- 0:00Wherever you may be, from Florida Sunshine State to California. Hey scratch that,
- 0:06California is hopeless. For the rest, we're your morning show, The
- 0:11Morning Show with Preston Scott. Those of you that might be new to the
- 0:18Morning Show with Preston Scott, you might not know the name Matt Staver.
- 0:21Matt serves as Senior pastor, Founder chairman of the Liberty Council. Liberty Council,
- 0:28the Friend of America that many people in America may not necessarily know.
- 0:33You can support their work. Go to ELC dot org Matt, good morning,
- 0:36welcome, How are you, good morning? How are you doing?
- 0:40Doing very well? I almost feel like asking you how am I doing?
- 0:45How are Christians faring right now? Are there there seemed to be some positive
- 0:50things happening in the midst of a fallen world? Well there is. You
- 0:56know, you never can give up whenever we have I know, wander say
- 1:00that we have a laws, we have a temporary setback. And you know,
- 1:03over the years I've learned temporary setbacks you can re approach them and ultimately
- 1:10have victories. And at we saw that, for example in twenty twenty two
- 1:14with the abortion decisions, being overturned. We saw it with fifty one year
- 1:19old woman versus Katchman case being overturned. One of the cases that I argued
- 1:25before the US Sprink Court was part of that overturning of this case. So
- 1:29you have to continue to press forward. Right now. What we're seeing,
- 1:32for example, is we have at least forty one states that are either passing
- 1:38bills or their proposing bills with regards to this LGBTQ agenda to protect children from
- 1:47these life offering puberty blockers, a cross sex hormones, and mutilating surgeries,
- 1:53and the number of states have already passed such laws. In fact, Kansas
- 1:57just recently passed a law call the Women's Bill of Rights, and it legally
- 2:04it's one of a number of states that have what you call them so called
- 2:07bathroom bills. Let's say, if you're a male, you use the male's
- 2:13changing room, bathroom, shower room, if your female use the female facilities.
- 2:17It can has actually run a little bit further than any other state.
- 2:21It has such a law that they just passed overwhelming but they actually define man
- 2:28and women to be biological human female or human male. For example, human
- 2:34female. It says is a female means an individual whose biological reproductive system is
- 2:39developed to produce over a female egg. So you know, it goes into
- 2:46detail. It's kind of crazy that we have to get to this point where
- 2:50we have to define what male and female actually is. But there's a lot
- 2:54of efforts to protect women's privacy, a lot of efforts to protect women's competition
- 3:00in sports, and to protect children from these puberty blockers, a cross like
- 3:06hormone mutilating surgeries. We see that happening right here in Florida, and Florida
- 3:10is one of the leaders in this area to protect children. We also see
- 3:15a huge advance with regards to the sanctity of human life. For example,
- 3:23between June late June of twenty twenty two, when the abortion decision was over
- 3:30trade and the end of December twenty twenty two, so about six months what
- 3:36we're talking about, there are now an average across the country five thousand,
- 3:42two hundred fewer abortion meaning that there's five thousand, two hundred people that alive
- 3:47every single month every month just in that time frame, and that number is
- 3:54substantially increasing as well. I think Florida will be one of those states.
- 4:00Unfortunately, it's an abortion destination because of our nineteen eighty nine terrible sort of
- 4:05Supreme Court decision. But I believe that decision will be over translated this year.
- 4:14Forty one minutes after the hour final segment with Matt STABERLC dot org,
- 4:18Liberty Council Founder Chair and our guest Matt, is there one particular case Liberty
- 4:26Council finds itself in right now that you consider kind of the bell cow of
- 4:31cases that you just got to win. Well, there's a number of cases.
- 4:36I'm arguing one, for example, on Wednesday Thursday this week, it's
- 4:42a case out of name that's involving the COVID shop mandate on healthcare workers.
