- 0:00[SPEAKER_03]: So this woman's son goes missing.
- 0:03[SPEAKER_03]: He's autistic and he has another type of disability, probably a lot to manage for her.
- 0:10[SPEAKER_03]: And so she and this police officer are standing in the middle of this press conference and the police officer is talking about the search efforts.
- 0:17[SPEAKER_03]: Like we're looking for him, we've got drones and this that any other.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_03]: And during the press conference, somebody from the audience says, we found him, we found him.
- 0:25[SPEAKER_03]: And she looks at the person and she says, you found him?
- 0:29[SPEAKER_03]: and the officers like you found him and he goes and he's like we found them they found them he's excited and she goes and she hugs them she's like yep praise God no wait I'll do all this watch it let's watch it all the way two actually I'm sorry I'll be good for purchase okay a praise to the Lord oh my soul
- 0:52[SPEAKER_08]: Wow, this is the moment a mother learned her 16-year-old son had been found safe after nearly 48 hours.
- 1:04[SPEAKER_08]: It was during a live news conference with the St. John's County Sheriff.
- 1:07[SPEAKER_09]: I make sure I'm cry for getting to stay.
- 1:08[SPEAKER_09]: So it's the best outcome that can actually happen right now is to have a mom next to you right now that says God is good, right?
- 1:13[SPEAKER_09]: It doesn't get better than that.
- 1:14[SPEAKER_08]: The 16-year-old has mild autism in schizophrenia, and was first reported missing Saturday.
- 1:19[SPEAKER_08]: For two days, law enforcement and first responders searched from the ground to the sky, using K19's drones and helicopters.
- 1:27[SPEAKER_08]: Volunteers also stepping in to determine, to bring him home.
- 1:31[SPEAKER_00]: Relieved, blessed, you know.
- 1:35[SPEAKER_00]: I'm so happy that the family got their son back, sapiens out, you know, and it's a blessing.
- 1:42[SPEAKER_00]: God really answered the prayers today.
- 1:44[SPEAKER_00]: I felt chills come over my arms and everything from the fat, you know, from being happy.
- 1:48[SPEAKER_08]: Share for a part week says a good Samaritan.
- 1:50[SPEAKER_08]: Recognize the teens picture on social media.
- 1:53[SPEAKER_09]: This has been going on as you all know, since Saturday night, you've been putting out great information for us, but this is a citizen paying attention, not afraid to call St. John County Sheriff's office and bring in a 16 year old homeboy to his mom.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_08]: That family brought him inside and waited for deputies.
- 2:06[SPEAKER_08]: The sheriff says he wasn't good health and is receiving it.
- 2:09[SPEAKER_04]: I believe it's the most often photo of him.
- 2:11[SPEAKER_09]: The mom and him, he looks great.
- 2:12[SPEAKER_09]: He's inside a home of just some, some citizen that just doing what I tell you.
- 2:17[SPEAKER_08]: We're the following years.
- 2:18[SPEAKER_08]: First responders and a mother.
- 2:20[SPEAKER_08]: It never stopped hoping the ending was one worth celebrating.
- 2:24[SPEAKER_09]: She said, I think it was the prayer we get over here together with this group behind me.
- 2:29[SPEAKER_04]: Unbelievable.
- 2:30[SPEAKER_03]: So I had to watch it a couple of times because I said, well, what's she in shock?
- 2:37[SPEAKER_03]: Was it shot?
- 2:38[SPEAKER_03]: Oh my god.
- 2:39[SPEAKER_04]: It was this one.
- 2:40[SPEAKER_03]: You found him.
- 2:41[SPEAKER_03]: She, I believe that her first thought was, wow, dang, they found them.
- 2:49[SPEAKER_03]: That's crazy.
- 2:50[SPEAKER_03]: Like I'm thinking, overwhelmed mom, like going on, he's 16 years old, schizophrenia and autism could be a lot to manage and maybe she just tried to like,
- 3:01[SPEAKER_03]: put him outside of a fire station or something.
- 3:04[SPEAKER_03]: I have no idea, but that lady was not happy.
- 3:06[SPEAKER_04]: She was not happy.
- 3:07[SPEAKER_03]: She was not happy.
- 3:10[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe it's something deeper like maybe he's abusive.
- 3:15[SPEAKER_03]: schizophrenia and autism is a lot to manage, you know, and everybody's situation is different.
- 3:21[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe maybe he's abusive.
- 3:22[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe she's just overwhelmed.
- 3:24[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe she's not getting resources.
- 3:26[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe she doesn't feel like she can provide a life for him.
- 3:29[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know, but what I do know is that that was not the chance of a happy mother.
- 3:38[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, great.
- 3:41[SPEAKER_03]: Praise the Lord.
- 3:44[SPEAKER_03]: It was because of those prayers we just did with that group right there.
- 3:47[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, before I am, I'm just going to assume how you never know what's going on in a household.
- 3:53[SPEAKER_03]: So I've been happier to find an earring back.
- 3:59[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, dollar your parking lot.
- 4:01[SPEAKER_04]: Oh my god.
- 4:02[SPEAKER_03]: There it is.
- 4:03[SPEAKER_03]: All right.
- 4:04[SPEAKER_04]: Even though that is a little dollar here.
- 4:06[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, for sure.
- 4:07[SPEAKER_03]: For sure.
- 4:07[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, okay.
- 4:09[SPEAKER_04]: Well, that's what they're going on in the world.
- 4:12[SPEAKER_04]: There is another man that's really happy.
- 4:16[SPEAKER_04]: It seems like the Tyler's kind of stepping away.
- 4:19[SPEAKER_04]: Is it like stepping away from filming?
- 4:22[SPEAKER_03]: So I don't know.
- 4:23[SPEAKER_03]: I saw you mentioned that he said something about retirement.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_03]: I did not see that.
- 4:28[SPEAKER_03]: I saw that he said he wanted to just step away for a minute.
- 4:33[SPEAKER_03]: And time.
- 4:34[SPEAKER_04]: For a minute or step away.
- 4:35[SPEAKER_03]: Let's see, Tyler Perry step in a way.
- 4:39[SPEAKER_03]: Tyler, what are you stepping away from?
- 4:41[SPEAKER_03]: Like, why?
- 4:43[SPEAKER_04]: He's up a billion dollars.
- 4:45[SPEAKER_03]: I know, but keep it going.
- 4:47[SPEAKER_04]: Give me a strong law.
- 4:51[SPEAKER_04]: You'll give me a strong little, little, little eight that I just have.
- 4:57[SPEAKER_04]: I'm making a whole press conference like, yeah, so.
- 5:00[SPEAKER_03]: So it says that Tyler Perry announces plans to move to Puerto Rico, says he's pulling back a whole lot from work.
- 5:09[SPEAKER_03]: Tyler Perry says he plans to move to Puerto Rico in 2027 to spend more time with his son.
- 5:15[SPEAKER_03]: The revelation follows the release of his latest film, why did I get married again and comes as Perry reflects on slowing down with age.
- 5:24[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and it makes sense.
- 5:28[SPEAKER_03]: He's 57.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_04]: He's up.
- 5:32[SPEAKER_04]: I bill you.
- 5:32[SPEAKER_03]: He's a but Tyler like who else is writing for us.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_04]: We don't even like Tyler Perry.
- 5:42[SPEAKER_03]: I like Tyler.
- 5:43[SPEAKER_04]: And when I say, I do, you do.
- 5:46[SPEAKER_04]: But the people he makes, no, no, let me not say that.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_04]: He gets attacked a lot.
- 5:51[SPEAKER_03]: He does.
- 5:52[SPEAKER_03]: He does.
- 5:53[SPEAKER_03]: Because even he just did the Jennifer Hudson show.
- 5:56[SPEAKER_03]: And you know how they walk down that tunnel.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_01]: They're cooking them.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_03]: He comes doing his shimmie, you know?
- 6:03[SPEAKER_03]: And his shimmie looked fun to me.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_03]: And they're cooking him.
- 6:07[SPEAKER_03]: in the comments.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_03]: Tyler is like, all right, I've had it.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_04]: I saw this video.
- 6:12[SPEAKER_04]: I was a little young.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_04]: Also.
- 6:36[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know if you've dirty like that.
- 6:38[SPEAKER_03]: So I think that was for fun, but I do think that they'd be cooking them.
- 6:45[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 6:46[SPEAKER_04]: And it's writing is bad, and that it is on.
- 6:49[SPEAKER_04]: It's the same, and I like Tyler Perry's moves.
- 6:52[SPEAKER_04]: I don't think, I remember I haven't seen them all, but I like every Tyler Perry movie that I've watched.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_03]: I like every Tyler Perry movie now the TV shows.
- 7:04[SPEAKER_03]: I like them, I watch them, but they can get a little like far gone for me, but I watch all of the shows, I watch all the movies, and I actually love all the movies.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_03]: There's usually always like some kind of underlying reference, and like there's some undertone meaning in the movie, you gotta actually pay attention to it.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_03]: The TV shows are a little bit more for, you know, comedy and because I see them every day, like it becomes like soap operas, but I really like Tyler Perry, and I like his work, and I like that I like that I like he's somebody that we got to see evolve.
- 7:44[SPEAKER_03]: Like I remember,
- 7:46[SPEAKER_03]: I remember the the media dvd's that I probably got with it, like I used to meet this dude at Walgreens on Camp Creek and how many that we know where to actually buy one from because where were else did you get them from but the bootleg man the bootleg man you had to get them from the bootleg man Tyler you know what I mean but you see his place and he's evolved from having the microphone hanging in the middle of your head under the wigs and you know like he played almost every character to now he's got
- 8:16[SPEAKER_03]: cast and talent and I heard he's bringing in some writers and things so we've literally seen this evolution from somebody who did stage plays and audiences that initially were not sold out.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_03]: it being funny.
- 8:32[SPEAKER_03]: You get to see the mistakes being made.
- 8:34[SPEAKER_03]: We're enjoying it on DVD to now he's on the big screen to now he's on networks and he's negotiating and he's high in demand.
- 8:43[SPEAKER_03]: And now he has a type of demand where one network says they don't want a show and he says under his terms and he says fine, we'll take it.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_03]: to another network like his show.
- 8:53[SPEAKER_03]: What's his show called the one that Eve was in with the dancers?
- 8:57[SPEAKER_03]: I watched that show.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_03]: I never know the names of it because everything is just continue watching.
- 9:02[SPEAKER_03]: Um, she's, she even mad at him, mad at him.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_03]: First of all, I watched that show everything on day.
- 9:07[SPEAKER_03]: I should know it.
- 9:08[SPEAKER_03]: I should know the name of it.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_03]: Um, but I watch all of his,
- 9:13[SPEAKER_03]: And I think Tyler's great and I don't really care what he does like, you know, his sexuality, because that's the only thing that I see people give him a hard time about his sexuality and the poor right.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_03]: So the comments of them cooking him, like people are saying, Tyler just come on to come out.
- 9:35[SPEAKER_03]: Because he threw a little shimmy.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_04]: So I'm looking at it, you know, when I was watching it, I was wondering, like, why does he, you must've just did something, you must've just something weird on the walk, but people are saying, you didn't want to see his walk?
- 9:48[SPEAKER_04]: No, I didn't see the original.
- 9:50[SPEAKER_03]: No, to, okay, let me see if I can find it real quick.
- 9:53[SPEAKER_04]: I see the original.
- 9:55[SPEAKER_03]: It's probably on Jennifer's page, Jennifer Hudson.
- 10:02[SPEAKER_03]: And I think Jennifer, I mean,
- 10:09[SPEAKER_03]: Um, and here I'm about to send it to you now.
- 10:11[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, first off, and we could just pause for the cause the fact that they Okay, the fact No, keep watching you got it.
- 10:23[SPEAKER_04]: No, you got it because you hit the part That's a walk show.
- 10:28[SPEAKER_03]: No, you got it.
- 10:29[SPEAKER_04]: I got it over, but okay, forget to I like what they did with that The show
- 10:37[SPEAKER_04]: They created this no line where the people come in and what it's just a and now it's dope.
- 10:43[SPEAKER_03]: I remember when that first started happening and there was somebody's episode that they didn't air that part and they're like, yeah, where's the tunnel?
- 10:52[SPEAKER_03]: Where's the walkthrough?
- 10:53[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it's iconic.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_04]: something so simple that's branded and brandable now like you have to have the little you have to every guest has to come in and you're gonna do this walk that's hard even the most awkward of the dances coming through but watch it listen to the song
- 11:26[SPEAKER_03]: Walk into the station To me, he's just like, I'm like He's like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like,
- 11:44[SPEAKER_03]: That part, I was like, ah, ah, ah, but he just looks like somebody's uncle at the time.
- 11:52[SPEAKER_03]: Having a good time, if you've ever, if you've ever been to like a basement family get together, you might seeunk down there like, hey, you know what I mean?
- 12:03[SPEAKER_03]: Things that they wouldn't do in public, I don't know.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 12:12[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 12:12[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 12:13[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 12:13[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 12:14[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 12:18[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 12:18[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 12:19[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 12:20[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 12:22[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 12:22[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 12:23[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 12:23[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 12:24[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 12:25[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 12:29[SPEAKER_03]: get placed in that category like there could be a sexuality issue they call them gay and all the things.
