- 5:10Speaker 1: I just say yeah. When you said do it digitally,
- 5:14Speaker 1: I was sounded a bit rude.
- 5:16Speaker 4: Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. I thought, Hot,

- 6:03Speaker 3: I mean, he's sort of the start of the show.
- 6:05Speaker 3: But between you and Herman, your producer, you know, it
- 6:08Speaker 3: really makes my day.
- 6:11Speaker 1: Brother. Yeah, it's nice, Yeah, really nice. Good. How you

- 6:23Speaker 1: had a very busy day.
- 6:24Speaker 4: To day mate, Has it been a busy day for you?
- 6:26Speaker 1: He had a busy days.
- 6:27Speaker 3: I'm not steamed, that's what you're asking. It has been
- 6:29Speaker 3: a busy day. I spent the entire morning and a
- 6:32Speaker 3: large chunk of the afternoon with Matt and Jerry.
- 6:34Speaker 4: Do you know them?
- 6:35Speaker 1: Yes, I've heard of them there.
- 6:36Speaker 3: Yes, Yeah, they've been doing the breakfast show on Huducky
- 6:39Speaker 3: for a decade.
- 6:40Speaker 4: Yeah, ten years.
- 6:41Speaker 1: What's what station? Ducky you're joking.
- 6:45Speaker 3: So I spent the morning with them and we drove
- 6:48Speaker 3: all the whole day.
- 6:49Speaker 1: It was pretty much the whole day.
- 6:50Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 6:51Speaker 1: You spent the whole day with him, did you? Yeah?
- 6:53Speaker 3: And I actually got a I got a we gig
- 6:55Speaker 3: from a truck there and I both.
- 6:57Speaker 1: Hate giggity giggity giggy.
- 6:59Speaker 3: If I say yes, what does that mean?
- 7:02Speaker 1: Well, I get a cut of your your track.
- 7:05Speaker 3: It wasn't paid, it was voluntary. And we spent a
- 7:09Speaker 3: large portion of the day just driving around to the
- 7:10Speaker 3: Cormander and the beautiful route around the Firth of Tims.
- 7:13Speaker 1: You're sorry, what what the.
- 7:14Speaker 3: Girth of Tims?
- 7:15Speaker 4: Oh?
- 7:16Speaker 3: Yes, a beautiful route We've drive one of the New
- 7:18Speaker 3: Zealand's best roots and it was it was really lovely fellas.
- 7:22Speaker 1: Yeah, how funny. I was driving into work today thinking
- 7:25Speaker 1: I'd just like to go to the coramandal today. Just
- 7:27Speaker 1: keep on driving.
- 7:28Speaker 3: Oh it's weird doing that. Yeah yeah, yeah, that's really crazy.
- 7:33Speaker 3: But actually I've got something I want to ask you, Jason,
- 7:34Speaker 3: particular after today later on the show, not now.
- 7:38Speaker 1: Yeah, because you don't ask me anything. Yeah, yes, that's great.
- 7:41Speaker 3: Yeah, audio slave, why not I am the highway?
- 7:47Speaker 1: Huh? Because I was driving fellas.
- 7:50Speaker 2: Yea the Whole Archy Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike
- 7:54Speaker 2: Minogue and Kissy.
- 7:56Speaker 1: Super Groove there on the Radio Whole Archy Big Show
- 7:59Speaker 1: Wednesday after the time is for twenty six.
- 8:01Speaker 3: Just a reminder to keep an ear out. If you
- 8:03Speaker 3: hear a song here on Radio Hdarky with some fiddle
- 8:06Speaker 3: mixed into it, you call us straight away on eight
- 8:08Speaker 3: hundred Haduky and you can be into when your share
- 8:10Speaker 3: of twenty five thousand dollars. It is the twenty five
- 8:13Speaker 3: grand fiddler. And if you call a number one hundred boom,
- 8:15Speaker 3: cash is yours fiddle d D.
- 8:16Speaker 1: One thousand dollars and thousand dollars specifically, yeah, one, okay,
- 8:20Speaker 1: that's good man. How are you You're having a bit
- 8:22Speaker 1: of a shitty old day? You hear the fiddler, you
- 8:25Speaker 1: call up boom, one thousand dollars in your account a
- 8:27Speaker 1: thousand dollars, thousand dollars, one thousand dollars. That would tune
- 8:33Speaker 1: your day around.
- 8:35Speaker 3: One thousand dollars, fellers, all right, just one thousand dollars.
- 8:37Speaker 1: It's still good. That's I mean, I'm not going to
- 8:39Speaker 1: say no, keezy right well, you can't win it. Anyway.
- 8:42Speaker 1: You know, so detail got doll squad money.
- 8:45Speaker 3: Yeah, that's true. It's a drop in the ocean for you. Hey,
- 8:48Speaker 3: Fellas mentioned earlier that I was working with Metting Jerry,
- 8:52Speaker 3: you know their mail and the breakfast.
- 8:53Speaker 4: Heaves and Jeremy Wells that's yeah on the best or
- 8:56Speaker 4: nine weekdays.
- 8:57Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, best on the best route, Yeah, that's right,
- 8:59Speaker 3: and the best breakfast show. Might I add in New Zealand,
- 9:02Speaker 3: I'd say certainly my favorite arm And just while I
- 9:06Speaker 3: was working with them, they were, you know, because we
- 9:08Speaker 3: were squitched into my truck there, We're all together for
- 9:10Speaker 3: a number of hours and we we really headed off,
- 9:15Speaker 3: you know, and we found that we had some quite
- 9:17Speaker 3: funny stuff happening.
- 9:18Speaker 1: You know.
- 9:18Speaker 3: Where I was, I was riffing, and you know they
- 9:19Speaker 3: were loving it, you know when that happens. And and
- 9:22Speaker 3: then Matt was reffing for a bit, and then me
- 9:24Speaker 3: and Jerry were loving it. And then Jerry was trying
- 9:26Speaker 3: to rough but he couldn't quite get it. And we'll
- 9:28Speaker 3: get you'll get there one day, Feller, and I was
- 9:31Speaker 3: just wondering, Jace, you're my agent, right, m hm?
- 9:36Speaker 4: Do you reckon?
- 9:36Speaker 3: You could put in a word with management here at
- 9:39Speaker 3: Hodarchy and just see whether that'd be interested in making
- 9:42Speaker 3: the breakfast show like a three hander, because like the
- 9:45Speaker 3: chemistry was undeniable, right, and you know that doing a
- 9:48Speaker 3: breakfast show with those two would be my absolute dream.
- 9:51Speaker 4: So just to clarify your idea, here is Matt Heath, Yeah,
- 9:57Speaker 4: Jeremy Wells, yeah, get rid of me, fire Ham and
- 10:03Speaker 4: then you're the third person on it. No, so firing mesh.
- 10:06Speaker 1: So you want me to say to Matt and Jerry, Hey, Fellers,
- 10:10Speaker 1: can I have a little quiet word here? Look, you
- 10:13Speaker 1: need to get rid of Meshy old keysys. He feels
- 10:17Speaker 1: like you guys got a really good chemistry going on.
- 10:21Speaker 1: So in Mashi's career? Can I mean? I don't know
- 10:25Speaker 1: that I'm comfortable about doing that, Kesy. I mean, if
- 10:27Speaker 1: you want to ruin Meshi's career, that's on you, and
- 10:31Speaker 1: you're on the wrong part. I don't feel comfortable doing
- 10:34Speaker 1: it for you.
