- 7:07Speaker 10: you some tips on how you can create and leave
- 7:11Speaker 10: a legacy. So I want to thank you guys for
- 7:14Speaker 10: joining us on tonight. We have Trevida in the building.
- 7:19Speaker 10: I'm gonna bring her up and allow her to quickly
- 7:23Speaker 10: introduce herself, and I'm gonna bring them all up and
- 7:26Speaker 10: allow them to introduce themselves, because I know the introduction
- 7:29Speaker 10: that I created was not enough to truly recognize these
- 7:35Speaker 10: amazing individuals y'all. But tonight we're gonna be talking about
- 7:40Speaker 10: mastering intentional narratives and making daily choices that we create
- 7:47Speaker 10: and leaving a long lasting legacy that would live past us.
- 7:54Speaker 4: So Trevida, come on in. How you doing tonight?
- 8:00Speaker 2: I am doing well and I'm glad you asked me
- 8:03Speaker 2: to be a part of this. I had no idea
- 8:09Speaker 2: that I would be amongst some great folks tonight. You know,
- 8:15Speaker 2: I didn't even know who I was a part of this,
- 8:18Speaker 2: But just to be in the midst of greatness is
- 8:21Speaker 2: an honor and a privilege, So.
- 8:23Speaker 11: I thank you for that.
- 8:26Speaker 2: But just to give a little brief introduction of me
- 8:30Speaker 2: is I'm a small woman in height and statue, but
- 8:35Speaker 2: in spirit, I am a giant to those who know me,
- 8:40Speaker 2: simply because I don't let the short height stop me.
- 8:45Speaker 2: If you, if you get to know me, you're gonna
- 8:48Speaker 2: see that my spirit is bigger than how I stand.
- 8:52Speaker 2: And life has has given me so many challenges, but
- 8:57Speaker 2: I've overcome all of them because I lead with God,
- 9:00Speaker 2: because He orders my steps and As long as he
- 9:02Speaker 2: continues to order my steps, I'm gonna continue to walk
- 9:05Speaker 2: in the purpose in which he gives me.
- 9:09Speaker 4: Amen. Amen, Well, Welcome, Welcome, Welcome.
- 9:13Speaker 10: Next we have Queen Mother, doctor Sheen Ziera, better known
- 9:19Speaker 10: as doctor Chen.
- 9:22Speaker 11: Great, thanks everyone, as I say welcome, hotel, blessings, all
- 9:28Speaker 11: those wonderful phrases you'll hear me sometimes say by yay tay,
- 9:33Speaker 11: just saying broad greetings, It just adds a little more spice. Right,
- 9:37Speaker 11: So I am first and foremost a daughter of the
- 9:42Speaker 11: almighty Creator by a variety of names that we share. Right,
- 9:46Speaker 11: So I may say not toda, you may say yahweh,
- 9:50Speaker 11: some may say jehovah Allah old do made. We have
- 9:53Speaker 11: a number of names, and so spirit always sits like
- 9:56Speaker 11: at the heart of how I engage. I' always been
- 10:01Speaker 11: enjoying being a part of the Crew podcast. But got
- 10:06Speaker 11: to say it even in my own introduction, Sister Queen
- 10:10Speaker 11: Visionary Angela, you be coming up with it like you
- 10:14Speaker 11: just be bringing us out, like really bringing us out
- 10:17Speaker 11: and offering that foundational support that facilitates our ability to
- 10:23Speaker 11: not only talk about legacy, but to authentically build, maintain, sustain,
- 10:30Speaker 11: and when necessary tweak a bit how.
- 10:33Speaker 8: We engage with legacy.
- 10:35Speaker 11: So just some of my background will come up as
- 10:38Speaker 11: I'm talking, because I'm a mother, a grandmother, an entrepreneur,
- 10:44Speaker 11: a right tal educator, and there's a number of other things,
- 10:48Speaker 11: but for now, a mother, a grandmother, and I'm grateful
- 10:52Speaker 11: my grandchildren are calling me right now.
- 10:54Speaker 8: So this is great. This is beautiful.
- 10:58Speaker 11: Upstairs there you go.
- 11:02Speaker 8: Close.
- 11:04Speaker 4: But it's a.
- 11:04Speaker 11: Blessing to be in the company of such For me,
- 11:08Speaker 11: it's regality, royalty and greatness.
- 11:12Speaker 8: At the same time.
- 11:13Speaker 11: How about that.
- 11:16Speaker 10: Thanks well, thank you for joining us. Our next panelist
- 11:22Speaker 10: is mister John Harris a k A. I can't pronounce it.
- 11:29Speaker 5: It actually was. It's okay, that's okay. So, first of all, Angela,
- 11:35Speaker 5: thank you so much for this opportunity to engage. It's
- 11:39Speaker 5: truly an honor to be here, and you know, to
- 11:42Speaker 5: share this conversation with you the other the other panelist,
- 11:46Speaker 5: both of you sisters. I am you know obviously, I
- 11:50Speaker 5: mean I know Angela and I know the type of
- 11:53Speaker 5: folks that she rocks with, and so I'm not surprised,
- 11:57Speaker 5: but it is really good to be here and be
- 11:59Speaker 5: a part of conversation with you all. So my name
- 12:04Speaker 5: is John Harris Trevida. We got the same last name.
- 12:09Speaker 5: That is my birth name, although many people also know
- 12:12Speaker 5: me as Baruti Mereenda Mary Aman, which is a comedic
- 12:16Speaker 5: name that I was assigned by one of my mentors.
- 12:19Speaker 5: I'm an author, leadership strategist, nonprofit executive, and a former
- 12:25Speaker 5: martial Arts academy owner. So over the course of my career,
- 12:30Speaker 5: I've been blessed to serve people in public service, corporate leadership,
- 12:34Speaker 5: martial arts, nonprofit work, and now through writing and speaking.
- 12:39Speaker 5: Although all of those people came from very different walks
- 12:42Speaker 5: of life, I discovered they were wrestling with many of
- 12:46Speaker 5: the same questions. Why do I keep making the same choices?
- 12:53Speaker 5: Why do relationships break down? Why do organizations struggle? How
- 12:58Speaker 5: do we become who were capable of becoming? Those questions
- 13:04Speaker 5: eventually led me to create Mastering Your Moments, which is
- 13:07Speaker 5: a framework that helps people understand the unseen influences affecting
- 13:13Speaker 5: their choices so they can live, lead, and leave a
- 13:17Speaker 5: legacy with greater intention. Everything I do today, whether it's
- 13:23Speaker 5: through my books, speaking, leadership development, community engagement, coaching, it
- 13:28Speaker 5: doesn't matter, flows from that one mission, and that is
- 13:31Speaker 5: helping people make sense of themselves so they can live
- 13:35Speaker 5: with greater intention. So it's really an honor to be
- 13:38Speaker 5: here tonight with you all.
