- 0:06Speaker 1: Hello, Oh it's not as good hell hella. Oh, I
- 0:12Speaker 1: had so many chances to get it right, but we're
- 0:14Speaker 1: having some technical difficulties recording from home again. We were
- 0:21Speaker 1: what I thought was supposed to be our first day
- 0:23Speaker 1: in our new studio. I should know this though. It's
- 0:26Speaker 1: like when you have construction on something. It's like, yeah,
- 0:28Speaker 1: we'll have it done in six months. No, you'll have
- 0:30Speaker 1: it done in a year. That's what you plan.
- 0:32Speaker 2: Just bank on that.
- 0:33Speaker 1: You just bank on it.
- 0:34Speaker 2: He mom, Hi laughs, Look who we have?
- 0:37Speaker 3: Hey?
- 0:38Speaker 2: I had a cute lady callin or not call Colin.
- 0:42Speaker 2: She DMed in and said she wanted to be on
- 0:45Speaker 2: the podcast. I said, twist my arm.
- 0:47Speaker 1: Give the people what they want, or give the person
- 0:50Speaker 1: what they want. The one person you did scare me
- 0:53Speaker 1: when you said she called in. I was like, you're
- 0:55Speaker 1: giving people your phone number that track.
- 0:57Speaker 2: She probably wouldn't want me to have her phone number
- 1:00Speaker 2: because I probably call her every day.
- 1:01Speaker 1: Oh no, definitely giving you her phone number. So the
- 1:06Speaker 1: last time we recorded, there were so many people that
- 1:09Speaker 1: were like, does Lala have a buffalo on her wall?
- 1:13Speaker 1: People think that the portrait behind us as a buffalo.
- 1:16Speaker 1: So before we start, I want to say that that
- 1:18Speaker 1: is two horses. I got that at the Branch Shapiro Foundation.
- 1:23Speaker 1: And what that is, uh is they Bob and Linelle Shapiro,
- 1:28Speaker 1: have a foundation that was basically dedicated to their late
- 1:33Speaker 1: son and they have kids, I guess kids in junior
- 1:39Speaker 1: high in high school and they enroll in this charity
- 1:42Speaker 1: which they're sponsoring them a program and they sponsor them.
- 1:45Speaker 1: If you stay sober throughout junior high and high school,
- 1:48Speaker 1: you are basically eligible for uh college enrollment.
- 1:53Speaker 3: Yeah, which is.
- 1:54Speaker 2: The coolest thing.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Incredible. So that portrait actually contributed to some kid going
- 2:01Speaker 1: fishing a college education.
- 2:03Speaker 2: Yep. And it's two horses and I am in love
- 2:06Speaker 2: with horses. That is my thing, So thank.
- 2:08Speaker 1: You la la oh No, I love it too. She's gorgeous.
- 2:12Speaker 1: I really like that one on the wall because I
- 2:14Speaker 1: was thinking, I'm like, is she too small to go
- 2:16Speaker 1: on that wall? And I think if it were a
- 2:18Speaker 1: white wall, then yes, it would be too small. But
- 2:21Speaker 1: because it's an accent wall, it's just like the perfect size.
- 2:25Speaker 1: I love it, but I'm no interior.
- 2:28Speaker 2: I do what do I do?
- 2:30Speaker 1: So she can gallop like the mustang and heart she is?
- 2:33Speaker 1: You know what though you were watching something on the plane.
- 2:35Speaker 1: We went to Utah over the weekend. You were watching
- 2:38Speaker 1: something on the plane. This interior decorator named Shay or something.
- 2:43Speaker 1: She lives in Utah. Yes, Shane McGee, Shae McGee. She's
- 2:47Speaker 1: very wealthy off of just her eye for interior design.
- 2:51Speaker 1: And I don't want to discredit her talent because she's
- 2:54Speaker 1: definitely talented, but not quite my style.
- 2:58Speaker 2: So but that's I think. The beauty of her is
- 3:00Speaker 2: that she has so many different styles that can fit.
- 3:03Speaker 3: Your like Joanne the Magnolia, Juanna gangs like her. I
- 3:10Speaker 3: do not love any decorating she does not for me,
- 3:13Speaker 3: but oreviously it's doing something for everyone else, right, Well,
- 3:16Speaker 3: a lid for every pot.
- 3:18Speaker 1: It always goes back to the lids in the pot.
- 3:21Speaker 3: Yes, every time I don't like it, somebody else does.
- 3:23Speaker 1: Right, So I say that because who knows? I guess
- 3:27Speaker 1: depending on what interior designer you bring in here, they
- 3:29Speaker 1: could say that looks so silly on that wall. You
- 3:32Speaker 1: need a bigger piece. But you know what, this is
- 3:34Speaker 1: my house. So that's what I did.
- 3:35Speaker 2: I like it, like it, love it.
- 3:37Speaker 1: How did you guys feel about going to Utah?
- 3:39Speaker 3: Loved it? Loved it, loved it.
- 3:41Speaker 2: Well, the way the trips started off, wasn't loving it
- 3:44Speaker 2: so much?
- 3:45Speaker 1: I have to say, I'm big into signs, so.
- 3:49Speaker 2: We win and you let us all know.
- 3:51Speaker 1: Yeah, That's why I do what I do because I
- 3:53Speaker 1: don't keep one thought to myself. That's why I'm constantly
- 3:56Speaker 1: in trouble or having someone relate to me, because I
- 3:59Speaker 1: don't know how to keep a thought to myself.
- 4:02Speaker 2: Yes, yes, I got it. I was well aware, well aware.
- 4:06Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, I thought, let me tell you, I
- 4:08Speaker 3: have World War three in the airport, and what was
- 4:10Speaker 3: we did? You did? And what's so great? It didn't
- 4:13Speaker 3: feel like it to me because I was hands free.
- 4:16Speaker 1: Really, I felt you were pretty on board. You were
- 4:19Speaker 1: definitely on board. You're who I was venting to for
- 4:22Speaker 1: ocean and go and rat me out.
- 4:24Speaker 2: I love ocean.
- 4:26Speaker 3: But no, she came to stress, told me what was
- 4:28Speaker 3: going on because I didn't book the tickets. I didn't
- 4:30Speaker 3: have to book anything, so I was just there and
- 4:34Speaker 3: whatever happened was off my plate.
- 4:37Speaker 1: Well, Lisa was in charge of booking tickets, which was lovely.
- 4:41Speaker 1: Might add, this woman chooses to put us on a
- 4:44Speaker 1: ten am flight out of La out of Lax on
- 4:47Speaker 1: a Wednesday.
- 4:48Speaker 2: But in my defense, you guys, I don't look at
- 4:50Speaker 2: the times. I don't look at times. I look at
- 4:52Speaker 2: the price. I am very budgety. I looked at price
- 4:55Speaker 2: and I saw a cheap flight, and that's what I booked.
- 4:58Speaker 1: Okay, I'm appreciative. However, if you live in Los Angeles
- 5:03Speaker 1: with kids, with even solo, you know that ten o'clock,
- 5:08Speaker 1: if you're in the valley to get to Lax ten am,
- 5:10Speaker 1: you have to make your flight. You are in prime
- 5:13Speaker 1: rush hour of everyone trying to get to work.
- 5:16Speaker 2: See. I never leave the house, so I don't know
- 5:18Speaker 2: these things.
- 5:18Speaker 1: Okay, well we do, and Mom goes, we're gonna leave.
- 5:21Speaker 1: The driver's picking us up at eight. I said, there's
- 5:23Speaker 1: no frickin' way. We have to leave at least seven
- 5:26Speaker 1: thirty minimum, right, So we're on our way. Deep deity
- 5:31Speaker 1: Lisa doesn't put Sosa on the ticket as a lap child.
- 5:35Speaker 1: So this woman tells us that we have to go
- 5:38Speaker 1: to assistance.
- 5:40Speaker 3: Right.
- 5:40Speaker 2: We tried to check in our bags, and that's when
- 5:42Speaker 2: it all began. When we tried to check the bags,
- 5:45Speaker 2: they said you need to see an agent.
- 5:46Speaker 1: Which is strange though, because we had five bags. We
- 5:49Speaker 1: were fine. It shot out four tickets and then on
- 5:51Speaker 1: the fifth bag tag it doesn't shoot it out and
- 5:54Speaker 1: says you need to see an agent, right, so it's
- 5:56Speaker 1: like this is weird. We go see the agent. They
- 5:58Speaker 1: then send us over to assistants.
- 6:01Speaker 2: Well, we waited in lined, like you're missing, like all
- 6:04Speaker 2: the timelines, We waited in line forever to get to
- 6:07Speaker 2: this lady to check our bags to tell us, oh,
- 6:09Speaker 2: I can't help you with the lap child.
- 6:11Speaker 1: That's very true. So we sent our bags on the way.
- 6:13Speaker 1: See I've blocked it out.
- 6:14Speaker 3: Yes, our bags were without us.
- 6:16Speaker 2: So then I went to the Sky Priority line and
- 6:20Speaker 2: the guy says, are you Sky priority? And I didn't
- 6:22Speaker 2: think I was Sky Priority, so I said no, and
- 6:24Speaker 2: he goes, you have to go to this line way
- 6:27Speaker 2: down here, which wrapped around the buildings.
- 6:31Speaker 1: Everyone in the assistance line was trying to get back,
- 6:36Speaker 1: they were leaving the country. They were trying to either
- 6:38Speaker 1: get back home or do something much more than we needed,
- 6:43Speaker 1: which was just to add my child to my ticket. Right.
- 6:45Speaker 3: Come to find out we could have done that through TSA.
- 6:48Speaker 1: Yeah, well LAX was not on the ball. Shocker. Yeah,
- 6:53Speaker 1: I said, we're gonna miss our freaking flight. I'm furious
- 6:56Speaker 1: at my mother.
- 6:57Speaker 2: To the point where she says, I could spit on you.
- 7:00Speaker 2: An ocean came and told me that you said.
- 7:02Speaker 1: I said to my brother, because I'm like, we're gonna
- 7:04Speaker 1: miss this freaking flight. She mom goes, let's just try
- 7:08Speaker 1: to get through TSA, And they.
- 7:09Speaker 3: Were already on a ball of I already had a
- 7:11Speaker 3: feeling yesterday that I should stay home, and this is
- 7:13Speaker 3: what's happening.
- 7:14Speaker 1: I was on the verge of tears.
- 7:15Speaker 3: I was on the verge culture.
- 7:17Speaker 2: Now you said you weren't going.
