- 0:09Speaker 1: Members of the United States Congress, thank you very much,
- 0:15Speaker 1: and to my fellow citizens, America is back. Six weeks ago,
- 0:47Speaker 1: I stood beneath the dome of this capital and proclaimed
- 0:51Speaker 1: the dawn of the Golden Age of America. From that
- 0:56Speaker 1: moment dawn, there has been nothing but swift and unreli
- 1:00Speaker 1: lenting action to usher in the greatest and most successful
- 1:04Speaker 1: era in the history of our country. We have accomplished
- 1:09Speaker 1: more in forty three days than most administrations accomplished in
- 1:14Speaker 1: four years or eight years, and we are just getting started.
- 1:38Speaker 1: I returned to this chamber tonight to report that America's
- 1:42Speaker 1: momentum is back, our spirit is back, our pride is back,
- 1:47Speaker 1: our confidence is back, and the American dream is surging
- 1:50Speaker 1: bigger and better than ever before. The American dream is unstoppable,
- 2:02Speaker 1: and our country is on the verge of a comeback
- 2:05Speaker 1: the likes of which the world has never witnessed and
- 2:08Speaker 1: perhaps will never witness again. It's never been anything like it.
- 2:18Speaker 1: The presidential election of November fifth was a mandate like
- 2:23Speaker 1: has not been seen in many decades. We won all
- 2:27Speaker 1: seven swing states, giving us an electoral College rectory of
- 2:32Speaker 1: three hundred and twelve votes. We won the popular vote
- 2:50Speaker 1: by big numbers and won counties in our country and
- 3:21Speaker 1: one counties in our country two thousand, seven hundred to
- 3:26Speaker 1: five twenty five or a map that reads almost completely
- 3:31Speaker 1: read for Republican. Now, for the first time in modern history,
- 3:42Speaker 1: more Americans believe that our country is headed in the
- 3:45Speaker 1: right direction than the wrong direction. In fact, it's an
- 3:49Speaker 1: astonishing record twenty seven point swing, the most ever. Likewise,
- 4:10Speaker 1: Small Business Optimisms are its single largest one month game
- 4:15Speaker 1: ever recorded, a forty one point jump.
- 4:24Speaker 2: Members are directed to uphold and maintain the quorum in
- 4:27Speaker 2: the House and to cease any further disruptions. That's your warning.
- 4:38Speaker 2: Members are engaging in wilfland continuing breach of the quorum,
- 4:41Speaker 2: and the Chair is prepared to direct the Sergeant at
- 4:43Speaker 2: arms to restore order to the joint session. Mister Green,
- 5:09Speaker 2: take your seat, Take your seat, sir, take your seat.
- 5:17Speaker 2: Finding the members continue to engage in willful and concert
- 5:20Speaker 2: the disruption or proper decorum, the Chair now directs a
- 5:23Speaker 2: sergeant at arms to restore order.
- 5:27Speaker 3: Remove this gentleman from the chamber.
- 6:04Speaker 2: Members are directed to uphold and maintain the quorum in
- 6:08Speaker 2: the House. This President, you continue, Thank you.
- 6:13Speaker 1: Over the past six weeks, I have signed nearly one
- 6:16Speaker 1: hundred executive voters and taken more than four hundred executive actions,
- 6:21Speaker 1: a record to restore common sense, safety, optimism, and wealth
- 6:26Speaker 1: all across our wonderful land. The people elected me to
- 6:31Speaker 1: do the job, and I'm doing it. In fact, it
- 6:53Speaker 1: has been stated by many that the first month of
- 6:57Speaker 1: our presidency, it's is the most successful in the history
- 7:04Speaker 1: of our nation by men. And what makes it even
- 7:19Speaker 1: more impressive is that, do you know who number two is?
- 7:23Speaker 1: George Washington? How about that? How about it? I don't
- 7:27Speaker 1: know about that list, but we'll take it. Within hours
- 7:32Speaker 1: of taking the oath of office, I declared a national
- 7:35Speaker 1: emergency on our southern border, and I deployed the US
- 7:39Speaker 1: military and border patrol to repel the invasion of our country.
- 7:45Speaker 1: And what a job they've done. As a result, illegal
- 7:49Speaker 1: border crossings last month were by far the lowest ever
- 7:54Speaker 1: recorded ever. They heard my words, and they chose not
- 8:13Speaker 1: to come. Much easier that way. In comparison, under Joe Biden,
- 8:19Speaker 1: the worst president in American history, there.
- 8:22Speaker 4: Were hundreds of thousands of illegal crossings a month, and
- 8:27Speaker 4: virtually all of them, including murderers, drug dealers, gang members,
- 8:31Speaker 4: and people from mental institutions and insane asylums were released
- 8:37Speaker 4: into our country.
- 8:38Speaker 1: Who would want to do that. This is my fifth
- 8:42Speaker 1: such speech to Congress, and once again I look at
- 8:45Speaker 1: the Democrats in front of me, and I realize there
- 8:49Speaker 1: is absolutely nothing I can say to make them happy,
- 8:53Speaker 1: or to make them stand or smile or applaud. Nothing
- 8:56Speaker 1: I can do. I could find a cure to the
- 9:00Speaker 1: most devastating disease, a disease that would wipe out entire nations,
- 9:06Speaker 1: or announce the answers to the greatest economy and history,
- 9:11Speaker 1: or the stoppage of crime to the lowest levels ever recorded.
- 9:15Speaker 1: And these people sitting right here will not clap, will
- 9:19Speaker 1: not stand, and certainly will not cheer for these astronomical achievements.
- 9:25Speaker 1: They won't do it no matter what five times I've
- 9:28Speaker 1: been up here. It's very sad, and it just shouldn't
- 9:33Speaker 1: be this way. So, Democrats sitting before me, for just
- 9:55Speaker 1: this one night, why not join us in celebrating so
- 9:59Speaker 1: many incredible wins for America, for the good of our nation.
- 10:04Speaker 1: Let's work together and let's truly make America great again.
- 10:25Speaker 1: Every day my administration is fighting to deliver the change
- 10:30Speaker 1: America needs to bring a future that America deserves, and
- 10:35Speaker 1: we're doing it. This is a time for big dreams
- 10:39Speaker 1: and bold action. Upon taking office, I imposed an immediate
- 10:44Speaker 1: freeze on all federal hiring, a freeze on all new
- 10:47Speaker 1: federal regulations, and a freeze on all foreign aid. I
- 11:03Speaker 1: terminated the ridiculous Green New scam. I withdrew from the
- 11:07Speaker 1: unfair Paris Climate Accord, which was costing US trillions of
- 11:12Speaker 1: dollars that other countries were not paying. I withdrew from
- 11:18Speaker 1: the corrupt World Health Organization, and I also withdrew from
- 11:28Speaker 1: the anti American UN Human Rights Council. We ended all
- 11:38Speaker 1: of Biden's environmental restrictions that were making our country far
- 11:42Speaker 1: less safe and totally unaffordable. And importantly, we ended the
- 11:48Speaker 1: last administrations insane electric vehicle mandate, saving our auto workers
- 11:54Speaker 1: and companies from economic destruction. To unshacko our economy. I
- 12:12Speaker 1: have directed that for every one new regulation, ten old
- 12:17Speaker 1: regulations must be eliminated, just like I did in my
- 12:21Speaker 1: very successful first day, and in that first term, we
- 12:33Speaker 1: set records on ending unnecessary rules and regulations like no
- 12:38Speaker 1: other president had done before. We ordered all federal workers
- 12:43Speaker 1: to return to the office. They will either show up
- 12:46Speaker 1: for work in person or be removed from their job.
- 13:01Speaker 1: And we have ended weaponized government, where as an example,
- 13:04Speaker 1: a sitting president is allowed to viciously prosecute his political
- 13:10Speaker 1: opponent like me. How did that work out? Not too good?
- 13:16Speaker 1: Not too good? And I have stopped all government censorship
- 13:33Speaker 1: and brought back free speech in America. It's back. And
- 13:47Speaker 1: two days ago I signed an order making English the
- 13:50Speaker 1: official language of the United States of America. I renamed
- 14:04Speaker 1: the Gulf of Mexico the Gulf of America, and likewise
- 14:18Speaker 1: I renamed for a great President, William McKinley, Mount McKinley again,
- 14:30Speaker 1: Beautiful Alaska Love a act. We've ended the tyranny of
- 14:36Speaker 1: so called diversity, equity, and inclusion policies all across the
- 14:41Speaker 1: entire federal government, and indeed the private sector and our
- 14:46Speaker 1: military and our country will be woke no longer. We
- 15:03Speaker 1: believe that whether you are a doctor, an accountant, a lawyer,
- 15:07Speaker 1: or an air traffic controller, you should be hired and
- 15:12Speaker 1: promoted based on skill and competence, not race or gender.
