- 0:00Do that. No, let's never do that.
- 0:02We're never doing that again. No, you know what?
- 0:04We are doing this this happy. I was gonna say happy Friday.
- 0:08No. Oh, happy Friday, Eve.
- 0:10Friday Eve. But it's Thursday, so it's Eve
- 0:12Eve. Happy Friday Eve Eve.
- 0:14No, it's still Friday Eve if it's Thursday.
- 0:18Oh, there you go. I think that's the only day to
- 0:19Friday Eve. Friday Junior.
- 0:22Yeah, guys, it's almost the weekend.
- 0:24It's crazy, I know. And if you're lucky and you work
- 0:26a nine to five job in an office where they like like you, it's a
- 0:30three day weekend. It's a three day weekend.
- 0:32With a crazy back story happening right now with the
- 0:34whole says our Chavez stuff surprised.
- 0:38I really to be honest don't know much about him.
- 0:41Are we shocked? No never.
- 0:44And in power abusing that power, are we shocked?
- 0:46No. No.
- 0:48Well, happy Farmers Appreciation Day.
- 0:51Yes, yes, because without farmers.
- 0:54We have no. Food.
- 0:55We would have nothing. Literally nothing.
- 0:57So thank you to all the farmers who sacrificed their time and
- 1:00efforts and energies into feeding us.
- 1:02And they should be paid more. Fun fact, I met the Lotus Huerta
- 1:08in college. What?
- 1:10It was at a convention at UCLAI forget.
- 1:12Dang, I've only seen her from far away.
- 1:14Hi how you doing friend? Guys, I don't know what I'm
- 1:18dealing with, but today Jerry's going to have to bring 70% of
- 1:22the energy. I can maybe bring 30.
- 1:26I feel so nasty. And if you do the math, that's a
- 1:30lot. Yeah, Jerry, I have full faith
- 1:33that you can carry this podcast on your shoulders.
- 1:36I have faith that you can deadlift me.
- 1:39If there's one thing I can't do right now is lift anything.
- 1:43I have no quad muscle. I got nothing going for me right
- 1:45now. Damn I did join a wise I put in.
- 1:49I signed a waiver to join a player pool to play baseball on
- 1:54Sundays. So what?
- 1:56My quads will come back? Dang, stay tuned.
- 1:58Oh, can't wait to witness. I'm going to treat for literally
- 2:03anyone who gets to look at you. I'm going to buy the tightest SH
- 2:07medium baseball pants so. I see skinny jeans and.
- 2:11I was going to be, they're going to be skinny jeans because
- 2:13they're going to be like the like, they're going to be like
- 2:15Kiki Hernandez. No, no, no, we can't.
- 2:18We can't do that. No, no, no, no, you can't.
- 2:23Listen if you if you know. We will be looking
- 2:26disrespectfully, Jerry, That's it's not allowed.
- 2:29It's. Just just go ahead and contact
- 2:31my wife and give her 5 bucks and then yeah she.
- 2:34You can look from very far away. And I do, I think it's fine from
- 2:37very far away. No, I'm kidding.
- 2:39I won't be wearing size medium pad.
- 2:41But yeah, so I'm, I'm excited for that.
- 2:43That's cool. That's something I did over the
- 2:44weekend. Oh my God, everyone should have
- 2:46hobbies, I love that. I I went down to to hometown
- 2:53buffet over the weekend. Hometown buffet, dude, I wish
- 2:57fuck, we can, we can talk about that rest hours, rest MP.
- 2:59I think they're closed, but childhood memories core.
- 3:02So I went home. I went to the hometown over the
- 3:04weekend, reunited with some great friends.
- 3:06They're doing great, family's doing great.
- 3:10But it reminded me that I haven't played sports in a long
- 3:13time because all my friends like, you know, down there play.
- 3:16I grew up playing sports with so I was like, you know what, I'm
- 3:18going to get back to to our base to like our home base and I'm
- 3:26going to sign up for this league and I signed up for the league.
- 3:28It's free. So I'm waiting to hear back.
- 3:31Who knows if it happens, if it's if it happens, it's meant to be.
- 3:33Do they have tryouts? Like do you have to go and
- 3:34practice? So they do, they have tryouts
- 3:36and then like there's different teams that pick you up and
- 3:39stuff. But I think that already
- 3:40happened. I think it already started.
- 3:42So I I put in my name late so I don't know how it's going.
- 3:45To work no manifest it. No, I am.
- 3:46I really want it to happen. I want to play.
- 3:48The power of attraction. You just say that you're going
- 3:50to and you will. I signed up, so it's.
- 3:53Going to happen. That's already one step ahead.
- 3:55Yeah, yeah. That's amazing.
- 3:57Yeah, that's not for me. I'll be watching.
- 3:59Yes, please. Hopefully there's like a
- 4:01respirable lady or something. I probably probably it's not
- 4:04that far. When I used to go to my
- 4:06brother's games when he played soccer, the only reason I would
- 4:08go is because there was a lady who sold tortas de hamon,
- 4:13mayonesa and onion, and I thought it was a delicacy.
- 4:16Damn, dude, literally my mom said you want to go to the game
- 4:19and I say you got money for it? Torta.
- 4:20Yeah, She'd be like, yes, there we go.
- 4:23I'm already our seat belt on. Let's go chop chop.
- 4:26We got a game to win. Never saw the game.
- 4:30No, I would go walk to the lady and get my torta and I'd just
- 4:33sit down in the shade and. And that took all 60 minutes of
- 4:37the game. Exactly all 90 minutes of the
- 4:39game. Yeah, no, I think at that age I
- 4:41had my Game Boy too. So we just sit there with Game
- 4:43Boy. Dude at a park in shade with the
- 4:46Torta and your Game Boy playing Pokémon Jerry, that's going back
- 4:49to our last question from last week.
- 4:51When was like a perfect time in your life?
- 4:52When was it like, you know, no worries, everything was perfect
- 4:56that. Having my Game Boy Advance SP,
- 4:59my blue one fully charged up Wow with my Pokémon a sapphire on it
- 5:04just grinding. So leaf green, but that's a good
- 5:08one. Yeah, but but Sapphire was for
- 5:10sure, yeah. It's funny you mentioned this
- 5:12because yesterday we're recording this on Monday.
- 5:15Sorry, Pot. Thursday, but it's Thursday, but
- 5:18it's Thursday, but it's Thursday, but it's Thursday.
- 5:20But yesterday I was spent the day just doing what I needed to
- 5:23do, doing my chores, did the grocery shopping.
- 5:27And it was such a beautiful day. I know we're in spring and the
- 5:30weekend before it was like almost 100°.
- 5:33This weekend was nice. It was like high 80s.
- 5:35Yeah, the sun was out. Unfortunately, Jerry was out in
- 5:41San Diego. But imagine going to the park
- 5:44and just playing video games. Yeah, hello.
- 5:48Instead of like a reading, which I I did a lot last summer, I
- 5:52would go to the park and read. Now I can go play Pokémon.
- 5:54Pokémon my Poco be a world. That's crazy because in the park
- 5:58you're you're like in a real park, but you're playing in a
- 6:01pokey park, cookie park with Pokémon around you and then
- 6:04there's like animals around you in real life like it's wow.
- 6:07That's not a meta. I know we should do it.
- 6:09Pencil that in. Write it down.
- 6:11Open it down. Someone write this down and then
- 6:12remind me. Yeah.
- 6:13And then we'll go. Yeah, you, you give us a detail.
- 6:16Send us the. The oh, there's one person I
- 6:18know who would be so down if they don't bring this up next
- 6:21time I see them after this podcast, I'm going to be so
- 6:23shocked, OK? But you know who you are.
- 6:25And if you're sitting there questioning me, is it me?
- 6:27Yes, it's you. Wow, do I know who this is?
- 6:31Yeah, we've talked about him, yeah.
- 6:35I didn't. I did.
- 6:36The he did the letter of their first name ASL.
- 6:39Letter Yeah, here, here. I want this for you guys.
- 6:41Can you? Can you see?
- 6:42So tired you're running through my mind.
- 6:44Can you see? All day.
- 6:47Do they look both ways? Before they cross the street.
- 6:49I sure hope so. I'm for the confidence they
- 6:54don't have to. There's nothing else going on in
- 6:55there. No one else is running.
- 6:58The the Pokémon and Pokopia are running around playing tag.
- 7:01It's the building plans, like what am I building next?
- 7:04I just build a A. A little market stall, what I
- 7:07need to do next to hospital, who knows what furniture can I steal
- 7:11from my house? Damn.
- 7:15In Pocopia anything is up for grabs.
- 7:17I'm the main character, you know.
- 7:19I know we've been talking about this guys, but if you haven't
- 7:21seen Pocopia play, like just play throughs or any videos
- 7:24that's Brian that Brian has posted, they're so fucking
- 7:27adorable, like wholesome. My first question because he was
- 7:30showing us, he was giving us a tour of his his little town.
- 7:34So much I need to give you an update.
- 7:36Well, I'm here now. Yeah, but it's the only feature.
- 7:40My only critique is that you can't hug them.
- 7:42Oh, you're right. If there was a hugging feature
- 7:44like bam, like a little 300 hours, what have you been doing
- 7:48in 300 hours? Just hugging hugging every
- 7:50single Pokémon in the Pokedex just to see what it looks like
- 7:53there like are you are how are you?