- 7:18Speaker 1: Yes, I did. I said, call the driver, I'm leaving.
- 7:21Speaker 1: I'm taking my kids to Palm Springs, have a good time.
- 7:25Speaker 2: And we said bye.
- 7:26Speaker 1: I did say bye. Yeah, that was rough.
- 7:30Speaker 3: I thought that there didn't feel like you need So
- 7:32Speaker 3: she was like, no, I'm fucking coming half, I'm not needed.
- 7:35Speaker 3: I'm there.
- 7:35Speaker 1: It's exactly what I felt.
- 7:36Speaker 2: So then we go up to ts Can.
- 7:39Speaker 1: I tell you what I really felt. I had. The
- 7:42Speaker 1: thing is and we're going to talk about this. I'm
- 7:44Speaker 1: a virgo. So the wind was blowing in a direction
- 7:47Speaker 1: that I was not planning on. Okay, So to have
- 7:50Speaker 1: the car come back and get me. That's I don't
- 7:52Speaker 1: roll well like that. It's like, no, the plan is
- 7:55Speaker 1: to go to Utah. I've sunk into that plan. My
- 7:58Speaker 1: bag is on its way to Utah. My breast pump
- 8:02Speaker 1: is going to be in Utah. Oh.
- 8:03Speaker 2: I know we all heard about it.
- 8:05Speaker 1: You're such a bitch.
- 8:08Speaker 3: We did hear about it.
- 8:09Speaker 2: She was chirping at me, but like, and I turned
- 8:12Speaker 2: my back on her, like I don't even know, mom.
- 8:15Speaker 1: Thing is, people can hear you. I go, I don't
- 8:18Speaker 1: give a ship.
- 8:19Speaker 3: Yeah. When mom says that, it almost makes me go
- 8:21Speaker 3: even I go louder. I go louder and prouder. FU
- 8:24Speaker 3: about these human beings that are yelling at their mom
- 8:26Speaker 3: the same way I'm yelling at you.
- 8:28Speaker 1: I've seen those people all we're all in this together.
- 8:33Speaker 1: You think that they don't bitch and moan at each other.
- 8:35Speaker 1: When I see people doing that, I'm like, I so
- 8:37Speaker 1: feel free.
- 8:38Speaker 2: I would never do that to my mom ever, God ever,
- 8:41Speaker 2: off it already.
- 8:42Speaker 1: Because your mom probably knew that if she's in LA,
- 8:45Speaker 1: she needs to leave at a certain time, and she.
- 8:48Speaker 3: Probably correctly.
- 8:49Speaker 2: So then so we gave up the line for to
- 8:53Speaker 2: get the child, and then go up to the TSA line,
- 8:56Speaker 2: which was line.
- 8:57Speaker 3: Ever, just to let you guys know, if you've forgotten,
- 8:59Speaker 3: we hopped in lines, out of lines, into lines. You
- 9:03Speaker 3: guys were in the assisted help for the lat child.
- 9:07Speaker 3: We thought we are not gonna make it. Let's go
- 9:09Speaker 3: to TSA. We sat in TSA for another ten minutes.
- 9:12Speaker 2: They didn't even move. It didn't even move.
- 9:14Speaker 3: And we thought, well, now do we sit in here
- 9:16Speaker 3: with the hope that she gets on the plane or
- 9:19Speaker 3: do we have to So then that's when we hopped
- 9:20Speaker 3: out of that. We spent like thirty five minutes.
- 9:22Speaker 2: In hopping in and out of line that we didn't
- 9:24Speaker 2: even get.
- 9:24Speaker 3: To the end of.
- 9:25Speaker 1: I'm reliving it all right now.
- 9:28Speaker 2: So then we go back downstairs and I don't think
- 9:31Speaker 2: you're going so I'm gonna get tickets for us, try
- 9:34Speaker 2: to get tickets. So I go to the sky Priority
- 9:36Speaker 2: line again and the lady goes, are you a medallion member?
- 9:39Speaker 2: And I'm like, yes, oh, well you can use this line.
- 9:42Speaker 2: So I could have done that the very first time,
- 9:44Speaker 2: but one has no one else.
- 9:47Speaker 1: Is not How is mom supposed to know at the
- 9:49Speaker 1: airport if she's a medallion member?
- 9:51Speaker 2: You didn't have a print it. All it did was
- 9:53Speaker 2: Sky Priority. Did not say slash Medallion. So how am
- 9:57Speaker 2: I supposed to be.
- 9:58Speaker 3: I'm only saying because usually, like Jake Baalum or one
- 10:02Speaker 3: of my friends is a Medallion member, but usually in
- 10:05Speaker 3: his emails it'll send you things and with that reading
- 10:08Speaker 3: it says Medallion members, and then it'll say Skypro and
- 10:11Speaker 3: all of those things that door involved in.
- 10:14Speaker 2: So anyway, but just well, the.
- 10:16Speaker 1: Only reason why I decided, like, keep in mind, you
- 10:20Speaker 1: have to remember I have ocean fine, no big deal,
- 10:25Speaker 1: but Sosa is on a schedule. As far as like
- 10:28Speaker 1: napping and her food. I have enough. I have enough
- 10:32Speaker 1: milk on me to hold me over from the time
- 10:36Speaker 1: we were leaving the house and landing in Utah. So
- 10:39Speaker 1: now we're pushed back however many hours and I'm like,
- 10:42Speaker 1: I don't know, like I have nothing to feed my child.
- 10:46Speaker 1: So I'm also tripping on that. I guess you tell
- 10:49Speaker 1: me they can get us on a flight at eleven
- 10:51Speaker 1: fifteen it was an hour at most.
- 10:54Speaker 3: I was like, this is perfect, and what's do me?
- 10:56Speaker 2: When I got up there, she goes, oh, you would
- 10:58Speaker 2: have major flight. Yeah, it's just a simple change and
- 11:01Speaker 2: we could send you on your way.
- 11:02Speaker 3: She was the one that was nice enough. That's when
- 11:04Speaker 3: we found out in TSA. If we would have gone
- 11:06Speaker 3: they would have gone, oh, and here's your lap ticket,
- 11:09Speaker 3: like they would have done it.
- 11:10Speaker 1: Yeah, but someone at the airport they should have known that.
- 11:12Speaker 1: We asked multiple people about this. They all directed us
- 11:15Speaker 1: to the assist degree.
- 11:16Speaker 3: But I can't. I will say, Delta has how many
- 11:20Speaker 3: employees going back and forth. It would be so hard
- 11:24Speaker 3: to be on the same page as twenty five hundred
- 11:27Speaker 3: people working at that same thing. I just know it's hard.
- 11:31Speaker 3: That's how I know.
- 11:31Speaker 2: I don't know either. And did you hear the announcement
- 11:34Speaker 2: at the podium when we were at the gate if
- 11:37Speaker 2: you have a lap child and don't have it on
- 11:39Speaker 2: your ticket, please come up on our way.
- 11:42Speaker 3: From Salt Lake. Yeah, so you.
- 11:43Speaker 1: But we'll get well, we'll get into how I feel
- 11:46Speaker 1: about the state of Utah. All right, Yes, anyway, we land,
- 11:51Speaker 1: we get to the hotel. This new hotel is beautiful.
- 11:55Speaker 1: I love downtown salt Lake has changed so much beautiful.
- 12:00Speaker 1: Why haven't been to Salt Lake in like a few years.
- 12:03Speaker 1: I want to say the only in July, But say
- 12:07Speaker 1: I was in Park City I didn't explore.
- 12:09Speaker 3: Salid downtown in probably ten years.
- 12:11Speaker 1: It's been it's been a while, yeah, because we always
- 12:14Speaker 1: go to Park City, and I was very impressed, very happy.
- 12:19Speaker 1: We get to the room, We're all good. I go
- 12:21Speaker 1: to pump my tig Old Biddy's, and I have forgotten
- 12:25Speaker 1: the two most important pieces to my pump. At that
- 12:30Speaker 1: point in time, I do cry. I start stopping.
- 12:32Speaker 3: She goes.
- 12:32Speaker 2: I knew this was another sign. This is a sign
- 12:34Speaker 2: I shouldn't have gone, and.
- 12:36Speaker 1: I'm never coming back here and they don't want me.
- 12:38Speaker 2: I'm laying my eyes clothes, listening to.
- 12:43Speaker 1: As I'm begging her to validate what I'm saying. Please
- 12:47Speaker 1: just hear me. You're gonna be fine. Just get me
- 12:49Speaker 1: my phone. I'm gonna look on the Target app. Target
- 12:51Speaker 1: only has manual breast pumps, so I'm like, of course
- 12:54Speaker 1: they do. Again, I'm spiraling. So Lisa has the bright idea.
- 12:59Speaker 1: I get I tell East and can you please go
- 13:00Speaker 1: to a target like I need you bad? So here
- 13:03Speaker 1: he is trying to have a good time with his friends,
- 13:05Speaker 1: and I'm already summoning him to go to the store
- 13:10Speaker 1: pump area.
- 13:10Speaker 3: Oh, I will say, because I walked in that target,
- 13:13Speaker 3: and I'm not somebody. Nowadays, with age has come questions.
- 13:17Speaker 3: I don't walk into something, go yeah, we'll find it.
- 13:19Speaker 3: I find somebody. Where is it?
- 13:20Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 13:20Speaker 3: And they tell me. I walked right up and I
- 13:22Speaker 3: said where is the baby? And she goes this, But
- 13:26Speaker 3: what are you looking for? I said, breast pump. She
- 13:28Speaker 3: goes eight, and she just smiled like this poor bastard. Oh,
- 13:33Speaker 3: this poor She probably thought it was my kid. That's
- 13:35Speaker 3: the poor bastard part, like this kid has no idea
- 13:37Speaker 3: what he's getting into, but went up, got the breast pump,
- 13:41Speaker 3: got some good Uh.
- 13:42Speaker 1: It was Lisa's idea. They too, only had manual and
- 13:45Speaker 1: Mom goes, why don't you look at the back. Maybe
- 13:47Speaker 1: they have the two pieces. So I'm missing the piece.
- 13:49Speaker 3: I have the medella, but that's too hard to do
- 13:52Speaker 3: with like an uber or.
- 13:53Speaker 1: Way too hard, like I can't see the back of it.
