- 3:56SPEAKER_00: Yeah, people have said that before.
- 3:59SPEAKER_00: I'm just saying, because you ain't got the beard lined up.
- 4:02SPEAKER_00: You I mean you you getting into your prince mode, and I I can see it happening.
- 4:06SPEAKER_00: That's fire.
- 4:06SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I'm gonna I'm gonna see what I can pull off for, bro.
- 4:08SPEAKER_02: I I ain't gonna call that major though.
- 4:10SPEAKER_02: That's just that that's just a seasonal event.
- 4:14SPEAKER_00: Well, man, it's good to hear that you're doing good though.

- 4:36SPEAKER_00: So thank you guys for showing some love and support, man.
- 4:39SPEAKER_00: Keep keep it up for real.
- 4:41SPEAKER_00: But um, as far as my life goes, I'm up front, honest with you.
- 4:45SPEAKER_00: I haven't been, I'm not working right now.
- 4:47SPEAKER_00: So it's just like I gotta like man.
- 4:50SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm not working right now, but I'm not stressed or worried about anything.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: It's just like I got time.
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: You know, I'm right now I'm injured, but I got time to like figure out what I really want to do.
- 5:03SPEAKER_00: So like right now, I'm just dibbing and dabbing into content creating, like seeing, like just having fun.
- 5:08SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm not expecting to make a check from it, you know, tomorrow.
- 5:12SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 5:12SPEAKER_02: Cause you that I mean you to to create a love for something, you can't have that type of alternative.
- 5:19SPEAKER_00: Like, you can ask my wife right now.
- 5:22SPEAKER_00: I carry my wireless mics with me everywhere I go, just in case I want to say something or or I want to look at something, review something, you don't know what could happen.
- 5:31SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 5:31SPEAKER_00: So I carry my tripod and I carry my um my wireless mics with me.
- 5:36SPEAKER_00: And I'm having fun with it because it's like I'm can I know I'm connecting with people.
- 5:42SPEAKER_00: And then it that's that's what's fun about it.
- 5:44SPEAKER_00: But like, like I said, I'm not looking to get a check from it.
- 5:47SPEAKER_00: If a check comes, I'll be like, hey, I'll take it straight to the bank.
- 5:50SPEAKER_00: I ain't tripping.
- 5:51SPEAKER_00: But you know, but um a job's coming, you know.
- 5:55SPEAKER_00: I've been I've been putting my name out there and stuff like that.
- 5:57SPEAKER_00: I got some got some stuff happening.
- 6:00SPEAKER_00: But other than that, life's been looking good, bro.
- 6:02SPEAKER_00: Like Pittsburgh won.
- 6:04SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 6:06SPEAKER_02: And they look they look nice.
- 6:07SPEAKER_00: But Russ was going crazy.
- 6:09SPEAKER_00: I was y'all heard me first.
- 6:10SPEAKER_00: I was nervous.
- 6:11SPEAKER_00: I was like, don't put that man in because we don't, we're on a roll right now.
- 6:15SPEAKER_00: But we were really rolling.
- 6:16SPEAKER_02: I've been trying to tell y'all, any Pittsburgh fans, I don't know how how y'all was holding on to Justin Fields like that.
- 6:23SPEAKER_02: He looked like he was unaware half the time.
- 6:27SPEAKER_00: Okay, so that's neither here nor there.
- 6:30SPEAKER_02: Russ did his thing.
- 6:31SPEAKER_02: I hope that can I hope that can stay consistent.
- 6:34SPEAKER_00: Breezy, I agree with you.
- 6:37SPEAKER_00: I was going back looking at the highlights and stuff like that, and I'm like, he just left too many people wide open.
- 6:44SPEAKER_00: And you could tell people were getting frustrated.
- 6:47SPEAKER_02: I don't even, and that's my I don't even see it as leaving people wide open.
- 6:51SPEAKER_02: That is what's happening as a result of it.
- 6:53SPEAKER_02: I just see it as like it's a whole like gloss over his eyes that's like that clears up after five seconds off after the snap, but it's too late after that because you ain't see what you were supposed to see early.
- 7:04SPEAKER_00: I just feel like he got potential like to be great.
- 7:08SPEAKER_02: But like somebody needs to really get picky with um having him experiment throwing the ball different ways in different types of situations so like he can picture it more in a game.
- 7:21SPEAKER_00: Otherwise, you're looking for Well they said that's why Russ is there to teach him.
- 7:26SPEAKER_00: Like, we need a young quarterback who can run and can throw, he can do both, but we just need him to up his football IQ.
- 7:32SPEAKER_02: I mean, we we we hope Russ then has that mentorship aspect about his character.
- 7:37SPEAKER_02: To me, Russ is comes off as the kind of guy that sees himself starting to play good and is gonna like gatekeep.
- 7:44SPEAKER_02: But uh no, no.
- 7:45SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna keep it a buck with you.
- 7:47SPEAKER_00: If if he watches teams like this and he keeps he keeps like, okay, so we don't even get to the Super Bowl, but we get like one game away or something like that.
- 7:56SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 7:56SPEAKER_00: That's the farth farthest we ever been in years.
- 8:00SPEAKER_00: So it's just like if he can do that and we can tweak this and tweak that, and then get to the Super Bowl, oh, he might as well give him that extended contract.
- 8:08SPEAKER_02: If no, if if nobody's showing Justin Fields how to grow as a quarterback, all Justin Fields can do is really take the highest amount of notes from watching somebody and then like try it in practice 80 times.
- 8:20SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm just saying, because like he said in one press conference, I'm not here to to uh sit on the bench.
- 8:27SPEAKER_00: I was just like, nigga, I'll sit on the bench behind a vet and learn because they not gonna be here.
- 8:33SPEAKER_02: And and it and it's how you it's how you think you need to learn too.
- 8:36SPEAKER_00: Like straight up.
- 8:37SPEAKER_00: Like I will sit on that bench and get my money on, get paid to sit on the bench and learn.
- 8:44SPEAKER_00: Like, that's all you gotta do.
- 8:46SPEAKER_00: And then things happen in football.
- 8:48SPEAKER_00: If they if they get injured, you the next man up.
- 8:50SPEAKER_00: You ready?
- 8:51SPEAKER_02: And I do think um Tomlin might play around with switching them off if it's a good running game.
- 8:57SPEAKER_00: Oh yeah, depending on what team they go against, type of deal.
- 9:00SPEAKER_02: Yeah, like we still like maybe still start Russ, but like the run is going well and the throw isn't really working.
- 9:07SPEAKER_02: We're gonna go.
- 9:09SPEAKER_00: I don't know, second and one, and that first thing was a no-go, and you know this next one's not gonna be a no-go, so put him in so he can really like he can dang near run it in.
- 9:19SPEAKER_02: Because it's certain games you can protect Russ from if you think he is injury prone while also playing Justin without it being y'all up 20 points.
- 9:28unknown: Right.
- 9:29SPEAKER_00: Facts.
- 9:30SPEAKER_00: I agree with that.
- 9:31SPEAKER_00: But moving on into the podcast, those some good views though.
- 9:34SPEAKER_00: I like that.
- 9:35SPEAKER_00: Um, so I don't know if you know.
- 9:39SPEAKER_00: I mean, it's been a little minute, but Dirk is out of here, bro.
- 9:43SPEAKER_02: Man, I've been seeing the news in the last 24 hours.
- 9:47SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 9:49SPEAKER_02: I like I haven't kept up on it, but I have just I just started seeing a lot of it.
- 9:53SPEAKER_00: So Mans got snitched on by somebody in his own crew.
- 9:58SPEAKER_00: From what I from what I read in the article, and it's been confirmed he's been wearing a wire wire for like seven years.
- 10:04SPEAKER_02: Yep.
- 10:05SPEAKER_02: Well, I didn't know how long, but I did see that.
- 10:07SPEAKER_00: They said he was wearing a wire wire for wire for several years.
- 10:12SPEAKER_00: Do you know how long?
- 10:13SPEAKER_00: Seven years?
- 10:15SPEAKER_00: Damn.
- 10:16SPEAKER_00: Do you know how much bro?
- 10:17SPEAKER_00: And then Dirk was just now coming up, like right now.
- 10:20SPEAKER_00: Like he's he's already been around.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: If y'all don't know, he had, you know, I've been I came around when he had beef with Tiger and all that.
- 10:26SPEAKER_00: But like that was like 2013 or something like that.
- 10:31SPEAKER_00: But like Dirk is now reaching that point in his career where he is like one of the top.
- 10:38SPEAKER_02: One of the top.
- 10:38SPEAKER_02: At least in on the hip-hop side of things for sure.
- 10:41SPEAKER_00: But like he his bro, this took the wind out of his sales quick.
- 10:46SPEAKER_02: Quick, dog.
- 10:47SPEAKER_02: I know what I had seen was he tried to uh uh leave the country on a private jet.
- 10:53SPEAKER_02: Yup, they see I seen he like put three different flights to try and throw off the feds.
- 10:59SPEAKER_00: It's a wrap.
- 11:00SPEAKER_00: That's deep, that's deep work.
- 11:02SPEAKER_02: That's deep work.
- 11:04SPEAKER_00: And then they said he's not getting out.
- 11:07SPEAKER_00: And I looked his case up online, they have no bond for this man.
- 11:12SPEAKER_02: Dog, no, and um what was crazy is uh they I had seen um a clip from an academic stream where he was he was kind of going too crazy, it was annoying.
- 11:24SPEAKER_02: But someone replied in the comments saying act Ben knew about this, and then they posted a clip of from like a year ago where somebody told academics the feds have been looking into Dirk and he he is going to go down.
- 11:38SPEAKER_02: So it this this this was dang near and it was he didn't release no names, he didn't say who, and it wasn't talked about after that, to my knowledge, but like he said it on the stream like a year ago, and they said they got they got uh evidence of uh VOD taking the case for him too.
- 11:59SPEAKER_00: And then like I don't know, like that whole thing, bro, that is crazy work.
- 12:06SPEAKER_02: That's deep for real.
- 12:07SPEAKER_00: I'm just like oh okay, so this isn't leading into my next point.
- 12:12SPEAKER_00: If you are a artist like Dirk, who finally copped features with Drake, you copped features with J.
- 12:21SPEAKER_00: Cole, you are moving up the you moving up the ranks in rap.
- 12:25SPEAKER_00: Like you you're starting to like really set a solid foundation for yourself.
- 12:29SPEAKER_00: Why are you messing around in the streets still?
- 12:32SPEAKER_02: Bruh, so it's hard when you when you really try to stay, and I'm gonna keep I'm gonna hold up quotation marks, when you try to stay true to what you're rapping about.
- 12:41SPEAKER_02: Like in my in my humble opinion, I don't know too much about gang life, so I can't speak like I do.
- 12:46SPEAKER_02: But if you really wrapped up like Dirk is wrapped up, I feel like when you really start to make it, you gotta find a clean way to separate yourself from them without without making them the enemy to you.
- 12:57SPEAKER_02: Because it's like I don't hate y'all, but I'm moving in a way to where I'm under a microscope.
- 13:02SPEAKER_02: So if I'm under a microscope, y'all under a microscope.
- 13:06SPEAKER_02: So I could break with the money I'm making, I could break all y'all off 10k, but then I'm moving out of the city.
- 13:13SPEAKER_02: That like to me, that's to me that's a safe, the safest way.
- 13:17SPEAKER_02: So so it's it's ain't nothing.
- 13:18SPEAKER_02: I can't come back.
- 13:19SPEAKER_02: Like it's I don't know.
- 13:21SPEAKER_00: I I hear you.
- 13:23SPEAKER_02: It's just like because if you keep it up and then you keep getting bigger in your career, I mean, then what you asking for.
- 13:29SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 13:30SPEAKER_00: Because it's like that falls on the young thug, too.
- 13:32SPEAKER_00: It's just like thug was moving heavy, too heavy in the streets.
- 13:37SPEAKER_00: And I'm just like, bro, and I got so much money, y'all even need to worry about it.
- 13:42SPEAKER_02: I understand that y'all was doing that in those times to keep some money flowing in for your household, for the homies, for whoever.
- 13:49SPEAKER_00: Because music was not cutting it.
- 13:51SPEAKER_02: But then the music did start cutting it, and and that microscope lens starts to create more problems, and you acting like I don't even know.
- 14:01SPEAKER_00: Like to put it in perspective for the music, um, I watch a lot of documentaries on music and stuff like that.
- 14:08SPEAKER_00: But this one in particular stood out because I'm a fan of this artist, but like uh one came up, it was Kendrick, Drake, and J.
- 14:15SPEAKER_00: Cole.
- 14:15SPEAKER_00: Drake, he was still working in like a drugstore or something like that when he was dropping um not Think Me Later, but uh his yeah, no, his very first album.
- 14:24SPEAKER_00: Was that Think Me Later?
- 14:26SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
- 14:26SPEAKER_00: I forgot whatever his first album was.
- 14:28SPEAKER_00: He didn't expect he was like, I'm not gonna sell that much.
- 14:30SPEAKER_00: He was like, he said, I'm not gonna sell over a hundred thousand my first week.
- 14:36SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna be realistic with you.
- 14:37SPEAKER_00: This is him about to get ready for work.