- 15:17Speaker 1: Very important, you should be hired based on merit, and
- 15:30Speaker 1: the Supreme Court, in a brave and very powerful decision,
- 15:35Speaker 1: has allowed us to do so. Thank you, thank you
- 15:38Speaker 1: very much, thank you. We have removed the poison of
- 15:44Speaker 1: critical race theory from our public schools, and I signed
- 15:48Speaker 1: an order making it the official policy of the United
- 15:52Speaker 1: States government that there are only two genders, male and female.
- 16:11Speaker 1: I also signed an executive order to ben men from
- 16:16Speaker 1: playing in women's sports. Three years ago, Peyton McNabb was
- 16:34Speaker 1: an all star high school athlete, one of the best,
- 16:37Speaker 1: preparing for a future in college sports. But when her
- 16:41Speaker 1: girl's volleyball match was invaded by a male, he smashed
- 16:46Speaker 1: the ball so hard in Peyton's face, causing traumatic brain injury,
- 16:51Speaker 1: partially paralyzing her right side and ending her athletic career.
- 16:57Speaker 1: It was a shot like she's never seen before. She's
- 17:01Speaker 1: never seen anything like it. Peyton is here tonight in
- 17:05Speaker 1: the gallery, and Peyton. From now on, schools will kick
- 17:08Speaker 1: the men off the girls team, or they will lose
- 17:11Speaker 1: all federal funding. And if you really want to see numbers,
- 17:43Speaker 1: just take a look at what happened in the woman's boxing, weightlifting,
- 17:47Speaker 1: track and field, swimming, or cycling where a male recently
- 17:50Speaker 1: finished a long distance race five hours and fourteen minutes
- 17:56Speaker 1: ahead of a woman for a new record by hours,
- 18:01Speaker 1: broke the record by five hours. It's the meaning for women,
- 18:05Speaker 1: and it's very bad for our country. We're not going
- 18:07Speaker 1: to put up with it any longer. What I have
- 18:26Speaker 1: just described is only a small fraction of the common
- 18:29Speaker 1: sense revolution that is now because of us sweeping the
- 18:32Speaker 1: entire world. Common sense has become a common theme, and
- 18:37Speaker 1: we will never go back, never, never going to let
- 18:40Speaker 1: that happen. Among my very highest priorities is to rescue
- 18:49Speaker 1: our economy and get dramatic and immediate relief to work
- 18:53Speaker 1: in families. As you know, we inherited from the last
- 18:56Speaker 1: administration and economic catastrophe and an inflation nightmare. Their policies
- 19:05Speaker 1: drove up energy prices, pushed up grocery costs, and drove
- 19:10Speaker 1: the necessities of life out of reach for millions and
- 19:13Speaker 1: millions of Americans. They've never had anything like it. We
- 19:17Speaker 1: suffered the worst inflation in forty eight years, but perhaps
- 19:21Speaker 1: even in the history of our country, they're not sure.
- 19:24Speaker 1: As President, I'm fighting every day to reverse this damage
- 19:28Speaker 1: and make America affordable again. Joe Biden, especially, let the
- 19:47Speaker 1: price of eggs get out of control. The egg prices
- 19:52Speaker 1: out of control, and we're working hard to get it
- 19:56Speaker 1: back down. Secretary, do a good job on that. You
- 20:00Speaker 1: inherited a total mess from the previous administration. Do a
- 20:04Speaker 1: good job. A major focus of our fight to defeat
- 20:15Speaker 1: inflation is rapidly reducing the cost of energy. The previous
- 20:20Speaker 1: administration cut the number of new oil and gas leases
- 20:24Speaker 1: by ninety slowed pipeline construction to a halt, and closed
- 20:29Speaker 1: more than one hundred power plants. We are opening up
- 20:33Speaker 1: many of those power plants right now.
- 20:45Speaker 5: And frankly, we have never seen anything like it.
- 20:50Speaker 1: That's why on my first day in office, I declared
- 20:53Speaker 1: a national energy emergency. As you've heard me say many times,
- 21:02Speaker 1: we have more liquid gold under our feet than any
- 21:05Speaker 1: nation on Earth and by far, and now I fully
- 21:09Speaker 1: authorized the most talented team ever assembled to go and
- 21:14Speaker 1: get it. It's called Drill, Baby, Drill. My administration is
- 21:32Speaker 1: also working on a gigantic natural gas pipeline in Alaska,
- 21:37Speaker 1: among the largest in the world, where Japan, South Korea
- 21:40Speaker 1: and other nations want to be our partner with investments
- 21:44Speaker 1: of trillions of dollars each. There's never been anything like
- 21:47Speaker 1: that one. It will be truly spectacular. It's all set
- 21:50Speaker 1: to go. The permitting has gotten and later this week
- 21:54Speaker 1: I will also take historic action to dramatically expand production
- 21:58Speaker 1: of critical mineral and rare earths here in the USA
- 22:16Speaker 1: to further combat inflation. We will not only be reducing
- 22:19Speaker 1: the course of energy, but will be ending the flagrant
- 22:23Speaker 1: waste of taxpayer dollars. And to that end, I have
- 22:36Speaker 1: created the brand new Department of Government Efficiency GO perhaps you've.
- 22:43Speaker 6: Heard of it perhaps, which is headed by Elon Musk,
- 22:55Speaker 6: who is in the gallery tonight.
- 23:15Speaker 1: Thank you, Elion. He's working very hard. He didn't need this,
- 23:19Speaker 1: he didn't need this. Thank you very much. We appreciate it.
- 23:22Speaker 1: Everybody here, even this side, appreciates it. I believe they
- 23:29Speaker 1: just don't want to admit that. Just listen to some
- 23:33Speaker 1: of the appalling waste. We have already identified twenty two
- 23:38Speaker 1: billion dollars from HHS to provide free housing and cars
- 23:43Speaker 1: for illegal aliens, forty five million dollars for diversity, equity
- 23:49Speaker 1: and inclusion scholarships in Burma, forty million dollars to improve
- 23:55Speaker 1: the social and economic inclusion of sedentary migrants. He knows
- 24:00Speaker 1: what that is. Eight million dollars to promote LGBTQI plus
- 24:09Speaker 1: in the African nation of Lesuto, which nobody has ever
- 24:13Speaker 1: heard of. Sixty million dollars for Indigenous peoples and Afro
- 24:19Speaker 1: Colombian empowerment in Central America. Sixty million dollars, eight million
- 24:25Speaker 1: dollars for making mice transgender. This is real. Thirty two
- 24:34Speaker 1: million dollars for a left wing propaganda operation in Roldova,
- 24:40Speaker 1: ten million dollars for mail circumcision in Mozambique. Twenty million
- 24:46Speaker 1: dollars for the Arab Sesame Street in the Middle East.
- 24:51Speaker 1: It's a program. Twenty million dollars for a program one
- 24:55Speaker 1: point nine billion dollars to recently created decarbonization of homes
- 25:01Speaker 1: committee headed up and we know she's involved. Just at
- 25:06Speaker 1: the last moment the money was passed over by a
- 25:10Speaker 1: woman named Stacy Abrams. Have you ever heard of her?
- 25:16Speaker 1: A three point five million dollar consulting contract for Lavish
- 25:20Speaker 1: fish monitoring. One point five million dollars for voter confidence
- 25:27Speaker 1: in Liberia. Fourteen million dollars for social cohesion in Mali.
- 25:33Speaker 1: Fifty nine million dollars for legal alien hotel rooms in
- 25:37Speaker 1: New York City. He's a real estate developm. He's done
- 25:42Speaker 1: very well two hundred and fifty thousand dollars to increase
- 25:46Speaker 1: vagan local climate action innovation in Zambia. Forty two million
- 25:53Speaker 1: dollars for social and behavior change in Uganda, fourteen million
- 25:58Speaker 1: dollars for improving public procurement in Serbia. Forty seven million
- 26:04Speaker 1: dollars for improving learning outcomes in Asia. Asia's doing very
- 26:09Speaker 1: well with learning. I don't know what we're doing. We
- 26:13Speaker 1: should use it ourselves. One hundred and one million dollars
- 26:17Speaker 1: for DEI contracts at the Department of Education, the most
- 26:22Speaker 1: ever paid. Nothing even like it under the Trump administration.
- 26:26Speaker 1: All of these scams, and they're far worse, but I
- 26:29Speaker 1: didn't think it was appropriate to talk about them. They're
- 26:32Speaker 1: so bad. Many more have been found out and exposed
- 26:36Speaker 1: and swiftly terminated by a group of very intelligent, mostly
- 26:41Speaker 1: young people headed up by Elon, and we appreciate it.
