Transcript
- 0:05Speaker 1: Drama, Darling, Drama, Darling, drama, Darling.
- 0:19Speaker 2: Hello, welcome back in you guys. It's drama Darling, and
- 0:24Speaker 2: we are talking about the aftermath of Summerhouse, not the
- 0:27Speaker 2: after sun. It's not an after glow, and in fact,
- 0:32Speaker 2: it is not even after dark. Deanna and I are
- 0:35Speaker 2: here in regular hours. I can't believe it. So welcome in,
- 0:39Speaker 2: Deanna Chang.
- 0:41Speaker 1: How do you do? Oh? I do great? Great, great, great,
- 0:45Speaker 1: great episode. Yeah, great to see here, great to chat
- 0:49Speaker 1: with the darlings.
- 0:50Speaker 2: You know, I'm so happy that we can, you know,
- 0:52Speaker 2: bring this to an end with fresh faces on. Yes,
- 0:56Speaker 2: in the daylight, you know. Yeah, where we belong, Yeah,
- 1:00Speaker 2: where we belong.
- 1:01Speaker 1: And so.
- 1:03Speaker 2: Welcome in. So much to discuss, and I'm happy to
- 1:06Speaker 2: put this aftermath, just bury it deep in the ground
- 1:10Speaker 2: and right and just watch it all unfold later on
- 1:18Speaker 2: down the line, when we all know that West and
- 1:22Speaker 2: Amanda will break up and then Amanda will come to
- 1:25Speaker 2: her well, let's just say say she comes to her
- 1:28Speaker 2: senses and she looks back on this and realizes that
- 1:33Speaker 2: she was in the cult of West among many other women,
- 1:37Speaker 2: and is leading a recovery group, you know, for all
- 1:40Speaker 2: of West's girlfriends. So that's where I hope it ends up,
- 1:46Speaker 2: and I hope Amanda ends up finding the love for
- 1:49Speaker 2: herself that Lindsay was very was given her that tough
- 1:53Speaker 2: love pep talk that only Lindsay could do. Which let's
- 1:58Speaker 2: talk about the first one on one, which is Amanda
- 2:02Speaker 2: over Lindsay's for four bottles of Rosey.
- 2:11Speaker 1: Yeah, that was great.
- 2:12Speaker 2: That was great. It was It was a frank and
- 2:15Speaker 2: honest great. Just push off to this episode, happy to
- 2:20Speaker 2: see Amanda was with us, with us on planet Earth
- 2:26Speaker 2: and had things to say and the things that she
- 2:29Speaker 2: said we were hoping for in the reunion right and
- 2:33Speaker 2: completely makes sense to me. It's what we all imagined
- 2:37Speaker 2: it would be. It's just the lingering question is, but
- 2:41Speaker 2: why did you make that decision knowing about Sierra and
- 2:44Speaker 2: that she doesn't have and there's no excuse other than
- 2:47Speaker 2: utter selfishness, which I'm glad she said.
- 2:51Speaker 1: It's good to hear the word.
- 2:52Speaker 2: Nice to hear that accountability just a hint of it,
- 2:55Speaker 2: you know, just a sprinkle.
- 2:56Speaker 1: Sprinkling, a dusting. Yeah, it was dusting.
- 2:59Speaker 2: It wasn't a big scoop, no double scoop, not even
- 3:03Speaker 2: on scoop.
- 3:03Speaker 1: We didn't get the sort of introspection of or the
- 3:08Speaker 1: just not the introspection, but the you know, yes, I
- 3:12Speaker 1: sat with Sierra for many many moons and discussed this man,
- 3:17Speaker 1: and it was insane for me to make this choice.
- 3:21Speaker 1: No way like she did. Right, she can't say that,
- 3:25Speaker 1: which it would be nice.
- 3:26Speaker 2: To hear, it would be nice to hear. But in
- 3:28Speaker 2: her mind even right like well as we're talking about
- 3:32Speaker 2: then in that moment, see, she thinks that she's different
- 3:36Speaker 2: than everybody. And that's the problem. Is that when you
- 3:40Speaker 2: think that you can change somebody, it's the age old problem,
- 3:44Speaker 2: you know, it's it's a tale as old as time
- 3:46Speaker 2: when men and women think that they can change someone
- 3:49Speaker 2: because they're different from so many other people. Oh I'm different,
- 3:54Speaker 2: And so West is clearly going to wake up, want
- 3:59Speaker 2: to have a relationship, commit, settle down, and have kids.
- 4:03Speaker 2: Like she thinks that that is what is going to happen. Honestly,
- 4:08Speaker 2: she does think that she's the one that's going to
- 4:10Speaker 2: change that.
- 4:13Speaker 1: I felt like when I felt like when the question
- 4:17Speaker 1: was posed about like how where is this going? You know,
- 4:20Speaker 1: do you have you had those conversations, I felt like
- 4:26Speaker 1: she was sort of testing him you know, like, this
- 4:32Speaker 1: is going to be really bad for me.
- 4:35Speaker 2: Yeah, so you better be ready to kid's marriage. Kid's married, right, right,
- 4:41Speaker 2: get a ring on this.
- 4:43Speaker 1: You know. So when you do this, it's going to
- 4:44Speaker 1: be a joint. And then you have to be in
- 4:46Speaker 1: the joint with me, and you have to you know,
- 4:49Speaker 1: without the actual relationship indicating those things.
- 4:55Speaker 2: And West does what he always does, which is what
- 4:59Speaker 2: we learned he with Miha, which is that he can agree.
- 5:04Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I'm hearing. I'm hearing you. I'm hearing that
- 5:06Speaker 2: that's what you want. And I'm saying that I love
- 5:09Speaker 2: you now, so whatever that means. And also, you know,
- 5:13Speaker 2: come Christmas time, I'm not gonna go meet your parents
- 5:16Speaker 2: because that's not where our relationship is. So buckle up,
- 5:20Speaker 2: that's coming.
- 5:21Speaker 1: Yeah, and you're going to understand where I am coming
- 5:26Speaker 1: from through the small spots where I choose to not engage,
- 5:33Speaker 1: like going with the parents, like not bringing you back
- 5:37Speaker 1: to my apartment one night, like you know, these are
- 5:41Speaker 1: the ways I am shuaranting you.
- 5:44Speaker 2: Yeah, this is this is how I communicate. This is
- 5:46Speaker 2: my not love, non love language. This is the way
- 5:50Speaker 2: I show you that it's not actual love. And in
- 5:54Speaker 2: that conversation with Kyle when West was there, he said
- 5:58Speaker 2: to answer the question do you love her? And then
- 6:01Speaker 2: also are you in love with her? Those being two
- 6:04Speaker 2: very separate things, and West was very clear that he's
- 6:08Speaker 2: not at this point in love with her. What the
- 6:13Speaker 2: actual was that?
- 6:15Speaker 1: I mean, it's he is ooh definition fuck boy, Like
- 6:21Speaker 1: put it in the dictionary, put his face next to it,
- 6:24Speaker 1: because it is hard to navigate someone that slippery. Yeah,
- 6:31Speaker 1: even within the conversation with Kyle, even with the dog,
- 6:34Speaker 1: I mean the dog and deserves a lot of time,
- 6:38Speaker 1: you know, in recap, because yes, what discuss dog.
- 6:44Speaker 2: Yeah, welcome to dog corner. I think its name is Reese.
- 6:48Speaker 2: I'm not sure, but I think that may be right.
- 6:51Speaker 2: What a cute little puff. But unfortunately, you know, an eyewitness,
- 6:57Speaker 2: and it reminded.
- 6:59Speaker 1: Me goddamn right, goddamn witness. Remember sitting there on the
- 7:05Speaker 1: jewey It's.
- 7:06Speaker 2: With its belly up, you know, like come on, you know,
- 7:10Speaker 2: And it reminded me so much of the scandival situation
- 7:13Speaker 2: because remember when Sandoval went over to Rachel's house and
- 7:17Speaker 2: her dog was like you know, yeah.
- 7:20Speaker 1: The dogs are so important. And it was second one
- 7:26Speaker 1: where literally one second in We see the dog's reaction
- 7:32Speaker 1: to West, and we see a lie come out of
- 7:34Speaker 1: his face because Kyle's like, you've been here in my
- 7:39Speaker 1: home home.
- 7:40Speaker 2: This dog with knows you very well, very well, yeah,
- 7:45Speaker 2: quite well, like it new to jump up to the
- 7:48Speaker 2: left pocket because that's where you have the treats. You're
- 7:52Speaker 2: cheating treats, your cheating treats.
- 7:54Speaker 1: Cheating little mask, nasty treat dust because I know you
- 8:00Speaker 1: don't shower, and I know you don't clean those clothes correctly,
- 8:03Speaker 1: like correctly, that little ever things in there. Think you
- 8:07Speaker 1: want to shout anything out, He doesn't know how to
- 8:09Speaker 1: do that. You think you're gonna soak something please, And
- 8:14Speaker 1: a lie right to Kyle's face, and then the nerve
- 8:17Speaker 1: to say, seconds later, do you want me to be
- 8:20Speaker 1: Can you handle me being completely honest? Can you handle it? Yeah?
