- 0:00Speaker 1: I didn't tell you why you're un arrest misvolving that
- 0:03relationship with I'm little. They're going to tell you.
- 0:11Speaker 2: This is the moment twenty seven year old teacher Brittany
- 0:14realized that her horrifying secret had been uncovered and she
- 0:17was about to spend the rest of her life behind bars.
- 0:20But classroom prebs like this are more common than you'd think,
- 0:23like this gym teacher who was given thirty years in
- 0:25prison for exploiting his students.
- 0:29Speaker 3: Take him off, take them off.
- 0:30Speaker 4: Well, when the.
- 0:31Speaker 2: Cops discovered the horrifying secret this elementary teacher was hiding,
- 0:35doct Herbert.
- 0:35Speaker 1: I'm not, I'm not.
- 0:37Speaker 5: Maybe you are hurt, But.
- 0:39Speaker 2: First let's start with the disgusting case of Brittany. Brittany
- 0:42was arrested by cops after her victim's parents found she'd
- 0:45been sending a bombardment of X rated messages to their
- 0:49child and, as it was later discovered, even touching him
- 0:52in class.
- 0:53Speaker 6: Do you have anything on you that's gonna hurt ecliptop,
- 0:55be stick me or anything like that. Anything dangerous?
- 0:58Speaker 7: No weapons? Okay?
- 1:00Speaker 2: Yeah? Can you are going to Yeah you will. This
- 1:03is your personal property, so everything that goes in this bag.
- 1:06Speaker 6: I'm want to take your necklace off as well, and
- 1:10with me seting it, we'll do that at the jail
- 1:14and we'll have you do the same with the nose
- 1:15ring too, got.
- 1:18Speaker 3: It, He turned towards me.
- 1:19Speaker 8: Open up your mouth, lift up your tongue.
- 1:22Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:23Speaker 2: Brittany is complying extremely well with the cops, consenting to
- 1:27searches and even helping them out at points in the
- 1:29same way as Vig. Brittany knows exactly why she's being arrested,
- 1:33but she's trying to gain favor with the cops in
- 1:35hope that maybe they'll treat her better throughout the case.
- 1:38Even in her interrogation, it is clear that she still
- 1:41thinks sweet talking the detective will help her out.
- 1:44Speaker 1: I know you from Arizona or did you?
- 1:49Speaker 4: Where is it from?
- 1:51Speaker 9: I see cowboys were kind of our Hubway.
- 1:59Speaker 10: Fans were kind of star jacket just to be you know, cool,
- 2:03We'll got their star jackets.
- 2:05Speaker 1: Still, yeah, you're rocked, so.
- 2:07Speaker 11: I covered, yeah, question you can Is it this from
- 2:15the school? So I I had my school tell me
- 2:22that pro I had his falling constituency. Figure out which
- 2:27one is from?
- 2:29Speaker 1: Well, it's.
- 2:32Speaker 2: Brittany seems totally confident that she'll be going home later.
- 2:35She's trying to play this off as if it isn't
- 2:37a huge deal. But unfortunately for her, the most disgusting
- 2:40details of the case were about to be discovered, and
- 2:43the covs would make sure that she didn't leave jail
- 2:46for a very long time. Brittany and this victim reportedly
- 2:49had at least four times within a month, sometimes in
- 2:53her car, sometimes in her classroom, and sometimes with other
- 2:57students still in the room. Keep watch of the latenesses I.
- 3:03Speaker 12: One of the people asked, all your was worse say anything?
- 3:11Speaker 5: Well, there's really doing it.
- 3:13Speaker 1: I was very uncomfortable.
- 3:15Speaker 9: Love like the any day.
- 3:16Speaker 8: You do stuff.
- 3:19Speaker 1: I just loved it.
- 3:20Speaker 2: Obviously, there really wasn't much room for Brittany to get
- 3:23out of this, but at her trial she almost begs
- 3:26the jury to give her a lighter sentence. Obviously terrified
- 3:29to face the consequences of her actions, she would like.
- 3:32Speaker 9: To reach them in your life.
- 3:35Speaker 13: The sentencing is not only taking decades of my own
- 3:38life and experiences away, but those of my loved ones
- 3:41as well. I stated earlier, I never want to hurt anyone,
- 3:44and it tears me apart to know that I have,
- 3:46and I'm deeply sorry. I am a good and genuine
- 3:48person who made a mistake in regrets to deeply. I
- 3:51asked that you please have leniency in regard to my sentencing,
- 3:54that you seem as a person with the hopeful future
- 3:57and not just another number or case.
- 3:59Speaker 11: Thank you.
- 4:02Speaker 2: Given that she accepted responsibility and showed remorse, she was
- 4:05eventually sentenced to twenty years in prison, the lowest possible
- 4:09sentence for her crimes. However, she was also put on
- 4:12lifetime probation and forced to register as a sex offender.
- 4:15But worst of all, she'll have to face the dangers
- 4:18sex offender's face behind prison, even pleading to court that
- 4:22they'll tear her apart for what she did. But there
- 4:25are other crimes that can endanger or scare kids at school,
- 4:28This third grade teacher decided to really test the boundaries
- 4:32on the first day of school.
- 4:34Speaker 13: So, just observing you in classroom, it looks like something's
- 4:39off a little bit.
- 4:40Speaker 1: Have you taken anything that's.
- 4:43Speaker 14: You know, do you have prescription for anything that maybe
- 4:45you have taken today?
- 4:47Speaker 5: That just seems like you're not the same person that
- 4:49I talked to you this morning.
- 4:51Speaker 8: I did take some medication last night to help me
- 4:55with sleep because I have some anxiety stuff.
- 4:59Speaker 2: When the teacher named Kimberly initially showed up to school,
- 5:02everything seemed fine, but as the day progressed, other staff
- 5:05noticed she had red eyes, slurred speech, and even struggled
- 5:08to finish sentences. Kimberly claims she'd taken medication last night
- 5:12to help her sleep, but other than that, has taken
- 5:15no medication whatsoever. The staff, however, aren't so sure she
- 5:19haven't taken.
- 5:20Speaker 1: Anything while you were at school. Yeah, would you be
- 5:24willing to take a breath the wiser test if I
- 5:27need it too?
- 5:28Speaker 4: Yeah, take a big dee breath. You don't tell me
- 5:43the truth how much you had to drink?
- 5:45Speaker 1: I drank last night.
- 5:47Speaker 4: There's no way you drank last night.
- 5:48Speaker 2: Kimberly just blew a point two four eight. To put
- 5:51that into perspective, the legal limit in Oklahoma is point
- 5:55zero eight, and anything over point two five is considered
- 5:59alcohol poison. Having a blood alcohol level this high essentially
- 6:03guarantees that Kimberly has been drinking while at school, but
- 6:07they need to find concrete evidence of this Luckily they
- 6:10didn't have to look.