- 13:41Speaker 4: Amen. Amen.
- 13:43Speaker 10: So we're gonna go ahead and jump in the conversation,
- 13:47Speaker 10: and tonight we're talking about minding your legacy. I want
- 13:52Speaker 10: each one of you guys to share with the listening audience.
- 13:57Speaker 4: What does that word legacy mean to you. And I'm
- 14:01Speaker 4: going to start with doctor.
- 14:03Speaker 11: Chan ultimately, and I'm grateful to be able to I
- 14:11Speaker 11: like going first because that way, when other people start
- 14:14Speaker 11: coming and to get deeper and deeper, I'm already finished, right.
- 14:18Speaker 11: I appreciate that many respects. I would say that legacy
- 14:23Speaker 11: it has a variety of layers. So for some person's
- 14:28Speaker 11: legacy is very physical, you know, it's just what they
- 14:32Speaker 11: engage in terms of sensory activities, what they taste, what
- 14:36Speaker 11: they smell, what they feel, what they see right, what
- 14:40Speaker 11: they get able to touch. It's very physical. And for
- 14:44Speaker 11: other persons, legacy becomes very spiritual, so it becomes something
- 14:52Speaker 11: that's not necessarily tangible. It may appear and feel, or
- 14:57Speaker 11: you may be able to use some of your sensory
- 15:00Speaker 11: sets to be able to embrace legacy. But it's something
- 15:04Speaker 11: that goes beyond that which is physical, right, and then
- 15:08Speaker 11: there's another element, And as I said, there's layers. So
- 15:11Speaker 11: we're going from that which is body or physical, We're
- 15:15Speaker 11: going for that that's more spiritual or that expands the senses.
- 15:21Speaker 11: And then there's that portion that is completely what people
- 15:25Speaker 11: like to call metaphysical, but I prefer to call it
- 15:27Speaker 11: more of a of a higher order of engagement, like
- 15:33Speaker 11: a higher order of that which is sacred, because that's
- 15:37Speaker 11: where legacy becomes what you plan to do again physical,
- 15:43Speaker 11: what you are thinking and feeling you should do again,
- 15:47Speaker 11: more spiritual, and then what you actually do and continue
- 15:52Speaker 11: to do. So it's not something you're doing for the
- 15:56Speaker 11: current time. It's something that you're doing that's going to
- 15:59Speaker 11: build for the future. So when I speak of legacy,
- 16:04Speaker 11: I always connect that to afrofuturism, not not afrofuturism and
- 16:10Speaker 11: not afro futurism. Let me correct myself, but I'm speaking
- 16:13Speaker 11: of the sole part, the spirit part, the consciousness part,
- 16:19Speaker 11: as well as the physical of how you move in
- 16:22Speaker 11: the future. How do you go from what my parents
- 16:25Speaker 11: taught me, what my grandparents taught me into what I
- 16:28Speaker 11: know and have integrated from my legacy of family, and
- 16:33Speaker 11: then how do I move that forward? How do I
- 16:36Speaker 11: maintain that and strengthen that so that my children and
- 16:40Speaker 11: my children's children and their children and their children's children
- 16:44Speaker 11: are able to continue this for more than a five
- 16:49Speaker 11: year old, actually for generation upon generations. And we do
- 16:55Speaker 11: that through a lens at least in the work that
- 16:58Speaker 11: I do. We call it chats for life, and it's culture, healing, arts,
- 17:04Speaker 11: technology and spirituality that facilitate through life, life, inspiration, freedom,
- 17:11Speaker 11: and edification so that you're able to do these things
- 17:14Speaker 11: on a day to day basis. Yes, but then you're
- 17:17Speaker 11: always looking at not just for the moment, but how
- 17:22Speaker 11: do you move this for the next year, the next
- 17:26Speaker 11: the next score, the next century. How do you keep
- 17:30Speaker 11: a foundation that will maintain, sustain, and replicate always with
- 17:37Speaker 11: the best outcomes. We're always gonna say that with the
- 17:40Speaker 11: best outcomes, it with sacred intention.
- 17:42Speaker 8: So for me, legacy encompasses that.
- 17:49Speaker 10: All right, all right, all right, I told you all,
- 17:52Speaker 10: y'all better get your pen in your notepad so you
- 17:55Speaker 10: can jot down these nuggets. Y'all gonna need to have
- 17:58Speaker 10: your notepad and your pin so you can drop so
- 18:02Speaker 10: you can get these nuggets because I tell you they
- 18:03Speaker 10: gonna be dropping them tonight. Mister John, since you're in
- 18:08Speaker 10: the middle of these beautiful queens, I want you to
- 18:11Speaker 10: go next.
- 18:12Speaker 5: Absolutely, It'll be my pleasure. And you're right, because I'm
- 18:16Speaker 5: taking notes as I listen. If I hear something that
- 18:20Speaker 5: truly resonates with me, as I just did, I'm making
- 18:24Speaker 5: notes for myself as well. So what does legacy mean
- 18:28Speaker 5: to me? When I saw the theme for today's conversation,
- 18:32Speaker 5: Angela m I n D mind your Legacy, one of
- 18:36Speaker 5: the things that immediately resonated with me was the phrase
- 18:41Speaker 5: one thought, one choice, one story, one day at a time,
- 18:45Speaker 5: which is actually very close to how I've come to
- 18:48Speaker 5: understand legacy through my own work. So let me say
- 18:53Speaker 5: that what I don't necessarily entirely believe legacy is first,
- 19:00Speaker 5: is that it's something we leave behind at the end
- 19:03Speaker 5: of our lives. Interestingly enough, and as I sat here
- 19:07Speaker 5: and I was listening to my sister speak, it got
- 19:10Speaker 5: me thinking even more about legacy. And I realized in
- 19:15Speaker 5: something that she said that we are actually living legacy,
- 19:21Speaker 5: which means that which makes legacy present day and in
- 19:27Speaker 5: real time. So it's not so much about It's not
- 19:31Speaker 5: just about what happens when we're gone.
- 19:34Speaker 4: We're living it.
- 19:35Speaker 5: You know, I believe legacy is something we build every day.