- 8:25Speaker 2: Thanks, Jack Nicholson. You're not a few good men. In fact,
- 8:28Speaker 2: you're not even a man. You're just one fucking fuck
- 8:31Speaker 2: boy dude who is not fighting for our country. You know,
- 8:35Speaker 2: well hold on, let me take that back flip side.
- 8:38Speaker 2: I will say he's kind of fighting for our country.
- 8:41Speaker 2: We are so entertained by this. We America right now
- 8:45Speaker 2: all eyes are on this scandal, and so I will say,
- 8:49Speaker 2: you know, happy two hundred and fiftieth to our country,
- 8:53Speaker 2: and you know, thank you to all the reality stars
- 8:56Speaker 2: out there, great not so great villains alike that keep
- 9:02Speaker 2: our eyes on the prize, because really, you know, it
- 9:06Speaker 2: is h Lindsay is winning from this, Carl is winning,
- 9:09Speaker 2: Kyle is winning. Everybody, but the scandalous couple themselves is
- 9:14Speaker 2: winning hard.
- 9:15Speaker 1: Sierra.
- 9:16Speaker 2: Yeah, and that's and that they should, don't get me wrong,
- 9:20Speaker 2: they absolutely should. But let's take a moment of silence
- 9:24Speaker 2: for the two fallen ones in this scenario.
- 9:28Speaker 1: The two fallen soldiers. Yeah, so they think in a moment,
- 9:32Speaker 1: you know, although I think Amanda's gonna be as per Lindsey,
- 9:37Speaker 1: like Lindsay's the producer ultimately, like she's producing the show. Hmmm.
- 9:44Speaker 2: Oh wow, Can I just take piggyback on that, because
- 9:49Speaker 2: you just gave me such the idea, and I bet
- 9:52Speaker 2: you other people have had this too, where she is
- 9:55Speaker 2: poised for a hosting job on Bravo, Like I could
- 10:01Speaker 2: actually see her, you know, takeing a reunion or two
- 10:05Speaker 2: maybe not maybe not Housewives, No, not Housewives?
- 10:08Speaker 1: Why not? But why not? Why not?
- 10:13Speaker 2: But like anything you know, southern charm. Well, no, I
- 10:18Speaker 2: don't want no, no, hold on, let me just take
- 10:19Speaker 2: this back maybe, but anything anything like below deck.
- 10:23Speaker 1: Vander Pump rules below deck. Yes, give her Beverly Hills.
- 10:28Speaker 1: I don't care. I want to see it. Give her
- 10:33Speaker 1: Beverly Hills. Let's stir it up. Look man handled that
- 10:37Speaker 1: reunion at the end. She man handled it. She did.
- 10:40Speaker 1: She's like, I didn't learn a thing, and and she
- 10:45Speaker 1: and she said, bring the reunion to my living room. Yeah,
- 10:47Speaker 1: And I stood straight in the front of my hair,
- 10:51Speaker 1: the back curly, bring it on over. It's gonna be
- 10:55Speaker 1: that's mom hair, that's new baby mom hair. I couldn't
- 10:59Speaker 1: believe it.
- 11:00Speaker 2: I said, Wow, you can only do so much. You know,
- 11:04Speaker 2: she's running around cleaning. But you know, also, I bet
- 11:09Speaker 2: you she probably did have something to do with the aftermath,
- 11:12Speaker 2: being like, this is ridiculous. We've got to get these
- 11:15Speaker 2: people to talk.
- 11:15Speaker 1: Come on.
- 11:16Speaker 2: So, getting back to your point, Lindsay is like the producer.
- 11:21Speaker 2: And so Amanda's over there and she's leading her down
- 11:25Speaker 2: the right path of you know, accountability, right.
- 11:30Speaker 1: And I think she's opening what's in your hand? Amy?
- 11:33Speaker 2: Oh, thank you for asking this is a this is
- 11:36Speaker 2: a cat pen um dead. It's it was actually the
- 11:40Speaker 2: one of the prizes in my daughter's little book birthday.
- 11:46Speaker 1: Take away at that takeaways. There's another word for it
- 11:50Speaker 1: that we're not coming up with, gift bag, swag bag,
- 11:54Speaker 1: gift bag party favorite. Thank you.
- 11:57Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know. I just only planned the entire thing.
- 12:01Speaker 2: But yes, isn't it adorable? It's so cute.
- 12:05Speaker 1: I have a bunch of is that a tool? Is
- 12:07Speaker 1: a dental tool?
- 12:09Speaker 2: Sorry, fixing my glasses? Like, what's happening? Thank you for asking?
- 12:12Speaker 1: Okay, okay, so wait we were just saying before. Okay,
- 12:16Speaker 1: so I oh, this is what I wondered. If Lindsey
- 12:21Speaker 1: was like, listen, it will be interesting to have Amanda
- 12:26Speaker 1: back on Summer House because she is single. She has fallen,
- 12:33Speaker 1: you know, she's a fallen soldier, Like can we get
- 12:36Speaker 1: her back on right? And the only way to do that,
- 12:39Speaker 1: which she said plainly, is like full accountability. And so
- 12:46Speaker 1: I don't know, Lindsay's got her eye on that. Back
- 12:52Speaker 1: she was about she would have given birth in the
- 12:56Speaker 1: house need if it need be.
- 13:01Speaker 2: That's probably why she's even more upset now. They didn't
- 13:05Speaker 2: pick up cameras for that. Although wait, I'm trying to
- 13:08Speaker 2: think in this city, did she already had the baby
- 13:10Speaker 2: by then? Okay, yeah, you're not wrong about the eye
- 13:15Speaker 2: in the bag, because you know how everything is out
- 13:18Speaker 2: there right now in present time about Lindsey, you know,
- 13:22Speaker 2: putting out on social media. West has tried to threaten
- 13:26Speaker 2: my career three times. And she listed the three times
- 13:30Speaker 2: and like, one of them was totally legit, the second
- 13:34Speaker 2: one was like, okay, I could see you could twist
- 13:37Speaker 2: it into that third one was really a reach, and
- 13:40Speaker 2: it just made me laugh so hard. But the point
- 13:43Speaker 2: of it is is that, like you said, she wants
- 13:46Speaker 2: this show to work, and she feels that West really
- 13:49Speaker 2: threatened her career because he broke up the entire friendship
- 13:52Speaker 2: group because of what he did, and therefore here we
- 13:55Speaker 2: are now. She also said that well, by the way,
- 14:00Speaker 2: West has been fired from Summerhouse, and it's come out
- 14:04Speaker 2: in page six. This was all over the news yesterday
- 14:07Speaker 2: and basically, like people are saying, well, Lindsay is saying
- 14:12Speaker 2: that he threatened her in terms of like losing her job,
- 14:17Speaker 2: and he also the rumors that he wanted to be
- 14:21Speaker 2: on Summer House with Amanda and then like all the
- 14:25Speaker 2: other people would not be on Summer House.
- 14:28Speaker 1: What that's like the rumor to Lulu, dude, wow, to
- 14:34Speaker 1: be a white man, you know, really and truly. So
- 14:39Speaker 1: sometimes that was the ruler.
- 14:41Speaker 2: But here's what Page six is reporting, right, West Wilson
- 14:44Speaker 2: reportedly tried to get Lindsay Hubbard, Kyle Cook, and Carl
- 14:47Speaker 2: Radkey fired from Summerhouse, which allegedly led to him not
- 14:52Speaker 2: being asked back for season eleven. However, a rep for
- 14:55Speaker 2: Wilson told Page six that the accusation is categorically false,
- 14:58Speaker 2: while a rep for Cook told us there is no
- 15:02Speaker 2: truth to the claims. Oh interesting, I'm surprised. Cooks all right, well,
- 15:06Speaker 2: oh okay, Cooks. That's Kyle getting in there. And the
- 15:09Speaker 2: source claimed to US Weekly on Tuesday that the podcaster,
- 15:14Speaker 2: meaning West, told producers that Lindsay shouldn't film pregnant and
- 15:18Speaker 2: being a new mom because it's a show about singles
- 15:20Speaker 2: and having fun in the summer. So that's where that
- 15:24Speaker 2: was the one where I was like, yeah, that's totally legit, and.
- 15:29Speaker 1: So but it's not your house, bro, like like you
- 15:33Speaker 1: know what I mean, just yeah, yeah, Now.
- 15:37Speaker 2: I honestly feel like him being fired is leaving money
- 15:42Speaker 2: on the table, and I think it's very strange that
- 15:44Speaker 2: they are letting him go because all we want to
- 15:48Speaker 2: see right now is more of the aftermath. I mean, like, although,
- 15:52Speaker 2: you know, do does it have legs?
