- 0:30Speaker 2: hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:34Speaker 2: This is Wayne Allen Root, raw and unfiltered, but America's
- 0:37Speaker 2: favorite conservative rock star, direct from the entertainment capital of
- 0:41Speaker 2: the world.
- 0:42Speaker 3: Las Vegas. What time is it?
- 0:44Speaker 2: It's time for War! Here's your host, 100% raw truth,
- 0:57Speaker 2: 100% American made, the warrior, Wayne Allen Root.
- 1:16Speaker 4: All right.
- 1:17Speaker 3: Wayne Allen Root, welcome to the show, Warzone Live. We
- 1:20Speaker 3: got so many guests jammed into today's show. There's so
- 1:23Speaker 3: much going on. You know, we've got Jerome Corsi and
- 1:26Speaker 3: Peter Tickton. We promised you 10 straight days of them
- 1:30Speaker 3: proving there is massive voter fraud. And they say at
- 1:35Speaker 3: the direction of the president to be on my show
- 1:38Speaker 3: exclusively with the first look at the election fraud that
- 1:41Speaker 3: then he may use to to declare some sort of
- 1:45Speaker 3: a national security emergency. I don't know if it's going
- 1:46Speaker 3: to be my exact idea or it's going to be
- 1:49Speaker 3: some version of it. We'll see if that happens or not.
- 1:52Speaker 3: I just want to mention two things before I get
- 1:54Speaker 3: to a commentary, and then we'll get to Jerome and Peter.
- 1:58Speaker 3: And then we have another guest with a fascinating story
- 2:01Speaker 3: of what's going on in America, even right here in
- 2:03Speaker 3: Las Vegas. But I want to mention... What's going on
- 2:07Speaker 3: in France right now and what you've heard if you
- 2:09Speaker 3: watch the mainstream media is it's students' protests and it's peaceful.
- 2:13Speaker 3: In reality, the entire France is being burned down. Every
- 2:17Speaker 3: city is being burned to the ground. And the protesters,
- 2:21Speaker 3: like Black Lives Matter, are all Muslim scum. They're Muslim
- 2:26Speaker 3: radical migrants. that they never should have let in their country,
- 2:29Speaker 3: and now they're burning the country down. That's the thanks
- 2:32Speaker 3: for letting people in your country. This is the reason
- 2:34Speaker 3: why you need closed borders. Instead of Black Lives Matter,
- 2:37Speaker 3: it's Muslim Thugs Matter. M-T-M. Muslim Thugs Matter. I've made
- 2:43Speaker 3: up a name for their organization. And the country is
- 2:46Speaker 3: being burned to the ground. Second story I want to
- 2:48Speaker 3: mention before I get to my commentary, and I've got
- 2:50Speaker 3: to keep my voice well watered so it doesn't disappear
- 2:53Speaker 3: on me. Too much talking, even over the weekend. Super
- 2:58Speaker 3: Bowl winning Eagles, Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts out for
- 3:02Speaker 3: the season after a scary health update. He's got blood
- 3:05Speaker 3: clots in his body. And I've got the proof from 2021.
- 3:10Speaker 3: Just like every time a person gets sick or is
- 3:13Speaker 3: dying or is dead, you look it up. And in 2021,
- 3:16Speaker 3: they all said, I got the vaccine. I'm Mr. Vaccine.
- 3:21Speaker 3: I want everyone to get the COVID vaccine. It was
- 3:25Speaker 3: like a joke. They were like showmen. The vaccine! The
- 3:30Speaker 3: vaccine has killed and injured everyone. People are so sick.
- 3:34Speaker 3: I have like 50 friends who texted me in the
- 3:37Speaker 3: last month that said, my family is sick. My friends
- 3:40Speaker 3: are sick. It's amazing how many people are really devastatingly
- 3:45Speaker 3: sick from the vaccine or dead from the COVID vaccine.
- 3:48Speaker 3: They all have the same thing in common. They took
- 3:49Speaker 3: the vaccine. And this quarterback... Supo winning quarterback Jalen Hurts,
- 3:55Speaker 3: who actually guided his team twice to the Supo in
- 3:58Speaker 3: the last few years, once he won it and once
- 3:59Speaker 3: he lost it, but he's been in the Supo twice,
- 4:02Speaker 3: and he's likely out for the season with blood clots,
- 4:04Speaker 3: and he bragged in 2021 that he's a leader, and
- 4:08Speaker 3: so he took his COVID-19 vaccine like a good boy.
- 4:13Speaker 3: And now his whole career is threatened, and he's out
- 4:15Speaker 3: for the season, and the Philadelphia season is probably gone.
- 4:19Speaker 3: And so... don't take that COVID vaccine. Don't ever get
- 4:22Speaker 3: another booster. Don't take the flu shot. Flu shot is
- 4:25Speaker 3: now mRNA. Don't go near it, anywhere near it. It's
- 4:27Speaker 3: the same as the COVID vaccine. All right, my commentary
- 4:30Speaker 3: that I wrote, I was inspired to write last night late.
- 4:33Speaker 3: It's titled, I don't mean to be rude, but if
- 4:37Speaker 3: you're not voting for Trump and the GOP in the midterms,
- 4:40Speaker 3: you're either a communist, radical Muslim, delusional, easily brainwashed, or
- 4:45Speaker 3: dumb as a doorknob. I hear people grumbling that they're
- 4:49Speaker 3: staying home for the midterms because they're disappointed in President
- 4:52Speaker 3: Trump and or the GOP Congress. I hear others saying
- 4:55Speaker 3: they will vote Democrat as a protest vote against high
- 4:58Speaker 3: gas prices. Can I be blunt? You are either fools, idiots, brainwashed, gaslighted,
- 5:04Speaker 3: or dumb as effing doorknobs. No, Trump isn't perfect. But
- 5:09Speaker 3: what's that famous saying that I live by? Never let
- 5:12Speaker 3: the perfect get in the way of the good. And
- 5:14Speaker 3: let me tell you, Trump is damn good. He's not perfect,
- 5:19Speaker 3: but he's damn good. Trump's the best we've ever had.
- 5:21Speaker 3: And I promise you, he's the best you're ever going
- 5:24Speaker 3: to get. He fights every day to make America great again.
- 5:27Speaker 3: And who is he fighting? Who is he up against?
- 5:30Speaker 3: The whole damn world. The deep state, the D.C. swamp,
- 5:35Speaker 3: the CIA of our own government, the globalists. the communists,
- 5:38Speaker 3: the entire Democrat Party, every Democrat in Congress, the establishment
- 5:43Speaker 3: of both parties, a ton of rhinos in the House
- 5:46Speaker 3: and Senate, almost every judge in America, the entire federal government,
- 5:50Speaker 3: government employee unions, and 22 million federal, state, and local
- 5:54Speaker 3: government employees, the Federal Reserve, the entire mainstream media, the
- 5:59Speaker 3: entire social media, the entire education system, the teachers unions,
- 6:03Speaker 3: public school teachers and college professors, Hollywood, Madison Avenue, the
- 6:08Speaker 3: United Nations, the WHO, World Health Organization, and throw in
- 6:13Speaker 3: governments and spy agencies of every other country in the world.
- 6:17Speaker 3: with the exception of Israel and Argentina. They're all against us.
- 6:20Speaker 3: They're all against Trump. Trump fights all of them every day,
- 6:24Speaker 3: 24 hours a day, and still look at what he delivered.
- 6:28Speaker 3: And if you read mainstream media or listen or watch
- 6:30Speaker 3: mainstream media, you only hear the negative. You never hear
- 6:34Speaker 3: the amazing accomplishments of Trump. Trump gave you the largest
- 6:38Speaker 3: tax cuts in history. Trump gave you $ 43 billion in
- 6:41Speaker 3: the largest tax refunds in history. He gave you no
- 6:45Speaker 3: tax on tips if you work in the service industry.
- 6:49Speaker 3: He gave you no tax on overtime if you're a
- 6:51Speaker 3: blue-collar worker. He gave you no tax on Social Security
- 6:55Speaker 3: if you're a senior. He gave you $ 1, 000 tax refunds
- 6:58Speaker 3: if you're on Obamacare. He gave you $ 90 Medicare refund checks.
- 7:03Speaker 3: Mine just arrived in the mail a few days ago.
- 7:05Speaker 3: I put it in the bank today if you're on Medicare.
- 7:08Speaker 3: He gave every child born in America in the past
- 7:10Speaker 3: year a savings account, courtesy of the government. He cut
- 7:14Speaker 3: everyone's prescription drug costs dramatically. And now he's promising if
- 7:18Speaker 3: the GOP holds the House and the Senate, a $ 5, 000
- 7:21Speaker 3: per person bonus, which, of course, if you're math challenged,
- 7:25Speaker 3: if you're a Democrat and you're a moron. And you
- 7:28Speaker 3: can't add, that adds up to a $ 10, 000 bonus for
- 7:31Speaker 3: every couple. $ 10, 000 the government's going to hand you if
- 7:34Speaker 3: we retain the House and the Senate. And you're not happy?
- 7:38Speaker 3: You want to stay home and let Democrats win? But wait,
- 7:42Speaker 3: I'm just getting started. Trump secured the border like never
- 7:47Speaker 3: before in history. Trump not only deported or forced self-deportation
- 7:53Speaker 3: of 3 million illegal aliens and counting, But most importantly,
- 7:56Speaker 3: he kicked hundreds of thousands of serious, violent, illegal, alien
- 7:59Speaker 3: felons out of the country. And that may save the
- 8:02Speaker 3: life of your child or spouse one day. As a
- 8:06Speaker 3: result of that, Trump produced violent crime and murder to
- 8:09Speaker 3: the lowest levels in 100 years. You're not happy about that?
- 8:12Speaker 3: Trump literally ended DEI at every company in America, which
- 8:15Speaker 3: means now you get hired based on your talent, not
- 8:18Speaker 3: the color of your skin. You're not happy about that? Now,
- 8:22Speaker 3: here comes a controversial one that I know not everyone
- 8:24Speaker 3: agrees with. Trump fought a war to prevent Iran, the
- 8:27Speaker 3: world's worst terrorist sponsor, from getting nukes. And whether you
- 8:31Speaker 3: approve or not, years from now, we may all look
- 8:34Speaker 3: back in history and see that Trump prevented World War
- 8:37Speaker 3: III or the world being held hostage by Iran or
- 8:41Speaker 3: nuclear Armageddon with tens of millions of us dead. And
- 8:45Speaker 3: he might have saved tens of millions of lives. and
- 8:47Speaker 3: World War III, and all you sacrificed was a temporary
- 8:51Speaker 3: rise in gas prices. And even if you hate the
- 8:54Speaker 3: Iran war, even after everything I just said, Trump never
- 8:58Speaker 3: put boots on the ground, and in a nine-month war,
- 9:01Speaker 3: we've lost 21 American soldiers. More Americans are shot and
- 9:06Speaker 3: killed every weekend in one city run by Democrats, Chicago.