- 6:11Speaker 1: Far that you have?
- 6:13Speaker 8: What's in this drink?
- 6:15Speaker 1: That's a dietoke?
- 6:16Speaker 4: Is there anything liquor in it?
- 6:17Speaker 1: Nope?
- 6:18Speaker 3: So if I go into the classroom, am identifying anything else?
- 6:23Speaker 12: To where did the liquor come from?
- 6:25Speaker 1: Did you leave campus?
- 6:27Speaker 8: Not today?
- 6:28Speaker 4: Can I check? Your eyes? Can't stand up of my pan?
- 6:35Your eyes are on? And do you understand? Yes? That
- 6:43talks good?
- 6:45Speaker 12: Am I going to get fired?
- 6:47Speaker 1: Just honestly yes?
- 6:49Speaker 4: Or you can resign?
- 6:50Speaker 1: You're under the influence.
- 6:51Speaker 2: At school with kids that It's honestly too nice of
- 6:55the superintendent to let her resign, as this means she'll
- 6:59likely be able to get in their job in a
- 7:00similar sector should she decide to. But it seems as
- 7:04though she still doesn't want to leave this school, as
- 7:07her next move is to desperately try to explain her
- 7:09way out of this in a truly ridiculous manner.
- 7:12Speaker 8: Can it's in my blood system and that's.
- 7:16Speaker 15: Place unless you were drink a shift time, well at
- 7:19like eight o'clock this morning, I don't think.
- 7:21Speaker 4: I don't know how you could still be that hot.
- 7:23Speaker 8: I did drink a lot last night.
- 7:24Speaker 4: How did you drink.
- 7:27Speaker 8: Too much?
- 7:28Speaker 1: What do you drink?
- 7:30Speaker 4: Why? How many bottles? Wan? Did you drink?
- 7:33Speaker 1: We had the box?
- 7:35Speaker 4: Did you drink all bottles?
- 7:35Speaker 1: One? Half a box?
- 7:38Speaker 4: And you stop drinking like three?
- 7:39Speaker 15: Or The problem is is they said you were fine
- 7:45this morning and then recently they've noticed a difference, which
- 7:49makes me think that you drink recently.
- 7:52Speaker 2: Unfortunately for Kimberly, though, nobody's buying it, especially after the
- 7:56superintendent finds a smoking gun in her classroom.
- 7:59Speaker 1: Okay, no more games other than that.
- 8:04Speaker 8: Uh my juice.
- 8:11Speaker 4: Try yet that there is one.
- 8:14Speaker 2: This was the final straw for the officer, and after
- 8:16Kimberly failed to call someone to bring her home, he
- 8:19decides that she'll be coming with him instead.
- 8:22Speaker 8: Please please, please just let me.
- 8:24Speaker 4: Can we say I'm not doing it. I'm not doing it.
- 8:27Speaker 15: You had your chance to be honest and then.
- 8:31Speaker 4: You wipe this out. I should charge you with chant
- 8:35tampering with evidence.
- 8:37Speaker 1: Please please don't put your hands your back.
- 8:41Speaker 4: No, I don't want to do you want to go
- 8:44to jail? No?
- 8:46Speaker 15: No, put your hands behind your back.
- 8:50Speaker 8: Please don't do this. Please, I just want to talk
- 8:53to you. Can you just talk to me?
- 8:54Speaker 15: Put your hands behind.
- 8:56Speaker 2: Your back Kimberly was taken back to the station and
- 8:59was hit with a single count of public intoxication. Thankfully
- 9:03for the kids. She also lost her job and was
- 9:05banned from stepping foot on the premises ever again. But
- 9:08Kimberly's crime looks like child's play compared to the next
- 9:11case of Vigilant da Haiti. On the twenty seventh of
- 9:14March twenty twenty two, officers arrived at Coach Vigilant da
- 9:17haitess house to arrest him on a warrant for multiple
- 9:20counts of acts on victims as young as twelve years old.
- 9:24When the police went to handcuff him, vigilant had a
- 9:26very unusual reaction.
- 9:28Speaker 4: Sorry, bitch, can it be a friend of mees? Can it?
- 9:32Speaker 9: Thanks?
- 9:32Speaker 3: Just be a friendly We'll see I bet I usually no,
- 9:35come here, Come on, take him off, Take him off.
- 9:49Speaker 2: The man accused of harassing multiple children bursts into tears
- 9:53while being arrested, a pathetic action, especially when you consider
- 9:57the nature of his crimes.
- 9:58Speaker 14: I'm going to share some information with you. All right,
- 10:00you're not handcuff right now. I'll watch your main calm
- 10:03and be cool. Okay, there's an outstanding war you should
- 10:06free your arrest. It's out of Lake County.
- 10:09Speaker 4: Okay, So your peace is not with us, okay.
- 10:12Speaker 14: I understand, Sergeant hows or if you have a relationship, okay,
- 10:15you want to maintain professionalism in respect.
- 10:18Speaker 2: The officer tries to calm Vigilant down and says that
- 10:20they will do their best to remain respectful and professional.
- 10:23What's strange about this case, though, is that the sergeant
- 10:26whose bodycam is being displayed is actually good friends with Vigilant,
- 10:30hence the polite treatment and the lack of handcuffs at
- 10:32this time. In fact, Vigilant is treated so well he's
- 10:36even allowed to take a call from his wife in
- 10:38the middle of his arrest.
- 10:39Speaker 4: Hey, I'm with Jerry, so you know house, we can
- 10:43call him back in set. Okay, they said, we can
- 10:45call you back in a few minutes.
- 10:46Speaker 3: Listen, I got it.
- 10:48Speaker 4: I gotta put them.
- 10:48Speaker 3: Behind your back when I got these okay. And they're
- 10:51bigger solo pitchers okay, right.
- 10:54Speaker 2: But it's not just the sergeant that seems to know Vigilant,
- 10:57it's the whole squad. This isn't because he's known to
- 10:59them as a criminal. It's actually because he's a cheerleading
- 11:03coach and choreographer running a long standing and well known
- 11:06cheerleading school. Vigilant was known as a pillar of the community,
- 11:09and reviews of his class back this up, saying that
- 11:12he and his wife provide a safe and healthy environment
- 11:14and that they've both impacted many kids with their love
- 11:17and support. It seems that Vigilant took this love a
- 11:20step too far.
- 11:22Speaker 8: It's your tear on it here.
- 11:32Speaker 2: You may think that Vigilant's tears are meant to imply
- 11:35that he's anxious and shocked about this whole situation, but
- 11:38notice how he hasn't once asked what charges the warrant
- 11:42is for. Vigilant actually knows exactly why he's being arrested,
- 11:46and these tears aren't remorseful ones. They're of regret and terror,
- 11:50as he's likely heard stories about what happens to criminals
- 11:53like him in prison.