- 12:36[SPEAKER_03]: But also Tyler talked a lot about his upbringing and how he was sexually abused as a child and all the things.
- 12:44[SPEAKER_03]: And so that has often been linked to some type of, you know, difference when you grow up like that that affects people in different ways.
- 12:56[SPEAKER_03]: So he has a son
- 12:58[SPEAKER_03]: He dated a woman from 2008 to 2020.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_03]: He's extremely private.
- 13:04[SPEAKER_03]: He dated a woman that he has a son with.
- 13:07[SPEAKER_03]: And they asked him in this interview, if he planned to get married.
- 13:12[SPEAKER_03]: And he said, nope, at this age, he doesn't think that it's a good idea for him.
- 13:16[SPEAKER_03]: So there won't be any marriage for him.
- 13:20[SPEAKER_04]: Ever.
- 13:21[SPEAKER_03]: Ever.
- 13:22[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_03]: Ever.
- 13:24[SPEAKER_04]: Uh, so is this maybe the doubling down on.
- 13:28[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 13:28[SPEAKER_04]: You got the low.
- 13:29[SPEAKER_04]: We got the low.
- 13:30[SPEAKER_04]: Walk and then I don't know.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_03]: What are you saying?
- 13:36[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 13:37[SPEAKER_03]: You're not going to get married.
- 13:39[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, they're putting stuff together.
- 13:41[SPEAKER_04]: All your air goes.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_02]: About marriage.
- 13:46[SPEAKER_05]: Yes.
- 13:47[SPEAKER_01]: You're going to get married?
- 13:47[SPEAKER_05]: Nope.
- 13:50[SPEAKER_05]: You don't want to be.
- 13:52[SPEAKER_05]: It's not the marriage that bothers me.
- 13:53[SPEAKER_05]: It's the divorce.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_05]: Everybody that I know that did well.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_05]: And when broke, it was because of a divorce.
- 14:02[SPEAKER_05]: So I'm good just being free.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_03]: I'm kidding.
- 14:06[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know where you go.
- 14:08[SPEAKER_03]: And that is... That's a reasonable response.
- 14:12[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 14:13[SPEAKER_04]: That is.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_03]: If a woman said,
- 14:21[SPEAKER_03]: of the financial disaster that could occur.
- 14:27[SPEAKER_03]: They don't necessarily just start saying she's gay.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I guess they did that to Oprah.
- 14:33[SPEAKER_03]: Everybody thought her gay her and Gayle are like a couple behind the scenes and step in this her armpit.
- 14:41[SPEAKER_03]: Really?
- 14:42[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think so.
- 14:43[SPEAKER_03]: I just think, I'm Oprah understands wealth and does what works for her.
- 14:47[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, let's listen to this.
- 14:51[SPEAKER_05]: Hello, yes, I am officially the first year that's on the first thing moving to Puerto Rico No, this is real.
- 14:57[SPEAKER_05]: Is that exclusive?
- 14:57[SPEAKER_05]: Yep moving to Puerto Rico to chop of the year and I'm pulling back a whole lot What's inspired this?
- 15:03[SPEAKER_05]: Oh getting older so it's like it's time to slow down I'll make a Jordan more time with my son and just take it all take it all in When the curtain closes because at some point it's gonna close for all of us
- 15:14[SPEAKER_05]: What do you hope the fans take from you?
- 15:19[SPEAKER_05]: He made us feel something good.
- 15:21[SPEAKER_05]: He made us see ourselves.
- 15:22[SPEAKER_04]: Gramps, give me a strong 30.
- 15:29[SPEAKER_04]: I'm making the same post.
- 15:31[SPEAKER_04]: Uh-huh.
- 15:31[SPEAKER_04]: You got a Puerto Rico nose.
- 15:33[SPEAKER_04]: I think there's no state income taxes.
- 15:37[SPEAKER_03]: And so I think, of course, Tyler isn't going to say,
- 15:44[SPEAKER_03]: But so many wealthy people establish a life in places like Puerto Rico.
- 15:49[SPEAKER_03]: We've got friends who are in Puerto Rico.
- 15:51[SPEAKER_04]: Imagine his tax bill.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_03]: His tax bill is insane.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, but what I'm saying, I think if you give me a 20, and my number keeps getting smaller.
- 16:03[SPEAKER_04]: 25?
- 16:03[SPEAKER_04]: No.
- 16:05[SPEAKER_04]: That I have.
- 16:06[SPEAKER_04]: Like I got it.
- 16:07[SPEAKER_03]: It's here.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_04]: I'm done.
- 16:09[SPEAKER_03]: I haven't done 100 million.
- 16:12[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, that's the aspiration, but I can see myself making this video here.
- 16:17[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I'm just pulling back on that one.
- 16:21[SPEAKER_03]: Age growing up here.
- 16:22[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I want to spend more time on my kids.
- 16:24[SPEAKER_03]: My kids are, you know.
- 16:26[SPEAKER_04]: I think this is probably the most responsible thing a person of means can do, because it shows that he's disciplined enough to not keep chasing something in this world that he won't be able to take with him.
- 16:41[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, but that doesn't mean that it's the end of Tyler Perry production maybe it is well our money said you saw that he just brought writers in yeah, but so even if he has writers I don't see him in the meetings.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_03]: But that doesn't mean that it's the end, this could also be the evidence of building something that still works without you, not like I'm shutting it down.
- 17:15[SPEAKER_03]: This is it, like we've written the last of the movies of Selenoff shows, maybe he's just passing the torch without a care though.
- 17:25[SPEAKER_04]: Like if, from my art, this studio, yo, I'm just, you know, I'm going into retirement, I'm leaving in a hands of our money and K in page.
- 17:37[SPEAKER_03]: Whatever y'all do with it.
- 17:40[SPEAKER_03]: Don't call me for me.
- 17:41[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, call me.
- 17:42[SPEAKER_04]: You know, yeah, he got his writers in place.
- 17:44[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, just write it, make sure it's good.
- 17:46[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe I'm hiring my older Davis or something like that to, you know, be my, you know, somebody that doesn't, or I don't know if she's done.
- 17:54[SPEAKER_04]: But somebody that's not done to my excited.
- 17:57[SPEAKER_04]: I'm bringing Jamie Fox, so that's my boy.
- 17:59[SPEAKER_04]: You take care of it.
- 18:01[SPEAKER_04]: My countens will make sure I get my portion, but if I don't, I just didn't.
- 18:07[SPEAKER_04]: I think it's extremely responsible.
- 18:10[SPEAKER_04]: He gets to live the rest of his life.
- 18:11[SPEAKER_04]: And now he might get the bug of wanting to work and get back in the game.
- 18:17[SPEAKER_04]: But I think this is a sign of maturity.
- 18:19[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know that it's a sign of maturity more than it's just an indication of what options provide you.
- 18:28[SPEAKER_03]: Building something that you have so much control over that you have the option to say,
- 18:35[SPEAKER_03]: at 57 years old, which is still very young.
- 18:39[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_03]: I'm pulling back.
- 18:41[SPEAKER_04]: That's good.
- 18:41[SPEAKER_03]: And I'm good.
- 18:43[SPEAKER_04]: And in the chat in the comment section, put your number, put your number in your age.
- 18:49[SPEAKER_04]: Cause I'm 41.
- 18:50[SPEAKER_04]: I'm at the point where I'm like, all right, let me just raise my kids.
- 18:52[SPEAKER_04]: You get this type of back.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_04]: If you get that type of money at your 20s it's like what else are you gonna you can't just you can't just stop No, a billion in my 20s No A billion in my 20s and your 20s know you're too far outside.
- 19:10[SPEAKER_04]: I wouldn't know you Yes, you would Sorry for that man.
- 19:14[SPEAKER_03]: Thank you for taking a chance Podcast King No, never met him.
- 19:22[SPEAKER_03]: I Don't know him.
- 19:23[SPEAKER_04]: You was still be out here
- 19:26[SPEAKER_04]: a billion in my 20s think about this reanimate a billion in win away all she does now has babies she's got pregnant she's still in our fintie bag though bishie or does she show up for an occasional photo shoot but that's a good that's that's a sign of I can live my life without having to do all this stuff I like I really like that
- 19:51[SPEAKER_04]: I really relate to it, but believe it or not, there's some people who can't let go of whatever their building.
- 19:57[SPEAKER_04]: What Donald Trump is what?
- 19:58[SPEAKER_04]: 100 How's he?
- 20:00[SPEAKER_04]: How's he?
- 20:01[SPEAKER_03]: 100 in teeth.
- 20:02[SPEAKER_04]: He?
- 20:03[SPEAKER_03]: Him and Moses like the same thing.
- 20:04[SPEAKER_04]: I want me.
- 20:05[SPEAKER_04]: So I'm about to go uh run the world.
- 20:08[SPEAKER_04]: It only like it's I'm gonna run the United States.
- 20:11[SPEAKER_04]: because I don't think he's a person who can ever let go and enjoy, well, let me not say it's not enjoying life because I think we are entrepreneurs, we enjoy life, people have a their dream job and they go to work every single date, they enjoy it like my cousin Mimi, she has worked with kids since I was a child and she does not have to work in the work
- 20:41[SPEAKER_04]: She doesn't have to work, but she loves going to work.
- 20:43[SPEAKER_04]: Enjoying what she does, and she's also enjoying her life.
- 20:46[SPEAKER_04]: But I'm saying there's some people who cannot let go of the wheel and you want to build.
- 20:51[SPEAKER_04]: So I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing, right?
- 20:54[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, you might just go on to full philanthropy and spend the rest of his life.
- 20:59[SPEAKER_04]: Like, I think it's Winston Churchill.
- 21:01[SPEAKER_04]: He said, I'm a spin.
- 21:02[SPEAKER_04]: The first half of my life building and accumulating wealth, and I'll spend the second half of my life giving it all away.
- 21:08[SPEAKER_04]: Coolest court I can find.
- 21:11[SPEAKER_04]: that's a really cool quote.
- 21:13[SPEAKER_03]: I am looking something else just came up.
- 21:15[SPEAKER_03]: I'm trying to find a clip of Tyler from the breakfast club.
- 21:18[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know if they've dropped it on the internet, on their social media, but apparently they also interviewed Tyler Perry.
- 21:27[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, sort of.
- 21:28[SPEAKER_03]: And he said he had not dated in 30 years.
- 21:33[SPEAKER_04]: He hasn't dated in 30 years and I want to hear exactly what he said, but where are you seeing the clip because I saw a clip yesterday If you probably go to like Charlemagne's page or something Because I definitely saw it.
- 21:47[SPEAKER_04]: I didn't see that particular clip But I'm sure they posted on breakfast club.
- 21:52[SPEAKER_04]: There we go.
- 21:52[SPEAKER_03]: That's high.
- 21:53[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, here we go.
- 21:54[SPEAKER_03]: Let's see
- 21:56[SPEAKER_02]: for us in these big studio spaces and people are going to appreciate it and say they don't have no more.
- 22:01[SPEAKER_02]: It's talking about his plans to take us that back from things eventually and move to Puerto Rico, let's take a listen.
- 22:07[SPEAKER_03]: No.
- 22:07[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I'm sorry, I think I was wrong.
- 22:18[SPEAKER_05]: and I'm pulling back a whole lot.
- 22:19[SPEAKER_05]: I don't believe that.
- 22:20[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 22:20[SPEAKER_05]: Hubless is a shaking her head and saying, no, that's a truth.
- 22:24[SPEAKER_05]: Is it really?
- 22:24[SPEAKER_05]: That is a truth.
- 22:25[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 22:26[SPEAKER_05]: What's inspired this?
- 22:27[SPEAKER_05]: Which one?
- 22:28[SPEAKER_05]: The move.
- 22:28[SPEAKER_05]: The move.
- 22:29[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, getting older.
- 22:30[SPEAKER_05]: So it's like it's time to slow down a little bit and enjoy more time with my son and just take it all.
- 22:34[SPEAKER_06]: Take it all in.
- 22:35[SPEAKER_05]: Take it all in.
- 22:36[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 22:36[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 22:37[SPEAKER_06]: Hey, hey, I'm sick of you and words.
- 22:38[SPEAKER_06]: I've had enough y'all get on my damn Stop hating on the people you should be learn it from drop on the clothes balls and tell a pair If you live in Puerto Rico in your resident Puerto Rico, you do not pay federal personal income tax on
- 23:08[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't think about the taxes when I heard that what I thought about was as long as I could remember a TV and like things that you would watch when it comes like black household Tyler Perry has always been bringing us something new.
- 23:19[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 23:20[SPEAKER_02]: I mean he could take us back and hire people because the studio on sure will still be there But like what does that look like when he's not as involved because we'll always hear that he's super involved Yeah, I mean Tyler will still have a lot of work out here and he's screeching some show.
- 23:30[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, so much content.
- 23:32[SPEAKER_06]: You know what I mean?
- 23:32[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I can too.
- 23:33[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah That's what we produce a content he'll just
- 23:35[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, well speaking of you know what that relax in a chillin life may look like Because he's that was to day show with Justin so best there.
- 23:42[SPEAKER_02]: He also during this pressure on for why did I get married again spoke to Jennifer Hudson On the J. HUD show and he talks about why he is never getting married.