- 9:11Speaker 3: Are you outraged over all the deaths from the war
- 9:13Speaker 3: being fought on the streets of Democrat-controlled Chicago? If not,
- 9:17Speaker 3: you're the world's biggest hypocrite. And as far as the economy, yes,
- 9:21Speaker 3: there is inflation. Yes, prices are high. Yes, I know
- 9:24Speaker 3: millions of working-class and middle-class Americans are hurting because of
- 9:27Speaker 3: high prices for gas, groceries, health insurance, and energy bills,
- 9:32Speaker 3: among others. Those are kind of the biggest ones. But
- 9:36Speaker 3: 90% of those high prices were caused by Joe Biden...
- 9:40Speaker 3: and dumb, destructive, suicidal Democrat policies like climate change idiocy,
- 9:46Speaker 3: Green New Deal lunacy, open borders insanity, hundreds of billions
- 9:50Speaker 3: of your taxpayer dollars spent on illegal aliens, and trillions
- 9:55Speaker 3: of your taxpayer dollars stolen by Democrats and their Somali
- 9:59Speaker 3: pals with fake charities, fake NGOs, fake learning centers with
- 10:03Speaker 3: no students, fake hospices with no patients, and $ 2 billion
- 10:08Speaker 3: to Stacey Abrams' company with zero sales and $ 100 in
- 10:11Speaker 3: the bank. But separate from all that, let's take a
- 10:14Speaker 3: deep dive into the Trump economy. History proves... It's possible
- 10:19Speaker 3: to have raging inflation and high prices at the same
- 10:23Speaker 3: time as a booming economy. Guess what? It's happening right now.
- 10:27Speaker 3: We have it right now. Stocks are at all-time highs.
- 10:32Speaker 5: U.S.
- 10:32Speaker 3: Corporate profits... the highest in history. GDP, meaning economic growth,
- 10:37Speaker 3: estimated by the Fed at a rip-roaring, booming 5% in
- 10:41Speaker 3: the third quarter. That's Reagan-esque. Manufacturing, U.S. industrial production growing
- 10:45Speaker 3: at the fastest pace in years. Jobs claims, lowest in
- 10:49Speaker 3: 57 years. Blue-collar jobs are booming.
- 10:52Speaker 4: U.S.
- 10:52Speaker 3: Poverty rate, the lowest in modern history. U.S. household income,
- 10:56Speaker 3: the highest in modern history. Even with high prices, American
- 11:00Speaker 3: paychecks are beating inflation under Trump. The U.S. is now
- 11:04Speaker 3: the world's top exporter and producer of oil and gas.
- 11:08Speaker 3: If you add all of that together and you still
- 11:10Speaker 3: believe the Trump economy is bad, you've been gaslit and
- 11:13Speaker 3: brainwashed like never before in history. But hey, forget about
- 11:18Speaker 3: all the good economic news I just read you. Forget
- 11:22Speaker 3: about all the remarkable achievements of President Trump I just
- 11:24Speaker 3: listed for you. Forget about the $ 10, 000 per couple bonus
- 11:28Speaker 3: you'll get if the GOP wins the midterms. Forget that
- 11:31Speaker 3: the radical extreme Democrat candidates stand for communism, Sharia law,
- 11:36Speaker 3: face coverings for women, forced vaccines, allowing boys to play
- 11:40Speaker 3: girls' sports, and encouraging your son to change into a girl.
- 11:43Speaker 3: Forget about all that. All you need to know is
- 11:45Speaker 3: if you reelect a GOP House and Senate, we will
- 11:48Speaker 3: deport Ilhan Omar back to Somalia. That, my friends, is
- 11:52Speaker 3: like hitting the lottery. It's worth voting GOP just to
- 11:55Speaker 3: watch Ilhan Omar boarding a U.S. government plane in handcuffs
- 11:59Speaker 3: and leg irons while President Trump waves goodbye from the
- 12:03Speaker 3: runway with his middle finger. That, my friends, is what
- 12:06Speaker 3: I call the American dream. So I don't mean to
- 12:09Speaker 3: be rude, but, and it's a big but, If you're
- 12:14Speaker 3: not voting for Trump and the GOP in these midterms,
- 12:17Speaker 3: you're either a communist, radical Muslim, delusional, easily brainwashed, or
- 12:23Speaker 3: dumb as a doorknob. You know, that'll teach you. That'll
- 12:27Speaker 3: teach the Republicans. They did nothing for us. I read
- 12:29Speaker 3: you all that. They did nothing. People say they did nothing.
- 12:34Speaker 3: So I'm going to sit home and let Democrats win.
- 12:38Speaker 3: So you're going to let America be taken over by
- 12:39Speaker 3: communists and Muslim extremists, and you're going to laugh and
- 12:43Speaker 3: be happy and clap and celebrate while America looks like
- 12:46Speaker 3: France and the whole country's burning. You know what you are?
- 12:50Speaker 3: You're a effing numbnuts. That's what you are. You're the
- 12:53Speaker 3: dumbest person in the world. And I understand that Republicans suck, okay?
- 12:58Speaker 3: Just like I keep saying, there's only two choices. You're
- 13:01Speaker 3: in the dating game. Behind door number one, the guy
- 13:04Speaker 3: is bold, fat, ugly, broke, jobless. And behind door number
- 13:08Speaker 3: two is a communist Muslim with 62 wives and most
- 13:13Speaker 3: of them are nine-year-old girls who beats them all. You've
- 13:17Speaker 3: got to choose the fat, ugly, broke guy. There's no choice.
- 13:21Speaker 3: Your daughter can't marry a Muslim who's got 68 wives
- 13:24Speaker 3: and they're mostly nine years old. And he beats them.
- 13:30Speaker 3: There just is no choice. So if you don't like Republicans,
- 13:33Speaker 3: it's OK. Door number one is still better than door
- 13:36Speaker 3: number two. No one's going to beat you and he
- 13:39Speaker 3: doesn't have 68 wives and they're not nine years old.
- 13:42Speaker 3: He's not a pedophile. I should probably describe it from
- 13:45Speaker 3: now on. Behind door number two is a communist Muslim
- 13:48Speaker 3: pedophile who has nine-year-old wives. There just is no choice.
- 13:53Speaker 3: Sometimes you got to take the lesser of two evils.
- 13:55Speaker 3: I'm sorry. So France burns in the background and the
- 14:01Speaker 3: BBC is mocked for coverage of mostly peaceful riots.
- 14:06Speaker 6: It's hilarious.
- 14:07Speaker 3: How we are being gaslit is hilarious. And last story,
- 14:11Speaker 3: and then we'll go to all our interviews. 33 leaders
- 14:14Speaker 3: in America demand mosque moratorium in Texas and Florida investigate
- 14:20Speaker 3: the critical infrastructure of jihad.
- 14:23Speaker 7: Right.
- 14:23Speaker 3: Governor Abbott of Texas and Governor DeSantis of Florida received
- 14:27Speaker 3: an open letter from 33 leaders of patriotic organizations. calling
- 14:30Speaker 3: for investigations into mosques associated with the Muslim Brotherhood and
- 14:34Speaker 3: other Sharia supremacist networks, and for the imposition of temporary
- 14:39Speaker 3: moratoriums on the approval and construction of new mosques in
- 14:42Speaker 3: their respective states. Amen. Glory, glory, hallelujah, amen. And by
- 14:46Speaker 3: the way, El-Sayed, Abdul El-Sayed, the guy running for, not
- 14:51Speaker 3: for governor, for U.S. Senate in Michigan, who I contend
- 14:54Speaker 3: is a Muslim terrorist, basically. Just, it would be a nightmare.
- 14:58Speaker 3: It's like electing a, Idi Amin. It's like electing the
- 15:04Speaker 3: worst Muslim terrorist in the world to be... U.S. Senator,
- 15:09Speaker 3: his sister-in-law, he admits, was on the terror watch list
- 15:13Speaker 3: under Barack Obama. These are the people you're electing. Osama
- 15:16Speaker 3: bin Laden. Let's elect Osama bin Laden as U.S.
- 15:18Speaker 5: Senator.
- 15:19Speaker 3: I mean, it's insanity. All right, we'll be back. We've
- 15:22Speaker 3: got Jerome Corsi and Peter Tickton. We said they'd be
- 15:26Speaker 3: on 10 days in a row now leading into the
- 15:29Speaker 3: election to give you examples of how the elections are
- 15:32Speaker 3: being rigged, cheated, and stolen by Democrats. And we've got them.
- 15:37Speaker 3: right around the corner, and a huge breaking story with
- 15:40Speaker 3: them that will be on with them. We'll be right back.
- 15:43Speaker 3: Don't go anywhere. Hey, Wayne Allen Root, America Speaks. You
- 15:52Speaker 3: call in and we talk about it. Your opinions, your comments,

- 20:33Speaker 3: we have Jerome Corsi standing by. I think Peter Tickton
- 20:37Speaker 3: either won't be on today's show or he'll be a
- 20:39Speaker 3: little bit later. Oh, he's audio right now. Peter Tickton
- 20:42Speaker 3: is audio because we can't do three at once. And
- 20:45Speaker 3: we're adding Dr. Rick Richards. Dr. Jerome Corsi is a
- 20:49Speaker 3: best-selling author. His new book will be released this Thursday, Democrats,
- 20:53Speaker 3: How the Democratic Party Became the Democrat Socialists of America,
- 20:57Speaker 3: Secretly Marxist Jihadist Communists. And that's happening in France right
- 21:02Speaker 3: now as we speak. The communists and the jihad have
- 21:04Speaker 3: gotten together. Peter Tickton's attorney and founder of the Tickton
- 21:07Speaker 3: Law Group, lifelong friend since childhood of President Donald J.
- 21:10Speaker 3: Trump and represented many of the J6 members. J6 activists
- 21:15Speaker 3: who were, you know, they tried to put in jail,
- 21:16Speaker 3: ruin their lives. Dr. Rick Richards is the owner of Ely.
- 21:20Speaker 3: I don't know if I'm pronouncing it right.
- 21:21Speaker 8: Ely.
- 21:22Speaker 3: I'm sorry.
- 21:22Speaker 5: Ely.
- 21:23Speaker 3: E-L-L-Y.
- 21:24Speaker 5: Ely.
- 21:24Speaker 3: The ElectorList software.
- 21:27Speaker 10: Ely.
- 21:28Speaker 3: That's what he calls it. But the website is TheElectorList.com. ElectorList.com.
- 21:34Speaker 3: So let me start with Jerome Corsi. You and Peter
- 21:36Speaker 3: Tickton have been compiling proof, hard evidence of election fraud.
- 21:41Speaker 3: to showcase to President Trump to hopefully get him to
- 21:44Speaker 3: do something before the election, something like my national security
- 21:48Speaker 3: emergency or some version of it, because we're afraid the
- 21:51Speaker 3: election is going to be stolen by Democrats. And you're
- 21:54Speaker 3: providing exclusively on my show, Warzone Live. It's not being
- 21:58Speaker 3: seen or heard about anywhere else in the freaking United
- 22:02Speaker 3: States of America. Why are you doing it on my show?
- 22:06Speaker 1: That's correct.
- 22:07Speaker 9: And there may be Some shows that pick up afterwards,
- 22:10Speaker 9: but the new material will be introduced here always first.