- 10:36Speaker 3: Ma sure, And I forgot about mash to be honest,
- 10:38Speaker 3: and about how it's slott Ina. I'm the guy who
- 10:41Speaker 3: pushes the buttons right. Yes, there's not room in this
- 10:44Speaker 3: studio for both of you. No, this town's not big enough.
- 10:48Speaker 3: So what about the Jase, Mogi and Mess show. That
- 10:51Speaker 3: sounds cool.
- 10:53Speaker 4: I mean, I think you should talk to Mesh about it,
- 10:56Speaker 4: because like just getting them throwing off the show and
- 10:58Speaker 4: getting not only that, getting Jas to do it. That's
- 11:01Speaker 4: what I refer to as a dog move dog squad,
- 11:06Speaker 4: you know.
- 11:06Speaker 1: And it's like people that get ahead by trampling on
- 11:10Speaker 1: other people, you know, on the shoulders of other people.
- 11:13Speaker 1: And Mash he's been working at hours off, I might
- 11:16Speaker 1: make the point. And he's in a champion bloke and
- 11:19Speaker 1: he's a talent as far as I'm concerned. And for
- 11:22Speaker 1: you to just jump in there and say get rid
- 11:25Speaker 1: of Mesh what I said, I said, get old Keysy
- 11:28Speaker 1: in there. That is I'm a little disappointed in you, Keysy,
- 11:33Speaker 1: to be honest.
- 11:33Speaker 3: Were you gonna do it or not? No, Kesy, I'm
- 11:36Speaker 3: not going to do it. Fine, I'll chat to them myself.
- 11:39Speaker 2: Mass is gone The Hurdiarchy Big Show week days from
- 11:44Speaker 2: four on Radio Hodiki.
- 11:45Speaker 1: Wees are there on the Radio Darky Big Show this
- 11:48Speaker 1: Wednesday afternoon, thirty nine minutes past four o'clock. What have
- 11:51Speaker 1: you got for me, Captain Nadmin. I don't know about
- 11:58Speaker 1: this new nickname.
- 12:00Speaker 3: I just wanted to let you guys know that if
- 12:01Speaker 3: you wanted to donate three dollars instantly to the Cancer
- 12:04Speaker 3: Society and anticipation of daffitial data is Friday.
- 12:06Speaker 1: And you do, Yeah, of course you do? You do?
- 12:08Speaker 3: Do you text the words support s U P P
- 12:13Speaker 3: O RT to two zero six instant three dollars donation.
- 12:17Speaker 3: If we get to one hundred k, one of us
- 12:18Speaker 3: has to jump off the hardbridge, which is pretty exciting.
- 12:20Speaker 1: How good. Now? Listen you said in our podcast out
- 12:23Speaker 1: show Mogi, you talk to us about your morning that
- 12:26Speaker 1: you had and it was an absolute shocker and it
- 12:29Speaker 1: puts you in a hoh of a mood. True, and
- 12:33Speaker 1: it was amazing. I had one of those mornings this morning.
- 12:38Speaker 1: Can I did your morning? Bug you?
- 12:41Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 12:41Speaker 1: It did? It did? Keasy? Yes, bugging Now I love
- 12:49Speaker 1: my wife.
- 12:50Speaker 4: Oh that doesn't.
- 12:52Speaker 3: This is a real bad start.
- 12:55Speaker 1: And I just want to put this in context. Right,
- 12:57Speaker 1: I got up at the morning. It was good spirit spirit,
- 13:00Speaker 1: and my wife had gone to walk the dog early,
- 13:03Speaker 1: so she went and walked the dog. No, and it
- 13:06Speaker 1: was my turn for the coffeees. We alternate days. You
- 13:09Speaker 1: know what I mean in terms of who makes the coffee. Anyway,
- 13:12Speaker 1: I was out in the kitchen there and my wife
- 13:14Speaker 1: came back from walking the dog, and I said, just
- 13:17Speaker 1: in time, darling, I'm making your coffee. And she went,
- 13:20Speaker 1: oh great. Now normally I make her a coffee. She's
- 13:24Speaker 1: in bed, or I shall be in the lounge tuttling
- 13:27Speaker 1: around doing something, and they're not really paying much attention.
- 13:31Speaker 1: And I also want to tell you I've been making
- 13:33Speaker 1: her coffees five ten years. Okay. So she was sitting
- 13:37Speaker 1: at the bench and I'm making her coffee.
- 13:40Speaker 4: Is this a breakfast bar?
- 13:42Speaker 1: Yes, it's like a breakfast bar, and the coffee machine's
- 13:44Speaker 1: just there. Yeah. And I'm frothing the milk. Is that
- 13:49Speaker 1: an euphemism? No? And my wife says to.
- 13:52Speaker 4: Me, she says, she says, she says.
- 13:54Speaker 1: Can you not boil the milk? Yeah? And I went
- 14:00Speaker 1: and she said can you not boil the milk? And
- 14:03Speaker 1: I said, I'm not boiling it, I'm frothing it. So
- 14:08Speaker 1: that was that, and I went, that was weird. She's
- 14:09Speaker 1: never said that to me before. Then I was pouring
- 14:13Speaker 1: the milk into her coffee and she said to me,
- 14:17Speaker 1: and I quote, can you not make it? So frothy?
- 14:20Speaker 1: Can you spoon out some of the froth? And I went,
- 14:25Speaker 1: are you being serious right now? And she went, well,
- 14:29Speaker 1: I'm allowed to have my coffee how I like it?
- 14:31Speaker 4: Ah?
- 14:33Speaker 1: And I was like, I was that right? I didn't
- 14:36Speaker 1: say that, but in my head I was like, I've
- 14:39Speaker 1: been making them for ten years and never have I
- 14:43Speaker 1: had a complaint about the coffee. And all of a
- 14:44Speaker 1: sudden it was the milk was too boiled, it was
- 14:48Speaker 1: too frothy. So I'm going, what's that about. I'm fuman
- 14:54Speaker 1: a little bit, thinking that's that's weird. She's never criticized
- 14:58Speaker 1: my coffee before. We then segued into a conversation about
- 15:04Speaker 1: the family Christmas holiday, and can I tell you right
- 15:08Speaker 1: now that was a bad segue because we're trying to
- 15:13Speaker 1: organize a family holiday with all of our girls who
- 15:17Speaker 1: are overseas in various places. We have changed location four times.
- 15:25Speaker 1: We were going to Vietnam, we were going to Sri Lanka,
- 15:29Speaker 1: we were going to Thailand. Then we said, look, the
- 15:33Speaker 1: girls are going to be in Melbourne. Let's just do Melbourne.
- 15:36Speaker 1: And I said, this is what we're going to do.
- 15:39Speaker 1: What we should do is just book a holiday to Melbourne.
- 15:42Speaker 1: If the girls are into it, great, If they're not,
- 15:45Speaker 1: that's great. Let's just have a holiday in Melbourne. And
- 15:49Speaker 1: she went okay, and then she said, well, the whole
- 15:52Speaker 1: point is is to see the girls. So if they're
- 15:56Speaker 1: not going to be around in Melbourne while we're there,
- 15:58Speaker 1: what's the point of going to album? Shall we go
- 16:00Speaker 1: somewhere else?
- 16:01Speaker 3: That's a good point.
- 16:02Speaker 1: And I just went, I'm going outside for a durry
- 16:06Speaker 1: and I can tell you for the next two hours,
- 16:09Speaker 1: a stony silence ensued. Wow, And it was just one
- 16:15Speaker 1: of those conversations in mornings where I went from a good.
- 16:17Speaker 5: Mood to.
- 16:20Speaker 3: It seemingly wasn't like much to get up in arms belt.
