- 2:20Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 2:21Speaker 1: Now, before we get into this wiggity whack recap, Yeah,
- 2:25Speaker 1: there are a couple of items of interest that we
- 2:28Speaker 1: need to discuss. Yes, first and foremost, it was announced
- 2:32Speaker 1: in the last week that your girl and my girl,
- 2:35Speaker 1: Christine Brown wooly mm hmm is going to be publishing
- 2:40Speaker 1: hey book.
- 2:41Speaker 2: I know, and so it's available for pre order now,
- 2:44Speaker 2: but it's not going to be available for purchase like
- 2:47Speaker 2: actual until September. So I'm like, why are you announcing
- 2:50Speaker 2: it right now? Though?
- 2:50Speaker 1: Because I think the publisher is trying to gauge interest, oh,
- 2:54Speaker 1: to see how many books they're going to print, and
- 2:57Speaker 1: just to sort of take our temperature and trust me
- 3:00Speaker 1: trust unbelieve our temperature is high. I know I'm gonna say,
- 3:04Speaker 1: did you did you pre order it? No? Heck no,
- 3:06Speaker 1: oh I'm going to pre order it. I should have
- 3:08Speaker 1: done it already, do it right now? Want to support this.
- 3:12Speaker 1: I'm wondering what our girl Mary Brown is thinking over
- 3:15Speaker 1: there in paiwuan Utah with all her Disney friends, because
- 3:19Speaker 1: we thought she was going to be the one I
- 3:20Speaker 1: am to write the book about worthying up right, But
- 3:24Speaker 1: Christine is getting in there.
- 3:26Speaker 2: I wonder if Mary's like, damn bitch, got to it first.
- 3:29Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 3:30Speaker 2: But also Mary has been saying, I don't know if
- 3:32Speaker 2: I'm going to write a book because my book's not finished.
- 3:35Speaker 1: Yea, my story's not finished. Well, if you snooze, you
- 3:38Speaker 1: lose for real. So Christine made a post on her
- 3:41Speaker 1: Instagram recently in which she talked about what the book's
- 3:44Speaker 1: going to be, like, do you have that? Can you
- 3:46Speaker 1: read that?
- 3:46Speaker 2: I do you? She says, I have a book about
- 3:49Speaker 2: my life coming, so you can pre order it to
- 3:52Speaker 2: that use the site listed at the bottom end of lincolniconments.
- 3:56Speaker 2: It is gritty and honest as I tell my story
- 3:59Speaker 2: living polygamy as a child to my marriage and family life.
- 4:04Speaker 2: It shows my heartache with leaving religion and my marriage
- 4:07Speaker 2: to finally meeting David Woolley. I'm so excited. Partnered with
- 4:12Speaker 2: Kelly's blah blah blah blah blah, and that's it. I
- 4:16Speaker 2: think she does like an interview or something. She did
- 4:19Speaker 2: not write it though herself. She had like a ghostwriter,
- 4:22Speaker 2: which is typical. But if she's saying she's going to
- 4:25Speaker 2: be honest and.
- 4:25Speaker 1: Gritty, that's what I want to hear. Because when I
- 4:29Speaker 1: hear gritty, I hear receipts, yeah, timelines, Yeah, all the
- 4:34Speaker 1: details please, And I'm hoping that's what she's going to do.
- 4:38Speaker 1: Tell us the truth.
- 4:40Speaker 2: I mean, Christina, out of all of them, you know,
- 4:42Speaker 2: is more. I don't want to say more. Honest because she's,
- 4:46Speaker 2: you know, kind of the same part as everybody else,
- 4:48Speaker 2: but she's a little bit more I.
- 4:50Speaker 1: Don't know, like ye, yes, so she's more willing to.
- 4:54Speaker 2: Talk some shit and be honest. So I'm really hoping
- 4:56Speaker 2: hoping she talks her marriage with Cody. Yeah, I mean,
- 5:00Speaker 2: I hope that the majority of it is not about
- 5:01Speaker 2: like how she met David, because yeah.
- 5:03Speaker 1: I don't care about that, Like, just drag Cody and Robin,
- 5:07Speaker 1: tell the truth, bring out the schedules, bring out all
- 5:11Speaker 1: of the details, and open the books. Now, there has
- 5:14Speaker 1: been like a question around what she can actually divulge
- 5:18Speaker 1: because it is presumed that all of the cast members
- 5:21Speaker 1: on Sister Wives are probably under some sort of NDA.