- 15:54Speaker 1: Does it? I will be honest, I'm good. I'm genuinely
- 15:59Speaker 1: good on West. I will never believe another word that
- 16:05Speaker 1: comes out of his mouth. And I think if Sierra
- 16:07Speaker 1: is going to be on the show one more season,
- 16:10Speaker 1: it is cruel. Oh yeah, him there again.
- 16:13Speaker 2: You know, I just assume Sierra was moving on to
- 16:16Speaker 2: like bigger and better things. But uh, but she she
- 16:19Speaker 2: should have the right of first refusal, that's for sure.
- 16:23Speaker 1: I'm good on him. Amy, I don't it.
- 16:28Speaker 2: You don't want to see Amanda and West try to
- 16:31Speaker 2: figure this out.
- 16:32Speaker 1: Well, because they smell of pachuli, I believe, and I
- 16:38Speaker 1: don't want to have that hit me. I just there's
- 16:42Speaker 1: a scent discuss that's.
- 16:43Speaker 2: Wy I dislike. I really dislike the smell of pachuli,
- 16:47Speaker 2: and I'm sorry to all of those who do. I've
- 16:49Speaker 2: never liked it and I never will.
- 16:51Speaker 1: And they and they may not, but to me, they do,
- 16:54Speaker 1: at least right now, they're smelling of a Petuli.
- 16:57Speaker 2: Petuli and scandal yeah and sweat, oh god, and like
- 17:03Speaker 2: odd buns, like the bun that's followed her to Italy.
- 17:07Speaker 1: Ooh.
- 17:08Speaker 2: When Miha was talking with Sierra and to find out
- 17:13Speaker 2: where she was, when she learned that, like she the
- 17:18Speaker 2: reunion was happening. And then after all that they didn't
- 17:21Speaker 2: she didn't talk to West for a week. Then they
- 17:23Speaker 2: did talk and they talked for six hours, and that
- 17:26Speaker 2: she was even still having a difficult time disconnecting from him,
- 17:31Speaker 2: which shows you the.
- 17:32Speaker 1: Power that he that he has, and.
- 17:37Speaker 2: That the Italy trip was planned and she was like,
- 17:40Speaker 2: go be with your family. And then the next thing,
- 17:43Speaker 2: you know, Amanda's on the trip and not one mentioned
- 17:45Speaker 2: to her that she was going. It's just so sick
- 17:48Speaker 2: and twilted this guy.
- 17:51Speaker 1: It is. And I think that I learned some of
- 17:55Speaker 1: what we were feeling was for Amanda's benefit this season,
- 18:01Speaker 1: with how he was keeping Sierra, pulling her in, pushing
- 18:04Speaker 1: her out, pulling her in, pushing her out, and trying
- 18:07Speaker 1: to be like, this isn't a relationship. You know, he
- 18:10Speaker 1: was getting that word to others wasn't as much about
- 18:15Speaker 1: Amanda as it was about Miha. Wow, and I needed
- 18:19Speaker 1: that flashback because I have been thinking about that moment when.
- 18:22Speaker 2: Jesse Jesse the Jesse flashback. You remember that because I
- 18:27Speaker 2: didn't remember that.
- 18:29Speaker 1: I did because I found it interesting and it had
- 18:31Speaker 1: me thinking about West. Oh wow, how he moves and
- 18:36Speaker 1: so and then hearing the name Miha out of Jesse.
- 18:41Speaker 1: That's a couple, like that's how long ago? I don't
- 18:44Speaker 1: do the math on these things, like two years ago
- 18:48Speaker 1: or at least yeah, two summers ago.
- 18:51Speaker 2: Yeah, right, And West seemed very shocked and put on
- 18:57Speaker 2: the spot, and he was off camera, so it's unfortunately
- 19:00Speaker 2: because we didn't get to see his actual face, but
- 19:02Speaker 2: we could hear in his voice, Uh yeah, she's I
- 19:05Speaker 2: imagine she's good. It's like, wow, you are really just
- 19:08Speaker 2: you were just hiding it all right. Well, Me has
- 19:14Speaker 2: admittance to feeling that the secret romance was something that
- 19:20Speaker 2: she enjoyed, and that was the tricky part that she
- 19:24Speaker 2: got herself into because I think that her feeling like
- 19:28Speaker 2: it's okay to keep her a secret and she found
- 19:31Speaker 2: that exciting is what ended up backfiring for her. And
- 19:35Speaker 2: she couldn't see the forest through the cheer, through the trees,
- 19:37Speaker 2: and she like fell for it that like she had
- 19:40Speaker 2: to be kept a secret, which a lot of women
- 19:43Speaker 2: do when they're the mistress.
- 19:45Speaker 1: I wish she said it a little differently, because I
- 19:49Speaker 1: think what she really meant was, I am not a
- 19:53Speaker 1: public person. I didn't want to be out in public
- 19:59Speaker 1: with him in magazines, and I didn't want people taking
- 20:02Speaker 1: pictures of us, and I didn't want to be known
- 20:05Speaker 1: by the general public as West's girlfriend. I don't know
- 20:09Speaker 1: that she wanted to be kept I don't know that
- 20:11Speaker 1: their relationship was secret per se except for the Summer
- 20:15Speaker 1: House people Like I got the feeling, and maybe I'm wrong,
- 20:19Speaker 1: but I got the feeling that she's not a public person.
- 20:21Speaker 1: She would have never gone on the show. He knew that.
- 20:25Speaker 1: He knew she had no designs to be on the show,
- 20:29Speaker 1: and that's why he could keep her where she was
- 20:32Speaker 1: and move about. Yeah, So I wonder if it was
- 20:37Speaker 1: really secret, like a secret relationship, or just like I
- 20:41Speaker 1: didn't want to go public to be a public.
- 20:45Speaker 2: Person right on, And that's how it was on her terms,
- 20:49Speaker 2: is what you're saying, right but on his journey, yeah, yeah,
- 20:52Speaker 2: that makes sense. And on his terms it was secret.
- 20:55Speaker 2: And also, you know, she did say to Sierra something
- 20:58Speaker 2: like she had just moved to New York and she
- 21:01Speaker 2: didn't know a lot of people, and she wasn't going
- 21:04Speaker 2: to go back to Philly and she needed somewhere to stay, right,
- 21:09Speaker 2: And so he's like, well, why not stay at my
- 21:10Speaker 2: place while I'm at this in the summerhouse. And then
- 21:13Speaker 2: she was like, I love decorating. So then that's when
- 21:16Speaker 2: she did the furniture stuff. But I thought, what a
- 21:18Speaker 2: perfect subject for him. Yeah, a perfect crime. She doesn't
- 21:24Speaker 2: know many people. You got her hold up in your apartment,
- 21:28Speaker 2: you know, whittling away you know would work or what
- 21:31Speaker 2: fashioning some sort of.
- 21:33Speaker 1: You know, I don't know what.
- 21:35Speaker 2: Yeah, a bean bag, I would imagine, because that's probably
- 21:38Speaker 2: what you like. And then just keeping her at Bay.
- 21:44Speaker 1: Yeah, and letting her believe you are in an absolutely
- 21:49Speaker 1: committed singular relationship.
- 21:53Speaker 2: I mean yeah, when he said to Kyle that he
- 21:58Speaker 2: was operating no, no, he said, Meha, miha was operating
- 22:04Speaker 2: like we had an exclusive relationship. Miha was operating like that.
- 22:09Speaker 2: And then he says it was very much a relationship,
- 22:13Speaker 2: to which Kyle was like, thank you, thank you for
- 22:15Speaker 2: actually admitting that. He's oh yeah, one hundred percent. But
- 22:19Speaker 2: this guy, he can't commit to an beginning a sentence
- 22:24Speaker 2: and ending a sentence, let alone a relationship. The way
- 22:29Speaker 2: that he speaks is a perfect example of the way
- 22:32Speaker 2: that he moves around in life. The way that he
- 22:35Speaker 2: sat there with Kyle and at the reunion, but the
- 22:38Speaker 2: way he tried to start points. He was like, I
- 22:40Speaker 2: tried to write down his ramblings, but he's like everything
- 22:44Speaker 2: was like a disaster, like just like tornado and like
- 22:47Speaker 2: layers and just like I'm not here because because like
- 22:52Speaker 2: I felt, you know, here's the thing like Amanda, like
- 22:54Speaker 2: part of why I came here, and then it just
- 22:57Speaker 2: being like a friendship, like steady like a friend and
- 23:00Speaker 2: so I knew like nothing per formative, which is why
- 23:03Speaker 2: like I took like I'm not gonna take that, like
- 23:05Speaker 2: I don't regret feeling, and that's where I'm gonna land.
- 23:11Speaker 2: What did you just say, actually nothings?
- 23:14Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean he's even yeah, it was really funny,
- 23:17Speaker 1: like even just trying to move around like love. He
- 23:23Speaker 1: was dipping and rolling and body rolling and summersault. It's
- 23:27Speaker 1: like what right?
