 15:19Speaker 4: Did you ever have any Cause when I look back,
- 15:22Speaker 4: I never had romantic feelings like I had.
- 15:25Speaker 2: For Haley before.
- 15:27Speaker 4: But I look back on certain things and I'm like, oh,
- 15:30Speaker 4: maybe that was a crush on a girl, or like
- 15:32Speaker 4: maybe that was like a crush, but I just I I.
- 15:38Speaker 2: What's the word I'm looking for? Like excuse it? Almost
- 15:40Speaker 2: as like, oh, I just have like a girl crush,
- 15:43Speaker 2: but not if that makes sense.
- 15:46Speaker 3: Do you have any of those? Or was oh, okay,
- 15:48Speaker 3: you do well? Shannon was definitely the first one that
- 15:51Speaker 3: I was like, Okay, I want to be like physical too.
- 15:54Speaker 2: Yes, but I.
- 15:55Speaker 3: Definitely had like codependent friendship where like we were like
- 15:59Speaker 3: I would get we would get mad at each other
- 16:01Speaker 3: if we had a boyfriend, like we hated each other's
- 16:03Speaker 3: boyfriends and we had to hang out. Like I remember
- 16:06Speaker 3: like crying one time on Valentine's Day because of my
- 16:09Speaker 3: best friend Kenzie, like she wanted to hang out with
- 16:11Speaker 3: her boyfriend and not me, And I'm like, that's not straight.
- 16:15Speaker 3: I think that's not normal. But but also but also
- 16:23Speaker 3: like I think it's hard for me to even like
- 16:25Speaker 3: admit that right now, because I'm like, I don't want
- 16:28Speaker 3: anyone in my life, like previously, to think that I
- 16:33Speaker 3: don't want any of my friends to think that I
- 16:34Speaker 3: was like in love with them, you know, because I
- 16:36Speaker 3: don't think I was. I wasn't attracted to like really
- 16:39Speaker 3: feminine girls, but like Shannon is the type of girl
- 16:42Speaker 3: that I would have gone for if I had met
- 16:45Speaker 3: one like her sooner because I lived in Ohio in
- 16:47Speaker 3: Nashville my whole life, so I wasn't around a lot
- 16:50Speaker 3: of lesbians or lesbians that were out.
- 16:53Speaker 2: But yeah, I know.
- 16:54Speaker 4: And I think Shannon that's why Shannon became so loved
- 17:00Speaker 4: in the community is because I think girls saw her
- 17:03Speaker 4: and all of a sudden, like I both my younger
- 17:05Speaker 4: sisters are gay, and they were both like Shannon was
- 17:08Speaker 4: such a like made me think, oh I could be
- 17:11Speaker 4: gay and I could like someone that isn't you know,
- 17:15Speaker 4: like if I think they saw themselves in her and
- 17:18Speaker 4: they were like, oh, that could be me, And I
- 17:20Speaker 4: think she had that a lot of people had that
- 17:22Speaker 4: experience because of Shannon. And I think that it's so
- 17:25Speaker 4: funny that you went, like to that video shoot, which
- 17:28Speaker 4: was predominantly.
- 17:32Speaker 2: Yeah, I like, you only know this girl.
- 17:34Speaker 3: I had no idea. Well, I because my tagline on
- 17:38Speaker 3: TikTok was like for the girls, not the guys. So
- 17:40Speaker 3: they asked me to be in it just because just
- 17:43Speaker 3: like say that tagline and be like for the girls,
- 17:45Speaker 3: not the guys. And I didn't realize that I was
- 17:49Speaker 3: the only like straight one. Yeah, I thought I was straight.
- 17:52Speaker 3: So I think all those girls kind of helped me
- 17:55Speaker 3: too throughout the day because they were like, if you
- 17:57Speaker 3: like Shannon, because all day I was like, how do
- 17:59Speaker 3: I get Shannon like me? Guys And they're like, you
- 18:01Speaker 3: know you're by right, like you're definitely bisexual, and I
- 18:04Speaker 3: was like, no, no, no, I'm not. You guys are
- 18:06Speaker 3: I'm not? Because I got like it was just fun
- 18:09Speaker 3: like I thought I was joking, Yeah, but I wasn't
- 18:11Speaker 3: joking now looking at but yeah, she but Shannon does
- 18:14Speaker 3: have that effect on people, like I feel like you
- 18:16Speaker 3: can see yourself in Shannon because she's so girl next
- 18:18Speaker 3: door and she like she's not what you think of
- 18:22Speaker 3: when you think of like a stereotypical like I don't know,
- 18:26Speaker 3: like definitely is going on stereotyps, but like they're you
- 18:29Speaker 3: just I don't know. I think there needs me more
- 18:31Speaker 3: representation because she looks so like she could be anyone
- 18:34Speaker 3: like your sister, like your fat I don't know. She
- 18:37Speaker 3: looks like, I guess a normal girl and not so
- 18:39Speaker 3: Lesbians aren't normal, you know what I mean.
- 18:43Speaker 4: There's a stereotype, there's a stereotyper, and I think there's
- 18:46Speaker 4: people it's like based on how you present. And sometimes
- 18:50Speaker 4: if you saw something your whole life that represented what
- 18:53Speaker 4: a lesbian is, you're like, oh, I'm not necessarily tracked
- 18:55Speaker 4: to that. And then you see someone like Shannon who's
- 18:58Speaker 4: kind of rides that line of femuline femalin, feminine and.
- 19:02Speaker 1: Masculine, kind of good femuline femulin, and it kind of
- 19:11Speaker 1: makes you go like, Okay, I get I could be there.
- 19:14Speaker 2: I think I am into girls.
- 19:16Speaker 3: Yeah, it was hard though, being like am I just
- 19:21Speaker 3: do I actually like her? Or do I just like
- 19:24Speaker 3: her as a friend. It's like that thing again where
- 19:25Speaker 3: I'm like, am I obsessed with Kenzie the girl that
- 19:28Speaker 3: I was best friends with? Or do I like like her?
- 19:31Speaker 3: Like I don't know. But then I kind of just
- 19:34Speaker 3: had to like be like, well, do I want to
- 19:36Speaker 3: keep do I want to make out with her, Yes,
- 19:38Speaker 3: obviously I want to make out with her. Then I
- 19:40Speaker 3: like her, you know. Yeah, it was just hard to
- 19:41Speaker 3: come to terms with that. When I grew up also
- 19:44Speaker 3: was just scared of like what people. I kept it
- 19:46Speaker 3: a secret even from my family for like six months.
- 19:48Speaker 2: Oh wow, six months? What about your friends who knew
- 19:52Speaker 2: about it?
- 19:53Speaker 3: Only my LA friends knew because I obviously was bringing
- 19:56Speaker 3: her around and like telling them. I mean, I broke
- 19:59Speaker 3: the news in all my groups with my friends being like, guys,
- 20:01Speaker 3: I like a girl like that day, and I because
- 20:03Speaker 3: I was just so embarrassed about the story that had
- 20:05Speaker 3: just had, like the Fletcher thing, So I obviously texted
- 20:07Speaker 3: all of them because I needed their like I wanted
- 20:09Speaker 3: them to make me feel better. And I never like
- 20:13Speaker 3: came out to like my friends really like I just
- 20:16Speaker 3: kind of was like, guys, I like this girl and
- 20:18Speaker 3: she's so hot. And then all my friends were, even
- 20:20Speaker 3: my O high friends are all like ha ha, Becca,
- 20:22Speaker 3: you need to like redeem your like no one, they
- 20:25Speaker 3: weren't taking me seriously in the beginning because it was
- 20:27Speaker 3: like a joke kind of and then as time went on,
- 20:30Speaker 3: it was just kind of like a slow. They were like, okay, yeah,
- 20:33Speaker 3: Becca likes this girl. Once we me and Shannon started dating,
- 20:36Speaker 3: they were very easy to come out to my family.