- 16:24Speaker 4: Well, I feel like there's a lot to dissect there. Actually, yeah,
- 16:27Speaker 4: quite absolutely. I'd love to come back and have again
- 16:29Speaker 4: about this. We haven't got time to cover off here,
- 16:32Speaker 4: but there's a lot in there for me, Jase, can.
- 16:34Speaker 1: We not do this after five? That's all true what
- 16:38Speaker 1: I just told you? And it was like, what is
- 16:41Speaker 1: going on? I was.
- 16:42Speaker 4: I remained silent throughout, but I've got thoughts about all
- 16:45Speaker 4: of that. Yes, all of that.
- 16:46Speaker 3: I will definitely come back and discuss anywhere about that
- 16:48Speaker 3: is Oasis.
- 16:50Speaker 1: This is false God, Jase.
- 16:53Speaker 2: Hurdarkey Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Kisy
- 16:59Speaker 2: It sounds like them struck again Radio y five Grand Fiddler.
- 17:08Speaker 1: Yeah, it was weird. I had a feeling when I
- 17:09Speaker 1: came in today, Fellers, did you Yeah? What was it
- 17:13Speaker 1: about the twenty five Grand Fiddler? What was the feeling
- 17:16Speaker 1: that it wasn't going to happen? No, that it could
- 17:19Speaker 1: very well happen on our shoudow? Oh yeah?
- 17:21Speaker 3: Did it put you in a horror of mood?
- 17:23Speaker 1: No? Right, just something here. I'm just trying to figure out.
- 17:25Speaker 1: Oh the milk thing? That's right now. Listen, it's call
- 17:29Speaker 1: at number one hundred. Let's go to the phone line,
- 17:32Speaker 1: shall we. Mikeyr Mad barset Hel's life? How you go? Yeah? Good?
- 17:37Speaker 4: Thanks mate, good question.
- 17:39Speaker 1: Unfortunately, Mike, you're calling number ninety eight. Keep trying, though, Mike,
- 17:46Speaker 1: you never know what might happen? My friend did I? Ashley?
- 17:49Speaker 1: How's life? Good? And I wish I was talking to
- 17:53Speaker 1: you later though? Yeah?
- 17:54Speaker 4: Sure your show, Jason's married. You can't do that. Although
- 17:58Speaker 4: after this milk.
- 17:58Speaker 1: And actually I'm afraid you're calling number ninety nine okay,
- 18:05Speaker 1: try again and we can talk then, Simon, your man Bassett,
- 18:09Speaker 1: how's life? Oh good mate? Good? Yeah, you bet it's

- 18:24Speaker 1: Hey Simon, Simon, how's your day been today?
- 18:28Speaker 4: Oh it's been alright.
- 18:29Speaker 3: It's a hell of a lot better now.
- 18:31Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, good. Thousand bucks? What are you gonna do
- 18:35Speaker 1: with a thousand bucks? Simon?
- 18:37Speaker 4: Oh mate, I don't know. I'm gonna have to least
- 18:40Speaker 4: get some beers?
- 18:41Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, yeah, responsibly. Hey Simon, just out of curiousity,
- 18:47Speaker 3: just yeah, good on your mate, Just out of curiosity. Man,
- 18:49Speaker 3: what do you do for a crust?
- 18:51Speaker 4: I'm an electrician?
- 18:55Speaker 1: What you can tell your mate? Simon's shouting the beers
- 18:58Speaker 1: this Friday May? How does that sound? Oh? Sounds body good.
- 19:01Speaker 4: I might have to shout some of those ones.
- 19:03Speaker 1: You guys are sorted out the backbones. Yeah yeah, good stuff.
- 19:08Speaker 1: Will you enjoy that one thousand dollars Simon, And I'll
- 19:11Speaker 1: hand you aver to have, good mate, pugsn and studio
- 19:15Speaker 1: buggle son. Thanks mate. He was pretty stoked, old Simon,
- 19:20Speaker 1: wasn't he feel it was? I don't know why one
- 19:24Speaker 1: thousand dollars that's that's a that's a good nudge.
- 19:29Speaker 4: A good nudge of money. Now you just good, it's
- 19:32Speaker 4: a nudge, it's a wige, it's a dollar.
- 19:34Speaker 1: It's a good dollar of care. Can you just say
- 19:36Speaker 1: it's a good witch?
- 19:37Speaker 3: Can you say a good witch of cash?
- 19:39Speaker 4: And that's a good nudge.
- 19:40Speaker 1: I feel like dollar is the word though, you know.
- 19:42Speaker 3: That's a dollar of sour cream comes a dot.
- 19:45Speaker 1: So wake up in a day or two and go
- 19:47Speaker 1: and look at his account and go, that's a good
- 19:49Speaker 1: Do you know what I mean? Yeah? What would you
- 19:52Speaker 1: do with a thousand bucks? There? Keysy?
- 19:55Speaker 3: Probably just put it in my savings.
- 19:57Speaker 1: No, you're your fun account.
- 19:58Speaker 3: Oh yeah, my fun account. I forgot about that savings.
- 20:02Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 20:02Speaker 1: Hey, now listen plenty coming up after five o'clock, going to.
- 20:05Speaker 3: Get to the bottom of this mess of her of
- 20:07Speaker 3: an argument, your head, your house.
- 20:08Speaker 1: Can we not do it after five? Why she's going
- 20:11Speaker 1: to be in the car listening to the show. And
- 20:14Speaker 1: I don't know that we're fully healed from the morning,
- 20:18Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying, Fellows?
- 20:19Speaker 3: Yeah, also after five we can discuss I've got another
- 20:23Speaker 3: stand up getting Tonight fellas, And I'm just a bit
- 20:25Speaker 3: worried about repeating, repeating my sort of material and people
- 20:30Speaker 3: and the crowd having heard it before. I just want
- 20:32Speaker 3: you guys to get around me and reassume me around
- 20:33Speaker 3: that so I can go into the story, right.
- 20:35Speaker 1: Yeah, definitely, we'll do that. All that after five.
- 20:39Speaker 2: The whole Achy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy.
- 20:42Speaker 2: Tune in week days at four on Radio hod Ikey.
- 20:45Speaker 1: Welcome back your messive bank Bones. Hope your Wednesday is
- 20:47Speaker 1: going along very nicely. Indeed you're listening to the Big Show,
- 20:51Speaker 1: brought to you by Night.
- 20:52Speaker 3: And yeah, yeah, sorry, I fell off the I was
- 21:03Speaker 3: just copying Mowgi.
- 21:04Speaker 1: He's deliberately going down again, asking us to not go down.
- 21:10Speaker 4: It wasn't me. I love it when you go down.
- 21:13Speaker 4: It was you that doesn't like going down.
- 21:15Speaker 1: Now. Interesting fact about the Paralympics. Oh yeah, the interesting
- 21:20Speaker 1: fact was power means that they run parallel to the Olympics.
- 21:25Speaker 3: That's correct.
- 21:26Speaker 1: Now, are they running parallel to the Olympics, because I
- 21:31Speaker 1: would say that they would both be happening at the
- 21:33Speaker 1: same time.
- 21:35Speaker 4: Concurrent, wouldn't Oh was that concurrent?
- 21:38Speaker 1: What's the parallel part?
- 21:39Speaker 5: Of it.
- 21:40Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm not too sure, to be honest with you,
- 21:41Speaker 4: but that is meant to be the idea, But yeah,
- 21:44Speaker 4: I don't know, it's not to me. I agree it
- 21:47Speaker 4: would be the same time because I remember when you
- 21:49Speaker 4: gave me that those facts. It's just been bugging me
- 21:52Speaker 4: a sense. Well to be fear it was Kezy that
- 21:54Speaker 4: gave us those facts. I asked him on here about
- 21:56Speaker 4: it and he absolutely nail.