- 13:55Speaker 1: They had the two little duck things that suction on
- 13:57Speaker 1: and then you clamp the things on, and sure enough
- 14:00Speaker 1: they had that inside of the manual. I said, grab
- 14:04Speaker 1: two of those easton and bring them to me, just
- 14:05Speaker 1: in case. Get formula. So so wanted nothing to do
- 14:08Speaker 1: with formula. Thank god we did what we did. After that,
- 14:12Speaker 1: the trip could not have been more fabous.
- 14:15Speaker 2: But we have to talk about the charcuterie board.
- 14:17Speaker 1: Oh, oh my god, Oh my god. And in the
- 14:21Speaker 1: nick of time, my mother comes through with the comedic timing.
- 14:25Speaker 1: I had just posted on my Instagram that I was
- 14:27Speaker 1: never coming back to Utah. This was a sign anyone
- 14:31Speaker 1: who asks me to come here, it's a hard pass.
- 14:34Speaker 2: But we were angry. We were both hungry, right wow.
- 14:38Speaker 2: So we ordered a charcuterie board from room service and
- 14:41Speaker 2: it came and it had lovely bree cheese and all cheeses,
- 14:46Speaker 2: all the good stuff, all the good stuff, and I
- 14:49Speaker 2: just chowed. And then comes the uber driver that's got
- 14:55Speaker 2: my little treats and whatever that I added to the order. Yes,
- 15:00Speaker 2: go down into the lobby and he pulls up in
- 15:02Speaker 2: the car, and I'm smiling and telling me how wonderfully
- 15:05Speaker 2: is and this, that and the other. Then I go
- 15:07Speaker 2: to the front desk to get changed so I can
- 15:09Speaker 2: tip people, and I'm just smiling and the life is grand.
- 15:14Speaker 2: And then I go back to the room and I
- 15:16Speaker 2: smile at my daughter.
- 15:18Speaker 1: She goes the girl downstairs was so nice and and
- 15:21Speaker 1: how nice that. The Uber driver waited and I look
- 15:24Speaker 1: at like he ant that.
- 15:25Speaker 3: I go, you have cheese in every.
- 15:30Speaker 1: In everything free.
- 15:34Speaker 2: It looked like plat but.
- 15:37Speaker 3: But your breath probably was top tier as well. Oh fuck,
- 15:42Speaker 3: and then it.
- 15:43Speaker 1: Leads into like this like pepper or something or maybe
- 15:46Speaker 1: a little bit of the it was pepper, so it
- 15:50Speaker 1: looks like she had plaque NTK.
- 15:55Speaker 3: The guy was probably like, did you not need this?
- 15:59Speaker 3: You didn't get it too?
- 16:03Speaker 2: We did need you know, we had to get that
- 16:05Speaker 2: from room service.
- 16:06Speaker 1: I go, I forgot you and I didn't back Ocean Fresh.
- 16:13Speaker 2: Yeah, I tell about myself, you guys, smiling at everyone
- 16:19Speaker 2: because I was so happy.
- 16:20Speaker 3: She's on vacation getting taken care of.
- 16:23Speaker 1: In the hotel and just oh you guys, it literally
- 16:29Speaker 1: brightened my day. I needed to do.
- 16:31Speaker 2: That belly laud.
- 16:34Speaker 3: Know they when you guys told me, because I wasn't
- 16:36Speaker 3: with you. When I asked, I go, what did you think?
- 16:39Speaker 3: She goes, I didn't care.
- 16:42Speaker 2: That is, yes, well I can't see anyway, and I
- 16:46Speaker 2: got new contacts and I don't think they're hitting, so
- 16:57Speaker 2: so anyway, that's probably the problem.
- 17:02Speaker 1: I adore I adore you, mom, You're so funny. No,
- 17:08Speaker 1: you guys, I just needed that laugh so badly. When
- 17:13Speaker 1: you came up to the room. It truly revived me
- 17:16Speaker 1: to the point where I said, you know what's olive Garden?
- 17:19Speaker 1: I know, we finchured out went to Olive Garden with
- 17:22Speaker 1: top top tier. Ocean has continued to ask me to
- 17:25Speaker 1: take her to Olive Garden. I'm like, once I locate
- 17:27Speaker 1: one that is not forty five minutes away, I will
- 17:30Speaker 1: take you.
- 17:30Speaker 3: Yeah, I ate that left over pasta like three nights
- 17:33Speaker 3: in a row.
- 17:34Speaker 1: You guys call it pasta. It's pasta. You know there's
- 17:37Speaker 1: an I right, I thought it would be an E
- 17:40Speaker 1: for no when I okay, learned another. So after just
- 17:45Speaker 1: like the longest day ever. And I said to Easton
- 17:48Speaker 1: before we got into the air on our way to
- 17:51Speaker 1: Salt Lake, I said, I'm so angry at her I
- 17:54Speaker 1: could spit on her. He goes Ocean Gigi, my mom
- 18:00Speaker 1: just said she wants to spit on you.
- 18:01Speaker 2: I was like, but you know what, can I tell you?
- 18:05Speaker 2: Oshen is my biggest fan, and she protects me from
- 18:07Speaker 2: all of you.
- 18:09Speaker 1: By the way, she's a competitor, dude. She goes toes
- 18:13Speaker 1: and she has stamina.
- 18:14Speaker 2: Like nobody else for sure.
- 18:16Speaker 1: So she's the one that you want on your team.
- 18:24Speaker 1: So while we were in Utah, I made sure that
- 18:26Speaker 1: we did not bother east and Easton stayed at his
- 18:29Speaker 1: friend's house and obviously had the time of your life.
- 18:32Speaker 3: I mean, my trip is not as fun as your
- 18:34Speaker 3: guys is. I mean it was young baby. Yeah. We
- 18:38Speaker 3: just woke up, got coffee, bagels, went to lunch, watched
- 18:41Speaker 3: basketball n Cuba.
- 18:43Speaker 1: Come on, now, that was the longest I had gone
- 18:45Speaker 1: without seeing you, And like, no, I.
- 18:47Speaker 3: Told you guys when we were at I was like,
- 18:49Speaker 3: next time. I do love staying at Taylor's, like the
- 18:52Speaker 3: house feeling and all of that. But I do like
- 18:54Speaker 3: waking up and like getting coffee with you guys, and
- 18:56Speaker 3: like seeing the kids in the morning and doing those things.
- 18:59Speaker 3: And then around three or four I can go do
- 19:01Speaker 3: my own thing when you guys are winding down.
- 19:03Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 19:03Speaker 3: I did, Like I would have loved to go to
- 19:05Speaker 3: like Park City. But then again, I say those things,
- 19:08Speaker 3: but then if I would have done that, I would
- 19:09Speaker 3: have missed basketball. You know. Yeah, it was very great trip.
- 19:13Speaker 3: We had a great She went to like the Edison House,
- 19:15Speaker 3: which was amazing. They're great and yeah, just aw friends.
- 19:18Speaker 1: Yeah, I love that you did that. We took Ocean
- 19:22Speaker 1: to Walmart. She had never been to Walmart because again,
- 19:25Speaker 1: we don't have a Walmart near us. We went to
- 19:27Speaker 1: the one in Park City. We got Ocean, but before
- 19:31Speaker 1: that we went to Shields, which was awesome, was amazing.
- 19:35Speaker 1: Shiels Draper wherever it is is stunned.
- 19:40Speaker 2: The amazing reason. The main reason we went on this
- 19:43Speaker 2: trip is because I had to meet with my caount Texes. Yeah,
- 19:46Speaker 2: so he was out in Draper. So on the way back,
- 19:48Speaker 2: there's that big shield Sporting Goods. So we stopped there
- 19:50Speaker 2: to get her sledding attire and it was the best time.
- 19:55Speaker 2: They have a huge life size Ferris will.
- 19:58Speaker 3: What did you call it?
- 19:59Speaker 1: A life size fair wheel?
- 20:00Speaker 2: Yeah? Yeah, well it's huge.
- 20:03Speaker 1: It's a real Ferris wheel.
- 20:04Speaker 3: You know, it's like it's a wheel. It's like a
- 20:07Speaker 3: standard size. It's like that you go to a mini.
- 20:10Speaker 1: Yes, no, ginormous. We took Ocean on it, or I
- 20:12Speaker 1: took Ocean on it. Mom watched SOS. She had the
- 20:16Speaker 1: greatest time of her life.
- 20:18Speaker 2: Oh she was so cute, her little face, her smile, oh,
- 20:21Speaker 2: just looking down yeah, and waving.
- 20:23Speaker 1: She had the best time. She don't want to leave, no,
- 20:26Speaker 1: And we got her snow pants and she got a
- 20:28Speaker 1: mini mouse beanie and gloves. So I was like, tomorrow,
- 20:32Speaker 1: it's on, girl, I'm taking you to Park City. You're
- 20:35Speaker 1: gonna you guys.
- 20:36Speaker 2: She loved the fish.
- 20:38Speaker 1: She loved the fish at Shields and the fish looks happy.
- 20:41Speaker 1: You know, I'm a whack job when it comes to
- 20:43Speaker 1: that massive and they can coral swim all around and
- 20:46Speaker 1: like have the best time. And you know those types
- 20:48Speaker 1: of fish, they like to be like where the coral
- 20:51Speaker 1: is right, they're not swimming, they're not orcas where they're
- 20:53Speaker 1: swimming one hundred and fifty miles a day. So they
- 20:56Speaker 1: looked happy. But oh Ocean had never seen real snow before,
- 21:04Speaker 1: and so she knew that when she had a snow
- 21:06Speaker 1: day at school that that snow was made by a
- 21:11Speaker 1: man and this snowje this snow actually comes from the sky.
- 21:18Speaker 1: You don't personally make.
- 21:19Speaker 2: It so, and she saw it on the airplane. To
- 21:23Speaker 2: you guys, when we were flying in, she kept saying,
- 21:26Speaker 2: there's snow, gig, there's snow.
- 21:29Speaker 1: Yeah. And let me tell you. She looks out the
- 21:31Speaker 1: window of the hotel room and you know, we're we're
- 21:36Speaker 1: like a couple floors up. But there's like the roof, right,
- 21:39Speaker 1: we didn't have some stellar view, which who cares?
- 21:41Speaker 3: We weren't.
- 21:41Speaker 1: It was snow melting.
- 21:43Speaker 3: You can see the roof, but I have to say
- 21:46Speaker 3: the room view is stellar. You looked up at Mount Olympus,
- 21:48Speaker 3: you looked up at the University of Utah. You had
- 21:50Speaker 3: a view of the downtown. Yes, there was one thing
- 21:52Speaker 3: of a roof. Don't let you know.
- 21:54Speaker 1: One snow melts on a roof, but like the edges,
- 21:57Speaker 1: it's still there.