- 19:40Speaker 5: You know, it begins with a thought, That thought influences
- 19:44Speaker 5: a choice, That choice becomes a part of our story,
- 19:49Speaker 5: and then guess what, over time, those stories become our legacy.
- 19:56Speaker 5: That's why my work focuses so much on moments, because
- 20:00Speaker 5: use every day presents us with moments that invite us
- 20:05Speaker 5: to make a choice. Those choices shape our relationships, our leadership,
- 20:13Speaker 5: our families, and ultimately the impact that we make and
- 20:19Speaker 5: then yes, consequently leave on others and even mark others
- 20:23Speaker 5: with while we're here. So when people ask me what
- 20:26Speaker 5: legacy means, my answer is pretty simple. Legacy is the
- 20:32Speaker 5: cumulative result of intentional choices made moment by moment and
- 20:38Speaker 5: day by day.
- 20:44Speaker 10: Awesome, And see you, you was tapping into my next
- 20:50Speaker 10: question that I was gonna ask. It really applies to
- 20:54Speaker 10: what I was gonna ask. But I'm gonna go ahead
- 20:56Speaker 10: and let Trevida answer this question and then going to
- 21:00Speaker 10: jump into the next question.
- 21:03Speaker 2: Well, what I was gonna say is basically sums up
- 21:07Speaker 2: what both of them have already said.
- 21:09Speaker 4: Is that for me?
- 21:10Speaker 2: I never really thought about legacy as far as what
- 21:16Speaker 2: we passed down to the next generation, because you tend
- 21:22Speaker 2: to think of traditions. We have these traditions that we
- 21:26Speaker 2: pass on to the next generation, and most of the
- 21:29Speaker 2: time it's just a recipe. It's just the way that
- 21:33Speaker 2: we did things, and so on and so forth. And
- 21:36Speaker 2: when I had my stroke in two thousand and nine,
- 21:39Speaker 2: and it was one of those things, I'm a thirty
- 21:41Speaker 2: year old woman three small children. What do I have
- 21:45Speaker 2: to be able to leave my children with something? Is
- 21:48Speaker 2: there something that they'll be able to remember me for
- 21:51Speaker 2: teaching them? And so I begin to think of different
- 21:55Speaker 2: things that I had poured into them. And as they
- 21:59Speaker 2: begin to get older, they started to give words of
- 22:03Speaker 2: wisdom that I had given to them, and they were
- 22:06Speaker 2: putting it back on me. And I was like, Okay,
- 22:08Speaker 2: I said this stuff when you were seven years old,
- 22:11Speaker 2: and you're giving it back to me in ways that
- 22:13Speaker 2: I did not even think you were number one listening
- 22:17Speaker 2: to You're giving it back to me in a way
- 22:20Speaker 2: that I can use it now, in a way that
- 22:23Speaker 2: helps me in a way. So it's building in ways
- 22:27Speaker 2: that comes full circle. So it's like legacy is truly
- 22:34Speaker 2: living day to day and taking what was once an
- 22:39Speaker 2: old tradition comes into the.
- 22:42Speaker 4: New age, and then being.
- 22:46Speaker 2: Modernized for the future. So that's what legacy means to me.
- 22:52Speaker 10: So for me, as I began to think about legacy,
- 22:58Speaker 10: I thought about the things that I'm doing now that
- 23:03Speaker 10: will outlive me, that people will be able to remember,
- 23:08Speaker 10: like Charda, you know, things that people can take and
- 23:12Speaker 10: apply to their lives that you know I've had some
- 23:16Speaker 10: part in, you know, those things that people will remember
- 23:21Speaker 10: when I'm not here in the flesh. So the next question, well,
- 23:25Speaker 10: it is why is it important to understand that legacy
- 23:31Speaker 10: is not just what we leave behind but what we
- 23:34Speaker 10: feel daily. And as mister John was saying, you know
- 23:41Speaker 10: every day, my thing is when when I lay down,
- 23:45Speaker 10: I want to be empty. I want to have utilized
- 23:49Speaker 10: these gifts and talents that has been placed within me
- 23:53Speaker 10: to touch somebody, to impact somebody, you know, to to
- 23:57Speaker 10: to make a difference in someone. I feel like if
- 24:01Speaker 10: we are impacting someone's life, then we are creating a
- 24:06Speaker 10: living legacy. They can see that legacy as we are living.
- 24:11Speaker 10: So with that being said, what role the self awareness
- 24:18Speaker 10: play in creating a life of lasting impact to you guys.
- 24:24Speaker 10: And I'm going to start with mister John, what role
- 24:31Speaker 10: the self awareness play in creating a life of lasting impact?
- 24:36Speaker 5: Wow? Boom is what I'm going to say first, because
- 24:42Speaker 5: that is a powerful question self awareness. And this is
- 24:49Speaker 5: why this is so crucial. Right, we have a tendency
- 24:54Speaker 5: to not appreciate our individuality. Right, we all know that
- 25:05Speaker 5: biologically no two people are the same. I mean, it's
- 25:12Speaker 5: just a fact. You know. We may grow up in
- 25:16Speaker 5: certain environments and so they'll be commonalities between us because
- 25:21Speaker 5: of that, you know, whether we're raised in this country,
- 25:24Speaker 5: other countries, whether we were raised under specific types of
- 25:28Speaker 5: socioeconomic conditions, whatever our racial backgrounds may be. So within that,
- 25:36Speaker 5: we do get some groupings that come from it, But
- 25:38Speaker 5: we are individuals. The more self aware I am, the
- 25:44Speaker 5: more willing I am to quote unquote do the work
- 25:48Speaker 5: to understanding who I am as an individual. Why do
- 25:53Speaker 5: I make the choices that I make? Why have I
- 25:56Speaker 5: made the choices that I've made? You know, what's really
- 26:00Speaker 5: important to me? What am I really passionate about? You know?