- 22:15Speaker 9: And let me say, Peter Titkin and I have been
- 22:16Speaker 9: working for two years on voter integrity, reporting really to
- 22:20Speaker 9: the president, who commissioned Peter Titkin, who has known the
- 22:25Speaker 9: president since they were in military school together at age 15.
- 22:30Speaker 8: Dr.
- 22:31Speaker 1: Richards is joining us.
- 22:32Speaker 3: Dr.
- 22:32Speaker 9: Richards has a remarkable database that we're utilizing. It has
- 22:36Speaker 9: the records of every registered voter in the United States
- 22:41Speaker 9: as the records of every mail-in ballot. It is cross-referenced
- 22:46Speaker 9: with some 25 additional indices, tax records, post.
- 22:52Speaker 1: Office change of address.
- 22:54Speaker 9: You can see in the Google Maps the actual address,
- 22:58Speaker 9: what the.
- 23:00Speaker 1: Address of the voter looks like. And Dr.
- 23:03Speaker 9: Richards is utilizing this data so that we can state
- 23:07Speaker 9: by state determine which of the ballots and mail-in ballots
- 23:11Speaker 9: that are being sent out and cast are potentially illegal.
- 23:17Speaker 9: So we can identify these for the candidates. And we're
- 23:21Speaker 9: really very thrilled to have Dr.
- 23:24Speaker 1: Richard's database. He is an MD.
- 23:27Speaker 9: He's created 45 companies and is a leading expert in EMS,
- 23:32Speaker 9: emergency medical services software. He spent $ 3 million of his
- 23:37Speaker 9: own money to create this software, and I think it's
- 23:40Speaker 9: a remarkable achievement.
- 23:42Speaker 1: So we're going to let Dr.
- 23:44Speaker 9: Richards show you what the software is capable of doing
- 23:49Speaker 9: by focusing on the state of Georgia.
- 23:52Speaker 3: All right, so let's move to Dr. Rick Richards. Without
- 23:55Speaker 3: further ado, let's get what he's got. Let's find out
- 23:57Speaker 3: what he's got. Let's see some proof. Let's see what
- 24:01Speaker 3: he's established, what he's put in writing for us to see. Dr.
- 24:07Speaker 3: Rick Richards, you are obviously a software genius, a software guru.
- 24:12Speaker 3: You spent $ 3 million of your own money to create
- 24:15Speaker 3: this election software. I assume no one else in the
- 24:17Speaker 3: country has anything like it.
- 24:20Speaker 5: Not to my knowledge. Not to my knowledge. We've been
- 24:23Speaker 5: working on this for six years. The first product was Ellie,
- 24:27Speaker 5: the elector list, which has actually 47 states now. We're
- 24:32Speaker 5: adding the other three states shortly. We've been working at
- 24:35Speaker 5: it as individuals and civilians, citizens who are registered to vote,
- 24:41Speaker 5: can go to the elector list.com and apply for privileges
- 24:45Speaker 5: to go in and look at the data themselves and
- 24:47Speaker 5: help the counties work at it if they'd like. The
- 24:51Speaker 5: newer product that we're announcing today is the election monitor.
- 24:55Speaker 5: It's watching every absentee ballot from the time it's requested,
- 25:01Speaker 5: every early and election day vote from the day it's cast,
- 25:05Speaker 5: through every step until it's counted, and beyond the election.
- 25:10Speaker 4: It's a nonpartisan tool. It's just data.
- 25:14Speaker 5: It's just data being compared against multiple other data sets.
- 25:20Speaker 3: So let me ask you real quick, Dr. Rick Richards.
- 25:23Speaker 3: What are we seeing on the screen? What were we
- 25:25Speaker 3: just looking at on the screen? What's everybody trying to
- 25:29Speaker 3: see up there that matters?
- 25:33Speaker 5: The information we're showing, I'll be explaining it in detail
- 25:37Speaker 5: as we go through it, but it takes in an
- 25:41Speaker 5: aliquot of information from the state's website, the absentee votes
- 25:46Speaker 5: from last night. It reads the new absentee file when
- 25:51Speaker 5: one's posted. It compares every absentee and early in-person ballot
- 25:55Speaker 5: with the state's voter rolls, the 47 other state voter rolls,
- 25:59Speaker 5: soon to be 49 plus D.C., their voter history, their
- 26:04Speaker 5: voting activities ongoing.
- 26:06Speaker 4: In those other states.
- 26:08Speaker 5: We combine that with public records like the county property
- 26:11Speaker 5: tax records, like obituary records, death records. People who have moved,
- 26:16Speaker 5: the NCOA, the PCOA, the Coding Accuracy and Support System,
- 26:21Speaker 5: the post office's own addresses, which tells us whether it's
- 26:24Speaker 5: a correct address, an incomplete address, undeliverable address.
- 26:29Speaker 4: That all information is in here. And when we download.
- 26:33Speaker 5: The database from the state at night, it runs through
- 26:38Speaker 5: the election monitor and it prints out the first report.
- 26:42Speaker 4: It's tracking these ballots online.
- 26:44Speaker 5: The total that has been in from Georgia so far
- 26:47Speaker 5: in five days is 943,000.
- 26:50Speaker 4: There are 84 still in the queue to go out.
- 26:54Speaker 5: There are 103,000 that have been sent but not returned yet.
- 26:59Speaker 5: One is received waiting to be accepted. 837,000 have been accepted.
- 27:04Speaker 3: This is amazing. This is truly amazing.
- 27:08Speaker 13: Stuff.
- 27:10Speaker 3: Rick, do you know more than the Secretary of State
- 27:12Speaker 3: of each state?
- 27:14Speaker 4: Probably so.
- 27:17Speaker 3: This is fascinating. Do you know who's illegal and who's legal?
- 27:20Speaker 3: Can you tell who's a citizen and who's illegal?
- 27:23Speaker 4: No, sir.
- 27:24Speaker 5: If I had the jury declination data, I could determine that,
- 27:29Speaker 5: but I don't have that. If someone wants to send
- 27:32Speaker 5: it to me, I can run it through and tell you.
- 27:35Speaker 3: But if you took this data and you gave it
- 27:37Speaker 3: to a secretary of state of each of our 50 states,
- 27:40Speaker 3: would they then be able to tell who is illegal versus...
- 27:43Speaker 3: a citizen that should be voting?
- 27:46Speaker 5: They would be able to determine an issue. It would
- 27:49Speaker 5: be up to the officials to determine whether it is
- 27:52Speaker 5: illegal or not.
- 27:54Speaker 4: Ellie and the.
- 27:56Speaker 5: Election monitor are not fraud detection devices. Fraud is a
- 28:00Speaker 5: legal term.
- 28:01Speaker 4: It is up to.
- 28:02Speaker 5: Others to discern what the action actually is and who
- 28:07Speaker 5: the appropriate person is to take actions and make those decisions.
- 28:11Speaker 4: Ellie makes no decisions.
- 28:13Speaker 3: Got it. All right, so let's get Ellie off the
- 28:17Speaker 3: screen for a minute. Let's put our gentleman up on
- 28:20Speaker 3: the screen, our guest, both Jerome Kersey and Rick Richards, Dr.
- 28:23Speaker 3: Rick Richards, up on the screen. I'd like to exit
- 28:27Speaker 3: out of your presentation to do that. So exit out
- 28:29Speaker 3: of your presentation.
- 28:30Speaker 5: I'd like to show you a couple of examples if
- 28:32Speaker 5: I could.
- 28:33Speaker 3: All right. Because look, let me ask you a question
- 28:35Speaker 3: and see if you could answer it by showing me
- 28:37Speaker 3: the example. So my question is, you have I understand
- 28:40Speaker 3: that you have an example of hard evidence of election
- 28:44Speaker 3: fraud in Georgia. You have proof of mail in ballots
- 28:48Speaker 3: that were illegally returned. Tell us what you've got and
- 28:51Speaker 3: what you mean by that.
- 28:53Speaker 5: I don't have proof of fraud, and I will never
- 28:56Speaker 5: have proof of fraud. It will be up to the
- 28:58Speaker 5: attorneys to determine whether these activities are fraud.
- 29:02Speaker 3: So what if you got that?
- 29:04Speaker 4: I've got data.
- 29:06Speaker 5: I've got, for example, I've got 82 that are priority one.
- 29:10Speaker 5: They need to be looked at. I'll show you some examples.
- 29:13Speaker 5: I've got irregular data. Let's just go into this. This
- 29:18Speaker 5: morning's report showed us six people who are dead that voted.
- 29:24Speaker 5: Two of them we're waiting to find out on more research.
- 29:28Speaker 5: We have 111 people who sent in a ballot, registered
- 29:33Speaker 5: it in a virtual mailbox.
- 29:35Speaker 4: That's not legal.
- 29:36Speaker 5: We have 18 more on the watch list. Thirteen have
- 29:39Speaker 5: already been accepted as votes. We have co-work commercial spaces, 26.
- 29:44Speaker 5: Two already accepted. We have commercial mail receiving agencies. They
- 29:52Speaker 5: have received 44. You can't register there. Those are issues
- 29:56Speaker 5: that need to be looked at and referred on. We
- 29:58Speaker 5: have 1,300 that are mailed from an invalid house number,
- 30:03Speaker 5: 500 that are mailed from an invalid house number.
- 30:07Speaker 1: Not in range.
- 30:08Speaker 5: So it's 300 Main Street when the street numbers only
- 30:11Speaker 5: go from 100 to 200. We have no street— the street's
- 30:14Speaker 5: not even found— 560 streets. 8,000 are in a mailing address
- 30:21Speaker 5: that doesn't have an apartment or suite. That's important because
- 30:25Speaker 5: the ballots go out to them. They have to get there,
- 30:28Speaker 5: but they don't have an address. Some will be delivered.
- 30:31Speaker 5: What happens to the rest? We're doing the study right
- 30:35Speaker 5: now on vulnerable voters.
- 30:37Speaker 2: They are.
- 30:39Speaker 5: There's no inpatient beds, according to CMS, yet they've got voters.
- 30:43Speaker 5: They got more votes than they got beds. The facilities closed,
- 30:48Speaker 5: but they're still voting. I want to show registration addresses.
- 30:52Speaker 5: The virtual mailboxes are— there are 80,000 companies that rent post
- 30:59Speaker 5: office boxes to people to receive their mail.
- 31:02Speaker 4: You can't use those as a registration address.
- 31:05Speaker 5: There are about 16,000 co-worker spaces. There are 153,000 long-term
- 31:16Speaker 5: fair care facilities, SNF facilities, skilled nursing care, drug rehab centers,
- 31:21Speaker 5: outpatient centers where people are registering.
- 31:24Speaker 4: Some of them are appropriate. They have apartments or on-site living.
- 31:29Speaker 5: But these are problems, and if you look at it, Specifically,
- 31:33Speaker 5: we can drill down on the county. Fulton County's got 10,000
- 31:37Speaker 5: issues already in five days that need to be looked at.
- 31:40Speaker 2: Wow.
- 31:41Speaker 3: And don't forget, the whole state was won in 2020 by,
- 31:44Speaker 3: I think, 10,000 votes or a little less than 10,000 votes.