- 14:39SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 14:40SPEAKER_00: This man sold over 500,000 out the gate.
- 14:44SPEAKER_00: Dang.
- 14:44SPEAKER_00: And he didn't really start seeing money until after that 500,000 came out.
- 14:48SPEAKER_00: So it shows you like that music stuff, you gotta stay loyal to the soil with it, though.
- 14:52SPEAKER_00: Like, yeah, J.
- 14:53SPEAKER_00: Cole was still in college while he was making music, and I think he got his CD off the Jay-Z.
- 14:59SPEAKER_00: Then his stuff started hitting, but he was still in college, like he was still eating oodles and noodles.
- 15:04SPEAKER_00: Like it wasn't hitting like that.
- 15:06SPEAKER_00: So it's just like you gotta understand like what Breezy was saying, like the music stuff ain't hitting right away.
- 15:13SPEAKER_02: And you're doing what you're doing to make your money for sure.
- 15:16SPEAKER_02: But if this is what you thought was gonna start making you money, and then it do start making you money, you got you got to readjust.
- 15:24SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so it's just like you gotta start moving different.
- 15:27SPEAKER_00: Cause like, like, I don't know, like all this stuff could be avoided.
- 15:31SPEAKER_00: Like, even like with the rappers' deaths and stuff can be avoided.
- 15:35SPEAKER_00: Like, if you just stay out the way and just go to work, you'll be fine, bro.
- 15:38SPEAKER_02: And I mean, I mean, that's I mean that that's getting that's getting too much into it, if you're asking me.
- 15:43SPEAKER_02: Because at s at some point, I also do believe that um the stuff still will have it's still gonna go on.
- 15:50SPEAKER_02: Is it it literally comes to removing yourself once you start to get that acclaim.
- 15:55SPEAKER_02: And it and it and also don't forget, I'm not saying forget where you came from.
- 15:59SPEAKER_02: It ain't nothing to go back and see family and mess with the homies, but the homies gotta understand where you stand now too.
- 16:05SPEAKER_02: Otherwise, they wasn't really your homies to begin with.
- 16:07SPEAKER_02: I'm glad you said that, bro.
- 16:08SPEAKER_00: I'm really glad you said that because people don't understand that.
- 16:11SPEAKER_00: They don't understand that.
- 16:12SPEAKER_02: It gets it get disrespectful at a certain point.
- 16:14SPEAKER_02: You cannot feel slighted because I have this gift that's taking me somewhere, and I was doing what you was doing.
- 16:20SPEAKER_02: I don't deny that at all, but I don't do it now, and I can't.
- 16:26SPEAKER_00: That's facts, that's all facts.
- 16:29SPEAKER_00: Like I I'm glad you said that though.
- 16:30SPEAKER_02: You'd be like, So, what you trying to hold me for?
- 16:33SPEAKER_00: That stuff does get annoying though, because it's like they be like, you don't never come to the hood no more, you don't do this no more, you don't hit you with the homies, you don't even come through and kick it with a sick.
- 16:42SPEAKER_02: Bro, we are we were struggling when we was doing that.
- 16:44SPEAKER_00: Like, you want me to come back to the bottom?
- 16:46SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm not about to do that.
- 16:47SPEAKER_00: Like, you can work with me.
- 16:48SPEAKER_02: Like, but you but like you gotta clean up your image.
- 16:51SPEAKER_02: Exactly, and that's not me being no type of nothing when I say that.
- 16:55SPEAKER_02: That's just facts.
- 16:56SPEAKER_02: The life is not illegal.
- 16:59SPEAKER_02: We up we we operating under the table.
- 17:02SPEAKER_02: Stop.
- 17:02SPEAKER_00: Well, uh, my favorite video I've seen, um, and this is last year, it was an old video, Kevin Gates.
- 17:10SPEAKER_00: He was like, he was standing in the middle of uh his like his people and like crew members and stuff like that, like for a music video.
- 17:17SPEAKER_00: He said, Look, I think somebody pissed him off, like one of his dudes.
- 17:21SPEAKER_00: He said, Look, we not friends.
- 17:25SPEAKER_00: We not friends right now.
- 17:26SPEAKER_00: He said, in this very moment, we co-workers because we are working right now.
- 17:30SPEAKER_00: Outside of this, we could we can kick it, we cool, you know, whatever.
- 17:34SPEAKER_00: But I don't need friends right now.
- 17:36SPEAKER_00: I need people who can who can work.
- 17:38SPEAKER_00: That's real.
- 17:39SPEAKER_00: I was like, yo, he's talking that talk.
- 17:42SPEAKER_00: That's the truth.
- 17:42SPEAKER_00: It's sound, it's out, it's tough love.
- 17:44SPEAKER_02: I mean, I mean, but it's but it gotta be seen like that.
- 17:47SPEAKER_02: This is a job, and and it's like we we can be homies, but this isn't homie work, this is work work.
- 17:53SPEAKER_00: Especially if I got a hundred thousand on the line, like like I'm about to, we go we got potential to make this much money.
- 17:59SPEAKER_00: Like, let's kick it after we make this much money, bro.
- 18:02SPEAKER_02: I mean, I I talk to my my younger brother about it all the time.
- 18:05SPEAKER_02: Everything is everything.
- 18:07SPEAKER_02: So a a factory job, the same as plug work, the same as uh working at McDonald's.
- 18:13SPEAKER_02: A job is a job.
- 18:14SPEAKER_02: And so if you if you get too personal with any job, it's fundamental.
- 18:18SPEAKER_02: That's why they have HR and ethics.
- 18:21SPEAKER_02: If you get too personal with any job, things get choppy.
- 18:24SPEAKER_00: Things get dicey as mess.
- 18:27SPEAKER_00: I mean, we've seen it firsthand.
- 18:28SPEAKER_02: It's fundamental.
- 18:30SPEAKER_02: So that that'd be the whole thing.
- 18:31SPEAKER_02: That's why they say business is business.
- 18:34SPEAKER_02: And when you when you start to cross over business and friendships, you start to get confused on what is actually.
- 18:40SPEAKER_02: Even relationships.
- 18:42SPEAKER_02: That's what that's it.
- 18:43SPEAKER_00: So like I seen it firsthand.
- 18:45SPEAKER_00: Like, not not this job, but the past jobs I had, like, people, it was more relationships than anything.
- 18:51SPEAKER_00: Like, they couldn't keep those two separate from work.
- 18:54SPEAKER_02: And well, I and I try I try to be realistic about that view.
- 18:57SPEAKER_02: If you go to if most people just go to work and go home for the most part, so either they have a family already, or they is they just a bachelor or a bachelorette, go home and go to work.
- 19:07SPEAKER_02: So if that's the only place that you're going, it's gonna be hard not to intermingle.
- 19:12SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 19:13SPEAKER_00: It would be hard because I had to work.
- 19:15SPEAKER_00: Um okay, so you you ever heard of Big B coffee?
- 19:19SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 19:19SPEAKER_00: All right, so me and my wife worked there when it's back home in Ohio, and um she actually got me the job.
- 19:27SPEAKER_00: Like, I I just didn't have nothing at the time.
- 19:30SPEAKER_00: Like, yeah, just I just needed something to do.
- 19:32SPEAKER_00: And I saw she was bringing home, like, bro, she y'all gotta stop sleeping on these coffee shops.
- 19:38SPEAKER_00: It's like she brought home like three, four hundred dollars in tips.
- 19:43SPEAKER_00: Damn.
- 19:44SPEAKER_00: That's just behind the counter.
- 19:46SPEAKER_00: She don't serve nobody, she didn't, she just is nice to people.
- 19:50SPEAKER_00: And so the tips rack up in the morning because that's what people want.
- 19:54SPEAKER_00: They want that morning covering show, bruh.
- 19:55SPEAKER_00: Like it was crazy.
- 19:58SPEAKER_00: So I go there and I'm just like, how am I gonna do this, bro?
- 20:05SPEAKER_00: This is my wife, my wife is right, we just got married.
- 20:08SPEAKER_00: So we're like right here.
- 20:10SPEAKER_00: So they were like, okay, we'll fix it.
- 20:11SPEAKER_00: We'll just go ahead and put you guys on different shifts.
- 20:13SPEAKER_00: So I'm working nights, she working mornings.
- 20:15SPEAKER_00: Like, all right, that's cool.
- 20:16SPEAKER_00: But then I start getting good at my job.
- 20:19SPEAKER_00: I start getting really good at it.
- 20:20SPEAKER_00: So where do you think they want the good people to be?
- 20:22SPEAKER_02: On that shift.
- 20:23SPEAKER_02: On that shift on the morning window.
- 20:25SPEAKER_02: Come on now.
- 20:26SPEAKER_00: So they were like, ah, you'll be okay.
- 20:28SPEAKER_00: So I was like, alright.
- 20:31SPEAKER_00: So technically, my wife is my boss a little bit, like, because she got more time than me.
- 20:38SPEAKER_00: But when she told me to go do the dishes, she was like, she'll come up, she'll like kiss me on the cheek and stuff.
- 20:44SPEAKER_00: I'm like, freak, can't be doing that.
- 20:46SPEAKER_00: Can't be doing that.
- 20:49SPEAKER_00: Like it's tough.
- 20:51SPEAKER_00: Like it's really tough, but we kept it together though.
- 20:53SPEAKER_00: Like we definitely got the work done.
- 20:54SPEAKER_00: But it's just like she'd be like, Oh, I forgot.
- 20:57SPEAKER_00: I forgot already what was going on here.
- 20:59SPEAKER_00: That's funny.
- 21:00SPEAKER_00: So that's like working together, you know, with your significant other, like your other habit.
- 21:06SPEAKER_00: Like, it's it's a struggle sometimes, but it could be done.
- 21:10SPEAKER_00: I think if you put in different departments, it could be done.
- 21:13SPEAKER_02: And I mean, and I mean, y'all, y'all could, y'all could, you know, y'all could have a little a little side, a sidebar talk and be like, we're gonna be professional as hell, just in this setting.
- 21:23SPEAKER_02: In a funny way, you could call it role-playing, in a professional way, you could just be like, I mean, that is what it is.
- 21:28SPEAKER_00: Well, we was unstoppable though.
- 21:30SPEAKER_02: That's that's how that goes.
- 21:32SPEAKER_02: That's dynamic, duel.
- 21:33SPEAKER_00: And we didn't tell nobody, we didn't tell only people that knew we were married was the managers, and they were barely there.
- 21:39SPEAKER_00: So, like, our coworkers didn't know we were really together like that.
- 21:42SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and so when they would like be shady and they were talking to me about Bree, like, oh, for real?
- 21:50SPEAKER_00: That's how you feel about Bree.
- 21:52SPEAKER_00: Damn.
- 21:53SPEAKER_00: All right, and then Bree would walk around the corner.
- 21:57SPEAKER_00: I was like, Hey, you know they said such and such about.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: You right?
- 22:01SPEAKER_00: I was like, they were like, oh, really?
- 22:03SPEAKER_00: I was like, yeah, stop playing.
- 22:04SPEAKER_00: That's my that's my wife.
- 22:05SPEAKER_00: And then they would quit.
- 22:07SPEAKER_02: Not quit.
- 22:08SPEAKER_02: We need employees now.
- 22:10SPEAKER_00: Like, we just I don't know.
- 22:11SPEAKER_00: That stuff was just a bunch of nonsense.
- 22:13SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm not I'm not a drama starter, but I'm I'm more I'm gonna protect what's mine though.
- 22:17SPEAKER_00: 100%.
- 22:19SPEAKER_00: But anyway, uh yeah, you had a lot of good facts about that, bro.
- 22:23SPEAKER_00: Like I I like what you said about that.
- 22:25SPEAKER_00: Like the rappers versus the streets deal, like keeping that separate.
- 22:29SPEAKER_02: It's a give and take thing.
- 22:30SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 22:32SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 22:33SPEAKER_00: What are you about to say?
- 22:35SPEAKER_02: I mean, that's kind of it.
- 22:36SPEAKER_02: It's just a give and take thing.
- 22:37SPEAKER_02: Like we can't we can't sit here and promote what we doing and not and not expect something to fall back on us.
- 22:48SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 22:48SPEAKER_00: Well, moving on to the next thing, and this is gonna be super quick.
- 22:53SPEAKER_00: Uh do you like Lil' Baby?
- 22:56SPEAKER_02: I do like Lil Baby, but then um I see see it go back to this P.
- 23:02SPEAKER_02: Diddy stuff going down.
- 23:03SPEAKER_02: I done Wait, pause.
- 23:05SPEAKER_00: Hold on, what?
- 23:06SPEAKER_02: So I done seen 50 Cent talk about how when you go to a P.
- 23:09SPEAKER_02: Diddy party, they hug you from the front and in the back at the same time.
- 23:13SPEAKER_02: And then it's a whole it's a whole clip.
- 23:16SPEAKER_02: It's a whole clip of Lil Baby, and they on they all in the all-white, and he go to dap up somebody, and at the same time somebody hug him from behind, too.
- 23:23SPEAKER_02: And I'm just like, why is he sandwiched in between these two white dudes like that?
- 23:27SPEAKER_02: That just don't look right.
- 23:28SPEAKER_00: Reverse Oreo.
- 23:31SPEAKER_02: But other than that, I like Lil Baby music.