- 5:25Speaker 1: I'm not sure, of course none of us are, but
- 5:27Speaker 1: like what the language of those NDAs might be, whether
- 5:30Speaker 1: that just kind of pertains to what they're currently filming,
- 5:33Speaker 1: or whether she can go into the archives and talk
- 5:37Speaker 1: about stuff that's happened on the show or not, I
- 5:39Speaker 1: don't know. I certainly hope so, because honestly, the only
- 5:43Speaker 1: folks buying your book are buying it because we want
- 5:47Speaker 1: Sister Wives, gossip, sister Wives tea, Yes, Sister Wives behind
- 5:53Speaker 1: the scenes, yes.
- 5:54Speaker 2: Like we want more of this shit. TLC's not giving
- 5:57Speaker 2: us any of it.
- 5:59Speaker 1: Sukiyana on the top, Oh, you've got to hold me Backiaa.
- 6:05Speaker 1: I was like, why do you hate us, Tito C?
- 6:08Speaker 1: Why do you hate us? Puddle Mikey for real? They
- 6:12Speaker 1: hate us, they really do. Oh god, it's ridiculous. Like
- 6:16Speaker 1: just my spirit left my body a little bit. I'm
- 6:19Speaker 1: just said, ah shit, like we all knew.
- 6:21Speaker 2: But at the same time, it's like to see her
- 6:23Speaker 2: face again, It's like.
- 6:26Speaker 1: Why does she want to come back? She gets dragged
- 6:30Speaker 1: in her comments every time on IG like people do
- 6:33Speaker 1: not like her. They have made it more than known.
- 6:36Speaker 1: And here she is coming back to interview these people
- 6:39Speaker 1: and they're still not all sitting in a room. No,
- 6:41Speaker 1: they're all being interviewed separately. They don't know what the
- 6:44Speaker 1: other person is saying. Nobody can call out anybody else
- 6:47Speaker 1: for their bullshit. Oh my god, TLC. It drives me
- 6:51Speaker 1: crazy too. But I will be watching it, yep.
- 6:55Speaker 2: And you're gonna pre order that book, yes I am.
- 6:57Speaker 2: And you're gonna read it for both of us.
- 6:58Speaker 1: Yes, yes, and you will like go over it on
- 7:01Speaker 1: page I think great, chapter by chapter with our monocles. Yes,
- 7:06Speaker 1: I think we should have a book.
- 7:07Speaker 2: We should do it.
- 7:08Speaker 1: We still have to read their first book. I know
- 7:11Speaker 1: we should do that. We should. Let's talk about that more. Yeah,
- 7:14Speaker 1: at a later time. All right, So there is another
- 7:17Speaker 1: item that you wanted to get off your chest.
- 7:20Speaker 2: Listen, I've been hearing rumblings on the reddits and the
- 7:23Speaker 2: instagrams and everything that apparently in every other country besides
- 7:28Speaker 2: the US for some reason, like Australia and the UK
- 7:31Speaker 2: and all that, they get extra scenes, they get extended
- 7:34Speaker 2: episodes of Sister Wives. Yep. And this week in particular,
- 7:39Speaker 2: they got an extra little tidbit that I'm kind of
- 7:41Speaker 2: pissed off we didn't get in the States, which is
- 7:44Speaker 2: about the family money. Janelle apparently says that Cody's been
- 7:48Speaker 2: taking or no, he closed the actual family account without
- 7:52Speaker 2: Janelle knowing, and she didn't know why he closed it
- 7:55Speaker 2: and know where the money went or anything. And that
- 7:57Speaker 2: was talked about in Australia and the UK.
- 8:00Speaker 1: Why here, I don't understand under what theory do you
- 8:05Speaker 1: think that it's okay that you would keep that information
- 8:09Speaker 1: from your most ardent and faithful fans in the United States. Now,
- 8:13Speaker 1: I'm not trying to keep it away from the U
- 8:15Speaker 1: gain from Australia, but you should be serving that to
- 8:18Speaker 1: us first, right, So we gotta find out on the reddit.
- 8:21Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm offended, me too, deeply offended in my butt.
- 8:25Speaker 1: Yep, that's such bullshit. It is truly trifling and bullshitty.
