Lucas: Yes, perfect for spring weather. So if you want to say 'let's go to the park' in Swedish, it's: Vi går till parken. Luna: Vi går till parken. Lucas: Good. Vi means 'we', går means 'go', till means 'to', parken is 'the park'. Vi går till parken. Luna: Vi går till parken. So simple. Lucas: Exactly. Now imagine you're at the park and you see swings. You want to say 'I want to swing'. In Swedish: Jag vill gunga. Luna: Jag vill gunga. Gunga is the verb 'to swing'? Lucas: Yes, and also the noun for swing. So Jag vill gunga. Luna: Jag vill gunga. I love swinging. Lucas: Me too. And then maybe you see a slide. To ask 'Can I slide?' or 'May I go on the slide?' you say: Får jag åka rutschkana? Luna: Får jag åka rutschkana? That's a mouthful. Får jag — may I, åka — ride, rutschkana — slide. Lucas: You got it. Får jag åka rutschkana? Luna: Får jag åka rutschkana? Okay, I'll practice that one. Lucas: And when you're having fun, you can say: Det är kul. That means 'It's fun'. Luna: Det är kul. Kul — short for rolig. Lucas: Exactly. Det är kul. And to invite someone to play: Kom, vi leker! — 'Come, let's play!' Luna: Kom, vi leker! That's cute. So we have: Vi går till parken, Jag vill gunga, Får jag åka rutschkana?, Det är kul, and Kom, vi leker! Lucas: Perfect summary. Let's run through them once more. Repeat after me: Vi går till parken. Luna: Vi går till parken. Lucas: Jag vill gunga. Luna: Jag vill gunga. Lucas: Får jag åka rutschkana? Luna: Får jag åka rutschkana? Lucas: Det är kul. Luna: Det är kul. Lucas: Kom, vi leker!
