- 0:00We're on the verge of the biggest Bitcoin supply shock in
- 0:02history. Everyone knows that strategy is
- 0:04buying billions in Bitcoin every week, but not a lot of people
- 0:07know about Strive. Strive just became the first US
- 0:13listed security to pay cash dividends Daily and everyday
- 0:17people are beginning to wake up to the realization of the
- 0:20benefits of digital credit. And it's not just everyday
- 0:23retirees. Pension funds are starting to
- 0:25add Bitcoin to their portfolios in droves.
- 0:28But honestly, this isn't going to lead to the Bitcoin breakout.
- 0:31There's an even bigger signal that'll tell us when Bitcoin's
- 0:34ready to break out. You texted me a very interesting
- 0:37idea. Usually we talk about Bitcoin
- 0:39and you mentioned Dogecoin. But what I the data I love the
- 0:42most is the data that I can attach a signal to.
- 0:47Dogecoin. What signal can Dogecoin
- 0:50possibly give us about a Bitcoin breakout?
- 0:52What is the Wall Street Journal's latest article signal
- 0:54about a Bitcoin rally? We're going to discuss how the
- 0:57next bull market won't be fueled by treasury companies.
- 1:00But actually the signal is going to come from the crypto Bros.
- 1:03This is Dante Coke with Bitcoin. Simply let's go.
- 1:09Something's coming to simply Bitcoin, and it's going to be
- 1:12the biggest thing that we've ever dropped as a company.
- 1:14We're not sharing everything just yet, but we wouldn't invite
- 1:17a small select group of people into the behind the scenes of
- 1:20what we're building. And we want to make sure that
- 1:22you're a part of it. Join the launch list now.
- 1:25The links in the description. A big bank that I, that I do
- 1:29business with put out a, a preferred stock report and, and
- 1:34they published all the preferreds and the, and the
- 1:37average preferred stock in the United States and in our capital
- 1:40market pay 6% and it's illiquid. You know, if you're strive and
- 1:47you have a preferred stock that pays 12% and it's liquid, what's
- 1:50that worth? Hello.
- 1:52How much more would it be worth if it not only pays 12% but 13%
- 1:56and not dividends every month but every day?
- 1:59Strive SADA just became the first US listed security to pay
- 2:02cash dividends daily. Look at this tweet from Mike
- 2:04Alfred. He said his mom just got her
- 2:06first dividend from the SADA product and was amazed at how
- 2:10much that it paid out. What if it paid out more and it
- 2:12did it more frequently? How many more retirees like her
- 2:15would flock to digital credit? They don't even know that when
- 2:18they're putting their dollars to work to get a dividend in Fiat
- 2:22that they're buying more Bitcoin and issuing a supply shock.
- 2:25The world calls everything that they don't understand a Ponzi
- 2:27scheme, but it's actually really simple.
- 2:30They're taking advantage of a dislocation in the preferred
- 2:32stock and dividend market. Bitcoin is not only a 24/7
- 2:36liquid instrument when the majority of preferred stocks are
- 2:39backed by non liquid instruments.
- 2:42And it's an asset that has a history and a track record of
- 2:44appreciating more than the underlying assets of other
- 2:47preferred stock vehicles. And this is what Strive and
- 2:50MicroStrategy are doing with Stretch and Masada.
- 2:53Neither of the companies will have any debt, as MicroStrategy
- 2:56said they're buying back $1.5 billion of their convertible
- 2:59debt. So this is a company that's
- 3:01going to have $100 billion in Bitcoin assets on its balance
- 3:04sheet, growing 1 to 2% a week through Stretch, and it's going
- 3:07to have 0% debt. This is going to make the index
- 3:10committees think long and hard about whether MicroStrategy or
- 3:14MSTR should be a publicly listed company in the S&P 500.
- 3:19It already passes every other qualification.
- 3:21And when this happens, the education and awareness around
- 3:23its products is going to explode.
- 3:25This is the singularity that nobody saw coming.
- 3:28But is MicroStrategy getting a little too full of themselves?
- 3:32Are they missing the plot and thinking that Stretch itself is
- 3:35the money? Howdy, you see that behind me?
- 3:42Black gold. Now black gold on its own don't
- 3:45do much. Oil companies refine it, turn it
- 3:48into gasoline. Helps me work well.
- 3:51Bitcoin is digital gold and strategy refines Bitcoin, turns
- 3:56it into stretch. That's what powers my money.
- 4:00Works for me. Stretch 11.5% annualized
- 4:06dividend rate paid monthly listed on NASDAQ.
