Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
0:05
Speaker 1: One of the people that we don't talk about too
0:07
Speaker 1: often as far as the Jeffrey Epstein case goes, is
0:10
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's brother Mark Epstein. Now there has been some
0:15
Speaker 1: questions about their business ties together and about what ties
0:20
Speaker 1: they had as far as any sort of illegal enterprise.
0:24
Speaker 1: Now nothing has been proven one way or the other.
0:27
Speaker 1: And in fact, the Feds haven't even really engaged in
0:31
Speaker 1: the sort of financial investigation that they should have, especially
0:35
Speaker 1: considering all of the information that has been available throughout
0:39
Speaker 1: this whole entire thing. Now, we have had a lot
0:42
Speaker 1: of lip service, a lot of platitudes from the federal
0:45
Speaker 1: government and from investigators telling us that co conspirators are
0:49
Speaker 1: going to be brought down, that they're still investigating people,
0:53
Speaker 1: and that there's going to be movement.
0:55
Speaker 2: Well, here we.
0:56
Speaker 1: Are, and now all we see so far is Gleane
0:59
Speaker 1: Maxwell being prosecuted, but nothing else. No Sarah Kelln Vickers,
1:06
Speaker 1: no talk about going after Andrew hard, no talk about
1:10
Speaker 1: any of the men who have been accused of abusing Virginia.
1:15
Speaker 1: So is what exactly is the federal government doing about
1:20
Speaker 1: these co conspirators. Well, today we're going to talk about
1:24
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's brother Mark and their business ties. And to
1:30
Speaker 1: do that we have an article from The Intelligencer headlined
1:35
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's curious ties to his brother's real estate business.
1:40
Speaker 1: This article was authored by James D.
1:43
Speaker 2: Walsh.
1:45
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's apparent suicide over the weekend likely means that
1:49
Speaker 1: his criminal case will not proceed, but in a statement
1:53
Speaker 1: on Saturday, Attorney General William Barr issued a sharp warning
1:57
Speaker 1: any co conspirators should not rest these There has been
2:01
Speaker 1: plenty of speculation as to whom may be held responsible
2:04
Speaker 1: for helping or enabling Epstein from his alleged madam you mean,
2:08
Speaker 1: co conspirator and general all around scuzbag Glain Maxwell to
2:12
Speaker 1: the attorneys who handled his business dealings for decades. While
2:16
Speaker 1: he has not been accused of involvement in the sex
2:19
Speaker 1: offenders' crimes, new details about Jeffrey Epstein's younger brother, Mark
2:24
Speaker 1: Epstein have raised questions about their business ties and how
2:28
Speaker 1: close the pair really were. Now, Mark Epstein, let's be
2:33
Speaker 1: very clear here, has not been accused of abusing any
2:36
Speaker 1: women or anything like that. What we're talking about here
2:39
Speaker 1: is his business ties with Jeffrey Epstein. He had the
2:42
Speaker 1: building over on East sixty six, and we know that's
2:46
Speaker 1: where a lot of the traffic girls were kept. But
2:50
Speaker 1: if there's any money left over from the estate, which
2:53
Speaker 1: there shouldn't be, guess who gets it all. That's right,
2:56
Speaker 1: mister Mark Epstein. Jeffrey and Mark grew up together in
3:03
Speaker 1: the Seagate community in Brooklyn. Mark, who is a year
3:06
Speaker 1: and a half younger than his brother, went on to
3:08
Speaker 1: start a silk screening business, and having semi retired at
3:12
Speaker 1: age thirty nine, he dabbled in real estate and philanthropy.
3:16
Speaker 1: Semi retired at age thirty nine.
3:19
Speaker 2: Yo. Talk about a dream, come Drue.
3:22
Speaker 1: I'm forty two right now, and to think about retiring
3:26
Speaker 1: and doing whatever I want for however long I want,
3:29
Speaker 1: for the rest of my life is just an amazing thought. Unfortunately,
3:34
Speaker 1: I do what I have to do eighty percent of
3:36
Speaker 1: the time, and I only get to do what I
3:37
Speaker 1: want to do about twenty percent of the time. And
3:40
Speaker 1: you have all of these rich, disgustingly rich people out
3:44
Speaker 1: there that can do whatever they want with their time,
3:46
Speaker 1: and they choose to spend it abusing people. It is
3:51
Speaker 1: just unbelievable to me that there's people like that out there.
3:55
Speaker 1: But guess what, folks, there's a whole host of them.
3:58
Speaker 1: And the problem certainly didn't start stop at Jeffrey Epstein.
4:04
Speaker 1: In two thousand and nine, Mark was named chair of
4:07
Speaker 1: the Cooper Union board that ended with his resignation in
4:10
Speaker 1: twenty fifteen after the school's controversial decision to begin charging
4:15
Speaker 1: students tuition for the first time in the college's one
4:18
Speaker 1: hundred and fifty year history. So, so far, so good, right,
4:22
Speaker 1: nothing that looks so bad. Guy that wants to be
4:25
Speaker 1: part of the community. Okay, the Epstein's brothers relationship in
4:30
Speaker 1: adulthood is opaque?
4:32
Speaker 2: Now is that by design?
4:35
Speaker 1: We know that Jeffrey Epstein was working in the shadows,
4:37
Speaker 1: we know that he was an asset, We know that
4:40
Speaker 1: he knows spycraft, and we know he knows how to
4:42
Speaker 1: cover his tracks. So was this by design? In filings,
4:49
Speaker 1: the US Attorney for the Southern District had said Jeffrey
4:52
Speaker 1: had no known immediate family and no meaningful family ties.
4:56
Speaker 1: Yet in two thousand and nine deposition, Mark said that
5:00
Speaker 1: he knew Donald Trump flew on Jeffrey's plane numerous times,
5:03
Speaker 1: and that he'd personally seen Trump on his brother's plane once.
5:08
Speaker 1: They were good friends. Mark recently told The Washington Post,
5:11
Speaker 1: I know Trump is trying to distance himself, but they were.
5:14
Speaker 1: After Jeffrey pleaded not guilty last month the sex trafficking
5:17
Speaker 1: of minors, Mark offered his Florida home to guarantee his
5:21
Speaker 1: brother's bond. Now, look, there is no doubt that Trump
5:25
Speaker 1: and Epstein were breaking bread all the way up until
5:29
Speaker 1: they had their falling out. And people will go back
5:31
Speaker 1: and forth about what that falling out was over a
5:33
Speaker 1: real estate deal gone bad girls being trafficked at mar
5:36
Speaker 1: A Lago. But what happened for sure is that there
5:39
Speaker 1: was a falling out. But up until that point, anyone
5:43
Speaker 1: who's out here trying to act like Trump wasn't boys
5:45
Speaker 1: with this dude is crazy. Donald Trump has been a
5:48
Speaker 1: notorious womanizer for years. He was running these pageants. You
5:53
Speaker 1: all know how I feel about people men who were
5:55
Speaker 1: running any kind of beauty pageant.
5:58
Speaker 2: What's your real motivation? Bro?
6:00
Speaker 1: What are you doing, old ass, gross dude, fatty shit,
6:03
Speaker 1: sitting around oogling over all these young girls. Come on, man,
6:06
Speaker 1: get it together. I see right through that shit. So
6:09
Speaker 1: Trump Epstein Les Wexner, any of these dirtbags who were
6:14
Speaker 1: running these stupid ass pageants and stuff. I mean, you're
6:18
Speaker 1: not making money on that shit, right, that's not a
6:21
Speaker 1: big money making operation that so you can google over
6:23
Speaker 1: these girls. And for Jeffrey Epstein and Les Wexner, well
6:28
Speaker 1: it was for something else, right to recruit these girls.
