- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the program. One
- 0:03Speaker 1: of the most powerful pieces of evidence that one can
- 0:06Speaker 1: have in any investigation is a confession. And when we're
- 0:12Speaker 1: talking about Tyler Robinson, allegedly he is confessed three times.
- 0:17Speaker 1: And if that's not damning enough, we had a witness
- 0:21Speaker 1: tell us that he confessed to him an open court.
- 0:25Speaker 1: And when you have something like that, crack off. Not
- 0:27Speaker 1: exactly a good day for the defense. Now is it
- 0:32Speaker 1: all going to hold up and stand up in an
- 0:34Speaker 1: actual trial. We'll have to see. But all we can
- 0:37Speaker 1: go on is what we have now, and what we
- 0:39Speaker 1: have now is a strong set of circumstantial evidence. That
- 0:43Speaker 1: doesn't mean he's guilty. That doesn't mean he's going to
- 0:45Speaker 1: be found guilty. What it does mean, though, is that
- 0:48Speaker 1: the preponderance of evidence that's been gathered points to mister
- 0:52Speaker 1: Tyler Robinson. So now the judge is going to have
- 0:57Speaker 1: to make a decision as to if there is enough
- 0:59Speaker 1: evidence to move forward and bring this to trial. And
- 1:03Speaker 1: I think, of course that's where we're going, and I
- 1:06Speaker 1: think we might see this drag out a bit, because,
- 1:08Speaker 1: in my opinion, Tyler Robinson is trying to get the
- 1:12Speaker 1: death penalty off the table. So will he plead guilty?
- 1:17Speaker 1: Very possible. And so far this is trending in the
- 1:21Speaker 1: way of Brian Cooberger, the same kind of investigation, the
- 1:25Speaker 1: same kind of case, and the same kind of outside
- 1:27Speaker 1: noise claiming that there is a gigantic conspiracy. And look,
- 1:31Speaker 1: I'm not going to sit here and tell you that
- 1:32Speaker 1: everything the government did, everything the police did was above board.
- 1:37Speaker 1: I don't know. We'll have to see, and that's what
- 1:40Speaker 1: we're doing. We're going to look at the evidence and
- 1:43Speaker 1: then we'll compare that with what the prosecution has to say.
- 1:47Speaker 1: But until we have access to the evidence and what
- 1:49Speaker 1: the prosecution's using, we just don't know the full extent
- 1:53Speaker 1: of the case against Tyler Robinson. But I will tell
- 1:56Speaker 1: you this, it looks compelling. And just like I told
- 1:59Speaker 1: you in the beginning with Coburger, when you're building a
- 2:02Speaker 1: case against somebody, it starts with circumstantial evidence, right, you
- 2:07Speaker 1: have to build a foundation, and then on top of
- 2:09Speaker 1: that you build the structure. And at this point in
- 2:12Speaker 1: the construction, they're building that base and it's not looking
- 2:15Speaker 1: good for Tyler Robinson. And I think the most damning
- 2:18Speaker 1: bit of evidence against them is his own words. So
- 2:22Speaker 1: today we're going to take a look at an article
- 2:24Speaker 1: from the New York Post and the headline Lance Twigs
- 2:28Speaker 1: reveals Tyler Robinson confessed to Charlie Kirk's murder after sneaking
- 2:32Speaker 1: back to their love nest. This article was authored by
- 2:36Speaker 1: Jared Downing. Charlie Kirk's accused killer, Tyler Robinson, confessed three
- 2:41Speaker 1: times to murdering the Conservative Leading Light, according to a
- 2:45Speaker 1: bombshell video from Robinson's trans lover, including after he sneaked
- 2:50Speaker 1: back to their Utah love nest. And according to the
- 2:53Speaker 1: official narrative, Lance Twigs and Tyler Robinson were romantically involved.
- 2:58Speaker 1: They were involved in that subculture, you know, ferries or whatever,
- 3:03Speaker 1: and you know they were together as far as romantic partners.
- 3:06Speaker 1: And that's certainly where the evidence seems to be leading.
