Wimbledon kicks off with a record £64.2 million prize pot, but top players are staging a media blackout to protest just 15% of revenue going to athletes—same tactic used at the French Open. Organizers are stunned, saying they raised payouts after talks with players, yet the protest continues. Meanwhile, Serena and Venus Williams reunite for doubles after a decade, while British stars Emma Raducanu, Katie Boulter, and Jack Draper (backed by Andy Murray) aim to shine—making this tournament a thrilling mix of on-court action and off-court drama.