- 23:50[SPEAKER_01]: Let's take a listen You may three movies as we know How marriage yes, you gonna give it nope
- 24:00[SPEAKER_05]: And then it, you don't want to be able to say too much, right?
- 24:05[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
- 24:06[SPEAKER_05]: Everybody that I know and went broke.
- 24:09[SPEAKER_05]: It was because of a divorce.
- 24:10[SPEAKER_05]: So I'm good just being free.
- 24:13[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 24:14[SPEAKER_07]: Fifty says that a lot too.
- 24:15[SPEAKER_07]: A lot of people say that when it comes to get married.
- 24:18[SPEAKER_06]: Who are these guys going to meet at this day?
- 24:21[SPEAKER_06]: I was just saying, yeah.
- 24:22[SPEAKER_06]: I go like, we, I think we take for granted that we've been with all the different, I don't know, my life at 28 years.
- 24:27[SPEAKER_06]: That's why I work for 30 years.
- 24:30[SPEAKER_04]: I got it.
- 24:30[SPEAKER_04]: I got it.
- 24:31[SPEAKER_04]: I got it.
- 24:31[SPEAKER_04]: I got it.
- 24:31[SPEAKER_04]: I got it.
- 24:32[SPEAKER_04]: I got it.
- 24:32[SPEAKER_04]: I don't have it.
- 24:33[SPEAKER_04]: But, Tyler Perry said it in a recent today with Jenna and She Nell interview published September 14, 2026, when Justin Sylvester joked about whether Tyler Perry, whether Tyler Perry, tells women on a first date that he never plans to marry, period response.
- 24:53[SPEAKER_04]: I haven't been on a date in 30 years.
- 24:56[SPEAKER_04]: I couldn't even tell you what said on the first date.
- 25:00[SPEAKER_04]: One important distinction, he said he hasn't been on a date in 30 years, not necessarily that he hasn't had a romantic relationship during that period.
- 25:08[SPEAKER_04]: He was in a long-term relationship with Guy Galila Bekeel with whom he has a son.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_03]: So, how does that work?
- 25:16[SPEAKER_04]: Which I mean?
- 25:17[SPEAKER_03]: Because they dated from or they were in a long-term relationship from 2008 to 2020.
- 25:29[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe he hasn't.
- 25:30[SPEAKER_04]: So what am I?
- 25:31[SPEAKER_04]: I'm 30, I'm 41, so I was 11.
- 25:34[SPEAKER_04]: So that's when, so think about it.
- 25:36[SPEAKER_04]: His plays were popping when I was a kid, which was over 30 years ago.
- 25:42[SPEAKER_04]: And then he has his movies.
- 25:45[SPEAKER_04]: Dating, maybe say I haven't been on a date in 30 years.
- 25:49[SPEAKER_03]: Or how do you end up in a long-term relationship with a kid?
- 25:53[SPEAKER_04]: They come to the house.
- 25:56[SPEAKER_03]: And they just keep coming for a really long time.
- 25:59[SPEAKER_04]: 100%.
- 26:00[SPEAKER_03]: For Tyler Perry.
- 26:02[SPEAKER_04]: For Joe that work at crab shack, not a street.
- 26:05[SPEAKER_04]: What?
- 26:05[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 26:05[SPEAKER_04]: There's some guys watching right out of you.
- 26:09[SPEAKER_04]: I've been on a date either.
- 26:10[SPEAKER_04]: Really?
- 26:13[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know if I believe that.
- 26:14[SPEAKER_03]: I think Tyler's math isn't mathing there.
- 26:17[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like I have seen them on a red carpet before or something.
- 26:22[SPEAKER_03]: And that's.
- 26:23[SPEAKER_04]: Is that a date?
- 26:25[SPEAKER_03]: is it?
- 26:25[SPEAKER_04]: No.
- 26:26[SPEAKER_03]: It's not.
- 26:26[SPEAKER_04]: No, he went to this event.
- 26:28[SPEAKER_03]: It depends on the relationship.
- 26:30[SPEAKER_03]: Be my date to this event.
- 26:34[SPEAKER_04]: Ah.
- 26:35[SPEAKER_03]: What's up CEO, your business is not necessarily at the beginner level, and you hadn't quite his scale yet.
- 26:42[SPEAKER_03]: You're consistently making money, you have confidence in your offers, and you're getting some testimonials about your products and services.
- 26:48[SPEAKER_04]: The problem is, you cannot get to that million dollar mark for some reason.
- 26:52[SPEAKER_04]: And the issue is, you are the smartest person in your business, you're the smartest person in your brand.
- 26:56[SPEAKER_04]: You're the smartest person that you talk to, you need community and coaching.
- 27:00[SPEAKER_04]: Those things would take you to that million dollar level.
- 27:02[SPEAKER_03]: Absolutely.
- 27:03[SPEAKER_03]: If I'm being totally honest with people today, oftentimes you know what it is that you have to do, but you're so busy trying to do everything that you can't get your thoughts straight.
- 27:12[SPEAKER_03]: You can't sit down long enough and get clarity and you end up staying stuck where you are in your business.
- 27:18[SPEAKER_03]: We want to invite you to change that and walk into a new season with us in the social proof circle.
- 27:24[SPEAKER_03]: We have created a community for entrepreneurs who are interested in personal development,
- 27:29[SPEAKER_03]: and financial development to take you from where you are right now to where you're really trying to go.
- 27:35[SPEAKER_04]: And you get both of us as somewhat of your Coke CEO's where we get to help you think through the issues in your business.
- 27:42[SPEAKER_04]: This will have you the best year of your life.
- 27:44[SPEAKER_04]: So click the link, join the social group circle.
- 27:46[SPEAKER_03]: We'll see you in there.
- 27:47[SPEAKER_03]: Bye.
- 27:51[SPEAKER_04]: But so think about this, let's say, for instance, they come to the house, they just, you know, they're doing whatever these people do when they're, it's really easy to go from that to never going on a date.
- 28:04[SPEAKER_03]: They were in a relationship for 12 years.
- 28:07[SPEAKER_04]: But I could think of some people I was in a relationship with that I never took outside.
- 28:16[SPEAKER_03]: I can't.
- 28:18[SPEAKER_05]: Never been on a date.
- 28:20[SPEAKER_04]: Never like, I'm dumb on it like Olive Garden.
- 28:23[SPEAKER_04]: We just never didn't got Olive Garden.
- 28:25[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, when it got Olive Garden.
- 28:26[SPEAKER_03]: Never.
- 28:27[SPEAKER_03]: Never.
- 28:28[SPEAKER_03]: No rare lobster cheddar biscuits.
- 28:30[SPEAKER_04]: I'm talking.
- 28:32[SPEAKER_04]: College right after College, my aunt on money, like come to the crib, cook.
- 28:37[SPEAKER_03]: and just keep coming to the career.
- 28:38[SPEAKER_04]: Keep coming to the career.
- 28:39[SPEAKER_03]: Keep cooking and you stop at the windyxie and get a little pack of chicken.
- 28:44[SPEAKER_03]: Come on.
- 28:44[SPEAKER_03]: I got some drumsticks, some pork and beans, come on through.
- 28:47[SPEAKER_04]: That was my life where a very long time.
- 28:49[SPEAKER_03]: Wow.
- 28:51[SPEAKER_04]: A very long time.
- 28:52[SPEAKER_03]: I still don't believe that he has not been on a date in 30 years.
- 28:56[SPEAKER_03]: However, let me not be one of those people that
- 29:00[SPEAKER_03]: try to save that man's experience is something other than what he said it is.
- 29:04[SPEAKER_04]: And that's some people in the comments that will agree.
- 29:06[SPEAKER_03]: He said that he hasn't been on the date in 30 years.
- 29:09[SPEAKER_03]: He has his son and now thinking about that.
- 29:12[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe that was more of a, I do want a child move though.
- 29:18[SPEAKER_04]: Or it just comes at a house and that results in a child.
- 29:22[SPEAKER_04]: It didn't just like we're not going on dates.
- 29:24[SPEAKER_03]: Or it was a business decision.
- 29:25[SPEAKER_03]: Hey, look, I want to son.
- 29:27[SPEAKER_03]: I want a child.
- 29:28[SPEAKER_03]: you appear to have really good genes.
- 29:31[SPEAKER_03]: I will take care of you.
- 29:32[SPEAKER_04]: I think it was the format.
- 29:35[SPEAKER_03]: In an exchange, I don't think that woman was just coming to the house.
- 29:38[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I think she was.
- 29:41[SPEAKER_04]: I'm sorry.
- 29:43[SPEAKER_04]: I would 100% clear.
- 29:44[SPEAKER_03]: It is, I'll tell you this, people at the club is to say, yeah, it would make more sense that this is a business arrangement, particularly because have we ever seen the sun?
- 29:53[SPEAKER_03]: Have we ever seen his sun?
- 29:55[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, thanks all.
- 29:58[SPEAKER_04]: No, no, I've never seen him.
- 30:00[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think we've seen Tyler Perry's son.
- 30:07[SPEAKER_03]: I think that he has a tucked away situation.
- 30:10[SPEAKER_04]: He's not high in his son or his son or his son.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, the Tyler Perry's son, like an image of his son.
- 30:16[SPEAKER_03]: We're just wondering, have we ever seen his son?
- 30:20[SPEAKER_04]: You got to be out of here.
- 30:21[SPEAKER_04]: You got to be out of here.
- 30:23[SPEAKER_04]: We just recently saw Michael Jordan's son doing a crack on a boat a couple of years ago, right?
- 30:30[SPEAKER_03]: That wasn't recent.
- 30:32[SPEAKER_04]: It wasn't.
- 30:33[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, all I see was born in 2014, November.
- 30:36[SPEAKER_04]: So he's 11.
- 30:37[SPEAKER_04]: He's 11 years old.
- 30:38[SPEAKER_03]: I see a baby picture of him.
- 30:50[SPEAKER_03]: I don't see any all I see are it says here's one of the commonly circulated childhood images and that's him.
- 30:58[SPEAKER_03]: That's it he's 11 now.
- 31:00[SPEAKER_04]: Hmm.
- 31:01[SPEAKER_04]: Come on.
- 31:01[SPEAKER_04]: I see a you see the back of his head.
- 31:03[SPEAKER_04]: That's crazy.
- 31:04[SPEAKER_03]: I've never seen his face.
- 31:06[SPEAKER_00]: The vagabes.
- 31:07[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 31:09[SPEAKER_03]: And he thought look like the same two children.
- 31:12[SPEAKER_04]: He's got Yoda has to be a picture of this man's child somewhere.
- 31:18[SPEAKER_03]: He says Tyler and Amon's mother, Galilah Bacal, have specifically said they chose not to show his face publicly, including in the Maxine's baby documentary.
- 31:31[SPEAKER_04]: That's actually fired up because no one can kind of like nobody can extort him.
- 31:36[SPEAKER_03]: Nobody can target him.
- 31:37[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 31:38[SPEAKER_03]: But I mean at some point,
- 31:41[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, but by the time it's a grown, how do you live your life, do the nanny's take you everywhere, do you ride in a separate vehicle?
- 31:47[SPEAKER_04]: Come to hell.
- 31:48[SPEAKER_03]: No, he wants pizza.
- 31:50[SPEAKER_03]: He wants pizza, pizza is not just coming to the house every time.
- 31:53[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, the chef that makes pizza, that child has never had dominoes, you hear me?
- 32:03[SPEAKER_04]: That kid's never been to the mall while maybe maybe because we don't know his face so he could be walking around that's actually done with your daughter that you know that's actually
- 32:13[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, according to your stuff, look a little harder.
- 32:16[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, we need these, anyway, y'all, but that I think that's so dope though, because that kid can go to the mall, that kid can play ball.
- 32:25[SPEAKER_04]: Now Tyler can't go watching play basketball, but you never know, you're on a team.
- 32:30[SPEAKER_03]: He just... Tyler knows prosthetic stuff to change his appearance.
- 32:37[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, huh.
- 32:38[SPEAKER_03]: He might be out there watching him play.
- 32:43[SPEAKER_03]: And not even just like I'm thinking about it, Tyler is 57, he's saying that he hasn't dated since he was 30, I mean in 30 years, which would make him 27.
- 32:55[SPEAKER_03]: He does have a son, I feel strongly, this is alleged, but I feel strongly that it was a business arrangement.
- 33:02[SPEAKER_03]: He wanted a kid, he met somebody that was to him worth having a child with, but he's been so locked in and focused on his work for the last 30 years that he hasn't had the experience of a real romantic relationship that has obviously generated or produced the type of love that would make you want
- 33:25[SPEAKER_04]: And think about it.
- 33:26[SPEAKER_04]: Where is Tyler Perry gonna go on a date?
- 33:30[SPEAKER_03]: Just by the place out for the night, people do that all the time.
- 33:34[SPEAKER_04]: But then he has to take somebody.
- 33:37[SPEAKER_04]: And maybe he doesn't want, I just met you.
- 33:39[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not about to have you in me in the tabloids.
- 33:42[SPEAKER_04]: I understand, he just had come through house.
- 33:44[SPEAKER_03]: But is that a good trade-off?
- 33:48[SPEAKER_03]: You're never even able to go on a date.