- 20:39Speaker 3: I kind of did have to do like the sit down,
- 20:41Speaker 3: and I like surprised them. They thought I was like
- 20:44Speaker 3: pregnant or something because I was crying when I told them.
- 20:46Speaker 3: I was like, oh, I could tell you something. And
- 20:48Speaker 3: it was a little bit more dramatic than my friends.
- 20:51Speaker 3: But yeah, it took me a long time. Even though
- 20:54Speaker 3: I thought that like coming out would be like so
- 20:57Speaker 3: lighthearted now like on the internet, I mean, that was
- 21:00Speaker 3: a different story. But I thought that it would be
- 21:02Speaker 3: really lighthearted and like everyone would be like who cares,
- 21:05Speaker 3: it's twenty twenty four. But then I did it, and
- 21:07Speaker 3: like it's a lot more permanent than I thought, Like
- 21:10Speaker 3: I think, what is that? What do you mean permanent?
- 21:12Speaker 3: Like it feels like I'm just scared that everyone will
- 21:16Speaker 3: think that I went crazy and like I'm wearing a
- 21:19Speaker 3: scarlet letter. Yeah that's how I feel, But I don't know.
- 21:22Speaker 3: I had to like, oh that, like it's just been
- 21:24Speaker 3: like a crazy week or two weeks of people being
- 21:27Speaker 3: like sometimes I'm just getting like weird dms that are
- 21:30Speaker 3: like I don't know that are like Bible stuff. Oh yeah,
- 21:34Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 21:35Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I get a lot of those two.
- 21:37Speaker 3: Yeah. Wait, what was it like when you came out?
- 21:40Speaker 3: Was it?
- 21:41Speaker 4: Well? I think we work together for four years, so
- 21:45Speaker 4: I had a lot of time to like really prepare
- 21:47Speaker 4: and process, you know what.
- 21:49Speaker 3: Yeah, that's what to expect.
- 21:50Speaker 4: In terms of the response from like public. But all
- 21:53Speaker 4: my friends knew basically the day after I kissed her.
- 21:57Speaker 2: Yeah, they all, I told them all.
- 21:58Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 21:58Speaker 4: I was just like, my sisters lived with me, which
- 22:01Speaker 4: that was nice because I had I knew I had
- 22:03Speaker 4: their support. But I come from a very like Southern
- 22:06Speaker 4: Christian background, so.
- 22:09Speaker 2: The family part was really hard and challenging.
- 22:12Speaker 4: And then I was just like not ready to have
- 22:15Speaker 4: it be public, and I wasn't prepared to deal with
- 22:19Speaker 4: getting d MS about the Bible and what you know.
- 22:21Speaker 4: I just like wasn't ready for that. And so when
- 22:24Speaker 4: we came out, I was totally prepared.
- 22:27Speaker 3: So I was.
- 22:28Speaker 4: Ready for anything and everything. And I was also I
- 22:31Speaker 4: knew I had my support system. Everyone knew, and I
- 22:34Speaker 4: was just kind of ready to not have to because
- 22:36Speaker 4: we talked, we talked about me being in a relationship
- 22:38Speaker 4: on the podcast, but we never said pronouns and it
- 22:41Speaker 4: was so hard.
- 22:41Speaker 3: So four years were like, and what are you doing
- 22:45Speaker 3: this weekend? Are you in said person? Going to dinner?
- 22:51Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 22:51Speaker 3: Why did people kind of know?
- 22:53Speaker 2: Or was it?
- 22:53Speaker 4: Yeah? People knew and they were so wonderful because everyone
- 22:59Speaker 4: let me do it my own time.
- 23:00Speaker 6: You know.
- 23:00Speaker 4: There was and then if we if we Haley and
- 23:03Speaker 4: I were out and I met someone like who listened
- 23:05Speaker 4: to the podcast, I would inter I'd be like, this
- 23:06Speaker 4: is my girlfriend Haley. I never hit her in that
- 23:09Speaker 4: way because I never wanted it to be I never
- 23:13Speaker 4: wanted her to feel hidden. It was just private. I
- 23:15Speaker 4: wasn't ready, so it was I don't I get what
- 23:19Speaker 4: you're saying. But I didn't do it as fast as
- 23:21Speaker 4: you did, so I had a lot more time to
- 23:22Speaker 4: kind of prep myself. And I think that I know
- 23:26Speaker 4: what you're talking about the permanence of it. And then
- 23:28Speaker 4: people would be like, I didn't know you were a lesbian,
- 23:29Speaker 4: and I'm like, well, I don't really identify as a lesbian.
- 23:31Speaker 3: But that's what I meant when I said the permanent thing.
- 23:33Speaker 3: I'm like, I don't want people to like I still
- 23:36Speaker 3: had relationships with guys in the past, and I think
- 23:39Speaker 3: I don't want like people to think that, like I
- 23:41Speaker 3: never liked any guy that right, right, Like I'm definitely
- 23:44Speaker 3: by which right? Like do you feel like now?
- 23:46Speaker 1: Like people say like, oh, you're bisexual, and then but
- 23:48Speaker 1: you're like, well maybe I'm maybe I'm fully lesbian, maybe
- 23:52Speaker 1: I'm st like you just don't know.
- 23:54Speaker 3: I know, I don't even think what when people like
- 23:58Speaker 3: I don't even think I fit into like bisex, so
- 24:00Speaker 3: I just feel like I just like a girl, Like
- 24:01Speaker 3: I feel like, I mean, obviously I am technically bisexual,
- 24:04Speaker 3: but like that makes it feel like half and half,
- 24:06Speaker 3: Like I don't know, I feel like going back and forth,
- 24:10Speaker 3: you know where I'm like, I don't know what my
- 24:12Speaker 3: sexuality is like and why I do I have to
- 24:14Speaker 3: have you know.
- 24:15Speaker 2: You really don't.
- 24:15Speaker 4: And I think for some people the label so important
- 24:18Speaker 4: because they live with it for so long that being
- 24:20Speaker 4: able to say, like I'm a lesbian or I'm bisexual
- 24:22Speaker 4: feels like freeing. And I think I felt the same
- 24:25Speaker 4: way as you, as like I don't like being put
- 24:27Speaker 4: in a box. I don't want to have to label
- 24:29Speaker 4: myself or give an answer to this. But because what
- 24:32Speaker 4: I was like in my mind, I'm like, I fell
- 24:34Speaker 4: in love with Haley, and that's what I know that
- 24:36Speaker 4: you know, I know, I know that I'm attracted to men,
- 24:38Speaker 4: But like, will I want to date a man again
- 24:42Speaker 4: if Haley and I don't work out, I don't know.
- 24:43Speaker 4: But that's not even in my focus right now because
- 24:47Speaker 4: I fell in love with Haley and that's who I'm with.
- 24:49Speaker 2: So I I totally wit this whole.
- 24:52Speaker 4: Thing that you're going through. And now I kind of
- 24:54Speaker 4: just I don't care, like say whatever you want. I'm
- 24:57Speaker 4: in love with this person and that's what it is. Yeah.