- 31:47Speaker 3: The whole state. Forget about the county of Fulton. The
- 31:49Speaker 3: entire Georgia was won by Biden by 10,000 votes. And
- 31:53Speaker 3: here you're identifying. And again, I know you're saying you
- 31:55Speaker 3: can't prove fraud. It's not your job to prove fraud,
- 31:58Speaker 3: but you're identifying fraud. People that are problematic or votes
- 32:01Speaker 3: that are problematic that may not exist or people that
- 32:04Speaker 3: may not exist or someone that's fooling around illegally with
- 32:07Speaker 3: the system. And it's more than 10000 in one county.
- 32:10Speaker 3: And it's only been five days of voting.
- 32:13Speaker 5: Many of those will be addressed issues that can be
- 32:15Speaker 5: fixed by the county officials, which is why we're making
- 32:18Speaker 5: this program available at no charge to county officials.
- 32:22Speaker 4: And they can click on the.
- 32:24Speaker 5: Work list, and it'll print out the exact registrations with
- 32:28Speaker 5: the full detail for them to go do the work
- 32:31Speaker 5: to make sure they are legal or to pass.
- 32:33Speaker 4: Them on if they're not acceptable.
- 32:36Speaker 5: And we provide the full report, all that information is
- 32:39Speaker 5: to them at no charge.
- 32:41Speaker 3: And where are you providing, in case some of those
- 32:43Speaker 3: election officials are watching right now, where are you providing
- 32:46Speaker 3: this information? What websites?
- 32:49Speaker 5: Well, they can come to our website, TheElectorList.com, and we'll
- 32:54Speaker 5: put them on the list.
- 32:55Speaker 4: We'll load their email in the system.
- 32:57Speaker 5: And when we run the report, every time it's downloaded,
- 33:00Speaker 5: some states do daily, some do weekly.
- 33:02Speaker 4: When it's downloaded, as soon as it finishes the report,
- 33:06Speaker 4: it will.
- 33:06Speaker 5: Send them the report in the email, and they'll have
- 33:10Speaker 5: everything they need to download. look at the watch list,
- 33:15Speaker 5: look at the leads, which is what we provide them,
- 33:18Speaker 5: and then take the time between when they get the
- 33:20Speaker 5: lead and when they have to certify to clarify whether
- 33:24Speaker 5: they are appropriate, make corrections if they need to, get
- 33:27Speaker 5: it to the right address. And then after the audit,
- 33:30Speaker 5: we'll download the state's voter history and we can run
- 33:32Speaker 5: the information to get ready for the after the election
- 33:39Speaker 5: audit so they can do after-action reviews, process improvement, training,
- 33:43Speaker 5: and even a head start on routine voter list maintenance.
- 33:47Speaker 3: All right, so now get the list off the screen,
- 33:50Speaker 3: cut it off, and put yourself back on again so
- 33:52Speaker 3: that I can see both you and Jerome, and then
- 33:54Speaker 3: we'll get Peter on as soon as we're done with
- 33:55Speaker 3: you two in a minute. But let me see you
- 33:58Speaker 3: two because I want to ask you a couple questions. So, okay. So,
- 34:01Speaker 3: and we'll get to Jerome. I'll get to you in
- 34:03Speaker 3: one second. I've got one question, one last question for Dr.
- 34:06Speaker 3: Rick Richards. So, obviously, the whole key here is, and
- 34:10Speaker 3: the problem is, the good news is you're a genius,
- 34:13Speaker 3: and the good news is that this is available online.
- 34:15Speaker 3: for any election official that wants it. The bad news
- 34:19Speaker 3: is the Trump administration can't touch it because a judge
- 34:21Speaker 3: said you can't apply this to state lists from the
- 34:24Speaker 3: federal government, can't apply it. But any secretary of state
- 34:27Speaker 3: and any county election official is legally able to grab
- 34:32Speaker 3: this voluntarily if they want to use it. They can,
- 34:36Speaker 3: but the problem is we can't force them. So no
- 34:39Speaker 3: blue state is going to care, and no blue state's
- 34:41Speaker 3: going to do a damn thing, and no blue county's
- 34:43Speaker 3: going to do a damn thing, but maybe battleground states
- 34:46Speaker 3: and battleground counties and red states and red counties will
- 34:51Speaker 3: partake of what you've got available. Does that all make sense?
- 34:54Speaker 3: Am I saying it right?
- 34:55Speaker 5: Well, actually, you're not, Wayne. We have tons of Democratic
- 34:59Speaker 5: counties that.
- 35:00Speaker 4: Are already using Ellie. They want to do a good job.
- 35:04Speaker 5: There are plenty of county administrators that are doing a
- 35:07Speaker 5: good job, but they don't have the data. The difference
- 35:12Speaker 5: is the data. So there's some that won't want to play.
- 35:15Speaker 5: That's fine.
- 35:16Speaker 4: But many, many more.
- 35:18Speaker 5: Are playing and have been using our tools for the
- 35:21Speaker 5: past four years. All right.
- 35:24Speaker 6: All right. All right.
- 35:26Speaker 1: If I can chime in here.
- 35:27Speaker 13: Go ahead, Jerome.
- 35:28Speaker 14: Yes.
- 35:29Speaker 1: Also available to candidates.
- 35:32Speaker 9: And what Rick has and those that don't want to play,
- 35:36Speaker 9: county officials that don't want to know this data, the
- 35:39Speaker 9: candidate can get a list of potentially illegal ballots.
- 35:44Speaker 1: In other words, Rick.
- 35:45Speaker 9: Has also a list of ballots that have an undeliverable address.
- 35:52Speaker 1: Which is, again, against the rules.
- 35:54Speaker 9: And there are thousands of undeliverable addresses that are yet
- 36:02Speaker 9: being accepted.
- 36:03Speaker 1: By the states and allowed to go. Those need to
- 36:08Speaker 1: be investigated.
- 36:09Speaker 3: So a candidate could get your list and could go
- 36:12Speaker 3: to the secretary of state and say, I demand you
- 36:14Speaker 3: investigate these problematic. I can't prove they're fraud, but there's
- 36:18Speaker 3: a problem here and we want you to investigate. And
- 36:21Speaker 3: I'm challenging the validity of these votes.
- 36:23Speaker 4: Yes.
- 36:24Speaker 3: Yes. That's exactly legal. That's legal. It's legal. What's not
- 36:29Speaker 3: legal is you can't give it to President Trump and
- 36:32Speaker 3: the DOJ and the federal government or whoever, maybe Homeland Security.
- 36:36Speaker 3: They aren't allowed to do this job, right? That's not
- 36:39Speaker 3: legal according to some podunk judge, a tyrant in a
- 36:43Speaker 3: black robe somewhere.
- 36:44Speaker 9: Wayne, it's already been given to the Department of Homeland
- 36:47Speaker 9: Security and DOJ, and they are using the tool themselves
- 36:52Speaker 9: to do their criminal investigations. Okay, so we made this
- 36:57Speaker 9: available to the federal government. And I think there are
- 37:01Speaker 9: thousands and thousands of these ballots which are potentially illegal.
- 37:06Speaker 9: And that's the issue, is that the candidates that want this,
- 37:11Speaker 9: we will assist to get.
- 37:13Speaker 1: And as Dr. Richards says, it's available Democratic or Republican.
- 37:17Speaker 4: Dr.
- 37:17Speaker 9: Richards has a foundation that is doing this, and he's
- 37:21Speaker 9: doing it in an impartial way, which I think improves democracy.
- 37:24Speaker 9: and enhances the credibility of what he's doing. And that's critical.
- 37:30Speaker 9: This is an authoritative database, and it will identify authoritative
- 37:35Speaker 9: cases that are potentially illegal, that will never get investigated
- 37:39Speaker 9: unless the candidates press the issue and demand that these
- 37:43Speaker 9: cases be investigated.
- 37:45Speaker 3: Jerome, let me butt in. Don't forget that my national
- 37:47Speaker 3: security emergency, NeedUSA, was never meant to be partisan or political.
- 37:52Speaker 3: I say again and again that voter ID, voter photo
- 37:55Speaker 3: ID and proof of citizenship and strict limits to mail-in
- 37:59Speaker 3: ballots and paper ballots, none of that is to help
- 38:02Speaker 3: Republicans get elected. It's to help create a fair and
- 38:06Speaker 3: even playing field. But Democrats don't want a fair and
- 38:10Speaker 3: even playing field because they know what I know, that
- 38:12Speaker 3: they're not going to win elections if you eliminate all
- 38:15Speaker 3: the voter fraud. So they don't want it, even though
- 38:18Speaker 3: it's not against them per se. It's just for a
- 38:21Speaker 3: legal playing field for everybody. It's fair to everybody, but
- 38:26Speaker 3: they don't want it. So I'm sure they don't want
- 38:28Speaker 3: what Dr. Rick is offering either.
- 38:30Speaker 9: So we'll assist any candidate that wants to get access
- 38:33Speaker 9: to this data and make sure their campaign has the data.
- 38:37Speaker 1: And that's that's.
- 38:38Speaker 9: Something we are going to be working on between now
- 38:40Speaker 9: and when the election occurs.
- 38:42Speaker 6: OK, good.
- 38:42Speaker 3: I love it. I love it. And I hope it
- 38:44Speaker 3: helps all over the United States. I hope it's not
- 38:47Speaker 3: too late. There's only a couple of weeks to go
- 38:49Speaker 3: right now. What is there, two and a half weeks
- 38:50Speaker 3: to go? We're getting down to the nitty gritty and
- 38:53Speaker 3: you'd have to try and challenge these before the election.
- 38:56Speaker 3: I don't know about whether would this be effective after
- 38:59Speaker 3: an election to say, I believe I won, even though
- 39:01Speaker 3: it shows I lost and I challenge these votes. Could
- 39:04Speaker 3: you do that?
- 39:05Speaker 1: Yes, you can use this. Continuously.
- 39:07Speaker 9: It's available and the data is the data and it
- 39:10Speaker 9: will be available during the election on real time as
- 39:15Speaker 9: these mail-in ballots are coming in. It will be available
- 39:17Speaker 9: before certification and it will be after certification. The data
- 39:21Speaker 9: is available to be scrutinized and challenged and available to
- 39:25Speaker 9: any candidate that wants it.
- 39:26Speaker 1: We will assist in getting the data.
- 39:28Speaker 5: All right.
- 39:29Speaker 3: I love it. I love it. I appreciate it. Get
- 39:31Speaker 3: me some bullet points, either Dr. Rick Richards or Jerome
- 39:35Speaker 3: Corsi or Peter Tickton. Get me bullet points because I'd
- 39:39Speaker 3: like to send it to President Trump and make sure
- 39:41Speaker 3: he knows it exists out there. And I'd like to
- 39:43Speaker 3: send it to some Republican candidates I know here in
- 39:46Speaker 3: the state of Nevada to make sure they know it
- 39:48Speaker 3: exists out there. Send me the bullet points. I know
- 39:50Speaker 3: exactly what to say. So I'm saying the right thing
- 39:52Speaker 3: and passing on the right information. Appreciate both of you
- 39:55Speaker 3: being on. Let's get Peter Tickton on. Dr. Rick Richards,
- 39:58Speaker 3: thank you for all you've done. Let's get Peter Tickton
- 40:01Speaker 3: on and see what he has to say. Okay, we're
- 40:03Speaker 3: working on it. He's setting it up as we speak.