- 3:09Speaker 1: But there's people out there that say that that's not true,
- 3:12Speaker 1: that Lance Twigs is really the mastermind behind the whole
- 3:16Speaker 1: entire operation. And look, I'm not going to discount that
- 3:20Speaker 1: because I don't have all the information, and I think
- 3:23Speaker 1: that there's other people that might have been involved. I
- 3:25Speaker 1: already told you that, but not to the scope that
- 3:29Speaker 1: these people are talking about, not some grand conspiracy. I'm
- 3:32Speaker 1: talking about adjacent co conspirators, people that knew, folks that
- 3:37Speaker 1: might have egged them on. You know, we have all
- 3:39Speaker 1: those discord chats and we have some Internet information that's
- 3:43Speaker 1: very disturbing and that needs to be looked at. And
- 3:47Speaker 1: was Lance Twigs part of that very possible? I don't know,
- 3:51Speaker 1: but it seems likely. And I tell you the truth,
- 3:54Speaker 1: I don't buy the whole entire story that they weren't
- 3:56Speaker 1: talking about you know, Charlie Kirk, They weren't talking about
- 4:00Speaker 1: gay rights, trans rights, etc. I have a very hard
- 4:04Speaker 1: time believing that. Now. Of course, Twigs wants to present
- 4:08Speaker 1: himself in the best life possible, and I understand that
- 4:10Speaker 1: as well, but there's something about his story that really
- 4:15Speaker 1: doesn't sit well with me. I just can't put my
- 4:17Speaker 1: finger on exactly what it is yet. Lance Twiggs, who
- 4:22Speaker 1: was seen speaking publicly for the first time Thursday in
- 4:25Speaker 1: a pre recorded deposition, pulled investigators he awoke the day
- 4:29Speaker 1: after the September tenth assassination to Robinson walking around their
- 4:33Speaker 1: apartment before he broke down and declared he wished he
- 4:36Speaker 1: hadn't done it and that he was about to turn
- 4:38Speaker 1: himself in, so that's damning, right. If a jury hears that,
- 4:43Speaker 1: what do you think the jurors are gonna say. You
- 4:45Speaker 1: think they're gonna care what Candice Owens has to say
- 4:48Speaker 1: or any of these other nimrods, or are they gonna
- 4:50Speaker 1: look at the evidence. They're gonna look at the fact
- 4:52Speaker 1: that there's three confessions added amongst the other evidence, and
- 4:56Speaker 1: they're gonna weigh the preponderance of that evidence against Tyler Robinson.
- 5:01Speaker 1: And I have to tell you, unless the defense can
- 5:03Speaker 1: come up with something Bro's cooked, they better hope for
- 5:06Speaker 1: like a Jillio issue or something bad discovery, some kind
- 5:10Speaker 1: of screw up from the prosecution, because if we're just
- 5:13Speaker 1: going on the merits of the evidence that's available, now,
- 5:17Speaker 1: Robinson screwed. Now, remember the evidence might change as we
- 5:21Speaker 1: move forward. We're only in the prelimb stages, so I
- 5:24Speaker 1: caution everybody to keep that in mind. Things are going
- 5:26Speaker 1: to change, and it can change rapidly, and I promise
- 5:29Speaker 1: you it will. Robinson's confession, in a letter to Twigs,
- 5:34Speaker 1: text messages and in person, all shown in court during
- 5:37Speaker 1: a prelim hearing, offered the strongest picture yet of how
- 5:41Speaker 1: the accused loan gunman described carrying out the murder at
- 5:44Speaker 1: Utah Valley University and even made crude jokes about it. Well,
- 5:49Speaker 1: that doesn't shock me either. If you're demented enough to
- 5:53Speaker 1: do what he allegedly did, then yeah, I'm guessing you
- 5:57Speaker 1: joke about it. I mean, who inscribes shit on bullets?
- 6:00Speaker 1: What sort of lunatic does that? Now, of course this
- 6:02Speaker 1: is all alleged and we don't know for sure that
- 6:05Speaker 1: he did it, But if he did do it like
- 6:07Speaker 1: they're claiming, then yeah, that all makes sense and it
- 6:10Speaker 1: all tracks. Charlie Kirk's widow, Erica, pleaded with the judge
- 6:15Speaker 1: for the full public release of twigs interview with prosecutors,
- 6:19Speaker 1: arguing it would end the noxious conspiracy theories about the
- 6:22Speaker 1: turning Point USA founder's murder. No, it wouldn't. They're just
- 6:26Speaker 1: gonna say he's a patsy. They're gonna say he's in
- 6:29Speaker 1: on it and he's taken the fall. This is the
- 6:32Speaker 1: same old shit they say all the time. They just
- 6:34Speaker 1: move the goalposts. No evidence is ever good enough because
- 6:37Speaker 1: it's not about the truth. It's about keeping the grift
- 6:40Speaker 1: going and feeding confirmation bias. Nobody wants to admit they
- 6:45Speaker 1: were wrong. Nobody wants to come out and say, fuck,
- 6:48Speaker 1: I had that one completely completely wrong. People have doubled
- 6:53Speaker 1: down on some stuff when it comes to this case.