- 25:00Speaker 3: People keep asking me, so when you guys break up,
- 25:02Speaker 3: they'll say, like, when you guys break up, you're going
- 25:05Speaker 3: to go back to men, And I'm like what, And
- 25:07Speaker 3: we're dating and currently we are dating like we love
- 25:10Speaker 3: each other. Yeah, I'm not thinking about like who I'm
- 25:13Speaker 3: going to date next, right, I don't know, Like and
- 25:15Speaker 3: she even asked me that too, She's like, are you
- 25:17Speaker 3: going to date girls like forever now? And I was like, wait, what,
- 25:20Speaker 3: we're literally dating?
- 25:21Speaker 4: Shit?
- 25:22Speaker 3: Why I hope?
- 25:25Speaker 5: I know.
- 25:25Speaker 4: It's it's a It's interesting because I think when you like,
- 25:31Speaker 4: if someone is presumed and you yourself, presume that you're
- 25:34Speaker 4: straight forever, and then you fall in love with someone
- 25:37Speaker 4: and it's different than what people expected from you. They
- 25:40Speaker 4: like need an answer about that, and you don't owe
- 25:42Speaker 4: them that, you know, And I think that you being
- 25:45Speaker 4: able to fall in love with a girl and process it,
- 25:48Speaker 4: and also it's still pretty new for you and like
- 25:51Speaker 4: to be able to process it and you're kind of
- 25:53Speaker 4: doing it in real time.
- 25:54Speaker 2: With people, it's going to be really helpful for a
- 25:56Speaker 2: lot of people.
- 25:57Speaker 4: And I also think that it's hard and to like
- 25:59Speaker 4: give yourself grace because I don't think it's I don't
- 26:01Speaker 4: think it's a I know, it's easy to be like
- 26:04Speaker 4: it's twenty twenty four, it's not a big deal anymore.
- 26:06Speaker 4: Everyone's you know, people should be comfortable, and they should.
- 26:10Speaker 4: But I think as a personal thing, it is such
- 26:12Speaker 4: a big deal, and it's such a big deal that
- 26:13Speaker 4: you are public with it.
- 26:14Speaker 2: So I hope you feel really proud of yourself.
- 26:16Speaker 3: Because it's so see I do.
- 26:18Speaker 4: I think that it's a big deal and you did
- 26:20Speaker 4: it way faster than I did.
- 26:22Speaker 3: But you really were like one of the people that
- 26:25Speaker 3: paved the way for me. Like I thought, like, oh
- 26:27Speaker 3: my god, I'm not kidding you were. I loved watching
- 26:29Speaker 3: your story. Obviously, I watched both of your seasons as
- 26:33Speaker 3: the Bachelor. I loved it, and then watching like I
- 26:37Speaker 3: kind of like saw at first of all, you have
- 26:38Speaker 3: the same name, but like I did like see myself
- 26:41Speaker 3: and you, and especially coming from I mean, my family
- 26:45Speaker 3: isn't conservative, but like I came from Ohio and then
- 26:48Speaker 3: I lived in Nashville, So yeah, I think that like
- 26:53Speaker 3: if I had more representation like you, Like I was
- 26:56Speaker 3: really excited when I saw you come out, and I
- 26:58Speaker 3: don't think I knew why. Maybe I should have known why,
- 27:00Speaker 3: Like maybe I knew deep down like I could be
- 27:03Speaker 3: attracted to girls. But I do think that the more
- 27:06Speaker 3: people that do just like fall in love with the
- 27:10Speaker 3: same sex and like just tell everyone and they didn't
- 27:13Speaker 3: expect it, but it's whatever. I think that will help
- 27:16Speaker 3: a lot more people, because I think the world is
- 27:18Speaker 3: just more fun if you don't like put yourself in
- 27:20Speaker 3: a box of like, oh I'm straight, I can only
- 27:22Speaker 3: date this gender, you know, Like I feel like what
- 27:25Speaker 3: if you just like what such?
- 27:26Speaker 1: Like it's so it's so crazy to me that you
- 27:29Speaker 1: get asked these questions and it's like if somebody dm
- 27:32Speaker 1: me and was like if you and Robbie don't work out,
- 27:34Speaker 1: like who are you gonna date next?
- 27:35Speaker 3: Normal? Like go kick rocks? Like what are you talking about?
- 27:40Speaker 2: Like straight people don't have to do that, yea, stuff
- 27:43Speaker 2: like that.
- 27:44Speaker 3: I don't know, and there's so much pressure on like
- 27:47Speaker 3: oh my god, Like I'm.
- 27:48Speaker 1: Like why, Like I like they like asking you like
- 27:51Speaker 1: are you gonna have kids?
- 27:52Speaker 3: Like yeah, like how are you gonna have?
- 27:55Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 27:55Speaker 3: I'm like I'm literally twenty six. I don't know. I
- 27:58Speaker 3: feel like I'm I'm seventeen. I have idea. All I
- 28:02Speaker 3: know is I love her and who cares?
- 28:03Speaker 2: Why is it?
- 28:04Speaker 4: Like?
- 28:04Speaker 3: Also, I do feel like a certain like not to
- 28:07Speaker 3: call my family and some of my old old friends out,
- 28:10Speaker 3: but like I do feel a little bit of coldness
- 28:12Speaker 3: from like certain members of my family, and that is
- 28:16Speaker 3: kind of that has been painful. But then when I
- 28:20Speaker 3: think about it, like a bird's eye but also okay,
- 28:23Speaker 3: I'm like backshocking, but I do kind of have to
- 28:25Speaker 3: give them grace because it took me a long time
- 28:28Speaker 3: to like forgive myself and be like okay, fine, I'm
- 28:30Speaker 3: going to dat a girl. So that's been hard. You
- 28:34Speaker 3: don't have to forget, Like it's not about them forgiving you.
- 28:36Speaker 3: I feel like it's them.
- 28:38Speaker 1: Yeah, you're right, I know, forgive, but it's not even
- 28:40Speaker 1: it's like them, not no, it's like them whatever it is.
- 28:43Speaker 1: I don't know what it is for them, but maybe
- 28:45Speaker 1: it's something they've been taught or been told forever forever,
- 28:48Speaker 1: so they're like processing and unlearning. And I think at
- 28:52Speaker 1: the end of the day, it's like you do just
- 28:53Speaker 1: have to give people like a little bit of time
- 28:55Speaker 1: and grace because yeah, if they love you like that
- 28:58Speaker 1: will come through.
- 28:59Speaker 3: That will we shine through? Do you know what I mean?
- 29:02Speaker 1: And as long as they're not like hopefully nobody is
- 29:05Speaker 1: being negative or.
- 29:06Speaker 3: No texting me like yeah, text or anything, but like, yeah,
- 29:10Speaker 3: I do. I just I guess I just want everyone
- 29:13Speaker 3: my message to be like I'm happy, like I want
- 29:15Speaker 3: everything happy for me, And this could happen to you too,
- 29:21Speaker 3: me like threatening.
- 29:26Speaker 1: If you guys look really hot.
- 29:30Speaker 3: Has your family met her? Yeah?
- 29:32Speaker 4: No?
- 29:32Speaker 3: Wait, why did I say they face timed her? But okay, yeah,
- 29:36Speaker 3: my mom is like obsessed, like she's like, oh my god,
- 29:39Speaker 3: am my sisters too. But I met her entire family
- 29:43Speaker 3: and that was so fun. They were so sweet.
- 30:04Speaker 2: So y'all meet at the video.
- 30:06Speaker 4: Shoot y'all, Damn, whois the first thing out?