6:34
Speaker 1: Last month, Mark told Cranes New York that he had
6:37
Speaker 1: no business connection to his brother, but document show that
6:41
Speaker 1: Mark's real estate business, OSA Properties is linked to Jeffrey
6:45
Speaker 1: Epstein in Company, the company through which Jeffrey managed retail
6:49
Speaker 1: billionaire Leslie Wexner's assets. So the ties were there, right,
6:54
Speaker 1: But the SDNY once again, well they came out and said, well,
6:58
Speaker 1: he has no familial ties, no, no close family. What
7:01
Speaker 1: are you talking about. He has a brother, doesn't he
7:05
Speaker 1: an employee at OSA Properties. Jonathan Barrett, who was also
7:09
Speaker 1: an asset manager for Jay Epstein in Company, told Cranes
7:14
Speaker 1: that the connection between the two companies was a mistake,
7:17
Speaker 1: reminiscent of the recording error that linked private equity tycoon
7:21
Speaker 1: Leon Black's foundation to Jeffrey years after he was convicted
7:25
Speaker 1: of soliciting a minor for prostitution in Florida. Well, we
7:29
Speaker 1: know that wasn't a mistake. Okay, none of this was
7:31
Speaker 1: a mistake. You really think people that have this kind
7:35
Speaker 1: of money, that are in these kinds of positions of power,
7:38
Speaker 1: make those kinds of mistakes.
7:40
Speaker 2: They do not.
7:41
Speaker 1: This is all by design, and they were all rolling
7:43
Speaker 1: with each other because they felt like Epstein was being protected.
7:47
Speaker 1: I am a thousand percent convinced of that at this point.
7:51
Speaker 1: There is no other reason why these people would be
7:53
Speaker 1: safeguarding their money with Epstein unless Epstein could provide assurances
7:57
Speaker 1: that he had other people safeguarding it for them. At
8:06
Speaker 1: the center of the curious connection between Mark's real estate
8:09
Speaker 1: company and his brother is a condominium at three to
8:12
Speaker 1: zero one East sixty sixth Street, a fifteen minute walk
8:15
Speaker 1: from Jeffrey's mansion on East seventieth Street. Mark owns the
8:19
Speaker 1: majority of the units in the Bland sixteen story, two
8:22
Speaker 1: hundred unit building, which he purchased from Wexner in the
8:26
Speaker 1: early nineteen nineties. Another tie to Les Wexner, you mean
8:30
Speaker 1: to tell me, as an investigator for the DOJ, you
8:33
Speaker 1: don't look at all of this and say, oh my god,
8:35
Speaker 1: this is a dream come true. They dropped this rico
8:38
Speaker 1: into my lap. I'm gonna prosecute all of these people,
8:41
Speaker 1: and then I'm gonna run for president on that shit,
8:44
Speaker 1: because you know, all of these prosecutors want other jobs, right,
8:48
Speaker 1: so go make your bones. Remember in the old days,
8:50
Speaker 1: that's how it worked. I know Rudy Giuliani isn't the
8:54
Speaker 1: most favored guy in the world these days, and understandably so.
8:58
Speaker 1: But remember it was Rudolph Giuliani who went after the
9:02
Speaker 1: mafia in such a fashion that pretty much brought them down,
9:05
Speaker 1: and then he rode that into his political office.
9:09
Speaker 2: Right.
9:09
Speaker 1: So, if you're a hard charging prosecutor and you go
9:12
Speaker 1: after real scumbags, you can propel yourself from that into
9:16
Speaker 1: the stratosphere of politics. And nobody has decided to do it.
9:22
Speaker 1: That should tell you, folks, just how dangerous this situation
9:25
Speaker 1: is for people, how volatile it is. Marcus said his
9:34
Speaker 1: brother does not own a share of the building, but
9:36
Speaker 1: for years Jeffrey allegedly housed friends, employees, and associates, and
9:41
Speaker 1: apartments in the buildings, including models connected to mc squared,
9:45
Speaker 1: the modeling agency in which he invested. The Daily Beasts
9:49
Speaker 1: recently reported that Mark also began dabbling in the modeling
9:52
Speaker 1: industry around the same time Jeffrey invested in mc squared.
9:57
Speaker 1: In twenty ten, a former mc squared employee said in
10:00
Speaker 1: a sworn statement that the mc squared models were in
10:04
Speaker 1: fact victims of Epstein's underage sex trafficking ring Bingo Bango.
10:09
Speaker 1: That's exactly what it was. These girls were being brought
10:12
Speaker 1: over from you know, war tornations, developing countries, and they
10:17
Speaker 1: were being abused, promised jobs' models, then brought here and
10:21
Speaker 1: traffic to Jeffrey Epstein and John Luke Brunell's friends. That's
10:27
Speaker 1: a gigantic story right there. Where's the hard charging gray Lady?
10:32
Speaker 1: Where is the Washington Post? Jeffrey ran several apartments there
10:41
Speaker 1: where he keeps his girls, alleged models for the mc
10:44
Speaker 1: squared agency that he owns. Florida attorney Brad Edwards, who
10:48
Speaker 1: represented a number of Epstein's alleged survivors, told Page six
10:52
Speaker 1: in two thousand and nine, but Mark acts like he
10:55
Speaker 1: doesn't even know his brother. Of course he does. You
10:57
Speaker 1: want to have that layer of you know, flex between
11:01
Speaker 1: the two of you. Oh, I don't know what he's
11:02
Speaker 1: up to. What are you talking about? Plausible deniability and
11:05
Speaker 1: all right? In addition to the models, the Jeffrey Epstein
11:09
Speaker 1: associates who also rented apartments or ran businesses out of
11:13
Speaker 1: the building included an ex girlfriend of his pilot and
11:16
Speaker 1: his EMC Squared business partner, Jean Luke Brunel. One of
11:20
Speaker 1: Epstein's alleged survivors, has claimed she was forced to have
11:23
Speaker 1: sex with Brunell. Two other potential Jeffrey Epstein co conspirators,
11:28
Speaker 1: Nadio Marsenkova and Sarah Kellen, both operated businesses that were
11:32
Speaker 1: registered at the building. Now listen, when it comes to Nadia,
11:36
Speaker 1: I have a whole different feeling about what her situation
11:40
Speaker 1: is than when I first started looking into this case.
11:43
Speaker 1: And again that's because, folks, I just follow the evidence
11:46
Speaker 1: here right, I am willing to go wherever the evidence
11:49
Speaker 1: leads me. And personally, the evidence has led me to
11:52
Speaker 1: believe that Nadia was not, in fact somebody who was malicious.
11:56
Speaker 1: She was somebody who was abused, groomed and led alone
12:00
Speaker 1: and let as stray herself. Now the rest of them,
12:03
Speaker 1: they can all burn. Former Israeli Prime Minister Ehwood Barock,
12:09
Speaker 1: who was photographed outside Jeffrey's townhouse in twenty sixteen, also
12:14
Speaker 1: regularly spent time at the condo. I don't live in
12:17
Speaker 1: that building, Mark told Cranes, I don't monitor who uses
12:20
Speaker 1: those apartments. A typical slumlord.
12:22
Speaker 2: Right.
12:24
Speaker 1: If I owned the building, you better believe I'd be
12:26
Speaker 1: checking in on it, checking in on my tenants, making
12:29
Speaker 1: sure everybody was gully. But Nah, why would Mark Epstein
12:33
Speaker 1: do anything like that? And when we read this through,
12:36
Speaker 1: of course there's more tidbits. Right Hwood Barock twenty sixteen.
12:41
Speaker 1: Still at this building? What is this guy doing with
12:43
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. I guess we're gonna have to revisit some
12:46
Speaker 1: Ehud Barock episodes, huh, get a fresh new take on them.
12:51
Speaker 1: I know we've talked about them before previously, but since
12:54
Speaker 1: we're going through some of these older articles right now,
12:57
Speaker 1: I think that we're gonna dive back in and take
12:59
Speaker 1: a look at Ahud Barack over the next couple of days.