- 26:05Speaker 5: And not focus on having my answers aligned with what
- 26:11Speaker 5: everybody else says, but really become self aware? Who is
- 26:17Speaker 5: John Harris? The more self aware I am, it actually
- 26:22Speaker 5: puts me in a better position to impact those that
- 26:28Speaker 5: I come in contact with. Why because they are receiving
- 26:32Speaker 5: the very best, the most unique version of John that
- 26:38Speaker 5: they could possibly get. If I am not self aware,
- 26:43Speaker 5: if I am pursuing an image or an idea of
- 26:48Speaker 5: who I'm supposed to be based on real variables, then
- 26:54Speaker 5: not only am I cheating myself out of the beauty
- 26:57Speaker 5: that comes from being fully self aware, but the worst
- 27:00Speaker 5: world Trevida Queen Angela, doctor Chenzi. If I mispronounce it
- 27:10Speaker 5: anam my sister, I apologize. If I am not operating
- 27:14Speaker 5: in that self awareness, then they and others don't get
- 27:18Speaker 5: the benefit of it. My wife doesn't get the benefit
- 27:21Speaker 5: of the best of me. My children don't get the
- 27:24Speaker 5: best of the benefit of me. Self awareness becomes the
- 27:27Speaker 5: foundation for me building a legacy that will I'll see
- 27:32Speaker 5: it while I'm alive, and then it'll be here when
- 27:35Speaker 5: I'm gone.
- 27:40Speaker 4: Powerful, powerful doctor Chin, what's your take? What's your take
- 27:47Speaker 4: on that?
- 27:49Speaker 8: See?
- 27:49Speaker 11: Self awareness is a very like more of a newgal
- 27:55Speaker 11: Reach kind of cliche framework, at least from me because
- 28:02Speaker 11: in our tradition, and I would like to be real clear,
- 28:04Speaker 11: and when I speak of the our tradition, we know
- 28:09Speaker 11: a phrase call I am that I am right, and
- 28:14Speaker 11: we say that in different languages. And so, once you're
- 28:20Speaker 11: comfortable in the skin that you're in, in the spirit
- 28:25Speaker 11: that you carry and the responsibility that comes with that
- 28:31Speaker 11: spirit that you carry in this body frame, and you
- 28:36Speaker 11: have a relationship with energy that is greater than you,
- 28:39Speaker 11: and let me rephrase that energy that is illuminating through
- 28:44Speaker 11: you that you get to be blessed and anointed with,
- 28:47Speaker 11: then self awareness in that physical frame becomes, you know,
- 28:54Speaker 11: just kind of surface. It becomes an opportunity for us
- 29:00Speaker 11: to speak of knowing yourself for the greatest and highest
- 29:04Speaker 11: good loving, and we need to be real clear that
- 29:10Speaker 11: cultural cultivated, nurturing kind of love.
- 29:14Speaker 8: What is the other term that I hear in biblical.
- 29:16Speaker 11: Agape, love that is deeper than just like lust love,
- 29:21Speaker 11: you know, and where you can actually honor your individual self. Yes,
- 29:27Speaker 11: but you're seeing your individual self with family, with community,
- 29:32Speaker 11: with nation, with society, with civilization, with humanity. Like that's
- 29:40Speaker 11: the type of awareness that when I hear that question,
- 29:45Speaker 11: when I'm hearing and I'm also anchoring off or veggie
- 29:49Speaker 11: backing off of what brother Beruti when the many Amen
- 29:56Speaker 11: is saying right, because it's coming from a spase of
- 30:01Speaker 11: knowing a space, not just a belief, but actually knowing
- 30:06Speaker 11: and being comfortable and honoring and respecting that ancestral legacy. Yes,
- 30:15Speaker 11: through the lens of that which is greater than your
- 30:18Speaker 11: physical self, so that you can draw on millennia upon
- 30:23Speaker 11: millennia of strength. You can draw on illuminated energy that
- 30:29Speaker 11: some persons refer to as the christed One or Jesus right,
- 30:33Speaker 11: that we may call Haru, that some people will call yes,
- 30:37Speaker 11: sure right, because that's.
- 30:40Speaker 8: How self awareness comes.
- 30:41Speaker 11: So that you can see the oneness, you can stay
- 30:44Speaker 11: in the balance, you can strengthen your self even in
- 30:49Speaker 11: times of challenge, because this earthplane, the adversary, is quite thorough.
- 30:56Speaker 8: In terms of sharing with our balance in face with.
- 31:00Speaker 11: Our ability to maintain truth, justice, order, reciprocity, balance, divine righteousness,
- 31:07Speaker 11: and harmony. I gotta say all of that, to use
- 31:11Speaker 11: an old term, ancestral term, call my aut It's a principle,
- 31:16Speaker 11: not just a feather wearing woman, but a principle that
- 31:20Speaker 11: allows for us to authentically maintain, sustain, strengthen, and of
- 31:26Speaker 11: course sometimes you.
- 31:27Speaker 8: Might come off your throne for a moment.
- 31:30Speaker 11: But you just straight straighten up and coming forward through
- 31:34Speaker 11: that authentic as you refer to with self awareness that
- 31:38Speaker 11: I that I'll refer to as an ability to take
- 31:42Speaker 11: your ancestral sacred traditions and bring them into life like now,
- 31:48Speaker 11: through knowing yourself and being the I am that I am.
- 31:54Speaker 10: All right, all right, I'm telling y'all. I hope you
- 31:57Speaker 10: got your pans. Hope you taking notes help you apply.
- 32:02Speaker 2: Trevita, Well, it comes down to basically this. When you
- 32:07Speaker 2: know who you are and know whose you are, meaning,
- 32:11Speaker 2: when you know that you are the child of God himself,
- 32:15Speaker 2: then everything falls in alignment because you're not answering to
- 32:19Speaker 2: anything or any one other than the name that God
- 32:22Speaker 2: has truly given you, and you walk in that purpose
- 32:26Speaker 2: and everything that you stand for and everything that you do.
- 32:29Speaker 2: So when you are no longer confined to what society
- 32:35Speaker 2: thinks that you're supposed to conform to, you only answer
- 32:39Speaker 2: to what you've been called to do. So you are
- 32:42Speaker 2: self aware and you walk in the divine purpose of
- 32:45Speaker 2: who you've been created to be, and nothing can deteriorate
- 32:49Speaker 2: you from that, You're going to walk in purpose and
- 32:52Speaker 2: you're always going to be who you've been destined to be.
- 32:56Speaker 4: Always powerful nuggets tonight. And as we continue this conversation.
- 33:06Speaker 10: I know a lot of us we look at legacy
- 33:10Speaker 10: and we have thought that legacy is something that is
- 33:15Speaker 10: passed down, things that we are supposed to keep.
- 33:19Speaker 4: Going from generation to generation.
- 33:22Speaker 10: So as we think about legacy, what is one belief
- 33:29Speaker 10: about legacy that you had to unlearn or redefine on
- 33:35Speaker 10: your journey. So for me, understanding that I had the
- 33:44Speaker 10: power to create and leave a legacy that I could
- 33:52Speaker 10: kind of dictate, transform, manifest those things that I know
- 34:03Speaker 10: that I have been called to do, and that we
- 34:06Speaker 10: had the power to manifest.
