🚀 Silver & Gold Investor 🚀 The SIGNS Are Clear!... (Stock Market & Crypto Bubble) · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

• 0:00
How would we feel if half of our stock portfolio went away?
• 0:05
What if we had a major market crash because we are in a
• 0:09
bubble? We need to pay attention double
• 0:12
because we are in major big bubble bubble double trouble.
• 0:16
Wait till you see this data that I'm going to share with you.
• 0:20
It is absolutely stunning and astounding.
• 0:24
We're also going to talk about silver confiscation.
• 0:27
We all often talk about gold confiscation, which occurred in
• 0:30
the 1930s, but I uncovered, thanks to the some help from one
• 0:34
of our fellow basement dwellers, some startling information about
• 0:38
  when silver was also confiscated.
• 0:41
Could it happen again? And of course, we're going to do
• 0:43
a big update on the silver price.
• 0:45
Hey guys, let's dig in right now.
• 0:47
Could our stock investments drop by 50%?
• 0:50
Are we in this massive, massive double?
• 0:53
Let's run out to the Kobe C letter and wait until you see
• 0:56
  this. Be prepared.
• 0:58
This is not good news, says Breaking.
• 1:00
The S&P 500 market capitalization to world GDP
• 1:05
ratio officially hits a new all time high of 46%.
• 1:10
I understand just hearing that isn't going to startle you, but
• 1:14
when you see the graph that we're going to look at here in
• 1:16
one second, it is crazy. Over the last 15 years, that
• 1:21
ratio has quadrupled. This percentage is now even
• 1:25
higher than the 39% recorded at the 2000 theyear2000.com bubble
• 1:34
peak. Again, this compares the S&P
• 1:36
500, the big index, right? The capitalization, the value of
• 1:41
that to the world GDP. Additionally, the S&P 500 now
• 1:45
has a market cap that's over 50 trillion for the first time in
• 1:48
history in blue. Meanwhile, the US stock market
• 1:52
cap to USGDP ratio also hit a new record of 205%. the US
• 1:58
market has never been bigger. So take a look at this guys.
• 2:02
We are in massive. I mean, what is this telling us?
• 2:06
This is S&P 500 market cap as a percentage of the world GDP.
• 2:12
How big is the United States stock market compared to the
• 2:17
entire economy of the world is essentially what this is showing
• 2:21
us. And as we can see back in the
• 2:23
70s, yeah, it was around 8%, six percent, 8% maybe got up to 15%.
• 2:29
Remember the roaring 80s when yuppies were remember that term?
• 2:33
Yuppies, wasn't it Yuppies, young, urban, professional,
• 2:37
  whatever. That was 15%.
• 2:40
Then we had this.com bubble. Here, let me draw this.
• 2:43
This this is so crazy. And and there's a big, big
• 2:48
  warning sign. wehadthe.com bubble.
• 2:51
OK, I'll circle that in red right around here.
• 2:54
Right around the year 2000, we got up to 40%.
• 2:57
Then we had the big correction. OK, Now look where we are, 46%.
• 3:03
OK, guys, look, this tells us only one thing.
• 3:08
We have massive bubble being formed right now in the US stock
• 3:13
market. We also know that we've got a
• 3:16
debt bubble in the US economy. This will not end well.
• 3:20
Look, the potential I'm not trying to be, you know, the, the
• 3:24
Sky's falling bad news guy or anything, but you know, a lot of
• 3:29
people in the United States have blindly put money into four O 1
• 3:32
  KS. They've never experienced a
• 3:35
painful period. A lot of people my age have only
• 3:38
experienced that well, I put money in my 4 O1 Ki don't have
• 3:42
to do any work right. I just blindly put this money
• 3:45
into the market. Not everybody, not everybody,
• 3:48
but most people blindly put the money into the market.
• 3:51
They don't really have any understanding of what they're
• 3:54
buying and it only has gone up and up and up and up.
• 3:58
And when we look at this chart, right when we look at this chart
• 4:02
again one last time, we are evaluation which are higher than
• 4:08
what we had duringthe.com bubble burst.
• 4:11
We could be in for some bad times.
• 4:13
I don't think that means bad times for the silver and gold
• 4:17
price. Hold on, let me get back to you.
• 4:18
I forgot the most important thing, guys, thank you for being
• 4:21
here. Thank you for being part of the
• 4:24
basement, OK? I know through the ups and
• 4:26
downs, we always come together. We love gold and silver.
• 4:29
  It's a big deal. You're here.
• 4:31
You are welcome here. Share comments in the comments
• 4:34
section. Please subscribe to the channel.
• 4:36
Give the video a thumbs up. And that's all I'm going to beg
• 4:39
for today. OK, Let's get back to this
• 4:42
  because there's more. There's more.
• 4:43
  There's more. There's more.
• 4:45
  Let's go. Oops.
• 4:48
Here we go. All right, man, I was really
• 4:51
struggling before I came on this live stream.
• 4:54
I don't know what was going on. And then the camera stopped, the
• 4:57
microphone stopped. Hopefully you guys can still see
• 5:00
me and hear me. Let's go to this from global
• 5:03
market. He put this as a comment at the
• 5:05
the AI bubble has grown biggerthanthe2000.com bubble.