- 21:58Speaker 3: She's like, Mom, that's snow.
- 22:01Speaker 2: That snow.
- 22:02Speaker 1: Mom, do you see it?
- 22:03Speaker 2: You guys, do you remember Olive Garden? She was like
- 22:07Speaker 2: having the best time. Can I play in the snow?
- 22:09Speaker 3: And I took the thing, but also the saddest it's
- 22:13Speaker 3: like this little pack of snow.
- 22:16Speaker 2: But she was throwing snowballs. She had the best time.
- 22:19Speaker 3: Thank you guys for sending me those pictures and videos and.
- 22:22Speaker 1: I showed them to you. But so when we took
- 22:24Speaker 1: her up to Park City, we stop off at Walmart
- 22:27Speaker 1: and we grab her a sled and.
- 22:31Speaker 2: Snow bursts for you, oh yes, and.
- 22:34Speaker 1: Rain snow boots for mom. Rain boots for lease. So
- 22:38Speaker 1: we had heard that there's like a little park that
- 22:40Speaker 1: you has, like a cute little hill to take the
- 22:43Speaker 1: kids seedding. It was a little melted. It wasn't a
- 22:47Speaker 1: whole lot of slow snow, Thank goodness. I found a
- 22:49Speaker 1: patch of snow that she could like go from top
- 22:52Speaker 1: to bottom on her sled. Different and you take a
- 22:57Speaker 1: real you talk, They're gonna be like, this is boring.
- 22:59Speaker 1: This I can see grass, not her. No, we built
- 23:04Speaker 1: an icy snowman because you know, the snow it's coming
- 23:07Speaker 1: to a close the winter months. You guys. The joy
- 23:12Speaker 1: and happiness on my child's face when she was sledding
- 23:16Speaker 1: was like the most heartwarming, happiest thing I have ever.
- 23:20Speaker 2: She was screaming and then she was Darren deviling. Remember
- 23:23Speaker 2: she would lay down in the sled and put her.
- 23:26Speaker 3: Arms, lay down like a coffin.
- 23:28Speaker 2: Yeah, and fly down the hill, no fear at all.
- 23:30Speaker 1: She had the best time to wear she See.
- 23:33Speaker 3: Those are the things that I wish I was there for. No,
- 23:36Speaker 3: I know, yeah, being in person.
- 23:39Speaker 2: I know.
- 23:39Speaker 1: But before we go down the hill, I get in
- 23:43Speaker 1: the back of the car to get her ready. I
- 23:44Speaker 1: slip on my snow boots and one is two sizes
- 23:50Speaker 1: smaller than the size that I need. Okay, they both
- 23:53Speaker 1: say Women's nine. I'm like, this is bullshit. So I
- 23:57Speaker 1: do a video and I'm like, I'm not going to
- 23:58Speaker 1: post it though, but I'm letting Walmart know. Not cool, bro,
- 24:02Speaker 1: not cool at all. Like they say that they're the
- 24:04Speaker 1: same size, and I'm clapping my fhence and they.
- 24:06Speaker 2: Were attached with it. They were attached you know those
- 24:08Speaker 2: little Yeah.
- 24:09Speaker 3: So like the two they weren't ripped apart. Now they
- 24:11Speaker 3: came from the manufacturer like that.
- 24:13Speaker 1: Yes. So I'm like, I'm wearing them. I have nothing
- 24:17Speaker 1: else to wear. I'm not wearing my like Jordan ones
- 24:20Speaker 1: in the snow, yep, cold, So I wear them. I
- 24:24Speaker 1: keep Lisa goes keep the tag on them. Make sure
- 24:27Speaker 1: that you don't take the tag off. So we are
- 24:30Speaker 1: done with our day. We go back to Walmart. Lisa
- 24:33Speaker 1: goes to take the shoes back. I said, you're going
- 24:36Speaker 1: in solo because you'll be able to handle this like
- 24:38Speaker 1: a champ. Lisa goes in and she stays like this,
- 24:41Speaker 1: right when she doesn't get what she wants, she still
- 24:43Speaker 1: stays like this, persistent, level headed, I don't get what
- 24:48Speaker 1: I want immediately I explode and then they always went yeah.
- 24:52Speaker 3: Because the explosion.
- 24:53Speaker 2: So with my receipt, and I'm so proud I've got
- 24:56Speaker 2: my receipt, I've got the tags, I've got the boots,
- 24:59Speaker 2: and I'm ready to rock roll. And this lady at
- 25:02Speaker 2: the counter tells me. She points at a sign, this
- 25:05Speaker 2: little two by four sign that says no returns on
- 25:07Speaker 2: winter apparel. And I say, they're not the same size,
- 25:11Speaker 2: and she looks at him. She's like, they're both nines.
- 25:13Speaker 2: And I'm like clapping the boots together because one's.
- 25:17Speaker 3: Way bigger, way bigger than the other.
- 25:19Speaker 2: And she calls another girl over and she tells me
- 25:22Speaker 2: the same thing. And then I get a third and
- 25:23Speaker 2: they tell me the same thing, and I said, I
- 25:25Speaker 2: want to see your store manager. He comes over. He's like, well,
- 25:29Speaker 2: they both say nice. When I said, well, paper take
- 25:32Speaker 2: sinc you write anything you want, doesn't mean it's true.
- 25:34Speaker 2: Slap them together again. And he says, well, there's no
- 25:38Speaker 2: returns on winter merchandise. And I said, you know, I'd
- 25:41Speaker 2: like you just show me this sign where I got these?
- 25:44Speaker 2: Can we walk over and look? So we march over
- 25:47Speaker 2: there and there's no sign none. Okay, so he takes
- 25:51Speaker 2: care of me and apologizes and says, okay, well we'll
- 25:54Speaker 2: take them back because they are mismatched.
- 25:56Speaker 3: Well you should take that back as a business even No, no,
- 26:00Speaker 3: but he.
- 26:00Speaker 2: Did, and I do. I do hold him like I
- 26:03Speaker 2: do understand where he's coming from. I said, we're a
- 26:06Speaker 2: resort town. People come in, they buy their winter stuff,
- 26:09Speaker 2: return and then they try to return it. So I
- 26:11Speaker 2: can appreciate that. And you know what, but if we
- 26:14Speaker 2: wouldn't have returned those had they been the right side,
- 26:17Speaker 2: you know.
- 26:17Speaker 3: The same exactly. But that's the one thing it's like.
- 26:19Speaker 3: But it was very nice that people do do that.
- 26:22Speaker 3: But when I am literally showing the visual of these
- 26:24Speaker 3: two boots slapping that both say nine it would.
- 26:27Speaker 2: Really hard for them to drive because of the nines, and.
- 26:30Speaker 3: Said, I would have said there is something wrong, let's
- 26:32Speaker 3: just take.
- 26:33Speaker 2: He said, let's return those because they're faulty. Yes, And
- 26:35Speaker 2: then the rain boots there was no sign because.
- 26:39Speaker 1: But again, a rain boot is not winter apparel. Now,
- 26:42Speaker 1: who's going up to Deer Valley in rain boots? Rain
- 26:45Speaker 1: boots are year round shoes, and that's why there there
- 26:49Speaker 1: was no sign over there, because rain boots are not
- 26:52Speaker 1: winter apparel, right, they're technically spring.
- 26:55Speaker 2: Yeah, but I can't understand because I'm sure a lot no.
- 26:57Speaker 1: When I understand too, But Mom, I couldn't even donate
- 27:00Speaker 1: those boots if I wanted to.
- 27:02Speaker 2: No, you couldn't.
- 27:02Speaker 3: But that's the thing of like, but you know what
- 27:04Speaker 3: I s was there.
- 27:05Speaker 2: But can I tell you if.
- 27:06Speaker 3: No one bought those boots at the end of the day,
- 27:08Speaker 3: they would have to open them and go these don't
- 27:10Speaker 3: even match yeap back.
- 27:12Speaker 2: So anyway, so I know if Lauren would have gone
- 27:15Speaker 2: in there, you wouldn't have had the stamina.
- 27:19Speaker 1: I wouldn't.
- 27:19Speaker 3: How much were the boots They were like many bucks.
- 27:21Speaker 2: It wasn't the whole thing was fifty bucks.
- 27:24Speaker 1: It was it wasn't it to me to return it was, yes, Like,
- 27:29Speaker 1: let me be real, it wasn't. The boots were probably
- 27:31Speaker 1: twenty bucks. And I actually really liked them had they fit.
- 27:34Speaker 1: I was like hyped on them that I found them. Yeah,
- 27:36Speaker 1: let's just say I didn't want them after the trip.
- 27:39Speaker 1: I'm not going to return them. But I literally could
- 27:41Speaker 1: not even donate those to somebody because you would only
- 27:43Speaker 1: have one shoe.
- 27:44Speaker 2: That's right, Okay, No, I agree.
- 27:46Speaker 1: One for you and one for your wife because really.
- 27:50Speaker 3: Men, but can I tell you you got to probably
- 27:52Speaker 3: what it was one woman nine, one men's nine.
- 27:53Speaker 1: But no they said lady nine. They both said ladies nine.
- 27:57Speaker 2: You know what you did get that was super cute.
- 27:59Speaker 2: It was that head thing.
- 28:00Speaker 1: Oh yeah, with the tea on it. Yeah.
- 28:04Speaker 2: Can I tell you this Walmart? It was fabulous.
- 28:08Speaker 3: It's like right across the street from the McDonald's, aid them.
- 28:12Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, no, that Walmart is nice. Yeah, you could
- 28:14Speaker 1: like eat off the floor.
- 28:16Speaker 2: Yeah, bathrooms the whole nine yards. Yeah, So kudos to
- 28:19Speaker 2: Walmart in Park City.
- 28:21Speaker 3: Yes.
- 28:21Speaker 1: Yeah. Well after that trip and after we sunk into it,
- 28:25Speaker 1: I fell in love with Salt Lake again. I got
- 28:31Speaker 1: on Zillow and was like, I'm getting a place here,
- 28:34Speaker 1: like that is the next move that I want to make.
- 28:36Speaker 1: The next piece of real estate that I would like
- 28:38Speaker 1: to acquire is a condo in downtown Salt Lake. For
- 28:42Speaker 1: a minute, I was like, I want to be in
- 28:45Speaker 1: Park City. Park City is much more expensive, but also
- 28:51Speaker 1: I was thinking, just the way downtown is, it would
- 28:53Speaker 1: be so fun to have a condo because there's so
- 28:56Speaker 1: much to do walking downtown in the winter time, even
- 29:00Speaker 1: the fall is the most fun you'll ever have.