- 11:55Speaker 3: Oh, it's going to be a few hours. I'm being
- 11:58one hundred percent honest with you. I don't want to
- 12:00hide anything from you. Worst case scenario, if they're going
- 12:04to extradite you, you'll have to state that means take
- 12:07you to Lake County. You'll have to wait at Orange
- 12:10at the Orange County Jail until they transport you to
- 12:13Lake County, and then you'll get bonded out in Lake County.
- 12:15And it's a fifty to fifty shot. I don't know
- 12:16how they do it. I don't know the process or
- 12:18how they decide it. I'm just letting you know there's
- 12:20a possibility that you might have to stay there till
- 12:22Monday or Tuesday until you go to Lake County.
- 12:25Speaker 2: If Vigilant is shocked at this news, it's hard to
- 12:27imagine what he was feeling after he was told he'd
- 12:30be spending up to ten years in prison for his crimes.
- 12:33And it's not as if he's getting out of this either.
- 12:35Since his arrest, multiple girls have come forward to testify
- 12:38against him, and in July of twenty twenty three, Vigilant
- 12:42entered a guilty flea and is currently awaiting sentencing. But
- 12:45unlike Vigilant, Julio Soto wasn't about to go down that easily,
- 12:48choosing instead to try and cover up his depraved crimes
- 12:51in the interrogation.
- 12:52Speaker 1: Room, I'm not lying to you, folks. I'm not hearder.
- 12:55Speaker 7: I'm not I'm not.
- 12:58Speaker 1: Maybe you are.
- 13:00Speaker 2: In March twenty nineteen, a female student told her friends
- 13:03that her forty nine year old teacher had touched her inappropriately.
- 13:06The previous month, Soto had pulled her aside from her
- 13:09PE class, pretending to fix a test she had taken,
- 13:12but when they were alone in the room, he touched
- 13:14her inappropriately. Soda was then arrested a month later on
- 13:17a warrant and was brought in for interrogation.
- 13:20Speaker 5: So you say, you normally take three or four kids,
- 13:22what happened this time?
- 13:24Speaker 7: This time it was just her. You know, she was
- 13:26asked me because she goes, you know, I'll concern about
- 13:28Friday because you're going to meet my mommy and all
- 13:30that stuff. And I said, okay, you know I would
- 13:33you know, I wasn't even.
- 13:33Speaker 16: Think why what don't mean why if you're going to
- 13:36take a female student to your classroom.
- 13:38Speaker 1: You didn't think this, like let me just grab all
- 13:41and all.
- 13:41Speaker 4: See.
- 13:41Speaker 7: I'm just I just wanted to get her work done,
- 13:44get hurt, and then go back to specials. And I'm
- 13:47doing greates, so you know, and like I.
- 13:50Speaker 1: Said, that's my bad.
- 13:51Speaker 16: I While she was sitting at the U Shaper kidney table,
- 13:54did you walk over to schev on her?
- 13:57Speaker 7: Not until she said something about her wrist for her arm.
- 14:00Speaker 2: This is all well and good, but the cops are
- 14:02having a hard time figuring out why he was alone
- 14:05in a room with a student in the first place.
- 14:07Things already aren't adding out and they have to figure
- 14:10this out.
- 14:11Speaker 17: Was she the only one in the classroom?
- 14:12Speaker 12: Was this time?
- 14:13Speaker 18: Do you normally take kids?
- 14:15Speaker 7: And that's what I was telling them. Normally I'd try
- 14:17to get a couple of kids.
- 14:18Speaker 19: And I was just is that like a policy or
- 14:22is that a common practice or what is it?
- 14:24Speaker 7: It's probably a common practice.
- 14:25Speaker 20: I don't know.
- 14:25Speaker 7: I mean, I'm sure he's range somewhere, but if you're
- 14:28gonna bring student back to your classroom, you always bring
- 14:30at least if there's an no adult there or if
- 14:34not a doult theay, you're supposed to bring.
- 14:35Speaker 1: A couple of kids.
- 14:36Speaker 18: And why didn't you on that day?
- 14:38Speaker 1: I was even thinking, yeah, And that's why I said,
- 14:41I said, that's my bad.
- 14:42Speaker 7: You know, I'll get it. You know, if I get
- 14:44a count statement from the school, that's fine. I just
- 14:47was I was all to do was trying to a
- 14:49new shoot person coming. I just wanted to hurt to
- 14:52get this stuff done.
- 14:53Speaker 1: And then and that was it.
- 14:55Speaker 2: So to deny the accusations from the starch. But this
- 14:58is where he slipped up badly.
- 15:00Speaker 1: What is that thing that's on your door, It's like
- 15:03a black cover. What is it for?
- 15:05Speaker 12: Oh?
- 15:06Speaker 9: One?
- 15:06Speaker 1: Uh, that's for active a challenge.
- 15:08Speaker 5: Do you normally have yours?
- 15:09Speaker 1: Drone?
- 15:10Speaker 7: It's always up?
- 15:11Speaker 1: Okay, it's always up.
- 15:12Speaker 7: Yeah, unless we we have an active challenge and we
- 15:15put it down, or when the kids play with that
- 15:17after school?
- 15:17Speaker 5: Cause okay, do you ever have yours up for like
- 15:20your planning period where you don't wanna be bothered?
- 15:23Speaker 1: Mm?
- 15:24Speaker 5: If you're in the classroom, was a student and you
- 15:27notice this down, would you have fixed it?
- 15:28Speaker 4: Oh?
- 15:28Speaker 1: Yeah, definitely you didn't notice it was down. No, at
- 15:32any time while I'm the classroom, did you say, hey,
- 15:34I'm gonna tickle you. Did you attend to tickle with her?
- 15:36Mm mm? Did you place your hands on her and
- 15:38any other way?
- 15:39Speaker 7: Noature other than her arm? Okay, cause she is She's
- 15:43one of the students that you know if I did
- 15:45something like that, she would I know she would tell
- 15:47the whole world.
- 15:48Speaker 16: So so you're telling me if you did something to her,
- 15:50she would tell Yes, So why are we getting the alligation?
- 15:54Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 15:54Speaker 7: That's what I'm trying to figure out.
- 15:56Speaker 2: This suggests that he has thought about it and decided
- 15:59that she He's not a good victim. Another super sketchy
- 16:02thing is the facts that the door was covered. It's
- 16:05like Soda was trying to hide whatever was going on
- 16:07in there from everyone else.
- 16:09Speaker 1: I reviewed the school video that day, Kay. First thing,
- 16:11she was in a sling.
- 16:12Speaker 5: She was in a sling, and she was sitting on
- 16:13the bench.
- 16:14Speaker 1: She was sitting on the bench next to a little boy.