- 7:54What is it? What's the question you ask him?
- 7:55How are you? How are things or?
- 7:58What's your comfort level? What's your comfort level?
- 8:00Something. Like that, if it's great, hug.
- 8:02If it's not, well, let's. What do you need?
- 8:04What do you need do for you? OK, now you're good hug.
- 8:06Oh. My God, sometimes they're just
- 8:08like, I want a little decoration.
- 8:09So you go and you put like a wooden barrel and they are like,
- 8:12Oh my God, that's the best thing I've ever seen.
- 8:14Thank you so much for my wooden barrel.
- 8:18The AI auto fill that's crazy. The code OK.
- 8:23Sorry, I was taking too much time with Pokémon.
- 8:26Jerry came to me with an idea, so I'm not.
- 8:28I'll let him take take it away. This is it's an idea that's been
- 8:31it's been thrown about, it's been mentioned by a couple of
- 8:33our friends. There's a lot of stories on
- 8:35Reddit that we came across and we're going to be talking about
- 8:40today. So Brian and I went in, we found
- 8:42some resources and some stories. We're going to be giving you our
- 8:45top three stories from these Reddit posts and then we're just
- 8:49going to discuss. It's going to be a more light
- 8:51hearted episode, of course, still on the creepy, paranormal,
- 8:54supernatural side, but we just want you all to be here for the
- 8:56ride. Take a seat, put your put your,
- 8:58kick your feet up, lay back and get your drink of choice.
- 9:02Hot, cold room temp because you got to have all three at once.
- 9:07At once. Yeah, yeah, at once.
- 9:09And then just chill. Yeah, listen to the Daily BJ do
- 9:12Reddit stories. Yeah, Brian.
- 9:14Do you want to go first? I see you have your phone out.
- 9:16I have my phone out, I guess I can go first.
- 9:19So I am not a redditor. My random Reddit name given to
- 9:26me. You might like this.
- 9:26Jerry is called equivalent bird. I was going to spit out my
- 9:30drink. Where did you find that?
- 9:33If you have the app and you go on the bottom right corner where
- 9:36it says you, it shows your profile and it says my name is
- 9:39equivalent Bert. Oh.
- 9:40I need to be download Reddit. How would you you're using it
- 9:44online? You're crazy.
- 9:46Sorry, I don't have the storage. OK, well then Jerry sent me this
- 9:52link of. It was a compilation post of
- 9:57little rabbit holes to go down from and there was a couple that
- 10:02captured my attention. So what I mostly have is just
- 10:05like a small collection so it's not necessarily 3 long stories
- 10:09but there's there's three topics that I would like to go through
- 10:12and read. The first one being the question
- 10:18is how username is deleted. This is from 7 years ago so I'm
- 10:22so sorry. Redditors who have lived in a
- 10:25haunted house, what are your most unexplainable paranormal
- 10:29experiences? The first response is from a
- 10:34user named Tiff TI FF7. Years ago, in 2012, my
- 10:40stepfather overdosed on heroin and dropped dead in the hallway
- 10:43in his condo apartment. My mom.
- 10:46They're British. My mom had to move out shortly
- 10:48after since they were already behind on mortgage bills.
- 10:51A few months later, my lease went up and I was barely making
- 10:53ends meet and couldn't find a new roommate.
- 10:56My mom offered me the key to the condo apartment to squat for a
- 10:59few months until I saved up enough for my own apartment.
- 11:02I took the offer and moved into the condo apartment.
- 11:04After a month or so I was asleep in the living room and I had
- 11:08this dream of him standing in the hallway facing the living
- 11:10room. He was looking at me and smiling
- 11:13slash laughing. Even made a stupid joke and
- 11:16everything. It wasn't disturbing at all,
- 11:18just bitter sweet. Then I suddenly woke when I felt
- 11:20some pressure stroking down my head and back.
- 11:23There was nothing around me and it tripped me the hell out.
- 11:26As a skeptical person that doesn't believe in the
- 11:28paranormal, it has to be some kind of sensory hallucination.
- 11:32It was still nice to see him in my dream once again though.
- 11:34Made me tear up typing this. Rest in peace Darren.
- 11:37Mildly interesting fact, he dropped dead on July 13th in
- 11:402012 on a Friday the 13th. Wow.
- 11:45That's crazy. Yeah.
- 11:46I have a lot of dreams of my dad.
- 11:48I have no idea how it would react to, like, having a
- 11:52physical sensation. Yeah.
- 11:55But sometimes like your mind is so crazy because it can
- 11:58transport you in an instant somewhere just based on smell
- 12:01alone. Mm hmm.
- 12:03Like this happens a lot when I enter certain coffee shops.
- 12:05Like I'll take a smell and it if it has this like brick kind of
- 12:09smell, it takes me to an exact house that I remember.
- 12:13And I still have some of my my dad's clothes and like some
- 12:16Ziploc bags. And if I'm ever digging for
- 12:19something, if I catch a whiff of it, I'm like.
- 12:21Yeah. That's so Raven fully
- 12:22transported somewhere else. Yeah, it's, it's so unique.
- 12:25I wish. Like one of my goals in life is
- 12:28for someone to recognize a coffee smell and associate it
- 12:32to, oh, that's a Jerry's house. Most like what?
- 12:34That's cool. That's cool.
- 12:36There's a there's sorry, a fun fact.
- 12:38There's a coffee brand in Morelia in Michoacan that we've
- 12:42been going there for like since I, I was a baby.
- 12:45I think it's La Lucha and they have a coffee shop.
- 12:48They sell little grinded up coffee or or beans and it has
- 12:52such a distinct smell like no other coffee like that I've
- 12:55smelled that I've tasted has ever compared to that coffee and
- 13:00not just think like how it tastes, but just how it smells
- 13:02it. I I love it.
- 13:04I'm in love with it. But anyways.
- 13:05Are you allowed to bring some back?
- 13:06If it's grinded up? Grind it up because I know if
- 13:08you're not supposed to bring like any kind of beans.
- 13:10Yeah, or like seeds, produce of any kind.
- 13:12Yeah, no. Grind it up, it should be fun.
- 13:15Oh OK let me read one of the responses.
- 13:18OK there because there's a there's a few.
- 13:20This is from a deleted user also seven years ago.
- 13:23Sorry to hear about your stepfather.
- 13:24My sister committed suicide 20 years ago and five years later I
- 13:28was visiting my parents house. They moved my sister's bed, an
- 13:32old cast iron bed that's been in the family for a few
- 13:34generations, to my old room and I slept on it that night.
- 13:38Just before I fell asleep I felt someone put both hands on my
- 13:40back and kiss my cheek. I thought it was my mom, so I
- 13:44sat up and looked, but no one was there.
- 13:46My first instinct was to feel scared, because I definitely
- 13:48felt those physical sensations, but I didn't feel scared.
- 13:52I felt a palpable sense of peace and love.
- 13:54I still wonder if that was my sister's spirit.
- 13:58This next one is a little interesting.
- 14:00In the timeline, my dad died just before yours.
- 14:03After my dad passed, things would move around the house
- 14:05randomly. Things that had been lost for
- 14:07years would appear. Things that used to belong to
- 14:10him would pop up in bizarre, nearly impossible places.
- 14:13Love poems he wrote that no one ever saw before would be left
- 14:16out on my mom's desk for her to find.
- 14:18He had very distinctive handwriting and spelling, all
- 14:21sweet and funny things. This went on for over a year.
- 14:25When my mom moved out and I tried to rent it out, a sink
- 14:27hole developed under the foundation.
- 14:29The whole house split in two. The pipes snapped, flooding
- 14:32several rooms, and the ceiling caved in.
- 14:34If he's still leaving sweet notes and gifts now there's no
- 14:37one there to see it. He was murdered, so I think his
- 14:39ghost was nice to mom while she was there, but as soon as she
- 14:41was safely out of the way he got to let loose and be angry.
- 14:45Yeah, I am certain he wanted to make sure she was never tempted
- 14:48to return back there so she wouldn't be killed too.
- 14:51Wow, how are you just going to leave us hanging without the?
- 14:55Murder story for real? Dude, he, he really broke.
- 14:59Oh my God, Someone asked. No way.
- 15:01Wow, Who murdered him? Was his death salt never solved
- 15:05but the police didn't try very hard.
- 15:07Small corrupt town. I sometimes feel like dad is a
- 15:10little bit reenacting the end of Stephen King's Carry Winky face.
- 15:13Wow the house is such a portal to hell not even the meth heads
- 15:17will squat in it. Actually bugs and rodents
- 15:19wouldn't even infest it. It's seriously creepy.
- 15:22That says a lot. I think it's it, it says a lot
- 15:27because it could, it could either influence the animals not
- 15:30wanting to enter because of the energy, whatever is there in the
- 15:32presence. But also if there was, it could
- 15:35also be a reason of like high indications of some sort of like
- 15:38paranormal activity and energy and a portal of some kind.
- 15:43Do you think there's different vibes to a haunted house if you
- 15:46believe you know who the haunting ghost is?
- 15:50Because imagine moving into a house that's haunted and some
- 15:52weird things start happening. But let's say someone you live
- 15:55with passes and then like the guy, the guy's ghost leaving
- 16:00notes that there's a lot more wholesome as opposed to what are
- 16:04these strange notes? Yeah, who's leaving them?
