- 0:00Speaker 1: Where or comes for common sense?
- 0:03Speaker 2: Mark Simon on sevent ten WI.
- 0:06Speaker 3: Well, let's take some calls. Let's go to uh, Margie
- 0:10Speaker 3: Hudson Valley. Margie, how you doing?
- 0:13Speaker 2: Hi?
- 0:13Speaker 1: Mark? I am fine. I love talking to you, and
- 0:17Speaker 1: I just wanted to before I ask you this question,
- 0:19Speaker 1: I just wanted to give you one more reason why
- 0:21Speaker 1: your listeners should go to Lincoln Tech. And that's because are.
- 0:25Speaker 3: You're the professor right, you're teaching a college?
- 0:27Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 0:29Speaker 3: Lincoln Tech is one of the I think actually probably
- 0:32Speaker 3: the best trade school of all. Even the President Trump
- 0:34Speaker 3: saying a lot of kids or trade school is the answer,
- 0:37Speaker 3: they shouldn't all be going to college. But you're a professor,
- 0:40Speaker 3: tell us why?
- 0:42Speaker 1: But because there are three modes of learning kinesthetic, visual,
- 0:45Speaker 1: and auditory. And the visual mode forget it, because everybody
- 0:49Speaker 1: just goes to AI. And it's ridiculous. Any little book,
- 0:55Speaker 1: play notes, written on a cocktail, map, can or something
- 1:01Speaker 1: is all online somewhere. So all the kids do is
- 1:03Speaker 1: google it, copy and paste it. They don't do any writing,
- 1:06Speaker 1: they don't do anythinking. It's absolutely absurd. And if you
- 1:11Speaker 1: have a kinesthetic skill like welding or electric or plumbing,
- 1:18Speaker 1: that's a real skill. Nobody can google that. That job
- 1:21Speaker 1: is not going to China. So if you can do that,
- 1:25Speaker 1: you will absolutely really have something that's valuable. The boss
- 1:29Speaker 1: can count on it. And there's also a perfect line
- 1:32Speaker 1: of demarcation. Now, Mark, did you get your college degree
- 1:35Speaker 1: before AI or after AI? Because if you get your
- 1:40Speaker 1: college degree after AI, it's just about worthless because nobody's
- 1:44Speaker 1: going to believe you did the work unless you're there
- 1:47Speaker 1: for a long time and you prove it. But if
- 1:50Speaker 1: you go to Lincoln Tech, then you've really got a skill.
- 1:53Speaker 3: So wow. And you don't work for Lincoln Tech. You
- 1:56Speaker 3: work in a normal, regular old college.
- 2:00Speaker 1: Yeah, one of those schools.
- 2:01Speaker 3: Well, Margie, you are a great caller. I love that
- 2:05Speaker 3: big fat brain of yours. It's very good.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Okay, I thank you. I have one question. I'd like
- 2:11Speaker 1: to know what is Nancy Melicicent Pelosi doing. Now she's
- 2:16Speaker 1: such a backroom politician that we don't hear about her,
- 2:20Speaker 1: but I know she's doing something. So what is she
- 2:22Speaker 1: up to these days?
- 2:23Speaker 3: Well, she's made a fortune. She's the greatest the stock
- 2:26Speaker 3: investor ever. She's up to about seven hundred million. That's
- 2:29Speaker 3: all insider trading. But Gordon Gecko never made her kind
- 2:33Speaker 3: of money. Well, Margie call us again, great talking to you.
- 2:37Speaker 3: Let's go to Ken in Brooklyn. Ken, how you doing,
- 2:42Speaker 3: Good morning, Malk.
- 2:43Speaker 1: I'm thinking of Vance twenty twenty eight. I think when
- 2:45Speaker 1: he announces he should rebrand MAGA make America Great Always.
- 2:50Speaker 3: All right? I like that. That's very good. You can
- 2:52Speaker 3: keep the same hats, save a lot of money because
- 2:54Speaker 3: I've already made like a couple million of these hats.
- 2:56Speaker 3: Oh well, let's go to Vincent and Brooklyn.
- 2:59Speaker 2: Vincent doing, good morning, Mark, Mark, I'm okay, Good morning, Marra.
- 3:04Speaker 2: Marge is right because last week I had a plumber
- 3:06Speaker 2: come to my house. The guy was here for a
- 3:09Speaker 2: half hour and I had a fork over three hundred
- 3:13Speaker 2: and eighty one dollars. That's not bad for her. And
- 3:16Speaker 2: the parts that he installed only cost around sixty dollars,
- 3:20Speaker 2: So all in all, three hundred and twenty dollars clean.
- 3:24Speaker 2: That's that's not bad for a half hour's work. Mark.
- 3:28Speaker 2: Who is Martin Sheen to talk about Donald Trump? Compare
- 3:33Speaker 2: the children that Martin Sheen raised mainly Charlie not a
- 3:38Speaker 2: melio to Donald Trump's children. Martin Sheen is not the
- 3:44Speaker 2: paradigm of fatherhood. What were you gonna say?
- 3:49Speaker 3: That's a good question.
- 3:51Speaker 2: Look, I mean, compare my Charlie Sheen. Look at him now,
- 3:55Speaker 2: he's out of work. He blew all his money on
- 3:58Speaker 2: cocaine and paying for to have sex with pornos stars
- 4:03Speaker 2: that he got a contracted aids from. Compare that to
- 4:08Speaker 2: Donald Donald Trump's children all successful, all of them, and
- 4:12Speaker 2: now Baron is starting his own business and everything in
- 4:15Speaker 2: real estate business if I'm correct, a real estate business, right, yeah, Okay.
- 4:21Speaker 2: Another thing about Letitia James that in addition to the
- 4:25Speaker 2: favorable mortgage rates when she lied on the application form.
- 4:31Speaker 2: I don't know how it is in Virginia, but in
- 4:34Speaker 2: New York, you will get a tax break on the
- 4:39Speaker 2: if you own multiple properties on the pat you'll get
- 4:42Speaker 2: a tax break in the building. If you live in
- 4:46Speaker 2: one of the buildings that you own on that building,
- 4:50Speaker 2: you will get a tax break, and not on any
- 4:53Speaker 2: of it.
- 4:54Speaker 3: Is Yeah, the same thing in Virginia. She got a
- 4:55Speaker 3: huge tax break, she got a huge mortgage rate break. Everything,
- 4:59Speaker 3: she saved herself a lot of money.
- 5:00Speaker 2: Mark, she gained the system. Mark. I'm telling you, Chris, Yes,
- 5:05Speaker 2: go ahead. A couple of weeks ago, the city sent
- 5:10Speaker 2: the receipts for the building registration forms that you have
- 5:14Speaker 2: to fill out by August thirty first every year. And
- 5:19Speaker 2: on there there's there's legitimate what the building is. Now
- 5:25Speaker 2: she puts something else on there.
- 5:27Speaker 3: Yeah, she deceived a lot of there's more charges coming. Vincent,
- 5:30Speaker 3: we gotta go. We got the news, but I hear
- 5:32Speaker 3: there's more indictments coming. Great call when we come back.
- 5:35Speaker 3: Jimmy Fayala will be with us next on seven to
- 5:38Speaker 3: ten wor