• 5:09
The top ten S&P 500 stocks forward price to earnings ratio
• 5:14
hit about 30X, much higher than the 25 X seen during the 1990s
• 5:20
dot com boom. The market has almost never been
• 5:24
so expensive. This is from the Global Market
• 5:28
investor looks like a sub stack, I think I don't know anyway,
• 5:32
yeah so the sub stack, why don't I see sub stack?
• 5:35
Well, anyway, doesn't doesn't really matter.
• 5:37
Let's go down here and look at this chart, OK, the current AI
• 5:42
bubble here we are in 2024. This is the forward 12 month
• 5:46
forward price to earnings ratio. The green bar are the top 10
• 5:51
companies. Look at that guys, look at that
• 5:53
OK, look where it was at the tech bubble.
• 5:56
This is another another data point to look at even if you
• 6:00
exclude the top ten. But that right there is the AI
• 6:03
bubble. So we looked at the market cap
• 6:06
of the S&P 500 compared to the world economy.
• 6:09
This looks at the price to earnings ratio, which is a
• 6:12
critical metric we use to value the stock market.
• 6:17
But nobody cares. Let me tell you something.
• 6:19
Let me tell you something. Unless you're talking about
• 6:22
silver and gold plus nobody else cares.
• 6:27
People only look at price. They don't look at value, OK?
• 6:31
The all they look at is what's the price?
• 6:33
What's the price of Bitcoin? What's the price of Apple stock?
• 6:35
What's the price of NVIDIA stock?
• 6:38
They don't dig in. They don't do what you do, which
• 6:40
is dig in and just say what's the real value behind this?
• 6:44
You know why? Because that takes using this
• 6:46
thing up here and most people, not you, right?
• 6:50
  Not you. You're you're a digger if you're
• 6:52
here in the basement. I got news for you.
• 6:54
Your intellectual actual horsepower is a little bit
• 6:56
higher than the average bear. OK?
• 6:59
You don't You don't enjoy listening to discussions like
• 7:02
  this. Unless you're a thinker, you're
• 7:04
intelligent, all right? Most people just want to watch
• 7:07
  TV. They don't care, right?
• 7:09
All they care about is price. Oh, it went up.
• 7:11
It went up. Bitcoin went to 100,000.
• 7:13
OK, well, what's the real value? You're the type person that
• 7:17
wants to dig in and find the real value.
• 7:20
OK, The cherry on top of all of this, and then we're going to do
• 7:25
a, we're going to do a review of where we are with the silver and
• 7:28
gold price and we're going to talk about silver seizure.
• 7:31
But the cherry on top of all of this is that all of this
• 7:34
overvalued stock market, stock prices, all that alone are
• 7:39
crazy, right? We are headed for in real terms,
• 7:46
we are headed for very challenging times in the
• 7:49
markets. Now, on top of it all, they
• 7:51
measure it in paper dollars. They measure the whole thing's
• 7:54
measured in paper money. This right Federal Reserve
• 7:58
notes, which a lot of people would also argue is another
• 8:02
overvalued Ponzi Fiat, whatever you want to call it, paper money
• 8:06
system. It's really scary what's going
• 8:09
on right now in the world. Very, very scary.
• 8:13
I know. You know, I know, right?
• 8:15
That's why we decide to invest in the precious metals.
• 8:18
It can be hard, it can be challenging, no doubt about it,
• 8:22
OK. But again, right, Most of these
• 8:25
other people, they can't even balance their checkbooks.
• 8:28
A lot of them more or less understand what's really going
• 8:31
on in the markets, what's really going on in the world economy.
• 8:34
I'm not putting anybody down. To each their own, but we when
• 8:38
we dig in, we're not crazy. OK, this is real.
• 8:42
Let's go out and we got to go on our daily field trip.
• 8:45
It's been a couple days. I got one a few days without
• 8:48
going out here. Let's see if this is this is
• 8:52
real. the US national debt, 36 trillion oh boy, interest on the
• 8:57
debt right passed over a trillion dollars per year.
• 9:01
The budget deficit. These things are real.
• 9:04
These are big problems. There is no solution to this.
• 9:08
Even if, even if Trump and Elon Musk and, and, and Vivek
• 9:14
Ramaswami get this under control, right, we're spending 2
• 9:18
trillion more right now per year than we're bringing in.
• 9:21
Even if they make some cuts in it, right, they're likely not
• 9:24
going to get rid of, let's not, let's be real, the federal
• 9:27
budget deficit, all right? The, the, the debt is continuing
• 9:31
  to skyrocket. It is.
• 9:33
There's no way out. Let's run over and take a look
• 9:35
at our one of our favorite numbers to check on.
• 9:38
Of course, it continues up the dollar to silver ratio.
• 9:42
We've almost made it to 1100. We'll have a big party, basement
• 9:46
dwellers when we hit that. But again, this ratio is going
• 9:49
to show us it was working. Yeah, it's working again.
• 9:52
Hold on. So when you're on the US debt
• 9:54
clock, guys, if you hover over like right now, you see my
• 9:57
yellow finger hovering over the dollar to silver ratio, it gives
• 10:02
us the official definition. The US dollar to silver ratio is
• 10:05
the year over year increase in the USM 2 money supply, right?
• 10:11
The increase in the money supply divided by the yearly world
• 10:15
production of silver oz. So that tells us that for each
• 10:19
one ounce of silver being produced in the world, the M2
• 10:22
money supply, which measures basically all the bank money,
• 10:27
all the liquid money that is out there is increasing by almost
• 10:31
$1100. Today is the 7th of December.