- 16:06Yep, Yep. I think when it's associated to
- 16:08someone that, you know, the connection in like the the
- 16:12physical might manifest in those like positive interactions.
- 16:16Whereas when it's someone random, you're just like, bro,
- 16:19I've never seen this note in my life.
- 16:20Like this is negative. This has to be negative, you
- 16:23know, Yeah, I think, I think it matters.
- 16:26I think it changes your the way you describe things too cause a
- 16:29caress on the cheek is different than Oh my God something slapped
- 16:33me. Yeah, yeah, but you feel the
- 16:35exact same feeling in the same location.
- 16:37Something cold grazed me. You're like, you know, it was
- 16:40something warm that like, caressed my cheek.
- 16:42Yeah. Yeah, for sure.
- 16:45I don't know if I could still react as I don't think I'd find
- 16:48comfort in a supernatural like touch of any kind.
- 16:55Same. Like I just, I just can't.
- 16:57I can't. I don't want to picture it, I
- 16:59don't want to feel it, I don't want to experience it.
- 17:01But I will say, I think that just the foundation of that, of
- 17:05that whole situation was a little faulty.
- 17:08I also like the idea that ghosts have full autonomy to be like,
- 17:13I'm going to leave really good cute little things for you, but
- 17:16as soon as you're out, I'm pulling out all the stops and
- 17:18I'm going to demon mode. Yeah.
- 17:20It's like I'm I'm bringing this house with me.
- 17:23I'm bringing this sinkhole down. The hell.
- 17:24It's like I'm going to, I'm going to, I need all these
- 17:26materials. I'm going to take it to the
- 17:27other side, build my exact replica home and continue
- 17:31living. Livin.
- 17:33Wow, the scary. Yeah.
- 17:37OK, your turn. My turn.
- 17:40Mine's a little short. The topic of this Reddit post
- 17:43was creepiest, strangest things that has happened to you.
- 17:47Friend, family member that creeps you out to this day.
- 17:53Did you say the the username if it was there?
- 17:55Yeah, OK. User Omegatron 88.
- 17:59So they lived in the Hollywood, Hollywood Hills and happened in
- 18:03the early 80s. There was a crazy knocking at my
- 18:06door at 9 PMI go to answer the door and there's a lady standing
- 18:10there just hysterical talking about there's so much blood.
- 18:14She looks normal and is dressed in clean clothing so we let her
- 18:17in. First mistake.
- 18:19First of all, she tells a story about seeing someone get
- 18:25stabbed. I call the police.
- 18:28Two uniformed LAPD officers arrive in 10 minutes.
- 18:31They take the lady away and tell us that she was reported
- 18:35missing, has a mental condition, and lives up the street.
- 18:38All good, OK. No, that's not all good.
- 18:40Where'd the blood come from? All good.
- 18:42Was her Her. Oh OK, once again, clean
- 18:46clothing. Not a single trace of blood on
- 18:48her clothing. Just the hands.
- 18:50Apparently OK. Oh no, no, no, no.
- 18:55Nothing on her hands. What?
- 18:56Where did the blood come from? She just said there's so much
- 18:58blood. She was hysterical.
- 18:59She said there's so much blood. 30 minutes later, another knock
- 19:04at the door, two different cops this time responding to the
- 19:08call. They have no idea who the other
- 19:10two cops were. Take our information and
- 19:12statements description of the officers and the lady.
- 19:15Radio conversations back and forth ensue and they really
- 19:20don't know or have any idea how any other cops would have could
- 19:23have picked her up because they were given the call 40 minutes
- 19:26ago. So they were just given that
- 19:29information. Those other two cops came before
- 19:31the 30 minutes like crazy. The wacky super super super
- 19:36well. OK, so there's insinuating that
- 19:38there was fake cops coming who took this lady who said there
- 19:41was a lot of blood. We need to, we need to do
- 19:45research. The comments deleted Oh no,
- 19:48sorry studio support. I think the first tip off were
- 19:53those LAPD officers who were fake, and they responded so
- 19:56quickly. So, you know, the people have
- 19:58scanners in their cars. Like, yeah, it's not.
- 20:00It's a people were listening. So maybe they were listening,
- 20:03they had fake costumes or some sort and they responded, took
- 20:07the person and left. The other comment by Alarid.
- 20:14I think the cops killed someone and she saw someone said holy.
- 20:19I just stopped sipping my mocha mid sip.
- 20:24And yeah, the rest of them are just reacting to it.
- 20:26So imagine that. Imagine you call.
- 20:28First of all, why you inviting people in your in your home?
- 20:30I mean I get it, people can be hysterical.
- 20:32They might need help for sure. No, but you're staying outside.
- 20:34But yeah, but also, yeah, we're staying here.
- 20:35Like, you know, you're not alone.
- 20:37I'm here with you. Yeah, I'm going to call the cops
- 20:39from behind my door. Yeah.
- 20:41You stay out there, sit down. Yeah, I'm gonna look you over
- 20:44and make sure you're not carrying any kind of weapon or
- 20:45something. Yeah, easily could be a a setup
- 20:48for. Something.
- 20:48Yeah, of course. That's like a scam.
- 20:51Yeah. Being like, oh, I need help come
- 20:53out here. Yeah.
- 20:54Next thing you know, what if, Well, different theory, but the
- 20:57three of them were involved and they were trying to get the
- 20:59person in the house to like come out and follow them or
- 21:01something. Could be so many, so many
- 21:05different scenarios that could have played out, but having two
- 21:08cops show up like they're just so like nonchalant about it.
- 21:11Like, Oh yeah, we got it, she lives up the street, blah, blah,
- 21:13blah and that's it. And then to have follow up,
- 21:17that's where the Ring cameras at when you most need them.
- 21:21I'm going to take this on a really weird turn but I've been
- 21:26getting a lot of content on like parallel universes and like
- 21:31universe jumping and there was 2 examples that I saw today.
- 21:37One of which was a lady who says every time she goes and drinks
- 21:42her coffee from her mug it's her favorite mug.
- 21:45Said she loves it because she has this lid that fits perfectly
- 21:48on it so she could sleep her teeth.
- 21:50It was muggy. It was not muggy.
- 21:52I mean, yes, it was giving mug. She says she always remembers it
- 21:57having like a chip or she always envisions it chipping or
- 22:01breaking that at this point it's stressing her out.
- 22:05So she said in order for me to finally deal with this, I'm
- 22:09going to break it. So she did.
- 22:12She breaks it, starts crying like full on.
- 22:15Like you see relief and I don't I, I should have bookmarked
- 22:19these because I knew I wanted to talk about them.
- 22:21Get another video. Don't know if it's the same lady
- 22:24could have been, but this lady also talking about I think it
- 22:29was talking about the jumping through universes, different
- 22:32realities. She talks about these four bowls
- 22:36that she has that she stole from Starbucks when she worked there,
- 22:39that they are these white bowls with colored rings, red, green,
- 22:44yellow, blue. OK, four colors, RGB Yes.
- 22:47And she makes an emphasis on the fork.
- 22:49She says I these have moved every time I've moved and I have
- 22:53a particular way of putting them out, like they go in my cupboard
- 22:56as four. They either go in a full stack
- 22:59with all the colors or I separate them two and two.
- 23:04Why is there a fifth one and there's a a second yellow one?
- 23:08Oh no, that was that was just me.
- 23:10That was just me playing prop. Hunt.
- 23:11Oh my God. Yeah, yeah.
- 23:12And then I just, that was you pretending.
- 23:13Yeah, yeah, I just, I like, I'm like, oh, perfect plate.
- 23:15Yes. She's not going to notice.
- 23:16I'm going to go into this lady's house and I'm just going to.
- 23:19It's you. It's it's just me.
- 23:20I'm playing Prop Hunt. You were the chipped mug and now
- 23:23you're the extra bowl. She tried to break me but I I I
- 23:27put true. Fake.
- 23:28It could have been a sound effect.
- 23:29She never unravelled it. Whoa.
- 23:33So therefore, what if the first set of cops were from a
- 23:37different universe? And they just took the other
- 23:41person who was. Also, or that whole situation,
- 23:43was it happening in another universe, slipped through time
- 23:46and space to end up at her door? If if events were like that were
- 23:51to happen, I feel like time jumpers.
- 23:55I think that maybe that's what they're called.
- 23:56They could be. Are would be going to like the
- 23:5980s like older like you know, not current time because of the
- 24:03sick technology, you know? No, but I think it's not like
- 24:05technology. I think it's like a glitch in
- 24:06the matrix type thing where the timelines are emerging at the
- 24:10same moment. OK.
- 24:11OK. So would you say it's similar to
- 24:14like residual hunting? I know we've talked about that
- 24:17in the past where it's just different timelines that are
- 24:19like over replaying maybe in our current times.
- 24:23I think the the issue is it's a timeline that's eerily similar
- 24:27that something slips through. OK there was another TikTok.
- 24:30This one was a different lady where she was she had a hair
- 24:34clip in her hair. She want to go like sit
- 24:38somewhere where it got in the way.
- 24:39So she did it, put in her in her sweat shirt pocket when she want
- 24:45to go do something. Her clip or her ponytail?
- 24:48No, her, clip her. It's like a little clip.
- 24:50Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So just take it out, put it in
- 24:52her, OK? That she want to go get it out,
- 24:57put it back in her hair. Crazy.
