- 0:09Speaker 1: Advice for sure. It's welcome to the naughty but Nice
- 0:18Speaker 1: your homestep Shooter. And it's Tuesday, which means our dear
- 0:21Speaker 1: friend Delayma Dixon joins us him as they are you there?
- 0:24Speaker 2: I am, and I have to say that I am
- 0:25Speaker 2: coming to you from Georgia. I'm down here with my
- 0:29Speaker 2: family yet again. I saw an elementary school piano recital
- 0:34Speaker 2: last night. I must say, though, I have to say
- 0:37Speaker 2: my nephews were pretty handy on the keys.
- 0:41Speaker 1: Yes, they were gratulations. I think you had a better
- 0:44Speaker 1: night than I did. I went to Celebrity Autobiography, which
- 0:47Speaker 1: is where celebrities read other celebrities biographies on stage. It's very,
- 0:51Speaker 1: very funny. Rita Wilson was in there, lots of Broadway
- 0:55Speaker 1: stars was in there. I did laugh out loud. It
- 0:57Speaker 1: is a very funny evening. And what it really special
- 1:01Speaker 1: is they're not making this up. Every word that comes
- 1:05Speaker 1: out of their mouths. Gale King was there. She read
- 1:07Speaker 1: Beyonces autobiography and it was funny. It is funny. Every
- 1:12Speaker 1: word that came out of Gale's mouth was in Beyonce's book.
- 1:16Speaker 1: They did make Susan Summer's Nation rest in peace. Her
- 1:20Speaker 1: book still makes me giggle, giggle, giggle what they say, mister,
- 1:24Speaker 1: I can't wait to read yours one day. Okay, let's
- 1:26Speaker 1: jump into the show. What time is it? My friends?
- 1:29Speaker 1: It airs tea time big story at the top of
- 1:32Speaker 1: the show. This story is really bigger than it sounds,
- 1:34Speaker 1: because this is going to change the royal family. Prince
- 1:37Speaker 1: William has decided to sell part of the Duchy of Cornwall.
- 1:41Speaker 1: This is the estate that he inherited from the king,
- 1:45Speaker 1: so it was set up generation to go to make
- 1:48Speaker 1: sure the next in line to the throne had money,
- 1:52Speaker 1: had money to pay their bills. So the Duchy of
- 1:55Speaker 1: Cornwall is basically in a state. It's a ton of land.
- 1:59Speaker 1: It's over one hundred and twenty thousand acres. That is
- 2:04Speaker 1: a lot of property. It is all over Britain and
- 2:08Speaker 1: it generates about twenty five million dollars a year. If
- 2:12Speaker 1: heav you've watched doubt an abemsty. Lord Grant rents out
- 2:17Speaker 1: properties on his estate and that's how he makes money.
- 2:20Speaker 1: So William has hundreds of thousands of acres and on
- 2:25Speaker 1: these acres there's not just grass, there's buildings. Some of
- 2:28Speaker 1: the buildings are in London. This is where he makes
- 2:31Speaker 1: a ton of money. The estate is valued and over
- 2:34Speaker 1: a billion dollars. It belongs to the royal family, doesn't
- 2:38Speaker 1: belong to the taxpayer, and this is where they make
- 2:41Speaker 1: their money. So every year, the money he generates in
- 2:44Speaker 1: rents and stuff from the estate gives him about twenty
- 2:48Speaker 1: five million. What he's decided to do is sell sell
- 2:51Speaker 1: off about twenty percent of the land. Sell it off.