- 26:44Speaker 1: We found hundreds of billions of dollars of call, and
- 27:04Speaker 1: we've taken back the money and reduced our debt to
- 27:08Speaker 1: fight inflation and other things. Taking back a lot of
- 27:12Speaker 1: that money. We got it just in time. This is
- 27:15Speaker 1: just the beginning. The Government Accountability Office, a federal government office,
- 27:21Speaker 1: has estimated annual fraud of over five hundred billion dollars
- 27:25Speaker 1: in our nation, and we are working very hard to
- 27:29Speaker 1: stop it. We're going to We're also identifying shocking levels
- 27:33Speaker 1: of incompetence and probable fraud in the social security program
- 27:38Speaker 1: for our seniors, and that our seniors and people that
- 27:42Speaker 1: we love rely on. Believe it or not, Government databases
- 27:47Speaker 1: list four point seven million social Security members from people
- 27:52Speaker 1: aged one hundred to one hundred nine years old, lists
- 28:01Speaker 1: three point six million people from ages one hundred and
- 28:05Speaker 1: ten to one hundred and nineteen. I don't know any
- 28:09Speaker 1: of them. I know some people that are rather elderly,
- 28:12Speaker 1: but not quite that elderly. Three point four seven million
- 28:16Speaker 1: people from ages one hundred and twenty to one hundred
- 28:21Speaker 1: and twenty nine, three point nine million people from ages
- 28:26Speaker 1: one hundred and thirty to one hundred and thirty nine,
- 28:31Speaker 1: three point five million people from ages one hundred and
- 28:36Speaker 1: forty to one hundred and forty nine, and money is
- 28:40Speaker 1: being paid to many of them, and we're searching right now.
- 28:45Speaker 1: In fact, Pam, good luck, good luck, You're going to
- 28:50Speaker 1: find it. But a lot of money is paid out
- 28:52Speaker 1: to people because it just keeps getting paid and paid
- 28:56Speaker 1: and nobody does, and it really hurts security and hurts
- 29:00Speaker 1: our country. One point three million people from ages one
- 29:04Speaker 1: hundred and fifty to one hundred and fifty nine and
- 29:07Speaker 1: over one hundred and thirty thousand people according to the
- 29:13Speaker 1: Social Security databases our age over one hundred and sixty
- 29:19Speaker 1: years old. We have a healthier country than I thought, Bobby,
- 29:40Speaker 1: including to finish one thousand and thirty nine people between
- 29:45Speaker 1: the ages of two hundred and twenty and two hundred
- 29:47Speaker 1: and twenty nine, one person between the age of two
- 29:51Speaker 1: hundred and forty and two hundred and forty nine, and
- 29:53Speaker 1: one person is listed at three hundred and sixty years
- 29:58Speaker 1: of age, more than one hundred years, more than one
- 30:02Speaker 1: hundred years older than our country. But we're going to
- 30:10Speaker 1: find out where that money is going, and it's not
- 30:13Speaker 1: going to be pretty. By slashing all of the fraud, waste,
- 30:16Speaker 1: and theft we can find, we will defeat inflation, bring
- 30:19Speaker 1: down mortgage rates, lower car payments and grocery prices, protect
- 30:24Speaker 1: our seniors, and put more money in the pockets of
- 30:27Speaker 1: American families. And today interest rates took a beautiful drop,
- 30:46Speaker 1: big beautiful drop. It's about time and in the near
- 30:50Speaker 1: future I want to do what has not been done
- 30:53Speaker 1: in twenty four years, balance the federal budget. We're going
- 30:57Speaker 1: to balance it. With that goal in mind, we have
- 31:20Speaker 1: developed in great detail what we are calling the Gold Card,
- 31:24Speaker 1: which goes on sale very very soon for five million dollars.
- 31:30Speaker 1: We will allow the most successful job creating people from
- 31:33Speaker 1: all over the world to buy a path to US citizenship.
- 31:37Speaker 1: It's like the Green Card, but better and more sophisticated.
- 31:43Speaker 1: And these people will have to pay tax in our country.
- 31:46Speaker 1: They won't have to pay tax from where they came
- 31:49Speaker 1: the money that they've made. You wouldn't want to do that,
- 31:51Speaker 1: but they have to pay tax create jobs. They'll also
- 31:54Speaker 1: be taking people out of colleges and paying for them
- 31:57Speaker 1: so that we can keep them in our country instead
- 31:59Speaker 1: of having them being forced out number one at the
- 32:03Speaker 1: top school as an example, being forced out and not
- 32:06Speaker 1: being allowed to stay and create tremendous numbers of jobs
- 32:09Speaker 1: and great success for a company out there. So while
- 32:13Speaker 1: we take out the criminals, killers, traffickers, and child predators
- 32:18Speaker 1: who are allowed to enter our country under the open
- 32:21Speaker 1: border policy of these people, the Democrats, the Biden administration,
- 32:26Speaker 1: the open border insane policies that you've allowed to destroy
- 32:31Speaker 1: our country. We will now bring in brilliant, hard working,
- 32:34Speaker 1: job creating people. They're going to pay a lot of money,
- 32:38Speaker 1: and we're going to reduce our debt with that money.
- 32:52Speaker 1: Americans have given us a mandate for bold and profound change.
- 32:59Speaker 1: For nearly one hundred years, the federal bureaucracy has grown
- 33:03Speaker 1: until it has crushed our freedom's, ballooned our deficits, and
- 33:06Speaker 1: held back America's potential in every possible way. The nation
- 33:12Speaker 1: founded by pioneers and risk takers now drowns under millions
- 33:17Speaker 1: and millions of pages of regulations and debt approvals that
- 33:23Speaker 1: should take ten days to get instead take ten years,
- 33:27Speaker 1: fifteen years, and even twenty years before you're rejected. Meanwhile,
- 33:32Speaker 1: we have hundreds of thousands of federal workers who have
- 33:35Speaker 1: not been showing up to work. My administration will reclaim
- 33:39Speaker 1: power from this unaccountable bureaucracy and we will restore true
- 33:43Speaker 1: democracy to America again, and any federal bureaucrat who resists
- 34:02Speaker 1: this change will be removed from office immediately, because we
- 34:08Speaker 1: are draining the swop. It's very simple, and the days
- 34:12Speaker 1: of rule by unelected bureaucrats are over, and the next
- 34:35Speaker 1: phase of our plan to deliver the greatest economy and
- 34:38Speaker 1: history is for this Congress to pass tax cuts for everybody.
- 34:43Speaker 1: They're in there, they're waiting for you to vote, and
- 34:46Speaker 1: I'm sure that the people on my right I don't
- 34:50Speaker 1: mean the Republican right, but my right right here. I'm
- 34:53Speaker 1: sure you're going to vote for those tax cuts, because
- 34:55Speaker 1: otherwise I don't believe the people will ever vote you
- 34:59Speaker 1: into office on doing you a big favor by telling
- 35:01Speaker 1: you that. But I know this group is going to
- 35:05Speaker 1: be voting for the tax thank you. It's a very,
- 35:22Speaker 1: very big part of our plan. We had tremendous success
- 35:25Speaker 1: in our first term with it a very big part
- 35:27Speaker 1: of our plan. We're seeking permanent income tax cuts all
- 35:30Speaker 1: across the board, and to get urgently needed relief to
- 35:33Speaker 1: Americans hit especially hard by inflation. I'm calling for no
- 35:39Speaker 1: tax on tips, no tax on overtime, and no tax
- 35:42Speaker 1: on Social Security benefits for our great seniors. And I
- 36:02Speaker 1: also want to make interest payments on car loans tax deductible,
- 36:09Speaker 1: but only if the car is made in America. And
- 36:23Speaker 1: by the way, we're gonna have growth in the auto
- 36:25Speaker 1: industry like nobody's ever seen plants are opening up all
- 36:28Speaker 1: over the place. Deals are being made never seen. That's
- 36:31Speaker 1: a combination of the election win and tariffs. It's a
- 36:34Speaker 1: beautiful word, isn't it, that, along with our other policies,
- 36:39Speaker 1: will allow our auto indussery to absolutely boom. It's going
- 36:43Speaker 1: to boom. Spoke to the majors today, all three the
- 36:47Speaker 1: top people, and they're so excited. In fact, already numerous
- 36:51Speaker 1: car companies have announced that they will be building massive
- 36:54Speaker 1: automobile plants in America, with Honda just announcing a new
- 36:59Speaker 1: plant in Indiaana, one of the largest anywhere in the world.
- 37:15Speaker 1: And this has taken place since our great victory on
- 37:19Speaker 1: November fifth, a date which will hopefully go down as
- 37:22Speaker 1: one of the most important in the history of our country.