- 16:16I don't know who he is, but she was sitting
- 16:18on that Wednesday. Yes, no, I'm no, I'm literally telling
- 16:22I'm gonna tell you what I saw in the studio.
- 16:24She was sitting on the bench with that little boy.
- 16:27She had a sling on her arm, She had a
- 16:30band around her hair, had this big ponytail.
- 16:33Speaker 5: I see you come down with your class, Your class sits,
- 16:36You just walk around for a little bit.
- 16:38Speaker 1: You then walk over.
- 16:39Speaker 5: Directly to her.
- 16:40Speaker 1: You begin you have some type of conversation. I don't
- 16:42know what the conversation was about.
- 16:44Speaker 5: After you have the conversation, she gets up.
- 16:46Speaker 1: You guys walk up that stairwell the side stairwell. Yes,
- 16:49walk up to the side stirrow, proceed to the second floor. Yes,
- 16:53she had a sling on.
- 16:55Speaker 7: I honestly don't remember the same clan. I knew it
- 16:58was a week before, but I she.
- 17:00Speaker 5: Had a sling on that day, her sling, she had
- 17:03a full slingle on.
- 17:04Speaker 1: Her arm was completely wrapped.
- 17:05Speaker 2: Soto conveniently can't remember the girl's sling, a noticeable detail,
- 17:09yet he somehow recalls their conversation word for word. Investigators
- 17:13point out this inconsistency to make him realize that lying
- 17:17won't work.
- 17:18Speaker 18: And you remember taking her to the classroom.
- 17:22Speaker 1: To do work, and you remember specific.
- 17:25Speaker 17: Details about her arm was hurting, and you went over
- 17:28to her and you were like, let.
- 17:29Speaker 9: Me see, and you were like touching her arm.
- 17:31Speaker 19: If you remember those specific details, I don't understand why
- 17:35you can't remember the detail about the sling, because that
- 17:39would explain.
- 17:40Speaker 17: Why her arm was hurt.
- 17:42Speaker 7: When I went over there, there there was nothing.
- 17:44Speaker 1: On her own.
- 17:44Speaker 5: But even if even if, even if she didn't have
- 17:46that slingle on, her arm would have.
- 17:47Speaker 1: Still been wrapped. The arm was basically it was bare.
- 17:51Her arm was in this video. Arm wasn't right but
- 17:53when she came to the classroom.
- 17:54Speaker 5: It was there, so she would have had to take
- 17:56that off.
- 17:56Speaker 1: But she walked up with you because on video she
- 17:59you walk in from her.
- 18:00Speaker 16: You go around the stairs, so these are the stairs, right,
- 18:03you know how you walk in the door.
- 18:04Speaker 5: You gotta turn around.
- 18:05Speaker 1: Right right to walk up the stairs.
- 18:07Speaker 5: You're in front of her.
- 18:08Speaker 1: She's on your left hand side. Her arm is completely sling.
- 18:12Speaker 17: I see her go past the video with the slum
- 18:14of us sling on her arm.
- 18:15Speaker 1: And you continue to walk up. You walk on the
- 18:17right side, she walks on the left. Okay. Have you
- 18:20ever tickled her?
- 18:21Speaker 7: Nope?
- 18:22Speaker 1: Have you ever horse played with her?
- 18:24Speaker 7: Not play like touching her?
- 18:26Speaker 12: No?
- 18:26Speaker 5: Have you ever horse paid, grab ass, whatever you wanna
- 18:29call it. Have you, guys, ever did anything that would
- 18:31allude to being.
- 18:33Speaker 1: A playful manner in a playful manner? Have you joke
- 18:37with her?
- 18:37Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 18:38Speaker 1: Okay, so you gots.
- 18:39Speaker 7: But not all but not like one on one joking
- 18:42in the.
- 18:42Speaker 1: Class So it's okay. Setting. Have you ever tried to
- 18:45tickle her in a group set?
- 18:45Speaker 8: Now?
- 18:46Speaker 2: So it keeps insisting that he never touched the girl,
- 18:48but the cops are having a hard time believing him,
- 18:50with multiple witnesses claiming otherwise, a lot.
- 18:53Speaker 17: Of other students have told us, you'll you'll mess around.
- 18:57Speaker 19: Like every once in a while, like joke around with
- 18:58them and stuff, and some times you'll like try to
- 19:01lighten the mood.
- 19:02Speaker 18: If you see it that they're sut or they're down
- 19:04or something like that. Well, they said that you call
- 19:07it like a.
- 19:07Speaker 9: Tickle with a tickling thing where you're like, I'm.
- 19:10Speaker 1: Gonna catch you. But I never touched anything appropriately.
- 19:13Speaker 5: I got like more than eight kids who told me
- 19:15that you said you know when to get your tiple
- 19:17spot and you pulled them.
- 19:18Speaker 1: Have you ever said only gets your tickle spot? Honestly,
- 19:21I don't. I don't know.
- 19:22Speaker 7: Okay, I mean I could, I may have, but I don't.
- 19:25If I had a Bible, I would put it right there.
- 19:27I would. I'm sure you've part hear this all the time,
- 19:29but I would never touch a girl or boy for
- 19:32that matter, in any inappropriate area.
- 19:34Speaker 2: But now he's backtracking. I mean, he didn't touch them inappropriately.
- 19:38If he believed he could bluff his way out, he'd
- 19:40stick to his initial denial, But unfortunately for him, there
- 19:43were witnesses to everything have you.
- 19:46Speaker 5: Ever received a complaint from any stoodent on campus?
- 19:49Speaker 7: Yeah, like I told you about two years ago.
- 19:51Speaker 1: And what was that complain?
- 19:52Speaker 7: Exactly the same, the same thing.
- 19:54Speaker 1: Particuling, okay, tickling, Yeah, okay, so you have.
- 19:57Speaker 9: To do that?
- 19:59Speaker 1: No, not her.
- 20:00Speaker 19: There have been complaints from multiple students who said that
- 20:05they've heard and seen you gesture toward other students making
- 20:09comments about their bodies.
- 20:11Speaker 17: Have you ever done.
- 20:12Speaker 1: Something like that?
- 20:13Speaker 2: When confronted about the accusations of improper student touching, Soto
- 20:17pretends to be shocked. These students come from different classrooms
- 20:20and grades, making it impossible for them to come up
- 20:23with a made up story.
- 20:25Speaker 17: So are these.
- 20:26Speaker 9: Kids all lying on you?
- 20:28Speaker 18: You don't well that.
- 20:33Speaker 16: Well, hold on one second, you said lying, But earlier
- 20:36you told me that if you were to ever do something,
- 20:39do you know that she would be the one who
- 20:40would just go out there and tell.
- 20:41Speaker 7: The world exactly.