- 23:34SPEAKER_02: I still listen, I still listen to Lil Baby.
- 23:37SPEAKER_02: But that just got me sideways with the biggest.
- 23:39SPEAKER_00: Wait, was that a Diddy party or was that at a Michael?
- 23:41SPEAKER_02: I don't have the Michael Rubin party.
- 23:43SPEAKER_02: I look at both people sideways, so I don't know.
- 23:45SPEAKER_00: I mean, Michael Rubin, I think it's probably worse because he got more money and he, you know, all white parties and he a billionaire type vibes.
- 23:54SPEAKER_00: Like I think everybody would be.
- 23:55SPEAKER_02: They was doing the same thing with the all-white.
- 24:00SPEAKER_00: Gosh dang it, man.
- 24:02SPEAKER_00: But uh I see that's why.
- 24:06SPEAKER_00: See, people ask me how rich do I want to be?
- 24:08SPEAKER_00: I want to be well off.
- 24:10SPEAKER_00: I don't want to be mega rich.
- 24:11SPEAKER_02: I don't want to be because I feel like I want to be a single millionaire.
- 24:16SPEAKER_02: Not 10.
- 24:17SPEAKER_02: Lower than 10.
- 24:17SPEAKER_02: I'm so serious.
- 24:19SPEAKER_00: I think 10 is cool, but when you get to get to like a 12, 15, it's not even that 12.
- 24:24SPEAKER_02: I think I think you really cool up to three digit millions, to be honest.
- 24:29SPEAKER_02: I think you real smooth up to but once you get up to that upper etch a line of 100 million, then you really in a a different ball game.
- 24:37SPEAKER_00: Cause you know who I look at?
- 24:38SPEAKER_00: I look at DDG.
- 24:40SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 24:41SPEAKER_00: He makes millions.
- 24:43SPEAKER_00: Like, I know he got he said something like he I mean he exposed his bank account once.
- 24:49SPEAKER_00: It was like 25, 30 million or something like that.
- 24:52SPEAKER_00: I was just in one.
- 24:55SPEAKER_00: And he was like, I ain't going to no Diddy parties, I ain't going to no Michael Rubin parties.
- 24:59SPEAKER_00: I'm DDG.
- 25:00SPEAKER_00: I do my own thing.
- 25:01SPEAKER_00: And I release my music under my name and under my private.
- 25:05SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and when if you stand on that and you continue to do you at a high level, you just won't make more than essentially.
- 25:12SPEAKER_02: And I'm cool with that.
- 25:13SPEAKER_02: But I'm straight straight cool with that.
- 25:16SPEAKER_02: My family is retired.
- 25:17SPEAKER_02: The only way you're making more is if you start to really invest into businesses and grow something that's outside of that light in general.
- 25:24SPEAKER_00: Yeah, like I will invest into a couple.
- 25:26SPEAKER_00: I invest into a whole bunch.
- 25:28SPEAKER_00: Like, give me like two franchises.
- 25:30SPEAKER_00: The Zaxby's.
- 25:31SPEAKER_00: If you're listening to this, I love you.
- 25:33SPEAKER_00: Like straight up.
- 25:34SPEAKER_00: Like, we can work something out.
- 25:36SPEAKER_00: Zaxby's is that stuff.
- 25:38SPEAKER_00: I don't know why we're getting a raisin canes, but I never had Zaxxby's.
- 25:42SPEAKER_02: I have had Raising Canes.
- 25:44SPEAKER_00: Bro, we're gonna take a trip.
- 25:46SPEAKER_02: Where is the closest Zaxby's?
- 25:48SPEAKER_00: Fisher's Indiana.
- 25:49SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 25:49SPEAKER_02: I need I need to go that direction anyways.
- 25:52SPEAKER_00: Um Fisher's Indiana.
- 25:53SPEAKER_00: Uh I didn't know it was there until my father-in-law, he was picking me up from Indianapolis because I had moved my mom to North Carolina or whatnot.
- 26:01SPEAKER_00: So I flew back and I'm like, there's gotta be a Zaxby somewhere.
- 26:06SPEAKER_00: Like, somewhere.
- 26:08SPEAKER_00: And he said, Yup, we headed it right now.
- 26:10SPEAKER_00: I was just like, you for real?
- 26:11SPEAKER_02: Quit playing.
- 26:12SPEAKER_00: Bro, I ordered two plates, one to here and one to go.
- 26:15SPEAKER_02: What uh what kind of restaurant is Zaxby's?
- 26:18SPEAKER_00: Okay, it's like a southernized raisin case.
- 26:23SPEAKER_00: Like their seasoned, their chicken is seasoned to the to the gods, bro.
- 26:28SPEAKER_00: It's like their chicken, like you don't even need the sauce if you don't want the sauce.
- 26:32SPEAKER_00: And like, you know how Raisin Cane's got their Raisin Cane sauce?
- 26:36SPEAKER_00: Mm-hmm.
- 26:36SPEAKER_00: Okay, they got Zack sauce.
- 26:39SPEAKER_02: But you can get Whoa, this is like keep going.
- 26:42SPEAKER_00: Bro, it's like he got shook.
- 26:44SPEAKER_02: They like the same restaurant.
- 26:46SPEAKER_00: Way better.
- 26:47SPEAKER_00: Their chicken is fully seasoned, the fries is seasoned, like everything is seasoned.
- 26:53SPEAKER_00: And like they got their Zach sauce, it comes in original, spicy.
- 26:56SPEAKER_00: Like and then they got buffalo sauces for the real deal stuff.
- 27:01SPEAKER_00: It's amazing.
- 27:02SPEAKER_02: No, this is really looking special.
- 27:04SPEAKER_02: I ain't even fin the whole job.
- 27:05SPEAKER_02: Way better than Raising Cane's.
- 27:07SPEAKER_02: And it is looking better than Raisin Canes, but it also looks exactly like Raisin Canes.
- 27:11SPEAKER_02: Like, he's not lying when he says it's like a Southern Raising Canes.
- 27:15SPEAKER_00: Yeah, because I found out about it when I went to North Carolina.
- 27:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I was there for like two weeks.
- 27:20SPEAKER_00: And um, I went down, I was like, I want some chicken, bro.
- 27:24SPEAKER_00: Something good.
- 27:24SPEAKER_00: Like I had Bojangles.
- 27:26SPEAKER_00: Bo Jangles, if you ever want to sponsor your boy too.
- 27:29SPEAKER_00: See, I've never been there either.
- 27:31SPEAKER_00: See, Breezy hasn't had you guys yet.
- 27:33SPEAKER_00: You guys need to do something about that, man.
- 27:35SPEAKER_00: We need we need a Bo Jangles in Indiana.
- 27:38SPEAKER_00: Like Fort Wayne, Indiana.
- 27:40SPEAKER_00: We need a Zaxby's in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
- 27:43SPEAKER_00: Just give me a franchise, bro.
- 27:45SPEAKER_00: Like, I'll make sure that thing is popping.
- 27:47SPEAKER_00: That's straight up.
- 27:47SPEAKER_00: He's saying that.
- 27:48SPEAKER_00: I'll make sure that thing is, man.
- 27:49SPEAKER_00: I'll marketing will be no problem.
- 27:52SPEAKER_00: But but anyway, um, bro, we're gonna have to make a trip.
- 27:56SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I'm with that action.
- 27:57SPEAKER_00: I'm so serious.
- 27:58SPEAKER_02: Wait, what uh what Marshawn Lynn say about that action?
- 28:00SPEAKER_02: About that action.
- 28:02SPEAKER_00: Let me let me uh let me get some stuff together.
- 28:05SPEAKER_00: We're gonna make that thing happen, though.
- 28:06SPEAKER_00: I'm trying to try to tell you it's the best thing to happen.
- 28:09SPEAKER_00: But um dang, I didn't lost what I was about to say before that.
- 28:15SPEAKER_00: Hold on.
- 28:16SPEAKER_02: It was somewhere we we was talking about Lil' Baby.
- 28:19SPEAKER_00: Okay, he's dropping an album, I guess.
- 28:20SPEAKER_02: I'm tuned in.
- 28:21SPEAKER_02: I'm I'm gonna tap into it.
- 28:23SPEAKER_02: I like Lil Baby's music, but if something comes out about him in the future, I'm just not gonna be surprised.
- 28:28SPEAKER_02: That's all I'm saying, and I leave it there.
- 28:31SPEAKER_00: I just okay, so I I'm not name-dropping any more rappers right now because you don't know who you can you can find.
- 28:39SPEAKER_00: No, that's real, that's really real.
- 28:41SPEAKER_00: Like, you don't know what can happen, but it's the truth though.
- 28:44SPEAKER_00: Like, the ones that you already know what I'm thinking.
- 28:47SPEAKER_00: Like, some of these high-end rappers, like, I wouldn't be surprised to be at these parties.
- 28:53SPEAKER_02: I can't be surprised at this point.
- 28:56SPEAKER_02: I'm already like I've been so surprised by it all coming out the way it has in the first place.
- 29:02SPEAKER_02: Wasn't surprised about Diddy though.
- 29:03SPEAKER_02: I'm not surprised about Diddy at all.
- 29:05SPEAKER_02: Diddy was moving.
- 29:06SPEAKER_02: No, sir.
- 29:06SPEAKER_00: Diddy was moving like in that way for years.
- 29:10SPEAKER_02: Bro, your bro was on camera.
- 29:13SPEAKER_02: I I got I don't need to say like every inter any interview he's been in where they mention something fishy, he just says something fishier.
- 29:22SPEAKER_00: Like, him and Meek was definitely involved.
- 29:24SPEAKER_02: Man, we don't even gotta get into it.
- 29:27SPEAKER_00: It it was just it's just the truth.
- 29:28SPEAKER_00: Like he was definitely that's all right, moving on.
- 29:35SPEAKER_00: Moving on, man.
- 29:37SPEAKER_00: But yeah, Lil Baby dropping the album.
- 29:39SPEAKER_00: I guess it's tit it's gonna be titled It's My Turn Again.
- 29:42SPEAKER_00: I I believe so.
- 29:44SPEAKER_02: Excuse me, but uh he didn't he just drop an album called My Turn?
- 29:49SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it was like in two, it was like right before COVID hit.
- 29:53SPEAKER_02: Was it Call It My Turn?
- 29:55SPEAKER_02: It was.
- 29:56SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's that it was 2020.
- 30:00SPEAKER_00: Yeah, he uh dropped um My Turn and then uh let me see.
- 30:08SPEAKER_00: Oh, that's all right here.
- 30:11SPEAKER_00: My turn, my turn deluxe, and then It's Only Me.
- 30:17SPEAKER_00: Which by the way, the album cover art.
- 30:19SPEAKER_00: I love the album cover art.
- 30:20SPEAKER_00: It's fire.
- 30:20SPEAKER_02: Oh, him and Dirk dropped a joint album in 2021.
- 30:23SPEAKER_00: The voice of the hero.
- 30:24SPEAKER_02: That absolutely went by me.
- 30:26SPEAKER_02: I've never seen that.
- 30:28SPEAKER_02: Listen, I don't think I've heard a song.
- 30:29SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna have to listen to it.
- 30:30SPEAKER_00: Everybody said it was good.
- 30:31SPEAKER_00: I just never listened to it.
- 30:33SPEAKER_00: But uh, I guess it's my turn again.
- 30:38SPEAKER_00: He's gonna try to go back to those because that album, my turn, was really good.
- 30:43SPEAKER_02: Yeah, he was still in his freestyle bag.
- 30:45SPEAKER_00: It was so good, but it was just like I felt bad for dude because that's when the pandemic hit, and then he didn't get the recognition he had, like all the attention went to COVID.
- 30:56SPEAKER_00: Yeah, everything went left, and then he didn't get to really celebrate this album like he wanted to.
- 31:01SPEAKER_02: Because he had really just just started popping heavy in 2019, yeah.
- 31:06SPEAKER_00: And then when this album dropped, it was a heavy hitter.
- 31:09SPEAKER_00: And I was just like, especially that that album cover, him chilling with goats.
- 31:15SPEAKER_00: I was like, that's kind of fire.
- 31:18SPEAKER_00: I ain't gonna lie to you.
- 31:19SPEAKER_00: That's kind of tough.
- 31:21SPEAKER_00: But um, oh, one artist you need to look at is uh Yoko Gold.
- 31:27SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you I think I already mentioned it too.
- 31:29SPEAKER_02: Yep, I put I added his album to Apple Music, but I I only listened to one song off it so far.
- 31:34SPEAKER_00: Bro, that album is actually like I can hear how he he is the older brother of Tory, but I can hear you know both of them.
- 31:46SPEAKER_02: I seen something recently that said they're gonna reinvestigate the Tory Lane's thing and he he's about to get it's official.
- 31:55SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 31:56SPEAKER_00: Yeah, they uh they won't allow him to uh do subtle, like appeal subtle.
- 32:02SPEAKER_00: Excuse me.
- 32:04SPEAKER_00: They uh it's something where he can he can potentially get out on house arrest and stuff like that.
- 32:10SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 32:10SPEAKER_00: They won't they won't do that, but they allowed him to hire the highest investigators out here and do all stuff type of they reopening the case because there were like too many things are missing for him to go to prison out the gate.
