SPEAKER_00: Hello, welcome back and hello to special episode The B Day.
• 0:06
SPEAKER_00: So let's get on with today's job.
• 0:18
SPEAKER_00: Today's episode I will be showing well with Aiden showing top five of the best AFL games from the 2025 AFL premiership season.
• 0:31
SPEAKER_00: So we maybe even add another top five, even maybe an extra game as maybe 11 best games.
• 0:39
SPEAKER_00: So from different rounds from different games, before we get started, now I haven't said this for a long time.
• 0:47
SPEAKER_00: I think you're going to just, Aiden, go and get your cup of tea, your chat a latte, your cup of coffee, and your bicycle, your biscuit.
• 0:55
SPEAKER_00: Oh, and I forgot to tell you all, as I mentioned quite a few episodes now, make sure you subscribe down below.
• 1:01
SPEAKER_00: Like this episode, hit that notification bell because there's so many episodes to come and I can't wait to share with you all.
• 1:12
SPEAKER_00: So for out of doubt, let's get into the top five.
• 1:16
SPEAKER_00: So these are really one of the hardest games and they're all over the place at the moment, but they're from from the first round up to 24.
• 1:26
SPEAKER_00: No final series will be accepted.
• 1:28
SPEAKER_00: I would like to do that, but this is about apprenticeship season, and in my fifth one, it's one of the hardest games, I believe.
• 1:36
SPEAKER_00: And and I had tipped them as well.
• 1:38
SPEAKER_00: I'd chosen this game, the Gold Coast Suns versus the LA course.
• 1:42
SPEAKER_00: Now, I was at Canworth Cookabala's Football Club watching this game, and there were some really insane decisions in the last two minutes of this game, and Allah's kept coming hard and hard, and Gold Coast finds ways with a new season online early in the season.
• 2:00
SPEAKER_00: Now, I really think both teams started really well.
• 2:03
SPEAKER_00: You know, Manny Nix is in and big, he needs to perform with his team and or he's in big, big trouble, and he didn't prove wrong.
• 2:13
  SPEAKER_00: Only one point defeat.
• 2:15
  SPEAKER_00: So that's a really good effort.
• 2:17
SPEAKER_00: And there was effort then later on, we'll share my little game about Adelaide and Gold Coast.
• 2:23
SPEAKER_00: But Gold Coast, well, well then Adelaide finds way back into the game, then Gold Coast just holds on with a big win in front of their Gold Coast supporters at People's First Day.
• 2:35
SPEAKER_00: As I mentioned, I did watch this game at Kenworth Football Club before my game, and Gold Coast, oh fortunately, I tipped Gold Coast to win this game.
• 2:45
SPEAKER_00: Now, wow factor, not a lot of team tipped Gold Coast to win this game.
• 2:50
SPEAKER_00: Now, I really think now the score was 91-90, and I just remember there was it was really hard to choose out of this game.
• 3:00
SPEAKER_00: So we're not to Gold Coast, you know, there's been they're one of the hardest teams to win, uh, interstate teams to win at home.
• 3:08
SPEAKER_00: So I really come to this game and we come to my fourth, so we're getting closer and closer, and we do head to Tasmania in Hoba at Ninja Stadium.
• 3:19
SPEAKER_00: One of I think the best draws, but one of the best games I've seen from North Melbourne.
• 3:24
SPEAKER_00: I absolutely watched some parts of this game.
• 3:27
SPEAKER_00: And round nine hits, final game for the round, and it was, I think, it was a decent crowd for North Melbourne and Brisbane.
• 3:35
SPEAKER_00: This is now my fourth best game for part one.
• 3:39
SPEAKER_00: Now, I really wish this could be a bit more harder to choose from, but let's continue on with my notes in front of me.
• 3:46
SPEAKER_00: This was Cantor draw 71 points apart, and that score 10 goals 11.
• 3:51
SPEAKER_00: You know, you don't get very often to get a draw in Highback, but credit more to North Melbourne.
• 3:58
  SPEAKER_00: That's what I want to do.