- 20:43Speaker 1: So why she told the world, I don't know.
- 20:46Speaker 7: That's why I'm very confused and upset.
- 20:50Speaker 19: One of the kids that said that you were one
- 20:52of her favorite teachers literally said that you're a favorite.
- 20:55Speaker 1: Teacher, and a whole lot is warm and she has
- 20:58so much fun of your class. I try. I try to,
- 21:02So why why the lie?
- 21:03Speaker 20: I don't know.
- 21:04Speaker 7: That's why I'm trying to figure out.
- 21:05Speaker 9: Well, I don't know why they're a lying, right, and
- 21:08I don't.
- 21:08Speaker 17: Know why it's a whole bunch.
- 21:10Speaker 9: Of people telling me the same story.
- 21:12Speaker 17: I've been doing this stuff.
- 21:13Speaker 19: For going on eleven years ago, and when details and
- 21:16stories don't change, there's usually something to it. So what
- 21:21I want to do is not I don't want you
- 21:24to paint yourself as this bad person, this monster, and
- 21:30I want you to paint yourself, maybe as the person
- 21:34who may have made a mistake.
- 21:35Speaker 2: To cop even allowed him to claim it was a mistake,
- 21:38but Soto was not budgeting it.
- 21:40Speaker 16: I need for you to be honest with me. If
- 21:42you accidentally touched her, or if you did something in
- 21:46a way that reaching over her, blaze over her shoulders,
- 21:50or something, just tell.
- 21:51Speaker 1: Me I have no problem with that, because that's not
- 21:53inappropriate time.
- 21:54Speaker 7: I have no problem with that. Like I told you
- 21:56last night, I have no problem if I'm if I
- 21:58make a mistake, I'll I'll cut us off to it. Yeah,
- 22:01but I know I truly didn't do something her grades.
- 22:05Speaker 19: She came from an a student I mean high marks
- 22:08in your class. She was doing extremely well. And then,
- 22:13as strange as it is, right after, there's February thirteenth,
- 22:18this Wednesday, the specific dates that we're focused so hard
- 22:22on right now we've been talking about for the last hour.
- 22:26Speaker 17: Why are her grades plummeting?
- 22:29Speaker 19: I mean sixties, I mean like I'm doing terribly right now.
- 22:34Speaker 1: You know. That's why we had to talk with the
- 22:37parents with the five four.
- 22:38Speaker 19: But the five all four talk happened on Friday, long
- 22:41before her grades started plummeting.
- 22:44Speaker 2: The significant drop in the girl's grades is a concerning
- 22:47sign that something traumatic might have occurred, and the timing
- 22:50is too good for it to be a coincidence. So
- 22:52to try to act like the time alone with the
- 22:54student wasn't a big deal, but the investigator pointed out
- 22:57it was enough time for something bad to happen.
- 23:00Speaker 7: She's own my husband roughly fifteen minutes, so they're still
- 23:03good fifteen minutes.
- 23:06Speaker 1: I'm not disagreeing with you, folks. You gotta you gotta
- 23:09give me something here, because you're not giving.
- 23:11Speaker 12: Me an ax.
- 23:12Speaker 1: You're not giving me an explanation. As a lot of
- 23:14childls in that room with you for fifteen minutes class homework?
- 23:17Can you not tell anybody?
- 23:19Speaker 16: I would think you would say, hey, you want to
- 23:21come over real quick and we can go over some lessons,
- 23:23say hey, let me go, let me.
- 23:25Speaker 1: Grab students catchup. And that's why I said.
- 23:28Speaker 7: I said that was my bad because I was just
- 23:30trying to rush and get through. I wasn't thinking.
- 23:32Speaker 17: But that's not right.
- 23:33Speaker 1: That happened. What are you rushing to get through?
- 23:36Speaker 4: No?
- 23:36Speaker 7: Just you get get through it again? Who worked out?
- 23:39Speaker 19: So these kids who are telling me that you're making
- 23:42comments about their bodies.
- 23:44Speaker 9: Multiple kids are lying.
- 23:46Speaker 19: Multiple kids are telling me that you know you, that
- 23:49you've reached and you've touched them and inappropriate places.
- 23:54Speaker 9: Those kids are lying.
- 23:56Speaker 18: This child who says that.
- 23:57Speaker 19: You are her favorite teacher in all the world, is
- 24:01telling me that you have touched her, and now she
- 24:05is lying.
- 24:06Speaker 18: So it's the world against you.
- 24:09Speaker 7: I'm just telling you what I know.
- 24:11Speaker 2: Soto keeps claiming he can't recall touching children that way
- 24:14and doesn't understand why his story differs from others. So
- 24:17the investigator quit the friendly approach, pressing him harder, hoping
- 24:21to get something out of him.
- 24:22Speaker 19: You did make a mistake when you commented about these
- 24:25other these girls talked about their bodies.
- 24:29Speaker 9: You did make a mistake when you reached out and
- 24:31you touched these students.
- 24:33Speaker 19: You made a mistake. I get mistakes. I don't think
- 24:38you're a bad person. I don't want to think that
- 24:40about you.
- 24:41Speaker 17: I need you to help me.
- 24:42Speaker 1: Though.
- 24:43Speaker 7: Even if I said, this is data, that's not a crime. Okay,
- 24:50not that I So, did you say it?
- 24:52Speaker 1: Maybe I don't know.
- 24:53Speaker 9: Oh, I think you did. But it's not a crime.
- 24:55Just to make and to make a comment, it's not
- 24:58a crime.
- 24:59Speaker 1: So did you say I don't know, Maybe I don't.
- 25:01Speaker 9: Know, maybe and I don't know, or two different things.
- 25:05Speaker 18: Did you say it?
- 25:07Speaker 1: I don't know. I think you do.
- 25:09Speaker 17: I think you do know.
- 25:11Speaker 1: I'm sorry, it's okay. I don't know. I could have.
- 25:16Speaker 3: I could have.
- 25:16Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 25:17Speaker 7: I just don't know.
- 25:19Speaker 2: Soto's story is slowly falling apart, and the detectives are
- 25:22closing in on the truth. However, what Soto accidentally admitted
- 25:27to next might just be the final nail in his coffin.
- 25:31Speaker 18: Why are the cameras showing me?
- 25:33Speaker 5: What's telling me?
- 25:36Speaker 2: You know?
- 25:37Speaker 5: You don't know if the camera is in your classroom,
- 25:41and it is showing us what she told us.
- 25:43Speaker 1: Don't you know?
- 25:45Speaker 17: Why can't you explain that to me?
- 25:46Speaker 12: I don't know.
- 25:47Speaker 18: You have to know either you did it or you
- 25:50did it, and.
- 25:51Speaker 5: The camera shows you did it.
- 25:52Speaker 18: So tell me what happened, why you did it? Tell
- 25:56me why? I know what happened.