- 33:51[SPEAKER_03]: Like Tyler can't just,
- 33:54[SPEAKER_03]: randomly experienced three or four dates like we say they'd everybody did everybody until you find the one Tyler can't just be out here in these streets or couldty dates are overrated first off dates are overrated what do you mean like going to dinner and movies and most men can have the companionship why do you go sit in a team in the sex companionship
- 34:20[SPEAKER_04]: someone that I talked to on a regular basis, somebody, you know, there's somebody that you may have like a cool relationship with, but you, who was I talking to?
- 34:36[SPEAKER_04]: It was King, King.
- 34:38[SPEAKER_04]: She has a really cool relationship with her friends and she said, I can get the same level of intimacy except for I've just, you know, like doing a do,
- 34:50[SPEAKER_04]: So they don't go on dates, but they hang out.
- 34:52[SPEAKER_04]: I get, I got somebody I can talk to.
- 34:55[SPEAKER_04]: I got, I'm just saying that that's what she said.
- 34:58[SPEAKER_04]: That's her experience.
- 34:59[SPEAKER_03]: There is intimacy in friendship.
- 35:01[SPEAKER_03]: For sure.
- 35:02[SPEAKER_03]: Like I have really great girlfriends that I feel like I have a really, like complete, I feel complete.
- 35:10[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like I have a complete life, not because of my girlfriends, but because of just my life and how things have worked out.
- 35:18[SPEAKER_03]: there's still room for a relationship with a man outside of that, like even if it's not marriage, like to your point, what I would desire more than anything is the companionship, but to me, companionship doesn't mean not dating and not experiencing the world.
- 35:37[SPEAKER_03]: It includes those things.
- 35:38[SPEAKER_04]: Is dating and experiencing the world the same thing?
- 35:44[SPEAKER_03]: If we're dating.
- 35:48[SPEAKER_04]: Nah, again, look at this scenario.
- 35:51[SPEAKER_03]: You can for sure take me on a date to experience a part of the world.
- 35:57[SPEAKER_03]: Hey, the Beyonce Concert is in Turks and K-Cos want to go.
- 36:03[SPEAKER_03]: Let's go on a date there.
- 36:05[SPEAKER_03]: Sure, let's go.
- 36:06[SPEAKER_04]: What, they might not call it a date.
- 36:08[SPEAKER_04]: Listen, if you start a dating, Tyler Perry, it's over with for the dates.
- 36:18[SPEAKER_03]: or something but what he said I say no he said I haven't been on a date I'm getting to know you you're gonna know that I don't even know what people say on dates you don't do that but that's what I mean like whatever I would say okay whatever I would say to you sitting at chops lobster bar where it chops on a date whatever that conversation would be would be the same conversation is if you said hey look I'm Tyler Perry
- 36:46[SPEAKER_03]: I can't go to chops, but I have a yacht.
- 36:48[SPEAKER_03]: Let's just go on a yacht.
- 36:49[SPEAKER_03]: I have my chef cook it up.
- 36:51[SPEAKER_03]: The same getting to know you questions would be the same questions I'd ask in that environment.
- 36:56[SPEAKER_04]: We're assuming that he likes that stuff.
- 36:59[SPEAKER_03]: Whatever he likes, Dave, I don't care if you're taking me on a helicopter with your private pilot.
- 37:05[SPEAKER_03]: Whatever we're asking, whatever I'm asking you at TGI Fridays,
- 37:11[SPEAKER_03]: is the same thing that I am going to ask you in your mansion with your staff of chefs and violinists and heart players and things.
- 37:22[SPEAKER_03]: We're going to have the same conversation.
- 37:24[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, for sure.
- 37:25[SPEAKER_04]: Just at the house.
- 37:26[SPEAKER_04]: So you're not going on a date.
- 37:27[SPEAKER_04]: You're coming through with our dinner.
- 37:30[SPEAKER_03]: Your house here, your house there, your house here.
- 37:33[SPEAKER_04]: I'm sure they'd be out there.
- 37:34[SPEAKER_04]: I'm sure they'd be out there.
- 37:35[SPEAKER_04]: But here's if he doesn't want his business out there.
- 37:39[SPEAKER_03]: like we can't do nothing together but there are also places that have back door entry like you never know they were there so one of my favorite but I don't got to go through the moops two of my favorite restaurants here in Atlanta have
- 37:53[SPEAKER_03]: like chef's kitchens where you got to really be somebody to them to even have that access.
- 38:00[SPEAKER_03]: One of them, I've been going to this restaurant for years and I just, I was just told about it.
- 38:06[SPEAKER_03]: I thought this was a wall the whole time.
- 38:08[SPEAKER_03]: It's a door to get into a whole other area that only certain people can get into.
- 38:13[SPEAKER_03]: Like there are opportunities available for him to date.
- 38:16[SPEAKER_03]: He just
- 38:22[SPEAKER_04]: I don't want to I don't want to sneak you into all right.
- 38:25[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, we're going to talk in text and we are going to like when you come through you come through we might go to another country and hang out you know the coolest thing to do or the easiest like play would be to make who you're dating a part of your staff.
- 38:40[SPEAKER_03]: So nobody asks questions.
- 38:43[SPEAKER_03]: So that's my publicist.
- 38:44[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, she's just my publicist.
- 38:45[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I don't go on dates.
- 38:46[SPEAKER_04]: I just be.
- 38:48[SPEAKER_03]: work in work date.
- 38:50[SPEAKER_04]: I feel it.
- 38:51[SPEAKER_04]: But I tolerate period is living a dope life.
- 38:54[SPEAKER_03]: So somebody asked me I did a I posted on Instagram on my stories like a questions thing asked me anything.
- 39:02[SPEAKER_03]: And somebody said, do you think you could handle having a billion dollars?
- 39:08[SPEAKER_03]: And I said, do I think I could handle having a billion dollars like possessing it?
- 39:14[SPEAKER_03]: Absolutely.
- 39:16[SPEAKER_03]: Do I believe that I want to be the person that I'd have to become in order to earn the billion dollars?
- 39:25[SPEAKER_03]: I'm not sure.
- 39:26[SPEAKER_03]: I could possess a billion dollars because it came to me through an inheritance.
- 39:32[SPEAKER_03]: It's quiet.
- 39:33[SPEAKER_03]: It's private.
- 39:33[SPEAKER_03]: Nobody knows about it.
- 39:35[SPEAKER_03]: And I could live a beautiful life.
- 39:36[SPEAKER_03]: But being like the Tyler Perry, that person that went out and earned it and it's very public information and it's printed somewhere.
- 39:44[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know if I want to say I hadn't been on a date in 30 years.
- 39:47[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know if I don't have the, I don't know if I would enjoy not being able to pull up at one of my favorite restaurants and just enjoy a good state like I want to be able to go places and do things.
- 40:10[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 40:10[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know if I want that life either.
- 40:13[SPEAKER_04]: I do want.
- 40:13[SPEAKER_04]: I do like the life to tie the Perry sun is having though.
- 40:17[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know that I like the life that tie with me.
- 40:19[SPEAKER_03]: No, no, no, no, I know you, but you, but what experiences are you getting with your dad?
- 40:23[SPEAKER_03]: Your dad can't take you to six flags and Disney world.
- 40:26[SPEAKER_03]: Your dad can't be out there coaching you on the sidelines.
- 40:29[SPEAKER_04]: Like, why do you need all that?
- 40:31[SPEAKER_04]: Why do you need that?
- 40:32[SPEAKER_04]: You could spend time with your dad at the house.
- 40:35[SPEAKER_03]: So what are they doing?
- 40:36[SPEAKER_03]: Orchestrating like their own little football league and y'all come to the back yard and play ball.
- 40:41[SPEAKER_04]: So I think about it like this, Blue Ivy.
- 40:45[SPEAKER_04]: She doesn't know what, like, what the inside of a mall looks like.
- 40:50[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, she does.
- 40:51[SPEAKER_04]: She doesn't know what it's like to play on the sports team and her friends, it knows she does.
- 40:59[SPEAKER_03]: She knows what the inside of a mall looks like.
- 41:01[SPEAKER_03]: She has been exposed.
- 41:03[SPEAKER_03]: She has been in public.
- 41:04[SPEAKER_03]: She's been out with her parents having dinner on boats at parties and things.
- 41:09[SPEAKER_03]: She doesn't get to go to the house party up the street.
- 41:12[SPEAKER_03]: No, she doesn't get to do those things.
- 41:15[SPEAKER_03]: But maybe she gets to have deja.
- 41:17[SPEAKER_03]: My daughter couldn't go to the house party up the street.
- 41:19[SPEAKER_03]: The kids can come play at our house, right?
- 41:21[SPEAKER_03]: Like she still gets some real life experience.
- 41:26[SPEAKER_04]: Yes, some.
- 41:27[SPEAKER_04]: What I'm saying is Tyler Perry's son gets to be a kid and do all the stuff that a kid can do.
- 41:34[SPEAKER_03]: How do you know?
- 41:35[SPEAKER_04]: Nobody knows who he is.
- 41:37[SPEAKER_03]: Nobody knows who he is, but somebody knows who he is.
- 41:40[SPEAKER_03]: And that's enough to say, have secret service level protection around him at all times.
- 41:44[SPEAKER_03]: For sure, but he's not getting those experience.
- 41:47[SPEAKER_04]: But he's walking through the mall, security is back here.
- 41:50[SPEAKER_04]: And he's just a kid and everybody's passing.
- 41:53[SPEAKER_03]: And they're just walking away.
- 41:54[SPEAKER_03]: You're going to walk as Tyler Perry's kid.
- 41:55[SPEAKER_04]: No, you're not.
- 41:56[SPEAKER_04]: He's 11.
- 41:57[SPEAKER_03]: You're still going to walk a certain way as Tyler's kid.
- 42:00[SPEAKER_03]: But to that point, it's not even just about the experiences that he's able to like his friends have to know that he's Tyler Perry's son.
- 42:09[SPEAKER_03]: So is he walking through the mile by himself or with his friends?
- 42:11[SPEAKER_03]: Is everybody cell phone confiscated?
- 42:13[SPEAKER_03]: Like what kind of experience is this walking through the mile?
- 42:17[SPEAKER_03]: We can't even take a picture in the mall without somebody saying, delete that now.
- 42:21[SPEAKER_03]: Like, you know what I mean?
- 42:23[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know if I want, I know I don't want to live like that.
- 42:28[SPEAKER_04]: Well, you don't know.
- 42:29[SPEAKER_04]: You don't want to live like that.
- 42:30[SPEAKER_04]: I do.
- 42:30[SPEAKER_04]: I know that you haven't lived like that yet.
- 42:33[SPEAKER_03]: I have no desire to live an undiscoverable life.
- 42:36[SPEAKER_03]: I have no desire to live a life where I can't walk outside and do stuff.
- 42:41[SPEAKER_04]: You haven't experienced the tradeoffs.
- 42:43[SPEAKER_03]: But what I did say in that post when she said, do you think that so there was another question like, like, why didn't I think that I could be that person who earned it?
- 42:54[SPEAKER_03]: And I said, you know,
- 42:55[SPEAKER_03]: Millionaires look different today.
- 42:58[SPEAKER_03]: Billionaires are also starting to look different.
- 43:01[SPEAKER_03]: LeBron James has hit that status.
- 43:03[SPEAKER_03]: Rihanna has hit that status.
- 43:05[SPEAKER_03]: The Carter knows family had hit that status at one point, Kylie and them had hit that status.
- 43:10[SPEAKER_03]: Some of the Kardashians hit that status and you see them.
- 43:14[SPEAKER_03]: living their lives.
- 43:16[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, you have to have security detail everywhere you go.
- 43:19[SPEAKER_03]: You don't have any privacy.
- 43:20[SPEAKER_03]: There's cameras all in your face.
- 43:22[SPEAKER_03]: I think I could deal with that more than I could deal with being hidden.
- 43:27[SPEAKER_03]: and not being able to come outside.
- 43:28[SPEAKER_04]: Right, but I don't think he's at the same level as anybody because you get to make that choice of how private or public you want to be.
- 43:36[SPEAKER_04]: So he could, so I could have his kid out there and be the same thing as I don't know any other celebrity.
- 43:43[SPEAKER_04]: But he chooses to live his life in a very private manner and that's what he prefers.
- 43:49[SPEAKER_03]: But how does that impact the child?
- 43:52[SPEAKER_03]: He's making decisions that he thinks are best for his life and his child.
- 43:57[SPEAKER_03]: How does that ultimately impact the child?
- 44:00[SPEAKER_03]: What trauma is this child now going to have to heal from because his dad was Tyler Perry?
- 44:06[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, what the kids?
- 44:09[SPEAKER_04]: that grew up in the hood with nothing experienced trauma.
- 44:12[SPEAKER_04]: Trauma is trauma, it just looks different.
- 44:14[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 44:15[SPEAKER_04]: So we can't say that he's living a worse life as a child than somebody else.
- 44:20[SPEAKER_03]: I'm just guessing that he's living a worse life.
- 44:22[SPEAKER_03]: I'm just, you said, I would love that life.
- 44:25[SPEAKER_03]: I'm like, I would not.
- 44:26[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not in, say you would love, I said you don't know.