• 10:37
We missed a day. Hold on here, we'll just fix
• 10:40
that. And uh oh, I forgot boy,
• 10:44
somebody got really mad at me the other day because I put the
• 10:47
wrong number in there. 1091. All right, we're keeping a tally
• 10:51
here as this explodes. I just want to share with you
• 10:55
that when we started doing this back on October 21st, right, the
• 11:00
dollar to silver ratio was 729. In just less than two short
• 11:07
months, we've gone from 7:29 to darn near $1100.
• 11:12
We'll continue to keep an eye on that.
• 11:14
We are not saying that the silver price should be $1100,
• 11:18
but we are saying that the government is printing make
• 11:21
believe paper Unicorn fart dust money and eventually the true
• 11:25
price of silver, and gold for that matter will be realized
• 11:29
when the real physical market overtakes the paper manipulated
• 11:34
COMEX LBMA market. And just as one more since I
• 11:39
forgot to go there for a day, one more point to show you on
• 11:42
the US debt clock over on the right hand side near the bottom
• 11:45
below the dollar to silver ratio, we have the paper to
• 11:49
silver ratio which is climbing, not climbing at the rate that
• 11:52
the dollar to silver rate. The dollar to silver ratio guys
• 11:56
as the as the debt spiral worsens in the United States,
• 12:00
this will continue to explode. I wouldn't doubt that a year
• 12:04
from now we're looking at 3 or $4000 of paper printed money for
• 12:09
each ounce of silver being being produced.
• 12:13
Is we, if we look at the five year average, it's at 1500.
• 12:17
So it's been higher in the past. But if we go down here to the
• 12:20
paper to silver ratio, this measures for us the amount of
• 12:25
paper make believe contracts being being traded on the COMEX
• 12:31
and the LBMA for each real ounce of silver again right levered to
• 12:36
the hilt. So when this real market, when
• 12:38
the real market overtakes the paper market for silver and for
• 12:43
gold for that matter, which is happening right now, happening
• 12:47
right before our very eyes as the Shanghai Gold Exchange,
• 12:51
right? The Chinese market for silver
• 12:53
and gold continue to grow in dominance, continue as the
• 12:57
Chinese and the Indians are sucking all the physical metal
• 13:02
from the West to the east. So when it happens, it will be
• 13:07
  it'll it'll happen quickly, right?
• 13:09
They're going to keep fighting, fighting, fighting like they're
• 13:11
doing now, probably near the end of the battle for the Comex and
• 13:16
the LBMA. And when the physical price
• 13:18
overtakes the paper market, it's going to happen very quickly.
• 13:22
It's going to be a very emotionally charged period of
• 13:26
time for us who, you know, have spent years following the silver
• 13:31
and the gold price. What about let's look at the
• 13:35
current price action in gold and silver.
• 13:36
I know it's been frustrating. All right, we'll do a review.
• 13:39
We're going to look at the charts.
• 13:41
Here's what I wrote down the current current gold and silver
• 13:44
price action for some can be a little frustrating, but it's
• 13:47
necessary. We are in a consolidation period
• 13:51
right now. I've, I've read all the top
• 13:54
analyst, I've listened to what people are saying, the people
• 13:57
that and everybody has a bit of a different opinion, but there's
• 14:00
one big common thread that we're hearing as we look at the gold
• 14:04
and silver price. We're in a period of
• 14:06
consolidation. We're building a base right now,
• 14:09
and we've done that over the last year or so.
• 14:12
As we've moved up and up and up, we've hit the same periods where
• 14:15
we're building a base from which we can move to much higher
• 14:19
prices in the metals. Let's go out here.
• 14:22
You know what? First, let's go to channel
• 14:24
sponsor Pendex and get an update on the price.
• 14:27
I'm going to press the gold triangle, the Pendex magic
• 14:31
button and see where we landed yesterday.
• 14:33
Silver $30.99 Come on guys, couldn't we just bought a little
• 14:39
more silver, so we got it at 31, we'll say $31.00 an ounce in
• 14:43
  silver. Gold 2635.
• 14:47
Hey, I want to say thank you and recommend that you check out
• 14:51
channel sponsor Pembex next time you are looking to buy some
• 14:54
gold, silver or platinum group metals.
• 14:57
They're going to give you a great selection of products.
• 15:00
They're going to give you ultra competitive pricing so that you
• 15:04
will get more pedal for your money.
• 15:07
Do your own comparison shopping, OK, And on top of that, probably
• 15:11
the most important thing is they're a company you can trust.
• 15:14
Overwhelming positive response from our community.
• 15:18
People sending me emails, messages saying thank you to pin
• 15:24
backs for providing such a great service.
• 15:26
And and before we go to the charts, major warning, I'm
• 15:31
serious about this. And this is not a plug for pen
• 15:34
backs, OK, But if you ever please, big warning you or
• 15:39
anyone you love, if you ever decide to convert an IRA into
• 15:44
precious metals, there are some highly advertised companies.
• 15:49
OK, I'll leave it at that. Highly advertised with celebrity
• 15:52
endorsements that that offer you these IRA conversions.
• 15:57
I'm not going to put any particular company down or say
• 16:00
anything negative about these companies, but I will tell you
• 16:03
this, please be very, very careful.
