  Speaker 2: It's great. I mean he's a very knowledgeable guy. He's

  Speaker 2: wants and and he's you know, he's a legendary guy, right,

  Speaker 2: didn't I didn't think he was as bad as some

  Speaker 2: chefs that I know, you know, from owning a restaurant,

  Speaker 2: the way they treat people, you know, God forbid, Yeah,

  Speaker 2: of them isn't as brown as the other one. And

  Speaker 2: I was working construction with a bunch of my father's

  Speaker 2: friends and I had to mix the cement for the

  Speaker 2: you know, and something. And these guys are perfectionists. Man,

  Speaker 2: it up. And the intensity levels through the roof, through

  Speaker 2: the roof. And but I liked him. I thought he

  Speaker 2: was a terrific guy. He spent a lot of time

  Speaker 2: with us, and and the guy that's his manager, the

  Speaker 2: guy manages to show actually drove all the way up

  Speaker 2: to cafe or and had dinner with us. So that

  Speaker 2: was fun. It was just fun getting to know those people.

  Speaker 2: We were we were we were judges and you know,

  Speaker 2: it was good. We had a great meal and we

  Speaker 2: had to judge it.

  Speaker 2: those guys have yeah, uh, yeah, I don't know. I

  Speaker 2: we won a national championship. So that was nice.

  Speaker 1: That was nice. That's very cool. See, he demands what

  Speaker 1: you demand from your program.

  Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, he's perfection excellence. Yeah, yeah, no, he's uh,

  Speaker 2: he's a pretty intense guy and he's he knows what

  Speaker 2: he wants man, and he walks around. He doesn't waste

  Speaker 2: the time. He walks around like boom boom boom. And

  Speaker 2: anybody that owns their own business, you know, that's what

  Speaker 2: you do. And you go to work and your name

  Speaker 2: is on the door, you know, and you've got to

  Speaker 2: make sure everybody gets it right, because that's the reflection

  Speaker 2: of you. You know, that's kind of how we treat

  Speaker 2: you know, our team, and that you can too. But

  Speaker 2: they're a reflection of us. And I tell him all

  Speaker 2: the time, if we do a good job of coaching you,