- 40:06Speaker 3: Can Jerome still talk while we're waiting for Peter to
- 40:07Speaker 3: come on? Daniel, can Jerome still speak or we lose
- 40:13Speaker 3: him when we get Peter? Okay, all right, so give
- 40:18Speaker 3: me a second. So let me state again, we got
- 40:20Speaker 3: Jerome Corsi, we got Peter Tickton, we got Dr. Rick Richards,
- 40:24Speaker 3: three guys that are trying to make sure that our
- 40:27Speaker 3: elections are not rigged and stolen. I don't think any
- 40:30Speaker 3: of us are purposely... OK, none of us are purposely
- 40:33Speaker 3: working to destroy Democrats, per se. We're looking for a
- 40:38Speaker 3: fair election. If you beat me fair and square, I
- 40:41Speaker 3: have no problem. But I don't believe that communism and
- 40:44Speaker 3: Sharia law are what people want to elect in this country.
- 40:46Speaker 3: And I don't believe they're being elected fair and square.
- 40:49Speaker 3: I believe they're criminals. I believe they are cheating and
- 40:52Speaker 3: rigging and stealing. And I believe if you create a
- 40:55Speaker 3: fair election, playing field for everybody. Republicans will win most
- 40:59Speaker 3: of the time throughout most of this country. So I'm
- 41:02Speaker 3: trying to create that fair and legal plan, an equal
- 41:05Speaker 3: playing field, and Democrats don't want it. Peter, do you
- 41:08Speaker 3: think any Democrat in a big city is going to
- 41:11Speaker 3: ever want what Dr. Rick Richards is offering?
- 41:16Speaker 15: Well, you know, we've got a senator in Pennsylvania. There's
- 41:19Speaker 15: the odd one here and there that I think are actually.
- 41:23Speaker 13: Honest and decent.
- 41:24Speaker 3: Fetterman, you mean Fetterman, yeah.
- 41:26Speaker 16: Yeah, yeah.
- 41:27Speaker 15: But meanwhile, you know, but I want to explain this
- 41:30Speaker 15: a little bit differently, okay, because I have a little
- 41:32Speaker 15: bit of a different way of explaining what Dr. Richards
- 41:36Speaker 15: has done here. First of all, you've got to give
- 41:40Speaker 15: this man credit on a lot of levels. He's a
- 41:43Speaker 15: genius to begin with.
- 41:44Speaker 3: Yes, agreed.
- 41:45Speaker 15: His other cautions in life prove it, but this helps
- 41:48Speaker 15: on top of that.
- 41:50Speaker 13: He's a dedicated patriot.
- 41:52Speaker 15: He wants America to succeed like you and I and Dr.
- 41:59Speaker 13: Corsi want.
- 42:00Speaker 15: He wants, you know, basically he's just a good patriotic American.
- 42:07Speaker 15: And that's why he's not charging anybody anything for this
- 42:09Speaker 15: because he knows he's helping to save America.
- 42:13Speaker 3: So anybody can access these lists without paying a dime.
- 42:15Speaker 3: There's no money involved. He's offering it free.
- 42:19Speaker 13: Amazing. But let me explain it a little bit differently.
- 42:24Speaker 15: So let's just say you've got the voter rolls so
- 42:26Speaker 15: you know who all the voters are, and you also
- 42:30Speaker 15: have access to the data that's in the Bureau of
- 42:33Speaker 15: Statistics so you know who died, right?
- 42:38Speaker 13: Well, what Dr. Richards' program does is it puts these
- 42:41Speaker 13: two together.
- 42:42Speaker 6: Right.
- 42:42Speaker 15: So then he knows all the voters that are listed
- 42:45Speaker 15: in the voter rolls that are dead.
- 42:47Speaker 3: Right. And he saw some of them are voting. He
- 42:49Speaker 3: actually saw in Georgia some of them are voting. Right, right.
- 42:52Speaker 15: And then he can compare it with another database which
- 42:54Speaker 15: shows who voted. And then he can see how many
- 42:58Speaker 15: dead people are voting.
- 43:00Speaker 2: Right.
- 43:00Speaker 13: Amazing. It's amazing.
- 43:02Speaker 3: It's like David Copperfield. Dead people voting. It's like David Copperfield.
- 43:06Speaker 3: It's just amazing. My parents died in 1992. Suddenly they're
- 43:10Speaker 3: Democrat voters. Amazing. Yeah.
- 43:13Speaker 15: Yeah, they take parties. So, you know, and then if
- 43:17Speaker 15: you take it and you compare it, and this is
- 43:19Speaker 15: really what's so good about what he did, he compares
- 43:23Speaker 15: it all to the records of the property appraisers in
- 43:27Speaker 15: each county so that he can, when he says it's
- 43:31Speaker 15: inappropriate or there's something wrong with it. First of all,
- 43:34Speaker 15: let me also explain that. Fraud is telling a lie,
- 43:38Speaker 15: knowing that it's false. with the intention the person you're
- 43:42Speaker 15: saying it to will rely on it. That person does
- 43:45Speaker 15: rely on it to his detriment. Those are the elements
- 43:49Speaker 15: of fraud. That's a legal way of looking at what
- 43:52Speaker 15: fraud is. When most people talk about election fraud, they're
- 43:56Speaker 15: talking generally that they're cheating in one way or another.
- 44:00Speaker 15: It's not really fraud. So Dr. Richards, he's just a
- 44:04Speaker 15: very careful person. He doesn't want to ever be on
- 44:07Speaker 15: the record of saying something that's false. So that's why
- 44:10Speaker 15: he's saying I don't want to say it's fraud because
- 44:13Speaker 15: he's right.
- 44:13Speaker 13: It's not fraud.
- 44:14Speaker 15: It's cheating in the election. But it's not what we
- 44:17Speaker 15: what lawyers know is fraud. So that's why he's leaving
- 44:21Speaker 15: that to the lawyers. OK, but meanwhile, it is.
- 44:25Speaker 3: OK, by the way, Jerome and Peter, do me a favor.
- 44:27Speaker 3: Write this down. My parents name, David Root and Stella
- 44:31Speaker 3: Root in Westchester County, New York. They could be listed
- 44:34Speaker 3: under Mount Vernon, New York, or they could be listed
- 44:36Speaker 3: under Scarsdale, New York. They both died in 1992. I'm
- 44:39Speaker 3: very interested if you could give that information to Dr.
- 44:42Speaker 3: Rick Richards. Can you imagine if we find out that
- 44:44Speaker 3: they're voting? I mean, I made it a joke. But
- 44:46Speaker 3: for all you know, they're voting. They've been dead for,
- 44:49Speaker 3: what is it, 30-something years. They could be voting. So
- 44:52Speaker 3: David Root and Stella Root in Westchester County, New York,
- 44:56Speaker 3: either Mount Vernon or Scarsdale, they'll be listed under. And
- 44:58Speaker 3: I'd love to hear if there's a record in New
- 45:00Speaker 3: York of them voting. It would be fascinating. I mean,
- 45:04Speaker 3: we would have such a story if we could show
- 45:05Speaker 3: that my parents are voting today. even though they've been
- 45:08Speaker 3: dead for 30 years.
- 45:09Speaker 13: Okay, but let me tell you more.
- 45:12Speaker 15: What I'm saying about the real estate, okay, when I
- 45:15Speaker 15: talk about real estate, nobody knows what I'm talking about.
- 45:19Speaker 15: But with this particular program that took six years to develop,
- 45:24Speaker 15: you look at a voter and the voter roll has
- 45:27Speaker 15: the address for that voter. That's why, and then they
- 45:30Speaker 15: can look and see it's an apartment building and it
- 45:33Speaker 15: needs to have an apartment, but there's no apartment.
- 45:35Speaker 13: So there's no way to deliver it.
- 45:37Speaker 9: Right.
- 45:38Speaker 15: OK, this is the kind of thing or it might
- 45:40Speaker 15: be a Wal-Mart store. And how can anybody be living there?
- 45:44Speaker 3: Or how about this one, Peter? Peter, how about this one?
- 45:46Speaker 3: What if there's a real address and it's correct? Say
- 45:49Speaker 3: it's my single family home or my apartment, but there's
- 45:53Speaker 3: 3000 people registered at that apartment. Something's wrong.
- 45:58Speaker 13: That's also what he's found.
- 45:59Speaker 10: Right.
- 46:00Speaker 9: Right.
- 46:00Speaker 2: Of course.
- 46:01Speaker 15: 20,000, you know, in one post office box. How do
- 46:05Speaker 15: you fit 20,000 people in a post office box? But anyway,
- 46:09Speaker 15: but that's what he's finding. And we're laughing and we're
- 46:11Speaker 15: having a good time.
- 46:12Speaker 13: But this is real election fraud. Not legally, technically fraud,
- 46:17Speaker 13: but it's.
- 46:18Speaker 3: No, it's not. It's not fraud. Peter, it's not fraud.
- 46:20Speaker 3: It's cheating. It's cheating. It may not be fraud, but
- 46:23Speaker 3: it's cheating.
- 46:26Speaker 15: But the point is that and this is the most
- 46:28Speaker 15: important part of it all. is we're able to, on
- 46:32Speaker 15: day one, on election day, 15 days from now, Dr.
- 46:37Speaker 15: Richards is going to be able to basically give us
- 46:40Speaker 15: the lists of the very suspicious, because they're living on
- 46:44Speaker 15: a vacant lot or they're living in a Walmart. He's
- 46:48Speaker 15: going to be able to give us all of these
- 46:52Speaker 15: or the dead. And there's many other factors, too. I
- 46:56Speaker 15: think it's like 51 databases he's confined. It's just an
- 46:59Speaker 15: amazing thing. And he's going to be able to tell
- 47:03Speaker 15: us who the suspicious voters are. And on day one,
- 47:08Speaker 15: So we're going to get this stuff unraveled and undone.
- 47:11Speaker 15: But if our voters are too stupid to go to
- 47:14Speaker 15: the polls and vote— Get out and vote. Okay, look,
- 47:19Speaker 15: you know, I know some people aren't thrilled with some
- 47:21Speaker 15: of the things about Donald Trump.
- 47:22Speaker 13: I'm glad he's in Iran, but a lot of people aren't.
- 47:25Speaker 3: Right.
- 47:26Speaker 15: But if you're not happy that he's in, if there's
- 47:28Speaker 15: something you have that's bothering you about Donald Trump.
- 47:31Speaker 3: Gas prices. I guarantee that's the biggest thing. Gas prices,
- 47:34Speaker 3: the single biggest complaint I hear, gas prices.
- 47:37Speaker 13: I got it.
- 47:37Speaker 15: So if 10% of you are against, of your soul
- 47:41Speaker 15: is against Donald Trump, or 15% of Peter Dickton is
- 47:44Speaker 15: against Donald Trump, who is it for?