• 16:06
There's no such thing. I see some of these companies
• 16:09
saying if you act now, you can get $10,000 of free silver or
• 16:13
15,000. I think one of them even said I
• 16:16
got news for you, Buttercup. And I say, Buttercup, because I
• 16:19
love you. I care about you.
• 16:22
There's nobody that's going to give you $10,000 of free silver.
• 16:26
There's nobody who's going to give you $5000 of free silver.
• 16:30
There is nobody who's going to give you any free silver.
• 16:34
If you're getting silver one way or another, you are paying for
• 16:38
it. And if they're, I'm just saying,
• 16:40
and if a company is trying to, let's say I don't, I'm trying to
• 16:45
think of a nice way to say this. Well, anyway, look, be careful,
• 16:50
  OK? Take your time.
• 16:52
Don't get pressured into anything if you ever, cuz you're
• 16:56
usually talking about large sums of money.
• 16:58
Look at all your different options.
• 17:00
Compare how much actual gold and silver you can get from the
• 17:04
different options. Because I'm just going to tell
• 17:07
you, and I've heard Andy Schickman say this, I've heard
• 17:09
there's some unsavory characters out there, OK?
• 17:12
And a lot of times they'll do very confusing things like sell
• 17:16
you these off weight silver coins or gold coins.
• 17:19
And when you and when you really do the math and figure out how
• 17:23
many actual what you really care about, right?
• 17:26
One of the key things you want to look at, I'm not giving
• 17:28
financial advice, but one of the key things that you want to look
• 17:31
at is how much, how many actual ounces of silver, How many
• 17:35
actual ounces of gold? There are reports you can Google
• 17:40
at a people that have really gotten bad deals.
• 17:42
So Long story short, be careful if you ever convert an IRA, OK?
• 17:49
Be suspicious. Talk to all the different
• 17:52
options. You may benefit from talking to
• 17:55
the guys at Pimbex as well and seeing what they can do for you
• 17:59
in terms of how many of the of real ounces of gold and silver
• 18:03
they can get you for, for the same amount of money that you
• 18:06
may be converting from an IRA. I'm not giving financial advice,
• 18:10
I'm just telling you please, please, please you or anyone you
• 18:13
love. Always be careful with that.
• 18:15
Woo, that was long. I didn't mean to go that long on
• 18:17
that one. Let's go look at the gold price
• 18:19
and silver price. Oh, it's so frustrating.
• 18:22
OK, this is silver futures on Yahoo Finance.
• 18:28
This is a down here in the bottom left you see a six month
• 18:31
chart of silver and I saw something very interesting on
• 18:34
  this chart. OK.
• 18:36
Basically from here to here, OK, for the last month, OK.
• 18:45
And I'm going to get rid of that.
• 18:46
But what I have, where I have circled there, remember that
• 18:49
because for the last month right from about where my plus sign is
• 18:54
to where it is now, the silver price has really been trading in
• 18:59
a super narrow range. Like basically from in the
• 19:03
futures market about 3150 down to about 3050, I mean in a $1.00
• 19:09
range when and it's weird because if you notice we've had
• 19:12
some volatility right up a buck, down a buck up a buck.
• 19:16
Now the good news is, excuse me, that right now we're at 3150 in
• 19:22
the futures market, OK? So we are on a bit of a back of
• 19:25
an uptrend. I want to point out also we've
• 19:28
been went through some other periods of time like this, like
• 19:32
where you see my, my plus sign there about another month from
• 19:36
about mid-september through mid-october ish, right before we
• 19:41
went on some big moves. If we zoom out a little more and
• 19:45
look at it on a one year basis, there we go, right, there's that
• 19:49
period, see my plus sign from there to there that we've been
• 19:52
moving through. We did that back in, in the
• 19:57
beginning of the year. We consolidate it.
• 19:59
Remember that was the wedge, OK? That went on for a couple months
• 20:04
from about the beginning of the year all the way through the
• 20:08
end. So about two months where we
• 20:10
just traded sideways. So it's not unusual, but I want
• 20:14
to point out to you guys that back then less than a year ago.
• 20:18
Silver was $10.00 an ounce less, OK.
• 20:21
And since we're here and we like to be positive, happy, good
• 20:25
things, don't forget, OK, if we look at the kind of the March,
• 20:29
February low and draw a line, do you see what I see?
• 20:34
  Right. Let's hope for that.
• 20:37
OK, look, it could go like that, no doubt about it.
• 20:42
But the trend is definitely up. And when we consider everything
• 20:47
going on in the world, the national debt, the demand for
• 20:50
silver, everybody I talked to is like, dude, buckle up, 2025 is
• 20:55
going to be a crazy year. Now, look, I owe you an apology.
• 20:59
One year ago right now, I was saying 2024 was going to be a
• 21:03
crazy year. It was a little crazy, but not
• 21:06
out of the normal crazy, OK? And that's what we were
• 21:09
predicting. I mean, maybe the coil got the
• 21:13
spring got coiled up a little more. 2025 is, you know, look,
• 21:18
nothing's going away for silver. Mining companies are not
• 21:23
suddenly going to be producing more silver that the supply of
• 21:27
silver is inelastic. That means not flexible.
• 21:32
Anytime there's N at the beginning of the word, it means
• 21:35
not. I learned that in Latin or
• 21:36
Greek, whatever class in high school, it's inelastic.