- 23:31Speaker 2: He was like, question, it's not it's not a halfpipe.
- 23:34Speaker 2: We don't need you to do flips, you know, and
- 23:36Speaker 2: like stand up. We don't need that you. Love is
- 23:40Speaker 2: love is love, you know, man, Love is love. And
- 23:44Speaker 2: he absolutely was in love with her on some level
- 23:49Speaker 2: at the beginning. In terms of why he pursued it, right,
- 23:54Speaker 2: he had to have been. I don't know the answer
- 23:56Speaker 2: to that.
- 23:57Speaker 1: I will.
- 23:57Speaker 2: Last week you said I don't think he loves her,
- 24:00Speaker 2: and you've got a great point.
- 24:02Speaker 1: Because I don't. Because we don't think that he knows
- 24:04Speaker 1: what love is.
- 24:05Speaker 2: How could he.
- 24:06Speaker 1: He had a full girlfriend and he was kissing Sierra
- 24:10Speaker 1: and he was full, and he was trying to get
- 24:14Speaker 1: something going with Amanda. I do believe her the pursuing thing.
- 24:20Speaker 2: Okay, yeah, let's talk about that.
- 24:24Speaker 1: Yeah, I do believe that this is his juice of life.
- 24:29Speaker 1: You know, his juice of life is lighting as many
- 24:36Speaker 1: girls up in the air as possible because he's juggling distance. Yes,
- 24:43Speaker 1: he's a juggling clown, juggling clown, and he's going to
- 24:48Speaker 1: take them to the brink. He's going to bring them
- 24:50Speaker 1: home to his house in the farm or wherever that is.
- 24:54Speaker 1: And that's his like his hug, which I'm happy Kyle addressed. Yeah, Yes,
- 25:00Speaker 1: it's the ethel hugs, and you know that those hugs
- 25:04Speaker 1: have a power to them. I can feel it. I
- 25:06Speaker 1: can feel it now.
- 25:07Speaker 2: I remember when you were like, I get it. When
- 25:10Speaker 2: he's pulling you in like that, you know he's gotcha good.
- 25:15Speaker 1: You know he's got you enveloped the hugs and bringing
- 25:19Speaker 1: you home to mom and dad. Jesus, you got what
- 25:23Speaker 1: else could you make of it? And saying like we're
- 25:27Speaker 1: in this and I love you he says, I love
- 25:30Speaker 1: you by the way.
- 25:30Speaker 2: He will say, yeah, I love you, I'm your best friend.
- 25:35Speaker 2: I love you. Oh, by the way. He said to
- 25:39Speaker 2: Kyle that he told Amanda that he loved her that
- 25:42Speaker 2: night when she was lying in bed, when they had
- 25:46Speaker 2: that when they remember when they did the flashback, and
- 25:50Speaker 2: it's a week attempt at professing your love by the way.
- 25:54Speaker 1: The woman is.
- 25:54Speaker 2: Asleep, the lights are off, and you're walking out the
- 25:57Speaker 2: door and her husband's standing right there, like talk about
- 26:02Speaker 2: an uncommitted thrill seeker, you know.
- 26:05Speaker 1: Right, yeah, And Kyle's like, oh, so wait, you do
- 26:09Speaker 1: do you love her? Right? And not so fast? Yeah?
- 26:14Speaker 1: Well now, oh not so all right. I see where
- 26:18Speaker 1: you're going with this, And let me have I said
- 26:22Speaker 1: that my emotions have I said, I am in deep
- 26:27Speaker 1: love with you new but I do love her.
- 26:30Speaker 2: But are you saying and I like love, love, love
- 26:33Speaker 2: love her. Do you love her like like you want to,
- 26:35Speaker 2: like you want to be in love with her? Like
- 26:37Speaker 2: will you will?
- 26:38Speaker 1: Will you be in love with her? Yeah? Yeah, yeah yeah,
- 26:40Speaker 1: And I did save that back in the house when
- 26:42Speaker 1: she was sleeping. I did say, like I love you.
- 26:44Speaker 1: My feelings have gone back a really long time, but
- 26:46Speaker 1: they've also only gone back since February, So there's that,
- 26:53Speaker 1: you know, would.
- 26:55Speaker 2: It be possible that you were in love with her
- 26:57Speaker 2: and maybe now you.
- 26:58Speaker 1: Just love her? Could he say that again? Sure?
- 27:02Speaker 2: Sure, no problem, Layers. You know, is it possible that
- 27:06Speaker 2: you were in love with her while you were in
- 27:08Speaker 2: the summerhouse because there was no commitment.
- 27:11Speaker 1: There, she's doing the lips. But then now since.
- 27:15Speaker 2: It's all exploded and everybody knows that you've fallen out
- 27:19Speaker 2: of love with her, because now it's more real and
- 27:21Speaker 2: you would have to commit. So let me just repeat
- 27:24Speaker 2: the question again. Were you in love with her, but
- 27:27Speaker 2: now since the thrill is gone, you're no longer in
- 27:29Speaker 2: love with her, but you love her as a friend.
- 27:32Speaker 1: Yeah, that's right. You got it. You actually landed on it.
- 27:36Speaker 1: Thank you, You're welcome. And I could see you were
- 27:38Speaker 1: processing that through your lips. That's very that's you're puckering. Yeah.
- 27:48Speaker 1: And then him also, you know, this is fuck boy
- 27:52Speaker 1: one on one like and just behavior and know the
- 27:56Speaker 1: second he was like, oh dongie, oh you feel my er,
- 28:02Speaker 1: and then Kyle's like, dog seems to know you real good,
- 28:07Speaker 1: and then he doesn't touch the dog again.
- 28:11Speaker 2: Yeah, just like women. You know, he's caught. What's your
- 28:17Speaker 2: what's your favorite side of the couch?
- 28:19Speaker 1: Where do you sit? Let me give you that respect?
- 28:23Speaker 2: Yeah, I just want to respect you here because you know,
- 28:25Speaker 2: I don't want to sit like where I fucked your wife,
- 28:28Speaker 2: right because I have all over the game, all over
- 28:31Speaker 2: matter and your dog was watching. So yeah, so where
- 28:34Speaker 2: do you want to sit?
- 28:35Speaker 1: Okay?
- 28:36Speaker 2: Yeah, no, probably do you want me to be honest?
- 28:39Speaker 2: Honest or like the way I was at the reunion
- 28:41Speaker 2: where I don't say much and and I'm not fully
- 28:45Speaker 2: honest and I'm completely zoned out on some sort of medication.
- 28:48Speaker 1: Amy. No, you know what, I'm starting to get real
- 28:51Speaker 1: mad about that question to Kyle because it's actually really
- 28:56Speaker 1: insulting and he came in with it. Yeah, he thought
- 29:00Speaker 1: he was doing his big one with that question. But meanwhile,
- 29:04Speaker 1: he never intended to be honest because it's not available.
- 29:08Speaker 1: That's right, so many lies. Just he's such a liar
- 29:13Speaker 1: and he doesn't he lied one foot in the door.
- 29:18Speaker 1: Have you been here before? No, Well, let's just wrap
- 29:21Speaker 1: it up here because we're not even.
- 29:24Speaker 2: Oh yeah, well you know, he hadn't asked if Kyle
- 29:27Speaker 2: wanted honesty, real honesty yet, so he couldn't tell the
- 29:30Speaker 2: truth yet when Kyle was like trying to wrap his
- 29:36Speaker 2: head around when things happened, and Wes just like everybody
- 29:40Speaker 2: wants a timeline, and it's like timeline is sort of
- 29:43Speaker 2: you know, what does it even do? Measures time? Like
- 29:46Speaker 2: who does that? You know? I mean, I don't how
- 29:49Speaker 2: do we What is it going to tell us?
- 29:52Speaker 1: Because things actually something really a lot of things.
- 29:57Speaker 2: But you know what I found very interesting in this
- 30:01Speaker 2: episode was we did get the admittance that they had
- 30:04Speaker 2: kissed twice at the end of the summer.
- 30:06Speaker 1: Okay, I thought that. Okay, I thought he was talking
- 30:08Speaker 1: about Sierra, So I was off on that. I think
- 30:11Speaker 1: you're right. I was mistaken. I didn't know who we
- 30:14Speaker 1: were talking about if it was Sierra or Amanda.
- 30:17Speaker 2: But okay, and he couldn't even twice. Yeah, they kissed
- 30:21Speaker 2: at the end of the summer. He said, like after
- 30:23Speaker 2: summer they kissed twice.
- 30:25Speaker 1: Which is talking about January four.
- 30:28Speaker 2: Because that's when. Okay, So then they kissed at the
- 30:32Speaker 2: end of summer twice. West thinks it's I think maybe twice. Oh,
- 30:37Speaker 2: you don't know, okay, because of course you don't count things.
- 30:40Speaker 2: You don't use numbers or timelines.
- 30:41Speaker 1: That's yeah, none of that applies.