- 21:59Speaker 3: Yeah, I remember that we started the show with Mogi
- 22:01Speaker 3: massively thrown me under the bus with a huge question
- 22:03Speaker 3: about the Paralympics, which I had no knowledge of.
- 22:06Speaker 1: What did you say? I was bugging you those facts massively?
- 22:09Speaker 3: So oh sorry to hear that.
- 22:10Speaker 4: Yeah, any whom bugging.
- 22:18Speaker 1: We did have go easy on Moggi day to day.
- 22:21Speaker 1: But he's he's become good. He's come good, so you
- 22:23Speaker 1: don't need to worry about Moggie.
- 22:24Speaker 4: The kind words from our people out there, and just
- 22:27Speaker 4: the general fun that I have on the show here
- 22:29Speaker 4: has really pulled me through things.
- 22:31Speaker 3: Good mate, and an hour of highly rating, high quality
- 22:34Speaker 3: drive time radio will do all this.
- 22:36Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, he's the man who wants to go
- 22:39Speaker 1: on the Breakfast.
- 22:39Speaker 3: Show, says the man who argues with his wife of
- 22:43Speaker 3: a burnt milk.
- 22:44Speaker 1: Not burnt. It was not burnt.
- 22:48Speaker 3: It sounds like it was burned. But we'll get into
- 22:50Speaker 3: that later on.
- 22:50Speaker 1: No, he won't.
- 22:51Speaker 2: What the whole Key Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike
- 22:55Speaker 2: Minogue and.
- 22:56Speaker 1: Kisy Allison James here on the Radio Hokey Big Show
- 23:01Speaker 1: this Wednesday afternoon. The time is fourteen minutes past five
- 23:05Speaker 1: and all as well, fellas WHOA I was at the
- 23:10Speaker 1: gym today and a.
- 23:14Speaker 3: Geeze, I'm sorry sorry, fight off the wrong thing, they adjesss.
- 23:21Speaker 1: And I had a bit of a revelation, to be honest,
- 23:23Speaker 1: a bit of a revelation. And I was lying on
- 23:27Speaker 1: the bench press there.
- 23:28Speaker 6: And you're lying on it and smashing out one hundred
- 23:38Speaker 6: and eighty kgs and me sweats, just pissing off me
- 23:43Speaker 6: and bloody muscles and screaming at me.
- 23:48Speaker 1: And myself, and I had the sort you know, they
- 23:52Speaker 1: had am I doing mogi? They had am I doing? What?
- 23:54Speaker 1: Am I trying to prove? You know?
- 23:56Speaker 5: Why?
- 23:57Speaker 1: Am I trying to hold on to the expectations of
- 24:01Speaker 1: me being the eye candy of the show and trying
- 24:03Speaker 1: to be something that I'm not? You know? What I mean.
- 24:06Speaker 1: And I thought, why do I keep busting my ass
- 24:10Speaker 1: going to the gym every single day, twice a day.
- 24:16Speaker 1: I'm eating protein baby bits of chicken that tastes like shit,
- 24:23Speaker 1: you know, Bloody got the old smoothies going. And I'm
- 24:29Speaker 1: just like, what am I doing here?
- 24:31Speaker 5: If you've got and you know, and it occurred to
- 24:36Speaker 5: me here I am this massively successful radio DJ, you know,
- 24:45Speaker 5: And I've got piles of dog squad money just sitting there,
- 24:50Speaker 5: just sitting there, accruing all this interest, And I think
- 24:53Speaker 5: to myself, why don't I just get some surgeries done?
- 24:58Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying, Why am I doing all
- 25:00Speaker 1: of this? I've got mountains of cash. You know, I
- 25:05Speaker 1: could get some ass and plants. You know, as you mentioned, Keysy,
- 25:08Speaker 1: my ass used to be my prime bit of beef.
- 25:10Speaker 4: If you start with a nose job.
- 25:12Speaker 1: Well I could, yeah, I can, you know, take some
- 25:14Speaker 1: of the beef off there.
- 25:15Speaker 4: I could.
- 25:16Speaker 1: I can hack a couple of inches off there for example.
- 25:19Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. I could get the lips
- 25:22Speaker 1: a bit fuller. I could get I could get stretched
- 25:25Speaker 1: out a bit in the face, I could get some
- 25:28Speaker 1: pick implants. Why am I busting my ass day after
- 25:33Speaker 1: day after day. Why don'd I just do it the
- 25:36Speaker 1: easy way and get work done?
- 25:38Speaker 4: And what answer did you come up with?
- 25:43Speaker 1: Well?
- 25:44Speaker 3: Can I also just say, I mean you wouldn't be alone?
- 25:46Speaker 3: Obviously Mogi runs a wig. We all know that he
- 25:48Speaker 3: has a hare hat. Remember, yeah, I know that. And
- 25:51Speaker 3: also do we don't need to have eye candy for
- 25:53Speaker 3: the show. It's we're a radio show. What do we
- 25:54Speaker 3: need eye candy?
- 25:56Speaker 1: Well, and an answer to your question, Mogi, I made
- 25:59Speaker 1: it calls today, calls, some phone calls, and you know,
- 26:06Speaker 1: because I'm a top radio DJ, I tend to sort
- 26:09Speaker 1: of hang out with the elite.
- 26:10Speaker 4: A lot of the.
- 26:11Speaker 1: Of the A League, A lot of them are surgeons,
- 26:15Speaker 1: you know, is surgeons, cosmetic surgeons and stuff. Got in
- 26:18Speaker 1: contact with them. So I might be missing a bit
- 26:20Speaker 1: of work over the next month or two, but you know,
- 26:24Speaker 1: it's going to be a complete transformation, and I don't
- 26:26Speaker 1: need to do diddlely shit. Just get my bank book
- 26:30Speaker 1: out there and sign sign off on them. Wow.
- 26:33Speaker 3: See, I'm obviously so poor that I don't even know
- 26:35Speaker 3: what a bank book is. See, because my instinct was
- 26:38Speaker 3: that's a completely made up thig. But it's obviously a
- 26:40Speaker 3: real thing, a bank book.
- 26:42Speaker 4: So what would you do? Man, you get your ass done,
- 26:45Speaker 4: your nose done, you keep on dying. You're here obviously.
- 26:47Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah, that's that's a given. I get the
- 26:50Speaker 1: face stretched out botox botox and the you know in
- 26:54Speaker 1: the forehead, and basically just even out my face a
- 26:58Speaker 1: little bit. Yeah. You know, you were talking today about
- 27:01Speaker 1: someone with a craggy face, and you know, when I'm
- 27:06Speaker 1: getting about Craiggy, I see photos of myself on install
- 27:09Speaker 1: with like five thousand likes, and all I can see,
- 27:14Speaker 1: all I can see is like the crow crow idea.
- 27:20Speaker 3: Why don't you just quit the show? Because then you
- 27:22Speaker 3: won't need to worry about it. You've got piles of
- 27:24Speaker 3: money anyway, I can just go.
- 27:26Speaker 1: You mean no, yeah, yeah, that's actually a good point.
- 27:29Speaker 3: Happily do without you?
- 27:30Speaker 1: Yeah, I could just live on my dogs by money
- 27:32Speaker 1: and his interesting. Actually that's a good points.
- 27:35Speaker 3: Yeah, you in your bank book, Yeah, open that up,
- 27:37Speaker 3: get some get some money animals.
- 27:39Speaker 1: Yeah, Jesus, a bloody great idea.
