SiMa.ai announced a $150 million Series C on Monday 28 September 2026 at a $1.45 billion valuation, led by Fidelity and Amplify, with Dell Technologies Capital and the State of Michigan in the cap table. The capital funds the Palette Neat software environment and a 1,000 dense TOPS silicon generation expected in the first half of 2028.