- 47:47Speaker 10: Right.
- 47:48Speaker 13: If it's against Donald Trump, it's for China.
- 47:50Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 47:50Speaker 13: It's for the Islamists.
- 47:52Speaker 3: What the heck are you thinking?
- 47:54Speaker 15: You've got to get out there and vote because that's
- 47:56Speaker 15: what the bottom line.
- 47:57Speaker 13: Is going to be.
- 47:58Speaker 3: And you know what I always say, again, laughingly but truthfully.
- 48:02Speaker 3: What's the Democrat solution? They wanted to eliminate all fracking,
- 48:06Speaker 3: all drilling, all nuclear, every single form of energy development.
- 48:11Speaker 3: They want to destroy it all. They're going to give
- 48:14Speaker 3: you lower gas prices. They don't want gas to be
- 48:17Speaker 3: five dollars a gallon. They don't want it to be three.
- 48:19Speaker 3: They want it to be 10. So how can you
- 48:22Speaker 3: vote for them thinking that they have the solution? They
- 48:25Speaker 3: have no solution. They could only make it worse.
- 48:28Speaker 15: Wayne, there's no logic that you should be applying here,
- 48:31Speaker 15: because what we really know is that whatever they're saying,
- 48:34Speaker 15: it doesn't matter. They're no longer the Democrat Party, any
- 48:39Speaker 15: more than the Republicans are the Republican Party.
- 48:43Speaker 13: The Republican Party now is MAGA.
- 48:45Speaker 15: And MAGA is looking for solutions. MAGA is looking for
- 48:49Speaker 15: common sense. MAGA is looking to save America. The other
- 48:53Speaker 15: side is China, it's Venezuela, it's Serbia.
- 48:59Speaker 3: It's the Mexican drug cartel.
- 49:01Speaker 15: And it's the Islamists. But most of all, it's China.
- 49:06Speaker 15: It's a combination of Islam together with communism that wants
- 49:10Speaker 15: to take over our country.
- 49:12Speaker 13: If you don't get out and vote, you're yielding to that.
- 49:16Speaker 15: So you don't even need to go so far as
- 49:18Speaker 15: to say what are they offering, what they're offering.
- 49:20Speaker 13: Is hell.
- 49:21Speaker 3: Right, exactly. Misery. And poverty, just like Cuba, just like
- 49:26Speaker 3: Soviet Union, just like China, just like Zimbabwe. If you
- 49:29Speaker 3: don't think.
- 49:30Speaker 15: It's going to be that way, if you don't think
- 49:32Speaker 15: it's going to be that way, ask somebody that came
- 49:35Speaker 15: out of Cuba. Ask somebody that came out of these
- 49:37Speaker 15: communist countries in Europe after the.
- 49:43Speaker 13: Soviet Union collapsed.
- 49:45Speaker 15: Find out what this is about because you're going to
- 49:47Speaker 15: find out it's not just unhappiness.
- 49:51Speaker 13: You can't go to the movies anymore.
- 49:53Speaker 15: It's it's it's total misery at what happens in every
- 49:58Speaker 15: one of these countries. And, you know, I'm warning people
- 50:01Speaker 15: in 2020, but it didn't matter because that was a
- 50:03Speaker 15: theft of the of our country.
- 50:06Speaker 3: You know what's funny, Peter? I want to bring up
- 50:07Speaker 3: another point here. Peter and Jerome, of course. The argument
- 50:12Speaker 3: of liberals, we know it's a lie. We know that's
- 50:14Speaker 3: not the real argument. But the argument is that because
- 50:17Speaker 3: of President Trump, things cost too much. Well, we have
- 50:20Speaker 3: rioting around the world now, in particular in France and
- 50:24Speaker 3: in Milan, Italy and in Belgium. In every single European country,
- 50:28Speaker 3: there are riots now and they're burning France down because
- 50:32Speaker 3: the prices are too high. So what do high prices
- 50:36Speaker 3: have to do with Donald Trump? He's not in France.
- 50:38Speaker 3: He's not in Belgium. He's not in Milan, Italy. The
- 50:41Speaker 3: high prices, the inflation is all over the world, and
- 50:44Speaker 3: it's got nothing to do with Donald J.
- 50:47Speaker 5: Trump.
- 50:48Speaker 13: Well, you know something?
- 50:49Speaker 15: I want to just point out that there's a fantastic
- 50:52Speaker 15: new book that's out right now that Jerome Corsi put
- 50:54Speaker 15: out there called The Democrats. And I'll bet that he
- 50:58Speaker 15: can answer that question better than I can, because, you know,
- 51:02Speaker 15: this is— This is his topic, too.
- 51:05Speaker 5: All right.
- 51:05Speaker 3: So, Jerome, you have the last word. It's got to
- 51:07Speaker 3: be short because I got another guest that's waiting to
- 51:09Speaker 3: get in right now at this moment with a great story. So, Jerome,
- 51:13Speaker 3: the last word is yours. Peter Tickton, love you, buddy. Jerome,
- 51:17Speaker 3: hit it.
- 51:18Speaker 9: Well, the whole point of Democrats is that you're going
- 51:21Speaker 9: to be lied to because the promises, the picture of
- 51:26Speaker 9: this utopia, the free this, the free that, The candidates
- 51:31Speaker 9: running are lying, and they know they're lying. They're now
- 51:33Speaker 9: trying to moderate and say, oh, no, we don't support Hamas.
- 51:37Speaker 9: And the Democratic Party, which has been, you know, supported
- 51:40Speaker 9: by the Jewish population of America since 1948, when Harry
- 51:44Speaker 9: Truman really allowed the State of Israel to be created,
- 51:50Speaker 9: or the LGBT were supporting Hamas and other radical Islamic
- 51:55Speaker 9: terrorists who would behead them, it makes no sense at all.
- 51:59Speaker 1: So you have to keep an eye.
- 52:00Speaker 9: The whole point of Democrats is to get behind the lies,
- 52:04Speaker 9: the rhetoric, the feel.
- 52:05Speaker 1: Good, the sound good, and look at the truth.
- 52:08Speaker 9: And that book tells you the truth about every issue
- 52:11Speaker 9: that the Democrats are now campaigning on.
- 52:14Speaker 5: All right.
- 52:14Speaker 3: It's, you know, by the way, I'm Jewish. Jews voting
- 52:17Speaker 3: for Democrats is like Kentucky Fried Chicken. You know, it's
- 52:21Speaker 3: like being a chicken and rooting for Colonel Sanders. He's
- 52:24Speaker 3: going to kill you. How could you be that stupid?
- 52:27Speaker 3: It makes no sense. All right. Peter Tickton, we got
- 52:30Speaker 3: to run. Jerome Kersey, we got to run. I'll see
- 52:33Speaker 3: you every day for the next 10 days or so.
- 52:35Speaker 3: Thank you for all you guys do. You guys are
- 52:37Speaker 3: the best. And Jerome Kersey's book, Democrats, is out on Thursday.
- 52:41Speaker 3: Get a copy. Thank you, gentlemen.
- 52:44Speaker 13: Thank you so much.
- 52:45Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 52:46Speaker 3: See you tomorrow. See you tomorrow. All right. I'm going
- 52:48Speaker 3: to be spending a lot of time with these guys
- 52:49Speaker 3: every single day. We've got more guests. Daniel's going to
- 52:52Speaker 3: set them up while they set them up. I'm going
- 52:54Speaker 3: to tell you about the sponsor of this segment of
- 52:57Speaker 3: the show. It's Lost Soldier Oil & Gas, headed by
- 53:00Speaker 3: oil and gas legend Mark Bruner, whose companies have created
- 53:04Speaker 3: more than $ 15 billion in shareholder value. At its peak,
- 53:09Speaker 3: his company, Penteco Energy, grew about 100 to 1 for
- 53:11Speaker 3: investors last And I've never had anything that went up
- 53:14Speaker 3: 100 to 1 ever in my life. Can you imagine
- 53:16Speaker 3: if you put $ 1, 000 in, you get $ 100, 000 back? But
- 53:19Speaker 3: Ultra Petroleum soared 1,000 to 1, so if you put $ 1, 000 in,
- 53:21Speaker 3: you get a million back. A $ 10, 000 investment turned into
- 53:25Speaker 3: $ 13 million, to be exact, over 10 years in Ultra
- 53:29Speaker 3: Petroleum with Mark Bruner at the helm. But Lost Soldier
- 53:33Speaker 3: could be even bigger than Ultra Petroleum with what CEO
- 53:36Speaker 3: Mark Bruner believes could be the largest gas discovery in
- 53:39Speaker 3: the United States in 100 years. It's a 40,000-acre territory.
- 53:42Speaker 3: In Wyoming, that took 40 years to piece together. The
- 53:45Speaker 3: first 4,000 feet drilled so far estimated to contain up
- 53:49Speaker 3: to 6 trillion cubic feet of gas. Yes, I said trillion.
- 53:53Speaker 3: Management forecasting projects just the first 25 wells to produce
- 53:58Speaker 3: 400 million cubic feet per day of natural gas. 400
- 54:00Speaker 3: million cubic feet. per day to learn more about lost

- 54:19Speaker 3: project i think it's my retirement fun all right daniel
- 54:24Speaker 3: do we have the other guests yet or should we
- 54:26Speaker 3: go to a break All right, we have to go
- 54:28Speaker 3: to a quick break. Let's go to break right now.
- 54:29Speaker 3: We'll come back. We got two guests that were shockingly
- 54:33Speaker 3: kicked out of Mandalay Bay and the Las Vegas Aces
- 54:37Speaker 3: game because they weren't there to root for communism. We'll
- 54:41Speaker 3: be right back. Wayne Allen Root with Alan Pariser. Alan's
- 54:48Speaker 3: an advocate for greatpatriotstore.com and has been a customer, forget this,
- 54:52Speaker 3: 36 years, almost four decades. He introduced me and my wife, Cindy,
- 54:57Speaker 3: to this great American company. It's where we do our
- 55:00Speaker 3: monthly shopping. Alan, tell my fans about this great American
- 55:03Speaker 3: anti-wool company run by pro-America conservatives.

- 55:18Speaker 7: hundreds of products is made right here in the United
- 55:20Speaker 7: States of America. And I think Michael Jordan said it
- 55:23Speaker 7: the best when he said that Republicans wear shoes too.
- 55:26Speaker 7: And all of these woke companies have completely lost sight
- 55:30Speaker 7: of the American consumer. But we manufacture everything here for Americans,
- 55:34Speaker 7: made by Americans.
- 55:35Speaker 3: GreatPatriotStore.com. I would say Republicans wear most of the shoes.
- 55:40Speaker 3: Tell us about the honor that greatpatriotstore.com received from Forbes.
- 55:46Speaker 3: It's amazing.
- 55:46Speaker 7: Millions of companies and our company, Great Patriot Store, is
- 55:51Speaker 7: one of the best brands for value ahead of Trader Joe's,
- 55:54Speaker 7: ahead of Sam's Club, ahead of.
- 55:57Speaker 3: Costco, just behind Costco.
- 55:59Speaker 7: And it's because we manufacture the best products at the
- 56:02Speaker 7: best price for American consumers.