- 27:42Speaker 4: Actually, although my question would be, what about you know,
- 27:46Speaker 4: you go to the gym, what are the nutters down
- 27:48Speaker 4: they're going to do without you to go and talk to.
- 27:50Speaker 4: You're sort of like the Jesus.
- 27:52Speaker 3: The whole liking being shown podcast.
- 27:55Speaker 1: Yes, indeed, the dudes there on the radio Honaki Big
- 27:58Speaker 1: Show this Wednesday afternoon, twenty six and that's past five
- 28:00Speaker 1: o'clock now. Last night, very big announcement fellas read the
- 28:06Speaker 1: old Oasis there, Emogi and I know we've been talking
- 28:10Speaker 1: about it about the previous days. You were stoked, mate,
- 28:13Speaker 1: very excited.
- 28:14Speaker 4: Very very excited. Big fan of the band, but also
- 28:18Speaker 4: a big fan of them as individuals. And so I'll
- 28:21Speaker 4: be honest with you, man, like a lot of a
- 28:23Speaker 4: lot of the stuff for me over over the years.
- 28:27Speaker 4: It was fifteen years since they broke up. Broke up
- 28:29Speaker 4: in two thousand and nine. Five minutes before they meant
- 28:33Speaker 4: to go on stage to thirty thousand people in Paris,
- 28:37Speaker 4: they had a fight backstage and that was it. Just
- 28:40Speaker 4: canceled the gig on the spot. And a big part
- 28:43Speaker 4: because oftentimes when bands get to be back together.
- 28:46Speaker 1: You're sort of like, oh, who really you know? Who really?
- 28:48Speaker 1: Key is?
- 28:49Speaker 4: Well, sure it doesn't really matter and I hadn't seen them,
- 28:51Speaker 4: but I've seen Liam since and you know, absolutely amazing.
- 28:54Speaker 4: But I'll be honest with you man. One of the
- 28:56Speaker 4: big things for me is I've wanted them to start
- 28:58Speaker 4: talking again, just so that they can go back and
- 29:01Speaker 4: have Christmas dinner with their mother. Sure, I think about
- 29:04Speaker 4: their mum and having two sons like that, and they
- 29:06Speaker 4: don't come over for Christmas dinner. So I would have
- 29:09Speaker 4: been happy if they just did that. But the fact
- 29:11Speaker 4: that they're now going to go on what looks like
- 29:13Speaker 4: a world tour got announced yesterday. They start off I
- 29:16Speaker 4: think in Wales, Cardiff, They're going to Manchester, Wembley Stadium
- 29:23Speaker 4: in Edinburgh and then there's going to be a world
- 29:25Speaker 4: tour after that. So tickets go on sale this Saturday.
- 29:29Speaker 4: Today they opened up you could register for your tickets.
- 29:33Speaker 4: Four hundred thousand people have registered to buy tickets. Wow
- 29:38Speaker 4: for those concerts amazing and under twenty four hours. That
- 29:41Speaker 4: is absolutely unbelievable. They are just they're as big as
- 29:45Speaker 4: the Beatles. Was the Caketon on that list of venues?
- 29:49Speaker 4: I mean the fingers Crossed keysya, Victor Arena.
- 29:53Speaker 1: I think there's a couple of nice places along k
- 29:56Speaker 1: Road there. Well, there are the Rani Community Hall, Yeah,
- 30:00Speaker 1: why not? Yeah?
- 30:01Speaker 4: They doing a couple of Nights and Huntley.
- 30:02Speaker 1: I know that.
- 30:03Speaker 4: How good? So yeah, but apparently they're going to be
- 30:05Speaker 4: coming down to Australia Ticketmaster. The ticket Master Australia has
- 30:10Speaker 4: posted the Oasis video on their website, which suggests they
- 30:13Speaker 4: will be coming down here to tour as well, and
- 30:15Speaker 4: we'll certainly want to be getting them behind there. I'm
- 30:17Speaker 4: bloody bloody excited about it. I would love to go
- 30:20Speaker 4: to Europe for it, though.
- 30:21Speaker 3: I guess it does as we're talking about, you say,
- 30:23Speaker 3: it depends on how that first leg of the tour goes, right.
- 30:25Speaker 3: There's a lot of money on the line here though.
- 30:27Speaker 3: These guys could be absolutely rolling in it after this one. Yeah,
- 30:30Speaker 3: I think they've.
- 30:31Speaker 4: Well, I hope and I think they would because neither
- 30:34Speaker 4: of them need the money, but they're both so incredibly wealthy.
- 30:38Speaker 4: It's not about there, it's about I think now they
- 30:41Speaker 4: can just tour and have a bit of fun and
- 30:43Speaker 4: hopefully put it behind them. They're not doing you know,
- 30:46Speaker 4: half an ounce of cocaine today. They're not, which you know,
- 30:50Speaker 4: maybe they will be by the end of it. Yeah,
- 30:52Speaker 4: you know, we don't know, but I think, yeah, I
- 30:55Speaker 4: think they've certainly would have matured after all this time,
- 30:58Speaker 4: despite what Liam says on Twitter of the time.
- 31:00Speaker 1: Great stuff. Well there you go, all you Oasis fans
- 31:03Speaker 1: out there.
- 31:04Speaker 3: There's actually a really met and Jerry on this show.
- 31:06Speaker 3: This morning they replayed an interview that they did with
- 31:09Speaker 3: Noel Gallagher from twenty nineteen. Listen to their podcast if
- 31:13Speaker 3: you missed it, because he is so hilarious. Apparently, Jerry
- 31:17Speaker 3: was saying that before the interview the publisher said, do
- 31:20Speaker 3: not ask about his brother, and then halfway through the
- 31:23Speaker 3: interview they brought him up. He called his brother an
- 31:25Speaker 3: efing idiot. It was just it was absolutely brilliant. I'm
- 31:29Speaker 3: just like, he's exactly like you think he is, that's right.
- 31:31Speaker 4: And I was just I was doing a pugsy a
- 31:33Speaker 4: son about it off air there, and I think people
- 31:36Speaker 4: thought that they were arrogant, and they certainly were arrogant,
- 31:39Speaker 4: but they thought they were massive assholes. But all they
- 31:42Speaker 4: were doing is they're extremely funny, and when they're being
- 31:46Speaker 4: really funny, they'd never break into a laugh or anything
- 31:48Speaker 4: to let you know that they're joking. They just are
- 31:50Speaker 4: very very dry. They say really funny stuff and they
- 31:53Speaker 4: let the other people do the laughing. They're the funniest
- 31:56Speaker 4: dudes out. Yeah, good stuff. I'll be there mate with bells.
- 32:02Speaker 4: I don't you worry about that.
- 32:03Speaker 1: Get my lighter out when they're singing the Chunes, wave
- 32:06Speaker 1: that in the crowd. A bit of de douching, a
- 32:08Speaker 1: bit of mushy action.
- 32:10Speaker 3: Good time, so good Hey, coming up after the break,
- 32:13Speaker 3: we unpacked the massive dispute that Jay's head with his
- 32:16Speaker 3: wife around some burnt milk.
- 32:17Speaker 1: It's a stay Chune. The whole Archy Big.
- 32:20Speaker 2: Show was jas, Mike and Keyzy tune in.
- 32:23Speaker 1: Four on Radio Lincoln Park. There on the radio Hodarchy
- 32:27Speaker 1: Big Show this Wednesday evening. The time is five fifty two.
- 32:30Speaker 3: So we're just going to pick up here of something
- 32:32Speaker 3: we said we'd pick up over an hour ago. Jace,
- 32:36Speaker 3: you this morning had a bit of a horror of
- 32:38Speaker 3: an argument with your wife.