- 37:31Speaker 1: In addition, as part of our tax cuts, we want
- 37:34Speaker 1: to cut taxes on domestic production and all manufacturing, and
- 37:39Speaker 1: just as we did before, we will provide one hundred
- 37:42Speaker 1: percent expensing. It will be retroactive to January twentieth, twenty
- 37:47Speaker 1: twenty five. And it was one of the main reasons
- 37:51Speaker 1: why our tax cuts were so successful in our first term,
- 37:55Speaker 1: giving us the most successful economy in the history of
- 37:59Speaker 1: our country. First turn we had a great first turn.
- 38:08Speaker 1: If you don't make your product in America, however, under
- 38:11Speaker 1: the Trump administration, you will pay a tariff, and in
- 38:14Speaker 1: some cases a rather large one. Other countries have used
- 38:18Speaker 1: tariffs against US for decades, and now it's our turn
- 38:21Speaker 1: to start using them against those other countries. On average,
- 38:26Speaker 1: the European Union, China, Brazil, India, Mexico, and Canada have
- 38:32Speaker 1: you heard of them? And countless other nations charge us
- 38:37Speaker 1: tremendously higher tariffs than we charge them. It's very unfair.
- 38:43Speaker 1: India charges US auto tariffs higher than one hundred percent.
- 38:48Speaker 1: China's average tariff on our products is twice what we
- 38:52Speaker 1: charge them, and South Korea's average tariff is four times higher.
- 38:56Speaker 1: Think of that, four times higher. And we give so
- 39:00Speaker 1: much help militarily in so many other ways to South Korea.
- 39:04Speaker 1: But that's what happens. This is happening by friend and foe.
- 39:08Speaker 1: This system is not fair to the United States and
- 39:11Speaker 1: never was. And so on April second, I wanted to
- 39:15Speaker 1: make it April first, but I didn't want to be
- 39:19Speaker 1: accused of April Fool's Day. That's what that's not just
- 39:23Speaker 1: one day was of course, there's a lot of money,
- 39:27Speaker 1: but we're going to do it in April. I'm a
- 39:29Speaker 1: very superstitious person. April second, reciprocal tariffs kick in, and
- 39:36Speaker 1: whatever they tariff us other countries, we will tariff them.
- 39:41Speaker 1: That's reciprocal back and forth. Whatever they tax us, we
- 39:46Speaker 1: will tax them. If they do non monetary tariffs to
- 39:55Speaker 1: keep us out of their market, then we will do
- 39:58Speaker 1: non monetary barriers to keep them out of our market.
- 40:02Speaker 1: There's a lot of that too. They don't even allow
- 40:04Speaker 1: us in their market. We will take in trillions and
- 40:08Speaker 1: trillions of dollars and create jobs like we have never
- 40:11Speaker 1: seen before. I did it with China, and I did
- 40:14Speaker 1: it with others, and the Biden administration couldn't do anything
- 40:17Speaker 1: about it because there was so much money, they couldn't
- 40:19Speaker 1: do anything about it. We have been ripped off for
- 40:23Speaker 1: decades by nearly every country on Earth, and we will
- 40:27Speaker 1: not let that happen any longer. Much has been said
- 40:41Speaker 1: over the last three months about Mexico and Canada, but
- 40:45Speaker 1: we have very large deficits with both of them. But
- 40:48Speaker 1: even more importantly, they've allowed FENTANOYL to come into our
- 40:51Speaker 1: country at levels never seen before, killing hundreds of thousands
- 40:56Speaker 1: of our citizens and many very young, beautiful people destroying families.
- 41:01Speaker 1: Nobody's ever seen anything like it. They are, in effect
- 41:04Speaker 1: receiving subsidies of hundreds of billions of dollars. We pay
- 41:08Speaker 1: subsidies to Canada and to Mexico of hundreds of billions
- 41:13Speaker 1: of dollars. In the United States. Will not be doing
- 41:16Speaker 1: that any longer. We're not going to do it any longer.
- 41:24Speaker 1: Thanks to our America First policies we're putting into place.
- 41:28Speaker 1: We have had one point seven trillion dollars of new
- 41:32Speaker 1: investment in America in just the past few weeks, the
- 41:35Speaker 1: combination of the election and our economic policies that people
- 41:41Speaker 1: of SoftBank, what are the most brilliant anywhere in the world,
- 41:44Speaker 1: announced a two hundred billion dollar investment. Open Ai and
- 41:49Speaker 1: Oracle Larry Ellison announced five hundred billion dollar investment, which
- 41:56Speaker 1: they wouldn't have done if Kamala had won. Apple announced
- 42:04Speaker 1: five hundred billion dollar investment. Tim Cook called me. He said,
- 42:10Speaker 1: I cannot spend it fast enough. It's going to be
- 42:12Speaker 1: much higher than that. I believe be building their plants
- 42:15Speaker 1: here instead of in China. And just yesterday Taiwan Semiconductor,
- 42:20Speaker 1: the biggest in the world. Most powerful in the world
- 42:24Speaker 1: has a tremendous amount ninety seven percent of the market.
- 42:28Speaker 1: Announced a one hundred and sixty five billion dollar investment
- 42:32Speaker 1: to build the most powerful chips on Earth right here
- 42:34Speaker 1: in the USA, and we're not giving them any money.
- 42:49Speaker 1: Your chips ACKed is a horrible, horrible thing. We give
- 42:53Speaker 1: hundreds of billions of dollars and it doesn't mean a thing.
- 42:57Speaker 1: They take our money and they don't spend it. All
- 43:00Speaker 1: that meant to them, we're giving them no money. All
- 43:04Speaker 1: that was important to them was they didn't want to
- 43:06Speaker 1: pay the tariffs, so they came in their building, and
- 43:07Speaker 1: many other companies are coming. We don't have to give
- 43:10Speaker 1: them money. We just want to protect our businesses and
- 43:13Speaker 1: our people, and they will come because they won't have
- 43:16Speaker 1: to pay tariffs if they build in America. So it's
- 43:19Speaker 1: very amazing. You should get rid of the Chip Act,
- 43:22Speaker 1: and whatever's leftover, mister speaker, you should use it to
- 43:26Speaker 1: reduce that or any other reason you want to. A
- 43:43Speaker 1: new trade policy will also be great for the American farmer.
- 43:46Speaker 1: I love the farmer who will now be selling into
- 43:54Speaker 1: our home market, the USA, because nobody is going to
- 43:57Speaker 1: be able to compete with you, because there's goods that
- 44:02Speaker 1: come in from other countries and companies. They're really, really
- 44:08Speaker 1: in a bad position in so many different ways. They're uninspected,
- 44:13Speaker 1: they may be very dirty and disgusting, and they come
- 44:16Speaker 1: in and they pour in and they hurt our American farmers.
- 44:20Speaker 1: The tariffs will go on agricultural product coming into America
- 44:24Speaker 1: and our farmers starting on April second. It may be
- 44:28Speaker 1: a little bit of an adjustment period. We had that
- 44:31Speaker 1: before when I made the deal with China fifty billion
- 44:34Speaker 1: dollars of purchases, and I said, just bear with me,
- 44:37Speaker 1: and they did. They did. Probably have to bear with
- 44:40Speaker 1: me again, and this will be even better. That was great.
- 44:44Speaker 1: The problem with it was that Biden didn't enforce it.
- 44:46Speaker 1: He didn't enforce it. Fifty billion dollars of purchases and
- 44:50Speaker 1: we were doing great, but Biden did not enforce it,
- 44:53Speaker 1: and it hurt our farmers. But our farmers are going
- 44:56Speaker 1: to have a field day right now, So to our
- 44:59Speaker 1: farm have a lot of fun. I love you too,
- 45:03Speaker 1: I love you too. It's all gonna happen. And I
- 45:14Speaker 1: have also imposed a twenty five percent tariff on foreign
- 45:18Speaker 1: aluminum copper lumber, and steel, because if we don't have,
- 45:21Speaker 1: as an example, steel and lots of other things, we
- 45:25Speaker 1: don't have a military, and frankly won't have we just
- 45:28Speaker 1: won't have a country very long. Here today is a
- 45:31Speaker 1: proud American steel worker, fantastic person from Decatur, Alabama. Jeff
- 45:39Speaker 1: Denard has been working at the same steel plant for
- 45:44Speaker 1: twenty seven years, and a job that has allowed him
- 45:47Speaker 1: to serve as the captain of his local volunteer fire department,
- 45:52Speaker 1: raised seven children with his beautiful wife, Nicole, and over
- 45:56Speaker 1: the years provide a loving home for more than forty foster.
- 46:00Speaker 1: So great job, Thank you, job, Thank you, Jeff. Stories
- 46:22Speaker 1: like Jeff's remind us that tariffs are not just about
- 46:25Speaker 1: protecting American jobs. They're about protecting the soul of our country.
- 46:32Speaker 1: Tariffs are about making America rich again and making America
- 46:36Speaker 1: great again. And it's happening, and it will happen rather quickly.
