- 2:00I am so thrilled to have you here.
- 2:03Welcome to our show today.
- 2:06Thank you, and it's so beautiful.
- 2:08Everyone should experience someone reading those kinds of words about them.
- 2:14Thank you so much.
- 2:15That's a really rare treat and it's, I think it's pretty rare that we allow ourselves to take center stage like that.
- 2:23So I'm, I'm gonna accept the gift.
- 2:26Thank you so much.
- 2:27It is my pleasure.
- 2:29And when I was looking over everything and we've chatted, which I do with any of my guests that come on my show, we always connect and see if our energy is aligned and if our messaging is totally on point, which it is.
- 2:44And it is absolutely incredible to hear.
- 2:50Like I watched your TED Talk, how empowering people.
- 2:56Go and watch the TED Talk.
- 2:58We'll make sure it's in the show notes.
- 2:59It's incredible your gift of sharing your experiences in a way that lights a spark.
- 3:10Was incredible to me.
- 3:11So how in the world did this become your way of being?
- 3:18Can you remember the beginnings of it?
- 3:21Is there something that makes you go, oh yeah, Denise, I can tell you.
- 3:26I think I can tell you.
- 3:28It's so funny.
- 3:28Oh, there you go.
- 3:29Yeah, and no one's asked me that before, but the answer was like, whew, I got it.
- 3:34I do remember being a, a kid and being full of this sense of adventure and curiosity and story and everything was always an, uh, a scavenger hunt.
- 3:48You know, something led to something else, but I grew up in the country.
- 3:53So there's no one around me.
- 3:55Two beautiful, wonderful, introverted parents.
- 3:58So I was always just a little bit too much for them.
- 4:01And um, I had to find ways to really amuse myself and weave all of these things together.
- 4:09So I.
- 4:10I have this distinct image of, you know, creating theater productions for our sheep.
- 4:16'cause I lived on a farm, you know, and just going off and having conversations with the trees and, but it's when you're interacting, you know, and really just.
- 4:28Feeling what is coming and going and taking inspiration from all around you.
- 4:33That is somehow what got baked into me and I have remained that kind of adventurer, uh, since then.
- 4:41I love that.
- 4:44Was it a surprise to your parents to see how you have grown over the years, or did they see.
- 4:54Yeah, I think, I don't think it was a surprise.
- 4:57Okay.
- 4:57I think it was more like, oh, yeah, yeah.
- 5:00There's a lot of that going on all the time, you know?
- 5:03Yeah.
- 5:03I think what's a surprise is they didn't think I could ever make a career outta Mm.
- 5:10You know, I had started my world in, um, public policy, worked at the House of Commons, and then, um, as a consultant and I had a mentor, and I remember this conversation.
- 5:21I know you're gonna love this given what you and I both do.
- 5:24Yeah.
- 5:25Conversation with him about, you know, what my career should be and what I should do next.
- 5:29And you know, there was a very sort of steady forward kind of attitude and um, I remember saying, but you know, there's something that I'm super gifted at.
- 5:41I am super gifted at being that friend that will sit on the other side of the coffee table.
- 5:49And through stories and discoveries, I'll be able to like just catch the little fireflies that go by and by the end of coffee, you're gonna leave just.
- 5:59Loving whatever you are or you want or is ahead of you.
- 6:05And so I could be this professional best friend, and I remember my mentor looking at me and saying.
- 6:13That is not a life path.
- 6:16You cannot do that as a career.
- 6:21And that was the end of it.
- 6:22At that time.
- 6:23It was the end of it.
- 6:24I was like, I, I can't, but I'm so good at that.
- 6:28And here we are, you know, here we're in this world now where, you know, the whole.
- 6:33Globe has been introduced to the concept of a coach and the power of someone walking by you and asking questions and helping you reformulate and reframe through story, right?
- 6:47I mean, we now know it's probably the best profession there is.
- 6:51So I love you dear mentor, but um, yeah, you were wrong.
- 6:58Isn't, isn't that incredible?
- 7:01Because.
- 7:02I know my audience is putting their hand up going, oh my gosh, I had the same conversation, and so I shut and clammed up.
- 7:11I shut down.
- 7:12I put that not even on the back burner anymore.
- 7:15I'm like, well, because I admire their fortitude, their ability to see all the things they see.
- 7:23How did you then go from that and still keep that fire inside?
- 7:28Is that because of who you are or do you think there were other pieces that came together for you in that?