• 21:40
OK, The the, the, the mining companies can't suddenly start.
• 21:44
And we know that the demand for silver is relatively inelastic
• 21:49
also, and they're discovering new ways, new uses.
• 21:52
Do you know that silver, silver is like the second most used
• 21:56
product in the world from a like industrial uses only behind oil.
• 22:01
I think it is. I mean, so we're we're in for
• 22:04
some good runs. Let's go look at the gold price
• 22:06
and see what the gold chart is showing us.
• 22:10
Gold's looking good as well. Guys, we are consolidating again
• 22:14
right here's let's see we're at six month, around six month
• 22:18
chart. There's that high we we reached
• 22:21
28 looks like we were we got up the 2800 right, right around
• 22:27
Halloween, right then we went down after the election and we
• 22:31
hit this 2550 did so the gold rally hit 2550 that seems, but
• 22:37
it did. But we're really in this range
• 22:40
now what I see on this chart, which is interesting.
• 22:43
And we know that what happens to gold will happen to silver.
• 22:50
But man, do you see this right? This descending wedge triangle
• 22:55
  pattern. That's that's being that's bad.
• 22:59
  Darn it. Hold on here.
• 23:01
Let's get my eraser out. OK, We're going to try that
• 23:06
again. You know what, I'll just start
• 23:08
it from right here. Do you see that?
• 23:10
  Right? That's the wedge pattern.
• 23:12
Triangle pattern. I don't know whatever you want
• 23:13
to call it, but it makes sense. As we go forward, the gold price
• 23:17
will either have to break up or down.
• 23:19
So we're going to keep a close eye on that as well.
• 23:23
The consolidation periods, this one month of flatness, I know
• 23:29
it's frustrating, but you hear all the top people talk about
• 23:32
how healthy it is in any bull market.
• 23:36
They have a pullback, right? People selling people that that
• 23:40
want to get out, get out. And it builds a new base from
• 23:44
which, as we head into 2025, we could have much, much higher
• 23:49
silver and gold prices. I mean, I don't know.
• 23:53
Do you see silver going to $26? Leave a comment in the comment
• 23:57
section. I just don't see it happening.
• 23:59
OK? I just don't see it happening.
• 24:01
We're going to talk about silver seizure next.
• 24:04
But before we do that, I want to say one quick thing and show you
• 24:08
guys one way you can protect yourself from silver seizure.
• 24:12
Don't forget about The Dirty man safe.
• 24:14
I got 1 hanging right here right above me and I tried to put my
• 24:17
code on there. Ron 10 that says Ron 10 where
• 24:20
you get 10% off. But this is a nifty product.
• 24:24
I was very impressed when they sent it to me.
• 24:26
Were you right? I put a Unicorn horse in there.
• 24:30
Don't do that. Put things like silver and gold
• 24:33
in here and you can bury this in your yard.
• 24:36
You can be like a pirate. It's a safe that you bury in
• 24:38
your yard. I think it's a great Christmas
• 24:40
gift. You know, right now everybody's
• 24:42
worried, what am I going to get this person for Christmas, That
• 24:45
person for Christmas? I think The Dirty man safe is a
• 24:48
great gift for any stacker that you may know, right?
• 24:51
And then they can be like the pirates.
• 24:53
And where did the pirates bury their silver and their gold?
• 24:56
They buried it in the ground, right?
• 25:00
You be your own pirate if you like.
• 25:01
And it's a very, very well made, well constructed.
• 25:05
I think they have some patents pending on it.
• 25:07
You know, this is not just a couple pieces of PVC glued
• 25:11
together. It's much more than that.
• 25:12
You can go to their website. Don't forget there's a discount
• 25:15
code here. Let me show you.
• 25:16
I'll show you a real quick. And then we're going to get the
• 25:18
silver seizure. That's a way to protect yourself
• 25:21
from getting your silver seas because we did have silver
• 25:24
seizure in this country. And where is it?
• 25:27
Here it is. There you go.
• 25:29
There's dirty man safe. There's the code Ron 10.
• 25:32
Here's a couple quick pictures. There's the safe comes with this
• 25:35
black tube. So you dig yourself a hole, put
• 25:38
the tube in the hole, then you lower your safe into the tube.
• 25:42
Then you put the white cap on top.
• 25:44
Then you cover it with dirt. Nobody knows where it is and
• 25:46
you're like a pirate. You got your own and it's, you
• 25:48
know, safe from fire. You can put spare keys in there.
• 25:51
Whatever, right? Just you got to remember where
• 25:54
you bury it. I think that's the big key.
• 25:57
OK, let's talk about silver seizure.
• 26:00
I didn't know this. We learned some.
• 26:04
There was actually silver. We know about the gold seizure,
• 26:08
but there was actually silver seizure.
• 26:10
And one of the basement dwellers emailed me yesterday, and I
• 26:14
apologize, I'd forgot the name and I wish I'd written it down,
• 26:17
but you know who you are here. So this is an old article, but I
• 26:21
investigated this and I'll show you another data point on this.
• 26:24
Silver was confiscated by Frank Roosevelt two OK the best
• 26:30
financial market analysis articles anyone who follows the
• 26:33
gold market knows the President Roosevelt confiscated gold in
• 26:37
1933 with executive order 61 O2 but in yellow.