- 32:25SPEAKER_02: Well, and I think um his the driver had finally spoke out on an interview too, saying that because he said he hadn't been say allowed to say nothing for so long, and I don't know what made him allowed to say it in this interview, but then he said essentially what he saw.
- 32:42SPEAKER_00: Megan she put a gag order on everybody, on everybody.
- 32:47SPEAKER_02: That's why her best friend couldn't say nothing too.
- 32:49SPEAKER_00: Yup, and so as soon as the uh she they couldn't they so Tori had the gag order put on him at a certain amount of time until the first court came.
- 32:59SPEAKER_02: I'm wondering what like he um like what what changed now he could say something because Oh, is the gag order is lifted.
- 33:06SPEAKER_02: Oh okay, okay, okay.
- 33:07SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 33:07SPEAKER_00: Like as soon as Tory was put underneath the not underneath the jail.
- 33:11SPEAKER_00: But as soon as he as soon as he was put in jail, um free Tory, but as soon as he was put in jail, that's when the gag order was going to be lifted.
- 33:20SPEAKER_00: And he had they basically had to work for themselves to get the word out there, like this is what really happened.
- 33:26SPEAKER_00: So it's just like Megan, she immediately put the gag order.
- 33:30SPEAKER_00: She put the gag order on him as soon as she went on IG and told who shot her and all that other stuff.
- 33:38SPEAKER_00: And she said, Why would you say nothing, Tori?
- 33:41SPEAKER_00: Why would you say nothing?
- 33:42SPEAKER_00: Destroying this man's life on IG.
- 33:45SPEAKER_00: That's the part that gets me.
- 33:48SPEAKER_02: I mean, yeah.
- 33:49SPEAKER_02: Like he can't say nothing, because you going, going off.
- 33:53SPEAKER_00: Like, and then she because it people are not seeing it.
- 33:59SPEAKER_00: Like, how come she's allowed to say everything, but then he can't say nothing.
- 34:03SPEAKER_02: Nobody was able to say nothing.
- 34:04SPEAKER_00: And his gag order got lifted early because he had a lawyer fight it, and then he dropped the album Day Star with telling the whole truth.
- 34:11SPEAKER_00: Nobody wanted to hear it.
- 34:12SPEAKER_02: No.
- 34:12SPEAKER_00: Uh, but the album's good.
- 34:14SPEAKER_02: It's solid.
- 34:15SPEAKER_02: I mean, I don't necessarily care for it because of the energy in it.
- 34:19SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 34:19SPEAKER_02: But it yeah, it's solid.
- 34:20SPEAKER_00: I I I felt people people, y'all need to understand.
- 34:24SPEAKER_00: When y'all listen to the music, you can feel where somebody is coming from.
- 34:29SPEAKER_02: For sure.
- 34:29SPEAKER_02: And it's my favorite part about music.
- 34:31SPEAKER_02: That's what that's to me, that's why music needs to be heard.
- 34:33SPEAKER_00: Yeah, because like uh I keep throwing this example out there because this is how I felt when I listened to the album, Scorpion.
- 34:39SPEAKER_00: When Scorpion came out, I felt the beef, like the true beef between Drake and uh Pusha T.
- 34:46SPEAKER_00: And that's all he thought about.
- 34:47SPEAKER_00: And I was just like, I don't like it.
- 34:49SPEAKER_00: Like that, like I don't like none of that.
- 34:51SPEAKER_00: And then uh Quavo's album, I felt the pain and hurt from him losing takeoff.
- 34:58SPEAKER_02: Dang, man.
- 34:59SPEAKER_00: Like, I don't like that.
- 35:01SPEAKER_00: Like it's just it's a but I tell my dad vibes like that.
- 35:04SPEAKER_02: I tell my dad the way as an artist, one of the one of the only ways they know, or I can say we know how to express ourselves is in music.
- 35:13SPEAKER_02: So like it might not be a song that goes crazy anywhere, actually, but that's just how I got it off my chest.
- 35:20SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 35:21SPEAKER_00: And I and I'm not I'm not dogging them artists for what they did, because uh music, like you said, it's made to express yourself.
- 35:28SPEAKER_00: But it's just like if I'm listening to like 10 tracks straight of you just being angry, then I'm I'm gonna have to just turn it.
- 35:35SPEAKER_00: Straight up.
- 35:36SPEAKER_02: And that's why I think if an artist is releasing a lot of music that's getting into that, like that, I feel like you gotta be transparent with your fans and be like, this is where I'm at in life, and the only way I know how to move on through it is by putting out songs.
- 35:48SPEAKER_02: So it like in that way you could say, Don't don't fuck with me if that's if you're not fucking with it for a second, and then once I bounce back, I'll be back.
- 35:57SPEAKER_02: But like right, you gotta have that dialogue with yourself, at least if you're not gonna have it with your fans.
- 36:03SPEAKER_02: Oh, facts.
- 36:03SPEAKER_02: Otherwise, you get lost in oh nobody fuck with me no more, and then you've been putting out this music on a slippery slope.
- 36:11SPEAKER_00: You know who've been on that type of energy?
- 36:13SPEAKER_00: The baby.
- 36:15SPEAKER_00: Yeah, exactly.
- 36:15SPEAKER_00: Yeah, well, he's been on that energy.
- 36:17SPEAKER_00: That's a prime example, and like I'm not bro, his stuff been hitting every single time.
- 36:23SPEAKER_00: Like him being, like, he's doing a uh a Tory move.
- 36:28SPEAKER_00: Like when Tori knew it.
- 36:29SPEAKER_02: But see, his stuff was not hitting every single time for a minute.
- 36:32SPEAKER_02: Are you saying it's starting to get good again?
- 36:34SPEAKER_00: It's starting to get good again.
- 36:35SPEAKER_00: Like he started to like, okay, let me chill out.
- 36:39SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna spit when I want to, and I'm not gonna spit because I have to to stay relevant.
- 36:44SPEAKER_00: Well, like, you could tell he just like he's finding a new flow.
- 36:49SPEAKER_00: He finding a new flow, he's getting comfortable with it, he's starting to relax, he's starting to realize, okay, I have time in this game now, and I still got people that support me, and I realize I don't need a million people to love me.
- 37:02SPEAKER_02: When you blow up, it's hard to not think you're supposed to stay up like that.
- 37:07SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but like they talking about he's one of the hard one of the artists to fall off, like the biggest artist to fall off.
- 37:13SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I wouldn't necessarily say fall off because every time he dropped a new freestyle, it hit well over a million views.
- 37:21SPEAKER_02: Ah are you sure about that?
- 37:23SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I think since that song with Tory Lanez, that song Scat, which goes goes dumb, I still I still blast it.
- 37:31SPEAKER_02: Some of the stuff I've heard from the baby just misses, period.
- 37:35SPEAKER_00: Like there's no it's more of the newer, like he you can tell he really freestyling now.
- 37:41SPEAKER_00: Like he's really like chilling.
- 37:44SPEAKER_00: Like the stuff you know, the stuff you talking about, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 37:47SPEAKER_02: I haven't heard nothing this year from him, but since 2022, before this year, or before this season, I should even say.
- 37:55SPEAKER_00: He dropped something where he he was basically what I just explained, he said it in the song.
- 38:01SPEAKER_00: And I was just like, that was kind of smooth, baby.
- 38:04SPEAKER_00: I like that.
- 38:05SPEAKER_00: I I like what you said there.
- 38:06SPEAKER_00: Like the dude, the dude just needs some he just needs some time to develop some space.
- 38:11SPEAKER_00: Like he just needs some space.
- 38:12SPEAKER_02: He did an interview with Funny Marco that I watched that I feel like was a humbling experience.
- 38:18SPEAKER_02: What?
- 38:19SPEAKER_02: I don't know if you know who Funny Marco is.
- 38:21SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 38:22SPEAKER_02: Yeah, he just did.
- 38:22SPEAKER_02: I mean, he just was on his on his show.
- 38:24SPEAKER_00: Really?
- 38:25SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it was funny, but like it's also I feel like from his perspective, that's an eye-opening perspective.
- 38:30SPEAKER_02: Because he like wanted you could tell he kind of wanted to be disrespectful to to Marco, but at the same time, like not at the same time, like the way he had G G Herbo was on Funny Marco as well, and was disrespectful as hell.
- 38:44SPEAKER_02: And the baby kind of was like trying to have that energy, but then at the same time, like the way Funny Marco is in a socially awkward way, just say some stuff that kind of put a mirror in front of your face.
- 38:54SPEAKER_00: My thing is though, what was what's the point of being disrespectful?
- 38:58SPEAKER_00: I don't get it.
- 38:59SPEAKER_02: I mean, they just was on some other stuff that that G Herbo went.
- 39:02SPEAKER_02: They just was on some other stuff.
- 39:04SPEAKER_02: And then outside of them, sometimes it just be ego.
- 39:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's true.
- 39:09SPEAKER_02: That's true.
- 39:10SPEAKER_00: But yeah, man, the baby, he uh he out here trying to resurrect his career.
- 39:16SPEAKER_02: That's what's up, man.
- 39:17SPEAKER_02: Cause he got canceled, and then he got in trouble because he I guess he was hitting on Danny Lee or Danny Lay and got her pregnant.
- 39:25SPEAKER_00: Oh, that's it.
- 39:26SPEAKER_02: I I think he got her pregnant and then they broke up, and I guess he was kind of hitting her.
- 39:30SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah, he uh he beat on his on her on her brother at the bowling alley.
- 39:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 39:34SPEAKER_02: Oh because they tried, cause well, they tried to run up on him.
- 39:39SPEAKER_00: So yeah, you're gonna get this work if you're running up on me.
- 39:41SPEAKER_00: That's it.
- 39:42SPEAKER_00: Like you run up on me, I can't tell you what's gonna happen next.
- 39:44SPEAKER_00: Oh, that's crazy.
- 39:46SPEAKER_00: But Breezy, bro, the fans have been talking again.
- 39:51SPEAKER_02: What they saying.
- 39:56SPEAKER_00: Okay, I'm gonna be real with y'all.
- 39:58SPEAKER_00: Y'all funny.
- 39:59SPEAKER_00: Cause like when we say submit some questions, y'all be submitting submitting statements and stuff.
- 40:05SPEAKER_00: And it'd be it's funny.
- 40:07SPEAKER_00: But I get where you're coming from, though.
- 40:09SPEAKER_00: So you ready?
- 40:10SPEAKER_00: You want to get into it?
- 40:11SPEAKER_00: Yeah, let's go ahead.
- 40:12SPEAKER_00: Alright, so so pretty much just like the first one was can we create the perfect sandwich?
- 40:23SPEAKER_00: Like, did like I I had to ask them, like, what kind of sandwich we talking about?
- 40:28SPEAKER_00: Like, they said just the perfect sandwich.
- 40:31SPEAKER_02: I've made a lot of perfect sandwiches.
- 40:33SPEAKER_02: Um, however, my taste differs from the average person.
- 40:36SPEAKER_02: So Oh crap, what you about to say?
- 40:38SPEAKER_02: So perfect to me is not perfect to you, plain and simple.
- 40:43SPEAKER_02: So what do they mean by perfect?
- 40:45SPEAKER_02: They mean like are we our personal perfect?
- 40:48SPEAKER_00: I had asked them that too.
- 40:50SPEAKER_00: I was like, what do you mean?
- 40:51SPEAKER_00: They said us, our perfect sandwich.
- 40:54SPEAKER_00: And they actually might try it.
- 40:56SPEAKER_00: So we'll see.
- 40:59SPEAKER_02: I mean, y'all need some water if y'all get my sandwich.
- 41:03SPEAKER_02: I'm not a fan of mayonnaise.
- 41:04SPEAKER_00: So your sandwich dry?
- 41:05SPEAKER_02: Or cheese?
- 41:06SPEAKER_02: I mean, I'll get mustard, um, mustard, honey mustard, um, certain kinds of ranches.
- 41:15SPEAKER_02: Um the most sandwiches I ever made was in a Jimmy Johns setting.
- 41:21SPEAKER_00: So Bro, Jimmy Johns, hit hey, Jimmy Johns, you want to sponsor the podcast?
- 41:25SPEAKER_02: I have I have worked there for like three years and Zlow Key goaded in the company in Fort Wayne.
- 41:32SPEAKER_00: Stop playing.
- 41:33SPEAKER_02: Oh yeah.
- 41:34SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we were Oh, you was like that?
- 41:36SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 41:36SPEAKER_02: What?
- 41:36SPEAKER_02: We was we was really running shit, dog.
- 41:39SPEAKER_02: That was that's like how I grew into being who I am today.
- 41:42SPEAKER_00: So Jimmy Johns, you yeah, you like Jimmy Johns.
- 41:45SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's really my shit.
- 41:47SPEAKER_02: I worked, I would I go back, I just was working there last year just in just on the side to help out one of my friends.
- 41:53SPEAKER_00: Like I said, Jimmy Johns, if you want to sponsor this podcast, please do it.
- 41:58SPEAKER_00: We got Zaxby's, we got uh we got Zaxxby's Jimmy Johns and something else.
- 42:06SPEAKER_00: Mojangles.
- 42:07SPEAKER_00: Mojangles.
- 42:08SPEAKER_00: Sponsor the podcast, bro.