13:03
Speaker 1: As far as this building over on E sixty six,
13:06
Speaker 1: obviously bad shit was happening here. Obviously girls were being
13:09
Speaker 1: trafficked from here. Now, I'm not saying Mark Epstein was
13:13
Speaker 1: involved in any of that, but there's no doubt in
13:16
Speaker 1: my mind that financially he certainly was tied to his brother,
13:19
Speaker 1: and the question once again becomes, how is it that
13:22
Speaker 1: there is no rico in a case like this? All right, folks,
13:27
Speaker 1: that's gonna do it for this episode. If you'd like
13:29
Speaker 1: to contact me, you can do that at Bobby Kapuci
13:32
Speaker 1: at ProtonMail dot com. That's bo bb Y c apu
13:37
Speaker 1: Cci at ProtonMail dot com. You can also find me
13:41
Speaker 1: on Twitter at Bobby Underscore c ap u Cci. The
13:47
Speaker 1: link that I discussed can be found in the description box.
13:52
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's brother, Mark Epstein is not buying the official
13:57
Speaker 1: narrative that Jeffrey Epstein killed him, and now he's demanding
14:04
Speaker 1: that an investigation into his brother's death be performed. You
14:09
Speaker 1: would think that they would have already had an investigation
14:12
Speaker 1: such as this inside of the prison system. But one
14:16
Speaker 1: thing we have definitely established since Jeffrey Epstein's so called
14:20
Speaker 1: suicide is that the prison system is an absolute and
14:26
Speaker 1: utter dumpster fire. So why should anybody believe their narrative
14:31
Speaker 1: about what happened in that jail cell on that night
14:35
Speaker 1: or his previous so called attempt at suicide. Nobody believes
14:42
Speaker 1: their narrative, and nobody should camera's not working, Guards sleeping,
14:49
Speaker 1: guards changing information on their forms, a whole entire shit show.
15:00
Speaker 1: I don't blame Jeffrey Epstein's brother for calling for an
15:03
Speaker 1: investigation into his death. I believe that that's a family's right.
15:09
Speaker 1: If somebody is to die within federal custody, well, I
15:13
Speaker 1: think that at the very least, the family should get
15:15
Speaker 1: some answers on how their loved one died, even if
15:18
Speaker 1: their loved one is this sick bastard Jeffrey Epstein. But
15:26
Speaker 1: in the infinite wisdom of the boobs who run the
15:30
Speaker 1: Justice Department and the Department of Corrections, there hasn't been
15:34
Speaker 1: a real investigation. Oh sure, we've gotten some promises from
15:39
Speaker 1: Darth Barr, we've gotten some platitudes, and we've gotten some
15:43
Speaker 1: long winded reasons why this happened.
15:47
Speaker 2: But we have no proof.
15:48
Speaker 1: We have no evidence of what happened in that cell.
15:54
Speaker 1: And Jeffrey Epstein's brother, well, he's demanding some answers now.
15:59
Speaker 1: This article is form the Daily Mail, and the headline
16:02
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's brother says pedophile financier was murdered and demands
16:07
Speaker 1: an investigation into his death after coroner ruled it as suicide.
16:12
Speaker 1: The author of this article is Marlene Lenang. Jeffrey Epstein's
16:18
Speaker 1: brother is insisting that the pedophile financier was murdered and
16:22
Speaker 1: is demanding an investigation into his death. After a coroner
16:25
Speaker 1: ruled he died by suicide in jail while awaiting child
16:29
Speaker 1: trafficking charges. And even when this happened, Jeffrey Epstein's brother,
16:34
Speaker 1: who is another not decent person in my opinion, came
16:39
Speaker 1: forward and said, we believe he was killed. We want
16:43
Speaker 1: an investigation, and they went so far as to bring
16:45
Speaker 1: in doctor Michael Boden to take a look at the autopsy,
16:49
Speaker 1: and Boden came to the conclusion that, in his opinion,
16:53
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein died by homicide, not by self strangulation. And
17:02
Speaker 1: we know that the official narrative runs counter to that.
17:06
Speaker 1: So again it all comes down to this, who.
17:09
Speaker 2: Do you believe more.
17:13
Speaker 1: Mark Epstein says he does not believe his brother committed
17:15
Speaker 1: suicide and his Metropolitan Correctional Center Center jail cell on
17:19
Speaker 1: August tenth, citing how three bones in his neck were
17:22
Speaker 1: broken in an unusual fashion and that is what really
17:27
Speaker 1: concerned doctor Boden. Right, the neck bones, the hyoid bone
17:31
Speaker 1: and how they were broken. And according to doctor Boden,
17:35
Speaker 1: that is not something that you see when you kill
17:39
Speaker 1: yourself the way Jeffrey Epstein supposedly did. That is something
17:42
Speaker 1: that is much more common if you're violently strangled. I
17:49
Speaker 1: believe my brother was murdered. I want to know what
17:51
Speaker 1: kinds of investigation they did. I have no indication that
17:54
Speaker 1: there was one. Mark Epstein said to the Sun, they
17:58
Speaker 1: said the cause of death was pending. Five days later
18:01
Speaker 1: they said it was a suicide. He added, And again,
18:03
Speaker 1: not a big fan of Mark Epstein by any means.
18:06
Speaker 1: I think he should be investigated for, at the very
18:09
Speaker 1: least his financial ties to Jeffrey Epstein. But at the
18:13
Speaker 1: same time, I don't believe the government should be denying
18:18
Speaker 1: family members of deceased people who died in federal custody
18:22
Speaker 1: and investigation into the circumstances leading up to that death,
18:26
Speaker 1: especially considering Jeffrey Epstein as such a high profile inmate.
18:30
Speaker 1: And it would behoove not only the family, but the
18:35
Speaker 1: entire nation and the case to get the facts out
18:38
Speaker 1: there for the public to see. But we've seen Darth
18:43
Speaker 1: Barr and his folk be very resistant to this. In fact,
18:47
Speaker 1: we see that. It got to a point where they
18:51
Speaker 1: just want us to believe that because bar saw some
18:53
Speaker 1: video footage that, well, we're supposed to believe whatever he
18:56
Speaker 1: tells us. We're not supposed to search for any more answers,
18:59
Speaker 1: and that's the end of it. Well, that doesn't cut it. Okay,
19:02
Speaker 1: that might have cut it in the seventies or the
19:04
Speaker 1: eighties or something, but nowadays that is not going to
19:07
Speaker 1: cut it. With the Internet, social media and how connected
19:13
Speaker 1: everybody is, you're not going to be able to pull
19:16
Speaker 1: an end around on people anymore.
19:19
Speaker 2: It's not people.
19:20
Speaker 1: See before it was people standing around their water cooler
19:23
Speaker 1: at work, chopping it up for their fifteen minute break
19:25
Speaker 1: about the going ons of the world. Nobody had the time,
19:29
Speaker 1: nobody had the resources to pull up a computer in
19:32
Speaker 1: their house, pull up a webpage on a computer in
19:34
Speaker 1: their house, and do research for themselves. So we were
19:38
Speaker 1: stuck eating whatever narrative was shoved down our throat. But
19:41
Speaker 1: those days are over and people are not buying the
19:44
Speaker 1: bullshit anymore, especially now after they've locked us down in
19:50
Speaker 1: our homes for so long. People have sat around and
19:53
Speaker 1: they've taken the time to pull the curtain back and
19:56
Speaker 1: take a look into the dark, disgusting room that all
19:59
Speaker 1: of the these cockroaches in habit, and when even just
20:02
Speaker 1: a little bit of light gets blasted into that room,
20:06
Speaker 1: these cockroaches start scurrying. Jeffrey, the New York City Medical Examiner,
20:16
Speaker 1: ruled Epstein's death as a suicide by hanging after he
20:19
Speaker 1: was found with sheets wrapped around his neck. He died
20:22
Speaker 1: two weeks after he was placed on suicide watch at
20:24
Speaker 1: the jail. And again, it's all of this stuff that
20:28
Speaker 1: leads up to his death. In just a vacuum, him
20:33
Speaker 1: committing suicide, I would have been I would have believed
20:35
Speaker 1: it a lot more if it wasn't all of this
20:37
Speaker 1: other stuff leading up to it, the Tartaglione stuff, the
20:41
Speaker 1: camera's not working, the guards falling asleep. How could you
20:44
Speaker 1: expect anyone to buy this? This is the kind of
20:47
Speaker 1: shit you would see on a movie on the Paramount
20:49
Speaker 1: network at two in the morning. If I hadn't researched
20:55
Speaker 1: this stuff and been following this from the very beginning,
20:58
Speaker 1: and I had just woke up today and somebody put
21:01
Speaker 1: me on the scent of this case, I wouldn't believe
21:03
Speaker 1: any of this shit was possible. But here we are
21:09
Speaker 1: smack dab in the middle of, in my estimation, the
21:13
Speaker 1: largest cover up in generations, perhaps ever. Dubious of the results,
21:24
Speaker 1: Epstein's brother hired pathologist Michael Boden to oversee the autopsy.