- 6:56Speaker 1: That is just wild and the fact that people are
- 6:58Speaker 1: buying into it is even wilder. Whatever happened to big
- 7:02Speaker 1: accusations require a big proof. Instead, all I get is
- 7:05Speaker 1: trust me, bro and a bunch of nonsense. Now that
- 7:09Speaker 1: might work with other people, but somebody that's been in
- 7:11Speaker 1: the Epstein trenches for seven years, you're gonna have to
- 7:14Speaker 1: come better than that. And to all those people out
- 7:17Speaker 1: there that think there's a giant conspiracy surrounding Charlie Kirk's murder,
- 7:21Speaker 1: let me introduce you to a real cover up, A
- 7:23Speaker 1: real conspiracy entered Jeffrey Epstein. Because if you're looking for
- 7:28Speaker 1: a government cover up, that's where it is. She broke
- 7:32Speaker 1: down in tears in the courtroom as callous text messages
- 7:35Speaker 1: that Robinson sent to Twigs, whom he called by his
- 7:38Speaker 1: transferry name Luna, were read out. In one missive, Robinson
- 7:42Speaker 1: twenty three mused at his grandfather's old thirty odd to
- 7:45Speaker 1: six hunting rifle does just fine. Twiggs, who is not
- 7:48Speaker 1: accused of any wrongdoing, was granted limited immunity for his
- 7:52Speaker 1: testimony by the US Attorney's Office and the Utah County's
- 7:56Speaker 1: Attorney office. He showed up to the deposition in a
- 7:59Speaker 1: coat and tie, but was casually chewing gum as he
- 8:02Speaker 1: described the harrowing events until he was told to spit
- 8:05Speaker 1: it out. So why does he have limited immunity? Did
- 8:10Speaker 1: they think he had something to do with it previously
- 8:12Speaker 1: and they offered to take those charges off the table
- 8:14Speaker 1: if he turns tail and rats on his buddy, very possible,
- 8:19Speaker 1: that's how it works. I highly doubt Lance Luna Twigs
- 8:23Speaker 1: is built for that life. I mean, there's no online
- 8:25Speaker 1: forums in the can. Okay, you're not dressing up as
- 8:29Speaker 1: a furry in the can. So I'm sure that mister
- 8:32Speaker 1: Twigs was more than willing to play ball. Now does
- 8:36Speaker 1: that take away from his testimony? For some people it might,
- 8:42Speaker 1: But when you followed enough cases and you know how
- 8:44Speaker 1: the court system works, this is what they do. They
- 8:47Speaker 1: press the people around you and they try to get
- 8:49Speaker 1: them to turn on you. And if they have any
- 8:51Speaker 1: skeletons in their closet, so much the better. So did
- 8:55Speaker 1: Twigs have something in his closet? Maybe? Did they threaten
- 8:58Speaker 1: them with charges probably, and that's what led to the testimony.
- 9:03Speaker 1: But does that make the testimony not worthwhile? Does it
- 9:06Speaker 1: make the testimony something that doesn't hit No, it doesn't.
- 9:11Speaker 1: We've seen it a million times from people that were
- 9:13Speaker 1: involved in crimes that turn on their co conspirators. So
- 9:18Speaker 1: we'll have to see where it goes, right, because again,
- 9:21Speaker 1: we're in the prelim stages and we only have access
- 9:23Speaker 1: to so much. And for those of you who have
- 9:26Speaker 1: followed me throughout the Epstein saga, you know, I like
- 9:29Speaker 1: to have as much information as possible. I want meat
- 9:31Speaker 1: on the bone. I want court documents, I want transcripts,
- 9:35Speaker 1: and I want to dive into them myself. And that's
- 9:37Speaker 1: the stage that I'm entering now when it comes to
- 9:40Speaker 1: Tyler Robinson. Twigs was Robinson's roommate and lover in the
- 9:44Speaker 1: town of Saint George, located about three hours from Utah
- 9:48Speaker 1: Valley University. Twigs twenty two, said he first got to
- 9:51Speaker 1: know Robinson when he moved into his apartment as a roommate,
- 9:54Speaker 1: and the arrangement soon blossomed into a romance that revolved
- 9:58Speaker 1: around their love of video games and an insider chat
- 10:01Speaker 1: room on a private discord server, and look, I don't
- 10:05Speaker 1: know anything about any of that stuff. I don't really
- 10:07Speaker 1: play online games, and I don't even use discord or
- 10:11Speaker 1: I wouldn't even know how to use it. To tell
- 10:12Speaker 1: you the truth, I have no desire to sit on
- 10:15Speaker 1: the internet and have my mind poisoned by a bunch
- 10:18Speaker 1: of miserable people. Sorry. The first confession came immediately after
- 10:23Speaker 1: Kirk was killed in front of thousands of people at
- 10:26Speaker 1: an event on the UVU campus in Orum. Twigs describe
- 10:30Speaker 1: getting what was apparently a pre scheduled text message from
- 10:33Speaker 1: Robinson shortly after the killing, telling them, drop what you're doing,
- 10:37Speaker 1: look under my keyboard what Twigs responded, followed by your joking, right.