- 8:31Speaker 2: And about something as Germaine and Jessy as the fucking coins,
- 8:36Speaker 2: the family money. You're gonna hide that from us?
- 8:40Speaker 1: I mean, could there be some sort of a legal
- 8:43Speaker 1: situation that maybe they're trying to protect Cody from, Like
- 8:47Speaker 1: if it comes out in the States where Janelle's calling
- 8:50Speaker 1: out the fact that he closed the account and took
- 8:52Speaker 1: all the money, ran with all the money, Like, would
- 8:55Speaker 1: that have some sort of an effect on a current
- 8:57Speaker 1: legal situation? So maybe Product is doing Cody and Robin
- 9:01Speaker 1: a solid by like not releasing that in the States.
- 9:03Speaker 1: I I just can't. I just it makes me apple plucked, budge,
- 9:09Speaker 1: It makes me so fucking unhappy, Like, make it makes sense.
- 9:12Speaker 1: It doesn't make any sense. Make it makes sense.
- 9:14Speaker 2: It literally doesn't make sense.
- 9:15Speaker 1: It's bullshit.
- 9:16Speaker 2: So I just had to get off that and get
- 9:18Speaker 2: that off my chest.
- 9:19Speaker 1: Okay, Well, now that I'm so angry, and I've got whiskey,
- 9:22Speaker 1: which makes me crazy dry. January's over. It is over.
- 9:26Speaker 1: Oh my god, honey. We went to we went to
- 9:29Speaker 1: the total wine Hood, and I'm like, what do I want?
- 9:31Speaker 1: Do I want in margarita? Give me one garita?
- 9:35Speaker 2: You know what I mean?
- 9:36Speaker 1: Do I want some old fashions? Do I want some
- 9:39Speaker 1: lemon cello or something fancy?
- 9:41Speaker 2: So?
- 9:42Speaker 1: I got it all?
- 9:42Speaker 2: Did you?
- 9:43Speaker 1: I got it all? Kenny? I got it all.
- 9:44Speaker 2: Have y'all just been partying all weekend with Yes, that's.
- 9:47Speaker 1: Great, Yes we have. And so I am in vibing tonight.
- 9:51Speaker 1: And so if I get a little loud and a
- 9:52Speaker 1: little crazy, that's what I mean. What did you expect?
- 9:56Speaker 1: That's who I am. All right, let's get into this
- 9:59Speaker 1: episode again. Se nineteen episode if you can believe it,
- 10:02Speaker 1: twenty twenty, the first eighteen of which was all Christine.
- 10:06Speaker 1: But we won't go there. We've already done that, entitled.
- 10:10Speaker 2: Everything There is a season. Yeah, Okay, I don't know
- 10:13Speaker 2: what that means, but that's from I want to say
- 10:16Speaker 2: Proverbs or Ecclesiastes, and they're basically for everything.
- 10:20Speaker 1: There is a season. Happiness, joy, crying, anger, everything's got
- 10:24Speaker 1: its own season. I don't understand because so I don't
- 10:27Speaker 1: know what season we're in now, because when Janelle's going
- 10:30Speaker 1: to North Carolina, it's snowing, and I know that she
- 10:33Speaker 1: moved to North Carolina, I think in January. And then
- 10:36Speaker 1: when we've got Robin and Cody and Aurora in that
- 10:40Speaker 1: terrible scene, it's Easter, yeah, because we see the Easter decorations,
- 10:44Speaker 1: which we will talk about when we get there. So
- 10:47Speaker 1: I don't know where we are.
- 10:48Speaker 2: Girl, I don't either. In the timeline you're piecing all
- 10:50Speaker 2: this shit together. And that's why I'm wondering with this
- 10:53Speaker 2: mid season hiatus. TLC, by the way, on their Instagram page,
- 10:56Speaker 2: said we have half the season left.
- 10:59Speaker 1: But I la la, la la. I cannot believe that
- 11:03Speaker 1: twenty episodes.
- 11:04Speaker 2: Believe it would be insane. That would be literally insane. Yeah,
- 11:07Speaker 2: it'd be a whole nother season. And again, think about
- 11:10Speaker 2: how rich these people would be. No, I know that
- 11:13Speaker 2: they're getting paid twenty five to forty thousand dollars each
- 11:17Speaker 2: per episode.
- 11:18Speaker 1: And you've got like thirty episodes. That's wild.
