The Thespian's Wagon
Aired: Aug 23rd, 1952. A traveling actor named Irving Henry collapses from heatstroke on the trail outside Dodge City, quoting Shakespeare as Matt Dillon and Doc Adams nurse him back to consciousness. But when Chester goes to retrieve the man's abandoned wagon, he finds a second passenger inside — a stranger with a bullet in his back — leaving Dillon to figure out whether the flowery, half-delirious actor is a murderer or just an unlucky witness.