- 10:43Speaker 1: And there's a lot of contention about this whole entire exchange,
- 10:46Speaker 1: And there's people who say that the confession was coerced
- 10:50Speaker 1: or that it wasn't Tyler Robinson at all. So again,
- 10:54Speaker 1: we don't have enough information one way or the other
- 10:56Speaker 1: to know. I have my doubts about that narrative, but
- 11:00Speaker 1: we'll see. We'll see what the evidence says, and we'll
- 11:03Speaker 1: see if it holds up when it's under scrutiny. Fuck
- 11:09Speaker 1: I tried to delete that Robinson allegedly responded. There, Twigs
- 11:13Speaker 1: found a letter from Robinson addressed to Luna, in which
- 11:16Speaker 1: the accused killer said, I had the opportunity to take
- 11:18Speaker 1: out Charlie Kirk, and I'm going to take it. I mean,
- 11:21Speaker 1: this is damning, Like you can say that he was
- 11:24Speaker 1: set up, he's a patsy whatever. This confession right here
- 11:28Speaker 1: is damning and inside of a courtroom. That's the kind
- 11:31Speaker 1: of shit that sends you to prison. Order the hangman's
- 11:34Speaker 1: noose real fucking quick. Later, during text exchanges, Robinson further
- 11:40Speaker 1: talked about the shooting and his attempts to retrieve the
- 11:42Speaker 1: bolt action Mauser rifle that he ditched as he fled
- 11:45Speaker 1: the scene. According to prosecutors, shouldn't be long until I
- 11:50Speaker 1: can come home, but I gotta grab my rifle still.
- 11:52Speaker 1: To be honest, I'd hope to keep this secret till
- 11:55Speaker 1: I died of old age. I'm sorry to involve you,
- 11:58Speaker 1: Robinson allegedly wrote. Imagine thinking you're going to clip Charlie
- 12:01Speaker 1: Kirk in the matter that he was clipped, and you're
- 12:05Speaker 1: going to get away with it, brother, You're not dB Cooper. Finally,
- 12:08Speaker 1: Twiggs describe Robinson's a Ledger regret. When they spoke in
- 12:11Speaker 1: person on September eleventh, one day after Kirk was killed,
- 12:15Speaker 1: did he talk about what he had done? Utah County
- 12:18Speaker 1: Prosecutor Ryan McBride asked, didn't go into detail. I just
- 12:21Speaker 1: asked him in person if what he said was true
- 12:24Speaker 1: the night before, and he said it was, started crying
- 12:27Speaker 1: a little bit and said he wishes he hadn't done it.
- 12:30Speaker 1: Twigg said during the recorded interview with investigators, the jury's
- 12:34Speaker 1: going to see all of that, and they're also going
- 12:37Speaker 1: to hear from Twigs because during a trial, you better
- 12:40Speaker 1: believe he's going to be a witness. Eventually, he said
- 12:43Speaker 1: he would like to talk to his parents or turn
- 12:45Speaker 1: himself in. He said Robinson rarely spoke about LGBTQ plus
- 12:50Speaker 1: issues and was more interested in Trump and his policies.
- 12:53Speaker 1: Twigs said near the end of his video testimony, I
- 12:56Speaker 1: personally had never heard him talk about Charlie Kirk before. Specifically,
- 13:00Speaker 1: Twigs said, I doubt that very highly, but okay, I
- 13:02Speaker 1: can't prove it. That's just my opinion, And to tell
- 13:06Speaker 1: you the truth, the deeper we go, the more I'm
- 13:09Speaker 1: convinced that Twigs had something to do with it again.
- 13:13Speaker 1: Maybe not the actual shooting, right, but I think he knew.
- 13:19Speaker 1: Twigs also testified that around one month before Kirk's death,
- 13:22Speaker 1: at Most, Robinson asked if they had a dremal engraver tool.
- 13:27Speaker 1: I don't remember exactly when, but he said he was
- 13:30Speaker 1: planning to go hunting with his family and he asked
- 13:32Speaker 1: me if we have a dremal because he said he
- 13:34Speaker 1: wanted to engrave messages on bullets. He said, I'm gonna
- 13:38Speaker 1: go hunting and I want to engrave messages on bullets.
