- 2:56Speaker 2: that happened about thirty years ago, the excell executive.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Uh, yeah, okay, there's a breaking news thirty years ago.
- 3:05Speaker 1: What was it?
- 3:06Speaker 2: Well, I mentioned it because of the kidnapp and we're
- 3:09Speaker 2: not talking about now because of the war. But the man,
- 3:12Speaker 2: the man's body was disposed of here about five miles
- 3:17Speaker 2: from here in the pines.
- 3:18Speaker 1: And did you have anything to do with it? Yeah?
- 3:22Speaker 2: Right, that was up in North Jersey.
- 3:24Speaker 1: Oh okay, Oh, North Jersey that's kind of a big
- 3:28Speaker 1: change for you.
- 3:30Speaker 2: Sydney Sydney Risso yeah, that was the man's name.
- 3:35Speaker 1: Maybe all right? Well great, well, thank you for timing
- 3:38Speaker 1: that up. We were all wondering what the hell's going
- 3:39Speaker 1: on with the phone today? Every call is, we're every
- 3:42Speaker 1: call is, let's get one somebody normal here, Tommy mend
- 3:45Speaker 1: of New Jersey, Tommy, how you doing? Hey?
- 3:48Speaker 2: Mark?
- 3:48Speaker 1: How are you good? That was like a normal guy. Finally,
- 3:51Speaker 1: go ahead, thanks trying.
- 3:55Speaker 5: To publicize some IRS malfeasons. Long story short. After my divorce,
- 3:59Speaker 5: I behind and tax and infidents of a payment plan
- 4:02Speaker 5: with the IRS. I checked my balance about four and
- 4:05Speaker 5: a half years later, and not one dollar was applied
- 4:09Speaker 5: to reduce my principle.
- 4:11Speaker 1: Well, how much interest? You know, that's one thing that IRS.
- 4:15Speaker 1: They put a ton of interest on it.
- 4:19Speaker 5: But even still it should go every payment a portion
- 4:21Speaker 5: should go to interest.
- 4:22Speaker 1: Abortion go, I don't know. You got to pay off
- 4:25Speaker 1: that interest first? I think how far? How how far
- 4:28Speaker 1: behind it.
- 4:31Speaker 5: It was in the you know, five figures. But even
- 4:34Speaker 5: with that and the interest amount I should have had,
- 4:37Speaker 5: I should have paid the interest, you know, about a
- 4:40Speaker 5: year and a half or two years in so.
- 4:42Speaker 1: When you had this problem, you get yourself a good
- 4:44Speaker 1: accountant or a lawyer or something to negotiate with the IRS.
- 4:48Speaker 5: Well, yeah, I reached out to one of the tax
- 4:51Speaker 5: companies that advised and yeah, they actually worked with me,
- 4:54Speaker 5: and I've in the process of solving this. But to me,
- 4:57Speaker 5: I mean, any loan you paid down principle and it
- 5:02Speaker 5: should have clearly broken the.
- 5:03Speaker 1: Interesting It depends how depends how you negotiated. You got
- 5:06Speaker 1: to get one of those who's that sponsor we had
- 5:08Speaker 1: for years that helps you with the I R s.
- 5:10Speaker 1: They going to negotiate for you. You need one of
- 5:13Speaker 1: those kind of companies.
- 5:14Speaker 5: Yeah, I did, and they said they call this the
- 5:17Speaker 5: pay forever plan. The IRS keeps you on.
- 5:20Speaker 2: They do it on purpose, so.
- 5:24Speaker 5: I just think they're playing games. And again, the interest
- 5:28Speaker 5: would have been paid off in about a year and
- 5:29Speaker 5: a half or two years. I was paying four and
- 5:31Speaker 5: a half.
- 5:32Speaker 1: Well, good luck with it. We hope you straightened up.
- 5:33Speaker 1: But I would get a better lawyer or something. One
- 5:35Speaker 1: of my doctor Meltzer. I can't tell you what to
- 5:37Speaker 1: do with the I R s. Uh anyway, Uh, we
- 5:42Speaker 1: normally we get the best callers, the most interesting, upscale, fine,
- 5:47Speaker 1: fun happy callers. I don't know today. Everybody's got a problem,
- 5:50Speaker 1: everybody's miserable, everybody's hey. When we come back, we'll take
- 5:54Speaker 1: a look at the jobs numbers. We're supposed to be good.
- 5:58Speaker 1: Everybody thought it'd be a great jobs part to add
- 6:00Speaker 1: fifty thousand jobs. I think it was down ninety thousand.
- 6:02Speaker 1: It didn't look good at all. And to make matters
- 6:05Speaker 1: even worse, the good numbers from previous month, they just
- 6:09Speaker 1: revised those down. So what the hell is going on?
- 6:12Speaker 1: We'll talk to the best guy you could talk to
- 6:14Speaker 1: on this subject, John Carney, Breitbart Business Digest. This is
- 6:19Speaker 1: the best business writer right now, and nobody better at
- 6:23Speaker 1: analyzing this stuff. We'll find out what the real problem
- 6:25Speaker 1: is and what's going to happen with oil prices and
- 6:27Speaker 1: what will happen with the stock market. We'll get to
- 6:29Speaker 1: that next on seven to ten wor