- 34:10Speaker 4: Those things in our life.
- 34:12Speaker 10: And I stand on Proverbs twenty one, and is it
- 34:17Speaker 10: twenty one, no, twenty and eighteen, whichever one. I know
- 34:22Speaker 10: it's over there. I ain't no Bible scholar, but I
- 34:24Speaker 10: know it's over there. And I know it says that
- 34:26Speaker 10: we have the power of life and death in our
- 34:29Speaker 10: tongue and that we can speak it. And I know
- 34:31Speaker 10: that's over there in Proverbs. So don't charge it to
- 34:34Speaker 10: my heart, charge it to my mind, but I know
- 34:36Speaker 10: it's over there. And not only that, if we go
- 34:39Speaker 10: on and over to Jeremiah, he said that he declared
- 34:42Speaker 10: that he had a plan for us, and it was
- 34:44Speaker 10: to prosper us, not to harm us, for us to
- 34:46Speaker 10: have hope in the future. So I stand on those words,
- 34:50Speaker 10: and I know that no matter what it looked like
- 34:52Speaker 10: sometimes in the natural, and no matter what comes at me,
- 34:56Speaker 10: that I can walk into those things because that has
- 34:59Speaker 10: been and I believe that, and I believe that it has.
- 35:04Speaker 4: To come to pass.
- 35:05Speaker 10: So I have to utilize the gifts and talents that's
- 35:08Speaker 10: been placed within me so that I can help those
- 35:11Speaker 10: things manifest in my life. But again, you have to
- 35:14Speaker 10: believe in yourself, and you have to have that that
- 35:17Speaker 10: willingness and that determination and drive to speak those things
- 35:21Speaker 10: over your life and to believe those things, because when
- 35:23Speaker 10: you can see those things and visualize those things, they
- 35:26Speaker 10: will come to pass. They will come to pass. That
- 35:31Speaker 10: It's like in Rebekah, you got to write the vision
- 35:33Speaker 10: to make it plain. Sometimes you got to do your
- 35:36Speaker 10: vision bred put it up on the wall and look
- 35:38Speaker 10: at it so it can manifest in your life. So
- 35:41Speaker 10: with that being said, we're gonna start with you, Trevida.
- 35:46Speaker 10: What is the one belief that you had to unlearn
- 35:50Speaker 10: or redefine about legacy.
- 35:54Speaker 2: The one thing that I had to redefine was that
- 35:58Speaker 2: most of the time, anytime I suppoke to anybody about legacy,
- 36:02Speaker 2: it always was formed around money. And I had to
- 36:08Speaker 2: understand that it was not always about money. If you
- 36:14Speaker 2: could not leave a legacy if you didn't have this money,
- 36:17Speaker 2: and I was like that, that's very shallow, you know,
- 36:22Speaker 2: because you can't take the money with you anyway. So
- 36:27Speaker 2: if that's all you can leave behind, you never had
- 36:31Speaker 2: anything to leave your family with anyway, because if they
- 36:34Speaker 2: blow it after you gone in twenty days, you never
- 36:38Speaker 2: left them with nothing of value, nothing that they could
- 36:42Speaker 2: really use for an extended period of time. You left
- 36:48Speaker 2: them currency that is nothing that they can do for longevity.
- 36:55Speaker 2: And I had to redefine that because it was like this,
- 36:58Speaker 2: it means nothing.
- 37:00Speaker 4: Yes, we need.
- 37:01Speaker 2: Money to survive day to day, however, but it's not
- 37:06Speaker 2: the only thing that we need to live. And once
- 37:11Speaker 2: I realized that, I was like, stop talking to me,
- 37:13Speaker 2: because it's not you not talking about nothing. You ain't
- 37:16Speaker 2: saying nothing. You talking about this money value over here,
- 37:20Speaker 2: I can go make ten thousand dollars to day, And
- 37:22Speaker 2: if I go over here, I can blow ten thousand
- 37:26Speaker 2: dollars a day and the same day I made it
- 37:28Speaker 2: the same day as gone. But if I ain't got
- 37:31Speaker 2: nothing that I said to somebody that changes their life
- 37:34Speaker 2: to where they can continuously build on something, then that's
- 37:38Speaker 2: what I want to be able to do. But if
- 37:40Speaker 2: I'm just teaching them nothing and they not taking nothing
- 37:44Speaker 2: from what I'm giving them, then I ain't doing nothing
- 37:47Speaker 2: but wasting their time and mine as well. So I
- 37:50Speaker 2: want to be able to leave something of value that
- 37:53Speaker 2: they can extend in other areas, in other ways and
- 37:57Speaker 2: skills and things of that nature, not just something that
- 38:01Speaker 2: they can say, hey, my mama gave me this right here,
- 38:04Speaker 2: and I hope you can use it. But if I
- 38:08Speaker 2: can't teach you nothing or give you something that you
- 38:11Speaker 2: can take and give this word of advice to somebody else, say, hey,
- 38:15Speaker 2: my mama taught me this one little thing, and you
- 38:18Speaker 2: teach it to somebody else and it keeps growing and
- 38:21Speaker 2: growing and growing.
- 38:22Speaker 4: Then that is what that legacy that I have been.
- 38:26Speaker 2: Able to instill in a plant, just in the dirt
- 38:29Speaker 2: that's grown up and given to somebody else, and it
- 38:33Speaker 2: continues to blossom and grow in more than one way.
- 38:36Speaker 2: So I had to redefine that money is not the
- 38:39Speaker 2: only thing that I can leave behind, right.
- 38:43Speaker 10: Because society has a society has you know, have a
- 38:47Speaker 10: lot of us thinking that it's the material things that
- 38:50Speaker 10: it's legacy that we're leaving behind, but it's not. It's
- 38:56Speaker 10: more than the material things. It's more than the houses,
- 39:01Speaker 10: the cars, the money, like you said, but it's things
- 39:07Speaker 10: that will be able to carry on that they will
- 39:11Speaker 10: be able to share if you teach them how to
- 39:14Speaker 10: do something that will help create the money, you know, Yeah,
- 39:18Speaker 10: that's a skill that they have now that they can
- 39:21Speaker 10: be able to, you know, show somebody else and they'll
- 39:23Speaker 10: be able to pass that on down and then the
- 39:26Speaker 10: money won't never be an option. That'll always be something
- 39:29Speaker 10: second out. But you have, you know, and put in them. So,
- 39:34Speaker 10: doctor Chen, well, what is one belief that maybe you
- 39:39Speaker 10: had to redefine or unlearned concerning legacy in your on
- 39:45Speaker 10: your journey.