- 25:00Nothing crazy. Later she feels something in her
- 25:03pocket reaches in the second clock clip identical to the
- 25:06first one and she's like you guys, I I did get these dollar
- 25:10Dollar Tree. If you're a Dollar Tree worker,
- 25:11you could have told me yeah, they come in a 2 pack, but there
- 25:15was only one clip when I put it in my pocket.
- 25:18Why is there 2? Sorry, this let me down into
- 25:23the. No, I get it.
- 25:24The stuff I I saw on TikTok today.
- 25:26I feel like when you have when you know, when you know, it's
- 25:29like to your core that you're not tripping, like because you
- 25:31know, you're not crazy. I feel like just my two brain
- 25:35cells would just be like, oh, sick, like a second plate.
- 25:38Now I have two yellow plates. Dope.
- 25:40And then just roll with it. No questioning, just like hell
- 25:42yeah, thanks universe. Like I appreciate you.
- 25:45And then the clip too. I just feel like sick.
- 25:47Like I must have bought 2. Like no, not even that.
- 25:50Just be like, wow, cool. Like I'm I'm not going to trip
- 25:52out because it's like mentally speaking too much for me to it's
- 25:55just too much. So I'm just going to accept it
- 25:57and then just move on. I don't know if that's like the
- 25:59purpose of it. Maybe they're they, they want to
- 26:01fuck with you and like that Thailand are like, no, like
- 26:03let's give them a second clip. Yeah, they want to see who's
- 26:06being receptive. Yeah, but I'm not going to play
- 26:08that game. Oh damn.
- 26:09So like in a way, my two brain cells are actually like elite,
- 26:12like S tier brain cells, you know?
- 26:15Good for you. Yeah, thanks, but that is trippy
- 26:19as fuck. Right?
- 26:22Like damn. Look, miso soup.
- 26:25I love how I fucked it up. It's I really want miso soup.
- 26:29Oh look, miso soup. Anyways.
- 26:31There were ice cream balls. You know what was the scariest
- 26:33part of your first stories? And I forgot to mention her
- 26:36lease renewing and having to pay because it's going to increase.
- 26:40You're like no, nothing fucking worse than that.
- 26:44What an increase in your release renewal from the first story
- 26:47before this. Oh my God, I forgot all about.
- 26:49That I know I had to bring it up.
- 26:50I didn't want you see my other brain cell remembered and told
- 26:52my other brain cell that, which then told me you.
- 26:54Gotta bring this up again. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 26:56It's like, dude, don't forget the scariest part of that first
- 26:58story. True.
- 27:00Wow. Talk about timing.
- 27:01Anything else you want to add to that story?
- 27:03Because I did I, I feel like I stole that.
- 27:05You stole what? It's just your time.
- 27:07My time. Yeah, it's like I talked so much
- 27:10over you. No, what do you This is your
- 27:11story, This is your bit. Guys, I'm loopy.
- 27:15I'm fully just like the room is spinning.
- 27:17He's on the just kidding gets on.
- 27:18I just feel nasty. He's on the non drowsy
- 27:19medication and he's drowsy. Guys, dude, it just it hits.
- 27:24It hits. What's it hitting?
- 27:28I don't know. I'm bringing my receptors, OK.
- 27:32OK. This next one is a thread on R
- 27:37slash ask credit username. Mercury Crest.
- 27:40Serious Erie towns, disappearing diners and creepy gas stations.
- 27:45What's your true unexplained story of being in a place that
- 27:47shouldn't exist? Damn.
- 27:49I picked this because there was also another TikTok trend I went
- 27:52down of all the gas station that didn't exist and people were
- 27:55still showing up there. OK so this is from real abstract
- 28:00squiddled good name. Yeah.
- 28:02Seven years ago, when my brother and I were 10 and 12
- 28:06respectively, our family went on a hike to the cemetery and into
- 28:09the woods not far from our house and quotate or in parentheses.
- 28:14My brother and I would explore these woods every day, even
- 28:17camped in them before we knew it like the back of our hands.
- 28:20close parentheses. Anyway, as the family hits our
- 28:24usual spot by the Creek halfway through, Brother 1 and I said
- 28:27we'd be back in a few. We wanted to wander off further
- 28:30up the Creek, so we did. We came across a very large hill
- 28:33we had never seen before. It was littered with what looked
- 28:36like someone's worldly possessions, as if they turned a
- 28:39house upside down, shook out the contents, took the house, and
- 28:42left. There were tons of painted XS on
- 28:45the trees showing someone intended to cut them down at
- 28:47some point. We poked around for a few when
- 28:50we thought we heard our mom hollering at us, so we turned
- 28:53tail and walked maybe 20 feet back down the hill to where our
- 28:55parents were. The entire encounter was maybe
- 28:5845 minutes long on our end. As soon as our mom saw us, we
- 29:02got the beating of a lifetime. We'd actually been gone almost 4
- 29:05hours. She never saw us walk up any
- 29:08hill and remembered seeing us meandering down the straight
- 29:10path by the Creek, not turning up a hill that was 20 feet away.
- 29:14She and her husband and our other brother combed the woods
- 29:16for over 4 hours screaming our names and couldn't find hide nor
- 29:21tale of us. We pleaded our case and even
- 29:23tried showing her the hill. Surely she was messing with us.
- 29:26So we stomped up to the turn off for the hill and it was gone.
- 29:31Nowhere to be seen. For years we explored the woods,
- 29:34determined to find that fucking hill.
- 29:36We covered miles and miles of off path woods.
- 29:39As we got older, we mapped it out.
- 29:41To this day, that hill does not exist.
- 29:43We never found it again, never found the weird furniture, toys,
- 29:46clothes, and other household items that were scattered across
- 29:49the hill, and never met anyone in the area that had a clue
- 29:52about the hill. We probably just wandered way
- 29:55further than we meant to, but I always found it weird that we
- 29:57never found the hill again. My jaw's been dropped like this
- 30:01whole time. That's so interesting that it
- 30:04reminds me of like the staircases that are like found
- 30:06in in the middle of nowhere in forests and bandit.
- 30:10Oh. I hate that.
- 30:11That are like portals and that's one of the indicators that we
- 30:15were, it was only like 45 minutes for us, but it turned
- 30:17out to be way more time to people that were like waiting
- 30:20for them or outside. They for sure they, they cross a
- 30:23threshold like they're, I tried. I fully believe in that.
- 30:26Especially areas and like just like in, in, in rural places
- 30:30where there's like no building, just forest.
- 30:35Oh yeah. If, if, if there's anything out
- 30:37there like it's, it's, it's in those areas.
- 30:39Someone try to give them an explanation.
- 30:41There's no explanation. This is from user Dapper Shire.
- 30:45Terrible name. You, my friend, found a fairy
- 30:47mount, A borough or hill that leads to one of the courts of
- 30:50the city. I mean, if I was going to
- 30:53suggest a supernatural explanation, that's how I'd go
- 30:55about it. The hill, the Knick knacks, the
- 30:58time dilation, the disappearance.
- 31:00Do you remember the color of the painted XS?
- 31:02Red might be Saint George, who was supposedly kidnapped and was
- 31:06raised by Faye. Or you got lost, hit a methane
- 31:09pocket, and we're deliriously wandering around the river.
- 31:15A first comment after that. I agree with all of this except
- 31:18the methane angle is a little far fetched.
- 31:21Yeah, not the other one. I, I, I disagree, I, I mean, I,
- 31:24I take back my comment. That's a that's a great, that's
- 31:26a great, some great reasoning right there, Fae Faerie.
- 31:31So here's here's another 1 based on what I was saying.
- 31:34Go. That's some wrinkle in
- 31:36space-time slash parallel universe overlap sort of shit.
- 31:39I'd love to experience something like that.
- 31:41It sounds better than a ghost encounter as it'd be far more
- 31:44immersive. I agree.
- 31:46Yeah, it would. I would rather have that than
- 31:50like just the caress. Creepy.
- 31:53The cold caress on your cheek. No, unless it's like the ghost
- 31:57of a man and he's like really hot, then I wouldn't mind.
- 32:01It it's it's a Jacob Lordy, but in Frankenstein costume.
- 32:07I'd be down. I'd still be down.
- 32:10You're like, Yep, raw man. I, I, I love stories like that
- 32:16because it just makes you wonder.
- 32:17To me, it's just, yeah, the Wrinkle in Time is what I think
- 32:20it's mostly associated with. I love the fairy and the fake,
- 32:24like, reasonings behind it because there's always like the
- 32:26fairy traps that you see Tik Toks about or like people
- 32:28explain it like, oh, this is a fairy trap.
- 32:30You do not want to like, get close to it, like, mess with it.
- 32:34The fairy braids that happen on horses, supposedly.
- 32:36That are what is that? That's a whole other thing.
- 32:38So apparently there's like horses that'll like just from
- 32:42one day to the next, like their their owners will brush out
- 32:45their hair and stuff, but they'll wake up the next day and
- 32:48find like little tiny braids in the horse's.
- 32:51Mane that is so cute and whimsical.
- 32:53And apparently their fairy braids that, you know, they
- 32:55just, they're, they're made by fairies because they're just
- 32:58tiny little perfect braids that like just finish off a little
- 33:01portion of their. Hair we need to do fairy deep
- 33:03dive. That'd be pretty cool.