- 25:57Speaker 1: I know it did.
- 25:58Speaker 18: I watched it was.
- 26:04Speaker 7: I I no nothing? I mean I don't to touch her. Yeah,
- 26:14if I if I, like I said, if I, if
- 26:16I touched her that I don't recollect. If I touch her,
- 26:20then it's an accent.
- 26:22Speaker 18: Said it was not an accident. It wasn't. I don't
- 26:27know why we're pulling onto this. There are cameras in
- 26:29the classroom, you know about them. They're showing me what happened.
- 26:36Speaker 9: Tell me, just tell me.
- 26:41Speaker 1: Was it an accent?
- 26:46Speaker 2: It was at this point that Soto realized he was
- 26:49playing with fire for far too long, so he finally
- 26:52did the smart thing and asked for his lawyer.
- 26:56Speaker 7: You know, no matter what, I'll lose my career, I'm
- 26:59probably gonna go yoke after tonight.
- 27:01Speaker 18: Why are we stuck on that?
- 27:03Speaker 7: Because that's my whole future is teaching. You know, I'm
- 27:07not going to I'll get fired right after this. If
- 27:10I get if I go to jail tonight, I'm gonna
- 27:12be fired.
- 27:12Speaker 18: We're not here on mistake, and we're not here by accident,
- 27:15and everything is in God's plan and by his design.
- 27:21Speaker 9: We are all sinners and we are not all perfect.
- 27:25Speaker 17: We all call tell us.
- 27:29Speaker 1: Can I have my employer perfect? I'm not saying I
- 27:35mean no problem.
- 27:38Speaker 2: Soda was charged with one count of lewd behavior and
- 27:41one charge of a minor. It was granted a seventy
- 27:45five thousand dollars bond and walked out of jail. His
- 27:48trial has been repeatedly pushed back. You'll be even more
- 27:51shocked when you hear what Yasim did. In September twenty
- 27:55twenty one, substitute teacher Yasine Asher was interrogated for allegedly
- 27:59g als who were under the age of twelve at
- 28:02the school where he taught, and he was exposed by
- 28:04the parents of the victims. What he said during the
- 28:07interrogation will shock you all.
- 28:09Speaker 8: Have you been doing this for?
- 28:12Speaker 1: That's not true?
- 28:13Speaker 8: So these kids are all making that up? Can you
- 28:17tell me the whole school is going to make something up?
- 28:19Speaker 13: No, I'm telling you the truth about now they're cool,
- 28:23but I don't know about me.
- 28:24Speaker 8: Are you willing to take a live T test? It's
- 28:28really a stress voice of aliss test. But will you
- 28:31be willing to take something like that?
- 28:32Speaker 1: No?
- 28:33Speaker 8: Why?
- 28:36Speaker 1: Why didn't hurt me this way?
- 28:38Speaker 9: How is it gonna hurt you?
- 28:40Speaker 8: It's not is not painful? Or you're afraid because you're
- 28:44not being honest with me.
- 28:46Speaker 19: You cried to me, you told me you were a
- 28:47good kid and that you were sorry.
- 28:50Speaker 9: Yeah, but you're not being sorry and you're not sorry.
- 28:53Speaker 8: You say you're sorry, you're not sorry because you're not
- 28:56being completely honest with me.
- 28:57Speaker 9: If somebody's truly.
- 28:58Speaker 21: Sorry and once forgiven is would.
- 29:01Speaker 8: Anybody you be honest?
- 29:03Speaker 2: You scene didn't fully cooperate at first. He didn't admit
- 29:06to the accusations and just kept apologizing. This seemed suspicious
- 29:10because if he were truly innocent, there wouldn't be the
- 29:12need for all the constant apologies.
- 29:14Speaker 14: I don't understand why do you keep on like hia
- 29:20things these kids?
- 29:21Speaker 9: So what do I tell you earlier?
- 29:22Speaker 8: That's when I later everything comes up.
- 29:26Speaker 19: So if I pull video, I will not see you
- 29:31touching anybody that day substitute.
- 29:37Speaker 2: The second the officer mentioned video evidence, we saw you
- 29:40scene look shocked. It's like he was surprised by the
- 29:43investigative abilities of the officers and he didn't expect them
- 29:46to have actual proof. You see, continued acting innocent, but
- 29:49the investigator still pressed him for a confessions.
- 29:52Speaker 8: So random girl that does not even know the other
- 29:58students is randomly gonna say the same thing. That is
- 30:03just a coincidence. M yeah, I said there and lie still?
- 30:08Or are you gonna be honest?
- 30:09Speaker 2: And after a while he finally admitted to his crimes.
- 30:13If you thought you see him couldn't make the matter worse,
- 30:15you won't believe what he said next.
- 30:19Speaker 4: Like what show me? Wait?
- 30:21Speaker 1: Had on?
- 30:22Speaker 8: T's true?
- 30:25Speaker 1: She said?
- 30:25Speaker 8: Two minutes?
- 30:26Speaker 19: Did you leave it.
- 30:27Speaker 7: There or or something else?
- 30:29Speaker 2: Who?
- 30:30Speaker 12: Kay?
- 30:32Speaker 8: And while you guys were doing what like was she
- 30:35not saying anything?
- 30:35Speaker 1: Were you saying something?
- 30:37Speaker 8: And how long that last?
- 30:41Speaker 7: Four oh two minutes?
- 30:48Speaker 1: She just let you hm?
- 30:50Speaker 2: Saying that the girl let him do what he did
- 30:52just shows what kind of person he is you seen.
- 30:55Was charged and found guilty of four underage girls, leading
- 30:59to an eight year prison term for each count. After
- 31:02serving his sentence, he will be deported to his home
- 31:04country as a recognized predator. But if you thought evil
- 31:07teachers stopped here, that's because you don't know the case
- 31:10of Alison.
- 31:11Speaker 8: Someone smile.
- 31:15Speaker 2: On June twelfth, twenty twenty two, cops were called to
- 31:18the scene of a car accident that took place in
- 31:20a parking garage. A culpable driver was identified as kindergarten
- 31:24teacher Alison.
- 31:25Speaker 7: Let me talk to you over here. Okay, okay, So
- 31:30what happened?
- 31:31Speaker 8: Well, honestly, the acing my cars, I was snixing my hair.
- 31:34I didn't realize.
- 31:35Speaker 22: They're breaking as fast as they were. There's a big line,
- 31:38and I literally just smacked into him. I had two
- 31:41shots in one drink.
- 31:43Speaker 2: Right off the bat. Allison incriminates herself and admits to
- 31:46drinking before the accident, but tries to undermine it by
- 31:49suggesting she didn't drink that much. What she doesn't know
- 31:52is that drinking and driving is against the law, regardless
- 31:56of the amount of alcohol that was consumed, and will
- 31:58always result in some sort of legal consequences. So she
- 32:02just made this cops job a lot easier right now.