- 44:29[SPEAKER_03]: No, you said, I like the life that Tyler Perry's, Tyler Perry's son is living.
- 44:34[SPEAKER_04]: I do.
- 44:35[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know that I do.
- 44:36[SPEAKER_03]: I also like, this makes me think of Paris Hilton.
- 44:40[SPEAKER_03]: she grew up as an heir to the Hilton family, you know, and their parents own all of these hotels and they're worth a ton of money and stuff.
- 44:48[SPEAKER_03]: And she recently did an interview in this last year that talked about how traumatic her upbringing was.
- 44:55[SPEAKER_03]: And did you see that?
- 44:58[SPEAKER_03]: She did this interview about how traumatic her life experience was like we got to see Paris and Nikki, Richie, Nicole Richie, in their reality show and they're doing stuff like I remember they had never been to a Walmart before and they're in Walmart like
- 45:13[SPEAKER_03]: Look at all this stuff in one place.
- 45:17[SPEAKER_03]: Oh my god.
- 45:18[SPEAKER_03]: They're trying to figure out how to pump gas and that show was so cool because it was taking people who probably lived like a Tyler Perry's child's life
- 45:27[SPEAKER_03]: and putting them in these regular people environments.
- 45:29[SPEAKER_03]: And I just remember we're on the internet going crazy about it, like you've never been to a Walmart?
- 45:35[SPEAKER_03]: No.
- 45:36[SPEAKER_03]: Like they're looking at irons, like why are there so many irons in this place?
- 45:41[SPEAKER_03]: So we're thinking they have this really cool, privileged life and they're discovering things.
- 45:47[SPEAKER_03]: Paris does this interview in this last year and she talks about how she had to go to boarding school and there's a clip that they insert of her mom saying I thought I was doing the best for my child.
- 45:57[SPEAKER_03]: And Paris talks about how at this school, the girls were taken into the basement and sexually assaulted.
- 46:04[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, she's like like the girls were taken in the basement.
- 46:07[SPEAKER_03]: They were sexually assaulted and nobody said a word.
- 46:10[SPEAKER_03]: They were, you know, hit on and abused and all kinds of things and she said she would back her mom like, please get me out of here, get me out of here, get me out of here and this this fortress that you think you've built around your kid.
- 46:22[SPEAKER_03]: It's so tight, lip that you don't even know what's happening under your nose.
- 46:28[SPEAKER_04]: Mm, not, yeah, I feel like this definitely a different perspective and a different experience to thank God we don't have.
- 46:38[SPEAKER_04]: And I mean, everybody has their own experience.
- 46:40[SPEAKER_04]: That's what I'm saying.
- 46:42[SPEAKER_04]: I don't think being like successful there are people who don't have a lot and are looking at the people who have a lot and are like, man, I want that life.
- 46:49[SPEAKER_04]: No, you don't.
- 46:50[SPEAKER_04]: You don't want to trade.
- 46:51[SPEAKER_04]: There was a guy that was super privileged.
- 46:53[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, I'm years ago And here's like, man, I really just want to give up everything and just live in my car It's not going to be homeless.
- 46:59[SPEAKER_04]: He said I want to I want to have that experience He thought for him to feel fulfilled because he's listening to a lot of E.T For him to feel fulfilled that he needs to like get rid of all this money.
- 47:12[SPEAKER_04]: He's been
- 47:13[SPEAKER_04]: given and grown up with so that you can live a different life.
- 47:17[SPEAKER_04]: Everybody wants a life that's not their own.
- 47:19[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 47:19[SPEAKER_04]: You've got to enjoy your own life.
- 47:21[SPEAKER_03]: You have to enjoy your own life, but this all makes me think about just making sure that we're doing something that feels worth it to us and something that not just feels worth it to us today, but we think.
- 47:35[SPEAKER_03]: is going to feel worth it to us when we check out because we all have an exit plan, right?
- 47:42[SPEAKER_03]: And is what you're building something that is in alignment with what you believe is going to be worth it to you.
- 47:49[SPEAKER_03]: I work with a lot of high level business owners and you know, we've grown up.
- 47:54[SPEAKER_03]: I was just talking to a friend last night and we were talking about like, wow, look at how
- 48:02[SPEAKER_03]: things have changed and how so many people have disappeared and we don't see people anymore or talking about now like how people are valuing like family and relationship and friendship and experiences, whereas a couple of years ago it was all about work work work work, let's get the money, let's get the bag, let's get the click funnels award, let's get all of these things and now it's like, man, I just want to live, I just want to have experiences, I just want to
- 48:31[SPEAKER_03]: There's a natural evolution and progression of life that occurs that makes you start thinking about things differently, but I work with so I work with enough people who are like, this just isn't it like all the money, all the access, all the opportunities, all the options, this just still isn't it and now I want to like live and experience life.
- 48:57[SPEAKER_04]: What makes you feel, what about your life, makes you feel fulfilled today?
- 49:02[SPEAKER_03]: So, you know, I struggled with this.
- 49:04[SPEAKER_03]: There was a, there was a season where I was making the most money I've ever made in my life.
- 49:09[SPEAKER_03]: And I told you, like, I just, I'm grateful.
- 49:12[SPEAKER_03]: And I never want to come off ungrateful.
- 49:14[SPEAKER_03]: But at that time, I just didn't feel fulfilled.
- 49:17[SPEAKER_03]: But for me, I felt like I was working really, really hard and building something for everybody else and not me, right?
- 49:27[SPEAKER_03]: And that even sounds selfish coming out of my mouth because at the end of the day, some of the money is for sure me, right?
- 49:33[SPEAKER_03]: The way that I live is for sure me, but I wasn't prioritizing myself.
- 49:39[SPEAKER_03]: I wasn't first in my own story.
- 49:41[SPEAKER_03]: I wasn't the main character in my own narrative.
- 49:44[SPEAKER_03]: And ultimately, what makes me feel more fulfilled these days, and I don't even know if I've reached the height of fulfillment, but what makes me feel more fulfilled is being the main character in my story.
- 49:55[SPEAKER_03]: Like yes, I have a calling and I have a purpose to serve in the way that I do, but I also have to live this life and I'm prioritizing me now, so where I used to.
- 50:08[SPEAKER_03]: Um, let things go in my life.
- 50:09[SPEAKER_03]: I don't anymore.
- 50:10[SPEAKER_03]: No, I have to do that.
- 50:11[SPEAKER_03]: No, sorry.
- 50:12[SPEAKER_03]: I have to have my reading time.
- 50:13[SPEAKER_03]: I have to have my, my morning routine time.
- 50:16[SPEAKER_03]: I have to have the things that make me feel good.
- 50:19[SPEAKER_03]: Because at the end of the day at that time, I was working really, really hard first thing I did in the morning was check emails.
- 50:26[SPEAKER_03]: Last thing I did before I went to bed was,
- 50:28[SPEAKER_03]: Check emails making sure everyone was okay, but not feeling like anybody was making sure I was okay and then I realized like happiness is an inside job like fulfillment is an inside job and sure it would be great to have people like check on you as much as you check on them, but I took responsibility for that and said this is a methane.
- 50:48[SPEAKER_03]: and I have to make sure I'm okay.
- 50:49[SPEAKER_03]: I'm gonna check in with me every single day and I'm cool, I'll shut it down in a minute.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_04]: You hear me?
- 50:55[SPEAKER_03]: I will shut it down in a minute.
- 50:56[SPEAKER_03]: Nope, not today.
- 50:57[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I love that.
- 50:59[SPEAKER_04]: I love that.
- 50:59[SPEAKER_04]: I know we all will help me start to feel free in my life is realizing that I get to create the storyline in my life.
- 51:11[SPEAKER_04]: It's not that bad things happen to me or things just happen.
- 51:15[SPEAKER_04]: You get to design your life in the way that you want to design it.
- 51:18[SPEAKER_04]: You've got to find out what makes you truly happy.
- 51:22[SPEAKER_04]: And I don't think, especially entrepreneurs, we don't spend a lot of time trying to figure out what will make us happy.
- 51:30[SPEAKER_04]: We've spent a lot of time figuring out what will work.
- 51:33[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 51:34[SPEAKER_04]: Well, this work, this, this, this playwork, well, this business work, well, this relationship work versus what makes me happy.
- 51:42[SPEAKER_04]: And over the last couple of years, I've been on a real don't journey of just being clear on what makes me happy.
- 51:51[SPEAKER_03]: same.
- 51:53[SPEAKER_03]: Same because I spent so much time thinking that happiness for me was making other people happy.
- 51:59[SPEAKER_03]: I love making people happy.
- 52:01[SPEAKER_03]: I love surprising people.
- 52:03[SPEAKER_03]: I love hearing them, like not just listening, but I love hearing people and pulling out the information that I could use later to make them happy in my phone with my contacts of my nearest and dearest.
- 52:14[SPEAKER_03]: I have notes on all of y'all.
- 52:15[SPEAKER_03]: You're self included.
- 52:16[SPEAKER_03]: Like I have notes on everybody.
- 52:18[SPEAKER_03]: I know exactly what to do.
- 52:21[SPEAKER_03]: I have, yeah, I have like, um, favorite colors.
- 52:25[SPEAKER_03]: If you whatever you tell me that I need to remember, like, earn a scene to me.
- 52:30[SPEAKER_03]: On our first friend day, my favorite color is purple.
- 52:32[SPEAKER_03]: I see cute little purple stuff earn a scene.
- 52:35[SPEAKER_03]: Like, she does the same with me.
- 52:37[SPEAKER_03]: Then met cook a thin mint chocolate.
- 52:39[SPEAKER_03]: She knows that I love them.
- 52:40[SPEAKER_03]: She'll ship them to me.
- 52:41[SPEAKER_03]: But we do things like that for each other because I have a document.
- 52:45[SPEAKER_03]: Like, if I see somebody's having a bad day,
- 52:50[SPEAKER_03]: And I spent so much time being that thoughtful.
- 52:54[SPEAKER_03]: I've never experienced anybody being that thoughtful to work me.
- 52:57[SPEAKER_03]: Hmm, ever.
- 52:58[SPEAKER_04]: I know you like Houston's.
- 53:00[SPEAKER_03]: You know, I like Houston's.
- 53:01[SPEAKER_03]: Give me a little gift card.
- 53:02[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah.
- 53:03[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah.
- 53:04[SPEAKER_03]: I've never experienced somebody being equally thoughtful.
- 53:07[SPEAKER_03]: Outside of my mom, like my mom is super thoughtful, right?
- 53:11[SPEAKER_03]: Ernestine is so she's one of the most thoughtful friends that I have.
- 53:15[SPEAKER_03]: She's one of the most thoughtful friends that I have, but consistent, I'm consistently thoughtful.
- 53:21[SPEAKER_03]: And I built a life around being thoughtful to my friends and in relationships to my significant other, to my family, to my clients like going above and beyond.
- 53:31[SPEAKER_03]: And one day you'll sit here and you'll turn around and like who goes above and
- 53:39[SPEAKER_03]: And I realized that happiness started to look for me like what I could do to make other people happy.
- 53:47[SPEAKER_03]: Like how do I contribute to everybody else's happiness and for clarity, that's still very important for me.
- 53:52[SPEAKER_03]: That's still extremely important to me.
- 53:55[SPEAKER_03]: But I now just prioritize making sure I'm happy first.
- 53:59[SPEAKER_03]: And it's so simple to do like people think that happiness is this major
- 54:05[SPEAKER_03]: happening that happens and it's not.
- 54:07[SPEAKER_03]: It's just finally saying I'm not living for anybody else's approval.
- 54:12[SPEAKER_03]: I'm living for my approval.
- 54:14[SPEAKER_03]: I'm doing the things that make me feel good.
- 54:16[SPEAKER_03]: I'm doing the things that make my soul feel safe.
- 54:19[SPEAKER_03]: Like that's
- 54:20[SPEAKER_03]: what happiness is, it doesn't require another person, it doesn't require another dollar amount, like it's just gin, because when I got super successful, like two years ago, when I went through what I was going through, and I'm like, I just, I don't feel fulfilled in this, I was up.
- 54:35[SPEAKER_03]: I had never been a person dealing with depression, and obviously some of it had to do with a medication that I was on acutane, that was bringing up these thoughts and feelings, but the truth is they were there, even if I had been suppressing them.
- 54:47[SPEAKER_03]: And during that time as I was coming out of it, I remember what was sincerely the worst time of my life when I lost everything had nothing nearly homeless and all the things.
- 54:58[SPEAKER_03]: I remember my mom, I moved him back into my childhood home and I'm in the bedroom and I'm laughing.
- 55:04[SPEAKER_03]: And my mom walks past
- 55:06[SPEAKER_03]: my bedroom and she circles back and she says you're in here doing all this life and like what do you have to be laughing about and happy about and I said will do you think crying would make my situation any better and we like kind of talk about it for a minute and I'm like my I'm happy.
- 55:25[SPEAKER_03]: like yes, the house is gone.
- 55:27[SPEAKER_03]: The cars are gone.
- 55:28[SPEAKER_03]: The money is gone, but I still feel oddly happy on the inside.
- 55:32[SPEAKER_03]: So when I was going through this two years ago, I said, there was no reason for it.