• 3:59
SPEAKER_00: They took up against a good form Brisbane Lions, they were not in good form.
• 4:03
SPEAKER_00: They found ways North Melbourne and that could upset the competition and knowing that North Melbourne are still a good strong base team to go and play good football.
• 4:16
SPEAKER_00: And I give so much credit.
• 4:17
SPEAKER_00: Brisbane learned from this game and why that's still the greatest team till today, as I speak in by recording this episode.
• 4:25
SPEAKER_00: But I really think I just North Melbourne never gave up.
• 4:29
  SPEAKER_00: 71 points apart.
• 4:31
  SPEAKER_00: That's 140 plus.
• 4:33
  SPEAKER_00: That's 20 goals plus 22.
• 4:36
  SPEAKER_00: That's 20 goals 22.
• 4:38
SPEAKER_00: That is even up both sides, and 71 points.
• 4:42
SPEAKER_00: And credit even to North Melbourne, a bonus part, not getting North Brisbane to do what they want to do.
• 4:48
SPEAKER_00: In not just in Hobart, but to 100 points.
• 4:51
SPEAKER_00: And Brisbane is a best scoring team to do that.
• 4:55
SPEAKER_00: So well done to Hobart Brisbane, all the best.
• 4:58
SPEAKER_00: And yeah, let's get to our top three.
• 5:00
SPEAKER_00: Now, as I get going to get harder, but before we get that, make sure if you like this episode, like down below, subscribe down below because we do come to our top four, and also hit that notification bell.
• 5:12
SPEAKER_00: This will help my channel a lot.
• 5:14
SPEAKER_00: If you are listening to this and when this comes out, thank you, and I'm much appreciated.
• 5:20
SPEAKER_00: So, like this episode, like I mentioned, and we come to our top four, three now.
• 5:25
  SPEAKER_00: Top three.
• 5:26
SPEAKER_00: And wow, I got I gotta say, harder games come harder.
• 5:30
SPEAKER_00: And I think you know, most terms that I normally just don't really support any of this team, but I do come to another Gold Coast game on at People's First Stadium, round 12.
• 5:42
SPEAKER_00: We're halfway through the season.
• 5:44
SPEAKER_00: Gold Coast Suns versus Friantle Dockers.
• 5:47
SPEAKER_00: And why in my third game of the 2000 top 5 or 2025 April Apprenticeship season?
• 5:54
SPEAKER_00: This game was wet football, which Gold Coast can't get their hands on the football like clipping slide.
• 6:00
SPEAKER_00: Not a big crowd because I own nothing to do with that.
• 6:05
SPEAKER_00: But you know, some teams sit in the rat like they have been fucking down with water on their heads, and they had to put a coat over their hand in the humid.
• 6:16
SPEAKER_00: But I really think this game, Gold Coasters can't, this is very unusual for Gold Coast to lose at home.
• 6:23
SPEAKER_00: To loss at home against a team, they both play finals, played each other, and Gokos found a way to respond in perhaps and it's incredible.
• 6:32
SPEAKER_00: I went for Gold Coast for this game as it was playing at home.
• 6:36
SPEAKER_00: If it's wet or dry, it doesn't matter.
• 6:38
SPEAKER_00: Gold Coasters couldn't play with conditions and credit to free and tall.
• 6:43
SPEAKER_00: They earn it, they were I respect it.
• 6:45
  SPEAKER_00: That's it.
• 6:46
SPEAKER_00: Now, ladies and gentlemen, we come to the top two.
• 6:49
SPEAKER_00: My top two, if you don't mind, of my top five games for the 2025 April 26th season.
• 6:57
SPEAKER_00: This I just want to let you know.
• 6:58
SPEAKER_00: I will like forgot to let you all know.
• 7:00
SPEAKER_00: Hundred like if you like this episode, hit that notification and as well as subscribe down below as you don't want to miss anything of the show and any other fun shows ahead of us.
• 7:13
SPEAKER_00: But like I mentioned, we come to the top two and it just gets harder each game from each round, each game.