- 33:04It's the Fay realms. Yeah, I'm down.
- 33:06I I there is another you've. Already done that guitar.
- 33:09No, no, no, no, no, no, no, not that one.
- 33:11We'll leave Sarah J Mass alone. Can I read you another follow up
- 33:15that says it's very similar? Yes.
- 33:17OK, this is by user Wingman. Wow, we have a very similar
- 33:22story. The story starts about 15 years
- 33:24ago and it was during the summer when about 6 of my cousins
- 33:27decided to come and spend the night.
- 33:29We were playing in the woods and our angels ranged from about 9
- 33:32to 15. Although that is a pretty large
- 33:34swing. It was because of the little
- 33:36brother of one of the cousins. The rest of us were 12 to 15.
- 33:40The day started normal and we were walking through the woods
- 33:42looking for cool stuff. There was Pepsi bottles and cans
- 33:46from the 70s and other trash and then we came on the pond that is
- 33:49on the lake now. The pond is not that far from
- 33:52our house, it's maybe a quarter mile in and very easy to find.
- 33:58They had a hill that went up it and since the last time I went
- 34:00there we saw there was a trailer house parked in the middle of
- 34:03the woods. This is impossible to put there.
- 34:06These are Texas woods with vines, bushes, spider webs and
- 34:09all sorts of things that make it way too hard to drive in there.
- 34:12Not only that, it looked really old and run down like it had
- 34:15been there for a very, very long time.
- 34:18That was simply not possible and we decided to go investigate.
- 34:21We go up and the first thing we see was a large clearing with a
- 34:24campfire that was used recently. The clearing was free of trees,
- 34:28trash, and had been raked of the leaps.
- 34:31It was large enough that you could fit maybe 20 chairs evenly
- 34:34spaced around it in front of the trailer.
- 34:36The second thing we noticed was a large cross turned upside down
- 34:40leaning on the trailer. There was also smaller upside
- 34:44down crosses nailed into the trees around the clearing.
- 34:47Some of the cousins wanted to see inside the trailer, but the
- 34:49oldest, 15, told us absolutely not.
- 34:53He was a lot larger than us and played high school football.
- 34:56The rest of us were in middle school.
- 34:57So we listened and left. We told my dad and he went with
- 35:00my uncle. Both of them were armed and went
- 35:03to see what was going on in the woods really close to the house.
- 35:06They could not find it and we went back the next day and
- 35:09everything was gone. When I mean everything, I mean
- 35:11that there were now trees where we saw the clearing fully grown.
- 35:15My cousins and I still talk about it and there have been
- 35:17three trips to go find it over the years and we've come up
- 35:20empty handed. We lived in a haunted house and
- 35:23the woods would have activity at night as well.
- 35:26You can go to my profile and read some of the things that
- 35:28have happened and we thought it was just another haunted event
- 35:30due to the background of the house that we lived in.
- 35:33The house was burned down by a local witch who sold it to my
- 35:35dad very cheaply because they proved it was her fault.
- 35:38Some people told my dad that the house caught fire during one of
- 35:41her rituals and she ran out of the house with cigarette burns
- 35:43all over her body that day. Once again, stumbling upon
- 35:48places that you're not supposed to find, you just do by
- 35:51coincidence. I think that's also not
- 35:53coincidence. Like if if you're in a way
- 35:55allowed to cross that threshold and see something that's not of
- 35:59this world, I think it's meant to happen.
- 36:02You know, something pulled you that way.
- 36:05It could have been malicious. But at the same time, if they
- 36:08made it out and they didn't, you know, go in deeper.
- 36:11People followed their gut and their intuition.
- 36:14That's a superpower. But I wonder what you would have
- 36:17seen inside that little trailer park house?
- 36:21Not something friendly with the crosses.
- 36:24Upside down crosses, no. Also, someone had to be nearby
- 36:27if the fire was just used. That's like, I feel like the
- 36:30trope in every movie with like still warm.
- 36:32They'll put their like hand over the fire over the coals.
- 36:35Like still warm? How, how long does the campfire
- 36:39stay warm for like hours? If they put it off or they
- 36:43turned it off, I wonder if you could tell like, oh, because
- 36:45it's only this warm now. It was put out like three hours
- 36:49ago. Yeah, yeah, I know for sure.
- 36:51Like the the coals themselves, like last hours.
- 36:53That's why you're supposed to like make sure they're
- 36:55completely out. Yeah, completely out.
- 36:57And then even after, like, you're putting the sand over it
- 37:00and water and all that stuff because it takes a long time.
- 37:03Yeah. Smokey Bear.
- 37:04Prevent forest fires. You were.
- 37:08They weren't going to find anything good in there.
- 37:09No, they weren't. They weren't.
- 37:10Once again, I'm glad one of them.
- 37:12Yeah, had some brain at those, At least three brain cells.
- 37:16Yeah, at least sometimes. You just follow your gut and
- 37:20trust your instinct. Don't.
- 37:22Just don't. That's so scary that coming back
- 37:25the next day and it's gone, or someone else trying to find that
- 37:27same spot and it's gone. And there's no like signs of
- 37:30clearing or like yes, vacating of everything and a trail or
- 37:36nothing like. And all of a sudden there's
- 37:37trees where there was none before.
- 37:39Yeah, trees take years to grow. What's going on here?
- 37:42They were planted all. Overnight.
- 37:44Overnight, full full grown trees that they brought in where
- 37:47there's no roads. Impossible to put a trailer
- 37:50there. Yeah, a broken down trailer.
- 37:54Bad condition. Yeah, let's keep going.
- 38:00Let's go into the hiker backpackers of Reddit.
- 38:03Back into the scary woods. Yeah, back into the woods.
- 38:06What is the weirdest and creepiest thing or creepiest
- 38:08thing you have found while hiking?
- 38:12User W Jescot. I was hiking in the whole
- 38:16rainforest. HOH.
- 38:18That's Washington, OK, by forks, I think in the Olympic
- 38:21Peninsula, in Washington, back in oh.
- 38:23Damn, you all heard what he called me.
- 38:26You looked at me right when I said that though.
- 38:29Like calls to like. Oh.
- 38:31Where did I hear that recently? OK I'll come back to that.
- 38:33Put a pin in that. I was trying to do this really
- 38:36snazzy hike from the ocean to Mount Olympus.
- 38:39Awesome. Well day one is a blast.
- 38:43Get everything accomplished. Day 2 Fog.
- 38:46Fog as thick as anything you can imagine.
- 38:49I can't get a decent GPS fix, I'm pretty much blind, but I
- 38:53know if I follow the whole river upstream I'll get to 1 of the
- 38:57campsites I'm going for. A day goes by and the fog isn't
- 39:01clearing up at all. I get to a fairly big clearing,
- 39:04another clearing and set up my tent.
- 39:07I grab a shower bar, a power bar, sorry, and chill out like.
- 39:11What's a shower bar like a bar of soap?
- 39:14Don't drop it. It's.
- 39:15Not in the forest and chill out as it starts going to the
- 39:20darkest black night I've ever experienced.
- 39:23Seriously. A bit under unnerved at the
- 39:26whole thing. Not scared as much as just
- 39:29anxious. About two in the morning I start
- 39:32hearing this huffing noise like Darth Vader without the helmet
- 39:37on. Like gurgling.
- 39:40This is someone who just forgot to bring their C pap machine.
- 39:43It's the the hikers, like I'm just going to like put up camp
- 39:46right next. To the It's the local bear, if
- 39:47you know what I mean. I pull the drawstring on my tent
- 39:53a little, very quietly, and poke my head out, still dark as
- 39:56death. I hear the noise coming from
- 39:58maybe, maybe 5 feet to my right. Whoa, that's close.
- 40:03I know. Why are you poking your head
- 40:04out, dude? Just.
- 40:05In the middle of the night, you're most vulnerable body.
- 40:08Part Here's my whole head. At this point, I'm seriously
- 40:11rethinking my belief in Sasquatch.
- 40:13I poke my flashlight out and turn it on.
- 40:16I'm a few feet away from this, from a massive Roosevelt elk
- 40:20who'd lost his way in the dark as well.
- 40:22He sees a flashlight, bolts the other way, tags a tree, knocks
- 40:26himself clean out and these are huge.
- 40:29You know they're bigger than cars.
- 40:31I laid in the tent until I heard a groan, a bunch of commotion
- 40:35and the big guy grunts away. Oh you had me, I know, I know.
- 40:39I the whole time I was like, oh Sasquatch for sure.
- 40:42Yeah, or could be a bit sort of like forest spirit, I think.
- 40:47I think CN elk is worse. Those things are huge and
- 40:50they're super aggressive sometimes.
- 40:52Especially imagine if it was a mother with a baby.
- 40:54You'd be gone. You would not be alive to tell
- 40:56this tale. That was just great
- 40:59storytelling. A comet.
- 41:02Yeah. Poor, poor elk.
- 41:04Obviously, I, I, I don't want. I don't.
- 41:06I like hearing about animals knocking.
- 41:07You give. Themselves out because I mean
- 41:10imagine like the panic of like an animal.
- 41:12I mean it's just to run away or or attack, but an elk running
- 41:16into something and then just knocking itself out?
- 41:18Must have been a thick. Tree.
- 41:20Yes, it would have you. Because I've seen Elks run into
- 41:22like cars and the damage is insane.
- 41:25Like the elk is fine but the car totaled.