- 55:37[SPEAKER_03]: I couldn't understand why I've got the best friends.
- 55:40[SPEAKER_03]: It was dating a little.
- 55:42[SPEAKER_03]: I was making all the money.
- 55:44[SPEAKER_03]: There was no obvious reason.
- 55:46[SPEAKER_03]: Donnie, what was it about that other season where there were all the reasons in the world to be unhappy?
- 55:52[SPEAKER_03]: How'd you find happiness there?
- 55:54[SPEAKER_03]: And I realized, you know what?
- 55:57[SPEAKER_03]: I didn't give a... You know what?
- 56:01[SPEAKER_03]: Page, closure years.
- 56:02[SPEAKER_03]: I didn't give a... You know what about anything and I had incredible belief that everything was going to work out.
- 56:10[SPEAKER_03]: But in that season two years ago, I gave a crap about everything.
- 56:14[SPEAKER_03]: I'm caring about everything.
- 56:15[SPEAKER_03]: I'm caring about how all my decisions make you feel.
- 56:17[SPEAKER_03]: I'm caring about what I'm doing with my life makes you feel.
- 56:20[SPEAKER_03]: I'm like choosing the way I live because how is this gonna affect my mom and my daughter?
- 56:24[SPEAKER_03]: And all the things like, I literally have built a life, have built a life where everybody else's priorities,
- 56:33[SPEAKER_03]: I remember when I first started getting back on my feet and me my mom and my daughter were all living in one apartment together.
- 56:44[SPEAKER_03]: It was a two-bedroom apartment and I'm the person making the money and essentially paying the bills and this apartment.
- 56:52[SPEAKER_03]: I slept on the sofa.
- 56:54[SPEAKER_03]: I slept on the sofa because it was important for me for my daughter to have her own room.
- 57:02[SPEAKER_03]: I needed her to be able to have her own room, her privacy, your body is changing.
- 57:05[SPEAKER_03]: Things are changing in that time.
- 57:07[SPEAKER_03]: My mom needed to have her own room.
- 57:09[SPEAKER_03]: She's my mother, you know what I mean?
- 57:11[SPEAKER_03]: And I can remember one time I'm on the sofa and both of them right after each other.
- 57:17[SPEAKER_03]: My mom came in the kitchen.
- 57:19[SPEAKER_03]: making all kinds of noise.
- 57:20[SPEAKER_03]: I'm sleep on the sofa.
- 57:21[SPEAKER_03]: She's making all kinds of noise.
- 57:23[SPEAKER_03]: She comes in the kitchen.
- 57:23[SPEAKER_03]: She gets what she needs.
- 57:24[SPEAKER_03]: She goes back in her room.
- 57:26[SPEAKER_03]: And I'm annoyed.
- 57:27[SPEAKER_03]: It wakes me up.
- 57:28[SPEAKER_03]: Then my daughter comes and does the same thing.
- 57:30[SPEAKER_03]: And I lose it.
- 57:31[SPEAKER_03]: Like does anybody give a damn about me?
- 57:35[SPEAKER_03]: Does anybody care?
- 57:37[SPEAKER_03]: And they're both like,
- 57:39[SPEAKER_03]: I just needed to come and get something to drink.
- 57:41[SPEAKER_03]: I'm like, but I am asleep.
- 57:43[SPEAKER_03]: If I need something out of your room at this time, I'm not paying the bills, I'm doing it.
- 57:47[SPEAKER_03]: I'm sleeping on a sofa when I don't have to be sleeping on a sofa to make sure y'all have what you need and you can't not have any water while I'm sleeping, I lost it.
- 57:59[SPEAKER_03]: That was a wake-up call for me.
- 58:00[SPEAKER_03]: I am literally living my life for everybody else.
- 58:08[SPEAKER_03]: Mom, daughter, family, friends, like, okay, what do you need?
- 58:13[SPEAKER_03]: I'm trying to be everywhere.
- 58:14[SPEAKER_03]: And then one day I said, you know what phone's going on?
- 58:16[SPEAKER_03]: Do not disturb, like this happened years ago, you know, for years my phone has been on do not disturb because when I don't want to be disturbed, don't come in here and disturb me.
- 58:25[SPEAKER_03]: It's all about me as selflessly.
- 58:29[SPEAKER_03]: is it possibly can be because my heart just won't let it be anything else, but I have to fit into that equation.
- 58:38[SPEAKER_04]: You deserve it.
- 58:40[SPEAKER_04]: I think I felt that way alone, but I wasn't bad for me.
- 58:43[SPEAKER_04]: It's just like a way of life and I help a lot of people, but I don't even know that I help people.
- 58:49[SPEAKER_04]: at the risk of myself.
- 58:51[SPEAKER_04]: I think I help people because I like doing it and I don't know, maybe maybe one day there will be an expertise where I'm just going to explode one day because I think so too.
- 59:01[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 59:02[SPEAKER_03]: I think so too.
- 59:03[SPEAKER_03]: I exploded that day and here's the thing.
- 59:05[SPEAKER_03]: I felt so guilty about the explosion.
- 59:08[SPEAKER_03]: because it has always been my life's dream for as long as I knew this could be a thing to take care of my mother.
- 59:16[SPEAKER_03]: I wouldn't have it any other way.
- 59:17[SPEAKER_03]: Yo, my mom called me maybe a year or so ago.
- 59:20[SPEAKER_03]: My mom wants a job.
- 59:22[SPEAKER_03]: And for so many years like I retired my mom in 2020 and I'm like, look, leave that job you never have to go back.
- 59:28[SPEAKER_03]: You're good.
- 59:29[SPEAKER_03]: And that is something that I wanted to do my whole life like for as long as I can remember right.
- 59:34[SPEAKER_03]: And I still want to do it.
- 59:35[SPEAKER_03]: So I felt so bad about blowing up because I know she feels bad now like, yeah, I took on this responsibility, but like you told me to do this and I got to drink water.
- 59:44[SPEAKER_03]: You know, I mean, like I just want some water.
- 59:46[SPEAKER_03]: Anyway, my mom called me.
- 59:49[SPEAKER_03]: And she had been like on and off, she's not killing for telling us, but she had been like on and off applying for jobs.
- 59:57[SPEAKER_03]: Because it's not about money.
- 59:59[SPEAKER_03]: My mom just wants to do stuff.
- 1:00:02[SPEAKER_03]: She had a maintenance issue in her condo, and it was like a $1300 job.
- 1:00:06[SPEAKER_03]: This was just last week.
- 1:00:08[SPEAKER_03]: And I said, hey, when the maintenance guy comes, let him know that the invoice has been paid, she's like, how much was it?
- 1:00:13[SPEAKER_03]: I'm like $1300.
- 1:00:15[SPEAKER_03]: My mom's dealt me $100.
- 1:00:17[SPEAKER_03]: Like she just wants to contribute, right?
- 1:00:20[SPEAKER_03]: She wants to know that she appreciates me and all of the, of course, I sent her the hunt, my stop playing with me, but she wants a job.
- 1:00:30[SPEAKER_03]: She wants a job because one, she wants her own money.
- 1:00:33[SPEAKER_03]: She doesn't want me to feel like she's a burden, but also as you start to get older,
- 1:00:38[SPEAKER_03]: you want to continue to be useful and use your brain and talk to people because it just helps you, you know, when you're aging.
- 1:00:45[SPEAKER_03]: And so like a year ago, my mom is like, yeah, I um, I got an interview at the Laquinta Inn on all national highway.
- 1:00:55[SPEAKER_04]: Madda, like, keep that.
- 1:00:57[SPEAKER_04]: The la la la la, keep that.
- 1:01:00[SPEAKER_03]: I said my call those call those nice people back and tell them you're not coming in there to waste their time.
- 1:01:05[SPEAKER_03]: She's like, no, seriously, they need a front desk agent for the overnight position.
- 1:01:08[SPEAKER_03]: It'll be really easy.
- 1:01:10[SPEAKER_03]: If you think, I'm about to let you work at the La Keepa Inn on all national highway, might I add, overnight shift?
- 1:01:19[SPEAKER_04]: You've lost it.
- 1:01:22[SPEAKER_03]: it's not an establishment that my mom is going to work at.
- 1:01:27[SPEAKER_02]: Period.
- 1:01:27[SPEAKER_03]: I think there's a lot of things wrong with a lot of people working in a lot of environments.
- 1:01:32[SPEAKER_03]: And for my mom, that is one of them.
- 1:01:35[SPEAKER_03]: And number one is just not to say this.
- 1:01:38[SPEAKER_03]: It's not the safest environment, right?
- 1:01:41[SPEAKER_03]: It's not, I'm not, my
- 1:01:48[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and so anyway, I just laughed my butt off.
- 1:01:51[SPEAKER_03]: She's just like, yeah, because I want to, I want to contribute, I want to job.
- 1:01:54[SPEAKER_03]: I want to woody woody woody woody woody woody woody.
- 1:01:58[SPEAKER_03]: No, no, you're not going to be able to do that.
- 1:02:00[SPEAKER_03]: And so now she thinks that I'm like, the boss of her, like, she got to run these, go find you something at a nice little hospital or like best buy or something.
- 1:02:09[SPEAKER_04]: It's best buy or something.
- 1:02:10[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, yeah, best buy or something.
- 1:02:12[SPEAKER_03]: Go to Best Buy.
- 1:02:13[SPEAKER_04]: That's the reason.
- 1:02:15[SPEAKER_03]: Go go go somewhere, but my you won't, you won't be at the looking thing.
- 1:02:19[SPEAKER_04]: And you're also, you know, she's going to meet some people coming in there, you hear me.
- 1:02:23[SPEAKER_03]: And look, not only is she going to meet what she have met some people, my mother would be framed at them.
- 1:02:28[SPEAKER_03]: So when you say that you're waiting on your dealer to come by, like walk me through that.
- 1:02:36[SPEAKER_03]: Walk me through that, my mom will walk and she never meets a stranger and she will walk into any room and say like okay so she's always like out eating and she met some people and she told me like oh they know you I said yeah my chill on them
- 1:02:56[SPEAKER_03]: She's like, why I'm like chill on them?
- 1:02:59[SPEAKER_03]: Why?
- 1:02:59[SPEAKER_03]: Because they're scammers, like chill on them, okay?
- 1:03:04[SPEAKER_03]: And she's like, oh my God, I gave one of them, like my phone number, and I said, delete their contact.
- 1:03:12[SPEAKER_03]: Like, there's no longer any exchange delete, because she's going to meet anybody, and she's going to just talk to everybody, and I walk through her neighborhood with her, and they're like, hey, my, they're calling her my,
- 1:03:27[SPEAKER_03]: No, she's not your mom.
- 1:03:28[SPEAKER_04]: Yes, she needs a job.
- 1:03:29[SPEAKER_03]: She needs a job.
- 1:03:30[SPEAKER_03]: She needs a job.
- 1:03:31[SPEAKER_04]: That'll make her happy, I believe.
- 1:03:34[SPEAKER_04]: Side note, Cory's about it.
- 1:03:36[SPEAKER_04]: She's been applying and like, Chick-fil-A in publics.
- 1:03:39[SPEAKER_05]: I can't wait for her to get a job.
- 1:03:41[SPEAKER_04]: I can't wait to be the parent that comes in to drive through and like really ruins her day.
- 1:03:47[SPEAKER_04]: I can't wait.
- 1:03:48[SPEAKER_03]: That was me.
- 1:03:49[SPEAKER_03]: I have the video evidence to prove it.
- 1:03:51[SPEAKER_04]: I'm going to order, so I'm going to order fries and some nuggets, and then I'm going to be like, all right, no, forget the nuggets.
- 1:03:58[SPEAKER_04]: Let me get the sandwich.
- 1:04:00[SPEAKER_04]: And then I'm like, no, forget the sandwich.
- 1:04:02[SPEAKER_04]: Let me get a wrap.
- 1:04:03[SPEAKER_04]: I'm going to make her like, I was hiding in the bushes.
- 1:04:08[SPEAKER_04]: I can't wait to embarrass her.
- 1:04:10[SPEAKER_03]: I was hiding in the bushes.
- 1:04:11[SPEAKER_03]: I wish I could find the video evidence.
- 1:04:15[SPEAKER_03]: of it.
- 1:04:16[SPEAKER_03]: Um, but I, I hid in the bushes.
- 1:04:20[SPEAKER_03]: I went to a job.
- 1:04:21[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:04:23[SPEAKER_03]: I went inside.
- 1:04:24[SPEAKER_03]: Like, what was your work?
- 1:04:24[SPEAKER_03]: Check for late.
- 1:04:25[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, really?
- 1:04:26[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:04:26[SPEAKER_03]: Check for late.
- 1:04:28[SPEAKER_03]: Hold on.
- 1:04:29[SPEAKER_03]: Hey, you're on the social proof podcast.
- 1:04:34[SPEAKER_03]: Do you remember when you worked at Chick-fil-A, and I was hiding outside looking through the window, taking pictures?
- 1:04:41[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, weird.
- 1:04:42[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
- 1:04:43[SPEAKER_03]: So David's daughter Corey is about is applying for Chick-fil-A, and I was sharing with him that I literally hit behind the bushes.
- 1:04:53[SPEAKER_03]: I came in every day and met people.