- 4:09Bitcoin is the money, and one thing is clear, the money is so
- 4:12broken. We need products that return
- 4:148910 percent just so that we can make it.
- 4:17This is the reality and This is why every time Bitcoin doesn't
- 4:21deliver on the time frame and time window of most retail
- 4:24investors while they dump it. And every few months we get an
- 4:27article like this one from the Wall Street Journal that says
- 4:30that Bitcoin has failed, that Bitcoin O GS and investors are
- 4:33flocking away from Bitcoin to other crypto projects.
- 4:36In this example, they say is Z cash, which reminds them of
- 4:40Bitcoin in its early days. And this is a bullish signal
- 4:44every single time when Bitcoin doesn't deliver on the get rich
- 4:47quick scheme that everyone is hoping that it does Well, you
- 4:50see clips like these from crypto influencers, which is bullish.
- 4:53Do you hold any crypto currently?
- 4:55TDR. All just stables right now and you know what I like I got
- 5:01out of all my Bitcoin. I took a loss.
- 5:04I was buying a bunch as it came down to like 100,000 and as it
- 5:10got into 90. Slamming it too, right?
- 5:13Yeah, have you talked about the figures bro?
- 5:15I put in close to like 1.5 mil. Like bro, like yeah.
- 5:25A lot, but like, yes, I mean, obviously that's that's going to
- 5:32hurt, you know, I'm going to lose 6 figures on it, but I
- 5:35would rather take I would rather take that loss and allocate that
- 5:40money elsewhere. I just.
- 5:44I remember it's. Not saying bro.
- 5:47This is a signal. This means that retail investors
- 5:50are no longer invested in Bitcoin.
- 5:52This is the signal and the noise.
- 5:54The data I love the most is the data that I can attach signal
- 6:00to. So, and this is the signal that
- 6:03Jordy Visser saw that he said is going to be the thing that tells
- 6:07us when the next Bitcoin boom comes.
- 6:09But before we get there, let's thank our sponsors.
- 6:11Lenin has been the leader in Bitcoin back alone since 2018.
- 6:15They allow you, if you've been stacking Bitcoin, to not sell
- 6:18your Bitcoin and to not get any capital gains for borrowing
- 6:21against your Bitcoin. You can borrow the 50% of the
- 6:23value of your Bitcoin stack that won't be relent out re
- 6:27hypothecated. It just sits in their dashboard
- 6:29and cold storage and you can repay it at any time at rates
- 6:33that are about half of what you can with a credit card.
- 6:35Oh, and there's no credit check. It's just do you have the
- 6:39collateral? The collateral's Bitcoin.
- 6:41That's pretty good. All right, we'll give you a loan
- 6:43and Fiat into your account in less than six hours.
- 6:46The process is simple, fluid and easy.
- 6:48Go to learn dot Lennon dot AO slash simply to get started.
- 6:51One of the things that we truly believe in this revolution is
- 6:54not buying derivatives and things on top of Bitcoin.
- 6:57Bitcoin is actually money because it allows you to take
- 6:59sovereignty over that money. There's no bank, there's no
- 7:02middle person, there's no third party to says that you can't
- 7:05store and have value in your money, but you can only truly
- 7:08have confidence in that if you hold the keys.
- 7:11And that's why we partner with the Bitcoin Way.
- 7:13Members of their team help people who watch this show and
- 7:16this team set up their sovereignty and their privacy.
- 7:19Even if you don't think that you need it now, sort of like an
- 7:22umbrella, it's better to have it and not need it than need it and
- 7:25not have it. Schedule a free 30 minute
- 7:27meeting with their team and they'll talk you through exactly
- 7:30why you should run a Bitcoin node, why you should learn how
- 7:33to send a private transaction, why you should manage your own
- 7:36Bitcoin keys and not have a third party do it.
- 7:38Go to thebitcoinway.com/partner/dante
- 7:41Dash Cook to get started. I think a year from now people
- 7:44will be looking at crypto in the same way.
- 7:46They're not paying attention to it right now because it's not
- 7:49moving. So this is where Dogecoin fill
- 7:50fits in. Dogecoin to me has no
- 7:53institutional sponsorship. It has zero associated with what
- 7:58I'm doing. And that's why me not looking at
- 8:00it's important. The reason I started looking at
- 8:02it is technically it looks close to a breakout.