- 11:21Speaker 2: Well, and that's what I was wondering, Like, is it
- 11:23Speaker 2: the season that they've already had in the can, like
- 11:25Speaker 2: they were already filming.
- 11:27Speaker 1: Is it that?
- 11:28Speaker 2: Are we going to see some of that?
- 11:30Speaker 1: I don't know, because I think we're going to come
- 11:32Speaker 1: back from our hiatus and I think we're probably pretty
- 11:35Speaker 1: promptly going to get into the Garrison thing. I feel
- 11:38Speaker 1: like we have to. I saw somewhere on Reddit someone
- 11:41Speaker 1: was saying that there was going to be twenty eight episodes.
- 11:44Speaker 1: I know you saw, James from my take on Reality
- 11:47Speaker 1: who We Love We Do Love say something about twenty
- 11:50Speaker 1: six episodes. I don't know that anybody really knows. But
- 11:54Speaker 1: all we know is it's not over yet. Bit it's not.
- 11:57Speaker 2: Over yet, and we don't even know when it's going
- 11:58Speaker 2: to come back.
- 11:59Speaker 1: No in the spring? Yeah, okay what that mean? I
- 12:02Speaker 1: don't know anyway.
- 12:04Speaker 2: So we start this episode the mid season finale, we
- 12:07Speaker 2: have three things going on. We have Janelle move into
- 12:10Speaker 2: North Carolina with Christine and David. We have Aurora crying
- 12:15Speaker 2: about her baptism, Oh my god. And then we have
- 12:20Speaker 2: Mary at the BnB throwing some little get together whatever.
- 12:23Speaker 2: Do you want to talk about those before we get
- 12:25Speaker 2: to the meat of the episode, which is now moving or.
- 12:27Speaker 1: Don't want to start with Janel, I'm going to let
- 12:29Speaker 1: you lead us. I trust you be a truth.
- 12:32Speaker 2: Well, the most boring part for me was Mary going
- 12:35Speaker 2: with her B and B. Yeah, which was fine. Like
- 12:38Speaker 2: she's throwing some like goodbye party or whatever for her cook,
- 12:41Speaker 2: retiring a.
- 12:42Speaker 1: Woman we've never met, we are not invested in. She
- 12:45Speaker 1: seems to be inebriated. She seems to have a lifestyle
- 12:48Speaker 1: of intoxication or mess. Oh is this strange woman walking
- 12:52Speaker 1: into your B and B that we're having a party
- 12:55Speaker 1: for Mary? I don't care.
- 12:56Speaker 2: I've never met her, but apparently she's an amazing cook
- 13:00Speaker 2: and that's what made the BMB so great apparently. And
- 13:05Speaker 2: now Mary's taken this as like a sign, like, well
- 13:07Speaker 2: what do I do with the B and B? Because
- 13:09Speaker 2: she says something weird. She says the BMB was never
- 13:12Speaker 2: her dream, and I'm like, what do you mean. Didn't
- 13:14Speaker 2: you want to buy it? Didn't you say that when
- 13:16Speaker 2: you bought the B and B back then?
- 13:18Speaker 1: This is my dream to own a B and B.
- 13:20Speaker 1: I think her dream was to reclaim the home of
- 13:24Speaker 1: her ancestors. I don't ever remember the spirit of it
- 13:28Speaker 1: being about running a business out of the place. I
- 13:30Speaker 1: think she was trying to somehow make some money while
- 13:34Speaker 1: also getting the house back into her family, Like it
- 13:36Speaker 1: was a good way to generate some income, because you know,
- 13:38Speaker 1: she's the Capricorn on Ditch. True, she's always trying to
- 13:41Speaker 1: have some business going or whatever. But I think that
- 13:44Speaker 1: was what she wanted. And I don't think she's going
- 13:46Speaker 1: to give it up. I don't know what she's going
- 13:48Speaker 1: to do with it. I don't think she wants to
- 13:51Speaker 1: live there. I know I wouldn't want to live there
- 13:54Speaker 1: with the ghost.
- 13:56Speaker 2: Talked about it well, but it was interesting because she's
- 13:59Speaker 2: talking about this, It's like, well, maybe this is the
- 14:02Speaker 2: sign that I need to like close the BMB for now.
- 14:04Speaker 2: And I was looking on her Instagram. She closed that
- 14:07Speaker 2: in August of twenty twenty four, So I'm like, are
- 14:09Speaker 2: we in August now?