- 30:44Speaker 2: January seventh, Siera saw Amanda at his apartment and that
- 30:48Speaker 2: was you know, other people were there seventeenth, the seventeenth,
- 30:53Speaker 2: the split announcement was on January nineteenth, and West said
- 30:59Speaker 2: that he had feelings, feelings. He started having feelings feelings
- 31:03Speaker 2: in February.
- 31:04Speaker 1: Lord of Mercy, and then he was sleeping with me
- 31:08Speaker 1: in March.
- 31:09Speaker 2: So yes, right, And you know when when Lindsay was
- 31:13Speaker 2: like he cheated on you, like and her and you're
- 31:17Speaker 2: the other woman like.
- 31:19Speaker 1: Hello, yeah, She's like mm yeah, that's right.
- 31:24Speaker 2: How about that one part when Amanda was told by
- 31:27Speaker 2: Lindsay that West told Sierra at PJ. Clark's that Amanda
- 31:32Speaker 2: had a crush on him, and she was obsessed with him.
- 31:36Speaker 2: How her demeanor changed quite a bit, like he was obsessed.
- 31:40Speaker 2: I was obsessed with him. Yeah, I'm so curious as
- 31:43Speaker 2: to where it is now. I want it after the aftermath.

- 35:42Speaker 2: every new skincare product that hits the market, or you've
- 35:45Speaker 2: been using the same one or two things for years,

- 35:50Speaker 2: is in keeping up the way it used to, you
- 35:53Speaker 2: know what I mean. That's what one skin changed for me,
- 35:57Speaker 2: And it didn't just make my existing routine better, actually
- 36:00Speaker 2: worked differently than anything else I'd ever tried, and now
- 36:04Speaker 2: I'm obsessed. As we age, some skin cells stop functioning
- 36:08Speaker 2: the way they should. Longevity scientists call them zombie cells. Cute, right, Well,
- 36:13Speaker 2: not so cute, because that's what actually drives those visible
- 36:17Speaker 2: signs of aging, the fine lines, the loss of firmness,
- 36:21Speaker 2: the dullness that creeps in over time. Yeah, it sounds terrifying,

- 37:36Speaker 2: them that I sent you, thanks darlings. After Lindsay said
- 37:43Speaker 2: what she said about West saying what he said, I mean,
- 37:47Speaker 2: that has to have pissed her off because she's not
- 37:49Speaker 2: going to be the one who is going to be
- 37:52Speaker 2: perceived as the pursuer. There's no way she wants to
- 37:55Speaker 2: be in that position. And she was saying he was
- 37:58Speaker 2: pursuing me, you know, when she said he pursued me
- 38:01Speaker 2: over and over again, I was like, Okay, let's hear
- 38:03Speaker 2: the receipts.
- 38:04Speaker 1: Do you know.
- 38:05Speaker 2: How loosely fitting that is? That receipt It's a loose fits.
- 38:11Speaker 2: You know, they were group texts. They were group fucking
- 38:16Speaker 2: texts in the safety of other people. Was he including
- 38:20Speaker 2: her because he likes that kind of thrill? And he
- 38:23Speaker 2: wanted to be around her absolutely, and they had kissed
- 38:27Speaker 2: at that point. Because now they're back in town, so
- 38:29Speaker 2: it's like he's just texting her in safety of in
- 38:32Speaker 2: plain sight, and she's like, no, no, no. So she
- 38:36Speaker 2: has the ability to say that she said no to
- 38:39Speaker 2: these group texts, but those weren't receipts of him saying
- 38:42Speaker 2: let's get together, Can you come over? Can I come over?
- 38:45Speaker 2: In fact, he even said so much to Kyle that like,
- 38:48Speaker 2: your wife asked for my address and I wouldn't give
- 38:51Speaker 2: it to her because I'm such a stand up guy.
- 38:54Speaker 2: Remember that parser Yeah, that was gross disgusting. So he's
- 38:58Speaker 2: making her look bad. And when she didn't go to
- 39:01Speaker 2: Lindsay's sitting there, she didn't even like present West looking
- 39:07Speaker 2: bag bad at all. In fact, she started to just
- 39:10Speaker 2: defend herself and say things that he was doing. She
- 39:14Speaker 2: probably would have never done that hadn't she heard that
- 39:17Speaker 2: he was talking about her, whereas West was like, I'm
- 39:20Speaker 2: I you know a handful of times I did the
- 39:23Speaker 2: best I could, and then I just my my peen
- 39:26Speaker 2: wanted what it wanted, what it needed.
- 39:28Speaker 1: He really wants a cookie for keeping his peen in
- 39:33Speaker 1: his pants. On an off night. You know, it was
- 39:36Speaker 1: a Tuesday, and my peen stayed in.
- 39:38Speaker 2: It stayed in, so like, can I get you know,
- 39:40Speaker 2: tickets and free tickets to the giants?
- 39:42Speaker 1: Like yeah, is the World Cup available to right where? Now?
- 39:48Speaker 1: Let me ask you this this little crew of friends
- 39:51Speaker 1: that are such a blast okay, and he has that
- 39:54Speaker 1: are such a fun time.
- 39:55Speaker 2: Oh yeah, his crew like not the Summerhouse people, but
- 39:58Speaker 2: like his other crew of people. Yeah okay.
- 40:01Speaker 1: Where Amanda was with them and she was felt like
- 40:03Speaker 1: she was in her twenties and she with them and
- 40:06Speaker 1: she felt fun and she felt cool. Now this group
- 40:12Speaker 1: was Miha. Hello, do they know Miha? Would she there? God?
- 40:19Speaker 2: Like, I don't know, A great question, I don't. She
- 40:22Speaker 2: was certainly not there, right, I know, I don't.
- 40:25Speaker 1: Know what he's up to. He I think that he listen,
- 40:28Speaker 1: she could have been there on a night or so
- 40:30Speaker 1: who freaking knows? Yeah, but probably not. Yes, But I'm
- 40:33Speaker 1: just like he kept Jesse, trying to keep Jesse away
- 40:38Speaker 1: from Miha until he was like, literally, I see her
- 40:40Speaker 1: name on your phone, But it wasn't like that information
- 40:43Speaker 1: was given to him. Yes, I'm seeing someone named Miha.
- 40:49Speaker 2: Right, He's just putting it together because he actually has.
- 40:53Speaker 2: He mistakenly put the real person's name on his caller ID.
- 40:58Speaker 2: He'll learn how to fix that next time. My mom exactly,
- 41:02Speaker 2: My mom will be every girl's contact.
- 41:07Speaker 1: So is this group like, yeah, it's aware of her?
- 41:13Speaker 1: Is he also keeping keeping her really tucked away? Like
- 41:18Speaker 1: Rapunzel in that apartment Punzel?
- 41:20Speaker 2: Yes, he rapunzeled her. I like that term. I like
- 41:25Speaker 2: that term. He fucking rapunzeled her. Yeah, that's good. And
- 41:32Speaker 2: she didn't fully mind. She was into it. She was
- 41:36Speaker 2: into that kink a little bit, but not into what
- 41:40Speaker 2: actually was going on, which she had no clue about,
- 41:43Speaker 2: which is she did not buy that ticket. She didn't
- 41:46Speaker 2: buy all those amenities. Now, sir, oh, what did you
- 41:51Speaker 2: think about? When Lindsay was like, have you watched the
- 41:54Speaker 2: episodes because Andy had asked her that too, and she
- 41:57Speaker 2: was like no, and she hasn't, and and she's like, well,
- 42:02Speaker 2: do you what did you think about the reunion? And
- 42:04Speaker 2: she's like, I don't remember much because she was dissociating,
- 42:10Speaker 2: which is dissociating, not disassociating, just so everybody knows, so
- 42:14Speaker 2: they're on the same page. That's actually the term.
- 42:17Speaker 1: But thank you.
- 42:20Speaker 2: She she doesn't remember because she's like so many people
- 42:24Speaker 2: were yelling at me. And then like, I, you know,
- 42:25Speaker 2: I can understand her compartmentalizing, but I think that she's
- 42:28Speaker 2: compartmentalizing in that habit with Kyle. I could see that.
- 42:32Speaker 2: That totally makes sense. I bet she did that with
- 42:34Speaker 2: Kyle for sure. But also whatever medicine, special medicine that
- 42:40Speaker 2: Mama was taken certainly helped get that as well.
- 42:43Speaker 1: Yeah, it made me think back to that TikTok I
- 42:46Speaker 1: told you about with the friend who said she did
- 42:48Speaker 1: something similar to her with a boyfriend, like she was
- 42:51Speaker 1: she had right, and she had said that Amanda had
- 42:55Speaker 1: a lot of screws. She did not say what. I
- 42:57Speaker 1: have no idea if it was parent. I have no
- 42:59Speaker 1: idea what it was about out, but she went through
- 43:00Speaker 1: a lot of it in her childhood, so I think
- 43:04Speaker 1: that that also came up for me. I'm like, this
- 43:07Speaker 1: may be her coping mechanism. Just yes, with everything.