- 29:03Speaker 2: Oh, and it's so pretty at Christmas time too, all
- 29:05Speaker 2: of it.
- 29:05Speaker 1: And you make a day of going to Park City
- 29:08Speaker 1: and do you want to do lights?
- 29:11Speaker 3: Yes, forty five minutes to Park City to me is
- 29:14Speaker 3: easy to be in Park City. But when you live
- 29:17Speaker 3: in Park City to drive into Salt Lake hard, that's hard.
- 29:20Speaker 1: I know.
- 29:21Speaker 3: And I was thinking, like that's a a.
- 29:25Speaker 1: Exactly yes, And I was like, how fun would it be?
- 29:28Speaker 1: Like we could fly in and go to a jazz game,
- 29:30Speaker 1: we could go to a Utah football game.
- 29:33Speaker 2: Well, do you remember we used to at Christmas time?
- 29:36Speaker 3: Don't you remember when we did that?
- 29:37Speaker 1: Yeah, that was fun.
- 29:38Speaker 2: But Christmas time, Yeah, remember every year we'd get a
- 29:40Speaker 2: hotel room and we'd go to Temple Lights.
- 29:43Speaker 3: And yes, oh it was the best little America.
- 29:45Speaker 2: Yeah, it was so fun.
- 29:46Speaker 1: And Utah has a hockey team now, like a real
- 29:49Speaker 1: life NHL.
- 29:50Speaker 2: I know a lot of the fans were eating at
- 29:52Speaker 2: the restaurant in our hotel and.
- 29:53Speaker 1: They don't have a name yet. They're just called Utah
- 29:55Speaker 1: Hockey and they play at Hockey Club and they play
- 29:58Speaker 1: it Delta Center.
- 30:00Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 30:00Speaker 3: So I'm just to say very into all of that
- 30:04Speaker 3: we're close to getting a team MLB. Really, they're they're
- 30:10Speaker 3: wanting to at.
- 30:10Speaker 1: Least got to get on it, I know.
- 30:12Speaker 2: And the Olympics.
- 30:15Speaker 3: Yeah, the Olympics are coming in like twent or something.
- 30:18Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 30:19Speaker 2: I don't know when it's then it's coming.
- 30:23Speaker 1: I will say. When we drove up onto the East
- 30:26Speaker 1: Bench where I grew up from that immediately I was like,
- 30:30Speaker 1: someone call it chopper, get me to the airport and
- 30:33Speaker 1: take me back to Los Angeles, California, because I hate this.
- 30:37Speaker 2: Well, I know, but we lost dad, Like dad dark,
- 30:41Speaker 2: it's very dark, and we don't need to be up there.
- 30:44Speaker 1: No. But but downtown had changed so much that I'm
- 30:48Speaker 1: like the same place. The level of cleanliness. This state
- 30:52Speaker 1: has it figured out. Okay, it takes care of its people,
- 30:55Speaker 1: the brand new roads, like everything, care.
- 30:59Speaker 3: Of the homeless as well.
- 31:00Speaker 1: That was the bab That's what I'm saying. They baby
- 31:03Speaker 1: there people. We went to get our rental car and
- 31:08Speaker 1: this guy goes, how much do you hate LA in
- 31:10Speaker 1: California when you have to pay your mortgage? And this
- 31:13Speaker 1: was before I fell in love with Salt Lake again.
- 31:15Speaker 1: I was like, honestly, I love it because I get
- 31:18Speaker 1: to live in Los Angeles and he goes, I'm originally
- 31:21Speaker 1: from there, and he goes in In two thousand and eight,
- 31:23Speaker 1: I lost my job. I went to Arizona, Colorado, and
- 31:29Speaker 1: Utah was the only place I could find a job.
- 31:31Speaker 1: And I have been here ever since. He goes, I'll
- 31:34Speaker 1: never leave because I love it, And I'm looking at
- 31:36Speaker 1: him like, oh sad.
- 31:38Speaker 2: But you know, if I look at it, like, there's
- 31:40Speaker 2: so much to do in Utah. There's hiking, biking, skiing.
- 31:43Speaker 2: I mean it's year round, like.
- 31:45Speaker 3: Your buddy is from. He lived here for five years
- 31:47Speaker 3: before he moved to Salt Lake. Yes, from Maryland, but
- 31:51Speaker 3: he said that like Utah and it's for him. He
- 31:53Speaker 3: loves mountain biking. But like every day he is doing something,
- 31:57Speaker 3: whether it is skiing, hiking or anything of that.
- 32:01Speaker 2: And there's lakes for boating. I mean there's so much to.
- 32:06Speaker 3: Like that, right.
- 32:07Speaker 1: There's even like downtown was popping, people walking around.
- 32:12Speaker 2: Going to We had a rooftop in our hotel. It
- 32:15Speaker 2: was it was.
- 32:19Speaker 3: Ryder. I love the name. It's such a good bar.
- 32:21Speaker 1: So I fell in love. I had to actively stop
- 32:24Speaker 1: myself from crying. When we were about to leave. I
- 32:26Speaker 1: was watching the Russens like give my kids a hug
- 32:28Speaker 1: and everything, and I was like, I will be damned
- 32:31Speaker 1: if I cry about this moment. Right now, like it's
- 32:33Speaker 1: all good. I'm ready to plan the next VAK. We
- 32:36Speaker 1: get to the airport to fly home. We've really conquered it.
- 32:39Speaker 1: You guys, if you're traveling with a lot of bags
- 32:41Speaker 1: in your family and you have a rental car, have
- 32:45Speaker 1: one person like dropped off at the airport with all
- 32:47Speaker 1: the bags, send someone to just drop the car off,
- 32:50Speaker 1: shuttle back to the airport, and then deal with the bags.
- 32:52Speaker 1: That's the way that we did it this round, and.
- 32:54Speaker 2: Because usually so much easier our bags to the rental
- 32:58Speaker 2: place and then get on the shuttle with all of
- 33:01Speaker 2: our bags.
- 33:02Speaker 1: Yesternightmare No, we sent easton with the bags, dealt with
- 33:05Speaker 1: the rental car. It was so easy, bright.
- 33:07Speaker 3: Beautiful cover, lucky to have, like Taylor. But I will
- 33:10Speaker 3: even say, if we are somewhere where we have a
- 33:12Speaker 3: rental car, I rather load the rental car up. Yeah,
- 33:15Speaker 3: drop me or somebody off at the airport with the bags,
- 33:19Speaker 3: then go back to the rental even if you have to,
- 33:21Speaker 3: because the bags are the worst part of the trip.
- 33:23Speaker 1: The worst. Yep, and we were in that line. Everyone's
- 33:28Speaker 1: so friendly in Utah. There was this guy who I
- 33:30Speaker 1: wanted to punch in the throat. The line is ginormous
- 33:34Speaker 1: and he is showing the agent. It was probably three
- 33:38Speaker 1: minutes that he was standing there showing the.
- 33:41Speaker 2: Five.
- 33:42Speaker 1: That's just when we were waiting in line watching him
- 33:44Speaker 1: do it. He was still there when we were finished, yes,
- 33:47Speaker 1: showing the ticket agent or whoever the video of his
- 33:51Speaker 1: sons skiing. So I said to him, I go, sir,
- 33:53Speaker 1: there's a very long line with people waiting you guys.
- 33:56Speaker 1: He was so into his video he didn't right back
- 33:58Speaker 1: hear me, and the ticket agent looked at me like
- 34:01Speaker 1: I wish that I had the balls to say something,
- 34:03Speaker 1: but everyone's so kind there.
- 34:04Speaker 2: But I was living in the line right knowing, oh
- 34:10Speaker 2: my gosh, you're doing this and I've got a plane
- 34:12Speaker 2: to catch. I know how those people felt.
- 34:14Speaker 1: I know because let me tell you something. For example,
- 34:18Speaker 1: Smoll Biles, excellent gymnast, if her mom rolled up on
- 34:23Speaker 1: me to show me what she was doing, I'd be like,
- 34:24Speaker 1: I don't I don't have time.
- 34:26Speaker 3: Fuck, you've got a great child, and well I would.
- 34:28Speaker 2: Like to be nice and tell her, that's fabulous, but
- 34:30Speaker 2: I can't, like, you can't tie up a line like that.
- 34:33Speaker 1: But what I'm saying is your kids and things like
- 34:35Speaker 1: that like that is amazing. Yeah, tell tell the ticket
- 34:39Speaker 1: agent about it while you're checking them in and then
- 34:42Speaker 1: call it a day. Don't pull up the longest video
- 34:44Speaker 1: that you have of him doing all these job.
- 34:46Speaker 2: He was scrolling for more stuff.
- 34:47Speaker 1: I know. I wanted to have his head on a plotter.
- 34:49Speaker 2: I was like, Oh my.
- 34:50Speaker 3: God, God, should wait?
- 34:51Speaker 1: Is this a sign I should leave?
- 34:54Speaker 2: Yeah, we weren't waiting.
- 34:55Speaker 3: That was That's the only reason why we were all right, anybody,
- 34:59Speaker 3: We we got to La safely.
- 35:02Speaker 1: We're waiting on the plane again. Lisa is all about
- 35:05Speaker 1: looking at the price rather than where we're placed on
- 35:10Speaker 1: the plane, and I support that decision. Yes, a little frustrating,
- 35:14Speaker 1: but it's fine. Ocean needed to go to the bathroom
- 35:16Speaker 1: so badly that on the plane I had to put
- 35:19Speaker 1: Sosa's diaper on her.
- 35:21Speaker 2: Well, no, we landed. We landed, people are popping up
- 35:25Speaker 2: to get off the plane and Ocean that's when she
- 35:28Speaker 2: decides to go to the bathroom and she can't hold it.
- 35:31Speaker 3: I want to go on the air because.
- 35:32Speaker 1: She waits until she her eyeballs are floating, so I
- 35:35Speaker 1: tell her to hold it or I.
- 35:37Speaker 2: Can put a blowout. At this point too.
- 35:40Speaker 1: Guys, the level of stank ass that Sosa had I
- 35:43Speaker 1: felt horrible. I wouldn't stand up because I'm like, what,
- 35:46Speaker 1: I'm gonna put her ass level to eye level with
- 35:49Speaker 1: these poor passengers, and she just kept going. It was
- 35:52Speaker 1: just like a freaking symphony.