- 56:05Speaker 3: All right, high prices on everyone's mind, obviously. How do
- 56:08Speaker 3: the prices at greatpatriotstore.com compare to national brands? We're always better.
- 56:14Speaker 7: I mean, if you compare our products and our prices,
- 56:16Speaker 7: we're always ahead, better, safer, cleaner. Our laundry detergent, for example,
- 56:20Speaker 7: is almost half the price, better quality, no toxic chemicals,
- 56:24Speaker 7: made right here. If you want to save money, the
- 56:27Speaker 7: best value is to shop at greatpatriotstore.com.
- 56:31Speaker 3: Let's talk about beef. I love beef, and I love
- 56:33Speaker 3: your New York strip steaks. What makes your beef so great?
- 56:38Speaker 7: It's like everything else. We are vertically integrated. We're in
- 56:41Speaker 7: charge of everything from insemination to harvesting, all done right
- 56:44Speaker 7: here in the United States of America, and never, ever
- 56:47Speaker 7: any hormones or antibiotics. It's the highest cut you can find.
- 56:50Speaker 7: It's farm-to-table, and it's better priced than anywhere else that

- 58:09Speaker 3: All right, Wayne L.
- 58:09Speaker 2: Root.
- 58:10Speaker 3: Hypothetically, we have about two minutes left of the show,
- 58:12Speaker 3: but obviously I'm going to go longer because we still
- 58:14Speaker 3: got two guests left who have a very interesting story.
- 58:17Speaker 3: I'll try and get this down to a compact eight
- 58:19Speaker 3: to ten minutes because then I've got another show to
- 58:22Speaker 3: go do called America Speaks, my call-in show. By the way,
- 58:25Speaker 3: the phone number for that show is 800-347-ROOT, 800-347-ROOT. 7668.
- 58:30Speaker 3: It starts at 6 p.m. Eastern, 3 p.m.
- 58:33Speaker 6: Pacific.
- 58:34Speaker 3: America Speaks on Real America's Voice TV network. And you
- 58:37Speaker 3: can call me live on the air, 800-347-ROOT. All right.
- 58:41Speaker 3: My guests are Scott and Michelle Leverett, a couple who
- 58:44Speaker 3: was harassed and ejected from the Aces Fever WNBA game
- 58:51Speaker 3: in Las Vegas at the Mandalay Bay Event Center and
- 58:54Speaker 3: not only kicked out of the game but kicked out
- 58:56Speaker 3: of their hotel room. I think we have a video
- 58:58Speaker 3: to play real quick, and then we'll get right back
- 59:00Speaker 3: to Scott and Michelle. So play the video. Go ahead.
- 59:08Speaker 3: You need to leave. ahead. All right. So tell us,
- 59:19Speaker 3: we've got Scott and Michelle Leverett with us. Tell us
- 59:22Speaker 3: what we're seeing in that video. First of all, explain
- 59:26Speaker 3: what it is we're looking at or what we were
- 59:27Speaker 3: looking at just moments ago.
- 59:30Speaker 10: Well, I'm not sure what video you were talking about,
- 59:33Speaker 10: but the lady behind me was reading my text messages.
- 59:38Speaker 6: And I was just talking to my daughter who lives in.
- 59:42Speaker 13: Utah.
- 59:43Speaker 6: And she said, I can see what you're writing. And
- 59:47Speaker 6: I said, I don't care.
- 59:48Speaker 10: And then about five minutes later, she says, I can
- 59:53Speaker 10: still see what you're writing.
- 59:54Speaker 6: And I says, well, you know, mind your own business.
- 59:57Speaker 6: And then the lady in.
- 59:59Speaker 10: Front of us, she'd stepped up and she turned around
- 1:00:04Speaker 10: and she said, we need to leave. And I said, well,
- 1:00:07Speaker 10: I'm not going anywhere. And then the next thing I know,
- 1:00:10Speaker 10: she leaves. She brings back some security lady. The security lady, yeah, well,
- 1:00:18Speaker 10: the security lady comes back and she's sitting there talking
- 1:00:21Speaker 10: to us and she says, I'm cussing at them. And
- 1:00:23Speaker 10: I'm saying, I'm just telling these people to mind their
- 1:00:25Speaker 10: own business.
- 1:00:26Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:00:28Speaker 3: Wait, let me start.
- 1:00:29Speaker 5: Hold on.
- 1:00:29Speaker 3: I've got to ask you a question. I've got to interrupt.
- 1:00:32Speaker 3: What was it that you were texting that offended her
- 1:00:34Speaker 3: so badly, which is none of her business in the
- 1:00:36Speaker 3: first place, but what was it you were texting?
- 1:00:38Speaker 6: It was just a private message to my daughter.
- 1:00:41Speaker 3: But was it something to do with conservative politics?
- 1:00:45Speaker 6: No, it had nothing to do with politics.
- 1:00:47Speaker 3: So then why would she get upset over you texting
- 1:00:49Speaker 3: your daughter?
- 1:00:50Speaker 10: This lady just couldn't. She just had to have her
- 1:00:53Speaker 10: nose in our business. But if she wouldn't have said
- 1:00:57Speaker 10: anything to me and the lady in front of us
- 1:00:59Speaker 10: wouldn't have said anything to me, there wouldn't have been
- 1:01:02Speaker 10: a problem.
- 1:01:03Speaker 6: There wasn't a problem, period. I never got out of
- 1:01:05Speaker 6: my seat.
- 1:01:06Speaker 3: But were you guys wearing like, you know, remember, I'm
- 1:01:08Speaker 3: on your team. Were you guys wearing something that identified
- 1:01:11Speaker 3: you as conservative or MAGA or pro-Trump or pro-women in
- 1:01:16Speaker 3: women's events, not men? What were you wearing? Something must
- 1:01:20Speaker 3: have tipped them off.
- 1:01:21Speaker 10: The same thing we wore at the game.
- 1:01:23Speaker 14: Wearing the same shirt.
- 1:01:25Speaker 17: I have my Caitlin Clark, Sophie Cunningham and Lexi Hull
- 1:01:29Speaker 17: shirt on.
- 1:01:30Speaker 3: So that's why they hated you. That's the reason they
- 1:01:33Speaker 3: hated you.
- 1:01:34Speaker 11: Right.
- 1:01:34Speaker 3: Because you're on the side of Caitlin Clark and Sophie Cunningham,
- 1:01:38Speaker 3: who are white, white, conservative and straight people. And hated
- 1:01:43Speaker 3: by everyone in the WNBA because they're all black lesbian communists.
- 1:01:48Speaker 3: And so they hate them and beat them up and
- 1:01:51Speaker 3: elbow them in the face and choke them. And nobody
- 1:01:53Speaker 3: does anything about it. It's the most incredible thing I've
- 1:01:55Speaker 3: ever seen.
- 1:01:57Speaker 4: Yes, they do.
- 1:01:58Speaker 14: Yeah, because it kind of started.
- 1:02:00Speaker 17: When the two teams came out and I said to
- 1:02:03Speaker 17: my husband, I don't really understand why everybody has to
- 1:02:06Speaker 17: boo when the teams come out.
- 1:02:09Speaker 14: And so the lady behind me.
- 1:02:11Speaker 17: Got into our conversation and she said, it's because it's
- 1:02:14Speaker 17: the fever.
- 1:02:15Speaker 14: That's why we boo.
- 1:02:16Speaker 17: And so then the lady in front of us, she.
- 1:02:18Speaker 14: Said the same thing. It's because it's the fever. We boo.
- 1:02:21Speaker 14: And then she said to me, I suppose you like
- 1:02:23Speaker 14: Kate Clark. And I said, actually, yes, I do. Um,
- 1:02:29Speaker 14: We used to live in Vegas for like 16 years.
- 1:02:32Speaker 6: And we're like boutiques.
- 1:02:33Speaker 14: So I told her I like Jackie.
- 1:02:35Speaker 17: Young on the Aces as well. And so then the
- 1:02:37Speaker 17: lady behind me said, well, why are.
- 1:02:40Speaker 14: You cheering for the fever? And that's kind of when
- 1:02:45Speaker 14: it all started.
- 1:02:46Speaker 3: These people are nuts. They've got Trump derangement syndrome. In
- 1:02:49Speaker 3: this case, they've got Sophie Cunningham, Caitlin Clark derangement syndrome.
- 1:02:52Speaker 3: But they're just nutty people. Absolutely.
- 1:02:56Speaker 14: And that's when it all started. And then the women
- 1:02:59Speaker 14: started bullying my husband.
- 1:03:02Speaker 3: And then a security guard comes over and tells you
- 1:03:06Speaker 3: you have to leave. Based on what?
- 1:03:09Speaker 10: Well, she asked us to go down to the concession area.
- 1:03:13Speaker 10: So we left to go down to talk to whomever
- 1:03:16Speaker 10: down there. And then we were met by like eight people.
- 1:03:19Speaker 14: She said, well, she said you were unruly.
- 1:03:21Speaker 10: Yeah, I was unruly. Okay, well, if I'm unruly, what
- 1:03:24Speaker 10: about the other ladies? Because they're the ones that were
- 1:03:26Speaker 10: in my face. I never got out of my chair.
- 1:03:29Speaker 17: She said he was unruly and was cussing at them.
- 1:03:35Speaker 14: And so we're looking at the video.
- 1:03:37Speaker 6: They were the ones doing the cussing at me.
- 1:03:39Speaker 10: Yes.
- 1:03:41Speaker 3: So were these like officials of the aces of the
- 1:03:44Speaker 3: Las Vegas aces that you were talking to or security?
- 1:03:47Speaker 3: Who are you talking to that were making these charges?
- 1:03:50Speaker 10: Security people are just security for, I guess, the arena.
- 1:03:54Speaker 10: We don't really know.
- 1:03:56Speaker 14: Because there was.
- 1:03:57Speaker 17: The security in their yellow shirt. And then there was
- 1:04:00Speaker 17: a man in a suit that he said he was the.
- 1:04:03Speaker 14: President of something. I can't remember what he said. I
- 1:04:06Speaker 14: was so shaken up. And then another well-dressed man came out.
- 1:04:11Speaker 14: And then another, a third well-dressed man came out.
- 1:04:14Speaker 6: And we.
- 1:04:16Speaker 14: They told us then we were.
- 1:04:17Speaker 17: Being evicted from our hotel room.
- 1:04:20Speaker 6: And I asked them if they were going to pay
- 1:04:21Speaker 6: for our tickets, and he said, nope.
- 1:04:24Speaker 14: And then my husband was trespassed.
- 1:04:26Speaker 10: And then I got trespassed. They took us out into
- 1:04:28Speaker 10: the parking garage. We sat out there for 10 minutes,
- 1:04:32Speaker 10: and then they per-blocked us to our room through the casino.
- 1:04:38Speaker 3: Which was at Mandalay Bay, right?
- 1:04:39Speaker 6: Mandalay Bay.
- 1:04:40Speaker 10: Yes.