21:29
Speaker 1: Boden says Epstein died of homicidal strangulation rather than suicidal hanging.
21:35
Speaker 1: And it makes sense, right. Obviously, I am not a doctor.
21:40
Speaker 1: I'm just your average run of the mill moron, if
21:43
Speaker 1: to be honest. But when you start digging into it
21:46
Speaker 1: and you start looking at the effects of homicidal strangulation
21:51
Speaker 1: and then self inflicted strangulation, it's pretty easy to see
21:54
Speaker 1: where doctor Boden comes up with the theory that Epstein
21:58
Speaker 1: did not kill himself, because there's a lot of evidence
22:01
Speaker 1: out there that goes to that point and proves what
22:06
Speaker 1: doctor Boden is saying here. So I am much more
22:11
Speaker 1: inclined to believe what doctor Boden has said in this autopsy,
22:15
Speaker 1: considering all of the evidence we have around it, than
22:18
Speaker 1: I am to believe what the federal government is telling me.
22:24
Speaker 1: Attorney General Darth William Barr's investigators also concluded that Epstein
22:30
Speaker 1: took his own life. Well, that's a big shock. But
22:32
Speaker 1: Epstein's brother insists the probe missed key evidence. Yeah, of
22:36
Speaker 1: course it did. And even if they didn't miss the evidence,
22:39
Speaker 1: they have enough egg on their face. Darth Barr and
22:42
Speaker 1: his band of goons. What are they gonna do? Admit
22:47
Speaker 1: this huge f up at the MCC where they let
22:50
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein die on their watch. Hell no, much easier,
22:55
Speaker 1: much better to put a bow on it and just
22:58
Speaker 1: say he killed himself. But what they didn't expect was
23:03
Speaker 1: for all of the questions to be asked and for
23:07
Speaker 1: people not to believe the narrative. And that means people
23:10
Speaker 1: on the right and people on the left. I know
23:14
Speaker 1: Donald Trump's supporters, ardent Trump supporters who believe that Bill
23:20
Speaker 1: Barr is playing loose with the truth, especially in this situation. Folks,
23:25
Speaker 1: Bill Barr isn't a new guy in Washington, d C.
23:27
Speaker 1: All right, He's been around forever. He is the swamp.
23:31
Speaker 1: So I don't know how people can have any faith
23:33
Speaker 1: in Bill Barr to do the right thing. I have
23:35
Speaker 1: never liked the man since his first stint back in Washington, DC,
23:39
Speaker 1: and I certainly do not like him now. I hired
23:44
Speaker 1: a very well respected forensic pathologist doctor Michael Boden, who
23:47
Speaker 1: was an expert on people being killed and the deaths
23:50
Speaker 1: being written off as suicide, to make an independent evaluation,
23:53
Speaker 1: Mark revealed there were three broken bones in my brother's neck.
23:58
Speaker 1: Doctor Boden says, when you hang yourself and your feet
24:01
Speaker 1: are dangling, you are likely to break bones, But he
24:04
Speaker 1: says he has never seen three bones broke in the
24:07
Speaker 1: kind of soft hanging that supposedly killed Jeffrey. He added,
24:10
Speaker 1: and I agree with that. I definitely agree with that. Again,
24:14
Speaker 1: I'm certainly not a doctor, average run of the mill
24:17
Speaker 1: more on, But it makes sense that if you hang
24:21
Speaker 1: yourself from say a beam, or you know, some sort
24:26
Speaker 1: of thing, something that's suspended high up in the air,
24:29
Speaker 1: you're much more likely to break those bones, right because
24:32
Speaker 1: of gravity and the impact. But if you're leaning off
24:34
Speaker 1: of a bunk bed and you're leaning forward to kill yourself,
24:38
Speaker 1: how are those bones as likely to break? These are
24:42
Speaker 1: all logical questions, all logical positions that you would think
24:46
Speaker 1: that the legacy media would be digging into, but they're not.
24:52
Speaker 1: Epstein's legal team voiced similar suspicion over his death, noting
24:56
Speaker 1: he had a bell hearing coming up and had agreed
24:58
Speaker 1: to be on house arrest to pay for armed guards
25:01
Speaker 1: to assure he remained in custody. Well, that was never
25:04
Speaker 1: going to occur. And remember also he talked with Doug Shown,
25:09
Speaker 1: the lawyer from Atlanta, about coming on to help with
25:13
Speaker 1: his case. And according to Doug Shown, Jeffrey Epstein was
25:17
Speaker 1: not suicidal. We've covered that article previously in the catalog,
25:21
Speaker 1: so if you want to go back and check that out,
25:23
Speaker 1: you can find it. But the fact of the matter is,
25:25
Speaker 1: nobody said that Jeffrey Epstein was suicidal, nobody at all.
25:29
Speaker 1: In fact, it was quite the opposite. The disgraced financier's
25:33
Speaker 1: death was a huge blow in the investigation into his
25:36
Speaker 1: child trafficking charges, where he was accused of procuring underage
25:39
Speaker 1: girls for his rich and powerful friends and himself. Epstein's
25:44
Speaker 1: former girlfriend, co conspirator, fellow child abuser, all around scumbag
25:50
Speaker 1: and confidant, Gilaine Maxwell fifty eight, was arrested on Thursday
25:53
Speaker 1: in New Hampshire on six charges of sex trafficking and
25:57
Speaker 1: perjury in connection to the alleged trafficking ring. She's previously
26:02
Speaker 1: denied all wrongdoing and faces thirty five years in jail
26:05
Speaker 1: if convicted. Mark Epstein has refused to comment on Maxwell's arrest. Oh,
26:10
Speaker 1: I'm sure he did. I'm sure he has. I'm sure
26:12
Speaker 1: his lawyers, buddy Alan Dershowitz or whoever else is advising him,
26:17
Speaker 1: is telling him keep your fat trap shut. Say nothing
26:24
Speaker 1: because if this takes the turn the way I think
26:28
Speaker 1: it's going to take the turn, and we end up
26:30
Speaker 1: smack dab in a Rico case, Mark Epstein will most
26:35
Speaker 1: certainly be a target of interest for his financial ties
26:39
Speaker 1: with his brother. A source close to Epstein says Maxwell's
26:45
Speaker 1: life may also be at risk now that she's in custody.
26:48
Speaker 1: She will be very guarded, but I won't be surprised
26:51
Speaker 1: if she dies and it's announced that she's killed herself.
26:54
Speaker 1: The anonymous source said, Oh, is that a veiled threat
26:57
Speaker 1: perhaps of one of Jeffrey epso and close to Jeffrey Epstein,
27:01
Speaker 1: who exactly is close to Jeffrey Epstein, Alan Dershowitz, the
27:05
Speaker 1: Core four, Darren, Endyke Cohn and Brunel. That's probably the
27:12
Speaker 1: extent of it, right, So who was it who came
27:14
Speaker 1: out and said this? And what is the true meaning?