- 2:54Speaker 1: It's going to raise about five hundred million pounds. That's
- 2:58Speaker 1: a lot of money. That's a billion And instead of
- 3:02Speaker 1: going on vacation with that money or buying more duels
- 3:05Speaker 1: for the Tower of London, he's going to use that
- 3:08Speaker 1: money to upgrade the property he still owns. He's going
- 3:11Speaker 1: to add a lot of houses there. Some houses are
- 3:14Speaker 1: going to be for people who are in need. He's
- 3:17Speaker 1: gonna have some environmental projects, he's going to have some
- 3:20Speaker 1: rural jobs. So he said, quote we're not a traditional landowner,
- 3:26Speaker 1: there is so much good we can do. So William
- 3:28Speaker 1: M has figured out he's in this incredibly privileged position. Can
- 3:32Speaker 1: you imagine inheriting you did nothing. You just inherited a
- 3:36Speaker 1: billion dollar worth of property, you rented out. You make
- 3:41Speaker 1: all this money he's decided, you know what, I'm gonna
- 3:44Speaker 1: sell twenty percent of it off, and with all that
- 3:47Speaker 1: money that I raised from that twenty percent, I'm not
- 3:51Speaker 1: gonna waste it. I'm not gonna spend it on clothes
- 3:53Speaker 1: or shoes or jets or as Jeff Bezos did sending
- 3:57Speaker 1: a rocket up to space with Gail king Gun. He
- 4:00Speaker 1: not going to do that. He's going to take that
- 4:02Speaker 1: money and he's going to put it back into the
- 4:04Speaker 1: eighty percent that he still owns, and he's going to
- 4:07Speaker 1: make sure there's affordable housing, there's environmental projects. He wants
- 4:12Speaker 1: to make sure that all the rivers, all the lakes
- 4:14Speaker 1: on his property are all clean, that the water's good.
- 4:18Speaker 1: So he's going to do real good here. I think
- 4:20Speaker 1: this is amazing. Any other person that owned this could
- 4:25Speaker 1: have done this. They didn't. His dad didn't do it,
- 4:29Speaker 1: his grandma didn't do it. William, I think he's really
- 4:32Speaker 1: giving us an insight into when he is king. Things
- 4:36Speaker 1: are going to change. Don't get me wrong, He's still
- 4:38Speaker 1: going to make a lot of money. If you build
- 4:41Speaker 1: more houses on your property, that's more houses to rent out.
- 4:44Speaker 1: So he's not a fool here. He will make more money.
- 4:47Speaker 1: But in the process he will make sure that people
- 4:50Speaker 1: who are homeless will have homes. That's a really important
- 4:53Speaker 1: cause to him. It's fascinating because we see it in
- 4:56Speaker 1: New York all the time. Billionaires, some of them change
- 4:59Speaker 1: the city. Barry Diller gave us Little Island. He literally
- 5:02Speaker 1: built a part for us. Carnegie Hall was built by
- 5:06Speaker 1: mister Carnegie, a billionaire, and so you do see it
- 5:09Speaker 1: when we go to the ballet, when we go to
- 5:11Speaker 1: Lincoln Center. I think David Geffen's name is on the films.
- 5:16Speaker 1: And so if you've got this fast wealth, Jeff Bezos
- 5:20Speaker 1: Elon Musk, I don't see the Elon Musk Cancer Hospital.
- 5:23Speaker 1: I don't see the Jeff Bezos children's charities. I just
- 5:27Speaker 1: they don't really exist here. I think what William is
- 5:31Speaker 1: doing with his will immense wealth, he never has to
- 5:34Speaker 1: worry about money. I think this is a really wonderful thing.
- 5:37Speaker 1: What do you think?
- 5:38Speaker 2: Oh so much to unpack there. But first of all,
- 5:41Speaker 2: I'm sure William has played Monopoly before. And if if
- 5:44Speaker 2: you know the game, I mean, the person who owns
- 5:46Speaker 2: the most land and puts the most houses on it wins.
- 5:49Speaker 2: But he wants to be the modern day monarch, right,
- 5:53Speaker 2: it's for the people. This is he's not a private billionaire.
- 5:58Speaker 2: He is supposed to be for his constituents as when
- 6:02Speaker 2: he becomes king. So this seems like such a smart move.
- 6:05Speaker 2: What are you gonna do with one hundred and twenty
- 6:07Speaker 2: eight thousands of acres of land? You can only live
- 6:10Speaker 2: in so many spots, So this is a really smart
- 6:13Speaker 2: thing to say.
- 6:14Speaker 1: Now.
- 6:15Speaker 2: So when he does ascend to king, people love him.