- 1:04:55[SPEAKER_03]: Was that really embarrassing or in hindsight?
- 1:04:58[SPEAKER_03]: Do you appreciate having a mom that was that excited for you?
- 1:05:04[SPEAKER_01]: I wouldn't go as far as to appreciate it.
- 1:05:07[SPEAKER_01]: But it wasn't that, like, embarrassing.
- 1:05:10[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I'm not even going out of his mess.
- 1:05:11[SPEAKER_01]: Like, it, it didn't change much, but it wasn't embarrassing, though.
- 1:05:17[SPEAKER_04]: I'm going for embarrassment.
- 1:05:19[SPEAKER_03]: David wants to embarrass her.
- 1:05:20[SPEAKER_03]: So like, when I was like, no, no, you don't want it.
- 1:05:23[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, if you want to embarrass, you need to like, complain.
- 1:05:25[SPEAKER_01]: You need to go in there and tell something.
- 1:05:28[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I didn't get myself.
- 1:05:31[SPEAKER_01]: No, yeah, you need to go through the drive through and I complain about something asked for a refund and all the all the things.
- 1:05:37[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, yeah, for sure.
- 1:05:38[SPEAKER_03]: But in hindsight, do you not appreciate having a mom who was so proud of you?
- 1:05:44[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I don't think you being, I don't think you showing up to my job really.
- 1:05:49[SPEAKER_01]: I need it that to know that you were proud of.
- 1:05:50[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:06:00[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I embarrassed her.
- 1:06:01[SPEAKER_03]: Every good chance I got.
- 1:06:02[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, yeah, that's kind of parent I am baby that I mean, and I took pride in that you hear me I will still go to that Chick-fil-A and that manager is still there and I'll still remind him about Asia.
- 1:06:13[SPEAKER_04]: Hmm, man.
- 1:06:14[SPEAKER_04]: More on the story, I think, is you all need to decide what type of life you want to live.
- 1:06:21[SPEAKER_04]: spend some real time on that.
- 1:06:23[SPEAKER_04]: What type of life do you want to live?
- 1:06:25[SPEAKER_04]: Do you want to have the hustle and bustle?
- 1:06:27[SPEAKER_04]: Do you want to just like have your evenings to yourself where you get on by five o'clock and you just kick it, you know, you got two weeks off, you know, you got the weekends off.
- 1:06:36[SPEAKER_04]: That is a life for some people and they can then enjoy it.
- 1:06:40[SPEAKER_04]: You know what I will tell you is for most people making more money won't make you a bit happier.
- 1:06:50[SPEAKER_04]: And it comes with this own set of problems.
- 1:06:52[SPEAKER_03]: and it exposes so much.
- 1:06:55[SPEAKER_03]: You'll learn a lot about you.
- 1:06:56[SPEAKER_03]: You'll learn a lot about you when you are the brokest you've ever been and you'll learn a lot about yourself when you are the wealthiest you've ever been.
- 1:07:04[SPEAKER_04]: Embition sucks in time, bro.
- 1:07:06[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 1:07:06[SPEAKER_04]: Because we never go after it.
- 1:07:09[SPEAKER_03]: You will complain about being burned out but you're still going after it.
- 1:07:13[SPEAKER_03]: Go sit down somewhere.
- 1:07:15[SPEAKER_03]: Just go sit down somewhere.
- 1:07:16[SPEAKER_04]: Imagine making a bunch of money.
- 1:07:18[SPEAKER_04]: You didn't pay your taxes and later they want their money.
- 1:07:22[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, just actually I just clear up all my taxes just I'm talking about like a couple days ago Bro 2021's tax bill was insane, but I ain't think about it, but then it gives another level of pressure
- 1:07:42[SPEAKER_04]: Now, you know what I mean, in these particular years, and you don't, you don't, you don't, we don't have anything you like, man, money solves all my prong, but there's a certain responsibility you have with every, listen, enjoy your life, shape the life that you want to shape the life, shape your life,
- 1:08:05[SPEAKER_04]: in a way that will make you comfortable, aspire for more, but don't aspire for more stuff, aspire for more happiness and more joy.
- 1:08:15[SPEAKER_03]: Would you rather the problems that you have as this financially solid person that you are right now, or problems of having no money?
- 1:08:27[SPEAKER_04]: It depends.
- 1:08:28[SPEAKER_03]: Mm-hmm.
- 1:08:29[SPEAKER_03]: Is that the truth?
- 1:08:30[SPEAKER_04]: That is the truth.
- 1:08:31[SPEAKER_03]: What does it depend on?
- 1:08:33[SPEAKER_04]: Can I say I'm much happier now than when I worked at the Cheesecake Factory?
- 1:08:37[SPEAKER_04]: No.
- 1:08:39[SPEAKER_04]: I like for so lit.
- 1:08:40[SPEAKER_03]: Really?
- 1:08:41[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:08:42[SPEAKER_03]: How's that?
- 1:08:43[SPEAKER_03]: Tell me.
- 1:08:44[SPEAKER_04]: I, at the time, I'm making good money.
- 1:08:47[SPEAKER_04]: Right, you can't, I can't explain the expressible joy of having a double shift in coming home with $360.
- 1:08:58[SPEAKER_04]: I'm up.
- 1:09:03[SPEAKER_04]: and the dream of the heck's at the time I'm building my t-shirt brand.
- 1:09:09[SPEAKER_04]: The dream of what life is gonna look like when I'm a millionaire, kept me so excited and the joy of waking up, I don't have a wife on a have kids.
- 1:09:20[SPEAKER_04]: I can go like, built what I wanna build.
- 1:09:23[SPEAKER_04]: I had the friends that I wanted to have.
- 1:09:26[SPEAKER_04]: I go hang out.
- 1:09:27[SPEAKER_04]: It was, I can't say that I'm any happier now than when I worked at the cheesecake factory.
- 1:09:33[SPEAKER_04]: And money didn't,
- 1:09:35[SPEAKER_04]: It's like, you're almost at a disadvantage when you accomplish the goal, because there's once you start accomplishes stuff, you wanna keep accomplishing, but when you don't have much,
- 1:09:47[SPEAKER_04]: the joy of having a dream and being able to walk towards it before you get it, it's an unexpressable joy.
- 1:09:56[SPEAKER_04]: I've been trying to tell Cory, you need to find something that makes you happy.
- 1:10:01[SPEAKER_04]: She doesn't have anything that makes her happy.
- 1:10:02[SPEAKER_04]: She's like, I'm like, you got to find a hobby, you got to find something you could hold onto, even if it's not successful.
- 1:10:08[SPEAKER_04]: But the the dream of getting there one day, oh my gosh, every day you
- 1:10:18[SPEAKER_04]: But when you have it and you've got stuff going on, it's not a dresser.
- 1:10:22[SPEAKER_03]: Now it's the pressure of your ambition.
- 1:10:24[SPEAKER_03]: Exactly.
- 1:10:24[SPEAKER_03]: So there's a difference between the journey of your ambition and then the pressure of your interest.
- 1:10:30[SPEAKER_05]: For sure.
- 1:10:32[SPEAKER_05]: For sure.
- 1:10:33[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know.
- 1:10:33[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know that I would be sad if I was working at the Cheesecake Factory right.
- 1:10:40[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know if I'd be at living a sad life.
- 1:10:43[SPEAKER_04]: God, Eric, people that are super successful and can't find the love of their life.
- 1:10:49[SPEAKER_04]: Time of period isn't found at love is like, not I don't know if you once did, right?
- 1:10:52[SPEAKER_04]: But there's some people that look, we see the stories, I ain't got nothing, you ain't got none, but I can't wait to see you next.
- 1:11:00[SPEAKER_04]: Oh my, my heart flutters.
- 1:11:03[SPEAKER_04]: The joy of a woman knowing the guy doesn't have much, but he got super creative and gave her something that didn't cost much.
- 1:11:14[SPEAKER_03]: Rose made out of a sheet of paper.
- 1:11:16[SPEAKER_04]: I would trade every dollar for knowing this person absolutely gave his best and this was an amazing experience at the Olive Garden.
- 1:11:28[SPEAKER_05]: I'm happy.
- 1:11:28[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know.
- 1:11:29[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 1:11:29[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 1:11:30[SPEAKER_03]: Wherever you are, why don't you go to the cheesecake factory and see if they'll let you come and work a day?
- 1:11:36[SPEAKER_04]: I tried.
- 1:11:37[SPEAKER_03]: They won't do it?
- 1:11:38[SPEAKER_03]: No, they're not doing that.
- 1:11:39[SPEAKER_04]: I went up there and I asked managers like, you know, let me just work because I wanted to record it.
- 1:11:43[SPEAKER_04]: And I wanted to see if I still got it.
- 1:11:46[SPEAKER_04]: I want to know if I still got it.
- 1:11:48[SPEAKER_03]: You think you still got it?
- 1:11:49[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, still got it.
- 1:11:50[SPEAKER_04]: Even more so now, personally develop.
- 1:11:52[SPEAKER_03]: Recommend me something off the menu.
- 1:11:54[SPEAKER_04]: the stuffed chicken marsala.
- 1:11:58[SPEAKER_03]: I would have gone chicken pukata.
- 1:12:00[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, but the stuffed chicken marsala is salty, chicken breast with mushrooms, marsala sauce, garlic and mashed potatoes.
- 1:12:10[SPEAKER_04]: I think I like some sunda tomatoes in there.
- 1:12:12[SPEAKER_03]: I'm sorry, what's in the marsala sauce?
- 1:12:14[SPEAKER_04]: It's marsala sauce, mushrooms.
- 1:12:16[SPEAKER_03]: It's mushroom sauce.
- 1:12:17[SPEAKER_04]: It's mushroom in the marsala sauce.
- 1:12:19[SPEAKER_03]: It's mushrooms in the marsala sauce.
- 1:12:20[SPEAKER_03]: Marsala sauce with mushrooms in the join.
- 1:12:23[SPEAKER_04]: But it's, you know, or the chicken medira sauteed chicken breast, it's cold.
- 1:12:28[SPEAKER_03]: Light it in red it isn't it.
- 1:12:30[SPEAKER_04]: No, no, no, no, no, it has it's tossing egg, which is in some months because I'm not in the egg, but it's good.
- 1:12:37[SPEAKER_04]: It's really good.
- 1:12:38[SPEAKER_03]: Hmm, we should go to chick cheese cake factory.
- 1:12:41[SPEAKER_03]: We went to cheese cake factory like two or three meetings ago.
- 1:12:45[SPEAKER_04]: Did we?
- 1:12:46[SPEAKER_04]: We did, but I can't go now because we're still in 75 heart.
- 1:12:49[SPEAKER_04]: I can't eat bread or pasta.
- 1:12:50[SPEAKER_03]: Um, if you're going to cheesecake factory, you can't have pasta or bread.
- 1:12:54[SPEAKER_03]: Don't go to the United States.
- 1:12:55[SPEAKER_04]: And you gotta take a slice of cheesecake.
- 1:12:56[SPEAKER_04]: I just can't.
- 1:12:57[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not going.
- 1:12:58[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, for sure.
- 1:12:59[SPEAKER_03]: So we're on 75 hard still.
- 1:13:02[SPEAKER_03]: We are on day 16 all the way like locked in all the way locked in can you join the group chat the day?
- 1:13:12[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, like we're on day 16 and you know what?
- 1:13:21[SPEAKER_03]: It's more inconvenience thing than it is hard.
- 1:13:24[SPEAKER_04]: All right.
- 1:13:25[SPEAKER_03]: it's not hard at all.
- 1:13:26[SPEAKER_03]: It's more of an inconvenience than it is.
- 1:13:30[SPEAKER_04]: Hard.
- 1:13:34[SPEAKER_03]: I'm getting a little sexy back now.
- 1:13:37[SPEAKER_03]: I saw my day one versus my day 11 photo because we've got to put a picture in the group every.
- 1:13:42[SPEAKER_03]: You need to put your day one picture in.
- 1:13:44[SPEAKER_03]: But every Friday we drop a update photo.
- 1:13:48[SPEAKER_03]: And it's just for accountability.
- 1:13:50[SPEAKER_03]: We're not, you know what I mean?
- 1:13:52[SPEAKER_03]: We're not harping on the changes, but I did, I did a little side by side, I said, Oh, oh, I did the, I made the collage of my side by side.
- 1:14:02[SPEAKER_03]: I just put my day 11 in the group.
- 1:14:04[SPEAKER_03]: But on my own, I made the collage.
- 1:14:06[SPEAKER_03]: I said, oh, the difference is differentiating.
- 1:14:08[SPEAKER_04]: Come on, we see that.
- 1:14:09[SPEAKER_03]: The difference is differentiating.
- 1:14:11[SPEAKER_03]: I've got some stomach coming back.
- 1:14:13[SPEAKER_03]: I can see my abs under the fact, because you know your abs are always there.
- 1:14:16[SPEAKER_04]: Oh yeah, for sure.
- 1:14:17[SPEAKER_04]: I saw the little top two.
- 1:14:18[SPEAKER_03]: I saw it.
- 1:14:19[SPEAKER_04]: We back?
- 1:14:19[SPEAKER_03]: I saw it.
- 1:14:20[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, my gosh.
- 1:14:22[SPEAKER_04]: I'm sorry.