27:17
Speaker 1: Because as I always say, with these people, it's not
27:19
Speaker 1: what they say, it's what they mean, and we have
27:21
Speaker 1: to read between the lines. Every single time a statement
27:24
Speaker 1: is made by any of these people, we must read
27:27
Speaker 1: between the lines because they are all engaged in all
27:32
Speaker 1: sorts of manipulation of the narrative. The source also revealed
27:37
Speaker 1: that Epstein had threatened before his arrest that he had
27:40
Speaker 1: damning information on his rich and powerful friends, including President
27:44
Speaker 1: Donald Trump and former President Bill Clinton. Well, we know
27:48
Speaker 1: for a fact Epstein was engaged in a blackmail scheme. Okay,
27:51
Speaker 1: I don't think that's even up for debate at this time.
27:54
Speaker 1: And the people who are still debating that are people
27:56
Speaker 1: who really don't understand the case, and they don't understand
27:59
Speaker 1: the implications of this case. This is not just about
28:03
Speaker 1: one man involved in sex trafficking to fulfill the disgusting
28:08
Speaker 1: needs and desires that he had. This is an intercontinental
28:15
Speaker 1: cover up involving multiple intelligence agencies, multiple powerful people involved
28:23
Speaker 1: in politics and elsewhere, and academics, business moguls, and other
28:29
Speaker 1: powerful people who continued to hang out with this man
28:36
Speaker 1: even though he was arrested and convicted the first time around.
28:44
Speaker 1: These are the people that are now trying to distance
28:47
Speaker 1: themselves from Jeffrey Epstein. These are the people that we're
28:51
Speaker 1: not going to let get away with it. If you'd
28:54
Speaker 1: like to contact me, you can do that at Bobby
28:56
Speaker 1: Kapuci at protonmel dot com. That's Bobb wise cp cci
29:01
Speaker 1: at Protonmeil dot com. You can also find me on
29:05
Speaker 1: Twitter at Bobby underscore cap u Cci. What's up everyone,
29:10
Speaker 1: and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. So,
29:15
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's brother Mark Epstein does not believe that the
29:19
Speaker 1: note that was found allegedly by Nicholas Tartaglioni is real,
29:24
Speaker 1: and neither do I. And if that letter was written
29:27
Speaker 1: by Jeffrey Epstein, my guess is that Nicholas Tartaglioni made
29:31
Speaker 1: him write the letter. First, How long have I been
29:34
Speaker 1: telling you my theory that Tartaglioni was sent to that
29:37
Speaker 1: cell with a mission, and who gave him them orders?
29:41
Speaker 1: I don't know. But if Epstein did kill himself, he
29:44
Speaker 1: did so after Tartaglioni attacked him and passed on the
29:47
Speaker 1: message that we could reach you whenever we want. And
29:50
Speaker 1: isn't it convenient that there's no camera on the cell,
29:52
Speaker 1: that the camera wasn't working that the video is gone.
29:55
Speaker 1: And not only that, wouldn't a suicide note be very
29:57
Speaker 1: helpful to the narrative that's being pitched by the gun boy.
30:01
Speaker 1: That seems pretty convenient, just like everything else that seems
30:04
Speaker 1: to break in the favor of the DOJ, the government,
30:09
Speaker 1: and the cover up. Today's article is from Business Insider
30:13
Speaker 1: and the headline Jeffrey Epstein's brother says he thinks newly
30:17
Speaker 1: surfaced suicide note is a forgery. This article was authored
30:21
Speaker 1: by Jacob Shamsy And when Jeffrey Epstein's brother saw the
30:26
Speaker 1: purported suicide note left by the now dead financier, he
30:30
Speaker 1: didn't believe it was real. Neither did I, and I
30:32
Speaker 1: still don't. And if this letter, this note that Tartaglioni found,
30:37
Speaker 1: was such a big deal, why was it hidden all
30:39
Speaker 1: this time? Why didn't Tartaglioni produce it? Mark Epstein, who
30:44
Speaker 1: has long maintained that his brother was murdered, told Business
30:47
Speaker 1: Insider the note, which was unsealed by a judge this week,
30:51
Speaker 1: is a forgery. It wouldn't be hard to get some
30:53
Speaker 1: pro forger to forge a note. Mark Epstein told b I,
30:57
Speaker 1: that's the easiest fucking thing in the world to do.
31:00
Speaker 1: I'll take it a step further. You don't need a
31:02
Speaker 1: pro forger when you're being threatened. I mean, is it
31:05
Speaker 1: really too far of elite that Tartaglioni told Epstein, Look,
31:08
Speaker 1: you better write that fucking note. If you don't write it,
31:11
Speaker 1: it's gonna be even worse for you. And then considering
31:15
Speaker 1: what we've learned about the MCC through the depositions and
31:18
Speaker 1: all the information that we're learning about how lacks, if
31:22
Speaker 1: you will, the security was around Jeffrey Epstein, how can
31:26
Speaker 1: anyone look at this and say, you know what, I
31:29
Speaker 1: don't think Tartaglioni had anything to do with it. Jeffrey
31:31
Speaker 1: Epstein obviously just killed himself. That is just crazy, And
31:36
Speaker 1: I think that's the conspiracy theory if you want the truth.
31:40
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein left a note in a Manhattan JEL cell
31:43
Speaker 1: after a suicide attempt. According to Nicholas Tartaglioni, his former
31:47
Speaker 1: cell mate, who claims to have found it, the note
31:50
Speaker 1: surfaced on Wednesday through a convoluted series of events. All
31:53
Speaker 1: of a sudden, it just pops up. Huh, all of
31:56
Speaker 1: a sudden, there's a note. They find it in the
32:00
Speaker 1: Alien files and speaking in the Alien files, would anyone
32:05
Speaker 1: be shocked to find out that Epstein was blessing them
32:07
Speaker 1: to The note was not written immediately before Epstein's death
32:13
Speaker 1: on August tenth, twenty nineteen, but during an earlier suicide
32:16
Speaker 1: attempt in July. According to Tartaglioni, I mean, if you
32:20
Speaker 1: want to call it a suicide attempt, cool, I'm not
32:23
Speaker 1: going to call it that. I don't believe it was,
32:25
Speaker 1: and I don't think that the evidence backs that up.
32:27
Speaker 1: And again that's why we do the painstaking task of
32:30
Speaker 1: going through those court documents. That way, these disinformation campaigns
32:34
Speaker 1: and these journalists who have motivations can't dogwalk you, because
32:40
Speaker 1: where do you think they're getting their information from. They
32:42
Speaker 1: don't have some secret portal. They're reading the court documents
32:46
Speaker 1: like anybody else. Tartaglioni, a former police officer who kidnapped
32:51
Speaker 1: and killed four people before burying them on his Upstate,
32:54
Speaker 1: New York property, said Epstein left the note in a
32:56
Speaker 1: book when he transferred to a different cell following the
32:59
Speaker 1: July twenty third suicide attempt while he was awaiting trial
33:03
Speaker 1: on sex trafficking charges. So Tartaglioni found it, huh not
33:07
Speaker 1: the guards, Nobody tossed the cell, Nobody came in and
33:11
Speaker 1: looked at it as a crime scene, started an investigation. Well,
33:14
Speaker 1: of course not, because the whole entire plan was for
33:17
Speaker 1: Tartaglioni to do what he did. That is my theory,
33:21
Speaker 1: and I'm sorry, but I believe the evidence backs it up.
33:24
Speaker 1: Tartaglioni's lawyer entered the note into his criminal case, where
33:27
Speaker 1: it was sealed in a dispute over his legal representation.
33:31
Speaker 1: US District Judge Kenneth Carris, who presided over the case,
33:34
Speaker 1: unsealed it this week, nearly six years after Tartaglioni says
33:39
Speaker 1: he found it. Oh yeah, let's believe a four time murderer.