- 39:48Speaker 11: There were several, So I'm gonna hone in on the
- 39:52Speaker 11: one that I have actually established some degree of growth
- 39:59Speaker 11: in and it was knowing that I needed to be
- 40:02Speaker 11: patient and understanding of the legacy that I thought I
- 40:10Speaker 11: needed to leave versus the legacy that the Almighty had
- 40:15Speaker 11: destined for me to leave.
- 40:16Speaker 8: You because there were things.
- 40:18Speaker 11: You know, the human mind is powerful, and it's so
- 40:22Speaker 11: powerful that it can literally use its power to our detriment,
- 40:28Speaker 11: and there are things that I thought were really important
- 40:32Speaker 11: in maintaining and leaving a legacy that just as my
- 40:37Speaker 11: sister Queen Ure shared, it was about the capitalist green dollar,
- 40:43Speaker 11: right that it had to have this amount to do
- 40:47Speaker 11: this and to leave this trust and to leave this
- 40:51Speaker 11: and you know, for my children, my family and future generations,
- 40:55Speaker 11: and I had to undo that dependency on that the
- 41:03Speaker 11: the extractive part of capitalism. I want to make sure
- 41:06Speaker 11: I highlight that. Where I felt that I had to
- 41:08Speaker 11: extract and extract and extract and extract and extract and
- 41:11Speaker 11: keep more, it almost made you move into a space
- 41:14Speaker 11: of avarice, of greed. Right, I had to shift from
- 41:18Speaker 11: that and move in a stronger direction where it was
- 41:23Speaker 11: more on the service that I was maintaining, the humanitarian
- 41:29Speaker 11: efforts that I was engaged in, the number of women
- 41:34Speaker 11: that I was able to help have natural birth, the
- 41:38Speaker 11: number of families that I was able to keep away
- 41:41Speaker 11: from ways of life that were very destructive, and even
- 41:45Speaker 11: though it may not have given the type of financial
- 41:50Speaker 11: rewards that I felt were essential, at that my previous
- 41:54Speaker 11: thought process. I had to completely shift not just my mindset,
- 41:59Speaker 11: but my whole essens, my whole view of how I
- 42:03Speaker 11: looked at systems and system change and consciousness and definitely spirituality,
- 42:11Speaker 11: shifting from man made religiosity. I want to highlight that
- 42:17Speaker 11: that was the one that I had to undo so
- 42:20Speaker 11: that that way I can sit personally and persons know
- 42:23Speaker 11: that I can go into any space where people are
- 42:26Speaker 11: practicing various religions and as long as the core is
- 42:31Speaker 11: on the spiritual attunement with the legacy that honors the almighty.
- 42:36Speaker 8: I'm perfect. I'm good, I keep my eyes.
- 42:40Speaker 11: However, it took me a while to be able to
- 42:43Speaker 11: be comfortable enough to present that and live and like
- 42:48Speaker 11: live in that and be comfortable in that, because how
- 42:52Speaker 11: I saw legacy more connected to you know, an inheritance,
- 42:58Speaker 11: a trust, and other types of very extractive elements. And
- 43:03Speaker 11: I use that term extractive in front of capitalism because
- 43:06Speaker 11: I recognize I'm not saying don't have money, I'm i
- 43:10Speaker 11: saying don't have wealth. And I'm not saying don't thought
- 43:13Speaker 11: maintain prosperity, but I'm saying that when we get into
- 43:17Speaker 11: that extractive view that the legacy is measurable by whether
- 43:21Speaker 11: it's a dollar sign, an EU sign, a yen.
- 43:24Speaker 8: Or whatever, or gold or whatever. That that I had
- 43:27Speaker 8: to undo that, and it took.
- 43:30Speaker 11: It took a moment, and I have to thank my
- 43:34Speaker 11: my my elders as well as my children and those
- 43:39Speaker 11: that came in my pathway to help me to embrace
- 43:44Speaker 11: that and to love that and to know that and
- 43:48Speaker 11: live that more so live that. So there, you know,
- 43:52Speaker 11: you ask some really interesting questions. I have to make
- 43:55Speaker 11: sure I ask for those questions in advance. Whoop, It's
- 44:00Speaker 11: like a toastmaster's table topics.
- 44:03Speaker 8: Okay.
- 44:04Speaker 10: And and and the funny part about it is we're
- 44:08Speaker 10: not even diving into all of what I had planned
- 44:12Speaker 10: for us tonight.
- 44:13Speaker 4: So guess what we're gonna have to.
- 44:17Speaker 10: Yes, we're gonna have to do this again. We're gonna
- 44:20Speaker 10: have to do it again because we're just we're just
- 44:23Speaker 10: touching the waters. We hadn't even dive into the mind part.
- 44:28Speaker 10: We just touching the water. So just know that we're
- 44:31Speaker 10: gonna have another one. It's gonna be another one, So
- 44:34Speaker 10: be prepared to come back next month, the second Thursday
- 44:38Speaker 10: of the month. So go ahead and market on your calendars.
- 44:41Speaker 10: Go ahead and market on But mister Burney, if you
- 44:50Speaker 10: would we were sharing a belief of our legacy that
- 44:56Speaker 10: we had to unlearn or redefine, if you would chime
- 45:01Speaker 10: in on that and share.
- 45:03Speaker 5: It with absolutely So gosh, there are so many, But
- 45:08Speaker 5: I'm gonna tell you what stands out to me. My
- 45:11Speaker 5: signature quote is change is inevitable, but transformation occurs when
- 45:19Speaker 5: we address the conflicts affecting our choices. Initially that quote
- 45:27Speaker 5: was change happens when we address the conflict affecting our choices.
- 45:35Speaker 11: And.
- 45:37Speaker 5: Something about it didn't quote unquote sit fully write with me.
- 45:42Speaker 5: And it was really when I was writing, during the
- 45:45Speaker 5: time that I was writing my first book. And one day,
- 45:51Speaker 5: and you know, anything I write, I have taken put
- 45:54Speaker 5: myself into the lab on it, right, because that's all
- 45:59Speaker 5: part of my just person, the personal self awareness. I'm
- 46:02Speaker 5: not going to ask anybody to consider a concept or
- 46:05Speaker 5: a truth or a premise if I have not done
- 46:09Speaker 5: the work on myself. So one day I was sitting
- 46:13Speaker 5: and you know, so I'm going through this process. One day,
- 46:15Speaker 5: I was sitting and one of my favorite artists came on.
