- 1:05Speaker 2: oh man, whatever we said you the concerts anyway, and yeah,
- 1:10Speaker 2: all that aside, he's always helped us out with stuff.
- 1:13Speaker 2: And finally somebody said, why is he not like on
- 1:17Speaker 2: the official payroll, the official So now you hello.
- 1:23Speaker 1: Almost an official one year anniversary. Congratulations on the milestone.
- 1:29Speaker 4: Okay, are getting hired? You know what I'm saying, Hey,
- 1:32Speaker 4: it wasn't easy to hire neath it but Eily.
- 1:34Speaker 1: But so you've jumped in here for this podcast before
- 1:37Speaker 1: and uh Taco hit me earlier in the week. He's like,
- 1:40Speaker 1: we need to have Paramour, and I'm like, what's going on?
- 1:43Speaker 2: So for I don't know, I don't know if he
- 1:45Speaker 2: planned it like this, but we're gonna say, in the
- 1:48Speaker 2: one official year that he's worked here, he's taking his
- 1:51Speaker 2: first vacation. Everybody's scrambling because he does so much stuff
- 1:56Speaker 2: and promotions and they're are going, my god, Paramore's.
- 1:59Speaker 3: Got how long are you going?
- 2:02Speaker 4: I'm going for like three weeks and.
- 2:04Speaker 1: You get three weeks vacation your first year of emport?
- 2:08Speaker 1: What what kind of deal did you cut?
- 2:10Speaker 4: I'm a black man, but AnyWho, something like that.
- 2:15Speaker 2: He's doing three.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Weeks because he's a black man.
- 2:17Speaker 2: This is the craziest thing.
- 2:19Speaker 1: He's going to Vietnam. What you had mentioned a while
- 2:23Speaker 1: back that you were planning to do that. I'm like, yeah, okay,
- 2:25Speaker 1: whatever so this is really happening, Yes.
- 2:28Speaker 4: Sir, yes, yes, yes, it really happened.
- 2:30Speaker 2: And why is it that you're going to Vietnam?
- 2:33Speaker 4: I'm looking at well, allegedly I'm going for entertainment, person
- 2:40Speaker 4: but the personally only, But I'm going to look at
- 2:44Speaker 4: a couple of fish farms and some not sweatshop, but.
- 2:48Speaker 2: Fact factories, not sweatshots. You just that is what that is.
- 2:53Speaker 2: You're allegedly going to do that. And you said fish farms,
- 2:57Speaker 2: you might you might find yourself a fish farm where
- 3:01Speaker 2: you got all the shrimp in there and they're they're
- 3:03Speaker 2: being bred.
- 3:04Speaker 4: You're gonna be a farm raised shrimp guy. No, no, no, no, no,
- 3:07Speaker 4: they're gonna be. I'm just gonna sit back and look
- 3:09Speaker 4: at the growth of it and see because.
- 3:11Speaker 3: It's gonna run the business of it.
- 3:13Speaker 4: No, no, no, you want to bring the idea here?
- 3:16Speaker 4: No no, no, no, the idea is already here. But
- 3:18Speaker 4: we can't make money because it's not cheap enough. So,
- 3:22Speaker 4: you know, anything growing over here, anything made over here,
- 3:24Speaker 4: is too high because we done got so used to
- 3:27Speaker 4: China and all the other stuff. You know what I'm saying,
- 3:29Speaker 4: bringing over him, But Trump don't put in place the
- 3:33Speaker 4: truffles and then truffles that the taxes high tax whatever trumbles.
- 3:38Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know that the tariffs or whatever.
- 3:42Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 3:42Speaker 3: That so he's gonna.
- 3:44Speaker 2: Try to go over and raise are on the place
- 3:47Speaker 2: where other people are raising the fish farm, you know,
- 3:50Speaker 2: and pat the places where they raise the shrimp, and
- 3:52Speaker 2: then they pull the ship out of them. They them
- 3:56Speaker 2: time out.
- 3:59Speaker 1: I think we're talking about two different things. Yeah, okay,
- 4:02Speaker 1: So what you're if I'm hearing you write Paramore, you're
- 4:05Speaker 1: saying that eventually tariffs are gonna make the costs prohibitive
- 4:10Speaker 1: to bring in farm raise whatever from these countries now
- 4:13Speaker 1: that are going to be tariffed on that. So you're like,
- 4:17Speaker 1: bring the manufacturing of the farm raised stuff on shore
- 4:20Speaker 1: here to the US exactly. And and so you're you're
- 4:23Speaker 1: going to get some business plan ideas. Is that is
- 4:27Speaker 1: that where we're going here.