- 32:39Speaker 1: Well it wasn't a it wasn't a big argument. It
- 32:43Speaker 1: was just a bad vibe one.
- 32:46Speaker 3: So what happened was, and you've done this for years
- 32:48Speaker 3: and years, you were making her a nice coffee on
- 32:50Speaker 3: your coffee machine. She's gone out walking the dog. Just
- 32:52Speaker 3: as she arrived home, you said, oh, just in time, darling,
- 32:55Speaker 3: got your coffee here. As you were making the milk.
- 32:57Speaker 3: She said, can you not over boil the milk today?
- 33:00Speaker 1: Please? She didn't say today, she just said, can you
- 33:03Speaker 1: not boil the milk? Yes?
- 33:05Speaker 3: And then you said you took that personally because you've
- 33:08Speaker 3: been making a coffee every day for ten years.
- 33:09Speaker 1: Yes.
- 33:10Speaker 3: And then she also asked for less froth, and then
- 33:12Speaker 3: you were like, are you serious? And then she said, well,
- 33:14Speaker 3: this is how I like my coffee, and I allowed
- 33:16Speaker 3: to like it like this.
- 33:17Speaker 1: I'm allowed to like my coffee how I like it.
- 33:19Speaker 3: And then you had a whole other thing to do
- 33:21Speaker 3: with another thing. But that was the crux of the thing.
- 33:23Speaker 3: That was the argument.
- 33:24Speaker 1: Well, I put it in context. I've been doing that
- 33:25Speaker 1: for ten years, you know, we alternated each day, but
- 33:28Speaker 1: this was kind of the first day where she actually
- 33:30Speaker 1: sat down at the kitchen bar and was watching me
- 33:33Speaker 1: make the coffee. I've never had a complaint from her
- 33:36Speaker 1: once about any of the coffees I've ever made over
- 33:39Speaker 1: ten years. And today that's why it took me. You know,
- 33:42Speaker 1: I was taken a back bite magie.
- 33:44Speaker 4: Yeah, And I can understand that, man, Like, there's a
- 33:47Speaker 4: couple of ways to look at this, I guess, And
- 33:49Speaker 4: what is that you know, you are offering sustenance. You
- 33:53Speaker 4: get the gift, isn't it when you get it making it,
- 33:55Speaker 4: and you're making something for someone you're beloved, generally you
- 33:59Speaker 4: take it to her. It's a nice way to start
- 34:01Speaker 4: the day. It's an active love.
- 34:03Speaker 1: Can I say? Yes? It is?
- 34:04Speaker 4: It is an active love.
- 34:05Speaker 1: Yes.
- 34:06Speaker 4: And so for her to then say, oh, you know
- 34:09Speaker 4: you're burning the milk or there's an accusation there telling
- 34:13Speaker 4: you to be careful, and then ask you to spoon
- 34:16Speaker 4: out the froth because she doesn't like having too much
- 34:19Speaker 4: froth on it. It's sort of a kick in the guts,
- 34:22Speaker 4: it was. It's a kick in the goolies.
- 34:24Speaker 1: I was uncharacteristically upset by it.
- 34:29Speaker 4: Absolutely, But then the flip side, as you say, you've
- 34:32Speaker 4: been doing this for five or ten years. This has
- 34:34Speaker 4: been happening. This has been a cornerstone of your relationship,
- 34:36Speaker 4: this act of love. Another way to look at this
- 34:38Speaker 4: would be that for five or ten years, your wife
- 34:43Speaker 4: has drunk your shit coffee, yes, with narrower word, with
- 34:48Speaker 4: not a complaint. She has stomached that hot, frothy shit
- 34:53Speaker 4: because she loves you. Yeah, and today was a bridge
- 34:57Speaker 4: too far. So rather than Jeane on the one day
- 35:01Speaker 4: of complaint, why not treasure the three thousand, six hundred
- 35:06Speaker 4: and fifty days where she looked the other way? She
- 35:09Speaker 4: shut up and got on with it and turned the
- 35:11Speaker 4: other cheek. I expected better from you, Mane, to be honest.
- 35:14Speaker 3: I was about to bring a similar argument to the
- 35:17Speaker 3: table because I thought he was on your side. But
- 35:19Speaker 3: he's one hundred percent right. And I like the idea
- 35:22Speaker 3: that your relationship is so healthy that she feels she
- 35:24Speaker 3: can be honest with you and say, look, this is
- 35:26Speaker 3: how I like it can and the way you're making
- 35:28Speaker 3: it as terrible.
- 35:29Speaker 1: Can I just make the point that my coffees are delicious? Yeah,
- 35:33Speaker 1: they're really nicely, I'm I could be a barista. I
- 35:36Speaker 1: know what I'm doing with my coffee. If you're my coffee,
- 35:41Speaker 1: there'll be coffee left and every cup I made it,
- 35:43Speaker 1: But there never is. They're empty. They're completely empty.
- 35:47Speaker 4: Rude is a big fan of coffee. Yeah, your dog.
- 35:51Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm going to make one for Rude tomorrow. She
- 35:53Speaker 1: can go. I mean that sounded nasty. They had a minute.
- 35:57Speaker 1: She can she can make her own coffee. Man, Yeah, a.
- 36:00Speaker 3: Bit delayed with that. You're gonna you're gonna swear there.
- 36:02Speaker 4: Eh, I see where you're coming from, though. Man, that's
- 36:04Speaker 4: kind of stuff that winds me out. Sure if that was.
- 36:07Speaker 3: Me, I would say, oh, babe, sorry, how do you
- 36:10Speaker 3: actually like your coffee? I've never asked. I've just assumed, yeah,
- 36:13Speaker 3: and just giving you what I assume is a good coffee. Yeah,
- 36:16Speaker 3: that's what I would have done.
- 36:17Speaker 4: But how easy.
- 36:23Speaker 3: That's That's not how This is.
- 36:29Speaker 2: The whole aching Big Show with Jas, Mike and Kesy.
- 36:32Speaker 2: Tune in week days at four on Radio.
- 36:34Speaker 1: Hold Ikey, welcome back, Backbones. You're listening to the Big Show,
- 36:39Speaker 1: brought to you by Night, night and day.
- 36:46Speaker 3: Just in case you didn't pick that up far out.
- 36:48Speaker 1: Man, Now listen, I believe we've got a few texts
- 36:53Speaker 1: on three four three about them.
- 36:55Speaker 3: So the milk saga in particular, Jas, people are really
- 36:58Speaker 3: coming to your aid.
- 36:59Speaker 1: Thank you for have just joined.
- 37:01Speaker 3: Jason's been making his wife coffee for ten years. Today
- 37:03Speaker 3: she spoke up that she'd actually liked the way he
- 37:05Speaker 3: made it, and he lost it. He was in a
- 37:07Speaker 3: her of a mood. Yeah, that's the way Terry makes
- 37:10Speaker 3: it for her. So it's come through. On three four
- 37:13Speaker 3: eight three, someone here is referring to you as burnt
- 37:16Speaker 3: milk coffee nips. So it sounds like she's having an
- 37:21Speaker 3: a fair Hoidy J.
- 37:22Speaker 1: Yeah maybe I did think that.
- 37:24Speaker 3: I can't believe Hoidy J has been steaming as missus
- 37:26Speaker 3: milk wrong for ten years. What a helmet?
- 37:29Speaker 1: So you're like a lot of support coming up here, Yeah,
- 37:31Speaker 1: it sounds like it. And there's also from my colleagues
- 37:34Speaker 1: as well.