- 46:22Speaker 5: It's Alita Adams. My wife and I actually was the
- 46:28Speaker 5: first concert that we went to. We went to see
- 46:30Speaker 5: Alita Adams. This was many years ago, but that's kind
- 46:33Speaker 5: of beside the point right now. But she was singing
- 46:36Speaker 5: a song everything Must Change, and for the first time
- 46:45Speaker 5: in all the years that I had heard that song
- 46:48Speaker 5: by so many different artists, it resonated with me that
- 46:53Speaker 5: what I was suggesting about change was really surfacing level
- 47:01Speaker 5: run of the mill, the norm. Everything changes, everything does.
- 47:09Speaker 5: It just happens. And so for my own life, if
- 47:14Speaker 5: I was going to see my own life reflect the
- 47:20Speaker 5: continuity that I are, the consistency that I expected to see,
- 47:27Speaker 5: then I did not. It was not just a matter
- 47:29Speaker 5: of changing that needed to happen. I had to transform
- 47:34Speaker 5: right now. We talk about scripture. On one of my
- 47:37Speaker 5: absolute favorite Bible verses, Romans, Chapter twelve, verse two, it says,
- 47:44Speaker 5: and be not conformed to this world, but be transformed
- 47:47Speaker 5: by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove
- 47:49Speaker 5: what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
- 47:53Speaker 5: What I realized personally, was that if I was expecting
- 48:01Speaker 5: something different from my life, if my life was going
- 48:04Speaker 5: to amount to legacy you know, today, tomorrow, and into
- 48:10Speaker 5: the future, then I was going to have to transform
- 48:14Speaker 5: the way I process, and that required me being willing
- 48:19Speaker 5: to take that deeper look at those forces, those unspoken
- 48:24Speaker 5: forces in many cases that affect the choices that I make,
- 48:29Speaker 5: because without doing that, it really doesn't matter what my
- 48:34Speaker 5: intentions are.
- 48:35Speaker 6: Right.
- 48:36Speaker 5: I can have the absolute best of intentions. I can
- 48:38Speaker 5: have a desire to create and build a lasting legacy
- 48:43Speaker 5: that will last for generations beyond me. But if I've
- 48:46Speaker 5: not done what's required within my own life to be
- 48:53Speaker 5: in a space where I would have that type of impact,
- 48:56Speaker 5: then it just wouldn't happen. So for me, it was
- 49:00Speaker 5: understanding that transformation is the is the is the larger desire.
- 49:07Speaker 5: Change is inevitable, but transformation when we When I changed
- 49:12Speaker 5: the way I think, then my choices change. Everything lines
- 49:17Speaker 5: up to what it is that I say that I
- 49:19Speaker 5: want for myself. That was my and that happened as
- 49:24Speaker 5: I was really writing that first book. You know, the
- 49:26Speaker 5: book started teaching me as I was writing it, and
- 49:29Speaker 5: I had to redo some things, et cetera, et cetera,
- 49:32Speaker 5: But transformation is what it's really all about.
- 49:38Speaker 10: Wow, y'all have dropped some powerful nuggets tonight, and like
- 49:43Speaker 10: I said, we definitely will have to come back second
- 49:47Speaker 10: Thursday and all this, So y'all go ahead and market
- 49:51Speaker 10: calendars put it, put it down, and we will be
- 49:54Speaker 10: back here. But as we prepare to close out for tonight,
- 50:00Speaker 10: I want each of my special guests to recap. We're
- 50:07Speaker 10: gonna share our final thoughts, and of course I want
- 50:10Speaker 10: you guys to share how individuals can follow you, support
- 50:15Speaker 10: the things that you're doing on your platforms, how they
- 50:18Speaker 10: can connect with you, because I'm telling you they can't
- 50:23Speaker 10: miss out on some amazing nuggets.
- 50:27Speaker 4: They definitely need to connect.
- 50:28Speaker 10: So we're gonna start with Trevida, if you would share
- 50:33Speaker 10: your final thoughts for tonight and how we can connect
- 50:37Speaker 10: with you.
- 50:40Speaker 2: Okay, my final thoughts on tonight is that everybody has
- 50:45Speaker 2: some very very powerful things to say. And if you
- 50:50Speaker 2: did not take your notes, I don't know why because
- 50:55Speaker 2: you needed it and I got my notes over here,
- 50:58Speaker 2: like it's basically recorded, so I can go back and
- 51:02Speaker 2: write my stuff down. So that's just how I do
- 51:05Speaker 2: my notes, but anyway, you can find me on Facebook
- 51:10Speaker 2: Trevina Harris. Right now, I am looking for contributing authors.
- 51:15Speaker 2: I am doing an anthology right now. So and the
- 51:19Speaker 2: title of this anthology is titled The Faith After the Fall,
- 51:23Speaker 2: and it is everybody's just given their testimony about how
- 51:29Speaker 2: the Fall did not in what they had going on
- 51:33Speaker 2: in life. God is the one who's finished just the work,
- 51:37Speaker 2: and so if you want to be a part of that,
- 51:40Speaker 2: just reach out to me. You can find me at Facebook.
- 51:44Speaker 2: Trevida Harris are through Wings of Transformation publishing on Facebook
- 51:49Speaker 2: as well. I would love to have you a part
- 51:51Speaker 2: of this anthology with me. This is my first time
- 51:54Speaker 2: ever doing something. I'm being obedient to what God has
- 51:57Speaker 2: told me to do and he said this is what
- 52:01Speaker 2: I needed to do, So y'all, I'm always gonna be
- 52:04Speaker 2: obedient to what he tells me to do. My tagline
- 52:07Speaker 2: for my podcast, Believe in the Journey is stay out
- 52:11Speaker 2: of God's business. The only thing he needs you to
- 52:13Speaker 2: do is be obedient to what he's called you to do.
- 52:15Speaker 2: So if I can't be obedient, be obedient to what
- 52:18Speaker 2: He's calling me to do, I'm not trying to get
- 52:20Speaker 2: no whooping, so and God's whooping is a total different thing,
- 52:25Speaker 2: and I ain't trying to do that. So if you
- 52:28Speaker 2: know what that looks like, you know you don't want
- 52:31Speaker 2: to be on the receiving end of when you get
- 52:33Speaker 2: in this trouble by God.
- 52:35Speaker 11: So but that's all I got to say.