• 7:20
SPEAKER_00: And well, there's so many big upsets during the apprenticeship season, and here's my second best game for the apprenticeship season, which is round 18, Gold Coast Suns versus Connor and Matt Pirates at Peeble First Stadium.
• 7:34
  SPEAKER_00: There you go.
• 7:36
SPEAKER_00: Now, why can I say bad kicking, bad scoring, perfect conditions, Friday night football?
• 7:42
SPEAKER_00: And I gotta say, can't believe we almost have the best game for the top five.
• 7:48
SPEAKER_00: This is why Gold Coast don't get a chance to play Friday night.
• 7:51
SPEAKER_00: Good crowd, but it was a sold out due to Coneywood coming over and not much.
• 7:56
SPEAKER_00: Gold Coast, you had a Gold Coast Sun support base.
• 7:59
SPEAKER_00: They are strong base, they make finals, and look what they do, they again take on the one of the best teams in the AFL.
• 8:06
SPEAKER_00: That's what you called my thoughts.
• 8:08
SPEAKER_00: Get Gold Coast, if it's home or away, get them on the Gold Coast all way Thursday or Friday night football.
• 8:15
SPEAKER_00: It is fantastic for the AFL to get this done.
• 8:18
SPEAKER_00: Adelaide, Port Adelaide, Trion Tall, West Coast, they have all played Friday night and Thursday night football.
• 8:26
SPEAKER_00: Can Gold Coast do that?
• 8:28
  SPEAKER_00: Of course.
• 8:28
  SPEAKER_00: Of course they can.
• 8:29
SPEAKER_00: They got Laura People's First.
• 8:32
SPEAKER_00: It's great to support the competition and knowing that Gold Coast are part of that.
• 8:37
SPEAKER_00: But there's not a lot of teams do get GWS giants don't get a lot of Friday night football.
• 8:42
  SPEAKER_00: Free and tall.
• 8:43
SPEAKER_00: You know, these are the kind of teams that a lot of normal are not getting their opportunities.
• 8:48
SPEAKER_00: And I have more respect for Gold Coast to get those kind of games.
• 8:52
SPEAKER_00: That's the even an important game.
• 8:55
SPEAKER_00: So anyway, getting back to my thoughts for the Gold Coast and Collingwood game.
• 8:59
SPEAKER_00: Now, most of the night Collingwood could really get poor.
• 9:02
SPEAKER_00: That really cost them the game, opportunities, open space, and I did watch this game.
• 9:08
  SPEAKER_00: I totally watched it.
• 9:09
SPEAKER_00: And I was very happy for Gold Coast, but I did caught I did tip Collingwood to win this game.
• 9:14
SPEAKER_00: That is the biggest difference.
• 9:16
SPEAKER_00: And Collingwood hate and dislike pressure.
• 9:20
  SPEAKER_00: That's all game.
• 9:21
SPEAKER_00: Gold Coasters tackle hard, and that's what the way that Collingwood do not like.
• 9:27
SPEAKER_00: And that's how they just couldn't get them hands on the footy early.
• 9:30
SPEAKER_00: It was perfect night for football for the tie.
• 9:33
SPEAKER_00: Collingwood, well, they're starting off great and playing a big upset for round 18 in my thoughts.
• 9:40
SPEAKER_00: Gold Coast holds on with this big win.
• 9:43
  SPEAKER_00: Low scoring 69 to 63.
• 9:46
  SPEAKER_00: That is it.
• 9:47
  SPEAKER_00: And well done.
• 9:48
SPEAKER_00: I think Gold Coast Suns will be so happy with their supporters at home with this win.
• 9:53
  SPEAKER_00: This is it.
• 9:54
SPEAKER_00: We have made it my first for top five best game for 2025 A4 apprenticeship season.
• 10:03
SPEAKER_00: This is not just breaking records from Hawthorne or a 45 point from three-quarter time.
• 10:09
SPEAKER_00: Melbourne were 46 points up at three-quarter time.
• 10:13
SPEAKER_00: And this this game was round 20.
• 10:15
SPEAKER_00: Twilight Sunday football at Marble Stadium.