- 30:09Speaker 3: She asked me on a date, okay, and that's when
- 30:13Speaker 3: we went to drinks and I freakimmed a little bit
- 30:15Speaker 3: too her. I like had two glasses of wine before. Yeah,
- 30:18Speaker 3: you have to.
- 30:18Speaker 1: I was so nervous I ever went to a date sober,
- 30:21Speaker 1: I know, but imagine the first one with a girl like.
- 30:24Speaker 3: I'm just terribot. I showed up though, and like she
- 30:27Speaker 3: says that, I was like shaking, like shaking really hard,
- 30:30Speaker 3: and I don't remember that. I'm like, why did that
- 30:33Speaker 3: doesn't sound like no. She didn't tell me until like
- 30:36Speaker 3: weeks later, thank god. But yeah, we sat down and
- 30:42Speaker 3: I knew right away. I was like, I need to
- 30:43Speaker 3: make you my girlfriend, Like I need you, Like she
- 30:46Speaker 3: looked so cute and she was like so she's just
- 30:49Speaker 3: like charming, like she was so friendly. And then after
- 30:52Speaker 3: that that's pretty much like I think before was the
- 30:56Speaker 3: harder part, like getting me to work up the courage.
- 30:59Speaker 3: She'd be like, Okay, I'm actually going on this date
- 31:01Speaker 3: and like I'm actually gonna take this seriously as a
- 31:04Speaker 3: possibility for someone that I'm going to date, because when
- 31:06Speaker 3: she asked me on a date, the avoidant thing came
- 31:08Speaker 3: up again where I was like, I'm just gonna be
- 31:11Speaker 3: kind of like avoid of this girl, Like I'm not
- 31:12Speaker 3: going to text her ato like six pm every day. Why,
- 31:15Speaker 3: I don't know. I think that was six pm.
- 31:18Speaker 1: I don't like the morning spot that happens after six pm.
- 31:25Speaker 3: Okay, Okay, maybe that I don't know. I just like
- 31:31Speaker 3: remember like I would not text her. Yeah, I guess
- 31:34Speaker 3: I thought that I was like.
- 31:38Speaker 1: Eleven, that's dangerous territory, but six pm grabs at her
- 31:45Speaker 1: early brit special at six pm.
- 31:47Speaker 3: I think I thought that story would like land Alge.
- 31:50Speaker 3: I thought you guys be like, wow, so bad. But
- 31:55Speaker 3: it felt like I felt she was as a girl
- 31:58Speaker 3: like and she would text me at night and and
- 32:00Speaker 3: I wouldn't answer for a while six pm until six
- 32:03Speaker 3: It was crazy. But yeah, but how long did that last?
- 32:07Speaker 4: Though?
- 32:08Speaker 3: That was like because I was in Ohio. It was
- 32:10Speaker 3: like over Christmas? Okay, so because we met December third, okay,
- 32:14Speaker 3: and then we went on our first date January seventh.
- 32:16Speaker 3: Oh so so we talked a lot before you went out. Well,
- 32:19Speaker 3: I remember like PM, Well, the first, she didn't talk
- 32:26Speaker 3: to me for like a week after the shoot, and
- 32:27Speaker 3: then I didn't talked to her for like a week,
- 32:29Speaker 3: So it took like a couple of weeks in between
- 32:31Speaker 3: because I stalked her old like YouTube videos.
- 32:34Speaker 1: But like that's like a long time of like I
- 32:37Speaker 1: feel like, you know, when you're talking to somebody on
- 32:38Speaker 1: like a dating app, I always wanted to meet them
- 32:40Speaker 1: right away because it's like there's only so much you
- 32:42Speaker 1: can talk to someone before you like go on your
- 32:45Speaker 1: first date.
- 32:46Speaker 3: I know. But we had so much to talk about
- 32:47Speaker 3: because like I was watching all of her YouTube videos.
- 32:50Speaker 3: Most you would ask her questions, did she did you
- 32:52Speaker 3: tell her?
- 32:53Speaker 4: Well?
- 32:54Speaker 3: I did. The day I finally replied to her DM,
- 32:57Speaker 3: I just sent her screenshot of like one of her
- 33:00Speaker 3: old YouTube videos, and I said, why am I watching
- 33:02Speaker 3: this right now? Haha? But really I was just watching
- 33:04Speaker 3: those to see if like I should answer her, like
- 33:06Speaker 3: to see if I was like for real about liking her,
- 33:08Speaker 3: Like I wanted to like do a deep dive. So
- 33:10Speaker 3: I watch like all of her stuff, and then I
- 33:12Speaker 3: pretended like that was the only one I watched obviously,
- 33:14Speaker 3: but I watch every single one, and yeah, then we
- 33:21Speaker 3: started we kept texting for a couple of weeks, but yeah,
- 33:23Speaker 3: we were texting every day for like two weeks before
- 33:26Speaker 3: finally we gone on this date. So we had a
- 33:28Speaker 3: lot to talk about on our date, and then after
- 33:30Speaker 3: that we spent like every day together like forever. Okay.
- 33:33Speaker 2: So once Chill met, it was pretty much like it was.
- 33:36Speaker 3: Like she was like trying to be like slow down,
- 33:40Speaker 3: like no, not really like it was not like I
- 33:42Speaker 3: was trying to like date or tomorrow, but she kept
- 33:44Speaker 3: being like I can't have a girlfriend right now. I
- 33:46Speaker 3: she got to have a relationship, and I was like,
- 33:48Speaker 3: oh my god, it's totally fine. I don't even care.
- 33:50Speaker 3: And then we did stop talking for twelve hours because
- 33:55Speaker 3: we kept hating. Okay, we kept out, I'm not kidding.
- 33:58Speaker 3: It was so short. She tried to like okay, so
- 34:01Speaker 3: we were hanging out every day, and then I think
- 34:04Speaker 3: she realized that things are kind of probably going to
- 34:06Speaker 3: get serious. So on our like third date, she like
- 34:10Speaker 3: was like I just want let you know, like I
- 34:12Speaker 3: can't have a girlfriend, Like I like you a lot,
- 34:14Speaker 3: but like we can't date, and I was like, oh
- 34:17Speaker 3: my god. So then I cried and then I was like,
- 34:19Speaker 3: well then I don't want to talk like I want
- 34:21Speaker 3: to date you. Yeah, and she was like, good for you.
- 34:24Speaker 3: I know I did stand my ground. Yeah, I said
- 34:27Speaker 3: I want to date like I see a future with you.
- 34:30Speaker 3: So if you don't see that, then I guess we
- 34:33Speaker 3: can't be together. And then she said, what about in
- 34:36Speaker 3: like six months, Like what if I go to therapy
- 34:38Speaker 3: and like figure my life out? What about in six months?
- 34:40Speaker 3: And I was like, I mean, I can't promise that
- 34:42Speaker 3: I'm going to be single in six months, but yeah,
- 34:45Speaker 3: I'm probably still gonna like you six months from now.
- 34:46Speaker 3: I don't really know. And then she left. She was like, Okay,
- 34:49Speaker 3: I respect you. I understand that you don't want anything casual,
- 34:54Speaker 3: so let's not talk for a while. And I was
- 34:57Speaker 3: like okay, And then like twelve hours later she texted me.
- 35:00Speaker 3: She was like I miss you, and then I came
- 35:02Speaker 3: over to her house and then that's when we like
- 35:04Speaker 3: for real decided to like start talking talking. You know,
- 35:07Speaker 3: So when.
- 35:08Speaker 4: Did y'all become a like did you did y'all have
- 35:10Speaker 4: like a will you be my girlfriend? Moment?