- 8:06At the same time, Bitcoin up near the 200 day moving average
- 8:10looks like a breakout. Etherium around 2400 to 2450 to
- 8:14me would look like a breakout. But Dogecoin, to me, if it can
- 8:17break out and actually run, that would mean that retail is
- 8:21starting to get interested. We talked about how retail was
- 8:23focused on AI. Well, guess what?
- 8:26If I'm right about memory, that whole DRAM thing right now, it's
- 8:29done. It's not that it won't be back
- 8:31in a year or maybe 2 years, but it's already had a huge run.
- 8:35Micron has outperformed every mag 7 dramatically since 2018,
- 8:40dramatically. Forget the last year
- 8:42dramatically. So I think we're at a point
- 8:44where you have to watch things like Dogecoin, you have to watch
- 8:47things like Bitcoin. If Bitcoin gets above that
- 8:4982,000 level, it will have broken the 200 day moving
- 8:51average. And I'll end it on this.
- 8:53I said the most important thing was the regime shift.
- 8:56This week we have negative real yields and I think they're only
- 8:59going to get worse. And I don't think the Fed is
- 9:01going to move rates. And I think earnings in the S&P
- 9:05are still going to be good, which means there will be a
- 9:06floor to the stock market. Even if we get a sell off, you
- 9:09want to be in a position to buy things because I think they're
- 9:12going to have to do something in rates.
- 9:14And that's why rates moving higher is actually the best
- 9:17thing for gold, for silver, for copper and for Bitcoin, because
- 9:21the government will have to push rates back down.
- 9:24And that's going to take some kind of debasement move that
- 9:26they're going to have to do to keep these under control.
- 9:28And I think that's a positive so.
- 9:31I just want to make sure people understand they're going to hear
- 9:33Jordy Dogecoin and now I'm going to freak out.
- 9:35But what what you're saying is you almost don't care what the
- 9:39underlying asset, the thesis, etcetera.
- 9:41You're using Dogecoin as almost a retail index.
- 9:45You're saying there's no institutional participation
- 9:47here. And therefore, if there is
- 9:49excitement in the quote UN quote retail index, which is just
- 9:52happens to be named Dogecoin, then that is a signal that you
- 9:55would use that retail excitement is coming back to crypto more
- 9:58generally, Bitcoin, etcetera. And so really you're almost
- 10:01using it as like an alarm system because it is the most pureplay
- 10:05non institutional asset that has size liquidity in crypto.
- 10:09I don't even need to say anything else, you just
- 10:11described it exactly the way I'm using it.
- 10:13All right, what does this mean for Bitcoin?
- 10:16Well, DOGE is the retail proxy. There's no institutional
- 10:20investors in DOGE. And So what we can look at right
- 10:22here is that there is an institutional floor with
- 10:25Bitcoin, with companies like Strive and MicroStrategy buying
- 10:28Bitcoin every single day and week right now up to billions of
- 10:32dollars worth of Bitcoin every single week through those
- 10:34products. We know that there's an always
- 10:36on ready demand buyer for Bitcoin, but it's retail who
- 10:40actually drives up the bid price when Bitcoin runs and DOGE is a
- 10:45proxy for that. And what these different
- 10:47products, the Kaushi's, the prediction markets, what they
- 10:50tell us is that the world wants and needs to gamble.
- 10:54Why is every commercial break in every playoff basketball game
- 10:57you watch about DraftKings? It's because people need to take
- 11:00moon shots in order to feel like they're getting ahead.
- 11:02A salary is no longer enough. Even the politicians know and
- 11:06understand that you need more than your salary just to get
- 11:09ahead. And that's why they still
- 11:11advocate that they can do insider trading.
- 11:14Come on man, it's what we need to survive.
- 11:16Well, look, you know, the, the salary of Congress has been
- 11:19frozen since 2009. You know, when you adjust for
- 11:23inflation, a member of Congress today is make it 31% less than
- 11:25they made in that year. It goes down every year and and
- 11:29over time, if you stay on this trajectory, you're you're going
- 11:32to have less qualified people who are willing to make the
- 11:35extreme sacrifice to run for Congress.
- 11:37And it's just people just make a reasonable decision as a family
- 11:40on whether or not they can come and and move to Washington, have
- 11:42a residence here, residence at home and do all the things that
- 11:44are required. So the the counter argument is,
- 11:47and I have some sympathy. Look, at least let them like
- 11:50engage in some stock trading so that they can continue to, you
- 11:55know, take care of their family. Warren Buffett has a fix for
- 11:58this. It's called accountability.
- 12:00If every single year our deficit was more than 3% of GDP, well,
- 12:04then everybody would be fired. That would solve the problem
- 12:06immediately. I.