- 35:54Speaker 2: So we've got one that nisko patty, the other one
- 35:56Speaker 2: that's already gone potty, and.
- 35:57Speaker 1: I'm looking at her bum going it is a matter
- 35:59Speaker 1: of before this diaper is blown out, because we doesn't
- 36:02Speaker 1: have one day that passes without a massive blowout, ruining clothing.
- 36:10Speaker 2: Guess what we didn't talk about? What cheesecake factory?
- 36:13Speaker 1: Oh my god, I blocked it out.
- 36:15Speaker 3: What happened?
- 36:16Speaker 2: We forgot about, like the most about.
- 36:21Speaker 3: It, I now tell.
- 36:24Speaker 1: So you guys were at the hotel and we are
- 36:27Speaker 1: having breakfast and the plan is to go to City
- 36:30Speaker 1: Creek with Candace and Kristen. Who are We have a
- 36:33Speaker 1: whole day planned. So Sosa, who I have started giving
- 36:37Speaker 1: food to, She's so far had sweet potatoes and bananas,
- 36:41Speaker 1: So I think bananas are a safe bet to give
- 36:43Speaker 1: her on this trip, and she is loving them like
- 36:47Speaker 1: I've never seen her love bananas more, So give her
- 36:50Speaker 1: the banana.
- 36:51Speaker 2: Whatever.
- 36:51Speaker 1: We're shopping at City Creek, we decide to go to
- 36:55Speaker 1: cheesecake factory. Sosa has a blowout that has gone through
- 36:59Speaker 1: her clothing. I take her to the bathroom. I'm changing her.
- 37:02Speaker 1: She's happy, go lucky as I'm changing, and.
- 37:04Speaker 2: We don't have a change of outfit.
- 37:05Speaker 1: By the way, I don't have a change of outfit, no,
- 37:07Speaker 1: because that would be too on the ball of me.
- 37:09Speaker 3: You're at the mall, though, so that's good, that's great.
- 37:11Speaker 1: Right, we'll go to get her out right.
- 37:14Speaker 2: No, that's that's our motto.
- 37:16Speaker 3: Though.
- 37:16Speaker 2: If we forget something, we always say we can buy it.
- 37:18Speaker 1: Yeah, but that's because of that we shot ourselves in
- 37:21Speaker 1: the foot, because we literally forgot everything from you.
- 37:24Speaker 3: Yea. If I'm packing and I'm like did I pack that,
- 37:26Speaker 3: I'm like, whatever, they've got a target.
- 37:28Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 37:29Speaker 1: So I look at her and I'm Google Gaga. I
- 37:32Speaker 1: go to strap you know, the diaper on, and I
- 37:36Speaker 1: look at her again and she is going like with
- 37:40Speaker 1: and I just see like all this foam start bubbling
- 37:44Speaker 1: up in her mouth, and because I took the CPR class,
- 37:48Speaker 1: I whip that child up as quickly as I possibly can.
- 37:52Speaker 1: And it was she was just vomiting, like real life vomit.
- 37:57Speaker 1: This was not spit up. And she's yes, and it's
- 38:01Speaker 1: a ton the path, just doing it all over the
- 38:03Speaker 1: floor and she won't stop. The moment that I pick
- 38:05Speaker 1: her up to look at her face, she's getting wider
- 38:08Speaker 1: and wider. Her breathing's getting more shallow. I flip her
- 38:12Speaker 1: over again. I'm hitting her back. She's vomiting again. I
- 38:17Speaker 1: find my phone in my pocket. I call Cannie. I said,
- 38:20Speaker 1: please send my mom in. Sosa's vomiting. She comes in,
- 38:23Speaker 1: We clean it up. She looks like she's kind of,
- 38:25Speaker 1: you know, been through the ringer, but she's she's okay.
- 38:28Speaker 1: I take her to the table. She is kind of
- 38:31Speaker 1: and I know my baby. When my baby's tired, she's
- 38:34Speaker 1: not a pleasant baby.
- 38:36Speaker 2: She's not quiet.
- 38:37Speaker 1: She's not quiet. I'm gonna go to sleep. She is
- 38:40Speaker 1: fussing and you have to remove her. She's a virgo.
- 38:42Speaker 1: She likes her routine. She knows how. She likes to
- 38:45Speaker 1: nap in a dark room in her bed. So it's
- 38:47Speaker 1: hard when we're out and she's tired. She's acting lethargic
- 38:51Speaker 1: to me. She goes again to throw up. I'm like, okay,
- 38:55Speaker 1: this goes on you guys for thirty minutes. I said,
- 38:58Speaker 1: if she does it one more time, we're calling nine
- 39:01Speaker 1: one one. And it wasn't. It wasn't similar to how
- 39:06Speaker 1: I felt like when Ocean fell off the bed and
- 39:08Speaker 1: that nine one one call. I was in sheer fucking panic.
- 39:12Speaker 2: Well, I was in shock.
- 39:13Speaker 1: Yes, this one was like, I'm just she's a baby.
- 39:17Speaker 1: You don't fuck around with babies, kids and the elderly. No,
- 39:20Speaker 1: we're calling somebody. She's probably fine. Not taking the chance
- 39:24Speaker 1: though she does it again. At this point, she is
- 39:27Speaker 1: very lethargic, and I can't like I can tell she's
- 39:30Speaker 1: breathing because she is alive, right, but I can't feel anything. No,
- 39:35Speaker 1: So the dispatcher asked.
- 39:37Speaker 2: So I made a phone call and I'm usually deer
- 39:39Speaker 2: in the headlights when those kind of target I was on.
- 39:43Speaker 1: Was on point. Yeah, But I think it's because you
- 39:45Speaker 1: didn't feel like it was do or die.
- 39:47Speaker 2: Yeah, Like we.
- 39:48Speaker 1: Were concerned and I'm not messing around, but I'm not.
- 39:52Speaker 1: It wasn't like Ocean falling off the bed.
- 39:53Speaker 3: Like something didn't happen to throw you off of right, So.
- 39:58Speaker 1: We call their They're like getting a stretcher out and
- 40:01Speaker 1: I was like, I do not want this to be
- 40:02Speaker 1: So we ran out and ran out with the baby,
- 40:05Speaker 1: and of course just in time as they arrived for
- 40:08Speaker 1: Sosa to start talking, feet flying around, putting her toes
- 40:12Speaker 1: in her mouth. They were like, she really looks okay,
- 40:15Speaker 1: and they said we if you want to go and
- 40:19Speaker 1: have more tests run, we can. But all of her
- 40:21Speaker 1: vitals came back. They said it's not allergic and allergic
- 40:25Speaker 1: reaction because she doesn't have hives or anything.
- 40:29Speaker 2: But because I'm I don't like bananas, but they also
- 40:32Speaker 2: do something to my mouth. My dad the same.
- 40:34Speaker 3: The reason why because of you and the bananas.
- 40:38Speaker 1: Honestly, I think I got it. I fucked up and
- 40:41Speaker 1: gave her way too many.
- 40:42Speaker 2: We probably gave her three quarters of a banana.
- 40:45Speaker 1: Well, she was like really digging in and I was like, oh.
- 40:47Speaker 2: And we were in a private room and we were
- 40:49Speaker 2: really digging the restaurant.
- 40:51Speaker 1: I was having my second coffee. I know it was great,
- 40:55Speaker 1: you know, I felt I felt horrible, but she was
- 40:59Speaker 1: in rare form and shape, and you know what, I
- 41:02Speaker 1: don't mess around. I just simply don't mess around.
- 41:05Speaker 2: Yeah. So that I did lose it with the the
- 41:08Speaker 2: server though, because I went over to tell her what
- 41:10Speaker 2: was going on and I started falling to the server
- 41:12Speaker 2: and then afterwards I apologies and she was so caid.
- 41:15Speaker 1: She was so nice.
- 41:16Speaker 3: Yeah, just utah and just kind.
- 41:18Speaker 1: No, they could not have been more incredible. And I asked,
- 41:20Speaker 1: where do you take the kids? Like, let's just say,
- 41:22Speaker 1: because I said, I'm not going to take her for
- 41:24Speaker 1: more testing. If you guys are telling me that she's
- 41:25Speaker 1: cleared to go, then where I trust you guys. If
- 41:28Speaker 1: it happens again, I'll be on my way.
- 41:30Speaker 2: They kind have been more kind.
- 41:32Speaker 1: Yeah, and they have one of the top pediatric hospitals
- 41:36Speaker 1: primary children's yeah in the country. Yep, So that was
- 41:41Speaker 1: how did I forget that we blocked it out? I
- 41:43Speaker 1: did block it out because I was a little bit traumatized.
- 41:46Speaker 1: But I go kind of into fight mode when things
- 41:49Speaker 1: like that happen, and then once it all sinks in,
- 41:51Speaker 1: then I kind of melt down. But you were on
- 41:54Speaker 1: at least well, I was very.
- 41:56Speaker 2: And can I tell you that On another note, ocean
- 41:59Speaker 2: have the best trip and they have little koy fish
- 42:03Speaker 2: at what does it city creek? Yeah, and she had
- 42:05Speaker 2: the best time to the point where she lost her
- 42:08Speaker 2: shoe and it started floating.
- 42:11Speaker 1: She was and there, No, she wasn't in the creek.
- 42:13Speaker 1: She was just rock and she was flipping her feet
- 42:16Speaker 1: like this, and the rock must have had like a
- 42:18Speaker 1: little edge that kind of like pulled the shoe off
- 42:20Speaker 1: a bit, because before I know it, the shoe is
- 42:24Speaker 1: floating down the river the creek and this sweet man
- 42:28Speaker 1: who had about twelve kids was the one who fished
- 42:30Speaker 1: it out. And I was like, I'm so grateful because
- 42:32Speaker 1: I had so so attached to me. I was like,
- 42:33Speaker 1: there was no way that by yeah, I think it's done.
- 42:38Speaker 1: The creek is done. Let's you know, we've seen the fish.
- 42:41Speaker 1: Let's head out. Ocean is very into you realize that
- 42:48Speaker 1: they don't take much to be entertained. Because I was
- 42:50Speaker 1: thinking of stopping off at that place where they have
- 42:53Speaker 1: the two being it used to be or whatever.
- 42:58Speaker 3: It's I don't know.
- 43:00Speaker 2: They do like us.
- 43:01Speaker 1: It's like a skate park, trampoline park.
- 43:04Speaker 3: Woodward, Woodward.