- 35:12Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 35:12Speaker 3: She asked me. In May. On May third, she was like,
- 35:16Speaker 3: she took me to Joshua tree and we like had
- 35:19Speaker 3: an airbnb and we were like walking around. But on
- 35:22Speaker 3: the first night, she like made my favorite dinner for me,
- 35:25Speaker 3: and then we were playing this card game and she
- 35:29Speaker 3: played like all of a sudden, the song that we
- 35:31Speaker 3: first like I think made Out Too came on on
- 35:33Speaker 3: the radio or on the speaker, and I was like,
- 35:36Speaker 3: oh my god, Shannon, this is a song. And then
- 35:38Speaker 3: she was like, I have a present for you. And
- 35:39Speaker 3: then she gave me a necklace and I said S
- 35:41Speaker 3: and B and she was like, will you be my girlfriend?
- 35:44Speaker 3: And I said, obviously, we're already dating, like we had
- 35:47Speaker 3: been an exclusive.
- 35:49Speaker 1: H that's a long time. R April month, Yeah, April
- 35:55Speaker 1: to August. Where came where there was like my girlfriend.
- 36:00Speaker 3: April to May to June, July four months. Yeah, it's
- 36:04Speaker 3: way too long.
- 36:05Speaker 2: But I didn't know that.
- 36:06Speaker 3: I was.
- 36:07Speaker 2: I was like, I'm new to this.
- 36:10Speaker 4: If you were waiting for me to ask you to
- 36:12Speaker 4: be your girlfriend, I've never done that before, So.
- 36:14Speaker 3: Yeah, I wasn't gonna ask her. But I had heard
- 36:16Speaker 3: that like WLW relationships. I wanted to say Lassie, but
- 36:21Speaker 3: and then I was like, I don't know if everyone's lasting,
- 36:24Speaker 3: they go move fast. So I know that she's gonna
- 36:26Speaker 3: ask me right away, and I feel like if a
- 36:28Speaker 3: guy were waiting four months to ask me to be
- 36:30Speaker 3: his girlfriend, I would have complained. So I did start
- 36:33Speaker 3: like being like, isn't like I made tiny jokes about it,
- 36:38Speaker 3: but I wanted to be like chill. But then I
- 36:40Speaker 3: like was telling my friends like, if she doesn't ask
- 36:42Speaker 3: me this weekend, I'm going to bring it up, like
- 36:43Speaker 3: for sure, I'm gonna be like, dude, I thought we
- 36:45Speaker 3: were gonna be together. What are we doing right now?
- 36:48Speaker 2: But she asked me what was the makeout song?
- 36:52Speaker 3: It was hopeless romantic by Julia. It's like, it's a
- 36:55Speaker 3: really good song. It's like, I don't know if you
- 36:57Speaker 3: know not Julia prap, don't know. I've listened to it
- 37:01Speaker 3: this morning. It's really good. You guys would listen to it. Okay,
- 37:03Speaker 3: who kissed you first? She asked if she could kiss
- 37:07Speaker 3: me when the.
- 37:09Speaker 2: Night you all hung out for the first time.
- 37:11Speaker 3: Oh yeah, we definitely made out, she said. I made
- 37:15Speaker 3: out though, like a like a girl making out with
- 37:17Speaker 3: a guy. So we kind of had to fix her
- 37:19Speaker 3: kissing sounds of.
- 37:21Speaker 4: What I just had this conversation because of love Island
- 37:24Speaker 4: because I was like.
- 37:24Speaker 3: Do you Watu Island? I'm trying to I'm on an episode.
- 37:27Speaker 3: I'm really behind, but I'm watching kids.
- 37:29Speaker 2: It's it's a hard watch for me.
- 37:30Speaker 3: It was a hard watch.
- 37:32Speaker 1: No, it's good, but the girl the way the girls
- 37:34Speaker 1: kissed the guys was so jarring to me because it's
- 37:37Speaker 1: so aggressive.
- 37:38Speaker 3: Yeah, oh okay, I wasn't being agressive, she said I
- 37:40Speaker 3: was being too like like submit, like letting her all
- 37:44Speaker 3: the work. And I was like, oh oops, what am
- 37:46Speaker 3: I supposed to work? Am I supposed to cook?
- 37:47Speaker 4: In? Like?
- 37:48Speaker 5: What did I do?
- 37:49Speaker 3: I don't know? But then we figured it out, got
- 37:52Speaker 3: that settled. The first kiss, I was like, yeah, I
- 37:54Speaker 3: was a little bit. I wasn't used to. I've never
- 37:57Speaker 3: I've only made out with a girl one time in
- 38:00Speaker 3: the bathroom of in a bathroom stall. But it wasn't
- 38:03Speaker 3: like I think we're being performative.
- 38:08Speaker 2: Giving acting.
- 38:09Speaker 3: Yeah, it was just it was weird.
- 38:11Speaker 4: Did you feel I'm curious from okay, what was the
- 38:16Speaker 4: longest relationship you had with a guy?
- 38:18Speaker 3: It was not very long. I was like, the longest
- 38:21Speaker 3: one I dated was less than a year. It was
- 38:24Speaker 3: like nine months. But we were breaking up every other week,
- 38:28Speaker 3: like terrible, terrible.
- 38:29Speaker 2: So is this your most like consistent oh relationship?
- 38:31Speaker 3: Oh my god. Yeah, And we are like way more
- 38:34Speaker 3: connected than I've ever been with a guy, Like I
- 38:35Speaker 3: can tell her literally anything, like I'm not worried about
- 38:39Speaker 3: like being cute all the time. Like I feel just
- 38:41Speaker 3: so more myself and like comfortable and happy. So it's
- 38:45Speaker 3: like maybe I'm like I don't know, I don't know
- 38:48Speaker 3: if I could go back to dating men that's like
- 38:50Speaker 3: the same type of men at least, because I was
- 38:51Speaker 3: going for like athletic guys like just super I don't
- 38:56Speaker 3: I think I was just trying to like get like
- 38:59Speaker 3: I don't know, the guy that yeah, the guy that
- 39:03Speaker 3: like everyone wanted and I just wanted to compete the challenge. Yeah,
- 39:07Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 39:08Speaker 4: Did you have IX with guys like really easily, Like
- 39:11Speaker 4: would you get like what were some of the simple
- 39:14Speaker 4: icks that that Okay, So my whole thing was I
- 39:18Speaker 4: realized when I started dating Haley the things that she
- 39:22Speaker 4: that would normally give me the ick, I don't even
- 39:25Speaker 4: have a thing, Like I know she doesn't it me
- 39:27Speaker 4: at all.
- 39:27Speaker 3: There's nothing that Shannon could do that would like gave
- 39:30Speaker 3: me the ick and not want to talk to her anymore.
- 39:32Speaker 3: I want to first state with a guy and his
- 39:33Speaker 3: car alarm went off and I couldn't talk to him anymore.
- 39:37Speaker 3: I'm not kidding because he was just so awkward around
- 39:40Speaker 3: the car alarm thing, like he was like embarrassed. That's
- 39:43Speaker 3: so good.
- 39:45Speaker 2: So he got embarrassed and that was Yes.
- 39:48Speaker 3: It was like icky because he couldn't like recover from it.
- 39:51Speaker 3: He couldn't be cool about it went up because he
- 39:54Speaker 3: had to call his dad to figure out.
- 40:00Speaker 2: What something else.