- 4:28Speaker 4: I didn't go that far, but I would thinking, like,
- 4:31Speaker 4: believe it or not, this is they monopoly. They they
- 4:35Speaker 4: sell it to South Africa and they sell it to Britain,
- 4:38Speaker 4: and Britain sell it to US un uech.
- 4:42Speaker 1: Yeah it's all shadiest, Yeah, all that craft work.
- 4:46Speaker 4: But you know what I'm saying like, uh, I'm not
- 4:49Speaker 4: tech savvy and I'm not uh market.
- 4:53Speaker 1: But you know how to fish?
- 4:54Speaker 4: Hello? Yeah, you know what I'm saying.
- 4:55Speaker 2: All that matters is not it's not even that you're
- 4:57Speaker 2: going to do this business.
- 4:58Speaker 1: But I was like, that's pretty cool. You know if hey,
- 5:01Speaker 1: if you go over there and buy a sweatshop and then.
- 5:04Speaker 2: Down the road. No, not that you're gonna do it
- 5:06Speaker 2: now ya, but he's gonna check some places out. But
- 5:10Speaker 2: how what you had a friend that's going correct?
- 5:13Speaker 4: Yes, yes, they already over there, They already over there.
- 5:16Speaker 4: And this is this is what I did. I went
- 5:19Speaker 4: to Omaha Meets.
- 5:21Speaker 2: That's what I wanted to do here, Pat all right.
- 5:24Speaker 4: I went to I went to Omaha Meets and I
- 5:27Speaker 4: had got some steaks and some stuffed chicken. And that's
- 5:32Speaker 4: because I love their food. Now, I love their food,
- 5:34Speaker 4: But do I trust their food? That's the big answer.
- 5:36Speaker 4: And the answer is.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Are you about the mail order place? Yes, the mail
- 5:41Speaker 1: order steaks? Yeah, okay, okay.
- 5:46Speaker 2: Really quickly, I call him the other day to ask
- 5:49Speaker 2: him something about where we're gonna be for this event
- 5:53Speaker 2: and making sure that he had b w O's shirts
- 5:56Speaker 2: and he goes, Oh, I just.
- 5:58Speaker 5: Got done out the order of my Omaha steaks. I'm
- 6:02Speaker 5: having steaks shipped over to Vietnam and chicken because he
- 6:09Speaker 5: wants to make sure he has food.
- 6:10Speaker 2: That he likes. Hello, when he's there.
- 6:13Speaker 3: What's wrong with that? I heard this and Pat my
- 6:16Speaker 3: head did the same thing.
- 6:17Speaker 2: Yours just water?
- 6:18Speaker 4: I got myself for heels. I got two cases of
- 6:21Speaker 4: forty ounces. How men of forty packs? Twenty ounces?
- 6:25Speaker 1: How you ship there?
- 6:26Speaker 4: Yes?
- 6:27Speaker 1: Uh huh?
- 6:27Speaker 4: How much they shipped food too, So we did it
- 6:30Speaker 4: as a pack. You know what I'm saying. It's like, uh,
- 6:32Speaker 4: it was like almost twenty five hundred dollars.
- 6:36Speaker 1: Oh my two cases of water and some steaks.
- 6:38Speaker 4: No, uh no, no, that was that's mine. They got
- 6:41Speaker 4: other stuff that they son over there. So you know
- 6:44Speaker 4: what I'm saying, like, you know, hey, hey, it is
- 6:47Speaker 4: what it is. You know what I'm saying. I gave
- 6:49Speaker 4: him six hundred dollars in that coup of my costs.
- 6:51Speaker 2: There you go, And that way Pat, he can be
- 6:53Speaker 2: assured that when he's over there.
- 6:54Speaker 3: He's gonna have things that he likes to eat.
- 6:57Speaker 2: Hell, So it made sense, but it hit me between
- 7:00Speaker 2: the eyes like a Bat when you said it, stop
- 7:03Speaker 2: the boss, I go Paramore. Okay, we know you're bringing
- 7:06Speaker 2: the b w O shirts to the event set all
- 7:09Speaker 2: that aside. Did you just say you're shipping on the
- 7:11Speaker 2: hosteakes and and stuffed chicken and regular chicken and cases
- 7:16Speaker 2: of water to Vanda.
