Hello Fight Friends, welcome to the first ever episode of The MM-EH Show!
The MM-EH Show is the culmination of nearly 2 decades of covering the sport of mixed martial arts in Canada.
I covered my first MMA show for Sherdog.com in 2006, then was quickly offered the opportunity to write a weekly column about MMA in the Great White North, which I titled, "MM-eh: News and Notes from Canada."