- 42:10SPEAKER_00: But Jimmy Johns is goaded.
- 42:12SPEAKER_00: They really are.
- 42:13SPEAKER_00: I love y'all hot peppers, man.
- 42:15SPEAKER_02: Yep, yep.
- 42:16SPEAKER_02: And they ranch.
- 42:17SPEAKER_02: I don't know if they ranch is still the same as it used to be, but they ranch is something special.
- 42:22SPEAKER_02: I get that on my sandwich.
- 42:24SPEAKER_02: Um they got their special, it's not it's not limited to them, but they got like a uh Jimmy mustard that got the mustard grains in it.
- 42:32SPEAKER_02: But I know it's other brands that are.
- 42:33SPEAKER_00: Is mustard grains good?
- 42:35SPEAKER_02: It's a texture thing.
- 42:37SPEAKER_02: Um, but I get I get down with it.
- 42:39SPEAKER_00: I'm texture sensitive.
- 42:40SPEAKER_00: Um I'm gonna try it.
- 42:42SPEAKER_00: I'm not scared to try nothing though.
- 42:45SPEAKER_00: I'll try it.
- 42:46SPEAKER_02: I I'm I'm under the tip that fire is fire.
- 42:49SPEAKER_02: So like if it's good, the texture don't matter, but sometimes a texture will be enough to say no.
- 42:56SPEAKER_00: Alright, so what building your sandwich up, how would you construct it?
- 43:03SPEAKER_00: Like, what would you put in there?
- 43:07SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna start with some whole grain wheat bread, honey wheat, just for the sweetness.
- 43:13SPEAKER_02: Um cucumbers.
- 43:16SPEAKER_02: I don't like to I don't like tomatoes.
- 43:18SPEAKER_02: I mean, I like tomatoes, but I don't like tomatoes, just not on my sandwich.
- 43:22SPEAKER_02: So I would go cucumbers, then I'll go the meat, and then it just depends what I'm feeling as far as meat goes, but my defaults is probably roast beef and ham.
- 43:31SPEAKER_02: Um so I'm gonna go cucumbers, then I'm gonna put the roast beef down, and I'm gonna put the grainy mustard on there, then I'm gonna put the ham down, then I'm gonna put a lighter dash of honey mustard on top of that.
- 43:50SPEAKER_02: Just a little bit because the two different tastes, they complement each other.
- 43:53SPEAKER_02: Um then I'll probably put some lettuce down, put some peppers on that, because I like peppers and cucumbers.
- 44:00SPEAKER_00: Hot peppers, or banana peppers, like cherry peppers.
- 44:03SPEAKER_02: Are those hot?
- 44:04SPEAKER_02: They got they got a little spice to them.
- 44:06SPEAKER_02: I'm not gonna call them hot.
- 44:08SPEAKER_02: But they got enough kick.
- 44:09SPEAKER_02: Like hot Cheetos are hotter than cherry peppers, but if hot Cheetos after you okay, so you know how when you first eat a hot Cheetos and your mouth be hot, then you've been eating a bag and they're not hot no more.
- 44:18SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 44:19SPEAKER_02: That's cherry peppers all the time.
- 44:20SPEAKER_00: Oh, okay.
- 44:21SPEAKER_00: Okay, I'm not mad about that.
- 44:23SPEAKER_00: Cherry peppers?
- 44:24SPEAKER_02: Um and then I would throw I'll throw a little bit of onions on there.
- 44:27SPEAKER_02: Oh yeah.
- 44:28SPEAKER_02: Um, and then I like a vinaigrette sauce of some type.
- 44:33SPEAKER_02: And uh because I worked at Jimmy Johns, I'll maybe say some oregano, but that's the toss-up.
- 44:41SPEAKER_02: I'd then throw the bread back on there, and that's the sandwich, man.
- 44:45SPEAKER_00: Gosh, dang.
- 44:47SPEAKER_00: So, like, that's that's that's art.
- 44:51SPEAKER_00: And if I do say I could see it right now, I do say the oregano, he said I might make that sandwich later on today.
- 44:57SPEAKER_02: I might have to stop at Jimmy John's and see if they let me make a sandwich.
- 45:01SPEAKER_02: Depending who working.
- 45:02SPEAKER_02: Sometimes they know me.
- 45:04SPEAKER_00: I might have to stop and hit them up too.
- 45:05SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 45:06SPEAKER_00: But perfect sandwich.
- 45:09SPEAKER_00: I'm a breakfast type of dude.
- 45:11SPEAKER_00: Right on.
- 45:12SPEAKER_00: You know?
- 45:13SPEAKER_00: And for me, it's like I love sourdough.
- 45:18SPEAKER_00: Like sourdough bread, it hits every time lightly toasted.
- 45:22SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 45:23SPEAKER_00: Like soft in the middle, but got that crispy exterior.
- 45:25SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you're right with that one.
- 45:27SPEAKER_00: Alright, so here we here's what we're about to do.
- 45:30SPEAKER_00: So breakfast.
- 45:32SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna fry up two eggs, lightly seasoned of fried eggs.
- 45:38SPEAKER_00: But I want that yolk to be a little, a little runny, nothing too crazy, just a little runny.
- 45:43SPEAKER_00: And put those to the side.
- 45:45SPEAKER_00: Sear up, uh, I'd say two thick cut pieces of bacon.
- 45:50SPEAKER_00: Just two.
- 45:51SPEAKER_00: I don't need four or five in a month.
- 45:52SPEAKER_00: It's just two because I'm gonna cut them in half.
- 45:55SPEAKER_00: And put those to the side.
- 45:57SPEAKER_00: And now I get the ground sausage.
- 46:00SPEAKER_00: I don't get I don't get the pre-cut sausage or whatever.
- 46:04SPEAKER_02: Yeah, nope, I feel you.
- 46:04SPEAKER_02: The ground sausage is it.
- 46:06SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and then I I pat it, I turn it into a little patty.
- 46:09SPEAKER_00: Oh, cooketch.
- 46:12SPEAKER_00: I turn that into a little patty, fry that up, throw that on, throw that to the side.
- 46:18SPEAKER_00: So here's where we get crazy.
- 46:20SPEAKER_00: I get some butter, both sides of not both sides of the bread, but top and the bottom on the inside of the bread.
- 46:27SPEAKER_00: And then we get strawberry, strawberry jelly.
- 46:33SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 46:33SPEAKER_00: Top and bottom.
- 46:35SPEAKER_00: Like the bottom, both sides.
- 46:37SPEAKER_00: Then we get some cheese.
- 46:38SPEAKER_00: I forgot.
- 46:39SPEAKER_00: I put the I put some, I I use Sargento cheese, the real or the real cheese.
- 46:43SPEAKER_00: Like I don't use the uh craft no more.
- 46:45SPEAKER_00: I don't do that.
- 46:46SPEAKER_00: It starts tearing my stomach on them, like, I don't like it.
- 46:49SPEAKER_00: But uh I learned you gotta listen to your body, bro.
- 46:52SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's right.
- 46:53SPEAKER_00: So I throw the cheese on there on the sausage while it's cooking.
- 46:57SPEAKER_00: So that's already melted on there.
- 46:59SPEAKER_00: And then I throw the eggs on top, because the eggs hold heat.
- 47:02SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna stay, it's gonna stay melted.
- 47:05SPEAKER_00: And then boom, you stack your stuff up, sausage, cheese, egg, bacon, uh, on there with the jelly.
- 47:14SPEAKER_00: We in there.
- 47:14SPEAKER_02: That's different right there.
- 47:15SPEAKER_02: The jelly is the game changer.
- 47:17SPEAKER_00: Bro, the jelly is the see my and my wife, she's funny.
- 47:21SPEAKER_00: She this is either me making a breakfast sandwich for her or she'll go to McDonald's or somewhere.
- 47:26SPEAKER_00: She'll take the hash brow, cut it right down the middle, throw it on the sandwich.
- 47:30SPEAKER_00: Might as well.
- 47:30SPEAKER_00: That mug's fire.
- 47:31SPEAKER_00: Yes, sir.
- 47:32SPEAKER_02: I already know that's doing something.
- 47:33SPEAKER_00: And then McDonald's trying to give one off on us by selling that as an actual sandwich.
- 47:38SPEAKER_00: I mean, I do it on my own already.
- 47:40SPEAKER_02: Capitalists do it.
- 47:42SPEAKER_02: Capitalist does.
- 47:43SPEAKER_00: I was like, McDonald's, you're not about to give one up on me, bro.
- 47:46SPEAKER_00: They were trying to sell it for like, it was like three something.
- 47:49SPEAKER_00: I was like, nah.
- 47:50SPEAKER_00: I'm just gonna get my sandwich, my like my sandwich for a dollar some change, and again, my my dollar hash brown, spend less than that.
- 47:58SPEAKER_02: That's like what they're doing with this um chicken Big Mac.
- 48:00SPEAKER_02: People been getting the Big Mac, but saying can it be McChicken Patties?
- 48:05SPEAKER_00: That's what I'm gonna ask you.
- 48:07SPEAKER_02: Have you had it?
- 48:08SPEAKER_02: I've never had an actual Big Mac, let alone the McChicken Big Mac.
- 48:11SPEAKER_00: Oh, you never had either one.
- 48:13SPEAKER_02: Yep, nope.
- 48:16SPEAKER_00: That silence is real.
- 48:19SPEAKER_02: I used to want one when I was a kid, but then as I got older and fast food started looking not as good as it did when I was a kid, I stopped wanting one.
- 48:27SPEAKER_00: See, and that's the thing.
- 48:28SPEAKER_00: The only reason why I got the chicken Big Mac was because I had the Big Mac before.
- 48:33SPEAKER_00: I don't eat Big Macs in quarter pounders and all that stuff.
- 48:38SPEAKER_02: See, I get a quarter pounder, but I won't get a Big Mac.
- 48:41SPEAKER_00: Like I'm talking about like a jump, I I just don't eat fashion like that.
- 48:45SPEAKER_00: Like that anymore.
- 48:46SPEAKER_00: But if I'm in the mood for a quarter pounder, I'll smack one down quick.
- 48:49SPEAKER_00: Like it ain't no problem.
- 48:50SPEAKER_02: That's the only beef at McDonald's that or that's your freshest choice of beef is coming on a quarter pounder.
- 48:56SPEAKER_00: And it actually is like the reason why I know that it's fresh is boy the mugs came back raw.
- 49:03SPEAKER_02: FYI.
- 49:04SPEAKER_02: All the other ones, the McDoubles, the what is it?
- 49:09SPEAKER_02: The hamburgers, the double cheeseburgers.
- 49:11SPEAKER_02: Yeah, those.
- 49:11SPEAKER_02: Those are those are frozen patties that come pre pre-pattied.
- 49:15SPEAKER_00: And pre-seasoned.
- 49:16SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 49:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so Tibet.
- 49:20SPEAKER_00: Do what you want with that information.
- 49:22SPEAKER_02: Honest with you.
- 49:25SPEAKER_02: But the McChicken Big Mac, you got it.
- 49:28SPEAKER_00: I got it.
- 49:29SPEAKER_00: And then it's alright.
- 49:33SPEAKER_00: It was cool.
- 49:35SPEAKER_00: Like the thing, the biggest thing that blew my mind was this chicken patty tastes like a chicken nugget.
- 49:43SPEAKER_02: It looked like a chicken nugget.
- 49:45SPEAKER_02: That's the thing that kind of like gets me.
- 49:47SPEAKER_02: I look when I look at the sandwich and the thumbnail, it looks like chicken nugget chicken.
- 49:52SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 49:52SPEAKER_00: It is chicken nugget chicken.
- 49:55SPEAKER_00: Well, my thing is though, I think they would do better if they made it like the their chicken sandwich was the chicken, like chicken nugget patty.
- 50:09SPEAKER_00: Instead of doing the Big Mac, do the regular chicken sandwich.
- 50:11SPEAKER_02: Wait, well, now which chicken sandwich?
- 50:12SPEAKER_02: Because they got the McChicken, chicken sandwich, and then they got the the McCrispy chicken sandwich.
- 50:17SPEAKER_02: Either one.
- 50:17SPEAKER_02: Either one.
- 50:18SPEAKER_02: Either one changed the map.
- 50:19SPEAKER_02: That's fair.
- 50:20SPEAKER_00: Like if you want to be cool on your dollars or whatever, get the McChicken with the regular patty on there.
- 50:25SPEAKER_00: Like the regular chicken patty.
- 50:26SPEAKER_00: But if you want to do the McCrispy, because that mug was crispy.
- 50:30SPEAKER_02: I like the McCrispy.
- 50:31SPEAKER_00: The McCrispy is good, but I'm talking about change that patty out for that what was on there.
- 50:35SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 50:36SPEAKER_00: And that mug a hit.
- 50:38SPEAKER_00: It'll hit.
- 50:39SPEAKER_00: I just think my personal experience, I think the chicken Big Mac was just too much.
- 50:48SPEAKER_00: It was too much to handle.
- 50:50SPEAKER_00: It was good.
- 50:51SPEAKER_00: Like it was cool.
- 50:53SPEAKER_00: But it was just too much.
- 50:58SPEAKER_00: It was just too much for me.
- 50:59SPEAKER_00: But yo, these fast food chains trying to get creative out here.