- 43:05Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, they have a facility up there, and I
- 43:07Speaker 1: was thinking of taking her to being there. But I'm like,
- 43:09Speaker 1: if she really hates it, then there's no reason to
- 43:12Speaker 1: do something so extravagant.
- 43:14Speaker 2: Well you didn't work snow pants anyway.
- 43:17Speaker 1: No, but I would have sucked it up. But she
- 43:19Speaker 1: you just realized that it's like the tiniest little things
- 43:22Speaker 1: that they're so happy about, like doing a ferris wheel
- 43:24Speaker 1: in the.
- 43:25Speaker 2: Middle of the department outside of She loves it there
- 43:31Speaker 2: and those upset when we left, Well, we woke up
- 43:33Speaker 2: and she goes, do we leave today?
- 43:34Speaker 1: I said yes. She goes, do you want to? I
- 43:36Speaker 1: said no. She then we shouldn't. Then we don't have
- 43:39Speaker 1: to because if you don't, I said, baby, we do
- 43:41Speaker 1: have to go home. And she was why when you
- 43:43Speaker 1: don't want to do something, then you just don't do it.
- 43:46Speaker 1: And I was like, I know, damn, I wish I could.
- 43:50Speaker 3: I don't want to do that.
- 43:51Speaker 2: And then she sitt on the airplane. Remember she said,
- 43:53Speaker 2: I don't want to leave it.
- 43:55Speaker 1: She closed. She goes, I don't want to leave close
- 43:58Speaker 1: the little window was really cute. And then she showed
- 44:02Speaker 1: me she was reading the What to Do in Case
- 44:05Speaker 1: of an Emergency those little packs in the back of
- 44:07Speaker 1: the airplane chair.
- 44:08Speaker 2: And she loves that the airplane has a slide.
- 44:10Speaker 1: So this airplane has a slide.
- 44:13Speaker 3: Would we crash? Yes, let's not get the slide out.
- 44:16Speaker 3: Let's keep everything.
- 44:17Speaker 1: And she goes and Mom, when we land in water,
- 44:20Speaker 1: you got to put your life jacket on, like when
- 44:23Speaker 1: we crash in water. Like, no one's being like, you
- 44:26Speaker 1: know what, we're gona landing on the water today, slides.
- 44:35Speaker 3: He's landing on water. Baby.
- 44:37Speaker 2: It was fun. It was really fun.
- 44:38Speaker 1: It was a great trip. So I do have a
- 44:40Speaker 1: few things to talk about on this uh episode besides
- 44:45Speaker 1: our fabulous trip to Salt Lake City. You guys, I
- 44:49Speaker 1: really am in love with it.
- 44:50Speaker 2: No going back in May. I'm already planning, I tell you,
- 44:53Speaker 2: will upgrade our seats to comfort plus.
- 44:56Speaker 1: Though, yeah, just a little comfort plus. I'm the first class.
- 44:59Speaker 1: I mean, like, what's the big I'll do it also,
- 45:03Speaker 1: and I really truly would like you to take us,
- 45:08Speaker 1: like book it for the week, like a week, and
- 45:10Speaker 1: let's do one day of like having a real estate
- 45:12Speaker 1: agent take us to condos. Absolutely, you love conspiracy theories, right,
- 45:18Speaker 1: you want to hear the newest one? You guys, Yeah,
- 45:20Speaker 1: you're gonna you're gonna freak Katy Perry is indeed Jean
- 45:25Speaker 1: Benet Ramsey. What that's what people are saying. No, yeah,
- 45:30Speaker 1: there was an AI generated ig video and it was
- 45:33Speaker 1: showing like that, Jean Bennet morphing into Katie. Yeah, isn't
- 45:37Speaker 1: that wild?
- 45:37Speaker 3: Let's see.
- 45:38Speaker 1: So they don't show the video. I guess it was
- 45:40Speaker 1: taken down.
- 45:41Speaker 3: But there's an AI dude, and if it's anything above
- 45:43Speaker 3: like ninety eight points something percent, it's the same person, right.
- 45:47Speaker 1: It just says that. I don't think it shows who
- 45:51Speaker 1: did it, just says The now deleted YouTube video per
- 45:54Speaker 1: Entertainment Tonight suggested that Perry's real parents were actually Patsy
- 45:57Speaker 1: and John, who had faked their daughter's death so she
- 46:00Speaker 1: could become famous. The videos also point that doesn't make
- 46:02Speaker 1: any sense.
- 46:03Speaker 2: No, do a DNA test and you will quickly learn
- 46:06Speaker 2: she is not John the name Ramsey. Come on, guys, come.
- 46:09Speaker 1: On very far. However, conspiracy theorists say that all of
- 46:13Speaker 1: that is indeed bullshit. P Diddy is not actually in prison.
- 46:19Speaker 3: That's what I've been seeing.
- 46:20Speaker 1: That's what they're saying.
- 46:21Speaker 3: Yeah, like there's another Yeah, everybody has doppelgangers.
- 46:24Speaker 2: I don't know what. I don't know what to believe
- 46:26Speaker 2: you anymore.
- 46:27Speaker 3: Just to let everybody else know. On another conspiracy theory,
- 46:30Speaker 3: rapper he has been in prison and he's in prison
- 46:33Speaker 3: for life. They said he got out and he got skinny,
- 46:36Speaker 3: you know, yeah, and they say it's a Gucci suit.
- 46:40Speaker 3: There's another rapper, his name's Hobson who said a whole
- 46:43Speaker 3: lot of things. And now things are coming up that
- 46:45Speaker 3: that is making sense. But do you want to know
- 46:47Speaker 3: my favorite conspiracy right now? Tell me KFC.
- 46:52Speaker 1: Oh, dear, tell us, tell us she's crazy.
- 46:55Speaker 3: They have. If you haven't seen the commercial, go see it.
- 46:58Speaker 3: I think it's it's like two minutes in thirty seconds.
- 47:01Speaker 2: Where do you go see it?
- 47:02Speaker 3: YouTube?
- 47:02Speaker 1: Oh yeah, is it playing at AMC.
- 47:09Speaker 3: Is more of But it's the weirdest commercial ever and
- 47:14Speaker 3: it's just a bunch of people and it's like they're
- 47:17Speaker 3: in a tribe. It's like a tribe of people like
- 47:20Speaker 3: Biblical yes and Cannibal yes yes. So what happens is
- 47:26Speaker 3: this guy walks these people come down from.
- 47:30Speaker 1: Thought that they were trying to pretend it was Jesus Christ.
- 47:32Speaker 3: That's what I was way. He was walking like, so
- 47:36Speaker 3: he walks in people like drop down from trees, this
- 47:39Speaker 3: tribe and then they like pick him up, they dip
- 47:42Speaker 3: him into a lake of gravy.
- 47:44Speaker 1: Yeah, they're like baptizing.
- 47:45Speaker 3: Baptizing him and then he comes out as a piece
- 47:48Speaker 3: of chicken.
- 47:48Speaker 2: You guys.
- 47:49Speaker 3: So people are saying a lot. Everybody says they'll put
- 47:52Speaker 3: it in front of your face before you actually know
- 47:55Speaker 3: what you're in. Now they're putting it in front of
- 47:58Speaker 3: our face of like they're dipping people. It's coming out
- 48:00Speaker 3: as chicken, so much chicken that we're becoming a part or.
- 48:06Speaker 3: But then you got to go and see how many
- 48:08Speaker 3: pieces of chicken are these people selling a day? And
- 48:10Speaker 3: it is astronauts two hundred and fifty thousand pieces of
- 48:13Speaker 3: chicken a day.
- 48:14Speaker 2: That's discussing, you guys. We're not a drumstick.
- 48:18Speaker 3: I don't know, Lisa, I really don't.
- 48:20Speaker 1: Basically, what they're saying is before it even gets to KFC,
- 48:24Speaker 1: it's being manufactured.
- 48:26Speaker 3: And like it could be human remains ew like chicken.
- 48:31Speaker 1: I don't need a KFC.
- 48:32Speaker 2: Well I need to go on a diet and you
- 48:33Speaker 2: just started it for.
- 48:34Speaker 3: Yeah, but if you haven't seen it, it really is
- 48:37Speaker 3: a crazy conspiracy. Everybody on TikTok anybody doing somebody doing it,
- 48:41Speaker 3: they're talking about it.
- 48:42Speaker 1: Why I love social media for this reason is like
- 48:47Speaker 1: the people are speaking and they're catching on. We're not stupid, right,
- 48:51Speaker 1: We're not dumb anymore. And what's happening is it's similar
- 48:54Speaker 1: to when Balenciaga came out with their campaign and everything
- 48:58Speaker 1: was right in front of you. And what they're trying
- 49:00Speaker 1: to do to us, you guys, is desensitize us. They
- 49:03Speaker 1: are trying, like I remember prime example, and I love it,
- 49:08Speaker 1: Like this is like the grate it of desensitizing. Do
- 49:12Speaker 1: you remember the Seinfeld episode where a Lane gets the
- 49:16Speaker 1: o Henry airis the bra?
- 49:18Speaker 3: Yes?
- 49:19Speaker 1: Wear there is it as a top? Yes, and everyone
- 49:21Speaker 1: cannot believe it. And then I remember being probably nineteen
- 49:26Speaker 1: twenty years old and people wearing lingerie and buying it
- 49:30Speaker 1: for like jeans with a blazer.
- 49:32Speaker 2: Oh I used to wear cavasols.
- 49:34Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, my blazer. I mean it's getting down to
- 49:37Speaker 3: the underwear now, like most girls will wear like underwear
- 49:40Speaker 3: that like goes way above, like the thong. Yeah, and
- 49:43Speaker 3: then they'll wear like something, So now your underwear is
- 49:46Speaker 3: a part.
- 49:46Speaker 2: Of your outfit.
- 49:47Speaker 1: Like now you don't even think twice. When someone walks
- 49:50Speaker 1: in with like a freaking pair of jeans and a
- 49:53Speaker 1: freaking wonder bra with a blazer, You're like, oh my god,
- 49:56Speaker 1: how cute. Body slamming believe that people would go like
- 50:01Speaker 1: if your mother thought I should be?
- 50:02Speaker 2: Like, what the hell?
- 50:03Speaker 3: Well, people go to nice dinners and they'll wear the
- 50:05Speaker 3: thong and then like a see through dress.
- 50:07Speaker 2: That you think I should wear something like that?
- 50:09Speaker 3: Fuck you vomit, I'll be I'll be so si cheese.
- 50:18Speaker 1: But that's what I mean. I feel like they are trying.
- 50:20Speaker 2: To you and I would both be vomiting.