- 12:07Get in the deficit in 5 minutes. You just pass a law that says
- 12:11that anytime there's a deficit of more than 3% of GDP, all
- 12:15sitting members of Congress are ineligible for re election.
- 12:18Yeah, now you've got the incentives in the right place,
- 12:21right? So it's capable of being done
- 12:24and they're trying to use the incentive now that.
- 12:27But it wouldn't actually solve the root problem, because the
- 12:29root problem is the Fed. Before the Fed, there was market
- 12:33crashes and booms. There are fires, there's ice,
- 12:36there's rain, there's storms, there's sunshine.
- 12:39It's called seasonality. It's built into the world.
- 12:42We have four of them every single year, and no one
- 12:44questions why it's hot one part of the year and cold another
- 12:46part of the year, why things go up and why things go down.
- 12:49But as soon as we started to create a steady state, have
- 12:53everything be fixed, no volatility, well, that's when we
- 12:56created the problems. And the problem was the Fed, the
- 12:59Fed intervening. Anyone who studied history knows
- 13:01it for the 1st 150 years of this country the federal government
- 13:06did not intervene when the economy turned down and all that
- 13:10time the downturns all corrected themselves.
- 13:13One of the one of the one of the most classic examples was on the
- 13:16Warren G Harding. When he his first year in
- 13:19office, he found the unemployment rate at 11.7%.
- 13:23He did absolutely nothing and he did not spend more government
- 13:26money. He cut back government spending.
- 13:29The Federal Reserve had the interest rates up at 6 or 7%,
- 13:33not down at 1% where they are now.
- 13:36The next year unemployment was at 6.7%.
- 13:39The year after that it was 2.4%. So the economy has recuperative
- 13:44powers. The system would naturally
- 13:46correct itself. Whenever there's too much brush,
- 13:49well, there's a forest fire and it clears it out and there's
- 13:51fresh soil for new plants to grow from.
- 13:54The same thing is true with the economy.
- 13:56When there's over leverage, there's too much exuberance.
- 13:59There's people gambling and doing things that they shouldn't
- 14:01do while they get wiped out. But there's more investors that
- 14:04can step in and buy these things.
- 14:06But when you try to eliminate all of the downside, all of the
- 14:10risk, the too big to fail, the too big to fail banks, well, you
- 14:13create a system that continues to need to be propped up in
- 14:16order to function at a normal capacity.
- 14:18And that's why everyone needs to invest all the time.
- 14:21They need to invest in products and find the next thing to
- 14:23invest into. And So what I'm telling you,
- 14:26what we've been telling you on this show is that Bitcoin is the
- 14:29best area to invest. Let me share with you a clip
- 14:32from Larry Fink, the manager of the largest investment trust in
- 14:35the world at BlackRock. He manages over $13 trillion
- 14:38worth of assets. Here's where he says that you
- 14:40need to invest. The United States is short
- 14:42power. We're short compute.
- 14:45We're short chips and they're going to be shortages in all
- 14:49three and memory 4 things. I actually believe a new asset
- 14:55class will be buying futures of compute.
- 14:58We just don't have enough compute power right now.
- 15:04He's talking about AI, scarcity, compute derivatives being built
- 15:08on future compute. He's talking about
- 15:10infrastructure. There's no greater way to invest
- 15:13into AI, scarcity, compute and future infrastructure than
- 15:17Bitcoin. It ticks all of those boxes and
- 15:20it has the geopolitical upside behind it that when there's
- 15:23chaos, that when there's disruption in the governmental
- 15:26and political sphere, Bitcoin is going to be a hedge, Bitcoins
- 15:30going to be a hedge against inflation.
- 15:31Bitcoin already has institutional buyers that are
- 15:34buying billions of dollars of bitcoins.
- 15:35So the floor is in. We're just waiting for retail to
- 15:38come in for that FOMO to kick in.
- 15:39So when you see those run up, you know it's about to be party
- 15:42time, baby. One of the ways that you can
- 15:44invest into AI, scarcity compute and infrastructure is by working
- 15:48with a company like SAS Mining. They allow you to buy a Bitcoin
- 15:51miner, which checks all of the boxes that Larry Fink just talks
- 15:54about. Except the beautiful thing is
- 15:56you don't have to manage it. They have the machines, they
- 15:58repair them, they send SAT straight to your wallet.
- 16:00You invest in the decentralization of the Bitcoin
- 16:03network and you become more sovereign in the process.