- 51:02SPEAKER_00: They're trying to mess us up.
- 51:03SPEAKER_02: They really not, though.
- 51:04SPEAKER_02: They really just take in some of the most custom ordered orders and making them item menu.
- 51:11SPEAKER_02: You know what?
- 51:11SPEAKER_02: I think you're right.
- 51:12SPEAKER_02: Because uh somebody was telling me that they used to always order uh a um Big Mac and just say, Can I get it but with the McChicken?
- 51:20SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 51:21SPEAKER_00: So that tastes good.
- 51:23SPEAKER_00: That tastes good.
- 51:24SPEAKER_02: So like that so McDonald's was like, okay, let's make it a limited time sandwich.
- 51:27SPEAKER_02: And then on top of that, they didn't even do it right and use the McChicken meat.
- 51:31SPEAKER_02: So like y'all really just being, I don't even, hey, I'm not finna get mad about it.
- 51:36SPEAKER_00: People don't remember, but they did that though already.
- 51:38SPEAKER_00: Like they um, I think it was trap.
- 51:41SPEAKER_00: It was one of them celebrity meals that they were doing.
- 51:43SPEAKER_01: Mm-hmm.
- 51:44SPEAKER_00: And so the McChicken patties were on the Vic Mac.
- 51:48SPEAKER_00: But it act like this has never been done before.
- 51:51SPEAKER_00: But hey, to each your zone, I get it.
- 51:53SPEAKER_02: I can't call it creativity, but y'all go off.
- 51:56SPEAKER_02: Do whatever's working.
- 51:58SPEAKER_00: If it's making you the bust, fast fast food guys.
- 52:01SPEAKER_00: But on to the next.
- 52:03SPEAKER_00: What's the best the best season?
- 52:08SPEAKER_00: I get my favorite season is fall.
- 52:10SPEAKER_00: What we in right now.
- 52:11SPEAKER_00: I wish it was fall all year round.
- 52:13SPEAKER_02: But like hold on, hold on.
- 52:16SPEAKER_02: Because he said season, and we was and we was just talking about food.
- 52:19SPEAKER_02: So I'm sitting here thinking like seasoning?
- 52:21SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 52:24SPEAKER_02: That's funny.
- 52:25SPEAKER_02: No, you said fall.
- 52:26SPEAKER_02: Keep going.
- 52:27SPEAKER_02: Don't mind.
- 52:27SPEAKER_00: You got my head.
- 52:28SPEAKER_02: Bro, I was gonna say garlic pepper.
- 52:30SPEAKER_02: Because I done found this.
- 52:32SPEAKER_02: Garlic pepper?
- 52:32SPEAKER_02: Where they like mix garlic and pepper into the same shaker.
- 52:37SPEAKER_00: They do that?
- 52:38SPEAKER_02: That's what I'm saying.
- 52:38SPEAKER_02: It's a game changer.
- 52:39SPEAKER_00: Pause, pause, pause, pause.
- 52:40SPEAKER_00: You might have just did something, uh, fan.
- 52:43SPEAKER_00: You might have just did something.
- 52:44SPEAKER_00: Hold on.
- 52:45SPEAKER_02: That's that's probably my favorite seasoning so far.
- 52:48SPEAKER_02: And it's not it's nothing crazy.
- 52:50SPEAKER_02: There are other seasonings that do more, but like just as a as a convenience and a game changer.
- 52:56SPEAKER_00: You know, I like lemon pepper.
- 52:58SPEAKER_00: I do.
- 52:58SPEAKER_00: I like it.
- 52:59SPEAKER_02: Yeah, but they do garlic pepper now.
- 53:02SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna have to try that.
- 53:03SPEAKER_02: I've only seen it at fresh time, but that's not it's not limited to there, I'm sure.
- 53:08SPEAKER_00: But I'm like, my other favorite seasoning is I've re I prefer lime pepper.
- 53:14SPEAKER_02: I see.
- 53:15SPEAKER_02: I've never had that.
- 53:15SPEAKER_00: I've only heard Bro, I got a bottle of it at the crib right now.
- 53:19SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna have to get some if I ever seen it.
- 53:20SPEAKER_00: Air fry some wings.
- 53:23SPEAKER_00: Just a tad, just a little bit of butter, so it'll stick to it.
- 53:27SPEAKER_00: Unsalted butter.
- 53:28SPEAKER_00: And then throw that mug in there, shake the wings up, you in there for sure.
- 53:33SPEAKER_00: The lime pepper hit every single time.
- 53:36SPEAKER_02: Oh, yeah, I'm gonna have to see.
- 53:37SPEAKER_00: They got mango pepper, orange pepper.
- 53:39SPEAKER_02: I've seen I've seen a couple other ones, and I've heard of lime pepper, but I just never seen it out when I go out.
- 53:44SPEAKER_00: Lime pepper's the best one.
- 53:45SPEAKER_00: Mango, I haven't had that, so I'm not a huge mango fan.
- 53:48SPEAKER_02: Like I like mangoes, but I'm not sure if I'll like mango pepper or anything.
- 53:52SPEAKER_00: Mango with tahine though.
- 53:54SPEAKER_02: That is that's special.
- 53:56SPEAKER_02: How you so have you had a um I can't even think of the is it a candy?
- 54:04SPEAKER_02: No, it's they it's the it's the Hispanic drink where it's like mango with tahine on it.
- 54:10SPEAKER_02: Um, and I can't think of what else is in there.
- 54:14SPEAKER_02: Hold on.
- 54:15SPEAKER_00: You say it's a it's a it's a drink.
- 54:18SPEAKER_02: Well it's like a it's like a dessert kind of mango, tahine, sorbet type of deal.
- 54:25SPEAKER_00: Bro, I had it.
- 54:26SPEAKER_00: It was a uh it was on a popsicle steak.
- 54:30SPEAKER_00: Like I had that.
- 54:31SPEAKER_02: Manganada.
- 54:32SPEAKER_02: That's what it's called.
- 54:33SPEAKER_02: Damn, I don't know why I couldn't think of that word.
- 54:36SPEAKER_02: Hold on, let me actually type in that.
- 54:40SPEAKER_00: Because I uh I had the tie, it was like a tahine dipped mango popsicle.
- 54:47SPEAKER_02: No, it's it's it's more like a drink.
- 54:50SPEAKER_00: No, I haven't had that.
- 54:52SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I mean it's just like uh it's like a mango sorbet with tahine on the top.
- 54:57SPEAKER_02: Oh yeah.
- 54:58SPEAKER_00: I bet that's refreshing is best.
- 55:00SPEAKER_02: Yes, sir.
- 55:01SPEAKER_00: But seasonings.
- 55:04SPEAKER_00: I see why you anyways.
- 55:06SPEAKER_02: My favorite season is spring and fall.
- 55:10SPEAKER_02: Uh for the same reasons that they exist, they're similar to each other.
- 55:15SPEAKER_00: So I'm I'm just a fall dude all the way around.
- 55:19SPEAKER_00: And I will say spring too because I'm a sucker for a good thunderstorm, though.
- 55:23SPEAKER_00: Like facts, like people be like, oh, you crazy.
- 55:26SPEAKER_00: Like when them clouds turn gray and it rains just a little bit and it's like a nice warm, cool weather.
- 55:33SPEAKER_02: Bro, I love a good rainy day just as much as the sunny days.
- 55:36SPEAKER_02: Like, there's no type of day that sucks unless it's literally under 25 degrees.
- 55:42SPEAKER_00: I don't understand what it is.
- 55:44SPEAKER_00: For me, it's when that orange street lights hit and it's a little, it's getting a little dark outside in fall.
- 55:51SPEAKER_00: And then wet leaves, like the streets wet, the wet leaves hit.
- 55:54SPEAKER_02: And then it's red, bro, yellow.
- 55:56SPEAKER_00: I don't understand why it hit so hard.
- 56:00SPEAKER_00: I don't understand.
- 56:01SPEAKER_00: I'm just like, that's just my comfort zone.
- 56:03SPEAKER_00: I don't know what it is.
- 56:04SPEAKER_00: Yeah, hold on.
- 56:04SPEAKER_02: I'm about to like keep going.
- 56:06SPEAKER_00: That's just my thing, bro.
- 56:09SPEAKER_00: And like I look for I wish, I mean, I would I would sacrifice winter for this all year.
- 56:16SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I don't need summer or winter.
- 56:18SPEAKER_02: Like, I like summer for what it is, but the the the warmest it needs to be for me is 72, and the coldest for me to stay content is like 40.
- 56:28SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we could live between 40 and 72, man.
- 56:31SPEAKER_00: So like if if you if I can customize the weather for myself, right?
- 56:35SPEAKER_00: That's why we have say we had to have all four seasons.
- 56:38SPEAKER_00: Spring, gotta stay with the spring, how it is now.
- 56:42SPEAKER_00: Like, I love the weather changes, I love the storms and stuff like that.
- 56:45SPEAKER_00: That's cool.
- 56:46SPEAKER_00: Summer, we're not doing 90 to 100, bro.
- 56:50SPEAKER_00: We're not we're not doing that 90 to 100.
- 56:52SPEAKER_00: I'd be in my house suffering.
- 56:56SPEAKER_00: Like, we're not about to do that because it's always I hate the heat advisories, gotta keep the kiddos inside.
- 57:00SPEAKER_00: Like, that's just lame to me.
- 57:02SPEAKER_02: The air be working hard as hell, and I'm still moist.
- 57:06SPEAKER_02: Not moist.
- 57:08SPEAKER_02: Just like you know, like you know what I mean, no that like you still standing still, like you feel like you feel a little wet still.
- 57:15SPEAKER_02: Like I'm not I'm not sweating outright, but I'm definitely not just like you still cold where I could put something where I gotta cover up because I need to warm up.
- 57:23SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I get exactly what you're saying.
- 57:24SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna get I'm gonna get sweaty if I do that.
- 57:27SPEAKER_00: Summer gotta be a smooth, like the highest, I say probably like 75, 80 is cool.
- 57:35SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 57:36SPEAKER_00: And um fall, I say where we are right now is cool for me.
- 57:43SPEAKER_00: Like that uh in the mornings, I don't be outside in the morning like that.
- 57:47SPEAKER_00: Only when I'm dropping the kids off.
- 57:48SPEAKER_00: It'd be like a smooth 33 degrees outside.
- 57:52SPEAKER_00: But yeah, 50 degrees, 50, 50 to 60 degrees is cool with me in the fall.
- 57:58SPEAKER_00: And then you gotta introduce that little cold weather though to make it comfortable.
- 58:02SPEAKER_02: And a little bit of 45.
- 58:03SPEAKER_02: I could I could get down with a lower 40.
- 58:05SPEAKER_00: Yeah, 40-45 for me is cool.
- 58:08SPEAKER_00: Because I gotta break the hoodies out.
- 58:10SPEAKER_00: But then um, winter, no snow, period, no ice, period.
- 58:13SPEAKER_02: No, give me, see if we if we really like create in our weather here, give me snow the week of Christmas.
- 58:19SPEAKER_00: There we go.
- 58:21SPEAKER_00: Give you that nostalgia feeling.
- 58:23SPEAKER_00: I need that, like that that real winter feeling, bro.
- 58:26SPEAKER_00: I was looking at those uh Instagram reels.
- 58:28SPEAKER_00: Oh, here we go.
- 58:29SPEAKER_00: Them Instagram reels, um what you got?
- 58:32SPEAKER_02: Um, it's this video of like the sun kind of poking out in some rain, and this goes the craziest.
- 58:41SPEAKER_00: You recorded this?
- 58:42SPEAKER_02: Yeah, this was just one good day.
- 58:44SPEAKER_02: I was out driving with the homie.
- 58:46SPEAKER_02: And it was just looking great outside.
- 58:48SPEAKER_00: Like, I that's that weather I be talking about, bro.
- 58:51SPEAKER_00: I love that.
- 58:52SPEAKER_00: And then like I don't know, it's something about that sunset and the rain hit and the streets.
- 58:59SPEAKER_00: I don't know, bro.
- 59:00SPEAKER_00: That's just phenomenal to me.
- 59:02SPEAKER_00: But uh, I don't know, bro.
- 59:05SPEAKER_00: Like winter, like it can be early fall in the beginning of winter, but then when Christmas hit, give me that snow.
- 59:13SPEAKER_00: Like that snowy, like I love it when the sky is like uh a little bit under navy blue on the lighter side, but then that snow hit.
- 59:22SPEAKER_00: And it's like lights is reflecting off the snow.
- 59:25SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's one of my favorite.
- 59:26SPEAKER_02: That's kind of one of my favorite.
- 59:27SPEAKER_02: I'm I wrote a poem about that exact scene you just talked about.
- 59:32SPEAKER_02: For real?
- 59:32SPEAKER_02: Yes, sir.
- 59:33SPEAKER_02: I don't have it memorized, but yeah.
- 59:35SPEAKER_00: Oh, and also people did like um they're liking what you had to say, bro.
- 59:40SPEAKER_00: That the um the poem you dropped.
- 59:42SPEAKER_02: Hey, it's only been up for a couple of days, bro.
- 59:44SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna I got my family love it.
- 59:47SPEAKER_00: My family love it.