- 37:34Speaker 3: Quite frankly, yeah, there's support for me as well. Because
- 37:37Speaker 3: I'm doing stand up tonight. I'm a bit worried that
- 37:39Speaker 3: people are going to have heard my material before. Someone's
- 37:42Speaker 3: text through here saying don't worry Keezy. No one that
- 37:45Speaker 3: has come to see you once is going to come
- 37:46Speaker 3: back again.
- 37:47Speaker 1: I did think that, Yeah, oh you thought that? Yeah, yeah, okay,
- 37:52Speaker 1: you didn't say it. Yeah, well I didn't want to
- 37:54Speaker 1: say it.
- 37:55Speaker 3: Yeah right. It just sounds now like you're claiming a
- 37:57Speaker 3: funny text and saying yeah I thought the same thing.
- 38:00Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 38:00Speaker 4: Yeah, sure, see how I thought you'd think that.
- 38:03Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 38:04Speaker 3: Have you guys heard the podcast outro? No, it's bonus
- 38:08Speaker 3: material contact.
- 38:09Speaker 4: I don't want to hear about it.
- 38:17Speaker 1: The predominant by far factor in their lives that their
- 38:21Speaker 1: regret is working too much or so much.
- 38:24Speaker 3: That's what you'll say.
- 38:26Speaker 1: Nah, I just go I wish I wasn't such a
- 38:29Speaker 1: lazy ass, and you know, I wish I got things
- 38:32Speaker 1: done better.
- 38:32Speaker 4: But it's about time for you to have your exit interview,
- 38:35Speaker 4: isn't it.
- 38:36Speaker 1: It's getting classes. Yes, we were talking about end of
- 38:42Speaker 1: life stuff at that particular moment, and we covered a
- 38:45Speaker 1: lot of topics today and how one other topic I
- 38:56Speaker 1: genuinely can't and how the majority of people when they
- 39:01Speaker 1: talk at the end of their lives and they interview
- 39:03Speaker 1: them and they talk about, you know, what's your biggest
- 39:05Speaker 1: regret in life? The majority said working too much. Yeah,
- 39:08Speaker 1: I worked too much and I worked too hard. Interesting,
- 39:11Speaker 1: hasn't It's very interesting.
- 39:13Speaker 3: Jay's good point. By the way, the outra comes out
- 39:15Speaker 3: at seven thirty tonight along with the highlights package of
- 39:18Speaker 3: our entire show, and that happens.
- 39:19Speaker 1: Every single weeknight. Wow, that is crazy.
- 39:21Speaker 3: Just sit hodak you ever get your podcast from and
- 39:23Speaker 3: then boom you'll have them so good even flood of.
- 39:32Speaker 2: The Hadiking Bing Show podcast.
- 39:34Speaker 1: Yeah man, a bit of Matillica on this glorious Wednesday evening.
- 39:39Speaker 1: Let's talk TV What's on the Telly with Mike Minogue.
- 39:48Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah.
- 39:59Speaker 4: Last night I WoT wached some more of the movie
- 40:01Speaker 4: Unity in the Union. Sorry. Mark Wahlberg and Halle Barry
- 40:07Speaker 4: on Netflix. Has been a fan of Helle Berary. I
- 40:09Speaker 4: don't know what it is about her. Same, very very
- 40:12Speaker 4: good actor, very good actor. Yeah, has been a fan
- 40:16Speaker 4: of hers. Very good actor. Yes, God, she can act.
- 40:20Speaker 4: Mm hmm what an actor?
- 40:22Speaker 1: Yeah? Would you like to act with it?
- 40:28Speaker 4: Yeah? I would, actually, I think I'd be a good
- 40:30Speaker 4: actor with her. Yeah, And anyway, I watched about another
- 40:33Speaker 4: fifteen or twenty minutes. Wow, a little bit more action
- 40:35Speaker 4: than it. It really is shit, but pretty easy watch
- 40:41Speaker 4: and it keeps you sort of taking along. Oh you
- 40:43Speaker 4: know what I'd love to see, man, I'd love to
- 40:44Speaker 4: see Mark Wahlberg get botox. Get botox, because he does
- 40:51Speaker 4: his frown and he's got like eighteen lines across as
- 40:55Speaker 4: for you, unbelievable things they are. They're like they're like
- 40:59Speaker 4: a mental piece above a fireplace. You could put Shendle
- 41:02Speaker 4: sticks on them. They're so big. So I'd like to
- 41:05Speaker 4: see how much emotion he'd be able to bring across
- 41:08Speaker 4: without those next time you see him, actually, Pegs just
- 41:12Speaker 4: knock up an absolute all time post for Instagram on
- 41:16Speaker 4: that would you mean deeply minutes and he's but he's
- 41:22Speaker 4: ripped a bits as well. Yes, anyway, it sucks, but
- 41:25Speaker 4: I recommend it somehow great.
- 41:28Speaker 1: It's interesting talk about lots of stuff. My wife and
- 41:32Speaker 1: I we've become quite obsessed by a certain actor, actress
- 41:37Speaker 1: whose face is every time we see here seems to
- 41:41Speaker 1: have had more work, Nicole Kidman. Your silence speaks volumes,
- 41:47Speaker 1: but and it's like it's getting to the point where
- 41:50Speaker 1: she has become unrecognizable almost. But anyway, I had something
- 41:56Speaker 1: to talk about by the way you go keasy or if.
- 41:59Speaker 4: You've got something, really, all those times we've been arguing
- 42:02Speaker 4: about who's going to talk about it would be finished
- 42:03Speaker 4: by now.
- 42:03Speaker 1: Yeah, that's true.
- 42:04Speaker 3: I watched The Titanic at the weekend Saturday night.
- 42:07Speaker 1: Did you find the scene where he's drawing here really sexy?
- 42:11Speaker 3: And that's and I can see because obviously Kate Winsley
- 42:13Speaker 3: is your ultimate hall pass. Yeah, and in that she's
- 42:16Speaker 3: quite beautiful. Obviously Jack is so young. Leo looked like
- 42:20Speaker 3: a kid in that.
- 42:21Speaker 1: He was he was pretty young or twenty three.
- 42:24Speaker 3: Yeah, he looks like he's like sixteen. Ah, you know
- 42:26Speaker 3: what I mean. Well, this and kezy.
- 42:28Speaker 4: This is interesting because this was a problem that leonaded
- 42:30Speaker 4: DiCaprio head in his film roles as that he looked
- 42:33Speaker 4: like a child right deep into his films. And then
- 42:36Speaker 4: Martin Score says, he did a really smart thing in
- 42:39Speaker 4: that Departed where he put him in prison. He did
- 42:41Speaker 4: a panning shot across the prison cells and he had
- 42:44Speaker 4: to Caprio in a single or with his shoot off
- 42:46Speaker 4: doing push ups, and he had muscles. He was like,
- 42:49Speaker 4: this guy is a man now. And it completely changed
- 42:52Speaker 4: the way you perceived him because he did look like
- 42:53Speaker 4: a kid for so long and.
- 42:54Speaker 3: Was he always doing like the heart throbbing kind of.
- 42:57Speaker 4: Well he did not see in Gilbert Grape was herob great? Right,
- 43:02Speaker 4: great movie? Yeah.