33:45
Speaker 1: What are we even doing here? And the fact that
33:48
Speaker 1: people are out here running with his narrative tells me
33:51
Speaker 1: everything I need to know about those people. Just another
33:55
Speaker 1: part of the cover of folks. That's all it is.
33:57
Speaker 1: As far as I'm concerned. They investigated me for a month,
34:02
Speaker 1: found nothing. The note reads, so fifteen year old charges resulted.
34:06
Speaker 1: It's a treat to be able to choose one's times
34:08
Speaker 1: to say goodbye. It continues, what you want me to
34:11
Speaker 1: do bust out crying. Jeffrey Epstein has used variations of
34:15
Speaker 1: the last line, what you want me to do bust
34:17
Speaker 1: out crying in emails to Mark Epstein and friends that
34:20
Speaker 1: were made public by the Justice Department. It appears to
34:23
Speaker 1: be a reference to the nineteen thirty one comedy video
34:26
Speaker 1: Little Daddy from the show Little Rascals. Okay, so, like
34:32
Speaker 1: I said, Tartaglione could have easily made Epstein write that letter. Now,
34:38
Speaker 1: look if that letter was found right away when this
34:40
Speaker 1: all went down, and it was in the possession of
34:42
Speaker 1: the DOJ, all of that okay, maybe a little bit different,
34:47
Speaker 1: but none of it makes sense, None of it lines up,
34:49
Speaker 1: and none of it passes the old sniff test as
34:52
Speaker 1: far as I'm concerned. Mark Epstein told Business Insider he
34:56
Speaker 1: does not recall those emails, but he would not be
34:58
Speaker 1: surprised if his brother referenced the show. Oh, he compared
35:01
Speaker 1: the show in the sixties to SpongeBob SquarePants in its ubiquity.
35:06
Speaker 1: Who wouldn't watch The Little Rascals in the sixties when
35:09
Speaker 1: we were kids, he said, I mean, everybody watched that.
35:12
Speaker 1: Mark Epstein said, whoever forged the suicide note would have
35:16
Speaker 1: adopted his brother's voice from the emails included in the
35:19
Speaker 1: Epstein files to make it seem real. And that's certainly possible.
35:22
Speaker 1: But I think the most likely outcome here, the most
35:25
Speaker 1: likely scenario is the one that I've been speculating, And
35:30
Speaker 1: I think that Nicholas Tartaglioni knows a whole lot more
35:33
Speaker 1: than he has ever let on, and this note only
35:36
Speaker 1: fuels that fire. It's public knowledge. He said, it's in
35:40
Speaker 1: the emails, so they stole it from me to make
35:43
Speaker 1: it sound like it was from him. According to Kris
35:46
Speaker 1: unsealing order, the note was originally sealed in May of
35:48
Speaker 1: twenty twenty one, well before Epstein's emails with the Little
35:52
Speaker 1: Rascals reference became public earlier this year. A timeline included
35:58
Speaker 1: in the Epstein files shows that it passed through the
36:00
Speaker 1: hands of multiple people who tried to authenticate it in
36:03
Speaker 1: twenty nineteen and twenty twenty. Tartaglioni also described the note
36:08
Speaker 1: to in a podcast interview with the influencer Jessica Reid
36:11
Speaker 1: Krause last year, also before the release of the Epstein files.
36:16
Speaker 1: Oh well, isn't that cute? So I fell in love
36:19
Speaker 1: with a murderer. How is Nicholas Tartaglione doing a podcast
36:24
Speaker 1: from prison? Can somebody explain that to me? Four time
36:29
Speaker 1: murderer out here doing podcasts? How about beneath the jail?
36:33
Speaker 1: How about that? For somebody who kills four people, probably
36:36
Speaker 1: a good place for him. The note itself is not
36:40
Speaker 1: included in the Justice Department Epstein files, nor in its
36:43
Speaker 1: one hundred and twenty eight page Justice Department Inspector General
36:46
Speaker 1: report that followed four years of investigation into Epstein's death.
36:51
Speaker 1: Fugayzy that note, fugazy, That's it. I'm calling it for
36:56
Speaker 1: what it is. I don't believe it for a second. Sorry,
36:59
Speaker 1: not for one single second. Epstein first reported suicide attempt
37:04
Speaker 1: is itself a subject of dispute. He was found in
37:07
Speaker 1: the cell with a homemade fashion noose around his neck,
37:10
Speaker 1: according to an internal report from the Bureau of Prisons.
37:13
Speaker 1: Tartaglioni's lawyers said it was a suicide attempt. Epstein first
37:17
Speaker 1: told JEL officials that Tartaglioni tried to kill him, but
37:21
Speaker 1: a week later said he was extremely tired the day
37:23
Speaker 1: of the incident and did not remember it. Well, according
37:26
Speaker 1: to a jail report. Yeah, being a snitch on top
37:29
Speaker 1: of being a child molester in jail not the greatest look,
37:35
Speaker 1: Not some big secret, not some big mystery. The Inspector
37:40
Speaker 1: General's report ultimately characterized it as a first suicide attempt
37:44
Speaker 1: that preceded a successful one three weeks later. Oh well, convenient,
37:49
Speaker 1: isn't it? And considering the OIG interviews and how non
37:52
Speaker 1: combative they were with the guards and the people working
37:55
Speaker 1: when Epstein was killed, Well, I have my doubts. Now.
37:59
Speaker 1: If people I want to run with whatever narrative the
38:01
Speaker 1: government serves up, great, I don't care. I don't know
38:04
Speaker 1: how many times I have to tell you I am
38:05
Speaker 1: not here to convince anybody of anything. Here's the evidence,
38:09
Speaker 1: Here's what I believe, and here's why I believe that
38:11
Speaker 1: evidence backs it up. Mark Epstein said his brother recant
38:16
Speaker 1: did his claim that TARTAGLIONI roughed him up because he
38:19
Speaker 1: did not want to be seen as a snitch. Well,
38:21
Speaker 1: what do you know? That shocking? Anybody that knows anything
38:25
Speaker 1: about jail knows that the reason that he changed his
38:29
Speaker 1: tune is because he was afraid of retaliation. Mark Epstein said,
38:33
Speaker 1: it's one thing to be a pedophile in prison. It's
38:35
Speaker 1: another thing to be a pedophile and a snitch in prison.
38:38
Speaker 1: That's no fun for anybody. Well, that's true, and that's
38:42
Speaker 1: exactly right, and I'm sure for Epstein it's set in
38:45
Speaker 1: pretty quickly. Yo, they got me this time, they can
38:48
Speaker 1: get me again. I better recant, I better tell the
38:51
Speaker 1: jail that that never happened. Seems like a very very
38:54
Speaker 1: likely scenario to me. Caris has indicated he would later
38:57
Speaker 1: unseal additional court documents related to the no which could
39:00
Speaker 1: shed additional light on its authenticity. Mark Epstein remained skeptical.
39:05
Speaker 1: I don't know if Tartaglioni had this note. I doubt that.
39:09
Speaker 1: I doubt he found this. He said there was no
39:11
Speaker 1: attempt at suicide, so there was no suicide note. He
39:15
Speaker 1: says that the most likely explanation of Jeffrey Epstein's death
39:19
Speaker 1: is that another person near his cell, out of the
39:21
Speaker 1: view of the cameras, killed him, and that the Justice
39:23
Speaker 1: Department is perpetuating a cover up by not treating the
39:27
Speaker 1: death as a murder investigation. And I agree with all
39:30
Speaker 1: of that. I'm sorry, I agree with it. Mark Epstein
39:33
Speaker 1: said that if his brother chose to kill himself. He
39:35
Speaker 1: wouldn't write a note at all if he was going
39:37
Speaker 1: to commit suicide. He doesn't have to explain it to anybody,
39:40
Speaker 1: he said, And I think that's true too. I don't
39:44
Speaker 1: think Jeffrey Epstein's the kind of guy that's going to
39:46
Speaker 1: leave some little snarky ass note like the one that
39:49
Speaker 1: was found in that gel cell. So I just don't
39:51
Speaker 1: believe the whole narrative, and I don't believe that that
39:53
Speaker 1: note is authentic, not in the way that it's being pitched.