- 6:19Speaker 2: They think, oh my goodness, he's doing something great for
- 6:24Speaker 2: our community, for our country. And he has made it
- 6:28Speaker 2: very clear things are not going to be the way
- 6:30Speaker 2: they were yesteryear. So this sounds like a wonderful plan.
- 6:34Speaker 2: And like I said, one hundred and twenty eight thousand
- 6:38Speaker 2: acres of land, I'm sorry you.
- 6:40Speaker 1: Just who wants to take care of all that. That's
- 6:42Speaker 1: a lot of land lords. That is a big god
- 6:46Speaker 1: to Some of the land too, is in London, in Mayfair,
- 6:50Speaker 1: which is the highest priced land in Britain. It'd be
- 6:54Speaker 1: like if you were me, mister, if we owned Central Park,
- 6:57Speaker 1: if we just would give him Fifth Avenue and then
- 7:00Speaker 1: can you imagine the rents that we could charge if
- 7:02Speaker 1: we owned part of Fifth Avenue or Park Avenue and
- 7:05Speaker 1: those rents come in every single month, and so he's decided,
- 7:09Speaker 1: you know what, I got enough money, I'm gonna make
- 7:12Speaker 1: a difference. And a big difference this is going to make.
- 7:15Speaker 1: And I hope too, I do hope that this is
- 7:18Speaker 1: going to set an example other people out there that
- 7:21Speaker 1: are billionaires, other people out there that have this wealth,
- 7:24Speaker 1: misty that they'll never ever be able to spend it
- 7:27Speaker 1: in their entire lifetime. Do something good with it. Do
- 7:31Speaker 1: something that's going to change the world with it. Don't
- 7:35Speaker 1: be wasting your money on Katie Perry and rockets. Do
- 7:39Speaker 1: something really good. Don't be sponsoring a met ball, a
- 7:43Speaker 1: fashion ball for rich people to go to. We ain't
- 7:46Speaker 1: invited to the ball. I like Cinderella, I'm not going
- 7:49Speaker 1: to that ball. And I think William here is really
- 7:52Speaker 1: really stepping out of the comfort zone of the Royals.
- 7:55Speaker 1: They're very, very cagy when it comes to money. They
- 7:57Speaker 1: never want to talk about where their money comes from,
- 8:00Speaker 1: who their money goes to. William for the first time,
- 8:03Speaker 1: at least in my lifetime, is adding some transparency. Not total.
- 8:07Speaker 1: He won't send her, he won't hand over his books totally,
- 8:10Speaker 1: but he does pay taxes and there's a little bit
- 8:13Speaker 1: more transparency here than there was yesterday. So I think
- 8:16Speaker 1: this is a great thing. But what do you think
- 8:18Speaker 1: it brings us to our pole question of the day?
- 8:21Speaker 1: Prince William is having a five hundred million dollars shakeup
- 8:25Speaker 1: of the Royal Empire. He's selling off twenty percent of
- 8:28Speaker 1: the Duchy of Cornwall estate. That's where he pays all
- 8:30Speaker 1: his bills. He inherited it. What do you think? Good
- 8:33Speaker 1: idea or bad idea? You know what I think? Hey,
- 8:36Speaker 1: go vodes on at Twitter page, an auty nice rob
- 8:39Speaker 1: at Facebook pages, noughty gossip and check back tomorrow to
- 8:43Speaker 1: hear your results. He misty, what are you working on? Well?
- 8:48Speaker 2: Jason Biggs has had a dramatic forty pound weight loss,
- 8:51Speaker 2: but that, put together with his growing career pressure, created
- 8:56Speaker 2: serious tension behind the scenes to his marriage to Jenny Moling.