- 43:04Speaker 3: But one thing I noticed with The Titanic, because we
- 43:06Speaker 3: looked it up, turned a million dollar budget or something,
- 43:08Speaker 3: and then it became one of the highest grossing films
- 43:10Speaker 3: of all time. The effects. It is right in that
- 43:13Speaker 3: Jurassic Park, the very first one slot where wide shots
- 43:17Speaker 3: of the Titanic before it sank at the harbor. They
- 43:20Speaker 3: look a bit because of the CG. However, the practical
- 43:23Speaker 3: effis are freaking excellent. It has aged so well, such
- 43:28Speaker 3: a great movie. And sure it's massively long, but the
- 43:31Speaker 3: last hour my wife was like white knuckled watching them
- 43:35Speaker 3: try and escape the ship and save Jack. And then
- 43:37Speaker 3: she was honestly freaking out with had to pause so
- 43:39Speaker 3: she could make a cup of tea, you.
- 43:41Speaker 1: Know what I mean?
- 43:42Speaker 4: Yeah, And I would say Lord of the Rings is
- 43:44Speaker 4: in that same realm with.
- 43:47Speaker 1: Where it's just.
- 43:48Speaker 3: Absolutely it still looks so freaking amazing.
- 43:51Speaker 1: So movie.
- 43:51Speaker 3: If you haven't seen The Titanic like me, in like
- 43:53Speaker 3: you know, twenty odd years, it still holds up massively,
- 43:57Speaker 3: very good, so hot.
- 43:58Speaker 1: My secret indulgence which I've never talked to you about
- 44:01Speaker 1: out Back opal Hunters and on Discovery Channel. Yeah, and
- 44:07Speaker 1: and something gold out Back Hunters I'll talk about. I
- 44:13Speaker 1: look forward to that. I love those shows.
- 44:16Speaker 2: The darky Big Shows with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Keizy.
- 44:21Speaker 1: Smashing pumpkins there on the radio Honarchy, Big Show this
- 44:24Speaker 1: Wednesday evening, Big Day on Friday. Of course, daffod All
- 44:27Speaker 1: Day and the Big Show are a big part of it,
- 44:29Speaker 1: aren't we feel we certainly are jays.
- 44:31Speaker 3: If you would like to see one of us here
- 44:33Speaker 3: from the Big Show jump off the Auckland Harbor Bridge,
- 44:36Speaker 3: we need to raise one hundred thousand dollars. We're way
- 44:37Speaker 3: over fifty now. To make your instant three dollars donation,
- 44:41Speaker 3: just text the words support to two zero six.
- 44:44Speaker 1: Don't diss them, just do it.
- 44:49Speaker 4: I'm not I never used to have an issue with heights.
- 44:52Speaker 4: I think we've spoken about this before, but as I've
- 44:54Speaker 4: got an older I think I do now. Sure I
- 44:56Speaker 4: never used to care. But when we went up to
- 44:58Speaker 4: Skott Sky Tower, which is in Auckland here in the
- 45:02Speaker 4: middle of Auckland. Beautiful building. Oh really, it's God. That
- 45:05Speaker 4: is a It's a stunning piece of architecture, isn't it
- 45:08Speaker 4: very point?
- 45:09Speaker 1: Yeah, I've s it is beautiful.
- 45:13Speaker 4: But just walking around and they've got the glass falls
- 45:15Speaker 4: yea and all that sort of stuff, I was like,
- 45:18Speaker 4: get a bit woozy, A little bit woozy man, just
- 45:20Speaker 4: crawling around on the floor.
- 45:21Speaker 1: So yeah, I'm.
- 45:22Speaker 4: Looking forward to you doing it, Jase.
- 45:24Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah. Bungee jump height have never bothered me, you
- 45:28Speaker 1: know what I mean.
- 45:29Speaker 3: I suppose you've never been at a height.
- 45:31Speaker 1: Exactly, a particularly tall feller. So you know, bring it on.
- 45:35Speaker 1: I say, good on the skydive. I remember the first
- 45:38Speaker 1: time I did that. Yeah, that was pretty freaky, But
- 45:41Speaker 1: then after that it was just ho hum.
- 45:43Speaker 3: About that, Jays. The funny thing about that is the
- 45:46Speaker 3: first time I skydived it was really exciting. I might
- 45:48Speaker 3: have told you guys already, but the second time, having
- 45:50Speaker 3: experienced it while I was in the plane, was the
- 45:52Speaker 3: most nervous I've ever been, right because I've done it
- 45:54Speaker 3: before and there's no mystery anymore, like, Wow, what's this
- 45:57Speaker 3: going to be? I knew what it was like, and
- 45:59Speaker 3: that's scared shit out of me.
- 46:00Speaker 5: Right.
- 46:01Speaker 1: Interesting? Interesting?
- 46:02Speaker 3: And we used to do you guys used to jump
- 46:03Speaker 3: off train bridges, really high bridges when you were younger
- 46:05Speaker 3: with your mates. Hell yeah, man, I feel like you didn't.
- 46:09Speaker 3: So we were used to say, I wonder if you
- 46:11Speaker 3: could jump off at the Harbor Bridge.
- 46:12Speaker 4: Well, I remember there was that time you and I
- 46:15Speaker 4: JS and we were it was the summer of I
- 46:18Speaker 4: don't know god what year it was, but we went
- 46:21Speaker 4: to find that dead body, do you remember that?
- 46:23Speaker 1: And we were walking.
- 46:23Speaker 4: Across the old the bridge there and then the bloody
- 46:26Speaker 4: train came along and we had to go sprint. Nearly
- 46:28Speaker 4: got flattened. Oh oh yeah. We had to sprint and
- 46:31Speaker 4: then jump off the side of it into the water.
- 46:33Speaker 1: Wow.
- 46:33Speaker 4: It was about what sixty meters high? Jason, Yeah, about
- 46:35Speaker 4: sixty But it's been a hell of a summer. There
- 46:37Speaker 4: was no water in the river and we just landed
- 46:39Speaker 4: on the rocks.
- 46:42Speaker 1: But yeah, if you want to.
- 46:42Speaker 3: Make your donation to the Cancer Society, this staff at
- 46:45Speaker 3: all day, text the word support to two zero six
- 46:48Speaker 3: Help Radio, DA, Help, A and Z. Didn't help the
- 46:51Speaker 3: Cancer Society as well.
- 46:52Speaker 4: But the trick was we went loosey goosey, just where
- 46:55Speaker 4: you hit the roxy and just loosey goosey and.
- 46:57Speaker 1: Then you just I still shattered my spine in four
- 47:00Speaker 1: places for hood.
- 47:02Speaker 2: Archy Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Kisey Wlther.
- 47:14Speaker 1: You go your man advancetards. Since your Wednesday show, Dan
- 47:17Speaker 1: and dasaid, we've got over the hump. We're cruising into Thursday. Moggi,
- 47:20Speaker 1: I don't even need to ask, mate, you're a You're
- 47:23Speaker 1: going to get home, have a bath, go to bed,
- 47:24Speaker 1: do you you think so? Man? Yeah?
- 47:26Speaker 4: Why not watch a bit Italian Beard or something like that.
- 47:28Speaker 4: Might watch another ten or fifteen minutes of my movie.
- 47:31Speaker 4: Sure yeah, yeah, yeah yeah yeah, and then tomorrow I
- 47:33Speaker 4: might have a pampamogi day, might go to a sauna,
- 47:38Speaker 4: sure yourself. Yeah, but what else is there other than
- 47:41Speaker 4: a sauna a massage?
- 47:44Speaker 1: No, I don't like those. Ah do you find them election?
- 47:47Speaker 4: Relection? Do you find I mean honestly, do you find
- 47:50Speaker 4: them election or not?
- 47:51Speaker 3: Is it a Sean Connery accent? I had never properly
- 47:55Speaker 3: had one until I got one while as in Bali, Yeah,
- 47:58Speaker 3: full body message. It was actually brilli.
- 48:00Speaker 1: It was good love.
- 48:01Speaker 4: Every time I get one, I just think I would