- 1:04:41Speaker 3: Because you're at the Mandalay Bay Events Center where the
- 1:04:43Speaker 3: Aces play, and you're staying at the Mandalay Bay Hotel,
- 1:04:46Speaker 3: which is owned by MGM, which is a bunch of
- 1:04:49Speaker 3: liberal scumbags, by the way, just so you know. I
- 1:04:52Speaker 3: know all these people. They're scumbags, liberal, liberal, Democrat, bleeding
- 1:04:56Speaker 3: heart scumbags, Trump haters, and they evicted you from your room.
- 1:05:01Speaker 3: On what grounds?
- 1:05:04Speaker 17: They walked us through the casino to the elevator.
- 1:05:08Speaker 14: Down the hallway, up to our room. They stood in
- 1:05:11Speaker 14: our room.
- 1:05:12Speaker 6: Oh, my God.
- 1:05:15Speaker 14: Yeah, my husband said, I need to use the restroom.
- 1:05:17Speaker 14: And they said, you don't.
- 1:05:19Speaker 6: And he said, I'll pay for this room.
- 1:05:21Speaker 14: I'll pay for this room. And so then we wanted
- 1:05:24Speaker 14: to go to the checkout, go check out. They wouldn't
- 1:05:27Speaker 14: let us.
- 1:05:27Speaker 17: So they walked us through the casino again, through the parking.
- 1:05:31Speaker 14: Garage, to our car. Then they took down our make
- 1:05:34Speaker 14: and model.
- 1:05:35Speaker 10: And they're reporting back on the radio this whole time.
- 1:05:38Speaker 10: They even followed us out of the parking garage.
- 1:05:42Speaker 3: So what recourse do you have? I mean, have you
- 1:05:45Speaker 3: contacted a lawyer? Because I think you should sue the
- 1:05:48Speaker 3: living crap out of Mandalay Bay and MGM.
- 1:05:51Speaker 6: So we haven't got that far yet. We've just been
- 1:05:55Speaker 6: trying to get our money back for our room. And
- 1:05:57Speaker 6: that's been unsuccessful.
- 1:05:59Speaker 3: You're too nice. I've got great lawyers. You're going to
- 1:06:02Speaker 3: contact me when the show is over. OK, I'm at
- 1:06:05Speaker 3: Wayne Root at Gmail dot com. Wayne Root. Just my name.
- 1:06:08Speaker 3: No middle name. Wayne Root at Gmail dot com. And
- 1:06:11Speaker 3: I'm going to connect you with some of the best
- 1:06:13Speaker 3: lawyers in Las Vegas. And I'll bet you we can
- 1:06:16Speaker 3: get you a lawsuit. Forget about your room. You should
- 1:06:18Speaker 3: get back $ 50, 000 plus your room. This whole thing is
- 1:06:22Speaker 3: outrageous and ridiculous and terrible. And as far as I'm concerned,
- 1:06:26Speaker 3: racist and biased. They hate us because we're white and
- 1:06:30Speaker 3: we are Trump fans and we're straight and they hate us.
- 1:06:33Speaker 3: and it's just sickening.
- 1:06:34Speaker 6: Oh, you're absolutely correct.
- 1:06:36Speaker 3: Sickening.
- 1:06:36Speaker 6: You are absolutely correct.
- 1:06:39Speaker 3: No person that's straight should ever again go to an
- 1:06:41Speaker 3: Aces game. These people are all just terrible.
- 1:06:44Speaker 6: I don't even want to go back to Vegas.
- 1:06:46Speaker 10: We just went to Utah to visit my daughter, and
- 1:06:48Speaker 10: we bypassed Vegas.
- 1:06:50Speaker 3: Yeah. By the way, I love Utah, but Utah's not
- 1:06:53Speaker 3: that great either. All the Republicans are rhinos who run Utah.
- 1:06:56Speaker 3: So believe me, they're not that great either, but they're
- 1:06:58Speaker 3: better than that. They wouldn't do that to you. That
- 1:07:00Speaker 3: I can say. But it's kind of liberal, deep state, D.C.
- 1:07:05Speaker 3: swamp Republicans that run Utah. The governor's terrible. So it's
- 1:07:08Speaker 3: not so great either, but it's a lot better than Nevada.
- 1:07:11Speaker 3: No question about that. So, all right, look, I got
- 1:07:13Speaker 3: to go because the show is ending for the night.
- 1:07:16Speaker 3: I wanted to get your stories in. Scott and Michelle Leverett.
- 1:07:19Speaker 3: who were harassed and ejected from their seats, from their tickets,
- 1:07:25Speaker 3: from their hotel room, treated like garbage in my city,
- 1:07:28Speaker 3: Las Vegas. I'm going to try and make a big
- 1:07:31Speaker 3: deal about this. I'm going to get you a good lawyer.
- 1:07:33Speaker 3: WayneRoot at gmail.com. Email me after the show, and we'll
- 1:07:37Speaker 3: see if we can help you out, okay?
- 1:07:38Speaker 6: Thank you very much.
- 1:07:40Speaker 3: So you get a good feeling about Las Vegas, because
- 1:07:43Speaker 3: I love Las Vegas, and nothing like this should ever
- 1:07:45Speaker 3: happen in my town. I'll see what I can do
- 1:07:47Speaker 3: for you, okay?
- 1:07:49Speaker 4: All right.
- 1:07:49Speaker 13: Thank you.
- 1:07:49Speaker 3: Thank you. Thank you both. Scott, Michelle, thank you both.
- 1:07:52Speaker 3: God bless you. God bless America. Good people like them
- 1:07:55Speaker 3: remind me of, you know, my family and my mom
- 1:07:57Speaker 3: and dad, you know, to kick somebody out because you
- 1:08:00Speaker 3: don't like their politics of a sporting event and then
- 1:08:04Speaker 3: walk them into their hotel and kick them out of
- 1:08:06Speaker 3: their hotel. This is insanity. MGM should have the pantsuit
- 1:08:11Speaker 3: off their CEO. This is going on under his leadership.
- 1:08:15Speaker 3: What a joke. What a travesty.
- 1:08:17Speaker 10: All right.
- 1:08:18Speaker 3: I'm Wade Elleroot. This is Warzone Live. And I'm saying
- 1:08:21Speaker 3: goodnight for the night because I got America Speaks coming
- 1:08:23Speaker 3: up in about 22 minutes.
- 1:08:25Speaker 6: 800-347-ROOT.
- 1:08:25Speaker 3: Line up and start calling me, baby. Call in 800-347-ROOT,
- 1:08:27Speaker 3: which is 800-347-7666. Six, eight. You can be on with
- 1:08:37Speaker 3: me on national TV telling us what you think. We'll
- 1:08:40Speaker 3: be right. I was going to say we'll be right back.
- 1:08:42Speaker 3: I'll see you tomorrow on this show. Words are live.
- 1:08:45Speaker 3: The official podcast, The Gateway Pundit. And I'll see you
- 1:08:48Speaker 3: on America Speaks in about 20 minutes. OK, good night, everyone.
- 1:08:51Speaker 3: Bye bye. All right. I'm joined by Kip Perridge, my
- 1:08:56Speaker 3: old buddy, an economic expert, CEO of Vertical Research Advisors.
- 1:09:09Speaker 3: since Kip founded the VRA in 2003. Over the last
- 1:09:13Speaker 3: three years, VRA had an average gain of 37%. Kip,
- 1:09:18Speaker 3: congratulations on your success. I've seen it firsthand for over
- 1:09:21Speaker 3: 22 years. I've read your newsletter for the last 22
- 1:09:24Speaker 3: plus years. You're my personal financial expert. How do you
- 1:09:28Speaker 3: guys keep beating the markets almost every year when 90%
- 1:09:32Speaker 3: of Wall Street money managers fail to do so? Well, thanks, Wayne.
- 1:09:36Speaker 16: You know, I worked in that environment 15 years, worked
- 1:09:39Speaker 16: at Wall Street 15 years, helped take seven companies public,
- 1:09:42Speaker 16: raised and managed several hundred million dollars. And I know
- 1:09:44Speaker 16: how the group think of Wall Street works.
- 1:09:46Speaker 3: And that's not how people make money.
- 1:09:48Speaker 16: 90% of money managers, you say, don't beat the markets
- 1:09:51Speaker 16: every year.
- 1:09:51Speaker 4: We do.
- 1:09:52Speaker 16: And the reason really is I had great mentors that
- 1:09:56Speaker 16: helped me to create what we call our VRA investing system.
- 1:09:59Speaker 16: It's our proprietary system. market timing, and sector selection system.
- 1:10:03Speaker 16: It tells us when to be in the market, when
- 1:10:05Speaker 16: to be out, when to be aggressive, and when to
- 1:10:08Speaker 16: take some profits. It takes money to cash. And that
- 1:10:11Speaker 16: helps us with our sector selection. Again, market timing, those
- 1:10:14Speaker 16: are real keys. And we also love doing individual stock research.
- 1:10:17Speaker 16: So that's where you put our clients and subscribers into
- 1:10:21Speaker 16: and get ETFs, individual stocks. And we also love Bitcoin
- 1:10:25Speaker 16: and gold, as you know.
- 1:10:27Speaker 3: And silver.
- 1:10:27Speaker 16: In 2003, I recommended gold at $ 350 an ounce, silver
- 1:10:31Speaker 16: at $ 5. We recommended Bitcoin at $ 2, 000 in 2017. And
- 1:10:37Speaker 16: combined with those three, we're up over 4,000% in gains,
- 1:10:41Speaker 16: 40 times your money for our subscribers.
- 1:10:43Speaker 3: So we do things a little differently.
- 1:10:45Speaker 16: Fifth and sixth generation native Texans, and we love what
- 1:10:48Speaker 16: we do here in Texas.
- 1:10:50Speaker 3: Well, I'm a witness to all of it. I've been
- 1:10:51Speaker 3: there for all of it. There's a lot of fear
- 1:10:52Speaker 3: out there today, Kip. What do investors know about the
- 1:10:55Speaker 3: stock market right now? Yeah, you got to be in
- 1:10:57Speaker 3: this market.
- 1:10:58Speaker 16: That's what investors should know. Look, volatility is the price
- 1:11:01Speaker 16: of ambition.
- 1:11:01Speaker 3: It just is.
- 1:11:02Speaker 16: It comes with the territory. But these dips give us
- 1:11:04Speaker 16: great buying opportunities. Look, we've been the most bullish market
- 1:11:08Speaker 16: strategist in America for the last four years.
- 1:11:11Speaker 3: We call this the.
- 1:11:12Speaker 16: Innovation revolution meets the Trump economic miracle meets an absolute
- 1:11:16Speaker 16: ocean of liquidity.
- 1:11:17Speaker 3: Those are our big three.
- 1:11:19Speaker 16: Again, Trump's economic miracle this year is really going to
- 1:11:22Speaker 16: start paying its dues. We expect GDP growth to hit
- 1:11:24Speaker 16: 5% this year. We expect the markets to— we think the
- 1:11:27Speaker 16: bull market runs into the 2030s.
- 1:11:30Speaker 3: All right, everyone. I mean, everyone gets two weeks free

- 1:11:42Speaker 3: Kip Herridge, thank you.
- 1:11:44Speaker 13: Thank you, Wayne.