- 4:47That case could easily go to a Supreme court. That's where the governor in
- 4:51that case actually issue a decree in the legislative body did so through the regulatory
- 4:57body that all the employers, healthcare employers had to get their employees backed and
- 5:05the only thing that they would be able to provide is a medical exemption,
- 5:09no religious exemptions. And if you provided a religious exemption as an employer,
- 5:15you would lose your license to do business. So literally overriding Title seven with
- 5:19regards to employment discrimination on the basis of religion federal law. Basically, the
- 5:25governor says anyone who even entertains giving a religious exemption, that business will lose
- 5:31its license to operate, It'll be shut down. That's just a dictatorial kind
- 5:36of situation. I think this case has a great potential to go to a
- 5:40Supreme Court, and it's broader than just the issue of COVID, although certainly
- 5:46it affects that. Right now. We see a poll recently around eight hundred
- 5:49thousand healthcare workers nurses across the country, and we see a third of them,
- 5:56a third of them want to quit their jobs because they are done of
- 6:00the healthcare system because of the pandemic, how it was handled, we've done
- 6:03with it. It's a real healthcare crisis that we're facing. But there's also
- 6:08a constitutional crisis that we see in places like Maine, New York and other
- 6:14places that want to literally build those people's freedom of conscience and free exercise of
- 6:19religion. So that's a huge case that we're working on. We're also working
- 6:23on a number of other major cases around the country as well, some that
- 6:28will be filling in the next week or two before the u A. Supreme
- 6:31Court involving free in the speech and undercover journalism with regards to Sander Merritt who
- 6:38revealed what was going on with Planned Parenthood and it's other facilities harvesting baby body
- 6:44parts for sale. That's a big case that we're going to ask the Supreme
- 6:47Court to take up matt with the religion side of the COVID issue. Notwithstanding,
- 6:57I'm still I'm still kind of purpled by the fact that the medical side
- 7:01isn't a slam dunk because the shot doesn't stop the spread, so it becomes
- 7:09nothing more than a treatment. How is that argument not resonating? Well,
- 7:15two reasons. One, I think you have a bunch of medicals, Like,
- 7:18for example, if you look at Anthem, Blue Cross, Blue Shield
- 7:21in Kentucky, it is incentivizing doctors with momentary painment's based upon the percentage of
- 7:29how many people that they treat that take the COVID shot. Right, you
- 7:32know, the federal government is doing the same thing. Big Farmer is incentivizing
- 7:38these medical facilities and healthcare providers doctors. So there is this global or there
- 7:45is this frankly global, but certainly here in the United States effort by Big
- 7:49Farm and others to have only one narrative. So you despite the evidence,
- 7:55you find people that know what's right, but they keep silent none because they
- 8:00gave wrong information and advice to the patients and they don't want to get sued
- 8:03out with mount practison too. They're getting threatened from various sources if they speak.
- 8:11I think the whole medical charade, the safe ineffective mantra, has collapsed
- 8:16a long time ago. It's even more so collapsing. It's the biggest fraud,
- 8:20frankly human genocide that has been perpetrated during our lifetime, not only the
- 8:28United States of globally, and so we're going to continue to speak the truth.
- 8:33That issue alone on the medical should be a slam dunk. What we
- 8:37find is there are some judges, unfortunately who sometimes they read the media newspaper
- 8:43or the CDC more than they actually do their own independent research, and they
- 8:48just spout off the same molemnch or without doing independent research. There's some judges
- 8:52that will be their own, but unfortunately there's too many that just follow the
- 8:56stream without doing independent thinking. For whatever it's worth, since this started,
- 9:01I have challenged one medical professional, just one to come on this show and
- 9:07to tell me that they can successfully vaccinate against a coronavirus. I've yet to
- 9:11have one person take me up now because it's not effective. They know it.
- 9:15It's not effected. Well, it's never been done transmission. No.
- 9:20Yeah, and it's not fake. And we know now, you know,
- 9:22both with Ed Dowd's research and then now with the Rasmussen survey that's muse and
- 9:31survey comes out and says that ten percent of the people that were served,
- 9:35ten percent say that they believe someone who is a close family delator died from
- 9:41the COVID shop. That's not talking about that, they know somebody who's a
- 9:46friend, that's somebody in their close family that died from the COVID show.
- 9:48That's the stuggling number. Matt, as always, thanks for the time,
- 9:52and I wish you well. Thank you to be with you all Righty Matt
- 9:56stab with us this morning on the Morning Show.