- 50:26Speaker 1: You would be vomiting at your own That's not very
- 50:30Speaker 1: self lover.
- 50:31Speaker 3: Self love. I don't but that was good. That was
- 50:33Speaker 3: a funny joke. But you wouldn't vomit. She was going
- 50:35Speaker 3: over the edge.
- 50:36Speaker 2: Yeah, snap, snap the rooftop. I don't know.
- 50:42Speaker 1: I actually really enjoy when I see certain people walking
- 50:45Speaker 1: around in whatever they want, and it's like, I just
- 50:48Speaker 1: love that you. I love like I love to see
- 50:52Speaker 1: a confident person.
- 50:53Speaker 2: I do too, because you know what the world, I
- 50:55Speaker 2: don't feel that bad about myself, but you know what
- 50:57Speaker 2: I'm really into right now? Matching swap, no matching sweat outfit. Well,
- 51:02Speaker 2: I bought a new one.
- 51:03Speaker 1: You did, and I thought you're gonna wear it today?
- 51:06Speaker 2: I was, but it's.
- 51:09Speaker 3: Packed.
- 51:10Speaker 1: You wanted to give that a moment.
- 51:12Speaker 3: I really like it.
- 51:13Speaker 1: You wear it a lot, but I like.
- 51:15Speaker 2: It like I'm getting my many's worth.
- 51:17Speaker 1: You certainly are a little pricey for me.
- 51:23Speaker 3: Yeah, what is the freak?
- 51:25Speaker 2: One was three? I think this free people? What is that? No,
- 51:28Speaker 2: this one's Bloomy's bloomy pants. It's that one, not a
- 51:35Speaker 2: clination or something.
- 51:37Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 51:37Speaker 1: Yeah, someone asked you if that was that's what it was. Yeah,
- 51:40Speaker 1: I'm like, I don't know.
- 51:42Speaker 2: I don't know either.
- 51:43Speaker 1: By the way, those Skims has fantastic. I don't like
- 51:47Speaker 1: buying into the hype of certain things, but Skims has
- 51:50Speaker 1: really got it conquered when.
- 51:51Speaker 2: It comes to the sweat. That's my next purchase.
- 51:54Speaker 1: Yeah, they have mens yep. Like I I just am
- 51:57Speaker 1: obsessed with seeing anyone who's like a confident in person.
- 52:01Speaker 1: There's this this new trend going around. It's called the
- 52:06Speaker 1: quote unquote chubby filter, and it's basically where you're familiar
- 52:11Speaker 1: with filter's mom right, It's kind of like the.
- 52:12Speaker 3: Old man or old woman. Yeah, put it on your
- 52:15Speaker 3: face and it shows you what you'd look like chubby, skinny, old, young, and.
- 52:19Speaker 1: So a lot of people are doing it because it's
- 52:22Speaker 1: a trend. But if you're someone who feels that they
- 52:27Speaker 1: are quote unquote chubby, that I don't think is a
- 52:33Speaker 1: productive filter to have to see people laughing or commenting
- 52:39Speaker 1: on a face that really isn't yours but would be
- 52:43Speaker 1: yours if you were just a little bit more, had
- 52:47Speaker 1: a little bit more poundage on you.
- 52:49Speaker 2: Okay, so there's an app for that.
- 52:51Speaker 1: Yes, I mean, show what you would look like as
- 52:53Speaker 1: a chubby person.
- 52:56Speaker 2: Live around face. Now, I can't imagine what it looked
- 52:58Speaker 2: like if I put the chubby to.
- 53:00Speaker 3: Each their own. I always take it back to the
- 53:02Speaker 3: thing of like, yes they made a chubby thing, there's
- 53:04Speaker 3: people that are gonna like it.
- 53:05Speaker 1: Picture you think people need to buck up a bit.
- 53:08Speaker 3: Yes, It's like if somebody puts a poster up for
- 53:11Speaker 3: guitar lessons and you can go and pull one down.
- 53:14Speaker 3: If you hate guitar, you don't have to go up,
- 53:16Speaker 3: dre and go. But I fucking hate guitar. Stay away
- 53:19Speaker 3: from it. You know it's not for you.
- 53:20Speaker 1: You know what, I I agree, I do agree with
- 53:25Speaker 1: you in some way, like because I feel like everyone's
- 53:28Speaker 1: getting so freaking sensitive. It's like, don't say that, don't
- 53:32Speaker 1: look at that, don't project that where it's like, oh
- 53:34Speaker 1: my god, at what point do we draw the freaking line?
- 53:37Speaker 3: And that's the thing.
- 53:38Speaker 1: But that's why I think people need to build confidence
- 53:40Speaker 1: within themselves, because you cannot control the outside world. I've
- 53:44Speaker 1: always said, and it could be an unpopular opinion, but
- 53:48Speaker 1: instead of trying to squash bullying because you don't have
- 53:51Speaker 1: control over people who are mean, we need to start
- 53:55Speaker 1: teaching kids how to deal with a bully, like instill
- 53:59Speaker 1: confident and how to deal with people who are not
- 54:01Speaker 1: that nice so that it doesn't affect you to the
- 54:05Speaker 1: point of.
- 54:06Speaker 3: It's almost strong enough to hold your own well.
- 54:10Speaker 1: You know. That's why I'm so vicious.
- 54:12Speaker 3: With the tongue.
- 54:14Speaker 2: And you're a virgo.
- 54:17Speaker 1: No virgos are very even killed. Scorpio's my rising.
- 54:20Speaker 2: There you go.
- 54:21Speaker 1: Which, speaking speaking of which, how to parent your child
- 54:25Speaker 1: based on their zodiac sign? So hello, giggles dot com
- 54:29Speaker 1: did how to parent your child based on their son
- 54:34Speaker 1: their sign? However, it's so much more complex than that.
- 54:38Speaker 1: There's your Sun, there's your moon, and then there's your rising.
- 54:41Speaker 1: You have to remember the sun is what you came
- 54:43Speaker 1: into the world, as your moon is how you handle emotion.
- 54:46Speaker 1: Your rising is what you project to the world. Right,
- 54:50Speaker 1: So for example, me raising ocean, she's doubles or yeah,
- 54:55Speaker 1: double Pisces, piscey sun Pisces rising. So to me, I
- 54:59Speaker 1: know that that kid knows exactly who she is. She's
- 55:02Speaker 1: gonna be stuck in her ways because she's projecting exactly
- 55:05Speaker 1: who she is, who she was born to be. Yes, me,
- 55:08Speaker 1: I'm constantly conflicted because my son's sign is very even
- 55:12Speaker 1: killed is a perfectionist kind of gets nervous when the
- 55:16Speaker 1: wind blows a direction that wasn't planned. But my rising
- 55:22Speaker 1: is Scorpio, which is intense.
- 55:25Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 55:26Speaker 1: So the two of those are in constant conflict with
- 55:29Speaker 1: each other, but raising. So it says, Virgo children, this
- 55:34Speaker 1: will be for you because I'm the Virgo well and
- 55:36Speaker 1: for me, because so says the Virgo. Virgo children are
- 55:40Speaker 1: the Benjamin Buttons of the zodiac world, seeming to emerge
- 55:43Speaker 1: from the womb fully matured. Keeping them busy is vital.
- 55:47Speaker 1: They cannot stand to be idle. They don't like being stagnant. Pisces.
- 55:53Speaker 1: Although they have the reputation of being cold fish, they're
- 55:55Speaker 1: deeply loving, thoughtful, and feeling souls who like nothing more
- 55:59Speaker 1: than curling up with their loved ones at the end
- 56:00Speaker 1: of the day. Ocean, who wants nothing to do with
- 56:04Speaker 1: me until bedtime? Do you want to cuddle? You can
- 56:09Speaker 1: connect with your Pisces child through art, music, or something
- 56:12Speaker 1: spiritual like attending a church, temple or mosque service. She
- 56:16Speaker 1: loves to say prayers, and all we do is bond
- 56:20Speaker 1: over music all the livelong day. She'll listen to what
- 56:22Speaker 1: she wants and shees, Mom, how about you surprise me
- 56:26Speaker 1: with the next song, which the surprise she always wants
- 56:30Speaker 1: to be I Want It that Way by Backstreet Boys.
- 56:33Speaker 2: But she loves that other song, not that one, the
- 56:37Speaker 2: one about the.
- 56:39Speaker 1: Love you guys, I Got You by Sierra, which is
- 56:42Speaker 1: her song to her kids, and every time I play it,
- 56:45Speaker 1: I could literally soab.
- 56:46Speaker 2: My eyes out, and she loves.
- 56:49Speaker 1: Yeah. It's basically about like I'll take all the pain,
- 56:51Speaker 1: I'll take all the blows.
- 56:53Speaker 3: Like I've got your back, yes, yes.
- 56:55Speaker 1: And Ocean will look at me and be singing in
- 56:57Speaker 1: the back like this, and she'll do her heart Yeah.
- 57:00Speaker 1: Heart hands.
- 57:02Speaker 3: I love it, and I like how she does it
- 57:03Speaker 3: our way and not like the stupid one handed way.
- 57:06Speaker 1: That's a hard way. I don't think she knows how
- 57:08Speaker 1: to do it.
- 57:08Speaker 3: Don't teach her.
- 57:09Speaker 1: Yeah, new gen thing, Yeah, she's she's generation Alpha. She
- 57:14Speaker 1: and again double pisces. She's like, I don't fall in
- 57:18Speaker 1: line with what y'all are doing. This is what I'm into.
- 57:20Speaker 2: She's fun.
- 57:21Speaker 1: It'll be interesting to receive. I know we'll have a
- 57:24Speaker 1: sobbing Gigi on the pot the moment we start at dinner,
- 57:28Speaker 1: she goes like with Ocean, I mean.
- 57:31Speaker 2: I started without crying. I can crying.
- 57:35Speaker 1: Now you should go for it. Look at her her
- 57:37Speaker 1: eyes arter it.
- 57:38Speaker 3: It's okay.
- 57:39Speaker 2: I adore that child so much.
- 57:42Speaker 1: I know, to the point where I'm like, so so
- 57:43Speaker 1: is overhir No, I adore.
- 57:45Speaker 2: You know what Sosa is going to be my chick
- 57:47Speaker 2: when she starts toddling.
- 57:49Speaker 1: Yeah, when the toddler starts toddling, I think Sosa is
- 57:53Speaker 1: going to be intense, way more intense than Ocean.
- 57:55Speaker 2: That's all right, way, mom, we got we got her.