• 26:41
What seems to have been forgotten is that silver was
• 26:45
effectively confiscated as well. I've been involved with silver
• 26:49
and this was written by Paul Behan for over 25 years and this
• 26:53
fact was unknown to me until recently honestly, it was kind
• 26:58
of unknown to me until last night as well.
• 27:01
In fact, many silver bugs don't even know that this happened.
• 27:05
OK, so on August 9th, 1934, sixteen months, 16 months after
• 27:11
signing the gold confiscation order, Roosevelt signed an
• 27:14
  Executive Order 6814 confiscating silver.
• 27:18
The order is reproduced in full below.
• 27:21
It's an interesting in an interesting comparison to gold,
• 27:25
once the silver had been confiscated, it rose by around
• 27:29
40%, leaving those law abiding citizens who surrendered their
• 27:33
silver worse off financially. OK, we're going to read more
• 27:38
about this. Make sure I got you on the right
• 27:40
screen. But guys, I had no idea.
• 27:42
I, we all know that Roosevelt confiscated gold.
• 27:46
Where has this been? This may be news to you as well,
• 27:50
right? And then we're going to talk
• 27:51
about some new laws that are coming out, hopefully coming to
• 27:54
your state soon that will protect you from the federal
• 27:58
government potentially attempting again to confiscate
• 28:02
your silver. OK, here, I'll just read this.
• 28:05
What he This is what Roosevelt did his Executive Order 6814.
• 28:10
By virtue of the authority invested in me by the Silver
• 28:13
Purchase Act of 1934, and of all other authority vested in me.
• 28:17
I, Franklin D Roosevelt, President of the United States,
• 28:20
do hereby require the delivery of all silver situated in the
• 28:25
continental United States on the effective date here of, by any
• 28:29
and all persons owning, possessing, or controlling any
• 28:33
such silver, and do hereby require any and all persons
• 28:37
owning, possessing, or controlling any such silver to
• 28:41
deliver the same in the manner upon the conditions and subject
• 28:44
to the exceptions herein contained, Such an action being,
• 28:48
in my judgement, necessary to effectuate the policy of the
• 28:52
Silver Purchase Act of 1934. OK, you can go read and do some
• 28:58
there. There were some exceptions, such
• 29:01
as silver coins, whether foreign or domestic.
• 29:04
Silver that was less than .8% fine.
• 29:08
OK, but most silver we have now is all 99 fine.
• 29:11
Any silver mine? Very interesting thought.
• 29:13
Is this real? So I went out to Wikipedia who I
• 29:16
trust and here's what they said. Executive Order 6814 In August
• 29:23
of 1934, President Roosevelt implemented the seizure of all
• 29:28
silver situated in the United States with Executive Order 6814
• 29:33
requiring the delivery of all silver to the United States for
• 29:37
coinage. So basically what I get out of
• 29:39
this is Roosevelt, what he wanted was any silver, not
• 29:45
coins, not silver that was in jewelry, not silver that was
• 29:49
being used for industrial purposes at that time, but like
• 29:53
maybe silver like this here, look at this.
• 29:57
I haven't shown you silver for a while.
• 29:59
That is a nice three ounce silver heart that I bought for
• 30:04
my lovely wife Susie for Valentine's Day a few years ago.
• 30:07
As I remember, I think I paid like $70.00 for it.
• 30:10
It had a pretty good premium on it.
• 30:12
So silver must have been around $18 at the time, but that
• 30:15
President Roosevelt would have wanted back from me.
• 30:18
OK, this this from what the how I read that this beautiful
• 30:25
Morgan silver dollar would not have been Can you guys see that
• 30:30
would not have been required. Come on, focus these darn
• 30:34
  cameras. There we go.
• 30:35
Look at that man. Who doesn't love a Morgan silver
• 30:38
dollar would not have been required.
• 30:40
But they see silver now. Where is it?
• 30:44
I've got one down here somewhere.
• 30:45
This hopefully this doesn't screw up.
• 30:47
This would have been seized. One of the pieces of silver that
• 30:51
I keep at the house, that's a 10 oz .999 silver bar that would
• 30:56
have been seized. OK, Now, this was about 100
• 30:59
years ago. We aren't saying that we think
• 31:02
this is happening or imminent right now in the United States.
• 31:05
But no, who knows what could happen, right?
• 31:08
Who knows what could happen, right?
• 31:11
They've they seized gold in the past.
• 31:13
They seized silver in the past. Next we're going to talk about
• 31:16
legislation. This is so important guys, legal
• 31:20
tender legislation that would outlaw Missouri, right?
• 31:24
What are what are what are legislators in Missouri
• 31:26
proposing that they would outlaw any attempt?
• 31:29
That's pretty interesting, like how they how they set up the
• 31:32
Constitution with silver and gold and allowing states to have
• 31:36
these rights to say no, we aren't going to participate in
• 31:40
this to protect their citizens. First, I want to say thank you
• 31:42
to channel sponsor First Mining Gold and Fortuna Mining.
• 31:47
Both companies help make this live stream, our group possible.
• 31:51
Fortuna Mining is is an operating producing gold and
• 31:54
silver producer operations in Latin America and West Africa.
• 31:58
First Mining Gold is a development stage company.
• 32:01
They have two multi million ounce development stage projects
• 32:04
in Canada. Golden the ground in Canada.
• 32:06
You can learn more about both of these great sponsors at their
• 32:10
respective websites. It's a link to which I'll have
• 32:12
in the description of this video.