- 46:39Speaker 1: There'll be a little disturbance, but we're okay with that.
- 46:45Speaker 1: It won't be much. No, you're not. And look and
- 46:51Speaker 1: look where Biden took us very low, the lowest we've
- 46:54Speaker 1: ever been. Jeff, I want to thank you very much,
- 46:57Speaker 1: and they also want to recognize another person who has
- 47:00Speaker 1: devoted herself to forster care community. She works so hard
- 47:04Speaker 1: on it, a very loving person. Our magnificent First Lady
- 47:08Speaker 1: of the United States. Melania's work has yielded incredible results,
- 47:31Speaker 1: helping prepare our nation's future leaders as they enter the workforce.
- 47:36Speaker 1: Our First Lady is joined by two impressive young women.
- 47:39Speaker 1: Very impressive Haley Ferguson, who benefited from the First Ladies
- 47:44Speaker 1: Fostering the Future initiative and is poised to complete her
- 47:48Speaker 1: education become a teacher. And Elliston Berry, who became a
- 47:53Speaker 1: victim of an illicit, deep fake image produced by a
- 47:58Speaker 1: peer with Elliston's help. The Senate just passed the Take
- 48:03Speaker 1: It Down Act, and this is so important. Thank you
- 48:08Speaker 1: very much, John, John Thune, thank you, stand up John,
- 48:12Speaker 1: Thank you John, Thank you all very much. Thank you,
- 48:27Speaker 1: and thank you to John Thune and the Senate. Great
- 48:31Speaker 1: job to criminalize the publication of such images online. This terrible,
- 48:36Speaker 1: terrible thing. And once it passes the House, I look
- 48:40Speaker 1: forward to signing that bill into law. Thank you. And
- 48:45Speaker 1: I'm going to use that bill for myself too, if
- 48:47Speaker 1: you don't mind, because nobody gets treated worse than I
- 48:50Speaker 1: do online nobody. That's great. Thank you very much. To
- 48:54Speaker 1: the Senate, thank you. But if we truly care about
- 48:58Speaker 1: protecting American children, no step is more crucial than securing
- 49:04Speaker 1: americas borders. Over the past four years, twenty one million
- 49:08Speaker 1: people poured into the United States. Many of them were murders,
- 49:12Speaker 1: human traffickers, gang members, and other criminals from the streets
- 49:16Speaker 1: of dangerous cities all throughout the world. Because of Joe
- 49:21Speaker 1: Biden's insane and very dangerous open border policies, they are
- 49:25Speaker 1: now strongly embedded in our country. But we are getting
- 49:30Speaker 1: them out and getting them out fast. And I want
- 49:46Speaker 1: to thank Tom Holman and Christy, I want to thank you,
- 49:50Speaker 1: and Paul of Border Patrol. I want to thank you
- 49:53Speaker 1: what a job they've all done. Everybody Border patrol ice,
- 49:57Speaker 1: law enforcement in general is incredible. We have to take
- 50:00Speaker 1: care of our law enforcement. After last year, a brilliant
- 50:15Speaker 1: twenty two year old nursing student named Laken Riley, the
- 50:20Speaker 1: best in her class, admired by everybody, went out for
- 50:24Speaker 1: a jog on the campus of the University of Georgia.
- 50:28Speaker 1: That morning, lacn was viciously attacked, assault had beaten, brutalized,
- 50:33Speaker 1: and horrifically murdered. Lacn was stolen from US by a
- 50:38Speaker 1: savage illegal alien gang member who was arrested while trespassing
- 50:43Speaker 1: across Biden's open southern border and then set loose into
- 50:48Speaker 1: the United States under the heartless policies of that failed administration.
- 50:53Speaker 1: It was indeed a failed administration. He had then been
- 50:59Speaker 1: arrested and relief in a Democrat run sanctuary city, a
- 51:03Speaker 1: disaster before ending the life of this beautiful young angel.
- 51:08Speaker 1: With us this evening are Lacan's beloved mother, Alison and
- 51:12Speaker 1: her sister Lauren. Last year, I told Lacn's grieving parents
- 51:41Speaker 1: that we would ensure their daughter would not have died
- 51:45Speaker 1: in vain. That's why the very first bill I signed
- 51:49Speaker 1: into law as your forty seventh President mandates the detention
- 51:55Speaker 1: of all dangerous criminal aliens who threatened public safety. It's
- 52:00Speaker 1: very strong, powerful act. It's called the Lacan Riley Act.
- 52:18Speaker 1: So Alison and Lauren America will never ever forget our
- 52:22Speaker 1: beautiful Lacn. Hope Rilly, thank you very much. Since taking office,
- 52:47Speaker 1: my administration has launched the most sweeping border and immigration
- 52:52Speaker 1: crackdown in American history, and we quickly achieve the lowest
- 52:57Speaker 1: numbers of illegal border cross has ever recorded. Thank you.
- 53:19Speaker 1: The media and our friends in the Democrat Party kept
- 53:23Speaker 1: saying we needed new legislation. We must have legislation to
- 53:27Speaker 1: secure the border. But it turned out that all we
- 53:30Speaker 1: really needed was a new president. Thank you. Joe Biden
- 53:57Speaker 1: didn't just open our borders. He flew in legal aliens
- 54:01Speaker 1: over them to overwhelm our schools, hospitals, and communities throughout
- 54:06Speaker 1: the country. Entire towns like Aurora, Colorado, and Springfield, Ohio
- 54:11Speaker 1: buckled under the weight of the migrant occupation and corruption
- 54:16Speaker 1: like nobody's ever seen before. Beautiful towns destroyed. Now, just
- 54:21Speaker 1: as I promised in my inaugural address, we are achieving
- 54:25Speaker 1: the great liberation of America, but they're still is much
- 54:41Speaker 1: work to be done here Tonight is a woman I
- 54:45Speaker 1: have gotten to know, Alexis Nungary from Houston, wonderful woman.
- 54:51Speaker 1: Last June, Alexis's twelve year old daughter, her precious Joscelyn,
- 54:56Speaker 1: walked to a nearby convenience store. She was nap tied up,
- 55:01Speaker 1: assaulted for two hours under a bridge, and horrifically murdered.
- 55:06Speaker 1: Arrested in charge with this heinous crime are two illegal
- 55:09Speaker 1: alien monsters from Venezuela released into America by the last
- 55:14Speaker 1: administration through their ridiculous open border. The death of this
- 55:19Speaker 1: beautiful twelve year old girl and the agony of her
- 55:22Speaker 1: mother and family touched our entire nation greatly. Alexis, I
- 55:28Speaker 1: promised that we would always remember your daughter, your magnificent daughter,
- 55:33Speaker 1: and earlier tonight I signed an order keeping my word
- 55:38Speaker 1: to you. One thing I have learned about Jocelyn is
- 55:42Speaker 1: that she loved animals so much. She loved nature. Across
- 55:46Speaker 1: Galveston Bay from where Joscelyn lived in Houston, you will
- 55:50Speaker 1: find a magnificent National Wildlife Refuge, a pristine, peaceful, thirty
- 55:58Speaker 1: four thousand acre sanctuary for all of God's creatures on
- 56:03Speaker 1: the edge of the Gulf of America. Alexis, moments ago,
- 56:08Speaker 1: I formally renamed that refuge in loving memory of your
- 56:14Speaker 1: beautiful daughter, Jocelyn. So, mister Vice President, if you would,
- 56:19Speaker 1: may I have the order. Thank you very much. All
- 56:54Speaker 1: three savages charged with Jocelyn and Lincoln's murders were members
- 57:01Speaker 1: of the Venezuelan prison gang, the toughest gang they say,
- 57:04Speaker 1: in the world, known as Trendy Iragua. Two weeks ago,
- 57:10Speaker 1: I officially designated this gang, along with MS thirteen and
- 57:13Speaker 1: the bloodthirsty Mexican drug cartels, as foreign terrorists organizations. They
- 57:36Speaker 1: are now officially in the same category as ISIS, and
- 57:41Speaker 1: that's not good for them. Countless thousands of these terrorists
- 57:45Speaker 1: were welcomed into the US by the Biden administration, but
- 57:50Speaker 1: now every last one will be rounded up and forcibly
- 57:53Speaker 1: removed from our country, or if they're too dangerous, put
- 57:58Speaker 1: in jail's standing trial in this country, because we don't
- 58:01Speaker 1: want them to come back ever with us. This evening
- 58:06Speaker 1: is a warrior on the front lines of that battle.
- 58:09Speaker 1: Border patrol agent Roberto Ortiz great guy. In January, Roberto
- 58:41Speaker 1: and another agent were patrolling by the Rio Grande near
- 58:45Speaker 1: an area known as Cartel Island. Doesn't sound too nice
- 58:49Speaker 1: to me. When heavily armed gunman started shooting at them,
- 58:54Speaker 1: Roberto saw that his partner was totally exposed. It's great danger,
- 58:58Speaker 1: and he leapt into action, returning fire and providing crucial
- 59:02Speaker 1: seconds for his fellow agent to seek safety and just barely.