- 13:40Speaker 1: And you don't question that. You're just like, oh yeah, bro,
- 13:43Speaker 1: dremals in the garage. Go get yourself that dremal. Hook
- 13:46Speaker 1: it up. Like what if I'm sitting around and somebody
- 13:51Speaker 1: comes up to me in my roommate and says, hey, Bobby,
- 13:53Speaker 1: you got that dremal so I can go and you know,
- 13:55Speaker 1: inscribe some bullets, engrave some bullets. The first question is
- 13:59Speaker 1: going to be the fuck you mean, bro, what are
- 14:01Speaker 1: you doing? Why are you putting messages on bullets that
- 14:04Speaker 1: you're going to shoot? That sounds stupid, but I guess
- 14:08Speaker 1: not everybody's me. A state investigator said. Twigs testimony matched
- 14:13Speaker 1: an early police interview conducted on September twelfth, twenty twenty five,
- 14:18Speaker 1: Twigs was shown personal texts, discord messages, and a handwritten
- 14:22Speaker 1: note allegedly from Robinson, said Brian Davis of the Utah
- 14:25Speaker 1: State Bureau of Investigation. Charlie Kirk was fatally shot in
- 14:30Speaker 1: the neck during a Turning Point USA event at Utah
- 14:33Speaker 1: Valley University. Robinson's defense had pushed to keep media from
- 14:38Speaker 1: broadcasting the video and text messages out of court, arguing
- 14:42Speaker 1: that they would violate their client's rights and prejudice the jury.
- 14:45Speaker 1: Pool such bs If I was innocent, and I was
- 14:49Speaker 1: a patsy and I was being set up by the
- 14:51Speaker 1: government and the Israelis and Egyptian planes, and there was
- 14:55Speaker 1: people at bases in America, military bases involved in it,
- 14:59Speaker 1: I'd want every camera in America in there, and I'd
- 15:04Speaker 1: be demanding it. Erica Kirk joined prosecutors in urging the
- 15:09Speaker 1: court to let the exhibits be shown in full. The
- 15:12Speaker 1: Kirk family has waited ten months for this hearing. They
- 15:15Speaker 1: have a right to see and feel what's going on
- 15:17Speaker 1: in the courtroom. Attorney Jeff Neeman said to the judge
- 15:20Speaker 1: to be here and not to see the evidence, what's
- 15:23Speaker 1: the point of being here? And it's wild watching people
- 15:26Speaker 1: attack the family of the dude who was murdered. It's
- 15:29Speaker 1: like the vilass people who attacked the Idaho four. Like
- 15:33Speaker 1: for real, you don't have to like Erica Kirk, but
- 15:36Speaker 1: why do people go out of their way to be vicious?
- 15:39Speaker 1: Like I just don't understand it. The Kirk family has
- 15:42Speaker 1: sought to finally shut down a rampant conspiracy theories from
- 15:45Speaker 1: influencer Candice Owens and others surrounding Charlie Kirk's death. Videos
- 15:50Speaker 1: prosecutors showed in court Tuesday allegedly traced Robinson's exact movements
- 15:55Speaker 1: at Utah Valley University on the day of the shooting.
- 15:58Speaker 1: Prosecutors also present FBI analysis a claim links Robinson with
- 16:03Speaker 1: DNA on a towel used to hide the rifle. DNA
- 16:06Speaker 1: likely matching both him and Twigs, was also found on
- 16:09Speaker 1: a screwdriver left where Robinson allegedly positioned himself for the
- 16:13Speaker 1: fatal shot. Experts testified in the hearing set to end
- 16:16Speaker 1: on Friday. Robinson, now twenty three, has not yet entered
- 16:20Speaker 1: a flea. He faces the death penalty if convicted, and
- 16:24Speaker 1: of all the evidence that has been presented thus far,
- 16:28Speaker 1: and believe me, they're holding some back. In fact, they're
- 16:31Speaker 1: holding back the vast majority of it. But what's been
- 16:33Speaker 1: presented so far, these confessions are certainly the most damning
- 16:37Speaker 1: bit of evidence that we've seen. Are they going to
- 16:40Speaker 1: hold up, are they going to be challenged, are they
- 16:42Speaker 1: going to be picked apart? Well, that's all to come.
- 16:46Speaker 1: And the good news is I'll be here every step
- 16:48Speaker 1: of the way as it all goes down and will
- 16:51Speaker 1: continue following the evidence wherever it leads. All the information
- 16:55Speaker 1: that goes with this episode can be found in the
- 16:58Speaker 1: description box.