- 7:35Making this your reality.
- 7:37Yeah, I think that's where two passions that I have sustained and fueled me, and then eventually collided and, you know, created what I have now as as a business.
- 7:49But, you know, my passion for traveling really came first simply because I knew that there was more to discover in this world than what I was being shown.
- 8:02And as you know, I.
- 8:04I was discovering, and I've told this story before, but you know, the, the fact that toilets flush differently in all these different countries, spaghetti is different in all these different countries.
- 8:18You know, the way that people gather is different and so meaningful, and each place I traveled showed me that the thing that I was being taught as the way was just.
- 8:32One way, right.
- 8:34That.
- 8:35Gave me permission to say thank you for the way that you're sharing with me.
- 8:41I will put it in the, you know, little, little hamper with the rest, you know?
- 8:48Yeah.
- 8:48I'll not believe that there is only one way and I will trust, you know, my, also my inner sense of, well that is a way, but it doesn't seem to serve me in me being my higher self.
- 9:02Mm-hmm.
- 9:03You know, what my mentor was telling me was a truth, right?
- 9:07It wasn't serving me in me being my higher self.
- 9:10I knew I had something else to give and so I had to trust that little instinct.
- 9:16Yeah.
- 9:17And then theater was this other world, which for the longest time, I treated as something separate from my, you know, professional, personal self.
- 9:26Right?
- 9:26Then there was this theater self over there, and.
- 9:30Theater showed me through story that we can be many people.
- 9:37You know, when I'm on stage, I have the opportunity to think like someone else, to act like someone else, not to be Tanya and bound by her scripts and her rules.
- 9:52To see through other eyes.
- 9:54And I realized, wow, if that's true on the stage, that could be true anywhere.
- 9:59Yeah, that could be true.
- 10:00Anytime I walk down the street, I can be somebody else.
- 10:03And so that knowing that I can choose these other paths for myself and then knowing that there are so many paths out there kind of collided together.
- 10:13And I said, okay, hang on a minute, I think, I think there's something here for me.
- 10:18Right, right.
- 10:20And, and then when you realized and were doing this new perspective taking, how did it unfold to start into the whole idea of retreats and all and supporting women to experience their opportunity by providing that?
- 10:43I'm not gonna say platform.
- 10:44What am I?
- 10:44That experience?
- 10:46Yeah.
- 10:46How did, yeah, I just started on my own journey.
- 10:50Mm-hmm.
- 10:50And I've been on quite a few, you know, seeking more and more experiences.
- 10:56You know, when I traveled I didn't wanna do the super superficial thing anymore.
- 11:01Yeah.
- 11:02I wanted to actually go be in community with people.
- 11:05You know, meet women, have conversation with them or be in the experience of really being in the wild or whatever it was.
- 11:13And these experiences were just opening up these epiphanies for me all the time.
- 11:19And it was there that I was realizing, oh, I can, when I see the world differently, I can see myself differently.
- 11:28And then I thought, that's what I want to do.
- 11:30I wanna create that opportunity for people.
- 11:34Mm-hmm.
- 11:34Not just go on a trip.
- 11:35Trips are lovely.
- 11:37Yeah.
- 11:37I do it all the time.
- 11:38Yes.
- 11:38That's wonderful.
- 11:39Mm-hmm.
- 11:40To go on a real experience, this real journey, and I said, okay.
- 11:44With my theater background, with my travel background, with my psychology background, I can create an experience that, like in theater, I invite people, suspend your disbelief.
- 11:57Right.
- 11:57There's no such thing as I am always.
- 12:00I have never, it's like, here you are in a new space as a new person, so anything is possible.
- 12:08So let's suspend our disbelief.
- 12:10Let's go, you know, back to early 19 hundreds, England, come with me.
- 12:16Who would you be there?
- 12:17You don't know.
- 12:18Yeah.
- 12:18How, how would you know?
- 12:19Let's live in an English manner that just shifts right away.
- 12:23How you treat yourself.
- 12:25Yeah, how you fit the expectations you have, or let's do the same thing at the edge of the world in, you know, Baja, where you're looking at only the nature, the elements, the sun, the sand, the ocean.
- 12:40No tv, no technology, no phone, no person.
- 12:45Ah, who are you here?
- 12:47And creating like this whole stage environment just allows us to unplug from this backstory that we carry.