- 7:20Speaker 4: Yes, sir, Yes, sir.
- 7:22Speaker 2: Hence Wise texted Pat earlier in the week and said, Dude,
- 7:27Speaker 2: we've got to have Paramore on Thursdays off the air
- 7:30Speaker 2: podcast so you can hear something and I wouldn't tell
- 7:35Speaker 2: Pat what it was.
- 7:37Speaker 4: And plus, I'm taking my hat.
- 7:40Speaker 1: That you scored a birthday birthday a couple of years
- 7:42Speaker 1: ago from the Yeah, Bret Michaels personator.
- 7:48Speaker 2: Michael's impersonator gave one to Pat, which he brought home.
- 7:51Speaker 1: And I gave it to paramok it didn't fit on
- 7:53Speaker 1: my head, I did. I gave it to There was
- 7:56Speaker 1: like three of them in there, and that we left
- 7:58Speaker 1: for him.
- 7:58Speaker 2: Okay, Well I took on the home and gave I
- 8:01Speaker 2: guess it was yours to Paramore, So thank you, Brat.
- 8:03Speaker 3: Bichael's look like we kept the hats in.
- 8:05Speaker 2: Paramore has been wearing it for a year at least,
- 8:10Speaker 2: if not too much to events.
- 8:12Speaker 1: Yeah, I think start get pretty raggedy ass. Loo can
- 8:14Speaker 1: do it.
- 8:15Speaker 4: Yeah, but no, see, like I take some two paste.
- 8:17Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying, now, I gotta do you
- 8:18Speaker 4: know little jail house cleaning. You take two pasts and stuff.
- 8:21Speaker 4: You take your two brush that you're not using no more,
- 8:24Speaker 4: and you scrubbed it around. You know what I'm saying.
- 8:26Speaker 1: Like, I have never taken acid before, but I swear
- 8:29Speaker 1: I think if I did, I'm kind of experiencing what
- 8:32Speaker 1: you would feel like. Se just hold this whole conversation.
- 8:37Speaker 1: I'm like, this is.
- 8:38Speaker 4: Just bizarre, bizarre. Okay, Okay, now all right. The reason
- 8:44Speaker 4: why a lot of blacks or the chicken when they
- 8:46Speaker 4: go to any kind of restaurant, especially oriented restaurant, because
- 8:51Speaker 4: we know how chicken taste. You can fry, brawl it really,
- 8:55Speaker 4: I mean, shrink it, micro waved, put it in the oven.
- 8:59Speaker 4: You can toss that, you can roll it around in
- 9:01Speaker 4: the dirt. We know how chicken taste. You know what
- 9:03Speaker 4: I'm saying. Okay, Now you eat some eggfool, young? Are
- 9:06Speaker 4: you sure you're eating eggfood?
- 9:07Speaker 5: Young?
- 9:08Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 9:08Speaker 2: I don't know how well living in Vietnam is gonna
- 9:11Speaker 2: work for you if you choose to move there down
- 9:14Speaker 2: the road to run your factories.
- 9:16Speaker 1: And no, so I'm just going to invest what you're saying.
- 9:20Speaker 1: Let me again, knowing you and what you've told me
- 9:23Speaker 1: over the years, you eat a lot of chicken.
- 9:27Speaker 4: Hell.
- 9:27Speaker 1: In fact, what is the nickname.
- 9:29Speaker 4: You call black man steak baby?
- 9:31Speaker 1: Okay? And almost every time we've been out anywhere and
- 9:36Speaker 1: it's a place that serves food, you inevitably order a
- 9:40Speaker 1: chicken dish almost always. So, if I'm hearing you correctly here,
- 9:45Speaker 1: you are fearful that you will not be able to
- 9:48Speaker 1: find genuine chicken that is up to paramore brown standards
- 9:52Speaker 1: in Vietnam. Therefore, well, let's get a hold and ship
- 9:56Speaker 1: some over ahead of time. And while we're at it,
- 9:58Speaker 1: we'll throw some steaks in.
- 10:00Speaker 4: Hello. You know what I'm saying to do? Look grilling,
- 10:02Speaker 4: I mean, step outside.
- 10:03Speaker 1: It just seems cost prohibitive.
- 10:05Speaker 2: Man, he knows that he's eating healthy food that he
- 10:09Speaker 2: can trust.
- 10:09Speaker 3: It's a trust factory.
- 10:10Speaker 4: Yeah. And plus I can't take it with me, so
- 10:12Speaker 4: I'm my westpin it when I'm here.