- 32:05Speaker 10: If you had to wreak yourself on a scale if
- 32:07you're to ten, if you're being completely sober, attending the
- 32:09most intoxicated you've ever been in your life, where you
- 32:12say you are right.
- 32:12Speaker 8: Now, probably like a five, like definitely, Like.
- 32:16Speaker 10: Yeah, okay, so you're feeling it, I feel yeah, okay
- 32:20with that mind, do you think it's a good idea
- 32:21for you to be driving right now?
- 32:22Speaker 8: I mean I definitely thought I was okay to drive, Like, okay.
- 32:25Speaker 10: Given what's happened, is your opinion changed?
- 32:27Speaker 7: Perhaps?
- 32:28Speaker 22: I mean no, because I was genuinely finishing, like like
- 32:31I said, like the ac in my car was out fixing,
- 32:34I was trying to pull out my hair and I
- 32:35was stupid.
- 32:37Speaker 10: Gotcha, if I were to hand you the keys to
- 32:39a school bust little kids right now, would you feel
- 32:40safe driving that?
- 32:42Speaker 8: Probably not? Because I am an education manager.
- 32:44Speaker 22: Like do you care like I would never care for
- 32:47kids intoxicated ever?
- 32:49Speaker 10: Okay, So you think because you are intoxicated, probably not
- 32:52safe to be driving kids around?
- 32:55Speaker 8: I wanted, gotcha? Otherwise reliable?
- 32:58Speaker 10: Would you be willing to do a couple of test
- 32:59make sure it's good to be driving?
- 33:01Speaker 2: Alison confidently agrees to the field sobriety tests, thinking that
- 33:05being a five out of ten sober is enough for
- 33:08her to drive, but in reality, any amount of alcohol
- 33:11consumed can have a negative effect on the ability to
- 33:14safely operate a vehicle, and after performing the field sobriety tests,
- 33:18the officer confirmed that Allison wasn't safe to drive. However,
- 33:22she has a different opinion.
- 33:24Speaker 4: How did you think you.
- 33:24Speaker 8: Did on those tests?
- 33:26Speaker 10: I okay, felt like you did fine. Like if you
- 33:31had to rate this up where we're talking like like.
- 33:37Speaker 8: Irobably look at eight, like at least passing, So I ate.
- 33:40Speaker 10: It out of ten?
- 33:41Speaker 17: Ye?
- 33:42Speaker 10: Okay, hypothetical, do you think if you were to drive it,
- 33:45an eight out of ten is necessarily safe that they're
- 33:47a twenty percent chance he might be running somebody overn like?
- 33:51Speaker 8: Obviously I always want my friends to who's drive? Yes?
- 33:56Speaker 10: I thought I was okay to get to the Okay,
- 34:00based on everything that's happened tonight, okay, with with the
- 34:02crash that happened here signs of intoxication I'm seeing once
- 34:06on the test. I don't think it's safe you can
- 34:08be driving tonight, okay, friend? Uh nope, So if you
- 34:12can play on your back, you're under a rest.
- 34:13Speaker 1: Of d WI right now.
- 34:14Speaker 8: Okay.
- 34:15Speaker 2: The officer immediately concluded that she was too drunk to
- 34:17drive and placed her under arrest. You'd expect that Allison
- 34:20would feel at least a little guilty, but that wasn't
- 34:23the case. She went from crying to smiling and joking
- 34:26around with her friends.
- 34:38Speaker 17: I'm not gonna lie.
- 34:39Speaker 11: What was the test?
- 34:40Speaker 8: I did fucking good? So why he told me? I fail?
- 34:43I followed his fingers. I was fucking on and all.
- 34:47Speaker 21: I could see was fucking walking test.
- 34:52Speaker 8: Are you yes? I'm wait. I think we just tried
- 34:57to call back. I was fixing my driving.
- 35:03Speaker 21: Of course, you're sorry.
- 35:07Speaker 6: I'm sorry.
- 35:07Speaker 21: I'm not even that dun I've had two shots in
- 35:10the day. Will you put my mug shot on a
- 35:13T shirt? Don't be not any like.
- 35:18Speaker 8: I'm trying to be.
- 35:18Speaker 22: A tea shirt and my dad's dead, so I don't
- 35:21want to be lectured right now.
- 35:28Speaker 8: I sure be real, okay, but wait.
- 35:31Speaker 20: To be sick.
- 35:37Speaker 1: I really haven't met that many people that.
- 35:39Speaker 8: Are excited for this.
- 35:45Speaker 2: Posing for pictures while getting arrested and having a mug
- 35:48shot on a T shirt is probably not the best
- 35:51look for a kindergarten teacher. Allison was taken to a
- 35:54jail facility where she would spend the rest of her night.
- 35:56She faces charges of d w Y and for first
- 35:59time offend her bail bond and be up to three
- 36:02thousand dollars. These are the disgusting crimes committed by teachers.
- 36:06What happens when it's a school principle who commits the crime.
- 36:09Speaker 8: I have to go to the bathroom.
- 36:11Speaker 5: I understand that, but you're not gonna piss in that
- 36:14push over there.
- 36:15Speaker 2: On August thirtieth, twenty twenty two, police rushed to the
- 36:18scene after middle school principal Aretha Dooley Molloy crashed and
- 36:21caused property damage to two houses. But when they asked
- 36:25Aretha what had happened, she didn't plan on telling the
- 36:27truth what happened.
- 36:29Speaker 8: I just have to go to the bathroom.
- 36:30Speaker 2: Stun okay, but you're not.
- 36:32Speaker 4: You're not answering my question from me, Yes.
- 36:33Speaker 8: Sir, what happened? I just have to go to the bathroom.
- 36:37Speaker 3: No, that's not the question that I asked.
- 36:39Speaker 4: What question? My question that I'm asking you is there
- 36:41was no accidents? Then there was no look at your vehicle.
- 36:45Speaker 8: I look at the vehicles. Hold on, Hold on, I
- 36:47just have to go to the bathroom.
- 36:48Speaker 4: You're not understanding me.
- 36:49Speaker 8: I need you to look when your vehicle is right.
- 36:51I need you to see that all of your airbags
- 36:53have deployed.
- 36:54Speaker 12: They had.
- 36:55Speaker 4: You do not have shoes on right now.
- 36:56Speaker 12: I took them off in the car because I came
- 36:58back to speak to you, sir.
- 37:00Speaker 2: She said that she was fine, as if her damaged
- 37:02car behind her wasn't all the proof that the cops needed,
- 37:05But as she tried to dodge the officer's questions, she
- 37:08lost her balance, which made it clear that she was
- 37:10far from fine. Lloyd was drunk and unstable, and everyone
- 37:14knew it.