- 40:02Speaker 3: This one guy like to watch South Park. I feel
- 40:05Speaker 3: so bad, but I hate south Park. I couldn't This
- 40:09Speaker 3: other guy, my boyfriend, the guy that I like kept
- 40:12Speaker 3: breaking up with. He had these like as tech print
- 40:15Speaker 3: like pillowcases, but like cheap as tech print, like from
- 40:18Speaker 3: Amazon for like a dollar, And I'm so sorry. I
- 40:20Speaker 3: literally posted on my Snapchat story, like on my private one,
- 40:24Speaker 3: and I was like, I don't know how to end
- 40:25Speaker 3: things like them. He's my literal boyfriend. It's just so bad.
- 40:29Speaker 4: So if Shannon had like full ass tech decory, I
- 40:32Speaker 4: love that.
- 40:32Speaker 3: She wouldn't have, yeah, but I would be like, this
- 40:35Speaker 3: is so hot. Shannon's like a girl though she doesn't
- 40:39Speaker 3: do anything itchy, you know, I don't know.
- 40:43Speaker 4: I love that before you fell in love with the girl,
- 40:46Speaker 4: you were so for the girls.
- 40:48Speaker 1: I know it's funny that that was my literal tagline,
- 40:51Speaker 1: and now look at me.
- 40:53Speaker 3: Now, I wonder, well, why was that your tagline? Because
- 40:56Speaker 3: I would like list things that weren't for men, like
- 41:00Speaker 3: silverware and like air. I should have known, though.
- 41:03Speaker 2: What those were some of my favorite lists.
- 41:06Speaker 4: Could you share with some of our listeners who maybe
- 41:08Speaker 4: haven't seen the videos some things that are for the girls.
- 41:10Speaker 3: It would be like lowercase letters, shelter, blanket shelter. How
- 41:17Speaker 3: was shelter for the girls? Why do they need that?
- 41:21Speaker 3: They're fun? And yeah they I think that I had
- 41:25Speaker 3: like a bar like men should be like barbarians if
- 41:28Speaker 3: they're going to be in society because I don't know,
- 41:31Speaker 3: like they don't even need to know how to read.
- 41:33Speaker 3: We're good, we don't need them. I should have known
- 41:36Speaker 3: them though that because also like I don't actually know
- 41:41Speaker 3: where I was going with that thought.
- 41:42Speaker 4: It was really confident, fascinated that you ended up into
- 41:47Speaker 4: LGBTQ artists music videos.
- 41:50Speaker 3: The first one was an accident. It was I was
- 41:52Speaker 3: friends with Olivia O'Brien and her and Fletcher did like
- 41:56Speaker 3: a collapse on together, and Olivia asked me like the
- 41:59Speaker 3: night before because she just needed Fletcher needed like a
- 42:02Speaker 3: girl to like sit on a bench with her and
- 42:04Speaker 3: like predomin to kiss her, which is awkward, but we
- 42:08Speaker 3: didn't actually kiss, Like I didn't. I don't know. That
- 42:11Speaker 3: was my first time meeting.
- 42:13Speaker 1: No.
- 42:13Speaker 3: I met Olivia like the day before and it was
- 42:16Speaker 3: just really last minute, wasn't planned, and I just showed up.
- 42:18Speaker 3: I didn't know what I was going to be doing.
- 42:19Speaker 3: All I knew was that I was Fletcher's like love
- 42:21Speaker 3: and chirst and I just sat there. Yeah, it was
- 42:24Speaker 3: really quick. It was like a second.
- 42:46Speaker 4: You and Shandon were together when they did their podcast
- 42:49Speaker 4: together when Fletcher was on.
- 42:51Speaker 2: How was that for you?
- 42:54Speaker 3: It wasn't. I know, everyone probably wants me to be
- 42:56Speaker 3: like it was so hard and likes so much, Like
- 42:58Speaker 3: I don't have that much tea about it because I
- 43:01Speaker 3: felt I just felt so like secure in my relationship
- 43:04Speaker 3: with Shannon, like I knew we were already exclusive at
- 43:06Speaker 3: that point, and I think that like knowing kind of
- 43:12Speaker 3: the people in real life, like I understand that it
- 43:14Speaker 3: is their relationship is like representation for so many people,
- 43:18Speaker 3: and it was like iconic. It's like an iconic relationship,
- 43:21Speaker 3: and so I definitely want to respect that, like it
- 43:25Speaker 3: should be in a museum. Like that's it, though, Like
- 43:28Speaker 3: I think it's over, you know, Like I wasn't. I
- 43:30Speaker 3: was just really secure with her because I I don't know,
- 43:35Speaker 3: she made me feel so comfortable and like we hung
- 43:38Speaker 3: out after, like me and Shannon hung out after that
- 43:40Speaker 3: was like recorded, so it was fine. I don't know,
- 43:43Speaker 3: I don't know, well, yeah, because.
- 43:45Speaker 1: That's like so nice because I feel like that's like
- 43:48Speaker 1: I feel like everybody, no matter how confident and secure
- 43:51Speaker 1: you are, you have insecurities, Like everybody just has them.
- 43:53Speaker 1: And I feel like you're what you're saying is like
- 43:55Speaker 1: my relationship my girlfriend made has made me feel so
- 43:58Speaker 1: secure that even for doing an interview with her ex girlfriend,
- 44:02Speaker 1: that people lore I don't even know what they are,
- 44:09Speaker 1: and that you can can just be like it was
- 44:13Speaker 1: like she was doing her job, do you know what
- 44:15Speaker 1: I mean?
- 44:15Speaker 3: Like she was like working, they were working together, like
- 44:17Speaker 3: both of them, Yeah, they were working.
- 44:19Speaker 1: But just to have that just goes to show like
- 44:21Speaker 1: how strong your relationship is.
- 44:23Speaker 3: Feeling. I feel like she's like my best friend, and
- 44:26Speaker 3: I don't think that she would do anything to like
- 44:30Speaker 3: ever make me feel unomfortable, like even I mean when
- 44:33Speaker 3: I watched it, I was like, I do feel like
- 44:35Speaker 3: they kind of just watched it. Oh yeah, would you
- 44:40Speaker 3: not watch it? No, I don't think I could. Would
- 44:43Speaker 3: I would?
- 44:43Speaker 2: Yeah, for sure, you think I would.
- 44:45Speaker 4: You'd watch it over and over again and analyze every
- 44:48Speaker 4: single Seaylor, Yes, Okay.
- 44:51Speaker 3: Well, I think that like I knew that it was
- 44:53Speaker 3: just like kind of a job that they were doing,
- 44:55Speaker 3: like you said, like I didn't think. I just I
- 44:59Speaker 3: just know Shannon and life and I know Carrie, So
- 45:02Speaker 3: it's like I think, I just I just know than
- 45:05Speaker 3: like one hundred percent, like I know that it's there.
- 45:08Speaker 3: You know. I don't want to like ruin anyone's day though,
- 45:11Speaker 3: because I understand I know that feeling like when you
- 45:13Speaker 3: want two people to get back together so bad, or
- 45:16Speaker 3: like you ship people in your head so bad. So
- 45:19Speaker 3: I I think I want to respect that and like
- 45:21Speaker 3: let people have their fun, Like that's very kind.
- 45:25Speaker 2: Of very generous, very generous giver.
- 45:27Speaker 3: Becca. Well, I don't know, I feel like it's like no.
- 45:30Speaker 1: I'd favor I'd be like she's mine now lore us
- 45:35Speaker 1: shook us ship us.
- 45:38Speaker 3: I just don't care because it's not real. It's like Twitter.