- 12:57Yeah, and the backstory's heavy and it limits us.
- 13:00There's nothing wrong with it, but it limits us when we're trying to vision forward.
- 13:06Right, right.
- 13:07Yeah, for sure.
- 13:09It, it puts up blinders and it's really that tough, um, haul to get through and figure out.
- 13:18Which you take away those barriers through your retreats.
- 13:22You provide opportunity and what a great gift for you by you because of you.
- 13:28When you connect with Tanya and say, woo, this could be interesting.
- 13:35Why not?
- 13:36What do I have to lose?
- 13:38Yeah.
- 13:38Right.
- 13:39Really.
- 13:40Absolutely.
- 13:40Mm-hmm.
- 13:41And what possibility is out there?
- 13:42Yeah.
- 13:43I can't even fathom.
- 13:46Yeah.
- 13:46You know, like you can't know a place from the place you're in.
- 13:51You can't know another place from the place you're in.
- 13:54Right?
- 13:55You'll always use this as your current context.
- 13:58Right.
- 13:58Right, and, and so it's sometimes important to leave the current context.
- 14:03You can come back to it.
- 14:05Of course, you're not throwing the baby out with the bath water here, folks.
- 14:09Yeah, no, no.
- 14:10But if you are, you know, if your mind is churning about picking somebody up Yeah.
- 14:15Dinner and making sure you call so and so.
- 14:18And what about mom?
- 14:20You can't possibly imagine, you know, a different life when you're imbued in this one.
- 14:28Of course, of course.
- 14:29It's, it's like you say, it literally is impossible.
- 14:33No matter what you do, there's still tethered.
- 14:36You are still tethered.
- 14:38And what I believe you're saying is you don't leave yourself, you expand yourself by going through these opportunities that you provide.
- 14:50Absolutely.
- 14:52The home base is always home base.
- 14:53I mean, you can go back and decide, hey, I'm, I'm gonna remodel home base a little bit.
- 14:58Yeah.
- 14:58I'm gonna it up.
- 14:59Great.
- 15:01But you go back to it.
- 15:03Yeah.
- 15:03But I like to think, you know, people go back with a renewed sense of who they are, you know?
- 15:09Mm-hmm.
- 15:09Life is a time where we're reworking not just.
- 15:14What we're doing.
- 15:15It's not just, oh, the kids are out of the nest, perhaps, or, oh, I picked the job promotion.
- 15:21Now what?
- 15:22Or, you know, it's not just those tactical changes, but it's also the realization that, oh, the, the rules of the game that I thought were important.
- 15:34They're actually not as important anymore or relevant anymore.
- 15:38Right.
- 15:38Or even the values that I want to live my life by, maybe they've shifted in priority.
- 15:46Right.
- 15:46And where do you go to realize that you know exactly.
- 15:51It's not in just day to day, not for me anyways.
- 15:54Maybe others, if others are doing it day to day.
- 15:56Yeah, I wanna know that.
- 15:58Yeah.
- 15:59So there's, there's your invitation, right?
- 16:01If you're doing that, let's talk.
- 16:07Yeah.
- 16:08So you have built communities around the world that explore change through joy.
- 16:14What draws people to that and what do they leave with?
- 16:20Hmm.
- 16:21Well, first of all, community, you know?
- 16:24Yeah, I hear, and I know you hear over and over again, the thing that people are aching for is that real sense of being connected with one another.
- 16:36Connected in exploration, in joy, in pursuit.
- 16:41And I know we're connected with families and our systems around us, but there's, we have an ache for something.
- 16:47It's a little bit bigger and deeper than that.
- 16:50Mm-hmm.
- 16:51Especially this world is in chaos right now.
- 16:54It is painful to be in the world.
- 16:56It is painful to have our little antenna, you know, pinging with what's going on, and we need to have that soft.
- 17:05Space to fall that we co-create for one another.
- 17:08So first of all, it's, it's something that is so important and meaningful to me because I need so much of it that people come and just say, well, what I know is I've met other people who are adventuring, who are requesting, who want more for themselves and for this world, and who are trying to find a peaceful gateway into it.
- 17:30Mm-hmm.
- 17:31I mean, just that lifts you up.
- 17:33Of course, just that.
- 17:35So that is sort of a baseline for joy.
- 17:39But then joy is not only this soft, peaceful thing.
- 17:43You know, I've really come into this new practice and I'm doing this wonderful research around something called Defiant Joy.