- 41:28Like nothing metal like with these, the sheets of metal stand
- 41:32nothing to bone. I'm.
- 41:36I'm so sorry to the elk but like they have antlers so for this
- 41:40stuff happened they had to find the perfect tree that would fit.
- 41:42Perfectly in between. Their for them to knock their
- 41:46head boy. Boy, cartoonish.
- 41:50Yeah, No, I I think in general, no matter where you are,
- 41:53Rainforest, National Forest, forest if you're camping alone.
- 41:58Don't camp props. To you, 'cause like, I think it
- 42:00takes a lot. I think it takes a lot to do
- 42:02anything alone, personally. Especially out in like the
- 42:05middle of nowhere with no assistance.
- 42:08Fog, like visibility, like it. At that point, you're just
- 42:11surviving. I think fog is scary.
- 42:15Driving in fog? Absolutely fuck no.
- 42:17Especially when you can't see like maybe more than 10 feet in
- 42:19front of you. There's no spatial awareness at
- 42:22that point, no. What lanes?
- 42:24What Car next to me? Sometimes you can't even see the
- 42:26car in front of you with their lights on behind you with their
- 42:29lights on. Especially with my yellow ass
- 42:32headlights. Like ain't no fog anti fog how?
- 42:36Scary would it be to just be not like not even in a car driving
- 42:39but just standing in fog where you can't also can't see your
- 42:41surroundings. I feel like that could be so
- 42:44isolating. Yeah.
- 42:46And then if you think about it like fog on a trailhead or
- 42:49anywhere up in a mountain like that, fog is covering you from
- 42:51head to toe, like, yeah. And it's not moving for hours.
- 42:54It's not like it's not like the car where you can see the road
- 42:56kind of like at least in front of you like 5 feet.
- 42:59But no, no, I will say like I I rather see an oak over like some
- 43:04a bear river monster or River Forest monster spirit guardian
- 43:09bear like. I mean, what are the chances
- 43:12that you have some strange Mystic connection to the spirit
- 43:15of the woods, though That's true.
- 43:16What if it I'm MMC, I'm the main character and I'm here to
- 43:20harness about not harness, but we're here to live in tandem, me
- 43:23and you, magical spirit of the woods.
- 43:24It needs a host. Show me your secrets.
- 43:27Oh, it'll show. You Together we will prevent
- 43:29forest fires. He's like, no, I already hired a
- 43:31guy for that. He's been doing good.
- 43:33It's the Yogi bats the yeah, yeah, he's he's he's tenured at
- 43:38this point. Like he's good.
- 43:39He's not going anywhere. Dang, they just euthanized a
- 43:41bear in Monrovia. I saw an article.
- 43:44About it Was it a black bear? A black bear named Blondie.
- 43:46God or Brownie or something? Yeah.
- 43:49She swiped out someone recently and they captured her and
- 43:53euthanized her. She did what?
- 43:54There's a protest. Good, Yeah, I agree.
- 43:56So the the bear did what it's instinctually supposed to do.
- 44:00Yeah, unfortunately, we've developed housing into the
- 44:03territory of yeah, Yeah. What?
- 44:06What do you expect? Yeah, oh, they're getting into
- 44:08homes that are built on these, like areas where bears are
- 44:13living. Where they've haunted for food
- 44:14their entire life. Yeah.
- 44:16Not not away from any like valleys or mountains.
- 44:18Like no on in the valley, in on the mountain, like.
- 44:20Oh, OK, gotcha. I hear you.
- 44:22Cool, Cool, cool, cool. That's sad.
- 44:24Yeah. Separately, they're also trying
- 44:26to kill all the deer on Catalina Island.
- 44:28All of them gruesomely. That's whose fault is that?
- 44:34I, I don't know, but the California wildlife or
- 44:37something, something or another thinks it's a great idea.
- 44:42I know for the most part there's like very open seasons to
- 44:45hunting and I think deer is like a seasonally.
- 44:48I mean, I I also, I'm just speaking I.
- 44:49Don't know what the issue is. Like, are they overrun with
- 44:51deer? I was going to say that maybe
- 44:52it's not overpopulation and there's not enough.
- 44:56I don't know. I've been wanting to go to
- 44:57Catalina for the last couple weeks.
- 45:00It's an island. How did the deers get there?
- 45:01Someone brought them. Same with the bison.
- 45:03There is bison on Catalina because someone brought them
- 45:07What? And now they live there.
- 45:09And did they what did they bring any predators?
- 45:12Or did they also say oh they swiped out someone?
- 45:15I don't know, but they just exist there and I think we
- 45:17should let them live peacefully unless.
- 45:19Live on an island. No, I don't leave that.
- 45:22Just let him leave peacefully, no?
- 45:24It has to be luxury. For us Island girl, when you
- 45:27remember you live on the island island.
- 45:29Bonds, I have one more story friend, and then I have other
- 45:34personal ones, but OK. Would you like to finish this
- 45:36off? I will with this thread on an or
- 45:44this store post on R slash unresolved Mysteries by user
- 45:50wile E Cyrus Serious. What are the most interesting
- 45:55cases that seemingly involve paranormal, supernatural,
- 45:58etcetera elements? The first post that I would like
- 46:04to read from this thread. Oh.
- 46:06There's more than. One, Yeah, because these are
- 46:08really short. The first one is OK Teresita
- 46:14Basa. She was a respiratory therapist
- 46:17who was found murdered in her apartment.
- 46:19The police had few leads until a Co worker of hers came forward.
- 46:23She and her husband told the police that she had apparently
- 46:25been possessed by Teresita Spirit, telling her that her
- 46:29killer was a man named Alan Shaury.
- 46:32Shaury had worked as an orderly at the hospital where Teresita
- 46:36worked. Co workers of hers confirmed
- 46:38that he'd gone to her apartment that night to repair her TV.
- 46:41Police questioned him, but he denied killing her.
- 46:44They asked his girlfriend if he he had recently given her
- 46:46jewelry, and she said yes. Teresita's family identified the
- 46:50girlfriend's new jewelry as belonging to Teresita Shawry,
- 46:53then confessed to murdering her in a botched robbery attempt.
- 46:56He pleaded guilty and received only 14 years in prison.
- 47:00With the tip being I got possessed and she told me that
- 47:04this was the person who killed her.
- 47:09What first comment by pickle Chick?
- 47:14Have to wonder if the Co worker just knew some of that info and
- 47:17made-up slash imagine the possession thing valid.
- 47:22Yeah, immediate response to that one user Desaparecido say.
- 47:31I always thought either she'd heard something and didn't want
- 47:34to reveal who had told her so she made-up the demonic
- 47:37possession thing, or her subconscious just threw this
- 47:39news at her while she was suffering from sleep paralysis.
- 47:43Both seem somewhat likely to me. Possession not so much.
- 47:46Now if the killer had been someone she didn't even know
- 47:48from like states away and she named him by name, then I
- 47:52believe it's a possession. I agree.
- 47:56Take with that That wasn't the Devil made me do it.
- 47:58The Conjuring movie. That world is just too small.
- 48:01Like it's a Co worker. Yeah.
- 48:03And maybe in passing he mentioned that oh, he had gone
- 48:06to that. He's going to come fix my TV
- 48:08tonight. Yep, just a murder mystery.
- 48:11Wow. Another case, this one is by
- 48:14user unsolved 2437 years ago as Kathy Hobbs grew up, she became
- 48:21convinced that she would die before she reached the age of
- 48:2316. When her 16th birthday passed,
- 48:26her attitude changed. She began making new friends and
- 48:28made plans for the future. She hoped to one day become a
- 48:31beautician. However, just three months after
- 48:33her birthday, she vanished one night while walking to a
- 48:35supermarket near her home. A few weeks later, she was found
- 48:39brutally murdered. Even more tragic was the
- 48:41discovery of letters in her room.
- 48:43She had written them shortly before her 16th birthday.
- 48:46She told her family that she loved them and asked them not to
- 48:48be upset about her death. For years, her case remained
- 48:51unsolved. However, it was eventually
- 48:54closed when police linked her murder to serial killer named
- 48:56Michael Lockhart. He has since been executed for
- 48:59other murders. I think that's the power
- 49:04manifestation, constantly saying, oh, I'm going to be dead
- 49:09by this age. I think you kind of convince
- 49:13yourself to live in that narrative.
- 49:16Maybe you start taking chances. Yeah, maybe doing things
- 49:19recklessly because you're like, oh, I'm not even going to live
- 49:21that long. Oh, let me walk down this really
- 49:24dark alley. Or I don't know.
- 49:28I don't know how to say that without victim blaming because
- 49:30at the end of the day, you're a victim.
- 49:32You're murdered. Yeah, the letters are what gets
- 49:34to me. I'm like just what one must feel
- 49:39like or like what 1 feels reading that after the fact.
- 49:43And like, was this like what changed?
- 49:48You know? Like I know she said like she
- 49:49had friends and that didn't play out as much and in terms of what
- 49:54she wanted and then wanted to manifest, but.
- 49:56I mean, it was only three months later, not when she did say she
- 49:58was going to die, die at 16, but then it.
- 50:00Changed. And then, you know, yeah,
- 50:04there's so, so many questions. So many questions.
- 50:05Just Unsolved mysteries. But soft.
- 50:08Because that one did get soft. Yeah.