- 45:41Speaker 3: So but I mean it was annoying honestly. I will
- 45:43Speaker 3: say though, the day that it did come out, I
- 45:46Speaker 3: was getting like a lot of like hate comments, being
- 45:48Speaker 3: like I want her to be with Carrie. That was
- 45:52Speaker 3: the only annoying part because I was like, oh my god,
- 45:55Speaker 3: why don't you guys like me? Like why do you
- 45:57Speaker 3: like her better? Why does everyone like want? I don't know,
- 46:00Speaker 3: it was more just my ego. I was like, when
- 46:02Speaker 3: you guys to like me too, I'm not that bad.
- 46:04Speaker 3: But yeah, that part sucked for like two hours, and
- 46:07Speaker 3: then I beca more energy Yeah you don't, Yeah I do.
- 46:15Speaker 3: But I was just with her the entire time, Like
- 46:17Speaker 3: it's hard.
- 46:18Speaker 1: To be like, I know what you say makes sense, yeah,
- 46:20Speaker 1: but it's like I just feel in real life it's like, well, you.
- 46:24Speaker 3: Know what, I honestly think if it were a man,
- 46:26Speaker 3: there's no way, Like I would not know why.
- 46:29Speaker 1: But so that's so interesting. Why what's the difference, Like, because.
- 46:33Speaker 3: I feel like we're best friend, We're literally like I
- 46:35Speaker 3: just feel so close to her, like she wouldn't do
- 46:37Speaker 3: anything to hurt me, you know. Yeah, but you're saying
- 46:40Speaker 3: if it was a guy doing an interview with I
- 46:42Speaker 3: would feel different. It's not interesting, Yeah.
- 46:45Speaker 2: Like scrutinizing body language.
- 46:49Speaker 3: What me, No, I'm saying.
- 46:52Speaker 4: Sitting, I'm saying, if there was a guy, you'd be
- 46:54Speaker 4: like scrutinizing.
- 46:56Speaker 1: Watching it over and over, somo being like why did
- 46:59Speaker 1: you do that?
- 47:00Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 47:01Speaker 3: So interesting. Well, she also like, I've never dated someone
- 47:04Speaker 3: in the public eye, so I understand, like their life
- 47:08Speaker 3: is like kind of on display for everyone, and they're
- 47:11Speaker 3: trying to like be enter, they're trying to entertain, They're
- 47:13Speaker 3: doing their job to like make you and I mean
- 47:17Speaker 3: Carrie had an album to promote. Yeah, yeah, everyone knew
- 47:20Speaker 3: what they're doing, right, Yeah, I understand. And a lot
- 47:23Speaker 3: of her songs are about Shannon, like not this album,
- 47:25Speaker 3: but like they are they have been about Shannon in
- 47:27Speaker 3: the past. So yeah, obviously it's entertaining to like imagine
- 47:31Speaker 3: if Taylor Swift did an interview with like Harry Styles,
- 47:34Speaker 3: I would watch that too. But I understand that they're
- 47:36Speaker 3: probably never going to get back together. I wish, so
- 47:39Speaker 3: I really do wish that they would get back together.
- 47:43Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 47:46Speaker 2: We started.
- 47:48Speaker 4: Yeah, I was with Shannon over the weekend at a
- 47:51Speaker 4: party and it was so yeah at that beach party.
- 47:56Speaker 2: Oh yeah, okay, we were spike ball partners.
- 48:00Speaker 3: I heard about this.
- 48:01Speaker 4: Yeah, I was very sore and she said she needed
- 48:04Speaker 4: a wheelchair. But she it was so fun to talk
- 48:09Speaker 4: to her about you because she just speaks so highly
- 48:12Speaker 4: of you, and like the happiness radiating.
- 48:16Speaker 2: From her was so like, we just had such a
- 48:18Speaker 2: great day.
- 48:19Speaker 4: And I remember thinking we left and I was telling
- 48:21Speaker 4: my sister and her girlfriend. I was like, Shane, then's
- 48:23Speaker 4: so happy, Like it was so fun to be around
- 48:26Speaker 4: her and her talking about Becca.
- 48:27Speaker 3: I feel like we're just a good fit. Like I
- 48:29Speaker 3: feel like we understand each other, and like she balances
- 48:32Speaker 3: me out. I feel like I'm super adhd and like
- 48:35Speaker 3: chaotic and like I'll be like do we should do that?
- 48:37Speaker 3: And that, and then she's really calm and like keeps
- 48:40Speaker 3: me together. And also I've never had a relationship like
- 48:43Speaker 3: thisuess where i feel like we're like almost like puzzle pieces,
- 48:46Speaker 3: like fitting together kind of. Yeah, and like she sees
- 48:50Speaker 3: she understands everything that like sometimes I'll say something to
- 48:54Speaker 3: her and I'll be like, why do I feel this
- 48:55Speaker 3: way about like something random, like any like issue in
- 48:58Speaker 3: my life, and it's almost like dating a therapist because
- 49:01Speaker 3: she like connects dots for me. She's like, well, remember
- 49:03Speaker 3: the story you told me, Like I don't know, it
- 49:05Speaker 3: is like dating a therapist. It's so nice, Like she's
- 49:07Speaker 3: just so balanced, I feel, and she never gets worked
- 49:10Speaker 3: up like I never. I feel like with a lot
- 49:12Speaker 3: of men in my past, like I just feel like
- 49:15Speaker 3: I wasn't ever understood and it was never like I
- 49:18Speaker 3: was kind of there's like a wall between us and
- 49:21Speaker 3: we couldn't get on the same page. And I feel
- 49:23Speaker 3: like it's because I was trying. It might have been
- 49:26Speaker 3: the type of mine. How shosing now, because I really
- 49:28Speaker 3: was going for like the stereotypical like I don't even know,
- 49:32Speaker 3: like popular guy, and I feel like they I was
- 49:35Speaker 3: just trying to get them to see me as like human,
- 49:37Speaker 3: like trying to get them to like view me as
- 49:40Speaker 3: like someone important, like someone important to like make myself
- 49:43Speaker 3: important to them. But with Shannon, I'm already like she
- 49:47Speaker 3: inherently and like important to her, so like I don't
- 49:50Speaker 3: need to do I don't need to prove myself to Shannon,
- 49:52Speaker 3: like I don't need to be like, guess what, I'm
- 49:54Speaker 3: a girl, and also I'm smart, and also I have feelings,
- 49:56Speaker 3: Like Shannon already understands all of that, and that makes
- 50:00Speaker 3: our relationship like way easier because we're on the same page.
- 50:04Speaker 4: Like all the time, she told me how smart you are,
- 50:06Speaker 4: like she's so smart and she's so good at games,
- 50:10Speaker 4: because I was like, y'all should come over for games,
- 50:11Speaker 4: and she like, Becca's so good at games.
- 50:13Speaker 2: She's so smart.
- 50:14Speaker 3: No, not that good a game. She's not supposed to
- 50:16Speaker 3: tell people that because then I can like shock them.
- 50:21Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I was, she forgot I said anything.
- 50:26Speaker 4: I know we've talked about a lot about your relationship,
- 50:28Speaker 4: but I'm so curious how your career got started as
- 50:31Speaker 4: an influencer, because did did you start doing tiktoks with
- 50:36Speaker 4: the plan of this becoming your career or did it
- 50:39Speaker 4: happen accidentally.