- 9:01Speaker 2: So now the insiders are claiming that his transformation boosted
- 9:05Speaker 2: his confidence and it changed the dymatic and it changed
- 9:08Speaker 2: the dynamic between the longtime couple after nearly two decades
- 9:13Speaker 2: today together. So sources are also saying the stress tied
- 9:17Speaker 2: to his directorial debut. He actually made a movie where
- 9:19Speaker 2: he played a failing actor who's trying to keep his
- 9:23Speaker 2: marriage intact, and the pressure to stay relevant in Hollywood
- 9:27Speaker 2: added even more strain at home now for instances, the
- 9:30Speaker 2: pair fought very hard to save their relationship, including years
- 9:35Speaker 2: of couple's therapy, which actually kept them together. I mean,
- 9:39Speaker 2: this is such a sad story when you've been together
- 9:42Speaker 2: so long and you're fighting, and you're fighting and just
- 9:45Speaker 2: the dynamics change, whether it be how you change your
- 9:49Speaker 2: body or where you are in your career and trying
- 9:52Speaker 2: to revive it and them just trying to get this done.
- 9:56Speaker 2: It just didn't work. Now that doesn't mean they can't
- 9:59Speaker 2: stay friends, but right now they just can't be a
- 10:03Speaker 2: cohesive unit.
- 10:04Speaker 1: I hope they're making it back to back together. I
- 10:07Speaker 1: saw Jason a couple of weeks ago while I was
- 10:08Speaker 1: promoting my book on the Morning Circuit. Jason was there
- 10:11Speaker 1: promoting his movie, so we spent a little while together
- 10:14Speaker 1: in a green room, chatting away. He looks great, He's
- 10:16Speaker 1: lost forty pounds. He seems really really happy. He was
- 10:19Speaker 1: excited about his directoral debut. But they say, you know,
- 10:22Speaker 1: any great therapist tells you that relationships get in trouble
- 10:25Speaker 1: when the rules change. When something big change is forty pounds,
- 10:28Speaker 1: a weight loss is a big change. I've seen this happen.
- 10:31Speaker 1: A friend of mine, no names here. It's a personal friend,
- 10:34Speaker 1: not a celebrity friend lost a lot of weight had
- 10:37Speaker 1: by the gastric bypasserger is that, and lost over one
- 10:41Speaker 1: hundred pounds, and suddenly his life changed. His interests changed.
- 10:48Speaker 1: He didn't want to go out drinking and partying. He
- 10:50Speaker 1: wanted to go for a walk each day. He wanted
- 10:52Speaker 1: to go for a runnach day. And so his relationship
- 10:55Speaker 1: with his partner, who didn't change. And you can't blame
- 10:59Speaker 1: people want to lose the weight. They broke up because
- 11:02Speaker 1: suddenly they had just different lifestyles. When you have a
- 11:07Speaker 1: radically different lifestyle to somebody, it's really hard when you
- 11:10Speaker 1: wake up early and somebody wakes up late. When you
- 11:13Speaker 1: go to bed early and someone goes to bed late.
- 11:14Speaker 1: When somebody likes to go out drinking and eating and
- 11:17Speaker 1: having a fabbiness, great, but I have to get up
- 11:19Speaker 1: early and I can't live like that. And now I'm
- 11:21Speaker 1: at an age where if I drink or eat like
- 11:23Speaker 1: that more than one night a week, I'm gonna suffer
- 11:25Speaker 1: and I don't want to feel hung over anymore, and
- 11:27Speaker 1: so these things do happen. He's not a kid anymore.
- 11:30Speaker 1: They have been together a really long time. I like her.
- 11:34Speaker 1: I've met her too, so I'm wishing them the best.
- 11:36Speaker 1: But it is interesting. Look at Amy Schumer. She lost
- 11:40Speaker 1: the weight and her relationship is now over. And so
- 11:44Speaker 1: there is something really big about this. If you're thinking
- 11:46Speaker 1: about doing those weight lost drugs, and aren't we all,
- 11:49Speaker 1: my goodness, we've seen the transformations in Hollywood. Think about it.