• 32:13
What is going on in Missouri. And I've got an update.
• 32:18
OK, I with with the states that now have legal tender
• 32:22
legislation, that is it. It's an evolving situation.
• 32:26
It's tough for me to keep on top of it, on top of everything
• 32:29
else. But I think I have a pretty good
• 32:31
list for you. We're going to go out to Mike
• 32:34
Mahari. This is interesting what's going
• 32:37
on in Missouri, and I will have another video coming out about
• 32:40
this this afternoon, but the 10th Amendment Center Missouri
• 32:43
Constitutional Money Act would recognize gold and silver as
• 32:47
legal tender. Remember, guys, we live in a
• 32:50
country that has a history of confiscating gold and now as far
• 32:55
as we know, silver as well. So the two bills filed in the
• 33:02
Missouri in red, the Missouri Senate would officially
• 33:04
recognize gold and silver as legal tender, eliminate state
• 33:08
capital gains tax on both and ban support for any federal
• 33:13
  confiscation schemes. Missouri is rebelling.
• 33:17
We are rebelling. I live in Missouri, OK.
• 33:20
But this is this is happening all across the country.
• 33:23
This can happen in your state as well, guys.
• 33:27
Senator Mike Moon introduced SB-25, the Constitutional Money
• 33:32
Act Gold and silver would be in yellow.
• 33:34
Gold and silver would be accepted as legal tender in
• 33:38
physical or electronic form. And we know what Texas, right,
• 33:44
Texas is one of the biggest growing, most innovative states.
• 33:48
They've got this proposal for basically an asset back for like
• 33:51
a gold and silver electronic money system that they want to
• 33:55
develop. And they've got their own state
• 33:57
depository in Texas. But we're talking about Missouri
• 34:01
electronic form and would be a gold and silver would be
• 34:04
receivable and payment of all debts contracted in the state of
• 34:08
Missouri. In Orange, the state would be
• 34:11
required to accept gold and silver for the payment of public
• 34:14
debts. Private debts would be settled
• 34:16
in gold and silver at the party's discretion.
• 34:19
The proposed law would also permit any entity doing business
• 34:22
and the state to compensate its employees.
• 34:25
Listen to this in full or in part in the dollar equivalent
• 34:30
specie legal tender. That means gold and silver in
• 34:34
  physical or electronic transfer form.
• 34:38
  Wow. Wow.
• 34:40
You can pay your employees in gold and silver.
• 34:44
Welcome to Missouri. We're going to get a lot of
• 34:46
people moving here. The passage of SB-25 would make
• 34:49
Missouri the 6th state. So is your state.
• 34:54
Is your state OK? One that has officially
• 34:56
recognized gold and silver as legal tender.
• 35:00
OK, as they should have always been doing that Utah was number
• 35:05
one OK re establishing constitutional money in 2011.
• 35:09
Utah was the trailblazer. Now we have Wyoming, Oklahoma,
• 35:14
  Arkansas and Louisiana, Louisiana.
• 35:17
Now it gets even more interesting.
• 35:19
Senator Rick Branton introduced Senate bill SP194 with similar
• 35:23
provisions, but in addition right it would ban the state
• 35:27
from from accepting CBDC central bank digital currency.
• 35:33
I'll talk more about that, but banning CBDC's and Missouri and
• 35:38
would require this is crazy. Wow.
• 35:42
Missouri's going off the rails with gold and silver would
• 35:46
require the state to hold gold and silver equal to or greater
• 35:50
than 1% of state funds. It would require the state of
• 35:55
Missouri. Treasurer, let me look you in
• 35:57
the eye when we talk about this. To hold physical gold and
• 36:02
silver, it kind of sounds like a little bit of a move back to the
• 36:05
gold silver standard to me. I mean, think about that.
• 36:08
We're talking millions and millions of dollars, right?
• 36:11
The state of Missouri, don't forget people, they go on
• 36:14
Missouri. And it is, you know, I, I, I, I,
• 36:17
I like it here. But what does that tell you
• 36:20
anyway? Missouri's a big, we have Saint
• 36:23
Louis, right? We have Kansas City, there's
• 36:26
  Springfield, there's Saint Louis.
• 36:28
Is, is a, I'm sorry, Missouri is a big state.
• 36:30
There's a lot more money in Missouri than you may realize.
• 36:34
Let me remind you of something also about the Federal Reserve
• 36:38
banking system. Missouri, as far as I know, is
• 36:41
one of the only states, if not the only state that has not one,
• 36:46
but 2 Federal Reserve Banks. There's Saint Louis Federal
• 36:50
Reserve Bank and Kansas City Federal Reserve Bank.
• 36:53
And think about that. That same state is proposing,
• 36:58
right? Like what I think is some
• 37:00
groundbreaking legislation about gold and silver.
• 37:04
How do you think the guys at the Fed, the guys and gals at the
• 37:07
Federal Reserve Banks in Missouri feel about that?
• 37:10
I bet they're not real thrilled. OK, back to this.
• 37:14
We'll wrap this one up. Oops, Sorry about that.
• 37:19
OK. In practice, passage would allow
• 37:22
Missouri residents to use gold or silver in physical or
• 37:25
electronic form as money rather than as mere investment
• 37:29
vehicles. You can use gold and silver for
• 37:32
what they really truly are, money.