- 59:49SPEAKER_00: My dudes back home love it.
- 59:50SPEAKER_00: They said that's pretty fire, bro.
- 59:53SPEAKER_00: He said it's something light.
- 59:54SPEAKER_00: I'd just be yapping, I swear.
- 59:56SPEAKER_00: It's something light.
- 59:57SPEAKER_02: I appreciate it.
- 59:58SPEAKER_00: I see I really do.
- 1:00:00SPEAKER_00: So there it is.
- 1:00:02SPEAKER_00: The best season is fall to me.
- 1:00:04SPEAKER_00: If I had to pick one, fall is the best season.
- 1:00:06SPEAKER_02: If I had to pick one, I I'll have to go spring because I absolutely love everything turning green again.
- 1:00:12SPEAKER_00: Oh yeah, refreshing.
- 1:00:13SPEAKER_00: I ain't gonna lie.
- 1:00:14SPEAKER_00: So, do you believe in aliens?
- 1:00:17SPEAKER_02: Kinda, kinda not.
- 1:00:20SPEAKER_00: I'm on the fence.
- 1:00:21SPEAKER_02: Yeah, like I'm on the fence.
- 1:00:23SPEAKER_02: I want to because I don't want to believe humans is the highest.
- 1:00:26SPEAKER_02: I don't want to believe humans is the highest form of intelligence.
- 1:00:28SPEAKER_02: As a Christian man, I do believe that.
- 1:00:30SPEAKER_02: And the next one up is God, but yeah, as a being, as a being in space on a planet existing in what seems to be an infinite field of other planets, I would like to think there's something else out there.
- 1:00:44SPEAKER_00: Like we like, okay, so I do, like you said, I do what I don't, but it's like we can't just be the only ones on a planet, bro.
- 1:00:55SPEAKER_02: That's what that's what's hard, that's what's hard to to essentially like eat down that part.
- 1:01:01SPEAKER_00: Because like, I don't even like it's hard for me to believe space.
- 1:01:05SPEAKER_00: Only because it's like I don't believe the space landing.
- 1:01:08SPEAKER_00: I don't believe in that.
- 1:01:09SPEAKER_02: I see I believe in space.
- 1:01:10SPEAKER_02: I don't necessarily buy the moon landing.
- 1:01:12SPEAKER_00: Yeah, the moon landing just makes it hard for me because of what why can't we go up there?
- 1:01:16SPEAKER_00: And then if we got up there, we got up there in a tin can, how come we can't do it again?
- 1:01:21SPEAKER_02: That my whole thing is why haven't we been back?
- 1:01:23SPEAKER_00: It should have been normal travel for us.
- 1:01:25SPEAKER_02: At least at least one more time.
- 1:01:27SPEAKER_00: Like, yeah, it should have been normal travel at this point.
- 1:01:30SPEAKER_00: At least one more time.
- 1:01:31SPEAKER_00: I mean, you hear they trying to create an elevator to go to space right now.
- 1:01:36SPEAKER_02: I'm off.
- 1:01:36SPEAKER_02: I don't want to I don't want to hear about nothing till I see somebody else with their phone out on the moon.
- 1:01:43SPEAKER_02: I'm so serious.
- 1:01:45SPEAKER_02: All of this other stuff is just wild talk from a dude with too much money.
- 1:01:49SPEAKER_02: Because with all that money, I still don't have no TikTok from the moon.
- 1:01:55SPEAKER_02: We in we in such a camera heavy society now that the man can record the video, come back to come back to Earth, and then post it.
- 1:02:04SPEAKER_02: What are we doing?
- 1:02:05SPEAKER_02: But it shouldn't be nothing else to do.
- 1:02:06SPEAKER_02: Y'all talking about trying to get life on Mars.
- 1:02:08SPEAKER_02: We can't get to the moon.
- 1:02:09SPEAKER_00: We can't get life on space.
- 1:02:11SPEAKER_00: I mean life in space, life on the moon.
- 1:02:12SPEAKER_02: We can't get to the moon.
- 1:02:13SPEAKER_02: We got satellites out there, but that's nowhere near the moon.
- 1:02:16SPEAKER_02: They're orbiting Earth.
- 1:02:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah, they're not, it's not even close to them.
- 1:02:20SPEAKER_00: Like people would think the moon and earth are like super close to each other.
- 1:02:24SPEAKER_02: And I'm coming from an uneducated perspective, but I'm still so serious.
- 1:02:30SPEAKER_00: So, is there aliens?
- 1:02:33SPEAKER_00: Uh you gotta show me, bro.
- 1:02:35SPEAKER_02: That's it.
- 1:02:35SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna stay on that one.
- 1:02:36SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you gotta show me.
- 1:02:38SPEAKER_00: But uh, what's what's one trend you refuse to follow?
- 1:02:41SPEAKER_02: TikTok.
- 1:02:43SPEAKER_02: Actually.
- 1:02:45SPEAKER_00: I fell for it.
- 1:02:46SPEAKER_00: I I fell for the TikToks because like I mean, like, okay, so it's more of the educational stuff.
- 1:02:52SPEAKER_00: Like, I'll be finding like good recipes to cook and stuff like that on there.
- 1:02:55SPEAKER_00: Like, oh, I like what that look looks like.
- 1:02:57SPEAKER_00: Okay, and then a funny thing.
- 1:02:58SPEAKER_00: You can find it on Instagram too.
- 1:03:00SPEAKER_00: Bro, I just be on TikTok like like crazy.
- 1:03:02SPEAKER_00: I used to fight TikTok though.
- 1:03:04SPEAKER_00: It took me, it took me a while to f like to get on it because for the simple fact I came up Vine heavy.
- 1:03:11SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:03:11SPEAKER_00: I was a Vine kid.
- 1:03:13SPEAKER_00: And so like I was bro, I was actually doing really good on Vine as a kid.
- 1:03:17SPEAKER_00: Like my time being suspended from school, because I got into a really big fight.
- 1:03:21SPEAKER_00: Like, a really big fight.
- 1:03:24SPEAKER_00: And um, I was I had time off.
- 1:03:27SPEAKER_00: Like so I was doing nothing but recording Vines the whole time, tricking my family.
- 1:03:36SPEAKER_00: Like, I started getting good with the edits.
- 1:03:38SPEAKER_00: My following was up to like five, six hundred people.
- 1:03:42SPEAKER_00: But we was going crazy on Vine.
- 1:03:44SPEAKER_00: But then TikTok came along and Vine disappears.
- 1:03:47SPEAKER_02: But I mean, there there was a there was a gap between both of those.
- 1:03:51SPEAKER_02: It was a gap, but it was just like Vine was gone for like five years before TikTok.
- 1:03:55SPEAKER_00: That's true.
- 1:03:56SPEAKER_00: It was just like we but we were in that that point in between, it was our generation that was just like, man, I miss, I miss Vine.
- 1:04:05SPEAKER_00: Well, I wonder what this person is doing now.
- 1:04:07SPEAKER_00: Like, uh, I think his name is Melvin.
- 1:04:10SPEAKER_00: A light-skinned tall dude.
- 1:04:12SPEAKER_00: He was uh I got I gotta look at his last name, but his name is Melvin.
- 1:04:16SPEAKER_00: He he came up with like King Batch and them.
- 1:04:19SPEAKER_00: Like he was super, he was a funny, if you ask me, he was funnier than them.
- 1:04:23SPEAKER_00: And um he went from being a Vine skit creator to actually being on one of the biggest TV shows right now.
- 1:04:34SPEAKER_00: It was uh Dang, what is the TV show called?
- 1:04:38SPEAKER_00: Dude, it just ended.
- 1:04:40SPEAKER_00: And I gotta I gotta watch it from the beginning.
- 1:04:43SPEAKER_02: King Batch was in um Black Jesus.
- 1:04:46SPEAKER_02: He was the yeah.
- 1:04:48SPEAKER_00: I I don't know where he is really.
- 1:04:50SPEAKER_02: I don't know now, but that was that was a I'm not gonna call it one of the greatest shows, but that was a great show.
- 1:04:56SPEAKER_00: Melvin Gregg is what he uh his name was.
- 1:05:00SPEAKER_02: This dude.
- 1:05:01SPEAKER_02: Okay, he looked familiar.
- 1:05:02SPEAKER_00: Yeah, he was always on Vine, and uh I'm about to see what show he was on.
- 1:05:07SPEAKER_00: I forgot the show.
- 1:05:08SPEAKER_00: I caught the like the last bit of it that basically solidified me wanting to go ahead and um snowfall.
- 1:05:15SPEAKER_00: That's what it was.
- 1:05:18SPEAKER_00: And the dude did a great job.
- 1:05:20SPEAKER_00: Like you can tell this was definitely his passion for real, like doing stuff like this.
- 1:05:26SPEAKER_00: And so uh that's what made me miss Vine.
- 1:05:30SPEAKER_00: Like, where are these people at?
- 1:05:32SPEAKER_00: Like they what they what they doing.
- 1:05:34SPEAKER_00: Then TikTok came along and I fell in a trap.
- 1:05:37SPEAKER_00: I fell I didn't fall immediately though, because I was just like, Y'all wannabes, y'all y'all trying to be like the OG.
- 1:05:44SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 1:05:45SPEAKER_00: I ain't messing with it.
- 1:05:47SPEAKER_00: And then my wife, she was like sending me TikTok after TikTok after TikTok.
- 1:05:51SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I'm not about to go for it.
- 1:05:53SPEAKER_00: And then she would show me the video on her phone, it was funny.
- 1:05:56SPEAKER_00: I was like, uh So now I got TikTok.
- 1:06:00SPEAKER_02: I mean, you know, it is what it is.
- 1:06:01SPEAKER_02: I don't judge.
- 1:06:02SPEAKER_02: Like I'm just not, I'm not gonna vote for TikTok.
- 1:06:05SPEAKER_02: It's not a trend.
- 1:06:06SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna I have a TikTok because I want to start using it for music reasons, but just to get on it to scroll, I mean, I already use Instagram enough.
- 1:06:15SPEAKER_02: I'm not finna add more.
- 1:06:16SPEAKER_02: I don't need I don't need more content.
- 1:06:19SPEAKER_00: I am real big into the um IG reels.
- 1:06:22SPEAKER_00: The Instagram reels are I watch those more than I watch TikTok.
- 1:06:27SPEAKER_02: Cause the TikTok app does not see me.
- 1:06:31SPEAKER_02: It it's just on my no none.
- 1:06:34SPEAKER_02: It's a play.
- 1:06:35SPEAKER_02: People I can be a coach.
- 1:06:37SPEAKER_02: I even I only have it right now.
- 1:06:38SPEAKER_02: I want to start using it for music.
- 1:06:40SPEAKER_02: I only have it right now for when people send me TikToks just so it stops saying download the app.
- 1:06:44SPEAKER_02: However, even when people send me TikToks, I don't click on them to watch them.
- 1:06:48SPEAKER_00: Quite honestly, though, it is really good to build up a following bass fast for you.
- 1:06:53SPEAKER_00: Like for you, like knowing who you are right now in music and stuff, it'd be cool for you to just get like a a mic like this with uh like our podcast mics, but like with a special jack to go into your phone, and you just sit the phone right there, do your poem, call it a day.
- 1:07:13SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I'm gonna start messing around with it when I when I get to a spot for sure.
- 1:07:18SPEAKER_02: Yeah, but it it will it will never be a form of entertainment for me.
- 1:07:23SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I see.
- 1:07:23SPEAKER_02: Oh, okay, so you'll use it to boo like to do music and maybe connect with other musicians, but like I'm trying to take it.
- 1:07:33SPEAKER_02: That's real good for that, too.
- 1:07:34SPEAKER_02: I'm not I'm not getting on there to scroll, I'm not getting on there to do it.
- 1:07:37SPEAKER_00: And I'm not trying to sell you into it.
- 1:07:38SPEAKER_00: I'm not trying to sell you into it at all.
- 1:07:40SPEAKER_02: I'm not getting on there to like post, I'm not getting on there to follow people, I'm not getting on there to repost, I'm not getting on there for nothing, none of that.
- 1:07:46SPEAKER_00: None of it.
- 1:07:46SPEAKER_00: What's hard for me to use is Twitter.
- 1:07:49SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 1:07:49SPEAKER_00: It's hard for me to use Twitter.
- 1:07:51SPEAKER_02: That's interesting because we grew up in the era where Twitter got to where it's at today.
- 1:07:56SPEAKER_00: I mean, it's just porn now.
- 1:07:59SPEAKER_00: That's accurate as well.
- 1:08:01SPEAKER_00: I mean, like, give me the blue bird back, bro.
- 1:08:04SPEAKER_02: I like I like Instagram more than Twitter these days, but I do like the discourse you can find on Twitter because it's just anybody being able to respond to anything.
- 1:08:13SPEAKER_02: So like certain news things you see and you get a bunch of different views, even though you might not need all of those different views.
- 1:08:19SPEAKER_00: It's just I got like 146 followers on Twitter, and that was just because uh right when Tori was uh getting locked up and everything like that, I was I had some insight on everything, and so people start following me for it.
- 1:08:35SPEAKER_00: But I wasn't trying to use his name to get followers, I was just talking.
- 1:08:40SPEAKER_00: But that ain't nothing.