- 14:10Speaker 1: Yeah, a twenty twenty Well, last week when they were
- 14:13Speaker 1: chopping wood up on Coyote Pass and doing their marshmallows,
- 14:17Speaker 1: it was the end of summer twenty twenty four, I
- 14:19Speaker 1: do believe. So we're jumping all around all the time.
- 14:23Speaker 2: I literally hate the TLC producers for doing this because
- 14:25Speaker 2: I can't keep anything straight.
- 14:27Speaker 1: Yep.
- 14:28Speaker 2: And then we have the baptism thing with Aurora and Cody.
- 14:33Speaker 1: And well, we should talk about Mary wanting to date though,
- 14:35Speaker 1: because she does drop a little bit of tea and
- 14:38Speaker 1: she says that she's been on some dates. Yeah, yeah,
- 14:41Speaker 1: she's had to friend zone some guys. There's been a
- 14:45Speaker 1: couple of them who like really want something with her
- 14:48Speaker 1: because she's so desirable, but she's like, don't ever reach me,
- 14:52Speaker 1: don't ever reach out to me again. And I'm wondering
- 14:55Speaker 1: if this is how she's going to just gloss over
- 14:58Speaker 1: amos oh, not even show yes, because she knows that
- 15:03Speaker 1: we know, yeah that there was that I don't know,
- 15:05Speaker 1: two months when you were hard launching this guy, putting
- 15:09Speaker 1: him in front of us, and so this is I
- 15:11Speaker 1: think all she's gonna say about him.
- 15:13Speaker 2: Okay, Yeah, I mean I don't know how I feel
- 15:16Speaker 2: about that, because I would love to know more about
- 15:18Speaker 2: her dating life. I would love to actually see this
- 15:20Speaker 2: guy in action. I know he was a clout goblin
- 15:22Speaker 2: and stuff, but I just wanted to like see something
- 15:25Speaker 2: other than an Instagram photo.
- 15:26Speaker 1: Yeah you know.
- 15:27Speaker 2: But then just Mary's again dropping breadcrumbs like yeah, I'm dating,
- 15:32Speaker 2: like nothing serious, like I'm on the up, but like
- 15:35Speaker 2: you know, it's whatever.
- 15:35Speaker 1: It's like. I mean, if this is being filmed in
- 15:38Speaker 1: August of twenty twenty four, then Amos is already long gone.
- 15:41Speaker 1: Amus I think was at the top of it was
- 15:43Speaker 1: twenty twenty three, twenty twenty four or something like that.
- 15:46Speaker 1: So he's already gone and we're not going to see
- 15:48Speaker 1: any of the footage of that. And here again, it
- 15:50Speaker 1: just feels like to me that these castmates have a
- 15:55Speaker 1: lot of power over production. Yeah, because a competent product
- 16:00Speaker 1: house would understand that the fans want to see Mary dating,
- 16:05Speaker 1: like with her girlish laughter and just so in love,
- 16:07Speaker 1: Like we want to see that with Mary. And I
- 16:10Speaker 1: have a feeling that cameras were up and they were
- 16:12Speaker 1: probably filming, but we're not going to see it because
- 16:14Speaker 1: it didn't work out, and so we're going to protect
- 16:17Speaker 1: Mary and it just it's so annoying to me. It
- 16:19Speaker 1: is very, very annoying.
- 16:20Speaker 2: They really are acting like they're the producers of the show.
- 16:23Speaker 2: It's like, no, uh uh tlc is and they should
- 16:27Speaker 2: be giving us all the trash. They should be airing
- 16:29Speaker 2: all your dirty laundry.
- 16:30Speaker 1: That's what you signed up for. Yeah, they should be
- 16:32Speaker 1: humiliating you all, that's why we're here.
- 16:37Speaker 2: Yeah, speaking of humiliation, though, Aurora, I feel bad for her. Listen, Okay,
- 16:43Speaker 2: the angles that they gave this poor girl on this show.
- 16:48Speaker 1: Are you talking about her face?
- 16:49Speaker 2: House, I'm just like, it's the beautiful eyes. She's a
- 16:54Speaker 2: beautiful girl. But I'm just like, why are we fake
- 16:57Speaker 2: crying like your mom about your baptism?