- 10:15Speaker 1: More power to you there, man.
- 10:16Speaker 2: Here's a question. Are you camping over in Vietnam? Vietnam
- 10:20Speaker 2: this whole time.
- 10:21Speaker 4: No, I have a villain. I have a it's what
- 10:26Speaker 4: is the blue Seahorse? Now I don't need no stockers,
- 10:29Speaker 4: but just in case you you know female, Hey, okay.
- 10:34Speaker 1: Wait since and I was trying to book dates while
- 10:37Speaker 1: he's in Vietnam for any of our international listeners.
- 10:39Speaker 3: So okay, you found out today.
- 10:43Speaker 2: I didn't know if you were camping in tents or not,
- 10:44Speaker 2: because I know that you're an outdoorsy dude.
- 10:46Speaker 3: You do it when you go fishing on the coast.
- 10:48Speaker 2: He'll stay stay like a night and a half and
- 10:51Speaker 2: then fish both days.
- 10:52Speaker 3: But so you have a villa. But they called you
- 10:55Speaker 3: and told you what today?
- 10:56Speaker 4: Yeah? They well you know what I'm saying, like me,
- 10:58Speaker 4: I'm not Tex seven, but though my daughters are, so
- 11:01Speaker 4: you know what I'm saying, Like they got an email.
- 11:04Speaker 2: Your daughters are going no.
- 11:06Speaker 1: No, no, no, helping them out with the trip.
- 11:09Speaker 4: So you know what I'm saying, Like I got this.
- 11:11Speaker 4: I got the email. I think it was last night
- 11:13Speaker 4: because they like twelve hours ahead. And they saying that
- 11:17Speaker 4: do I need a room, a room, helper, a room
- 11:21Speaker 4: guess And I'm like, huh what And my daughter telling
- 11:25Speaker 4: me something. No, no, no, I said, wait a minute,
- 11:28Speaker 4: Wait a minute, let's let's talk this thing.
- 11:30Speaker 1: Oh yeah, don't be stopping daddy from a room helper.
- 11:33Speaker 2: Yes, okay, and Vietnam think about it.
- 11:36Speaker 1: No, no, no, my mind's running wild right now. We're not
- 11:39Speaker 1: talking about a bell hop helping you bring your No, no, no.
- 11:41Speaker 3: No, no no.
- 11:43Speaker 4: But don't see, I'm saying like if she can cook,
- 11:46Speaker 4: you know what I'm saying, And if I can get
- 11:47Speaker 4: the birth certificate verified that she was born a woman.
- 11:51Speaker 4: You know, I'm thinking, like, you know, I'm.
- 11:55Speaker 2: Not even gonna say the per certificate verifying her age.
- 11:59Speaker 1: No, actually a woman? What?
- 12:04Speaker 2: Oh my?
- 12:04Speaker 4: Go along with that?
- 12:05Speaker 1: Well no, no, you you are talking, you know you
- 12:08Speaker 1: now you're getting the subject of such tourism, and that's
- 12:13Speaker 1: a whole different conversation.
- 12:14Speaker 4: But I just wouldn't do it. No no, no, I
- 12:17Speaker 4: put no, I put no, he's just gonna have put No.
- 12:20Speaker 3: He would just have a help or you know, to
- 12:21Speaker 3: help him.
- 12:22Speaker 4: Man.
- 12:22Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, oh my god, you have a passport.
- 12:26Speaker 4: I got a visa. The reason why I said alleged
- 12:30Speaker 4: because there's two types of visa that you can get.
- 12:33Speaker 4: You can get a business visa, and you can get
- 12:36Speaker 4: a tourist visa. Uh, the business visa is a little
- 12:39Speaker 4: bit more money. And so you know, it's sounds like
- 12:41Speaker 4: that's why I say, I'm just going on a tourist visa.
- 12:44Speaker 1: Oh I got you reason for your visit to Vietnam,
- 12:48Speaker 1: mister Paramore. Yeah, vacation pleasure that I have a room
- 12:53Speaker 1: assistant coming. Oh we got you come on in?
- 12:57Speaker 4: What the Devil? Hey?
- 12:58Speaker 3: Yeah, so that's really good.
- 13:00Speaker 2: You don't have to go on down anymore of the
- 13:01Speaker 2: personal stuff with Viesus or anything. I just thought it
- 13:05Speaker 2: was wild that Paramour Brown instead he's going on vacation.