- 1:08:41SPEAKER_00: I I'll get back on there and see what it's about.
- 1:08:44SPEAKER_00: I mean, I'm not opposed to it.
- 1:08:45SPEAKER_02: I don't really get on Twitter too much these days.
- 1:08:47SPEAKER_02: I still have it.
- 1:08:49SPEAKER_02: I kinda I kind of get news from Twitter more than I get entertainment, though.
- 1:08:53SPEAKER_02: I get on Instagram probably more than any other app as far as like to laugh and just see some stupid shit.
- 1:09:00SPEAKER_00: The uh one trend that I won't follow, big shoes.
- 1:09:05SPEAKER_02: What you mean?
- 1:09:06SPEAKER_00: Like some of these celebrities and oh here wearing them dummy big shoes.
- 1:09:12SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 1:09:12SPEAKER_00: Bro, my I got weak ankles.
- 1:09:17SPEAKER_00: Like my stuff will rip.
- 1:09:19SPEAKER_00: I already got a shoulder problem.
- 1:09:21SPEAKER_00: I'm not about to sit here and create two ankle problems.
- 1:09:23SPEAKER_02: I'm just like, why?
- 1:09:25SPEAKER_00: How do you walk up steps?
- 1:09:27SPEAKER_00: Like, there they walk up sideways.
- 1:09:31SPEAKER_02: There's no part of you that put them on, and honestly thought in your mind these are fly.
- 1:09:38SPEAKER_00: They can't be comfortable.
- 1:09:39SPEAKER_02: You didn't think that.
- 1:09:40SPEAKER_02: You did think I spent 2800 on them, so they gonna be fly today.
- 1:09:46SPEAKER_02: But that's it though.
- 1:09:47SPEAKER_02: That's as far as that's as far as that thought got because there's no I never seen a big shoe look good.
- 1:09:52SPEAKER_02: There's there isn't one.
- 1:09:54SPEAKER_00: And it's like besides the shoes, like if y'all don't pay if y'all not paying attention to it, uh the world is starting to repeat itself again.
- 1:10:02SPEAKER_00: Like we literally, like, trends are repeating themselves.
- 1:10:06SPEAKER_00: Like they go up, they went from wearing a slight like super skinny jeans, and they done that back in the 80s.
- 1:10:12SPEAKER_00: Like the 70s, 80s, like super skinny jeans.
- 1:10:16SPEAKER_00: Um, for some weird reason.
- 1:10:18SPEAKER_00: We everybody think that we created twerking and we didn't.
- 1:10:22SPEAKER_00: Like that was back in the 70s, like they were doing that stuff back then.
- 1:10:26SPEAKER_00: But like style-wise, like we are going if you think about it, the way men are dressing and women are dressing, we are in the early 2000s.
- 1:10:37SPEAKER_02: Not qu not quite, because the early 2000s, I at least to my memory, was still baggy clothes.
- 1:10:42SPEAKER_02: That's when the I don't think we're right there yet, still.
- 1:10:45SPEAKER_00: I mean, they're wearing baggy jeans and they going over the shoes.
- 1:10:49SPEAKER_02: I do, I do see what you're saying, though.
- 1:10:51SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and like the skater fits now, like just that simple stuff.
- 1:10:55SPEAKER_00: It's I would say the early 2000s is creeping back up.
- 1:10:58SPEAKER_00: There it is, yep.
- 1:10:59SPEAKER_00: It's creeping back up.
- 1:11:00SPEAKER_00: And like I can tell you right now, I know what's about to come back.
- 1:11:06SPEAKER_00: These dudes about to start wearing uh jersey uh jackets again, like with the uh the all the teams have been creeping back, actually.
- 1:11:18SPEAKER_00: They're gonna start doing that, and or or they're gonna start getting the chains back.
- 1:11:21SPEAKER_00: The chains.
- 1:11:22SPEAKER_02: I want those, I want those to come back.
- 1:11:24SPEAKER_02: I want to get one of them myself.
- 1:11:25SPEAKER_00: That was a time to be alive though.
- 1:11:26SPEAKER_02: My um my homie I work with, he he has a chain connected to his pants, but like his wallet is attached to it.
- 1:11:34SPEAKER_02: And it I'm that's a good look.
- 1:11:36SPEAKER_02: I like the look.
- 1:11:37SPEAKER_00: It's not bad, but I'm waiting for the see I love I love suits.
- 1:11:42SPEAKER_00: I love I like to dress up when I want to.
- 1:11:45SPEAKER_00: I think the 60s is gonna come back eventually.
- 1:11:48SPEAKER_00: Where we wear like the um suit vet suit vest and like the pocket watches and stuff like that.
- 1:11:55SPEAKER_00: Where it's cool to dress up casually.
- 1:11:57SPEAKER_00: It's cool to dress up casually.
- 1:11:58SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:11:59SPEAKER_00: Like you got like you can do it now if you want to, but it ain't hitting.
- 1:12:03SPEAKER_02: If you do it now, people like, why you doing that?
- 1:12:05SPEAKER_02: You just gotta be like, I just wanted to wear it, but you're still gonna get that like look.
- 1:12:09SPEAKER_02: Whereas people was just dressing like that and then showing up and it's like, oh, you got that shit on today, compared to me who I thought I had that shit on until you walked in.
- 1:12:18SPEAKER_00: Like, I thought about doing something out out of my uh character.
- 1:12:21SPEAKER_00: I was gonna get uh, you know, like hunter pants, camo pants, like you put like the tree stuff on them, like that, and wear a nice little t-shirt with it and some uh some vans.
- 1:12:34SPEAKER_02: Man, if if you if you have a fit in mind, put it together.
- 1:12:37SPEAKER_02: That's I think I might do it.
- 1:12:39SPEAKER_02: That's how I try to operate.
- 1:12:40SPEAKER_02: I don't sometimes I wear something that I feel a little bit uncomfortable with because of how I could be being perceived in it, but then I remember why I put it on in the first place.
- 1:12:50SPEAKER_00: I mean these dudes out here wearing construction vests straight up the knee vest, orange and yellow, and calling it a fit in black, but the one fit that I want to do too is a fisherman's vest.
- 1:13:08SPEAKER_00: Fisherman, you can look that up.
- 1:13:09SPEAKER_00: It's actually pretty dope.
- 1:13:10SPEAKER_00: Like it's a fisherman's vest that got all the pockets on it, and it's like instead of carrying the chest pouch, the fanny pack that is being used for something else now, you just use your vest for it.
- 1:13:22SPEAKER_00: I think it's fire.
- 1:13:26SPEAKER_00: Excuse me.
- 1:13:27SPEAKER_02: If you if you want to add that to your regular wardrobe, I would say get good at fishing.
- 1:13:32SPEAKER_00: That's more that's more summer though.
- 1:13:33SPEAKER_00: Get good at fishing.
- 1:13:34SPEAKER_00: Heck nah.
- 1:13:37SPEAKER_02: That's just that's just me though.
- 1:13:38SPEAKER_02: I'm the I'm the type to want to have my foot in whatever outfit I think I'm pulling off, if that makes sense.
- 1:13:45SPEAKER_02: So like if I'm wearing an outfit that look like I garden, it's it's because I might kind of garden on the back.
- 1:13:51SPEAKER_00: I only fished with my dad a long time ago.
- 1:13:55SPEAKER_02: I've only fished one time.
- 1:14:00SPEAKER_00: That's the reason why it came to my mind because he had a fisherman's vest that was black and tactical.
- 1:14:07SPEAKER_00: It's messed.
- 1:14:07SPEAKER_00: It was fire.
- 1:14:08SPEAKER_02: I always think I'm gonna dress up like how how a certain type of person dresses up like a fisherman, and then I'm gonna get asked some questions, and I don't and I don't fish.
- 1:14:18SPEAKER_00: Bro, like them dicky, uh, the dicky fits like everybody was wearing.
- 1:14:22SPEAKER_00: I had one only because I I was working at this factory and they gave us dicky fits.
- 1:14:28SPEAKER_00: Navy blue.
- 1:14:29SPEAKER_00: Everybody asked me if I was if I was a mechanic.
- 1:14:32SPEAKER_02: Yeah, straight up.
- 1:14:32SPEAKER_02: That's what I'm saying.
- 1:14:33SPEAKER_00: I was like, bro, I I push popcorn.
- 1:14:35SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:14:36SPEAKER_00: Like I'm not a mechanic.
- 1:14:38SPEAKER_02: They just gave me this.
- 1:14:39SPEAKER_00: But uh, we're running out of time, but I think we got one more.
- 1:14:44SPEAKER_00: Uh when the podcast makes it, what will your first major purchase be?
- 1:14:52SPEAKER_02: I don't have that figured out yet.
- 1:14:53SPEAKER_02: It depends where I'm at in life because I'm saving up for stuff right now that are that would I consider major purchases.
- 1:15:02SPEAKER_02: So like I don't I gotta I gotta take care of stuff.
- 1:15:06SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
- 1:15:08SPEAKER_00: Like, I I respect the question, and then I think they were looking for motivational purposes.
- 1:15:12SPEAKER_00: And I think like say I I put myself in a range, like say we we got real consistent income flowing, like it's like it's looking really good for us.
- 1:15:23SPEAKER_00: We sign a deal or whatever the case may be.
- 1:15:26SPEAKER_00: My first major purchase is be quite literally getting a house.
- 1:15:30SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 1:15:31SPEAKER_00: Like a house, and I'm gonna look out for my church, maybe be real with you.
- 1:15:36SPEAKER_00: Yeah, some things that gotta be done.
- 1:15:38SPEAKER_00: And then my own personal purchase BMW M4 competition, purple with copper gold rims.
- 1:15:51SPEAKER_00: That's my dream car.
- 1:15:52SPEAKER_00: I've been dreaming that for years.
- 1:15:55SPEAKER_02: Hell yeah.
- 1:15:56SPEAKER_02: Hey.
- 1:15:57SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I don't I don't necessarily have a a personal big purchase yet.
- 1:16:01SPEAKER_02: Like, as far as cars go, I've always wanted a it don't gotta be a Jeep specifically, but a super tricked out off-road vehicle.
- 1:16:10SPEAKER_00: You know what?
- 1:16:11SPEAKER_00: You you look like you would like a good Jeep though.
- 1:16:13SPEAKER_02: Cause I wanna, I mean, I just wanna I just wanna drive my shit in some dirt.
- 1:16:18SPEAKER_02: Like aggressively.
- 1:16:23SPEAKER_02: Aggressively, dead ass.
- 1:16:25SPEAKER_02: So, but that's not I'm not I'm not looking for that as a goal in life.
- 1:16:29SPEAKER_02: That's just gonna happen if it happened.
- 1:16:31SPEAKER_02: But yeah, because when I was a kid, we used to play this game called ATV Off-Road Fury.
- 1:16:35SPEAKER_00: Oh yeah, I know what you're talking about.
- 1:16:37SPEAKER_00: Classic.
- 1:16:38SPEAKER_00: Classic.
- 1:16:38SPEAKER_02: And one of the things I fell in love with in driving games in general was smoke coming up from drifting.
- 1:16:44SPEAKER_02: Then, like, one of the second things I fell in love with from driving games was the way suspension catches a car when it's driving on a dirt track.
- 1:16:54SPEAKER_02: So then ever since then, I've wanted a car that could handle it.
- 1:16:56SPEAKER_02: Oh boy, want to go muddy.
- 1:16:58SPEAKER_02: That kind of that's what I'm saying.
- 1:16:59SPEAKER_02: Or like even when you yeah, when you see like giant monster trucks, essentially do a flip, but like when it lands and its suspension make it look like a soft landing, and then it just kind of and then the tires just being like sturdy enough to just not to just be fine.
- 1:17:12SPEAKER_02: I don't know why that go crazy.
- 1:17:13SPEAKER_02: I need my car to be able to do that.
- 1:17:15SPEAKER_00: Oh, so you're gonna get a lift kit for sure.
- 1:17:17SPEAKER_02: Not too, I'm not gonna go too crazy, but yeah, if I if I ever get somewhere in life, let's make it happen, bro.
- 1:17:23SPEAKER_02: I need my car to be able to get it.
- 1:17:25SPEAKER_02: Don't put that work in and make it happen.
- 1:17:26SPEAKER_02: Over whatever I want to drive over.
- 1:17:29SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 1:17:29SPEAKER_02: Just for the just for the fun of it.
- 1:17:32SPEAKER_00: He's so serious, dude.
- 1:17:34SPEAKER_00: I am mad about it.
- 1:17:35SPEAKER_00: But uh man, that was this is a good episode, man.
- 1:17:38SPEAKER_00: I thank you guys for listening in.
- 1:17:40SPEAKER_00: We ran out of time, but it's okay though, because we dropped a lot of good stuff today.

- 1:17:53SPEAKER_00: Did not upload an episode that last time because I don't know why it was just sitting in limbo the whole time.

- 1:18:01SPEAKER_00: And don't worry about it.
- 1:18:03SPEAKER_00: We went up and we about to get we about to get this thing cracking though.
- 1:18:06SPEAKER_00: But um, and ignore the NFL picks because we we late, we it's it's late on there.
- 1:18:11SPEAKER_02: We we we'll come back with NFL picks when we're on time.
- 1:18:15SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