- 11:54Speaker 1: It's not just losing the weight, it's losing the life
- 11:57Speaker 1: that that weight has really you too, for better or
- 12:01Speaker 1: for worse. Okay, moving along this story is wild. I
- 12:04Speaker 1: just broke it on my substack. Jacob Aloris, he's a
- 12:08Speaker 1: very handsome devil. His team of really worried about his
- 12:12Speaker 1: relationship with Kendall Jenna as they call and get the
- 12:15Speaker 1: Kardashian Curse. So Jacob is one of the people that
- 12:18Speaker 1: might be playing James Bond. That's how big his career
- 12:21Speaker 1: is about to explode. He's a fantastic Hollywood actor. But
- 12:25Speaker 1: they're saying, look what happened to Timothy Shallomy. He dated
- 12:29Speaker 1: a Jenna slash Kardashian and here's Korea now is not
- 12:32Speaker 1: quite where they wanted. They thought he was going to
- 12:34Speaker 1: win that Oscar. They're worried that Jacob is doing the
- 12:37Speaker 1: same thing. Now. Nobody's blaming Kendall here, But what they
- 12:41Speaker 1: are saying is that she's a reality She is a
- 12:44Speaker 1: tabloid star, and often that is very, very difficult for
- 12:49Speaker 1: somebody who wants to transform themselves into a character. When
- 12:53Speaker 1: you become too famous for being yourself, it's much harder
- 12:56Speaker 1: to believe you in a movie. That's a Madonna's problem
- 13:00Speaker 1: apart from the fact she's not the greatest actress, but
- 13:02Speaker 1: the problem is no character she could play that's more
- 13:05Speaker 1: interesting than Madonna. Every time I see Madonna on television
- 13:08Speaker 1: or in a movie, I'm like, oh, there's Madonna. I
- 13:11Speaker 1: never believe it is the character. She's Madonna. And so
- 13:15Speaker 1: they're worried about that. There is some truth to this,
- 13:18Speaker 1: to this curse the Kardashians still to this day. The
- 13:21Speaker 1: Jenners generate so much interest that it's difficult to get
- 13:25Speaker 1: away from it. And so if love is love, if
- 13:28Speaker 1: you to have fell in love, you knock yourself's eyes.
- 13:30Speaker 1: But do know there is a precedent here and it's
- 13:33Speaker 1: Timothy Shallo May what do you think I would have.
- 13:37Speaker 2: To agree with you on that one. But I also
- 13:39Speaker 2: think that to him and the thief, Chalomy said some
- 13:41Speaker 2: things that were inappropriate, so he got himself into hot water.
- 13:45Speaker 2: And when you think of Kendall Jennera, I think people think, Okay,
- 13:48Speaker 2: she's walked runways in Paris. She's actually considered a legitimate model.
- 13:53Speaker 2: So if they can keep spinning that angle, Jacob is
- 13:57Speaker 2: dating a model, a supermodel who's walked these glamorous runways
- 14:02Speaker 2: and not so much at Kardashian, they may be able
- 14:06Speaker 2: to get away with it. I kind of like them
- 14:07Speaker 2: because they're both tall, so that works for me and
- 14:11Speaker 2: so if nothing else, that's good. And I feel like
- 14:14Speaker 2: Kendall has always kept a little bit more of a
- 14:16Speaker 2: low profile when it comes to her dating life. I mean,
- 14:20Speaker 2: she's dated with a lot of people, but it doesn't
- 14:22Speaker 2: seem as messy as sometimes her sisters seem to get into.
- 14:28Speaker 2: So I think this could work. I mean, Jacob has
- 14:30Speaker 2: already been nominated for an Oscar, so why not. I
- 14:34Speaker 2: mean he's gotten past that point. They're young, they're beautiful,
- 14:37Speaker 2: as long as they keep it. They don't, they don't
- 14:40Speaker 2: do anything crazy, he doesn't come out and try to
- 14:43Speaker 2: take down the art forward. This could work. And again,
- 14:52Speaker 2: this could just be a phase. They look good together
- 14:54Speaker 2: or they're having fun. It could be over in a month.
- 14:57Speaker 1: That's true. That's true. Quickly before we get a break,
- 14:59Speaker 1: cult it mistakes me. Only got about thirty seconds left.
- 15:01Speaker 1: Barbara Streis and has pulled out of the Calm Film Festival.