- 43:13Speaker 2: That makes sense.
- 43:13Speaker 1: But and it also makes sense how she came in
- 43:17Speaker 1: with a light energy to Lindsey's, you know, because she
- 43:21Speaker 1: has very interesting Yeah, I seen it all, and I
- 43:26Speaker 1: kind of believe that, you know.
- 43:28Speaker 2: Yes, I do we saw it with Kyle like he
- 43:31Speaker 2: would be like a total shiitball and then she'd wake
- 43:34Speaker 2: up the next day and be in a fine mood,
- 43:37Speaker 2: right right.
- 43:39Speaker 1: No, I think that is Oh, and it's it's an
- 43:42Speaker 1: there's just an immaturity there in general that you do
- 43:46Speaker 1: understand aligning with someone like West when you're not everything.
- 43:52Speaker 1: She said, like, yeah, that is what most people do
- 43:55Speaker 1: after our long breakup, they end up going with someone
- 43:58Speaker 1: who's not the next real That's fun. Yeah, that's easy.
- 44:03Speaker 1: That makes you feel good. That is a normal, normal thing.
- 44:07Speaker 1: It's the Sierra piece that makes it horrible.
- 44:11Speaker 2: It's everything about it makes sense, even the fact that
- 44:14Speaker 2: he was friends with Kyle, Like that isn't We even
- 44:18Speaker 2: talked about this last week where we're like I think
- 44:21Speaker 2: we were like, if if Sierra wasn't in the picture,
- 44:25Speaker 2: we would not this would not be that big of
- 44:27Speaker 2: a deal. And you're like, we would have touched on
- 44:28Speaker 2: it for like a minute, you know, because it just
- 44:31Speaker 2: wouldn't be that big of a deal. Because everything that
- 44:34Speaker 2: she said made complete sense. She didn't recognize herself anymore.
- 44:38Speaker 2: She's in a horrible relationship. You know, she wanted to
- 44:41Speaker 2: have kids, She wanted to move to the suburbs. This
- 44:44Speaker 2: guy is like out every night, She's getting messages. Is
- 44:47Speaker 2: he cheating on her?
- 44:48Speaker 1: Is he not?
- 44:49Speaker 2: He's drunk all the time. Like she is not happy
- 44:53Speaker 2: in this marriage, and clearly he isn't either. So now
- 44:57Speaker 2: she has this great distraction. And that happens when everybody
- 45:00Speaker 2: has an affair. That's what that is. That's the exciting.
- 45:04Speaker 2: When she was like, I confused falling in love with
- 45:07Speaker 2: myself with West and and that that checks out. I mean,
- 45:14Speaker 2: he brought out a side of her like he does
- 45:15Speaker 2: with everybody, which is why it's so hard to quit him,
- 45:18Speaker 2: because it's just a fun time guy. He's a fun
- 45:20Speaker 2: time guy when you have him in that position, and
- 45:23Speaker 2: he has you in that position, and he's not going
- 45:25Speaker 2: to go any further than that fun time guy, right,
- 45:28Speaker 2: and he chases you.
- 45:30Speaker 1: To the brink, so the brank of everything. We are
- 45:35Speaker 1: every like. I think he takes women right to your
- 45:40Speaker 1: mind forever and we're married and we're like. I think
- 45:43Speaker 1: everyone gets to that point and he dangles a carrot.
- 45:47Speaker 1: It is the especially when you're doing it to women
- 45:50Speaker 1: in their thirties. I think it's horrible because that's really
- 45:56Speaker 1: like go time. You know, that's those are precious years, yeah,
- 46:02Speaker 1: and finding your partner.
- 46:04Speaker 2: And really, like I kind of go back to when
- 46:08Speaker 2: she's talking about how she lost herself, and I mean,
- 46:10Speaker 2: I am pro Amanda when it comes to this was
- 46:13Speaker 2: a horrible marriage. And Kyle is sitting here looking like,
- 46:19Speaker 2: you know, the hero, he's looking like the Disney Prince
- 46:22Speaker 2: in all of this, and he's just not at the
- 46:24Speaker 2: end of the day, he unfortunately isn't.
- 46:27Speaker 1: It doesn't need to.
- 46:28Speaker 2: There's no space for him to take any accountability at
- 46:30Speaker 2: this point because that ship has sailed and we don't
- 46:34Speaker 2: need it. But like, he had everything to do with
- 46:36Speaker 2: why she got to this point, and I think that
- 46:40Speaker 2: takes I think there's something there to look at a
- 46:43Speaker 2: little harder when we can get past this at some point,
- 46:47Speaker 2: not that we're going to be around for it, but
- 46:51Speaker 2: she was kind of abandoned by Kyle, and that's what
- 46:53Speaker 2: it seemed like to me. And so when someone was
- 46:57Speaker 2: giving her attention, and the big question is, well, there's
- 47:00Speaker 2: all these guys out there. That's a that's an easy
- 47:02Speaker 2: thing for someone to say, right, but it's not so easy. Sure,
- 47:06Speaker 2: there's all those guys out there, but like she's not
- 47:08Speaker 2: putting herself in a position to which because she's married,
- 47:11Speaker 2: so she's not going to be putting herself in a
- 47:13Speaker 2: position to where she's surrounded by guys giving her attention.
- 47:16Speaker 2: She's not going to go on speed dating.
- 47:17Speaker 1: She's not, you know well and in a couple of
- 47:19Speaker 1: months old could have though, like you know, she could
- 47:23Speaker 1: have waited it out. And I think that was Lindsay's point.
- 47:25Speaker 1: It's like, just you know, yes, but like, had you
- 47:30Speaker 1: given yourself six.
- 47:32Speaker 2: Months but it already happened though. That's the problem. That's
- 47:38Speaker 2: that's the problem, is that she already had feelings for
- 47:41Speaker 2: West when she was in Summerhouse, and she kept pursuing
- 47:45Speaker 2: that and wanting for it to go away. And that's
- 47:49Speaker 2: what she's never going to admit. She's just never going
- 47:51Speaker 2: to admit that she's going to play stupid and say
- 47:55Speaker 2: it just it was like so crazy, it was such
- 47:57Speaker 2: a shit show, like it was a tornado, and using
- 47:59Speaker 2: all of these words a word salad to explain nothing
- 48:04Speaker 2: when you're really not being honest, which is it's pretty simple,
- 48:08Speaker 2: while working with this person, you had such a blast,
- 48:11Speaker 2: you couldn't deny how much fun you had and he
- 48:13Speaker 2: was the best relief you've ever experienced. Like, there's actually
- 48:17Speaker 2: nothing necessarily wrong with that, it's just obviously Sierra. But
- 48:22Speaker 2: you could have at least said, I couldn't even deny
- 48:24Speaker 2: it because how much it was filling me up. That
- 48:27Speaker 2: that's how I had to turn on my friend because
- 48:30Speaker 2: I was so devoid and desperate for any kind of
- 48:35Speaker 2: fun attention and he was there, and that's what happened.
- 48:40Speaker 2: Like wrong place, wrong time, selfish person.
- 48:45Speaker 1: Yeah, and I think he definitely saw a mark in her.
- 48:52Speaker 2: Yeah, he took advantage of her big time. He didn't
- 48:56Speaker 2: need to put her on all those groups. See, that's
- 48:58Speaker 2: him protecting himself again.
- 49:00Speaker 1: He knows Dan Welby's fish is what he's doing with
- 49:04Speaker 1: a key because really, if he had any wherewithal of
- 49:11Speaker 1: you know, he wouldn't have kiss her. Like that's where
- 49:14Speaker 1: he's just my god, you know, he is playing so
- 49:19Speaker 1: hard and fast with all of them, Like.
- 49:23Speaker 2: He really would have liked to have heard why he
- 49:26Speaker 2: did that, Like what was did we even he's attracted
- 49:29Speaker 2: to her?
- 49:29Speaker 1: So that is that what he said? Did did we
- 49:31Speaker 1: even talk about that? But I mean, like he wants
- 49:35Speaker 1: everything and he thinks he's slick enough, and he has
- 49:39Speaker 1: been pretty slick, you know, he's been It's like it's
- 49:43Speaker 1: like watching Mafia, Like you get away with the crimes
- 49:48Speaker 1: for a really long time until they do, you know,
- 49:52Speaker 1: the Rico case on you, and then you're screwed. Like
- 49:55Speaker 1: it's just.
- 49:56Speaker 2: Yeah, then you're going down for all the crimes. Absolutely,
- 49:59Speaker 2: and there are many here.