- 52:38Speaker 10: All right, all right, now, she is one of the
- 52:42Speaker 10: amazing hosts here on the Crew podcast, Doctor Chen, If
- 52:48Speaker 10: you would share your final thoughts and how we can
- 52:52Speaker 10: connect with.
- 52:52Speaker 11: You, well, first and foremost, I'd like to definitely give
- 52:57Speaker 11: thanks and praise for having an opportunity to share. I
- 53:01Speaker 11: consider this like breaking bread. We just didn't drink any
- 53:04Speaker 11: beverage together or lethal aside, and I think it's important
- 53:09Speaker 11: that person's recognized. As I said before, and I'll keep
- 53:12Speaker 11: reiterating it. When I say chats for life, I'm speaking
- 53:16Speaker 11: truth as power, not to power, but truth is power, right,
- 53:21Speaker 11: And this is an opportunity when we speak of legacy,
- 53:25Speaker 11: to live the legacy and bring some actionable deliverables to
- 53:31Speaker 11: the legacy, and to infuse yourself with the culture, the healing,
- 53:37Speaker 11: the aren't the technology and the spirituality that support life
- 53:43Speaker 11: to the best of your ability, and when you find
- 53:46Speaker 11: yourself needing some guidance or falling off your throne. And
- 53:52Speaker 11: when I say off your throne, I'm saying off that
- 53:55Speaker 11: seat that keeps you balanced, that seat that keeps you harmonious,
- 53:59Speaker 11: that seat it keeps you powerful, that seat that keeps
- 54:03Speaker 11: you with humility, because you cannot have power without humility. YEP,
- 54:08Speaker 11: I encourage you reach out. It's not only the therapist.
- 54:13Speaker 11: It's gonna be those that restore life that surround you.
- 54:18Speaker 8: It's going to be through that.
- 54:19Speaker 11: Spiritual relationship, that meditative prayer, that chant, that hasty, those
- 54:26Speaker 11: words with power, words with praise that will keep you
- 54:29Speaker 11: grounded to the best of your ability, of course, because
- 54:32Speaker 11: you do need support, right So the way that you
- 54:35Speaker 11: can link with me, and it's powerful to be talking
- 54:38Speaker 11: of mind your legacy, because you could have just said
- 54:41Speaker 11: mind your business, but you said mind your legacy, so
- 54:46Speaker 11: that you do not just think of it in past
- 54:48Speaker 11: tense and not only in future tents, but that you
- 54:52Speaker 11: vibrate on present. As each of the panelists and our
- 54:56Speaker 11: illustrious hosts has shared with us tonight, I have the
- 54:59Speaker 11: opportunity unity to have a podcast on the Crew podcast
- 55:04Speaker 11: which is called ost Speaks, building a new legacy, which
- 55:08Speaker 11: we get an opportunity to share on a variety of
- 55:11Speaker 11: human civilization development.
- 55:14Speaker 8: And some funny stuff here and there.
- 55:15Speaker 11: We try to add some humor so that we can
- 55:18Speaker 11: handle the challenges that we are maintaining and sustaining and
- 55:22Speaker 11: enduring in this life. And it's usually the first and
- 55:24Speaker 11: third Thursday, eight o'clock Eastern Standard time.
- 55:29Speaker 8: You can reach me at OST Speaks A S. T. S.
- 55:32Speaker 8: P E A K. S at gmail dot com.
- 55:34Speaker 11: You can look for US Speaks on YouTube as well
- 55:37Speaker 11: as Facebook. You can look for ten zero. Just look
- 55:40Speaker 11: for the ten zero part first and then you'll find me.
- 55:43Speaker 11: You'll see my face and usually the white head tie.
- 55:46Speaker 11: I try to keep it so you can find me.
- 55:48Speaker 11: If all else else, just go to the Crew podcast
- 55:52Speaker 11: and Queen Visionary Angela will find me for you.
- 55:57Speaker 2: Right.
- 55:57Speaker 11: So, I'm really grateful to be able to have this
- 56:00Speaker 11: type of a discussion. I like to look at it
- 56:03Speaker 11: as a life conversation, so I've shifted that to unc
- 56:08Speaker 11: coversation so that we can actually talk about life and
- 56:12Speaker 11: build one another, because it's the same as minding your legacy.
- 56:17Speaker 8: So I'm grateful.
- 56:18Speaker 11: Thank you again for a wonderful opportunity to share.
- 56:21Speaker 8: I look forward.
- 56:22Speaker 11: So then you said the next time in the month
- 56:25Speaker 11: of August. Yeah, it's going to be powerful, and it's
- 56:27Speaker 11: an honor to being a presence of Beach and every
- 56:29Speaker 11: one of them A man, mister.
- 56:35Speaker 5: Yes, So I got to start by first of all,
- 56:39Speaker 5: really saying thank you to Queen Angela. She and I
- 56:44Speaker 5: were talking before the show and recapping she brought back
- 56:50Speaker 5: to my recollection when we last connected, and it's really
- 56:56Speaker 5: just amazing to me the way things work out. It
- 57:04Speaker 5: truly has been an honor to be here, and I'm
- 57:06Speaker 5: looking forward to next month if that opportunity presents itself,
- 57:11Speaker 5: because I think the conversation needs to continue. I would
- 57:16Speaker 5: simply want to encourage everyone listening to remember that legacy
- 57:22Speaker 5: isn't something we leave behind one day. It's something we're
- 57:26Speaker 5: building today every conversation, every decision, every relationship, every moment.
- 57:34Speaker 5: We don't have to wait for a perfect life to
- 57:37Speaker 5: begin living intentionally, begin with really the very next choice
- 57:45Speaker 5: that we make. If anything I've shared tonight has resonated,
- 57:51Speaker 5: you know, I'd love to continue the conversation because again,
- 57:54Speaker 5: this conversation needs to continue. You can connect with me
- 57:59Speaker 5: through mastering your Mind at www dot moments to master

- 58:33Speaker 5: live with greater purpose, I hope we can continue learning together.
- 58:37Speaker 5: And I got to say this again, Queen Angela. You know,
- 58:41Speaker 5: this is a powerful conversation on legacy and we're talking
- 58:44Speaker 5: about living legacy, living in legacy, and that's what you're doing.
- 58:49Speaker 5: You are living in legacy and creating opportunities for individuals
- 58:55Speaker 5: to do the same. So again I appreciate it, and
- 59:00Speaker 5: you know I'm looking forward to just continuing to build together.
- 59:03Speaker 5: Thank you very very much.