• 37:37
Article 1, Section 10 of the Constitution for the United
• 37:40
States expressly prohibits from quote anything but gold and
• 37:45
silver coin, making anything making anything but gold and
• 37:50
silver coin a tender and payment of debts.
• 37:53
OK, and let's go down here removing taxes.
• 37:57
Both these bills would also exempt the sale of gold, sale of
• 38:01
gold and silver from the states capital gains tax.
• 38:04
Missouri is already 1 of 45 states that do not levy sales
• 38:09
tax on gold and silver bullion. That just blows me away that
• 38:14
they did. Some 5 states still charge sales
• 38:17
tax on silver and gold. The best example I can have of
• 38:21
that is like would be like if you went to your bank with $100
• 38:25
bill and say I want five 20s and they said, sorry, we're going to
• 38:29
charge you sales tax on this, right?
• 38:31
I mean, we're going to, do you need to give us $106.00 or
• 38:34
$108.00 to get $520 bills. Just completely unbelievable.
• 38:41
Now imagine if the IRS sent you a bill, then they talk about,
• 38:44
OK, they also exempt bullion from capital or exempting the
• 38:48
sale of bullion from capital gains tax.
• 38:51
Guys, I know I I'm an accountant, so it's second
• 38:53
nature to me there. There's obviously a big
• 38:56
difference between sales tax and capital gains tax.
• 39:00
Sales tax is just that percent you pay any time there's a
• 39:02
transaction that occurs. Capital gains tax is a tax you
• 39:05
pay when something you own goes up in value.
• 39:08
So if you buy a a stock for $10 and it goes to $15.00, you made
• 39:16
a $5 profit. You would owe tax on the $5
• 39:20
profit that you made. That's a capital gains tax.
• 39:23
And exempting paying capital gains tax on gold and silver is
• 39:28
insane. It's like paying capital gains
• 39:30
tax on dollars. And that's what he says.
• 39:33
Imagine the IRS sent you a bill every time the dollar
• 39:36
strengthened against the euro. That's effectively what a
• 39:39
capital gains tax and gold and silver do.
• 39:42
So the sales tax was the first to pretty much get wiped out the
• 39:45
next year is the capital gains tax because it makes no sense.
• 39:50
Federal confiscation schemes, SB-25 includes provisions
• 39:55
prohibiting any state or local cooperation with federal actions
• 40:00
to confiscate gold or silver or that interfere with a person's
• 40:04
right to use legal tender in Missouri.
• 40:09
So there you have it guys. OK, big change is coming, right?
• 40:14
There's so much we are in this ultimate bubble economy right
• 40:18
now. And at the same time there's
• 40:22
this movement going on like this ultimate fantasy world bubble
• 40:29
paper debt driven. It's it, it really is.
• 40:33
I mean, like the best way to sum it up is like, it's like a
• 40:35
funhouse or like a fantasy world economy that we're living in.
• 40:39
But at the same time, there's a strong group of, of, of what I
• 40:43
would think solid minded people that are kind of leading the
• 40:47
charge. And I would include you in that.
• 40:49
I think I would include myself in that too, that are that are
• 40:52
leading the charge towards this real money.
• 40:54
Gold and silver are coming back. It's going to be fun.
• 40:57
It's going to be a very interesting ride.
• 41:00
Thank you for being here. OK, Thank you for being part of
• 41:03
  the basement. Oh, my gosh.
• 41:04
Hold on here. I almost forgot.
• 41:06
My Lord. Hey, thank you, Silver Sparky.
• 41:09
Silver Sparky gave a super chat. Thank you, my friend.
• 41:13
  Good morning, family. Thank you.
• 41:14
Thank you, my friend. Hey, Frank.
• 41:17
Boy, I almost forgot. If I ever forget one of your
• 41:19
super chats, e-mail me and yell at me.
• 41:21
OK? When trust runs out, so does its
• 41:24
  value. Interesting, Frank.
• 41:27
Wow, we got to talk about that, Frank.
• 41:29
I like that. When trust runs out, so does its
• 41:33
value. At the end, Fiat money returns
• 41:36
to its intrinsic value. 0 That's from volunteer.
• 41:42
Yeah, right. Like this stuff, this paper
• 41:45
  money. Look, look, I'm brainwashed.
• 41:48
I grew up. I was born in 1970 right here in
• 41:50
St. Louis, MO This is paper, right?
• 41:53
There's nothing more. It's based on nothing but
• 41:56
confidence and trust. And what do we know?
• 41:59
What is history taught us right? Any form of money, electronic
• 42:06
paper, you name it, has has eventually gone to 0.
• 42:10
Now, sure, that thing, that paper money still holds some
• 42:13
quote UN quote value right now. But if we look at history, it
• 42:17
always goes back to 0, right? It's like the fact that with
• 42:22
cryptos, all people look at is price, price, price, price,
• 42:26
price, price. Look, the price of Doji coin,
• 42:29
the price of this crypto, that crypto, there's a new crypto out
• 42:35
that they come out all the time and it's just price driven, not
• 42:40
value driven. Gold and silver investors are
• 42:42
value driven. All right, guys, thank you for
• 42:44
  being here. Thank you, Frank.
• 42:46
Thank you, Silver Sparky, everybody have a great day.
• 42:49
OK, I'll see you soon. Thank you.
• 42:56
  Thank you.