- 50:11I just can't imagine being like a mom or dad and just reading
- 50:14that like. Also just how your child telling
- 50:17you all the time that I'm going to die at 16?
- 50:19Yeah, was it was like, did we get, did we get this daughter
- 50:22help that it was like, you know, did she talk to someone?
- 50:24Yeah. Should we release and like have
- 50:26you dive deep? Why?
- 50:28Why do you think this? What's the explanation?
- 50:32Wow, another news, more creepy things that and paranormal
- 50:39things that have happened to you.
- 50:43User Briar Patch Kid says starts off saying creepy.
- 50:48For me, I was having a tense conversation with someone that I
- 50:51was close to years ago. The conversation quickly
- 50:54devolved into a passive aggressive fight that ended with
- 50:58the other person getting in the car and driving away.
- 51:00As I started heading back inside, the person came back,
- 51:04got out of the car and started our conversation again.
- 51:07The tone of voice was totally different and the stance was
- 51:10different and the feeling in the air was completely different.
- 51:15I don't know how to explain it as a conference.
- 51:18As the conversation progressed, the other person started saying
- 51:22some nasty and mean things that were completely out of
- 51:24character. I said this isn't like you
- 51:28person They said What makes you think that I'm person?
- 51:34I remember continuing the conversation and talking to the
- 51:37person for a long time, but I don't remember anything
- 51:40specific. I do remember becoming more and
- 51:42more alarmed and knowing something wasn't right.
- 51:46Finally I told the person to go home.
- 51:48They complied and left. I went back inside, started
- 51:51telling my sibling about the situation when the doorbell
- 51:54rang. My God 2-3 minutes had passed.
- 51:58It was a person coming back to apologize for the original
- 52:00fight. They had been driving around
- 52:02town for a long time and didn't want to go home, leaving things
- 52:05unresolved. I asked why they had said some
- 52:09things from the last conversation and they looked
- 52:12like they looked at her like she was crazy.
- 52:15They had no idea what I was talking about.
- 52:19Totally could have been lying, but that whole situation just
- 52:22felt dark. Scared the hell out of me.
- 52:27So imagine you and I were having this podcast.
- 52:29We just start getting into where like, you know what, like fuck
- 52:32this, I'm out. I storm out of here.
- 52:35And then shortly after I come back and then like nothing
- 52:38happened. And then we just like pick up
- 52:40the episode where we left off and then things start getting
- 52:42weird and you're like, no, this wasn't something Jerry was a
- 52:46that's that's weird. Do you?
- 52:47Think it was like a mimic or something.
- 52:48Imagine that's exactly what I was thinking.
- 52:51At first I'm like, oh, this person has like DID like a
- 52:54dissociative, Dissociative. Oh my God, dissociative.
- 53:00I don't even know what it stands for, but it's when people have
- 53:03multiple personalities. OK, I think.
- 53:06I think multiple personalities. Yeah.
- 53:08And they'll have like altars. So like these different people
- 53:11will live inside their their brain.
- 53:13OK. I think it's, it might be a
- 53:14trauma response. OK.
- 53:16But they're like characters that exist in this person and they'll
- 53:19come back as different people. And they all have their own
- 53:21experiences and memories and personalities.
- 53:25But the fact that they said they drove around for hours and then
- 53:28came back to apologize for the first thing with no recollection
- 53:32of the second thing, Yeah, I I really liked.
- 53:36I'm sorry. I'm gonna stop you there.
- 53:37I really like that you said that because someone commented with
- 53:40username Keto Dano. I had a friend like this with
- 53:43dissociative identity disorder. What it is?
- 53:47Hilarious at times, but can be seen as scary I suppose.
- 53:51You already sent me that e-mail. John did.
- 53:53I must have been one of my altars.
- 53:55Sorry, mate. That's cool.
- 53:57Who is this? I'm talking to?
- 53:59Carl, Tell John you've already sent me the e-mail I'll get, or
- 54:04else I'll get it a third time. Cool.
- 54:06Thanks. Like, and that's, those are all.
- 54:10That's a conversation they've had.
- 54:13Yeah. Then other comments talking
- 54:14about, like, PTSD did the same thing from a young age.
- 54:17They had pretty good control over it.
- 54:18But stress, you know, trigger that.
- 54:20Whoa. Like alternate identity and
- 54:23personality. So totally, totally, I can see
- 54:26that happening. But if you don't know, if you're
- 54:29not aware of it, like that must be a scary thing where it's just
- 54:32whoa, like where is this coming from?
- 54:34Who? Who is this person That's.
- 54:36Scary on both. Ends it is it is because.
- 54:38What do you mean? You're coming at me not
- 54:39recalling what we just talked about and you're completely
- 54:42different, but being the other person coming to apologize and
- 54:46saying there's a whole portion that doesn't exist to me because
- 54:50I was not there for that, Yeah. Yeah.
- 54:54What? Yeah, I'm gonna start.
- 54:56I'm gonna start like, just no, no, I'm kidding.
- 54:58I'm kidding. No, I'm not.
- 55:00No, I'm just sort of gaslighting you.
- 55:01That's what I'm gonna start. Doing good luck, good luck.
- 55:04My problem is I'm easily gullible.
- 55:06OK, so once again, you're just gonna roll with it.
- 55:09You'll be like OK. I know, I can't believe you're
- 55:11gonna use me like that. That's me with the plate thing.
- 55:13You're just gonna roll with it. You're gonna be like, you know
- 55:14what? Hell yeah.
- 55:16Yeah, OK. Sure.
- 55:18I definitely slapped you that one time, Jerry.
- 55:20I'm so sorry. You should be.
- 55:22I know. I feel so bad about it.
- 55:23I feel guilty. Yeah, I'll ruin it.
- 55:26Good. Give me 7 bad romances, followed
- 55:30by two Guis and once 100. OK, that one's going to be
- 55:36tough, but I'll I'll do my best. I'll.
- 55:38Make sure I'll give you 2 art pop.
- 55:39I'll do it before before bed tonight.
- 55:43You said you have a scary story. So we were unit reunited.
- 55:46It was a really nice time. A bunch of people in this
- 55:49situation were older, Mexican, very religious people.
- 55:53So let's ghost stories. I believe it.
- 55:55I believe every single word. I was like shook, OK.
- 55:59So they have the fear of God in them.
- 56:00They have the fear of God. So the first story it was so is
- 56:05this family. They were allegedly allegedly
- 56:09being targeted by dark magic specifically someone was
- 56:12targeting their son and bringing in everyone as like a way to
- 56:17make it more like impactful. So involving the whole family to
- 56:20get to the sun. They found a voodoo doll like
- 56:24outside of their house. Oh my God, their house.
- 56:26She. Sent me a TikTok or an Instagram
- 56:27today about voodoo dolls that's. Whoa.
- 56:31Their house out of nowhere became infested with like worms
- 56:34inside and outside. And there was times where they
- 56:39were all like, woken up at the same time, like 3:00 AM.
- 56:43Everyone at the same time was like, bam, sometimes something
- 56:47woke him up. And, you know, they were like,
- 56:51they all realized that They all talked to each other.
- 56:52Like, yeah, they just happened out of nowhere.
- 56:54So the the biggest story, I guess the scariest story here,
- 56:58the son was alone one day in the house.
- 57:00I have a question, how old is his son?
- 57:01What is this? Happening.
- 57:02You know what? I didn't get an age.
- 57:04OK but I just want to know if his child or like a.
- 57:07No, I would say young adult. OK, OK.
- 57:09I would say young adult. And that's just based off the
- 57:11facts because I'll get I'll get there right now.
- 57:13The son was alone. One day he heard the back door
- 57:16open, which was followed by heavy footsteps and the sound of
- 57:20something being dragged. He told his mom that he heard a
- 57:25demonic voice start talking and laughing as it was getting
- 57:28closer and he was in the living room.
- 57:31He said that he couldn't run. Like he didn't run out of there.
- 57:33He just froze and just started praying.
- 57:36And then, you know, within that time before they like pinpointed
- 57:39like what was the source of the of the darkness.
- 57:42There was also two accidents involving the sun where his car
- 57:47was totaled twice. So he drove.
- 57:50So he was, I would say of age. OK.
- 57:52And he was, those are the facts, completely unscathed both times
- 57:57the car was total, it was a total loss like there was no
- 58:00repairing it. And just from the details like
- 58:02it was a really bad accident for both times and unscathed.
- 58:07Nothing happened. No injuries, no like major
- 58:10injuries. That's the thing.
- 58:13You can't make it to my brother, really.
- 58:15Two times flipped one car totaled another one perfectly
- 58:18fine both times. Amazing.
- 58:23I'm sorry that they went through that, but like the human body is
- 58:26amazing. And obviously I think there's,
- 58:27there's always like the higher power, there's always like some
- 58:30sort of like protective energy. And, you know, I, I firmly
- 58:34believe that, but it's just amazing that.
- 58:37And did it stop after? Like did they?
- 58:40Yeah, they did mention it that as a family they, you know, they
- 58:44agreed that they were going to be more like following faith and
- 58:49realizing that they so. They had the fear of God
- 58:52instilled in them. Yeah, yeah.
- 58:53And and, you know, as a as a family, they also realized that
- 58:56they all had different things going on at that same time,
- 58:59which they, like decided to focus on and address and fix as
- 59:02a family. But then like the unity of them
- 59:04to move past this, whatever was happening was going to be bigger
- 59:07than the darkness. That was like being like, you
- 59:10know, it gets forced on them and.