- 17:53Which is a stance that we take the stance, and I notice it, I have to say particularly as we enter into the sage part of our lives, you know, that we're past midway now, we putting some things together and what's a part of being able to say, oh no, oh no, you do not get.
- 18:16To take away my joy.
- 18:18You do not get to tell me I'm lived living in scarcity.
- 18:23You do not get to insist upon fear.
- 18:27You do not get to tell me that we are going to cannibalize one another instead of lift each other up.
- 18:35I will be defiant in my joy.
- 18:38I will.
- 18:39On beauty, I will insist on having vision and passion, the idea of co-creation and abundance.
- 18:47Mm-hmm.
- 18:47I'll be defiant in my choice to live a life of joy and in doing so, I will put to bed those who are trying to create a world that thrives on something else.
- 18:59And I think that there's real power in claiming this place of defiant joy.
- 19:06And I think it belongs in this part of our lives.
- 19:09Yeah, totally, totally hear, see, understand where you are coming from when you speak Defiant joy now.
- 19:17Mm-hmm.
- 19:18Totally get it.
- 19:19Yeah.
- 19:20And I love how your, um, putting that stake in the ground that it is for those of us who have.
- 19:31Been through the different components and surface levels of joy, and now really understand.
- 19:41Mm-hmm.
- 19:41No, this is my time and.
- 19:45You say, but I, that's water off a duck's back now.
- 19:50I'm done with that and I know who I am and I'm learning more and more every day.
- 19:55So let's do this.
- 19:57I love that.
- 19:58Yeah.
- 19:59Yeah.
- 20:00It's a really, I think an untapped and unclaimed pace.
- 20:05Place of power.
- 20:06Yeah.
- 20:07For most of us.
- 20:09We've been taught and told that Joy is this, you know, fanciful, ephemeral, you know?
- 20:16Yeah.
- 20:17And that's not the case.
- 20:19You know, joy is also a superpower.
- 20:22Mm-hmm.
- 20:22It can change our lives and the world.
- 20:24We can insist upon it.
- 20:26Absolutely.
- 20:28And use it to push back what is absolutely affronting out there.
- 20:33Yeah.
- 20:34Yeah.
- 20:35Do you have any specific concepts that you are able to share with us around, you know, these previous and current, and let's try to get rid of them?
- 20:48Mm-hmm.
- 20:48Aspects that exist that, that pigeonhole.
- 20:54That pigeonhole people as they're trying to explore.
- 20:57Yeah.
- 20:58Enjoy.
- 21:00I think we're taught that we have to, um, earn joy.
- 21:06You know, joy is the dessert of life.
- 21:10You know, after you work hard, after you hustle.
- 21:14Life is hard.
- 21:16Even like we work hard.
- 21:20Yeah.
- 21:21And then if you've done it all correctly and there's another big, you know, thing that we have to unpick correctly.
- 21:29Yeah, yeah.
- 21:30One, you might be eligible for joy.
- 21:34Really?
- 21:36Yeah.
- 21:36Really?
- 21:37I don't think so.
- 21:38So that would be one of the things that we bust wide open.
- 21:41No, no.
- 21:43I will claim it now.
- 21:45Mm-hmm.
- 21:45Joy is an action.
- 21:47Joy is a mindset.
- 21:48Yeah.
- 21:48Joy is a choice.
- 21:50Joy is a gift that I offer someone.
- 21:53Mm-hmm.
- 21:54Right?
- 21:54Joy is a political statement.
- 21:57It is not something that comes as a byproduct of me being a good girl.
- 22:02Right?
- 22:03Yes.
- 22:04Yes, yes.
- 22:06And we get to take ownership and responsibility for our own joy.
- 22:12Yes.
- 22:14Right?
- 22:14Yes.
- 22:15And I would say not only do we get to, in fact, you know, isn't it our responsibility, you and I as wise women, as the, the women who are shaping mm-hmm.
- 22:27What is happening in the world right now.
- 22:29Yeah.
- 22:29We don't get to.
- 22:31I actually need to, yeah, I We model that and say, hold on a minute.
- 22:37Yeah.
- 22:38Yeah.
- 22:38You've completely forgotten that this is actually, I don't know.
- 22:42I'm sure your clients say this thing.
- 22:44Most of my clients say after we go through the, why are you pursuing this?
- 22:49Why do you want change?
- 22:50Why do you want more?