- 15:04Speaker 1: So she's saying it's knee injury. Insiders are saying, not
- 15:07Speaker 1: so fast. She doesn't travel coach. She travels on a
- 15:10Speaker 1: private plane. She does have some knee issues, but I'm
- 15:13Speaker 1: sure they would be very obliging. What is going on
- 15:16Speaker 1: with Barbara After the Oscars, she sort of disappeared. That
- 15:19Speaker 1: performance that the Oscars did not go over very well.
- 15:23Speaker 1: When Barbara gets upset, she often disappears. So Barbara, we say,
- 15:27Speaker 1: you are Barbara Streis and you have nothing to prove
- 15:30Speaker 1: to anybody. Go and accept your award. Okay, we're going
- 15:34Speaker 1: to take a quick break and we'll be right back.
- 15:38Speaker 1: Welcome back to the naughty but nic Sham. Your host
- 15:40Speaker 1: jobs shoot if he do a thing, Miss do Hey,
- 15:41Speaker 1: mis duve. Let's get to the polls. Last year we
- 15:45Speaker 1: talked about Pam Anderson making room for love in her life.
- 15:48Speaker 1: We should all do that, make room for love. However,
- 15:51Speaker 1: she's doing it as rumors about Tom Cruise and her
- 15:53Speaker 1: heat up. What do you think are these to a
- 15:56Speaker 1: cute couple? Are they a cute couple? Seventy percent said yes,
- 16:00Speaker 1: I like them? I do like this so interesting together. Okay,
- 16:04Speaker 1: don't forget to load on today's Paul. We'll go to
- 16:07Speaker 1: our Twitter page and ordianized rob our Facebook page. Is
- 16:10Speaker 1: NOADI your sip and be sure to check back time.
- 16:13Speaker 1: I'll rival to hear your results. And now it doesn't dure,
- 16:16Speaker 1: it's time for nicey nicest of the day.
- 16:20Speaker 2: Our nicest of the day is actually the NFL and
- 16:24Speaker 2: the super Bowl because reportedly it's coming to Nashville and
- 16:28Speaker 2: twenty thirty for the very first time, so the owners
- 16:33Speaker 2: are expected to say music City will be where this
- 16:36Speaker 2: super Bowl takes place. I don't know number sixty five
- 16:39Speaker 2: and it's going to be played in the New Tennessee
- 16:41Speaker 2: Titans massive two point one billion stadium.
- 16:44Speaker 1: But that doesn't matter.
- 16:45Speaker 2: What matters is that who could be doing the happy
- 16:48Speaker 2: time show. So people are saying that it's it's gonna
- 16:51Speaker 2: be Taylor's Stiff And this is the reason why, because
- 16:54Speaker 2: she has deep roots to Music City, and if Travis
- 16:57Speaker 2: Kelcey is still in the NFL, fans are convinced that
- 17:00Speaker 2: twenty thirty could finally be the year that Taylor Swift
- 17:04Speaker 2: takes the halftime show. You know what, it won't matter
- 17:06Speaker 2: who's playing. It won't matters how much the tickets are.
- 17:12Speaker 2: The people are gonna go for the halftime show. If
- 17:15Speaker 2: Taylor is playing, I'll go to the super Bowl. If
- 17:18Speaker 2: Taylor Swift.
- 17:19Speaker 1: Wil So with Nashville, it's gotta be country. And there's
- 17:24Speaker 1: now one figures cross that nicest of the day and
- 17:26Speaker 1: now I noticed the day naughty, naughty. Charlie's Angels are
- 17:29Speaker 1: a naughtice of the day because Kate Jackson I loved
- 17:32Speaker 1: her in Charlie's Angels. The original Charlie's Angels on TV
- 17:36Speaker 1: is fuming that she made no money from all the merchandise.
- 17:39Speaker 1: So if you remember when Charlie's Angels was out the seventies,
- 17:42Speaker 1: it's coming up with a fiftieth anniversary. Lunch boxes, bags,
- 17:46Speaker 1: everything was Charlie's Angels. There's three faces of the Angels.