- 59:13Do they have any idea who it might have been like?
- 59:15Why did they think that it was like?
- 59:16So many questions I I don't know no, no clear answers that it was
- 59:21asked but nothing was. Do you think they want to like
- 59:24remove themselves from that situation then?
- 59:26Like they don't even want to dig into.
- 59:28No, I think. Put it past them.
- 59:30Maybe. Yeah, for sure that.
- 59:32But also I, I, I know they're very like, once again, they're
- 59:34very involved. They're very spiritual and
- 59:36religious folks. So I really feel like they they
- 59:39put that in the past because they moved towards a like a
- 59:43collective mindset of faith, which, you know, that's amazing.
- 59:46Good for them. Yeah.
- 59:47So I think that that's how they they push past it.
- 59:50So. Damn.
- 59:52And who knows, it could have been other reason that there
- 59:55might be some things that, yeah, they might have not disclosed.
- 59:57You know, it, it, it, it seems like it's a very sensitive
- 1:00:00topic, but it was just a conversation at the time.
- 1:00:02Everyone was sharing their experiences and.
- 1:00:05It's just, it's crazy. OK, so was him hearing the
- 1:00:08noises of like something sliding just he was the only one he.
- 1:00:11Was the only one. But everyone experienced a weird
- 1:00:13waking up at the same time. Yep, that's that's what.
- 1:00:17That's the part that gets me. Yeah, it's like a massive, like
- 1:00:19a Mass Effect on everyone, Yeah. That's alarming.
- 1:00:25I don't know how. What's that conversation like?
- 1:00:29You're all sharing a house all of a sudden you're all awake at
- 1:00:32the same time. I'd start looking around like,
- 1:00:34hello, who's who Set our alarms. Yeah, yeah.
- 1:00:40Wow. May May that stuff never find
- 1:00:43me. No, of course.
- 1:00:45We're living with kindness, generosity when we can and love
- 1:00:50baby and love and acceptance and being there for yourself and
- 1:00:56your neighbors. That's all we can do and
- 1:01:00hopefully that gives us good karma back, which it But it
- 1:01:03should not be the motivation. It should not.
- 1:01:05Good karma should never be the motivation.
- 1:01:06No. Wow.
- 1:01:09And that is the end of the first story.
- 1:01:12You'll get more next time. Yeah.
- 1:01:13So TuneIn. Bring them back next time.
- 1:01:16That's that's thank you for sharing that.
- 1:01:18Thank you for finding that story.
- 1:01:21I'll see if I can get any more from my side of the family
- 1:01:24because I know. The I have.
- 1:01:26Some from my my mom. I wonder if my stepdad has any
- 1:01:29more. Wow, yeah, you should ask him.
- 1:01:31Or any my Diaz because I have some very very religious Diaz.
- 1:01:35Wow. So I wonder if they've ever
- 1:01:36experienced anything that would be.
- 1:01:37That'd be a trip. And they're always in Mexico.
- 1:01:41Nope. I feel like sometimes the
- 1:01:42hauntings of Mexico are crazier than the ones.
- 1:01:44For some reason that TikTok, the content that I'll be getting on
- 1:01:47it like these these dudes are bold.
- 1:01:49They're they're charging in. They're, you know, I mean the
- 1:01:52same thing I sent you earlier. There's like a dude just calling
- 1:01:54out spare it. And then he's playing rave
- 1:01:56music. I love that.
- 1:01:57We should have a rave at Alcatraz.
- 1:02:00We should have a rave at the Queen Whaley House.
- 1:02:03We should have, Oh my God, they will.
- 1:02:05They're having an Ed, not EDC, but EDMEDM festival at the Queen
- 1:02:09Mary this summer. They opened up an Appen Theatre
- 1:02:12in that huge parking lot. In the big like Dome thing.
- 1:02:14No, no, no, no. In the that massive parking lot,
- 1:02:17you know where we where we parked.
- 1:02:18Yeah, yeah. That huge empty part is going to
- 1:02:20be huge, like 50,000. Visitor type thing.
- 1:02:24They have the parking for it. They should make the rave.
- 1:02:27It's going to be super hot. So actually it's a great it's a
- 1:02:29bad idea in the engine room. Oh my God, red lights is very
- 1:02:33like industrial. Let's ask if we can have a
- 1:02:35private rave underground. Just us and like a handful of
- 1:02:38people and be like, yo, come over here, Captain.
- 1:02:42What's your name? Captain Spark.
- 1:02:43Captain. We mentioned it last.
- 1:02:47I know he was in my brain. And what's the girl's name?
- 1:02:50Lucy. La Lucy.
- 1:02:51Is it Lucy? I don't remember my name.
- 1:02:55I always, I always hear. I always hear the dudes in from
- 1:02:59the from the tour, the tour guide, his voice is calling out.
- 1:03:02He's like Jackie. Jackie, it is Jackie.
- 1:03:05Jackie, come up. I just.
- 1:03:06Hear his voice, admission Jackie.
- 1:03:08Oh, guys, if you're if you're a new listener you picked up
- 1:03:11recently, we do have like a full on Brian and Jerry go go sunning
- 1:03:16at the Queen Mary video. It's on our YouTube channel.
- 1:03:19We have a TikTok of us exploring the Bradford house here in
- 1:03:23Fullerton. And who knows, we might have
- 1:03:25some more stuff in the future. Video there's Find a new place.
- 1:03:30There's anywhere that you're like, do you guys have to go
- 1:03:32here? Let us know, please.
- 1:03:33Please let us know. And if it's like easily
- 1:03:36accessible to us, like to record and sneak in some camera even.
- 1:03:39Better. It's it's just us on our phones.
- 1:03:42Yeah, yeah. No major equipment.
- 1:03:44We might, we might upgrade. We might bring you some extra
- 1:03:47stuff just for content purposes, but nothing too crazy.
- 1:03:50No, also congratulations, Jerry, Why we've hit 1000.
- 1:03:55Listen. What?
- 1:03:561000 thank you to everyone who clicks play.
- 1:04:01If you listen for a couple of minutes, if you've only listened
- 1:04:03to one or two episodes and you find yourself at the end of this
- 1:04:06one, thank you so much. You were a part of the 1st 1000
- 1:04:10plays. Yeah, you're a part of history.
- 1:04:13You've seen this show develop to what it is.
- 1:04:16First couple of episodes were just me and Jerry just BS sing.
- 1:04:19Yeah. And I feel like we found our
- 1:04:21stance, we found our voice, and we're getting smarter.
- 1:04:23Yeah, I think the the this platform has helped us like find
- 1:04:27our voice and really hone in on the specific craft, which is the
- 1:04:30paranormal and supernatural, but.
- 1:04:33And just weird history. I think at the end of the day,
- 1:04:35Jerry and I are just curious. Yeah, yeah, just finding out new
- 1:04:39things. Yeah.
- 1:04:40What's out there? What can we do?
- 1:04:41What can we investigate? Yep, Yep.
- 1:04:43With you listening on the other end.
- 1:04:45Yeah, and this together. This is a three person
- 1:04:48situation. Best sort of this best sort of
- 1:04:50this everywhere together for. That's the recommendation of the
- 1:04:59of the night. No, my recommendation is
- 1:05:01Rockstar by Hannah Montana because if you are listening to
- 1:05:04this and if you're of my age range, we just celebrated 20
- 1:05:07years of Hannah Montana. So that is my song
- 1:05:09recommendation, Rockstar Hannah Montana.
- 1:05:12That's I might never be a rock star, but I'll, I'll, I'll
- 1:05:17listen to it. I might even be a rock.
- 1:05:19Star damn you hit that shit. I'm recommending a She passed
- 1:05:24away song. Love them.
- 1:05:26Featuring Boy Harsher which is the one another one of my
- 1:05:28favorite duos. Durdu dunya spell that and
- 1:05:32that's DURDUDUNYA. Wow the boy harsher remix.
- 1:05:40So it's a collab. I fucking love the song.
- 1:05:41OK I will play the song just to get in like in a groovy mood but
- 1:05:46like not too crazy just chill. Yeah, Jerry got me really into
- 1:05:50like synth wave dark non-english music.
- 1:05:56It's pretty viby. Makes me feel like a vampire.
- 1:05:58I, you know what? I'm just everything that I do, I
- 1:06:01think is just more vampire adjacent, yeah, compared to like
- 1:06:04werewolf adjacent. So I think I'm just going to
- 1:06:06roll with the vamp with the vamp in me.
- 1:06:09My last name means of the wolves and I'm Harry.
- 1:06:12So I got done. I got to Rep my wolves.
- 1:06:14But what if you were like a vampire that looks like a wolf
- 1:06:16and like, oh, there's Oh my God, you know, you can infiltrate.
- 1:06:19Yeah, nature versus nurture. I've learned to adapt.
- 1:06:22Yeah. On every aspect.
- 1:06:24On every aspects of physical, I am a wolf.
- 1:06:27Yeah, you're a vampire. Vampire looks like a wolf.
- 1:06:30Yeah, it was never a phase, mom. It was never a phase.
- 1:06:33It's it's live with me. Soyedatics OK, No, no Soyemo.
- 1:06:46Goodbye. Adios, until next time.