- 59:09Speaker 1: I have some of the prince of that event, and
- 59:14Speaker 1: it was not good, agent or ties. We salute you
- 59:17Speaker 1: for your great courage, and for your line of fire
- 59:21Speaker 1: that you took and for the bravery that you showed,
- 59:24Speaker 1: we honor you and we will always honor you. Thank you,
- 59:28Speaker 1: Roberto very much. Thank you ROBERTA. And I actually got
- 59:48Speaker 1: to know him on my many calls to the border.
- 59:52Speaker 1: He's a great, great gentleman. The territory to the immediate
- 59:57Speaker 1: south of our border is now dominated entirely by criminal
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: cartels that murder, rape, torture, and exercise total control. They
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: have total control over a whole nation, posing a grave
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: threat to our national security. The cartels are waging war
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: in America, and it's time for America to wage war
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: on the cartels, which we adore. Five nights ago Mexican
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: authorities because of our tariff policies being imposed on them,
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: think of this, hand it over to us twenty nine
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: of the biggest cartel leaders in their country. That has
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: never happened before. They want to make us happy, first
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: time ever. But we need Mexico and Canada to do
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: much more than they've done, and they have to stop
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: the fentanyl and drugs pouring into the USA. They're going
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: to stop it, I have said Congress a detailed funding
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: request laying out exactly how we will eliminate these threats
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: to protect our homeland and complete the largest deportation operation
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: in American history, larger even than current record holder, President
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: Dwight D. Eisenhower, a moderate man, but someone who believe
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: very strongly in borders. Americans expect Congress to send me
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: this funding without delay so I can sign it into law. So,
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: mister Speaker, John Thune, both of you, I hope you're
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: going to be able to do that. Mister Speaker, thank you,
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: mister Leader, thank you, thank you very much, and let's
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: get it to me. I'll sign it so fast you
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: won't even believe it. And as we reclaim our sovereignty,
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: we must also bring back law and order to our
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: cities and towns. In recent years, our justice system has
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: been turned upside down by radical left lunatics. Many jurisdictions
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: virtually seized enforcing the law against dangers, repeat offenders while
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: weaponizing law enforcement against political opponents like me. My administration
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: has acted swiftly and decisively to restore fair, equal and
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: impartial justice under the constitutional rule of law, starting at
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: the FBI and the DOJ. PAM good Luck Cash wherever
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: you may be good luck, good luck, Pam Bond, good luck,
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: so important, gonna do a great job.
- 1:03:11Speaker 7: Cash, thank you, thank you, Cash.
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: They've already started very strong. They're gonna do a fantastic job.
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: You're gonna be very proud of them. We're also once
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: again giving our police officers the support, protection, and respect
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: they so dearly deserve. They have to get it. They
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: have such a hard, dangerous job, but we're gonna make
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: it less dangerous. The problem is the bad guys don't
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: respect the law, but they're starting to respect it, and
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: they soon will respect it. This also includes our great
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: fire departments throughout the country. Our firemen and women are
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: unbelievable people, and we'll never forget them. And besides that,
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: they voted for me in record numbers, so I have
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: no cha. One year ago this month, thirty one year
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: old New York Police officer Jonathan Diller, unbelievably wonderful person
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: and a great officer, was gunned down at a traffic
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: stop on Long Island. I went to his funeral. The
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: vicious criminal charge with his murder had twenty one prior arrests,
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: and they were rough arrests. He was a real bad one.
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: The thug in the seat next to him, had fourteen
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: prior arrests and went by the name of killer. He
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: was killer. He killed other people, they say a lot
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: of them. I attended Officer Diller's service, and when I
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: met his wife and one year old son, Ryan, it
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: was very inspira. Actually, his widow's name is Stephanie, and
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: she is here tonight. Stephanie. Thank you very much, Stephanie.
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: Thank you, Mary, Stephanie. We're going to make sure that
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: Ryan knows his dead was a true hero, New York's finest.
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: And we're going to get these cold blooded killers and
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: repeat offenders or far streets. So we're going to do
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: it fast. Got to stop it. They get out with
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: twenty eight arrests, They push people into subway trains, they
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: hit people over the head, back of the head with
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: baseball bats. We've got to get them out of here.
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: I've already signed an executive order requiring a mandatory death
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: penalty for anyone who murders a police, and tonight I'm
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: asking Congress to pass that policy into government law. I'm
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: also asking for a new crime bill, getting tough on
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: repeat offenders while enhancing protections for America's police officers so
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: they can do their jobs without fear of their lives
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: being totally destroyed. They don't want to be killed. We're
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: not going to let them be killed. Joining us at
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: the gallery tonight is a young man who truly loves
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: our police. His name is DJ Daniel. He is thirteen
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: years old and he has always dreamed of becoming a
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: police officer. But in twenty eighteen, DJ was diagnosed with
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: brain cancer. The doctors gave him five months at most
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: to live. That was more than six years ago. Since
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: that time, DJ and his dad have been on a
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: quest to make his dream come true, and DJ has
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: been sworn in as an honorary law enforcement officer, actually
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: a number of times. Peace. The police love him, the
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: police departments love him. And tonight, DJ, we're going to
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: do you the biggest honor of them all. I am
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: asking our new Secret Service Director Sean Curran to officially
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: make you an agent of the United States Secret Service.
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: Thank you, DJ. DJ's doctors believe his cancer likely came
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: from a chemical he was exposed to when he was younger.
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: Since nineteen seventy five, rates of child cancer have increased
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: by more than forty percent reversing this trend as one
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: of the top priorities for our new Presidential Commission to
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: Make America Healthy Again, chaired by our new Secretary of
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: Health and Human Services, Robert F. Kennedy Junior. With the
- 1:10:19Speaker 1: name Kennedy, you would have thought everybody over here would
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: have been sharing how quickly they forget Our goal is
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: to get toxins out of our environment, poisons out of
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: our food supply, and keep our children healthy and strong.
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: As an example, not long ago, and you can't even
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: believe these numbers, one in ten thousand children had autism,
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: one in ten thousand, and now it's one in thirty six.
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: There's something wrong, one in thirty six. Think of that.
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: So we're going to find out what it is. And
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: there's nobody better than Bobby and all of the people
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: that are working with you. You have the best to figure
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: out what is going on. Okay, Bobby, good luck. It's
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: a very important job. Thank you, Thank you. My administration
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: is also working to protect our children from toxic ideologies
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: in our schools. A few years ago, January, Little John
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: and her husband discovered that their daughter's school had secretly
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: socially transitioned their thirteen year old little girl. Teachers and
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: administrators conspired to deceive January and her husband while encouraging
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: her daughter to use a new name and pronouns. They
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: them pronoun actually or without telling January, who is here
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: tonight and is now a courageous advocate against this form
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: of child abuse. January, thank you, Thank you, old man,
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: thank you. Stories like this are why shortly after taking office,
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: I signed an executive order banning public schools from indoctrinating
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: our children with transgender ideology. I also signed an order
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: to cut off all taxpayer funding to any institution that
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: engages in the sexual mutilation of our youth. And now
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: I want Congress to pass a bil permanently banning and
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: criminalizing sex changes on children and forever ending the lie
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: that any child is trapped in the wrong body. This
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: is a big lie. And our message to every child
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: in America is that you are perfect, exactly the way
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: God made you. Because we're getting wokeness out of our
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: schools and out of our military, and it's already out,
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: and it's out of our society. We don't want it.
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: Wokeness is trouble, Wokeness is bad. It's gone, it's gone,
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: and we feel so much better for it, don't we
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: don't we feel better? Our service members won't be activists
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: and ideologues. They will be fighters and warriors. They will
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: fight for our country. And Pete congratulations. Secretary of Defense, congradulation.
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: And he's not big into the woke movement. I can
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: tell you I know him well. I am pleased to
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: report that in January the US Army had its single
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: best recruiting month in fifteen years, and that all our
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: services are having among the best recruiting results ever in
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: the history of our services. What are difference? And you
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: know it was just a few months ago the results
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: were exactly the opposite. We couldn't recruit anywhere, we couldn't recruit.
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: Now we're having the best results just about that we've
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: ever had. What a tremendous turnaround. It's really a beautiful
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: thing to see people love our country again. It's very simple.
- 1:15:19Speaker 1: They love our country and they love being in our
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: military again. So it's a great thing, and thank you
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: very much. Great job. We're joined tonight by a young man,
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: Jason Hartley, who knows the weight of that call of duty.
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: Jason's father, grandfather, and great grandfather all wore the uniform.
