Officials in Evansville are celebrating the opening of The Vault on Main, a $60 million mixed-use development in the city's downtown. Valparaiso-based convenience store chain Family Express is set to acquire all six Leo's Market & Eatery locations. The Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles says it has sold more than 380,000 “blackout” license plates in the year since the minimalist design launched — generating $12.9 million.