- 1:14:24[SPEAKER_04]: Ah, hey.
- 1:14:26[SPEAKER_04]: I got to at least finish yesterday and I'm doing that in okay I'm I get my final little bench little join across I went get some dumbbells I'm getting it I'm doing pull ups I'm the whole nine I'm getting to it so the way I get on the bench press I started with 45's on each side so I get that 10 times the boot boot boot okay then I put a 10 on there get that bow knock it out 10 times put
- 1:14:56[SPEAKER_04]: I take the two tins off and I put on another 45.
- 1:14:59[SPEAKER_05]: I'm like, oh, I'm just going to go for the 225.
- 1:15:02[SPEAKER_05]: You know what I mean?
- 1:15:04[SPEAKER_04]: But I'm like, this is like closer to the end of my workout.
- 1:15:07[SPEAKER_04]: So I'm like, I don't know if I've got it.
- 1:15:11[SPEAKER_04]: So let me find somebody to spot.
- 1:15:12[SPEAKER_04]: I'm looking around.
- 1:15:14[SPEAKER_04]: The person closest to me is somebody to like clearly wrapping up his workout.
- 1:15:19[SPEAKER_04]: And I was like, I gotta find somebody else because he's like, you could tell he's like,
- 1:15:26[SPEAKER_04]: But I can't find anybody else on the show I get and I'm like, yo, OG, can you spot me?
- 1:15:30[SPEAKER_04]: He's like, yeah, man, I got you.
- 1:15:31[SPEAKER_04]: No problem.
- 1:15:33[SPEAKER_04]: I get under a bar.
- 1:15:35[SPEAKER_04]: He's like, you know, he's counting down.
- 1:15:37[SPEAKER_04]: He's, he gets some possession of my account and get off the bar.
- 1:15:39[SPEAKER_04]: We're good.
- 1:15:40[SPEAKER_04]: Lift it up.
- 1:15:42[SPEAKER_04]: Hook, come down.
- 1:15:43[SPEAKER_04]: Hook!
- 1:15:49[SPEAKER_04]: The biggest drop of sweat I've ever seen in my life come straight down hits my forehead.
- 1:15:58[SPEAKER_04]: I'm talking about the bar is here and I'm like oh and I lose all my strength.
- 1:16:05[SPEAKER_04]: I'm trying to mess, but I don't want him to feel uncomfortable, because he's like, oh my bad, I'm like, all right, I got it, did another one.
- 1:16:13[SPEAKER_04]: Hit my ear, it went in my ear.
- 1:16:17[SPEAKER_04]: I am disgusted.
- 1:16:20[SPEAKER_04]: I can't do it.
- 1:16:21[SPEAKER_04]: I get it up and I'm racking.
- 1:16:24[SPEAKER_04]: And he's like, yo, my bad, I'm like, nah, I still can't even appreciate it.
- 1:16:28[SPEAKER_05]: And he was helping me up in my mind.
- 1:16:30[SPEAKER_04]: I am about to throw.
- 1:16:33[SPEAKER_04]: My lunch the bit you know, it wasn't regular.
- 1:16:36[SPEAKER_04]: It was it was it was it was it was probably that creamy kind That picked up a little of his like lotion I sped I feel I feel that you're burrowing through my brain I said it was burning it was burning a little bit.
- 1:16:54[SPEAKER_04]: I could feel it.
- 1:16:55[SPEAKER_04]: I'm like.
- 1:16:56[SPEAKER_04]: This is acidic For miles away, but the one in my ear.
- 1:16:59[SPEAKER_04]: I couldn't get
- 1:17:02[SPEAKER_04]: I'm getting to all the way, I, I, I, I said, I got to get a body here.
- 1:17:08[SPEAKER_03]: Yo, he comes in the group chat.
- 1:17:09[SPEAKER_03]: He said, y'all, I have been traumatized at the gym.
- 1:17:13[SPEAKER_03]: I said what happened.
- 1:17:14[SPEAKER_03]: He tells this story.
- 1:17:15[SPEAKER_03]: I'm in the middle of my own lunch.
- 1:17:21[SPEAKER_03]: immediately gagging.
- 1:17:22[SPEAKER_03]: I said you've got another grown man's DNA marinating in your forehead right now.
- 1:17:29[SPEAKER_03]: You didn't tell us about the ear.
- 1:17:31[SPEAKER_04]: I'm only lifting weights I can handle.
- 1:17:33[SPEAKER_03]: I'm glad it just didn't hit your lips.
- 1:17:35[SPEAKER_04]: Again, like I can if it hit my lip.
- 1:17:38[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, I'm not.
- 1:17:39[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, when I'm in a gym, if I don't, yeah, and I can't, I don't think I'll ever.
- 1:17:45[SPEAKER_03]: But you didn't see that he was sweaty?
- 1:17:47[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, yes, I did, but I didn't think it was, I'm like, I'm gonna have to join two times, maybe.
- 1:17:54[SPEAKER_04]: But I didn't think it was gonna like drop one, it was a scoring sweating, he was sweating, his shirt was wet, but he was pouring,
- 1:18:03[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, there was so many red flags, he just finished his own intense workout.
- 1:18:11[SPEAKER_03]: His shirt was wet.
- 1:18:13[SPEAKER_03]: He already had his own visible beads of sweat, gracing his face, and you let this man lean over you.
- 1:18:21[SPEAKER_04]: I feel like I'm revisiting it.
- 1:18:25[SPEAKER_03]: You let this man lean over you and this droplet of sweat and he got to feel it because you know when sweat's about to fall off.
- 1:18:33[SPEAKER_03]: You know when you're like sweating and then you know when you're dripping sweat.
- 1:18:37[SPEAKER_03]: So you let this man disrespect you like that.
- 1:18:41[SPEAKER_03]: In awareness allowed his bead to mingle with your bead and now you just got his DNA that has entered your body through
- 1:18:55[SPEAKER_04]: That's right, one right here.
- 1:18:56[SPEAKER_04]: But I asked myself, I asked him to help me.
- 1:19:01[SPEAKER_04]: So he essentially is protecting my life.
- 1:19:06[SPEAKER_04]: And the lesson is you can't complain about the help.
- 1:19:12[SPEAKER_04]: So one gives you one you ask.
- 1:19:14[SPEAKER_03]: The help might not always look the way you want it to look, but you lifted that barto, didn't you?
- 1:19:22[SPEAKER_04]: I don't remember I blinked it.
- 1:19:24[SPEAKER_04]: They have like, I was in shock.
- 1:19:26[SPEAKER_04]: I don't remember, woo.
- 1:19:27[SPEAKER_03]: But isn't that a normal thing?
- 1:19:28[SPEAKER_03]: Like, aren't you always spotting each other and dripping profusely over each other?
- 1:19:32[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, wait.
- 1:19:34[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like I've seen that.
- 1:19:36[SPEAKER_04]: And he came back a couple times like, hey, man, just apologize to me.
- 1:19:39[SPEAKER_04]: I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
- 1:19:40[SPEAKER_04]: I'm like, I'm so good, bro.
- 1:19:41[SPEAKER_04]: I was like, you helping me out.
- 1:19:44[SPEAKER_04]: But in my mind.
- 1:19:45[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, you know what that makes me remember?
- 1:19:48[SPEAKER_03]: At a conference at, um, I was at invest vest.
- 1:19:54[SPEAKER_03]: And this guy stops me and you know, they got this, um, was it popcorn out in the lobby like they got these stations and they got this popcorn out in the lobby.
- 1:20:03[SPEAKER_03]: He stops and he got his popcorn and he's eating his popcorn and he's like, Oh, Donnie, Donnie, Donnie, donnie real quick before you go and I'm like two seconds because my car was outside and I had already made it way and he's talking and I'm backing up and he keeps getting closer and I'm backing up and he keeps getting closer and
- 1:20:24[SPEAKER_03]: a little speckle of popcorn right on my cleavage and I'm like, dear God, because I don't want to embarrass him, but I'm also about to faint.
- 1:20:43[SPEAKER_03]: I am about faint because I'm talking and I'm like,
- 1:20:48[SPEAKER_03]: And he's not acknowledging, yeah, and so then I look down and he's like, oh, did I do that?
- 1:20:53[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, my bad Get it off of me right now get it all like I let it
- 1:21:00[SPEAKER_03]: I have it on camera, like this part is called get it off of me right now, he had to go get a napkin.
- 1:21:06[SPEAKER_03]: And he gets a napkin and I'm trying to like get it off and it trickles down a little because I can't quite grab it.
- 1:21:14[SPEAKER_03]: So I'm chasing a piece of popcorn kernel that just flew out of this man's mouth.
- 1:21:22[SPEAKER_03]: Listen, other people's bodily fluids.
- 1:21:24[SPEAKER_03]: I can't do anything with it.
- 1:21:26[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, Jesus.
- 1:21:27[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, God.
- 1:21:29[SPEAKER_04]: But thanks to that man for saving my life for not letting the bar crush much less.
- 1:21:33[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, I'm thankful that he gave you something to remember for the rest of your life.
- 1:21:37[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
- 1:21:38[SPEAKER_04]: And you may have gave your story.
- 1:21:40[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, don't speak around me with food in your mouth.
- 1:21:43[SPEAKER_03]: I have been spitting on my teeth, but I have had enough of my fair share of people like spit out of their mouth talking to me and it's always the worst.
- 1:21:57[SPEAKER_03]: So I try to keep a healthy distance but there are some people who just you move, they move, you move, they move, you move, they get lip and that has happened before.
- 1:22:07[SPEAKER_03]: You've been spitting, you've had it.
- 1:22:12[SPEAKER_04]: because you can't, you guys see it like this.
- 1:22:14[SPEAKER_04]: You look for that, you know, you're like, but I was like, you see the rest of the cards.
- 1:22:17[SPEAKER_04]: Now you just said, no, it's okay, just it's fine.
- 1:22:20[SPEAKER_01]: Because you don't want to talk, and it's that lit, it's your top lit.
- 1:22:23[SPEAKER_01]: So you guys can't.
- 1:22:23[SPEAKER_01]: No, don't worry about it.
- 1:22:24[SPEAKER_04]: No, it's totally fine.
- 1:22:25[SPEAKER_04]: It's totally just so I get it in that game.
- 1:22:27[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, I got a alcohol, you got a white, you got a white, I, ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
- 1:22:40[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, this has been a good one.
- 1:22:42[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that's a good one.
- 1:22:42[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, why are we be cutting up like this?
- 1:22:44[SPEAKER_04]: We love y'all.
- 1:22:45[SPEAKER_03]: Tell us in the comments what you want to see us talk about on the social proof podcast because clearly we talk about whatever we want to talk about.
- 1:22:51[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, I sure.
- 1:22:52[SPEAKER_03]: Hopefully, you got to get nugget.
- 1:22:56[SPEAKER_03]: Chase your own fulfillment, prioritize yourself.
- 1:22:59[SPEAKER_03]: Think about what you're building and if it is in alignment with who your future self would appreciate you being today.
- 1:23:06[SPEAKER_03]: We're out of here.
- 1:23:07[SPEAKER_03]: No, we're not because David has something to tell you.
- 1:23:10[SPEAKER_04]: Um, I understand that entrepreneurship gets lonely and it's not that your, uh, an adequate is not that your idea isn't good, it's not that it's your lazy, either.
- 1:23:22[SPEAKER_04]: There's two elements dismissing.
- 1:23:25[SPEAKER_04]: You need coaching a unique community.
- 1:23:27[SPEAKER_04]: The problem with community is where do you find it?
- 1:23:29[SPEAKER_04]: Where do you find a group of individuals that are on the same path as you,
- 1:23:34[SPEAKER_04]: where you can jump in line and be on that same pass so we could all win together.
- 1:23:37[SPEAKER_04]: Where do you find it?
- 1:23:38[SPEAKER_04]: You're not going to find it at the club, you're not necessarily going to find it in social groups because everybody else got their own agenda.
- 1:23:46[SPEAKER_04]: The second thing is you need a coach, but where do you find a coach that's less than $20,000?
- 1:23:51[SPEAKER_04]: Where do you find this type of information where you can maybe ask some questions and you don't got to mortgage your house?
- 1:23:56[SPEAKER_04]: Well, there's a home for you.
- 1:23:58[SPEAKER_04]: It's called the social
- 1:24:02[SPEAKER_04]: community of people that you're going to link up with multiple times per week that you can not only hear from other people but you get to share and they get to understand and get to know who you are.
- 1:24:14[SPEAKER_04]: And this is the most motivating and inspiring community that you can be a part of because it's not just about making money, we are focused on health and wealth at the same time and we believe they go together.
- 1:24:25[SPEAKER_04]: So you need to be a part of that community, but also the coaching part, incredible.
- 1:24:29[SPEAKER_04]: You've been watching social group podcast for years now, months now, maybe maybe just a first episode.
- 1:24:34[SPEAKER_04]: But if you got to this point, you've enjoyed it.
- 1:24:36[SPEAKER_04]: Imagine getting direct information about your situation from Donnie and I every single week.
- 1:24:44[SPEAKER_04]: You should make the decision.
- 1:24:45[SPEAKER_04]: Go to the socialprocircle.com or click the link below and just give yourself a chance.