- 16:59Speaker 1: I feel like that was real crying. I feel like
- 17:02Speaker 1: she's very much a cry baby or something. I feel
- 17:06Speaker 1: like she's overly a motive. I think she's emotionally dysregulated.
- 17:10Speaker 1: I feel like she has been entrained by her mother
- 17:13Speaker 1: to communicate in this way, and I don't think it's
- 17:15Speaker 1: going to serve her in her life. I feel badly
- 17:17Speaker 1: for Aurora. Like the idea that this twenty two to
- 17:22Speaker 1: twenty three year old woman would feel the need to
- 17:25Speaker 1: kind of run her own baptism by her parents, almost
- 17:31Speaker 1: as if to ask permission is just such an odd choice,
- 17:35Speaker 1: and coming to them like a little child, I know,
- 17:37Speaker 1: it is very weird and fantalized. Has Robin just been
- 17:40Speaker 1: infantalizing her children this entire time?
- 17:43Speaker 2: Oh totally, yeah, Because that's how they stay dependent on her,
- 17:46Speaker 2: That's how they stay her little minions. I feel like
- 17:48Speaker 2: they talked about this scene beforehand. I feel like they
- 17:51Speaker 2: totally scripted. That's why I don't think it was even
- 17:54Speaker 2: real crying. I feel like she's able to cry on
- 17:56Speaker 2: command like her mom is. And it's kind of a
- 17:59Speaker 2: man feel. It a tactic, if you ask me, but
- 18:02Speaker 2: like just her coming up to Cody and Robin, I've
- 18:05Speaker 2: got something really important. You know, that church that I've
- 18:07Speaker 2: been going to for like two days, I really want
- 18:09Speaker 2: to get baptized there. But it's not for my church.
- 18:12Speaker 2: It's for my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
- 18:16Speaker 1: And this is a really big dolt. It's a really big,
- 18:18Speaker 1: really big dolt, because this is all Cody and Robin
- 18:21Speaker 1: want for their kids. But I mean, there are kids,
- 18:23Speaker 1: not any of the other kids, right, because who the
- 18:25Speaker 1: fuck cares about all the other kids, right? I mean,
- 18:27Speaker 1: And let's talk about the timing here, because we have
- 18:32Speaker 1: Easter decorations out on the Kitchen island and I looked
- 18:36Speaker 1: it up. Easter twenty twenty four took place on March
- 18:40Speaker 1: thirty first. Okay, Garrisons passing was on March fifth, So
- 18:48Speaker 1: this feels to me like it was filmed after Garrisons passing,
- 18:54Speaker 1: and not just after like them out on Coyote Pass,
- 18:57Speaker 1: like six months after, like within a couple of weeks
- 19:01Speaker 1: of his passing. It feels to me like it's orchestrated
- 19:04Speaker 1: in such a way as to paint Cody and Robin
- 19:08Speaker 1: in a positive light. And you actually do see Cody
- 19:12Speaker 1: breaking down talking about God being the wind beneath his
- 19:16Speaker 1: wings or some such shit, making Aurora's baptism all about him.
- 19:19Speaker 1: But you do see him get emotional and start to cry,
- 19:23Speaker 1: and I it's sad, But I couldn't tell whether those
- 19:27Speaker 1: were authentic tears or whether he was just performing for
- 19:30Speaker 1: the camera, but it would make sense that he might
- 19:33Speaker 1: be sad about Garrison's passing at this time.
- 19:36Speaker 2: I I find that hard to believe, because why are
- 19:39Speaker 2: you filming this scene where you're telling this girl that
- 19:43Speaker 2: you're proud of her and that you love her, and
- 19:46Speaker 2: you're hugging her and embracing her, and you're having this
- 19:48Speaker 2: really sweet moment. Like I was watching this as a
- 19:51Speaker 2: kid of divorce, and like you know, when your families
- 19:55Speaker 2: break up and your families kind of start their own
- 19:59Speaker 2: other family and you have step siblings and stuff that
- 20:02Speaker 2: come into the picture when you watch your parents start
- 20:05Speaker 2: to get like chummy and kind and loving and affectionate
- 20:08Speaker 2: to other kids that are not you, and you start
- 20:11Speaker 2: feeling that estrangement in your relationship. Like I could just
- 20:15Speaker 2: imagine watching all these like all these other brown kids
- 20:17Speaker 2: watching this scene being like, wow, fuck you, Dad, Like
- 20:21Speaker 2: you can't even talk to me, but you're going to
- 20:24Speaker 2: manufacture this fake scene with Aurora, with your basically adopted
- 20:27Speaker 2: family and adopted children, and portray this idea that you're
- 20:31Speaker 2: like a really good present dad, that you're gonna baptize her.