- 50:02Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 50:02Speaker 2: By the way, just we never talked about this and
- 50:06Speaker 2: the reunion, and from what I understand, if they did
- 50:09Speaker 2: talk about it, I think they did talk about it,
- 50:11Speaker 2: but it was cut out. And that is that there
- 50:13Speaker 2: was a video of Amanda and west together, remember that,
- 50:18Speaker 2: and that that's why the statement came out because there
- 50:20Speaker 2: was a rumor that there was this somebody leaked a
- 50:25Speaker 2: video to Sierra and it was West End Amanda together
- 50:32Speaker 2: and she was like, you know, they were in an
- 50:34Speaker 2: intimate situation. And the question was was this a private
- 50:39Speaker 2: investigator that took this video that Sierra because there were
- 50:42Speaker 2: all these rumors that like Page and Sierra decided to
- 50:45Speaker 2: hire a private investigator, but see none of that came up.
- 50:49Speaker 1: Kind of don't believe that. I don't.
- 50:51Speaker 2: I do, And actually I think that at that point
- 50:57Speaker 2: they that was this if she did hire a private investigator. Shit,
- 51:02Speaker 2: I think that that would have been the smartest thing
- 51:04Speaker 2: to do, because none of these they wouldn't have come out,
- 51:07Speaker 2: they wouldn't have been smoked. They needed to be smoked
- 51:09Speaker 2: out of their hole. And I think that's what happened.
- 51:11Speaker 2: I think this video.
- 51:13Speaker 1: So George Bush smoke them, smoke them out of their holes. Wow,
- 51:20Speaker 1: okay them out George w today. That's yeah, get him
- 51:25Speaker 1: out of there. Wow. Well, and that would make sense
- 51:28Speaker 1: that they would like not want to say, and that
- 51:32Speaker 1: would make sense that Page has been very quiet. She's like, well,
- 51:35Speaker 1: I did fund this.
- 51:38Speaker 2: I would think that that would be the perfect thing
- 51:40Speaker 2: for Page to do, right, She'd be like, we're hiring
- 51:43Speaker 2: a private investigator.
- 51:44Speaker 1: Don't worry.
- 51:44Speaker 2: Your fingerprints aren't on then I'm hiring though, Yeah.
- 51:47Speaker 1: I'm hiring you continue to pay for your parents' house,
- 51:50Speaker 1: your childhood home, your grandfather's home. I got it. I
- 51:54Speaker 1: have a couple of great deals going on right now,
- 51:57Speaker 1: and it would be my pleasure because I when I
- 52:00Speaker 1: go back, I don't like how she moved with Craig,
- 52:03Speaker 1: and we're going to get to the bottom.
- 52:04Speaker 2: Oh yeah, and by the way, let's also consider that
- 52:08Speaker 2: Page used that same private investigator to find out whether
- 52:11Speaker 2: or not Craig actually bought a ring, and the answer
- 52:13Speaker 2: was no.
- 52:15Speaker 1: Right. She was like, while you're at it, I'm going
- 52:18Speaker 1: to keep you on retainer because I feel we're going
- 52:22Speaker 1: to need you next year.
- 52:25Speaker 2: Yeah, Lindsay saying to Amanda. When Amanda would try to
- 52:32Speaker 2: explain herself, She's like, I'm feeling it and Lindsay's like, no,
- 52:37Speaker 2: you're not, You're you are not feeling this, and she's right.
- 52:40Speaker 2: I appreciate everything that Lindsay said. That felt like she
- 52:44Speaker 2: was speaking for us.
- 52:46Speaker 1: Didn't you feel him? Yes, she you know, curls on
- 52:50Speaker 1: the back, straight in the front. She was there to
- 52:54Speaker 1: take care of things and her hair. Yes, yes, yeah, yeah,
- 53:00Speaker 1: well was yeah, no, she really listen. This is where
- 53:05Speaker 1: her pr training, her New York sensibility, her I'm gonna
- 53:11Speaker 1: get it done attitude. Yea. I would love her to
- 53:15Speaker 1: work with me, you know what I mean, Like that's
- 53:18Speaker 1: who I want. I'm sorry, take me to the top, baby,
- 53:23Speaker 1: you know, like she's gonna like she's just.
- 53:28Speaker 2: Sheeah and we want one on one consulting, Yes, we don't.
- 53:34Speaker 2: Maybe would have to do a group package. I would
- 53:36Speaker 2: imagine that she would be a pricey okay, and I
- 53:39Speaker 2: think we could really benefit from that life coaching, career
- 53:43Speaker 2: coaching anything.
- 53:44Speaker 1: We're open, yeah, open, yeah. I'm just seeing here when
- 53:48Speaker 1: she was like, you know, he fucked mih in March,
- 53:52Speaker 1: and Amanda.
- 53:52Speaker 3: Was like like out what out babe, await up, bah,
- 54:02Speaker 3: you know what's happening.
- 54:04Speaker 2: I'm glad that me I got some camera time. Very
- 54:09Speaker 2: interesting situation, right, like for her to now be coming
- 54:14Speaker 2: out of the woodwork literally the woodworking furniture that she
- 54:17Speaker 2: was doing in his house. I don't know what materials
- 54:19Speaker 2: she was using, but that she was there and Sierra.
- 54:25Speaker 2: She and Sierra sat down and Sierra's like, I'm sorry
- 54:28Speaker 2: you had to see that kissing us kissing, and then
- 54:32Speaker 2: they are going to have a friendship. Now it's wild.
- 54:36Speaker 2: There's going to be a West Club.
- 54:38Speaker 1: I would have loved and this wasn't gonna happen, but
- 54:41Speaker 1: I would have loved Sierra to ask, so how much
- 54:46Speaker 1: shit did Wes talk about me in your time with him?
- 54:50Speaker 1: Because I'm sure, oh.
- 54:51Speaker 2: My god, yeah that he was like she thinks did this?
- 54:57Speaker 1: Did that absolutely turned America again? It's me yep, yep.
- 55:02Speaker 1: And now I have to go back there, and I
- 55:04Speaker 1: do need to like figure out how to make it
- 55:06Speaker 1: right with her because I won't be on the show
- 55:08Speaker 1: like I wanted to totally.
- 55:10Speaker 2: Oh my god, that's such a good question. And I
- 55:12Speaker 2: bet you if West were saying to Miha, you know,
- 55:17Speaker 2: I had to kiss her because like I had to
- 55:18Speaker 2: shut her up, you know, because like I just have
- 55:20Speaker 2: to save my reputation. You just see like.
- 55:24Speaker 1: The pucker lips, asshole lips, little asshole lips.
- 55:30Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, a little punch. I mean, Kyle, I don't
- 55:35Speaker 2: know if I should like punch you. I don't know
- 55:37Speaker 2: what to do here. That was so awkward. I mean,
- 55:40Speaker 2: it's just so weird.
- 55:41Speaker 1: He's a weirdo, Like goodbye, I'm good to say, Sayinara,
- 55:46Speaker 1: I don't want to look at you anymore. I want
- 55:49Speaker 1: you to take a shower and get out of my life. Okay.
- 55:52Speaker 2: I'd love for him to do a couple cameos on
- 55:54Speaker 2: in the City next season, just to great, you know,
- 55:58Speaker 2: spice it up job and oh wait, real real quick
- 56:02Speaker 2: before we hang up, when West said, you know, I
- 56:05Speaker 2: know they won't they won't leave this part in. But
- 56:08Speaker 2: I just want you to know, Kyle, like I'm not
- 56:11Speaker 2: talking to you for camera time or all that stuff
- 56:16Speaker 2: that seemed.
- 56:17Speaker 1: See, you can't trust a word, he says, no, But
- 56:20Speaker 1: it was he's calculated, he's cringe. He's cringe and he's
- 56:23Speaker 1: calculated and everything that's going on behind the scenes about
- 56:27Speaker 1: the show, and you know, the the rumor I was
- 56:29Speaker 1: on the nastiness about trying.
- 56:31Speaker 2: To get Kyle and everybody fired. But I'm like, well,
- 56:34Speaker 2: they're not going to be on the Summer House anyway.
- 56:36Speaker 2: They're on in the city, So that doesn't even make
- 56:38Speaker 2: sense to me. To be honest, it.
- 56:41Speaker 1: Made sense to me in that listen, the one piece
- 56:46Speaker 1: of clarity and the clean sentence he got out. I
- 56:49Speaker 1: was like, I, you know, I didn't perform well during
- 56:52Speaker 1: the reunion, even right phrasing, wow, he only has his
- 57:00Speaker 1: on himself, Like obviously he's messy and it didn't work out,
- 57:05Speaker 1: so like maybe he's just not that great at it.
- 57:08Speaker 1: But we can't forget he is a sports reporter. We
- 57:12Speaker 1: can't forget that he did find his way over to
- 57:15Speaker 1: that New York magazine to say his side of the
- 57:19Speaker 1: story after Sierra, And we can't forget that he like
- 57:23Speaker 1: got Sierra back very intentionally and you know, didn't want
- 57:28Speaker 1: the relationship, but like he is moving these pieces around
- 57:33Speaker 1: for his comfort and for his progress, you know, so
- 57:38Speaker 1: right he could have. Yeah, like I just don't buy well,
- 57:43Speaker 1: you can't buy any of it because he lied minute one.