- 37:14Speaker 8: Can you just get the license registration insurance from me?
- 37:17Speaker 4: Yes?
- 37:18Speaker 8: Can I just go to the bathroom?
- 37:20Speaker 1: Please?
- 37:21Speaker 4: I need I need to I need.
- 37:22Speaker 8: To deal with this first and then then we go.
- 37:24I just want to go to the bathroom. I can't
- 37:26hold it.
- 37:28Speaker 6: I cannot hold you standing.
- 37:29Speaker 8: But right now you're involved in the vehicle. I'm not
- 37:33your driveway.
- 37:34Speaker 4: This is not your driveway.
- 37:37Speaker 8: Driveway. I pulled over because they asked.
- 37:40Speaker 5: Me to pull over.
- 37:40Speaker 8: I have to go to the bathroom. I'm just asking,
- 37:42can I please go to the bathroom, sir, that's all
- 37:45I have to do.
- 37:46Speaker 7: Let me let me ask you a question.
- 37:47Speaker 8: Yes, okay, have you have you.
- 37:49Speaker 3: Been drinking today?
- 37:51Speaker 8: Earlier today? I was earlier today. Yes, I can't do this.
- 37:56Speaker 12: I'm I'm asking my father retired, started to detect to
- 38:01the New York and.
- 38:03Speaker 8: There was the bathroom.
- 38:05Speaker 2: Surprisingly, Molloy thought mentioning her father's police connection would get
- 38:09her special treatment, but there was no chance of that happening.
- 38:13She insisted on using the bathroom, but the cops knew
- 38:15it was all a lie and got tired of repeating
- 38:18themselves after a while.
- 38:25Speaker 8: I didn't hit anything. I just need to stop to
- 38:27the bathroom. I'm fine. My license just fell there. I
- 38:32have my license. It fell there. It fell on the side, sir.
- 38:40I just had to go to the bathroom.
- 38:42Speaker 12: And I just told I had to really go to
- 38:44the bathroom really bad.
- 38:46Speaker 5: Okay, I understand that, but we're a little limited on
- 38:49options as drivers are around.
- 38:51Speaker 8: Thom right, thank you so much, thank you. I really
- 38:55have to gothom. Okay, we're gonna let her. Look, let's
- 39:00let's be moving.
- 39:01Speaker 2: At this point, the cops are starting to get annoyed
- 39:04by Malloy, so they decided to quickly do the sobriety
- 39:06tests and get it over with. Little did they know
- 39:09malloy really needs to use the bathroom.
- 39:12Speaker 12: I'll take the test by really, okay, sir, I got you.
- 39:16Speaker 8: Like like I said, you take the test or you
- 39:19come with me and cuss.
- 39:20Speaker 4: Those are the only two.
- 39:21Speaker 8: Options that I'm giving you right now. I will take
- 39:23the test, Okay.
- 39:24Speaker 11: I understand to have to do before you use it,
- 39:28just saying I have to.
- 39:30Speaker 4: We understand.
- 39:31Speaker 8: You have been telling me that you have to use
- 39:33the bathroom since I got it. That's it, Okay, I
- 39:35got you take the toe.
- 39:36Speaker 3: I can't We're.
- 39:39Speaker 8: This cuss right, take this test or you're coming to handcuffs.
- 39:42Speaker 3: So my partner's gonna read from a book cloud and
- 39:45I'm gonna demonstrate the test so you can see it,
- 39:47and then you're going to perform.
- 39:49Speaker 1: I understand that, but you're.
- 39:51Speaker 10: Not gonna piss in that push over there say.
- 39:55Speaker 2: After about five more minutes of complaining about the bathroom,
- 39:58the officers finally got hur perform the sobriety test, and
- 40:01once the first test was done, mlloy started claiming to
- 40:04have a medical condition and couldn't continue any further.
- 40:07Speaker 1: So real quick. Sure are you refusing to conduct this
- 40:11test right now?
- 40:12Speaker 8: Because whatever medical conditions?
- 40:14Speaker 12: When I'm saying, what I'm stating to you is that
- 40:19I have to use the bathroom.
- 40:21Speaker 8: So let me ask you this.
- 40:22Speaker 2: Are you able to perform this test?
- 40:24Speaker 12: I am unable to postform for the test that you're
- 40:28asking will to persform.
- 40:29Speaker 8: So that's both both tests. That's both ok But I
- 40:32can do what Ivant need to do.
- 40:34Speaker 6: Okay, manager, just do me a favorite ccenara for Johnathant.
- 40:39Speaker 8: Okay, I can do it, No, sir, I can do it.
- 40:42Speaker 2: Going from having a medical condition to being fine is impressive. However,
- 40:47it was too late for Eloi, and after a little resistance,
- 40:50she was arrested and put in the back of the car.
- 40:52But back in the station, she wasn't done fighting yet.
- 40:55Speaker 20: I'm gonna go back because I think there's a lottle
- 40:57confusion of what's going on. I'm must say this one
- 41:00more time, last time, last chance, it's on body camera.
- 41:04Speaker 2: I will go to court that day came.
- 41:06Speaker 20: The law requires you to submit samples of your breath
- 41:09for testing. Will you submit samples of your breath? Yes
- 41:12or no?
- 41:14Speaker 8: I can't ask any questions, okay, that's.
- 41:16Speaker 4: A refusal.
- 41:20Speaker 8: Anything. I'm just asking why.
- 41:25Speaker 20: Okay, Can I ask where we got a fingerprint you?
- 41:30And then we'll be on the way. Okay, But just
- 41:31so you know, I've read that.
- 41:33Speaker 4: At least ten times.
- 41:34Speaker 20: My partner tried to read the other thing at least
- 41:37and each time I made a.
- 41:38Speaker 4: Claire you said.
- 41:40Speaker 2: Molloy's uncooperative behavior continued for over an hour, where she
- 41:44refused to take a breathalyzer test and repeatedly pulled her
- 41:47hand away when police tried to fingerprint her.
- 41:50Speaker 12: You're doing it, and you're well, you need to do it.
- 41:54Can someone else do it? I put it in here,
- 41:59I'm asked, I'm asking.
- 42:01Speaker 1: And I'm telling you.
- 42:02Speaker 12: I'm telling you to go back into the cell. Why
- 42:06I'm telling you to go back into understand what you're
- 42:08telling you, but why I went to the bathroom.
- 42:11Speaker 1: I washed my hands.

- 42:16telling you time.
- 42:17Speaker 4: Tell again, can you go into the self?
- 42:19Speaker 1: Peast?
- 42:19Speaker 8: But I'm willing to put it up there.

- 42:30Speaker 12: I kill less.
- 42:30Speaker 20: I'll go back in the stand, go back to.