39:57
Speaker 1: So we'll see what Mark Epstein has to say moving forward,
40:00
Speaker 1: and he's going to be releasing his own report on
40:02
Speaker 1: the autopsy, and we'll see how it all ends up.
40:06
Speaker 1: But I think it's going to be very very interesting
40:09
Speaker 1: to see what he presents because, as far as I'm concerned,
40:12
Speaker 1: until there's evidence proving otherwise, Epstein didn't kill himself. All
40:17
Speaker 1: the information that goes with this episode can be found
40:20
Speaker 1: in the description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome to
40:23
Speaker 1: another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. Ever since Jeffrey Epstein's death,
40:28
Speaker 1: his brother Mark Epstein has been adamant that his brother
40:32
Speaker 1: was murdered and did not commit suicide. And that's something
40:37
Speaker 1: that Mark Epstein has said from the very beginning, and
40:41
Speaker 1: that's also why he brought in doctor Michael Boden to
40:44
Speaker 1: observe the autopsy and give his opinion as far as
40:48
Speaker 1: what happened. Well, we know that Michael Boden had a
40:51
Speaker 1: different opinion than the medical examiner in New York. And
40:55
Speaker 1: according to Michael Boden, Jeffrey Epstein was murdered, and of course,
41:00
Speaker 1: according to the official narrative, Epstein killed himself inside of
41:03
Speaker 1: that jail cell. But the problem with this official narrative,
41:07
Speaker 1: like most of their official narratives, the facts just don't
41:10
Speaker 1: add up. And when you start putting the pieces together,
41:12
Speaker 1: it becomes rather obvious that there's a lot missing here,
41:16
Speaker 1: and a lot we still haven't been told. So of
41:19
Speaker 1: course that leaves a lot of room for speculation, right
41:21
Speaker 1: for people to come up with their own theories, and
41:24
Speaker 1: people who have come up with a whole lot of them,
41:26
Speaker 1: whether it was the Masade, the royal family, the Clintons,
41:30
Speaker 1: or as Mark Epstein believes, that Donald Trump had something
41:34
Speaker 1: to do with Jeffrey Epstein's death. And I'm not going
41:38
Speaker 1: to sit here and tell you I know one way
41:39
Speaker 1: or the other. I have no idea. I'm only privy
41:43
Speaker 1: to the same evidence that you're getting. But looking at
41:46
Speaker 1: everything that's available and looking at the circumstances, there is
41:50
Speaker 1: no doubt in my mind that Jeffrey Epstein did not
41:53
Speaker 1: kill himself, at least not willingly. This article was published
41:58
Speaker 1: by The Independent and the headline Trump accused of roll
42:01
Speaker 1: and Epstein's death an explosive email sent to FBI documents reveal.
42:07
Speaker 1: Mark Epstein said Saturday that the FBI never contacted him
42:11
Speaker 1: about his Trump claim. This article was authored by Eric Keller.
42:17
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's brother, accused President Donald Trump of being involved
42:22
Speaker 1: in the late convicted sex offender's death and a tip
42:24
Speaker 1: sent to the FBI, according to a bombshell email revealed
42:28
Speaker 1: in the Department of Justice release of Epstein files. Now, look,
42:33
Speaker 1: we have to be very cautious about what we believe
42:36
Speaker 1: and what we don't believe. Not every tip that's filed
42:39
Speaker 1: is true, not every allegation is provable, and we have
42:43
Speaker 1: to keep that in mind. Just because there was an
42:46
Speaker 1: email sent doesn't make it the truth. But here's the
42:48
Speaker 1: biggest problem. The DOJ and the FBI usually can say, look,
42:55
Speaker 1: we know what we're doing. You can trust us, And
42:57
Speaker 1: here's the track record showing that you can trust us us. Right,
43:01
Speaker 1: they can't do that. Nobody trusts them. So when that
43:04
Speaker 1: trust is gone, how can we have any confidence that
43:07
Speaker 1: they're doing the right thing, that they're following every tip,
43:10
Speaker 1: every lead, when history has shown us clearly that they
43:14
Speaker 1: have no desire to follow this where it goes. And
43:18
Speaker 1: that's the whole reason the scope of the investigation was
43:21
Speaker 1: always so narrow. They didn't want to follow this to
43:23
Speaker 1: the actual endpoint because they knew that the endpoint leads
43:28
Speaker 1: directly to the people that pay the bills. On February
43:34
Speaker 1: twenty second, twenty twenty three, Mark Epstein submitted an online
43:38
Speaker 1: tip to the FBI's National Threat Operations Center alleging that
43:42
Speaker 1: Epstein was murdered in his prison cell at the Metropolitan
43:45
Speaker 1: Correctional Center in New York in twenty nineteen following his
43:49
Speaker 1: conviction on child sex offenses, rather than dying by suicide. Well,
43:54
Speaker 1: he wasn't convicted. He was indicted, first of all, and
43:58
Speaker 1: second of all, there was a lot more going on
44:01
Speaker 1: there than just child sex offenses. The Independent confirmed in
44:07
Speaker 1: a phone call with Mark Epstein on Saturday that he
44:09
Speaker 1: submitted the tip, which contained two spelling errors as seen
44:13
Speaker 1: in the files. It was then forwarded by an unidentified
44:16
Speaker 1: Threat Intake examiner at the FBI and TOC to a
44:20
Speaker 1: special agent. And my biggest problem, like I just said,
44:24
Speaker 1: is that the FBI and the DOJ is untrustworthy when
44:29
Speaker 1: we're talking about this topic. They've proven time and time
44:32
Speaker 1: again they have no desire to follow this the way
44:35
Speaker 1: they should. So why should anyone think this would be
44:38
Speaker 1: any different? Why should anyone think that the FBI was
44:41
Speaker 1: pursuing this in a manner that is acceptable. The disgraced
44:48
Speaker 1: financier's brother included his personal contact information and IP address
44:52
Speaker 1: in the submission, both of which are redacted in the
44:55
Speaker 1: publicly released file. Jeffrey Epstein was murdered and his jail
44:59
Speaker 1: cell the tip bread. I have reason to believe he
45:01
Speaker 1: was killed because he was about to name names. I
45:04
Speaker 1: believe President Trump authorized his murder. Now, look, even if
45:08
Speaker 1: you don't believe that that's true, seems like something you
45:11
Speaker 1: would investigate, right, Anything, anything that has to do with
45:14
Speaker 1: this man is something that needs to be investigated. You
45:17
Speaker 1: can't have a high profile inmate like this die and
45:20
Speaker 1: not have a real investigation, because make no mistake, there
45:24
Speaker 1: was not a real investigation. And remember Epstein was never
45:27
Speaker 1: even really purp walked. He was arrested getting off his
45:30
Speaker 1: plane in Teeterborough and put directly into a car and
45:34
Speaker 1: taken away. So it wasn't like Jeffrey Epstein was ever
45:37
Speaker 1: given the business. Was never treated the way say Diddy was.
45:42
Speaker 1: And look, I'm not here to defend Ditty, as you
45:44
Speaker 1: all know, not exactly my favorite person. But balls and
45:48
Speaker 1: strikes or balls and strikes, if you're going to treat
45:51
Speaker 1: one person that way, that's the way everybody should be treated.