- 50:40Speaker 3: It was an accident. I've always like had a pretty
- 50:44Speaker 3: sarcastic sense of humor, So the first video I've made
- 50:47Speaker 3: was me like rating my date party dates sarcastically, like saying,
- 50:51Speaker 3: this guy left with another girl when he took me
- 50:53Speaker 3: ten out of ten. And that video was really meant
- 50:57Speaker 3: for my friends or like people that I knew or
- 51:00Speaker 3: knew those guys, but it went viral, like the first
- 51:03Speaker 3: video I ever made. So then I kept going. I
- 51:05Speaker 3: was like, oh my god, I have so many men
- 51:06Speaker 3: that I can make fun of, and just kept going
- 51:08Speaker 3: on and on. Yeah, and that's kind of where the brand,
- 51:12Speaker 3: like for the girls, not the guys, because everyone would
- 51:14Speaker 3: be like I would never like yeah, I would only
- 51:17Speaker 3: like talk shit about men. H That's when I like
- 51:21Speaker 3: started to take That's when my brand started. Yeah, back
- 51:23Speaker 3: in like twenty twenty one.
- 51:25Speaker 4: So, and then you had a series where you would
- 51:29Speaker 4: basically reach out to guys who were in relationships.
- 51:33Speaker 2: What was it called the loyalty test?
- 51:35Speaker 3: I to do test? Yeah?
- 51:37Speaker 2: Did that was that hard for you to like deliver
- 51:40Speaker 2: that news to girls?
- 51:42Speaker 3: Yes? Obviously it was terrible. I would send them screenshots.
- 51:45Speaker 3: I started that because this girl wanted me to DM her,
- 51:48Speaker 3: like a girl organically asked me for that, like one day,
- 51:51Speaker 3: like she was like, Hi, this is so random, but
- 51:53Speaker 3: like my boyfriend loves blonde girls. Will you DM him?
- 51:56Speaker 3: And I was like what the heck? Yeah, obviously, and
- 51:59Speaker 3: I sent her screenshots and he failed the loyalty test.
- 52:03Speaker 3: So then I was telling a story to my friends,
- 52:05Speaker 3: which means like he failed, which means like he like
- 52:07Speaker 3: was flirting idea and was kind of being flirty and
- 52:09Speaker 3: I showed her and I was really sad and emotional
- 52:11Speaker 3: and it was hard for her. But I was telling
- 52:14Speaker 3: my friends the story and they were like, you should
- 52:16Speaker 3: make that into a TikTok, and I was like, I guess,
- 52:19Speaker 3: and then I started doing, but then it got way
- 52:20Speaker 3: too overwhelming, you guys, like I was doing like inundated.
- 52:23Speaker 3: What does that word mean, like like flooded with girls
- 52:26Speaker 3: wanting you to act still every day still, and I
- 52:28Speaker 3: haven't done one in probably two years. Yeah, I have
- 52:31Speaker 3: not done a single one of these and two years
- 52:33Speaker 3: and every I get asked about it every single day
- 52:36Speaker 3: in my DMS. So maybe I should just starting it.
- 52:38Speaker 3: But everyone knows I'm dating a girl.
- 52:39Speaker 5: Now.
- 52:40Speaker 3: I feel like you can just go into my profile
- 52:41Speaker 3: and see that I'm not single, So why would I
- 52:43Speaker 3: be sligning in anywaybe.
- 52:45Speaker 2: Then like a secret.
- 52:46Speaker 3: Yeah, I can make a fence to maybe with like
- 52:48Speaker 3: random pictures, but yeah, I just these boyfriends, and a
- 52:53Speaker 3: lot of them, it wasn't like one hundred percent of
- 52:56Speaker 3: them were failing it was like, like you say the
- 52:59Speaker 3: percentage like forty percent, I would say failed. Oh so
- 53:02Speaker 3: the higher percentage just didn't fail. M oh nice.
- 53:06Speaker 2: So it's just not crazy, not seene.
- 53:09Speaker 3: Yeah, so I don't know if they this.
- 53:11Speaker 2: Is great, great they're not checking. That means they're not checking. Yeah, yeah,
- 53:16Speaker 2: that's good news.
- 53:18Speaker 3: I'm happy about that percentage. Yeah, would that be crazy
- 53:21Speaker 3: if like I mean, I don't know. I might be
- 53:23Speaker 3: under exaggerating, but that would be crazy if like eighty
- 53:26Speaker 3: I would literally like never want a date again if
- 53:28Speaker 3: it was like eighty percent. It honestly did make me
- 53:31Speaker 3: a little bit jaded towards dating for a while doing that.
- 53:34Speaker 2: Yeah, I can imagine.
- 53:35Speaker 3: How are any of you feeling this? Like, yeah, so sad? Yeah,
- 53:39Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 53:40Speaker 2: I know that's really I was thinking.
- 53:42Speaker 4: Because sometimes we'll get advice things on our emails and
- 53:46Speaker 4: it'll be like, oh, I know so and so's cheating,
- 53:49Speaker 4: Like do I do I say something? And Tanya and
- 53:52Speaker 4: Mark are always like, stay out of it, it's not
- 53:54Speaker 4: your relationship.
- 53:55Speaker 3: But I'm like you, guys, no, I don't say stay
- 53:58Speaker 3: out of it. I'm like, get in it. Yeah, get
- 54:00Speaker 3: let them know. Yeah, because it would suck, Like, how
- 54:02Speaker 3: else are you gonna what if they never find out
- 54:04Speaker 3: and then they get married or something. Yeah, I just
- 54:07Speaker 3: feel like they find out, I find out. I don't,
- 54:11Speaker 3: or I guess sometimes in some cases, people kind of
- 54:13Speaker 3: don't want to know if their partner is shooting. Like
- 54:15Speaker 3: that's the thing.
- 54:16Speaker 1: It's like it's like, let's say you meddle and then
- 54:17Speaker 1: you tell them and then they do nothing about it,
- 54:19Speaker 1: and then.
- 54:21Speaker 6: Yeah, but still a bad guy for letting them know
- 54:24Speaker 6: they're being cheated on, because you're like being judgmental, like
- 54:27Speaker 6: you're not interjecting yourself into these people's relationship, and then
- 54:31Speaker 6: you're like you're not gonna do anything about it.
- 54:33Speaker 3: Well, imagine that's where you just got to look at you.
- 54:36Speaker 1: It's all but imagine like knowing that other people knew
- 54:39Speaker 1: and then you if you genuinely didn't know.
- 54:41Speaker 3: I would be mad at my friend, so.
- 54:43Speaker 4: Mad if someone knew and didn't tell me. If anyone
- 54:47Speaker 4: knows that Haley's doing anything, you have permission to meddle.
- 54:50Speaker 3: Get in noted.
- 54:52Speaker 4: Yeah, especially you, especially you beca Thank you so much
- 54:57Speaker 4: for scrubbing in.
- 54:58Speaker 2: Yeah, thank you so much.
- 55:00Speaker 3: I love Where can people follow you?
- 55:01Speaker 4: Where can people listen to your podcast, watch your podcast,
- 55:03Speaker 4: all the things it is called.
- 55:05Speaker 3: My podcast is called for the Girls with Becca more
- 55:07Speaker 3: I'm five episodes in, so don't expect to love. I'm honest.
- 55:11Speaker 3: It's like pretty chaotic. It's on YouTube and Spotify and
- 55:14Speaker 3: then my TikTok and Instagram is just Becca more Perfect.
- 55:17Speaker 5: We love so much.
- 55:19Speaker 2: It's so happy for you.
- 55:21Speaker 3: This is like therapy. This is awesome talking to you guys.
- 55:25Speaker 3: I love that.
- 55:26Speaker 2: Actually