- 13:08Speaker 2: I thought maybe he's going to the Islands to sit
- 13:10Speaker 2: on the beach.
- 13:11Speaker 1: He told us a while back that he was going
- 13:13Speaker 1: to do this. I know he did, but it still
- 13:17Speaker 1: just blew my mind.
- 13:18Speaker 2: And he hadn't told the listeners yet, so I figured
- 13:20Speaker 2: to blow their mind and Pat what put it over
- 13:22Speaker 2: the edge is when he said I just got confirmation
- 13:25Speaker 2: on my on my steaks and chicken me going over.
- 13:28Speaker 1: So I was like, I gotta tell Pat about this.
- 13:30Speaker 1: Have you guys noticed how many companies there are that
- 13:33Speaker 1: do that? Now that that that box up and sends
- 13:36Speaker 1: you their their you know this ranch or that ranch.
- 13:39Speaker 1: That's a huge business right now, dude, that he's getting bigger.
- 13:43Speaker 2: They have the ones that send you portion sized dinner
- 13:46Speaker 2: already set so all you have to do, and and
- 13:49Speaker 2: they're healthy, they're affordable.
- 13:52Speaker 1: Okay, now we're talking two different dens when you're talking
- 13:54Speaker 1: about the prefixed meal off. There's a ton of those
- 13:58Speaker 1: great deals. So here was my question though, and you'll
- 14:01Speaker 1: know this because you just went through it. With the
- 14:04Speaker 1: price of beef right now, Oh my I would wouldn't
- 14:08Speaker 1: it be even way more for these mail order places
- 14:12Speaker 1: that have these you know, grass fred fed beef.
- 14:16Speaker 4: Okay now, but like omaha, you know what I'm saying,
- 14:20Speaker 4: Like I've been using them.
- 14:22Speaker 1: You know, they've they've been in business forever. There are
- 14:24Speaker 1: no name, yeah yeah, yeah.
- 14:26Speaker 4: But they'll see like they have went up to like
- 14:29Speaker 4: almost thirty five to forty percent higher. And so you
- 14:33Speaker 4: know what I'm saying, like just like in the grocery
- 14:35Speaker 4: stores for beef right now, ye yeah, right now. But
- 14:38Speaker 4: they'll see like the chicken is balanced. You know what
- 14:40Speaker 4: I'm saying, White meat is always gonna be.
- 14:42Speaker 1: Chicken is back to where it should be.
- 14:44Speaker 4: Cheap. Yeah. Yeah, So you know what I'm saying, like
- 14:46Speaker 4: I did the mixture and stuff, and my partner them
- 14:50Speaker 4: they went in and they did the same thing, and
- 14:52Speaker 4: so you know what I'm saying, like that helped my
- 14:53Speaker 4: costs and stuff. You know what I'm saying.
- 14:55Speaker 1: Who how many of you were making this trip?
- 14:59Speaker 4: They already over there?
- 15:01Speaker 1: Who is they?
- 15:03Speaker 4: Like you think we mother ply through Vietnamese? They like,
- 15:08Speaker 4: oh my god, he said.
- 15:10Speaker 1: Said anything about you in multiply? I know you have
- 15:13Speaker 1: a lot of daughters.
- 15:15Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, yeah, okay, but I've never judged you on it.
- 15:19Speaker 4: I know, but I'm not saying he's.
- 15:21Speaker 2: Going to Vietnamine just called him those viet moneys?
- 15:26Speaker 3: Did anybody else? Okay?
- 15:28Speaker 4: Okay? So who is this cat is about? It's about sixteen.
- 15:33Speaker 4: It's about sixteen people over there. It's like three families.
- 15:36Speaker 1: Are they from here?
- 15:37Speaker 4: Yes? But yes, yes, How do you know them? I
- 15:41Speaker 4: used to work for a great company, win a park
- 15:43Speaker 4: inscrutching plug okay, w PC, I know, yeah, And and
- 15:52Speaker 4: I met Jamie Mama and you know, she was trying
- 15:55Speaker 4: to move her hotel equipment all by self, and she
- 15:58Speaker 4: only like about four two and like you know, I'm like, okay,
- 16:02Speaker 4: let me and I helped the lady and she was like,
- 16:04Speaker 4: don't gong Young gone, And I didn't understand a word
- 16:08Speaker 4: she was saying. And I was like, okay, let me
- 16:10Speaker 4: get this stuff over here, let me get this stuff