- 22:51What is it all about?
- 22:53Joy?
- 22:55That's what we all want.
- 22:56Yeah.
- 22:56Why we play with our grandchildren, joy.
- 22:59Yeah.
- 22:59Yeah.
- 22:59Exactly.
- 23:01Pursue purpose.
- 23:02Joy.
- 23:03Yeah.
- 23:04Yeah.
- 23:04It's the end game.
- 23:05So let's actually claim it.
- 23:07And everyone, everyone is deserving of joy.
- 23:13It's not for the select few.
- 23:16Absolutely.
- 23:17That, you know, like you've said very well, you gotta earn this to get that.
- 23:22It's like, no, and you are not gonna tell me what my joy looks like either.
- 23:27Thank you very much.
- 23:30Exactly.
- 23:30Yeah, we, and it's not deserving of joy.
- 23:35Yeah.
- 23:36It's not worthy of joy.
- 23:37You were born worthy.
- 23:38Yes, exactly.
- 23:40Exactly.
- 23:41Yeah.
- 23:41Anybody who holds a little baby.
- 23:44Anybody.
- 23:45We all have had that treasured experience.
- 23:47You look at that little child and you're not saying, you know, I really hope you live up to the expectations.
- 23:53'cause one day you'll experience joy.
- 23:55We actually look at it and say, you are the embodiment of joy.
- 24:00When do we forget that we are the embodiment of joy?
- 24:04Yeah.
- 24:05We are still those babies, you know?
- 24:07Exactly.
- 24:07We have that same spirit.
- 24:09And so I think activating that is what's really important.
- 24:13You know, when we talk about what's next or life visions or coming up the second half of the U curve of happiness or any of those things, it's about activating that sense of being, um, revitalized.
- 24:28Yes.
- 24:29Yeah.
- 24:30Yeah.
- 24:31Beautiful.
- 24:33What's coming up next in your world for our audience to peruse, jump on a plane and come with what's next.
- 24:47Could you share that?
- 24:48Do you get to share that?
- 24:50Sure, I can.
- 24:50So let's see.
- 24:52Next.
- 24:53So right in summer right now, which is nice.
- 24:55Everybody's, you know, mm-hmm.
- 24:57Relaxing a little bit October, mid-October in Quebec City.
- 25:02Uh, so in the middle of all of the beautiful Canadian colors and the maples.
- 25:07I have a retreat called the Sanctuary of Self, and all of my retreats are designed around questions and quests that I've been on personally, and I, I remember coming not so long ago to this realization that when I go through, uh, some kind of itchiness in life, I often seek solace elsewhere.
- 25:33You know, and go somewhere.
- 25:36I travel, I escape.
- 25:38I find a friend, I, it's out.
- 25:41And there's nothing wrong with that.
- 25:42Yep.
- 25:43Absolutely not wrong with that.
- 25:45But I realized, wow, you know, that idea of finding this sense of sanctuary is barely in me.
- 25:56It's not the first place I go.
- 25:58You know, I don't do the trust fall first into me, right?
- 26:02Mm-hmm.
- 26:02Because it's in my head where I have all of these expectations and all of these judgements and all of these shoulds and all of this questioning whether I did it right or not, or could do more or ne nah.
- 26:14So it's actually quite hostile in here, if I'm honest, often, right?
- 26:18Right.
- 26:19Often.
- 26:20Yeah.
- 26:21And so sanctuary of self in Quebec City is really about creating that sense of, ugh, what if I turned into me?
- 26:29What if I trusted me as that first place that I could just be held against my own heart and just go, okay, deep breath.
- 26:37Where are we now?
- 26:38So sanctuary of self, um, in a beautiful, absolutely incredible historic building.
- 26:45I'll only say that, but it is historic.
- 26:48And then in November, uh, traveling down to Baja, Mexico.
- 26:54Um, to a place that's called the Nest, which is right at the point of East Cape.
- 27:00There is nothing around it.
- 27:02It's so wonderful.
- 27:03There is the morning sunrise that comes out over the ocean.
- 27:08These whitewashed little buildings, huts that are there, beautifully appointed, and there we reimagine ourselves.
- 27:16So it's like if you could go somewhere and shut it all down, right?
- 27:21The technology, the voices, the responsibilities, the obligations, and just show up somewhere where every day in ritual and in ceremony, we give gratitude, we explore self and we reimagine.
- 27:36Mm-hmm.