• 10:19
SPEAKER_00: This, ladies and gentlemen, is my player, my game of the round.
• 10:25
  SPEAKER_00: But St.
• 10:26
SPEAKER_00: Kilda Fine, no way we're gonna win this.
• 10:29
  SPEAKER_00: They had extra energy.
• 10:31
  SPEAKER_00: They had belief.
• 10:32
  SPEAKER_00: They had their fans.
• 10:34
  SPEAKER_00: They had their players.
• 10:35
SPEAKER_00: They had their head coach.
• 10:37
SPEAKER_00: Let's just go out there and do our best.
• 10:40
  SPEAKER_00: They love this player.
• 10:41
SPEAKER_00: The fans love this player.
• 10:43
SPEAKER_00: And the AFL are so support.
• 10:46
  SPEAKER_00: National Wangling Mamila.
• 10:49
SPEAKER_00: Kicking the last two goals under 10 seconds.
• 10:53
SPEAKER_00: And this was a big St.
• 10:55
SPEAKER_00: Kilda won a free kick from the middle.
• 10:57
SPEAKER_00: And it set up for St.
• 10:58
SPEAKER_00: Kilda's star, National Wiggling Miller.
• 11:02
  SPEAKER_00: Kicking the winning goal.
• 11:04
SPEAKER_00: Oh, it feels like that final feeling.
• 11:08
  SPEAKER_00: The St.
• 11:09
  SPEAKER_00: Kilda supporters up amount.
• 11:11
SPEAKER_00: The comic tree is up.
• 11:12
SPEAKER_00: And most important, the players and the head coach Ross Lyon.
• 11:17
SPEAKER_00: Hell what a coach he has been under this player.
• 11:21
  SPEAKER_00: He won him.
• 11:22
  SPEAKER_00: Hopefully they keep him.
• 11:24
SPEAKER_00: If not, I know that Ross Line will find the hard way to find.
• 11:28
SPEAKER_00: I went with Melbourne knowing that she won this game.
• 11:31
  SPEAKER_00: St.
• 11:31
SPEAKER_00: Kula had the last game planned and what it.
• 11:35
SPEAKER_00: And this is why I really, before I end this for my top five, what do you think?
• 11:40
SPEAKER_00: What do you think of my top five?
• 11:42
SPEAKER_00: Because they were the one the hardest games.
• 11:45
SPEAKER_00: Yes, I chose a dovum, Collingwood, and Gold Coast because Collingwood just proved so much.
• 11:51
SPEAKER_00: I chose St Kilda this game as my first one because it's a team that believes in each other.
• 11:57
  SPEAKER_00: May not play final.
• 11:59
  SPEAKER_00: Same with Melbourne.
• 12:00
  SPEAKER_00: Melbourne had it all.
• 12:01
SPEAKER_00: I thought Melbourne just had it all.
• 12:03
SPEAKER_00: St Kilda, no one thought coming.
• 12:06
SPEAKER_00: Ross Lion just laughing and cheering from the coach's box.
• 12:10
SPEAKER_00: That's something that what Ross Lion's come back.
• 12:14
SPEAKER_00: Formal friendal coach as well.
• 12:16
SPEAKER_00: But someone that decided not to coach anymore, come back in that position.
• 12:21
  SPEAKER_00: He's coached St.
• 12:22
SPEAKER_00: Kilda twice in the St.
• 12:24
SPEAKER_00: Kilda history in my since I know him.
• 12:26
  SPEAKER_00: I understand.
• 12:27
SPEAKER_00: But we're gonna wrap it up with my top five.
• 12:30
  SPEAKER_00: What do you think?
• 12:31
SPEAKER_00: As I mentioned before, stay tuned.
• 12:33
SPEAKER_00: Well, I'm gonna let you know.
• 12:34
SPEAKER_00: There is a man of top five coming with the extra game.
• 12:37
SPEAKER_00: Which game will be that?
• 12:38
  SPEAKER_00: Well, stay tuned.
• 12:39
SPEAKER_00: That'll be next time on the BJ show.
• 12:42
SPEAKER_00: That is all for today's show.