- 57:46Speaker 2: Through the door, minute one, can't buy any of it
- 57:49Speaker 2: in every in minute one through every door. This guy
- 57:52Speaker 2: has got he's just putting it on. You know, what
- 57:55Speaker 2: a fast rise and what a quick fall. It hasn't
- 57:59Speaker 2: been that long. And I honestly, as we wrap this up,
- 58:04Speaker 2: I truly am still so surprised that this even happened
- 58:09Speaker 2: on our timeline in terms of like the shows that
- 58:11Speaker 2: we're watching. You think that that nothing like this could
- 58:15Speaker 2: ever happen again after Scandaval, and yet here we are.
- 58:20Speaker 2: I mean I don't. It's obviously not as big, however,
- 58:25Speaker 2: it's it's up there. It's definitely up there, and.
- 58:30Speaker 1: Yeah it's different. But I think Amanda and Sierra that
- 58:35Speaker 1: is almost like that is the big story. That's the explosion. Yeah,
- 58:42Speaker 1: and especially how they were supporting her and all season
- 58:46Speaker 1: like me and Siara like it just yeah, that is
- 58:52Speaker 1: that is the the dues, and it is I think comparable.
- 58:56Speaker 1: I think it's comparable because like Kyle and Amanda breaking up,
- 59:01Speaker 1: it's just months, it's such a fine like quite frankly
- 59:06Speaker 1: Arianna and what's is not we're sort of in a
- 59:09Speaker 1: similar position.
- 59:11Speaker 2: True, But we just didn't know it though, because they
- 59:14Speaker 2: didn't really share that. Yeah, I mean we did think
- 59:18Speaker 2: it was kind of weird, but we did think that
- 59:19Speaker 2: they were fine for the most part. Whereas Kyle and Amanda,
- 59:22Speaker 2: we just all we saw summer after summer was them
- 59:25Speaker 2: drunk and fighting and like her going to bed and
- 59:27Speaker 2: him being out. So we knew that this was ultimately
- 59:30Speaker 2: going to end. It's true, true, true, I suppose.
- 59:35Speaker 1: Yeah, no, for sure. It's like there's differences, but it's
- 59:38Speaker 1: not all that different.
- 59:41Speaker 2: Well, uh, holy smokes, I'm ready to put this behind us. Yeah,
- 59:48Speaker 2: and you know, move on. We've got plenty of other shows.
- 59:52Speaker 2: McBee Dynasty is starting. I don't know if you watch that,
- 59:55Speaker 2: but I love that show. Still have the Valley to
- 59:58Speaker 2: wrap up, Atlanta is still going, and Rhode Island Reunion
- 1:00:03Speaker 2: is coming. Love Island, which I have not started yet.
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: Oh it's fun, I mean, is it good? It's so
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: hard to say. I don't know, but like I'm watching,
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: do you know what, okay, And like I'm in I'm
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: watching great watching. I would think I would be behind,
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: but guess what, I'm not.
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: I know because you've learned from the past that you
- 1:00:25Speaker 2: can't let it get too far behind you or ahead
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: of you.
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: Gotta Yeah, well, if you are going to watch, I
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: do urge you to get on at Amy because now
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: you are. I'm waving.
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: I'm not gonna say. What I'm gonna do is I'm
- 1:00:38Speaker 2: gonna watch the first episode because I love to watch
- 1:00:41Speaker 2: that really obnoxiously long video where they're dancing and stuff.
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: That's my favorite part of everything. And then and then
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: I'm gonna go and watch the after suns and then
- 1:00:51Speaker 2: pick up where you guys are.
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: This is quite a technique.
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: Wow, I have no choice because you know, end of
- 1:00:58Speaker 2: the school year, Mattie's birthday, my parents being in town,
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: my brother and sister and Laura coming in to tomorrow,
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: and then her real birthday is like Friday, so we're
- 1:01:07Speaker 2: all going to go out. So it's a whole thing.
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: So until like I get into next week, I'm I'm
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: pretty doomed for you know, getting my eyes on Love
- 1:01:15Speaker 2: Island at this point. So I've got to make some strides.
- 1:01:18Speaker 2: I got to do the cheats.
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: I understand, do the cheats. Maybe get tuck one actual
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: episode in instead of an after son. Okay, do you
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: know what I mean? I do just take a middle up. Okay,
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: you know, maybe.
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: Like seven, Like I'm gonna go like first, yeah, after sun,
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: after Sun, seven after Sun, and then pick up like ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen,
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: wherever the hell you guys are.
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: Yeah, wherever we are, well listen, I am enjoying Sierra
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: on the after Sun. I have only won. Wow. One episode.
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: It was the one with Tink tink and tink No, Tink,
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: Tink's out of there. It's another goal. And I don't
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: know who this other goal is. I'm sure I should know,
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: but they are. They have a really fun dynamic. And
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: this one girl came on and she was like, she said,
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: you'll die. She was like listen because the guy had
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: a kid, and she said, I did not escape teen
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: pregnancy just to be a stepmom. And they two of
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: them fell out like cards over your face dead and
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: it was just so funny, like I'm enjoying them as ghosts. Yeah,
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: good stuff. It was. I watched it twice. I was
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: like they're killing me right now, that's their reactions.
- 1:02:39Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, when you're not watching Love Island or your
- 1:02:42Speaker 2: Bravo shows, and even simultaneously, you got to tune into
- 1:02:46Speaker 2: Deanna Chang's incredible content. She has a great substack. It's
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: also a podcast. It's called How to Be Less Old,
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: and you learn a lot about what the kids are saying,
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: what they're doing. And quite honestly, I can't live without
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: it because I need the information. And let's all figure
- 1:03:05Speaker 2: out what kind of montage is we want to give
- 1:03:07Speaker 2: to our loved ones and friends. Because the Montage Queen
- 1:03:11Speaker 2: is so gracious that they gave me my own code
- 1:03:14Speaker 2: for drama Darling, Deanna, what is the percentage off?
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: And what is at any point you can say, Amy Phillips,
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: you can say drama Darling, you can say welcome in,
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: you can jot down you know any of those great
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: little bitch wife you know what you want, I'll know, Yeah,
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: you'll know where they're coming from. Yeah yeah, And I'll
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: go ahead and I will give you that five percent off.
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: And if I can give I just posted yesterday hot
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: off the press. You guys, I know, Amy said, like
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: we have these shows right to like calm our minds
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: and take our head out of things. I just had
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: a post on substack how to be less old at
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: substack dot com, and since I did it yesterday, there's
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: so much more content. But America is getting there is
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: a trend happening right now with the World Cup, and
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: I America has gotten the biggest glow up of our lives,
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: like the way we needed this. All these different countries
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: showing up in these cities and their reactions to us, Oh,
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: really is so incredible. The friendliness, the food they're taken
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: in Costco. They are Scotland and Boston. I can't explain
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: what's going on there. Oh wow. Mexico and Korea are
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: also having a LoveFest, the likes of which it is
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: the most. We are getting so gassed up any rate.
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: I had no idea so good, and I just can't
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: urge you all enough. First of all, go check out
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: the post that'll get you started on your on the substack.
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: Got the post on the substack, because that will prime
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: your algorithm, okay, and then your algorithm on TikTok will
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: be ready to go. And you just can't get enough
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: of it. It is the best. They are loving the
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: United States of America so hard and wow, and these
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: states have been so beautifully welcoming to the countries who
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: are playing there, like learning their national anthem, welcome them, welcome,
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: welcoming them, in caring them. It's just been extra Yeah,
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: it's the best.
- 1:05:41Speaker 2: That is so great. Thank you for sharing that. Okay,
- 1:05:45Speaker 2: I do.
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: I can't get over it. And it's like this morning,
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: I you know, you know, I get up at the
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: krack of dawn, but you do. I Pete in the
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: middle of the night and my friends here had sent
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: me another great post and then I was off to
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: the night. I was got. I did a good hour
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: on there. I enjoying the goddamn hell out of the content.
- 1:06:09Speaker 2: Wow, did you get any Jordan in Austria content? Because
- 1:06:14Speaker 2: I was watching that game last night. They're in the
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: Bay Area, Is that right? Yeah, that's where I.
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: Think, Jordan. I'm not. I don't know. I don't know
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: where they are, but it's the Jordan Content's fantastic. Kansas
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: is coming coming all the way through, Like, please just
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: go enjoy I will. Wow.
- 1:06:34Speaker 2: Great tips, Deanna Chang. I love it. I love you
- 1:06:39Speaker 2: and I really do. I love you and I'm in
- 1:06:40Speaker 2: love with you, and I love you just as much
- 1:06:43Speaker 2: now as I did then, if not more, And I
- 1:06:45Speaker 2: just love you every day. However, you know I'm not
- 1:06:48Speaker 2: I'm not trying to like date anybody or like love anybody.
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: So I like you a lot. And you are seeing
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: other hosts, yes,