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: Jason tragically lost his dad, who was also a Los
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: Angeles County Sheriff's deputy when he was just a boy,
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: and now he wants to carry on the family legacy
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: of service. Jason is a in high school, a six
- 1:16:02Speaker 1: letter varsity athlete, a really good athlete, they say, a
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: brilliant student with a four point four six that's good GPA.
- 1:16:11Speaker 1: And his greatest dream is to attend the US Military
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: Academy at West Point. And Jason, that's a very big
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: deal getting in. That's a hard one to get into.
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: But I'm pleased to inform you that your application has
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: been accepted. You will soon be joining the Court DA.
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: Thank you, Jason, You're going to be on the long
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: gray line. Jason. As Commander in Chief, my focus is
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: on building the most powerful military of the future. As
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: a first step, I'm asking Congress to fund a state
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: of the art Golden Dome missile defense shield to protect
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: our homeland, all made in the USA. And Ronald Reagan
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: wanted to do it long ago, but the technology just
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: wasn't there, not even close. But now we have the technology.
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: It's incredible actually, and other place that they have it
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: Israel has it, other places have it, and the United
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: States should have a too, right tim right, they should
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: have it too. So I want to thank you, but
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: it's a very very important. This is a very dangerous world.
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: We should have it. We want to be protected, and
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: we're going to protect our citizens like never before. To
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: booster defense industrial base, we are also going to resurrect
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: the American shipbuilding industry, including commercial shipbuilding and military shipbuilding.
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: And for that purpose, I am announcing tonight that we
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: will create a new Office of Shipbuilding in the White
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: House and offer special tax incentives to bring this industry
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: home to America where it belongs. We used to make
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: so many ships. We don't make them anymore very much,
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: but we're going to make them very fast, very soon.
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: They will have a huge impact to further enhance our
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: national security. My administration will be reclaiming the Panama Canal,
- 1:19:15Speaker 1: and we've already started doing it. Just today, a large
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: American company announced they are buying both ports around the
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: Panama Canal and lots of other things having to do
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: with the Panama Canal and a couple of other canals.
- 1:19:38Speaker 1: The Panama Canal was built by Americans for Americans, not
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: for others, but others could use it. But it was
- 1:19:47Speaker 1: built at tremendous course of American blood and treasure. Thirty
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: eight thousand workers died building the Panama Canal. They died
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: of malaria, they died of snake bites and mosquitoes. Not
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: a nice place to work. They paid them very highly
- 1:20:03Speaker 1: to go there, knowing there was a twenty five percent
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: chance that they would die. The most expensive project also
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: that was ever built in our country's history. If you're
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: bringing up to modern day costs. It was given away
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: by the Carter administration for one dollar. But that agreement
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: has been violated very severely. We didn't give it to China.
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: We gave it to Panamon. We're taking it back. Now
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: we have Marco Rubio in charge. Good luck Marco. Now
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: we know who to blame if anything goes wrong. Now
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: Marco has been amazing and he's going to do a
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: great job. Think of it. He got one hundred votes.
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: We know he was approved with actually ninety nine, but
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: the one hundredth was this gentleman, and I feel very certain.
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: So let's assume we got one hundred votes, and I'm
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: either very very happy about that or I'm very concerned
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: about it, but he's already proven. I mean, he's a
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: great gentleman. He's respected by everybody, and we appreciate you
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: voting for Marco. He's going to do a fantastic job.
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: Thank you, Thank you. He's doing a great job. Great job.
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: And I also have a message tonight for the incredible
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: people of Greenland. We strongly support your right to determine
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: your own future, and if you choose, we welcome you
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: into the United States of America. We need Greenland for
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: national security and even international security, and we're working with
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: everybody involved to try and get it. But we need
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: it really for internet, national world security, and I think
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: we're going to get it. One way or the other.
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: We're going to get it. We will keep you safe,
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: we will make you rich, and together we will take
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: Greenland to heights like you have never thought possible before.
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: It's a very small population, but very very large piece
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: of land and very very important for military security. America
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: is once again standing strong against the forces of radical
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: Islamic terrorism. Three and a half years ago, ISIS terrorists
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: killed thirteen American service members and countless others in the
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: Abbey Gate bombing during the disastrous and incompetent withdrawal from Afghanistan.
- 1:22:46Speaker 1: Not that they were withdrawing, it was the way they
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: withdrew perhaps the most embarrassing moment in the history of
- 1:22:53Speaker 1: our country. Tonight, I please to announce that we have
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: just apprehended the top terrorists responsible for that atrocity, and
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: he is right now on his way here to face
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: the swift sword of American justice. And I want to
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: thank especially the government of Pakistan for helping arrest this monster.
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: This was a very momentous day for those thirteen families
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: who I actually got to know very well, most of
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: them whose children were murdered, and the many people that
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: were so badly over forty two people so badly injured
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: on that faithful day in Afghanistan. What a horrible day.
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: Such incompetence was shown that when Putin saw what happened,
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: I guess he said, wow, maybe this is my chance.
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: That's how bad it was. Should it never happen grossly
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: incompetent people. I spoke to many of the parents and
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: loved ones, and they're all in our hearts tonight. Just
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: spoke to them on the phone. We had a big call.
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: Every one of them called and everybody was on the line,
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: and they did nothing but cry with happiness. They were
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: very happy, as happy as you can be under those circumstances.
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: Their child, brother, sister, son, daughter was killed for no
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: reason whatsoever. In the Middle East, we're bringing back our
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: hostages from Gaza. In my first term, we achieved one
- 1:24:53Speaker 1: of the most groundbreaking peace agreements in generations, the Abraham Accourts,
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: and now we're going to build on that foundation to
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: create a more peaceful and prosperous future for the entire region.
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: A lot of things are happening in the Middle East.
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: People haven't been talking about that so much lately with
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: everything going on with Ukraine and Russia, but a lot
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: of things are happening in the Middle East, rough neighborhood. Actually,
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: I'm also working tirelessly to end the savage conflict in Ukraine.
- 1:25:41Speaker 1: Millions of Ukrainians and Russians have been needlessly killed or
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: wounded in this horrific and brutal conflict with no end
- 1:25:49Speaker 1: in sight. The United States has sent hundreds of billions
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: of dollars to support Ukraine's defense with no security, with
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: no anything. Do you want to keep it going for
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: another five years? Yeah? Yeah? You would say. Pocahonta says, yes,
- 1:26:34Speaker 1: two thousand people are being killed every single week. More
- 1:26:38Speaker 1: than that. They're Russian young people, they're Ukrainian young people.
- 1:26:43Speaker 1: They're not Americans. But I wanted to stop. Meanwhile, Europe
- 1:26:48Speaker 1: has sadly spent more money buying Russian oil and gas
- 1:26:52Speaker 1: than they have spent on defending Ukraine by far. Think
- 1:26:55Speaker 1: of that. They've spent more buying Russian oil and gas
- 1:27:00Speaker 1: and they have defending And we've spent perhaps three hundred
- 1:27:04Speaker 1: and fifty billion dollars, like taking candy from a baby,
- 1:27:09Speaker 1: that's what happened, and they've spent one hundred billion dollars.
- 1:27:13Speaker 1: What a difference that is. And we have a notion
- 1:27:16Speaker 1: separating us and they don't. But we're getting along very
- 1:27:21Speaker 1: well with them, and lots of good things are happening.
- 1:27:25Speaker 1: Biden has authorized more money in this fight than Europe
- 1:27:29Speaker 1: has spent, by billions and billions of dollars. It's hard
- 1:27:34Speaker 1: to believe that they wouldn't have stopped it and said,
- 1:27:36Speaker 1: at some point, come on, let's equalize. You've got to
- 1:27:38Speaker 1: be equal to us. But that didn't happen. Earlier today,
- 1:27:42Speaker 1: I received an important letter from President Zelensky of Ukraine.
- 1:27:47Speaker 1: The letter reads, Ukraine is ready to come to the
- 1:27:50Speaker 1: negotiating table as soon as possible to bring lasting piece closer.