- 27:37There are no rules.
- 27:38You could.
- 27:39Emerge as anyone you wish.
- 27:42And of course, I don't mean you know, necessarily changing the architecture of your life, of course, but what if you changed one of the archetypes that you choose to be living from in your life?
- 27:54So instead of warrior, what if you decided to reemerge as maiden, which is my current journey.
- 28:01Okay.
- 28:02Where I ignited this idea of playfulness and joy and fun and mirth, you know, so I've chosen to take that archetype as the one that is, you know, guiding who I am right now.
- 28:17Right?
- 28:17And I go in and reimagine myself.
- 28:20Really very regularly, I think, you know, back to theater, why wouldn't I play all of these aspects of who I am?
- 28:31Yep, for sure.
- 28:32Why wouldn't just stick with one?
- 28:34So that's.
- 28:35Part of what we do in the reimagine self, and that's, did I say in November?
- 28:40November?
- 28:40Yes.
- 28:41Yeah.
- 28:42And for people who can't travel, maybe travel is not a part of what they can do.
- 28:48Hey, you know, um.
- 28:51I also do a lot of online things where I just invite people to come and play.
- 28:55Right.
- 28:56Just come and play and explore or come work with me.
- 29:00I'll be your coach or plan for next year when we go to France and we decide what's beef?
- 29:06You know, there's lots of ways.
- 29:07Yes.
- 29:09Yeah.
- 29:09Yeah.
- 29:11It sounds like this is never going away, which is a beautiful gift not only to yourself, but to the audience at large, the worldwide audience at large.
- 29:21So I am honored to share this space and time with you today.
- 29:26Is there anything in particular you would love to leave our audience with before we wrap up today's conversation?
- 29:36I really love.
- 29:40Asking the question of myself and others, who do you dare to be?
- 29:49Mm-hmm.
- 29:50And it's really that dare.
- 29:52Who do you dare to be now?
- 29:54Like can we put ourselves right at the edge of what we know?
- 30:01Life is meant to be Exciting.
- 30:05Yeah, it really is.
- 30:06And it's for us to reach, for it to be exciting.
- 30:09Exciting doesn't drop on us.
- 30:13Right.
- 30:13Yeah.
- 30:14That's chaos.
- 30:15Exactly.
- 30:15Exciting doesn.
- 30:16Yeah.
- 30:17And we don't have to earn it like we have to just reach into it.
- 30:20So who would you dare to be now?
- 30:23Mm-hmm.
- 30:24And you know, we all know the follow up phrase.
- 30:26If not now, when?
- 30:29Right When Yeah.
- 30:30Like, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 30:33And you know, at the end of the day, we don't know how much time we.
- 30:40As me, you, whoever have no, no.
- 30:45So there's no, there's no time to waste because we just don't know.
- 30:51So why not?
- 30:53There's nothing to lose and everything to gain because you get to track back to who you really are in your spirit and your soul, and guide yourself there with.
- 31:07Incredible people like yourself, Tanya, who do this so eloquently and alongside you, don't create and then say, here you go.
- 31:19You are right in there doing.
- 31:22All the incredible shifts and changes and Oh my goodness, epiphanies.
- 31:28Ta ta, right?
- 31:32Ta Yes.
- 31:32Yeah, indeed.
- 31:34Yeah.
- 31:35So, mm-hmm.
- 31:37And I think it's, um, I love that feeling and I often meet.
- 31:41You know, people I've worked with as I'm traveling or moving around, and it's just such a beautiful thing in that one instinct to go, Hey, hello again.
- 31:50And what epiphany have you got?
- 31:52You know, here's what's striking me, right?
- 31:54I mean, that's how we should greet each other, I think all the time, a hundred percent, because we're missing out when we don't.
- 32:03When we don't step into it.
- 32:04So absolutely.
- 32:07If today's conversation has sparked something in you, I really do invite you to keep that spark alive.
- 32:15Please make sure you share this episode with somebody who needs that inspiration.

- 32:53Tanya, thank you again for being here with us today and keep those.
- 33:00Gifts and energy flowing.
- 33:03And uh, we will have all the show in the show notes, all the ways people can connect with you to see what's coming up.

- 33:13I don't think you sleep girlfriend.
- 33:15Yeah, sleep is for later.
- 33:19There you go.
- 33:20There you go.
- 33:22Thank you.
- 33:23And make sure that you have a great day.