45:54
Speaker 1: Why is Jeffrey Epstein getting the benefit of the doubt
45:57
Speaker 1: and being granted the ability and the privilege to not
46:00
Speaker 1: be embarrassed. The only thing that he should be getting
46:03
Speaker 1: is thrown directly into a volcano. He shouldn't be getting
46:07
Speaker 1: any kinds of benefits or special privileges. But every time
46:10
Speaker 1: you turn around, that's exactly what Epstein was getting. In
46:14
Speaker 1: the report's additional information section, he added feel free to
46:18
Speaker 1: contact me, noting that his relationship or connection to Jeffrey
46:21
Speaker 1: Epstein is obvious. Epstein's brother told The Independent that neither
46:26
Speaker 1: the FBI nor any other law enforcement contacted him to
46:29
Speaker 1: follow up or investigate his claim. He declined any further comment.
46:35
Speaker 1: I'm sure that he has something cooking in the background,
46:38
Speaker 1: and we know that he wants a new investigation into
46:40
Speaker 1: his brother's death, and he says he has new information
46:43
Speaker 1: and evidence that points to it being a homicide. So
46:47
Speaker 1: I'm sure everybody wants to see that. A White House
46:49
Speaker 1: spokesperson directed the Independent to this section of a January
46:54
Speaker 1: third DOJ press release after the agency published over three
46:58
Speaker 1: million additional pages where responsive to the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
47:04
Speaker 1: This production may include fake or falsely submitted images, documents,
47:08
Speaker 1: or videos, as everything that was sent to the FBI
47:11
Speaker 1: by the public was included in the production that is
47:15
Speaker 1: responsive to the Act. Oh, isn't that nice? They're very transparent.
47:18
Speaker 1: Everything was included. The whole idea was to confuse you.
47:22
Speaker 1: That's why it was dumped the way it was dumped,
47:24
Speaker 1: with no order, with no kind of cataloging. The bad
47:30
Speaker 1: news for them, though, is that there's plenty of people
47:32
Speaker 1: out here that know exactly what we're looking for. So
47:35
Speaker 1: you can try and confuse the masses, but you're not
47:38
Speaker 1: going to be able to confuse everybody. Some of the
47:40
Speaker 1: documents contain untrue and sensationalist claims against President Trump that
47:45
Speaker 1: were submitted to the FBI right before the twenty twenty election.
47:49
Speaker 1: To be clear, the claims are unfounded and false, and
47:52
Speaker 1: if they have a shred of credibility, they certainly would
47:55
Speaker 1: have been weaponized against President Trump already. The release reads,
47:59
Speaker 1: imagine the DJ releasing that, and imagine anyone thinking it's okay,
48:04
Speaker 1: and all the people that do think it's okay. I
48:07
Speaker 1: cannot wait until the next administration takes over and they
48:11
Speaker 1: do the same thing and all of you are crying
48:13
Speaker 1: holy hell about it, because I don't want to hear
48:15
Speaker 1: a shit. You folks had a chance right now to
48:18
Speaker 1: step up and do the right thing and hold people accountable,
48:21
Speaker 1: but instead you'd rather dick ride and glade some dude
48:25
Speaker 1: who doesn't give a shit about you. So later on
48:28
Speaker 1: down the road when this happens again, and most surely will,
48:33
Speaker 1: I don't want to hear anything. I don't want to
48:35
Speaker 1: hear any crying. I don't want to hear about it
48:36
Speaker 1: unfair it is. I don't want to hear about how
48:38
Speaker 1: you're being targeted politically, whatever, because right now you have
48:43
Speaker 1: a chance to step up and demand real change, and
48:47
Speaker 1: a lot of people out there are refusing to do it.
48:50
Speaker 1: So when that pendulum swings the other way and the
48:52
Speaker 1: quote unquote other team takes control, well you think they're
48:56
Speaker 1: not going to follow the same blueprint, they most certainly are.
49:02
Speaker 1: The Independent has contacted the FBI for comment. Last month,
49:06
Speaker 1: Mark Epstein, a real estate developer, doubled down on his
49:10
Speaker 1: previous claim that he believes his brother did not die
49:13
Speaker 1: by suicide. Jeffrey was murdered and more autopsy facts will
49:17
Speaker 1: be coming out in February that prove it, he told
49:19
Speaker 1: News Nation. Yo, I can't wait to see those facts.
49:23
Speaker 1: I'd love to see the autopsy and what he has
49:25
Speaker 1: that backs up his assertions, because, like everything else, when
49:29
Speaker 1: it comes to Jeffrey Epstein, I don't close the door
49:32
Speaker 1: on shit until we have evidence. And that goes for everything.
49:39
Speaker 1: There are only three ways to die in prison, he continued, suicide,
49:42
Speaker 1: natural causes or murder, and jeff was murdered. I want
49:46
Speaker 1: to know who killed him and on whose behalf. In
49:50
Speaker 1: twenty twenty five, he told BBC Newsnight and NewsNation that
49:53
Speaker 1: his brother had dirt on powerful people, including during the
49:58
Speaker 1: twenty sixteen election when jeff Ffrey Epstein allegedly said revealing
50:02
Speaker 1: what he knew about the candidates could have canceled the election. Well,
50:06
Speaker 1: now people are starting to realize he wasn't bullshitting around
50:09
Speaker 1: when he said that the kind of dirt this dude
50:12
Speaker 1: had on people was insane, and it wasn't all compromuts
50:16
Speaker 1: sexually created. A lot of it was financial. And a
50:20
Speaker 1: lot of people continue to miss that part of the story.
50:23
Speaker 1: And I understand why. It's not salacious. It's not the
50:26
Speaker 1: kind of story that really rings the bells, but it's
50:29
Speaker 1: the kind of story that ends in arrests. And for me,
50:33
Speaker 1: this isn't about being silatious. This isn't about talking about
50:37
Speaker 1: the most shocking parts of this. It's about getting to
50:40
Speaker 1: a point where there's accountability. And for me, and I
50:44
Speaker 1: only speak for me, that's always been the goal. And
50:47
Speaker 1: of course, going after the most salacious parts of the story.
50:50
Speaker 1: Is Jeffrey Epstein the West makes a Bone Collector? Is
50:55
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein an alien from Uranus? You know those kinds
50:58
Speaker 1: of stories, They're the ones lead, there's no doubt about it.
51:02
Speaker 1: But when you really get down to it, those are
51:05
Speaker 1: all dead ends. They're not going to lead to accountability.
51:08
Speaker 1: They're not going to lead to people ending up in bracelets.
51:11
Speaker 1: You know what will the many financial crimes that all
51:16
Speaker 1: these scumbags were engaged in. While Jeffrey Epstein never shared
51:21
Speaker 1: details directly, his brother said he was certain his brother
51:25
Speaker 1: also had dirt on Trump. Trump called Jeffrey Epstein a
51:29
Speaker 1: terrific guy in two thousand and two interview with New
51:31
Speaker 1: York Magazine, adding that the pair shared an affinity for
51:35
Speaker 1: beautiful women. In twenty nineteen, after Epstein's arrest, Trump told reporters,
51:41
Speaker 1: I had a fallen out with him a long time ago.
51:43
Speaker 1: I haven't spoken to him for fifteen years. I was
51:46
Speaker 1: not a fan of his, that I can tell you.
51:50
Speaker 1: Mark Epstein also claimed that Trump's public statements about the
51:53
Speaker 1: matter were untrue. You could see in the emails. Trump
51:57
Speaker 1: could deny it all he wants, but it's pretty clear
51:59
Speaker 1: everything Trump says is a lie, he told News Nation
52:03
Speaker 1: in November. So, look, I think that Mark Epstein has
52:07
Speaker 1: a solid case here, and I'm very interested to see
52:09
Speaker 1: what kind of evidence he's going to bring to the
52:12
Speaker 1: table to back up his assertions. So, like usual, we'll
52:16
Speaker 1: keep an eye on things and when we have some
52:18
Speaker 1: information one way or the other, we'll get it added
52:21
Speaker 1: to the catalog. All of the information that goes with
52:24
Speaker 1: this episode can be found in the description box.