- 1:27:56Speaker 1: Nobody wants peace more than the Ukrainians, he said, Tim
- 1:28:00Speaker 1: and I stand ready to work under President Trump's strong
- 1:28:04Speaker 1: leadership to get a peace that lasts. We do really
- 1:28:08Speaker 1: value how much America has done to help Ukraine maintain
- 1:28:13Speaker 1: its sovereignty and independence. Regarding the agreement on Minerals and Security,
- 1:28:18Speaker 1: Ukraine is ready to sign it at any time that
- 1:28:22Speaker 1: is convenient for you. I appreciate that he sent this letter,
- 1:28:27Speaker 1: just got it a little while ago. Simultaneously, we've had
- 1:28:30Speaker 1: serious discussions with Russia and have received strong signals that
- 1:28:35Speaker 1: they are ready for peace. Wouldn't that be beautiful? Wouldn't
- 1:28:38Speaker 1: that be beautiful? Wouldn't that be beautiful. It's time to
- 1:29:00Speaker 1: stop this madness. It's time to halt the killing. It's
- 1:29:04Speaker 1: time to end the senseless war. If you want to
- 1:29:08Speaker 1: end wars, you have to talk to both sides. Nearly
- 1:29:11Speaker 1: four years ago, amid rising tensions, a history teacher named
- 1:29:16Speaker 1: Mark Fogel was detained in Russia and sentenced to fourteen
- 1:29:20Speaker 1: years in a penal colony. Rough stuff. The previous administration
- 1:29:27Speaker 1: barely lifted a finger to help him. They knew he
- 1:29:29Speaker 1: was innocent, but they had no idea where to begin.
- 1:29:33Speaker 1: But last summer I promised his ninety five year old mother, Malphine,
- 1:29:38Speaker 1: that we would bring her boy safely back home after
- 1:29:43Speaker 1: twenty two days in office. I did just that, and
- 1:29:47Speaker 1: they are here tonight to Mark and his great mom.
- 1:30:31Speaker 1: We are delighted to have you safe and sound and
- 1:30:34Speaker 1: with us. As fate would have it. Mark Vogel was
- 1:30:39Speaker 1: born in a small rural town in Butler, Pennsylvania. Have
- 1:30:45Speaker 1: you heard of it? Where his mother has lived for
- 1:30:48Speaker 1: the past seventy eight years. I just happened to go
- 1:30:52Speaker 1: there last July thirteenth for a rally that was not pleasant,
- 1:31:00Speaker 1: and that is where I met his beautiful mom right
- 1:31:04Speaker 1: before I walked onto that stage, and I told her
- 1:31:09Speaker 1: I would not forget what she said about her son,
- 1:31:12Speaker 1: and I never did. Did I never forgot. Less than
- 1:31:16Speaker 1: ten minutes later, at that same rally, gunfire rang out
- 1:31:23Speaker 1: and a sick and deranged assassin unloaded eight bullets from
- 1:31:27Speaker 1: his sniper's perch into a crowd of many thousands of people.
- 1:31:32Speaker 1: My life was saved by a fraction of an inch,
- 1:31:35Speaker 1: but some were not so lucky. Corey, Comparatore, was a firefighter,
- 1:31:42Speaker 1: a veteran, a Christian, a husband, a devoted father, and
- 1:31:46Speaker 1: above all, a protector. When the sound of gunshots pierced
- 1:31:52Speaker 1: the air was a horrible sound, Corey knew instantly what
- 1:31:57Speaker 1: it was and what to do. He threw himself on
- 1:32:00Speaker 1: top of his wife and daughters and shielded them from
- 1:32:04Speaker 1: the bullets with his own body. Corey was hit really hard.
- 1:32:12Speaker 1: You know the story. From there, he sacrificed his life
- 1:32:15Speaker 1: to save theirs. Two others, very fine people, were also
- 1:32:19Speaker 1: seriously hit, but thankfully, with the help of two great
- 1:32:24Speaker 1: country doctors. We thought they were gone and they were saved.
- 1:32:29Speaker 1: So those doctors had great talent. Were joined by Corey's wife, Helen,
- 1:32:36Speaker 1: who was his high school sweetheart, and their two beloved daughters,
- 1:32:40Speaker 1: Alison and Kaylee. Thank you to Helen, Allison and Kaylee.
- 1:33:20Speaker 1: Corey is looking down on his three beautiful ladies right now,
- 1:33:25Speaker 1: and he is cheering you on. He loves you, He
- 1:33:28Speaker 1: is cheering you on. Corey was taken from us much
- 1:33:32Speaker 1: too soon, but his destiny was to leave us all
- 1:33:35Speaker 1: with a shining example of the selfless devotion of a
- 1:33:39Speaker 1: true American patriot. It was love like Corey's that built
- 1:33:44Speaker 1: our country, and it's love like Corey's that is going
- 1:33:46Speaker 1: to make our country more majestic than ever before. I
- 1:33:51Speaker 1: believe that my life was saved that day in Butler
- 1:33:55Speaker 1: for a very good reason. I was saved by God
- 1:33:58Speaker 1: to make America agree. I believe that Thank you, happy,
- 1:34:23Speaker 1: Thank you very much. From the patriots of Lexington and Concord,
- 1:34:27Speaker 1: to the heroes of Gettysburg and Normandy, from the warriors
- 1:34:31Speaker 1: who crossed the Delaware, to the trail blazers who climbed
- 1:34:35Speaker 1: the Rockies, and from the legends who soared at Kitty
- 1:34:39Speaker 1: Hawk to the astronauts who touched the moon. Americans have
- 1:34:44Speaker 1: always been the people who defied all arts, transcended all dangers,
- 1:34:49Speaker 1: made the most extraordinary sacrifices, and did whatever it took
- 1:34:53Speaker 1: to defend our children, our country, and our freedom. And
- 1:34:57Speaker 1: as we have seen in this chamber, to that same strength, faith, love,
- 1:35:03Speaker 1: and spirit is still alive and thriving in the hearts
- 1:35:06Speaker 1: of the American people. Despite the best efforts of those
- 1:35:11Speaker 1: who would try to censor us, silence us, break us,
- 1:35:14Speaker 1: destroy us. Americans are today a proud, free, sovereign, and
- 1:35:18Speaker 1: independent nation that will always be free, and we will
- 1:35:25Speaker 1: fight for it till death. We will never let anything
- 1:35:29Speaker 1: happen to our beloved country, because we are a country
- 1:35:33Speaker 1: of doers, dreamers, fighters, and survivors. Our ancestors crossed a
- 1:35:38Speaker 1: vast ocean, strode into the unknown wilderness, and carved their
- 1:35:43Speaker 1: fortunes from the rock and soil of a perilous and
- 1:35:47Speaker 1: very dangerous frontier. They chased our destiny across a boundless continent.
- 1:35:54Speaker 1: They built the railroads, laid the highways, and grace the
- 1:35:57Speaker 1: world with American marvels like the Empire State Building, the
- 1:36:02Speaker 1: mighty Hoover Dam, and the towering Golden gate Bridge. They
- 1:36:08Speaker 1: lit the world with electricity, broke free of the force
- 1:36:12Speaker 1: of gravity, fired up the engines of American industry, vanquished
- 1:36:17Speaker 1: the communists, Fascists, and Marxists all over the world, and
- 1:36:23Speaker 1: gave us countless modern wonders sculpted out of iron, glass,
- 1:36:27Speaker 1: and steel. We stand on the shoulders of these pioneers
- 1:36:31Speaker 1: who won and built the modern age, These workers who
- 1:36:35Speaker 1: poured their sweat into the skylines of our cities, These
- 1:36:39Speaker 1: warriors who shed their blood on fields of battle and
- 1:36:43Speaker 1: gave everything they had for our rights and for our freedom.
- 1:36:48Speaker 1: Now it is our time to take up the righteous
- 1:36:51Speaker 1: cause of American liberty, and it is our turn to
- 1:36:54Speaker 1: take American's destiny into our own hands and begin the
- 1:36:59Speaker 1: most thrilling day in the history of our country. This
- 1:37:03Speaker 1: will be our greatest era. With God's help, over the
- 1:37:07Speaker 1: next four years, we are going to lead this nation
- 1:37:10Speaker 1: even higher, and we are going to forge the freest,
- 1:37:15Speaker 1: most advanced, most dynamic, and most dominant civilization ever to
- 1:37:21Speaker 1: exist on the face of this earth. We are going
- 1:37:24Speaker 1: to create the highest quality of life, build the safest
- 1:37:28Speaker 1: and wealthiest and the healthiest and most vital communities anywhere
- 1:37:33Speaker 1: in the world. We are going to conquer the vast
- 1:37:36Speaker 1: frontiers of science, and we are going to lead humanity
- 1:37:41Speaker 1: into space and plant the American flag on the planet
- 1:37:44Speaker 1: Mars and even far beyond. And through it all, we
- 1:38:07Speaker 1: are going to rediscover the unstoppable power of the American spirit,
- 1:38:13Speaker 1: and we are going to renew unlimited promise of the
- 1:38:16Speaker 1: American dream. Every single day, we will stand up and
- 1:38:20Speaker 1: we will fight, fight, fight for the country our citizens
- 1:38:24Speaker 1: believe in, and for the country our people deserve. My
- 1:38:51Speaker 1: fellow Americans, get ready for an incredible future, because the
- 1:38:56Speaker 1: Golden Age of America has only just begun. It will
- 1:39:01Speaker 1: be like nothing that has ever been seen before. Thank you,