- 20:34Speaker 2: You can't even show up to Isabelle's surgery, like this
- 20:38Speaker 2: is so great.
- 20:39Speaker 1: You don't even call Savannah for Christmas. You don't talk
- 20:42Speaker 1: to her for months.
- 20:42Speaker 2: You haven't seen your grandchild that was just born two
- 20:46Speaker 2: or three years ago from Maddie, like you don't even
- 20:48Speaker 2: talk to her, Like this is wild to me.
- 20:51Speaker 1: It's really dark because he wasn't in communication with Garrison, no,
- 20:56Speaker 1: and if he hadn't talked to Garrison, and if the
- 20:59Speaker 1: rumors are true that a lot of the season nineteen
- 21:03Speaker 1: content was around his conflict with Gabe and Garrison, and
- 21:07Speaker 1: that that has been omitted because of what happened with Garrison, Like,
- 21:11Speaker 1: there must have been if it's true, there must have
- 21:13Speaker 1: been a lot of drama, a lot of pain, a
- 21:16Speaker 1: lot of hardship and hurt. And if Garrison just passed
- 21:20Speaker 1: away at the time of this scene being filmed, this
- 21:23Speaker 1: is what he's giving us. And I was just watching
- 21:26Speaker 1: it from the perspective of the other bio children, like
- 21:31Speaker 1: what if I'm Hunter? Yeah, what if I'm Logan? What
- 21:34Speaker 1: if I'm Maddie, what if I'm is about Aspen? Any
- 21:38Speaker 1: of these kids watching him say he's proud of Aurora
- 21:42Speaker 1: after Garrison just passed and you couldn't give too shits
- 21:46Speaker 1: about your son. I would be and I would be
- 21:49Speaker 1: in so much therapy. I'd be in therapy three times
- 21:51Speaker 1: a week. I would be so angry and full of rage,
- 21:55Speaker 1: and I would feel so betrayed, and the fact that
- 21:57Speaker 1: they would do this, like what the fuck? I know
- 22:00Speaker 1: so tone deaf.
- 22:01Speaker 2: It's so tone deaf, And I'm like, I don't give
- 22:03Speaker 2: a fuck about this storyline at all. It's really fucking dumb.
- 22:07Speaker 2: It's so manufactured, it's so performative. Cody being like, oh,
- 22:10Speaker 2: I would gladly accept doing your baptism. I'm so glad
- 22:14Speaker 2: that don't include me.
- 22:15Speaker 1: I'll give a fuck.
- 22:16Speaker 2: You're not a godly man, You're a piece of shit.
- 22:18Speaker 1: You're literally a demon. Yeah. Like so he demon possessed
- 22:22Speaker 1: a depized color. Yeah, good job. Like And how weird
- 22:26Speaker 1: is that though? Because I came up in charismatic Christian
- 22:29Speaker 1: churches and I know you did as well. Like, it's
- 22:31Speaker 1: kind of weird to have somebody who's not actually a
- 22:35Speaker 1: member of a church and who seems to be questioning
- 22:38Speaker 1: his questioning his faith generally, like join the pastor or
- 22:42Speaker 1: the priest in baptizing somebody. That's just very strange. And
- 22:47Speaker 1: it feels like Aurora wend And coordinated that, probably with Robin.
- 22:52Speaker 1: So we're gonna have some fucked up scene of Cody
- 22:55Speaker 1: in a church that he doesn't even belong to, in
- 22:57Speaker 1: a faith that he doesn't believe in, baptizing his so
- 23:00Speaker 1: we can be the priest of his family. Like, I
- 23:02Speaker 1: hate these people. I hate them. The way that they
- 23:04Speaker 1: are portraying Cody and Robin makes me hate these people.
- 23:09Speaker 2: They're really trying to humanize these people after they've just
- 23:12Speaker 2: been spewing all of this bullshit for the last four
- 23:14Speaker 2: or five years or whatever. And they're trying to make us,
- 23:17Speaker 2: what think that they're good parents, think that they're good people.
- 23:21Speaker 2: And then I'm watching it with their the backdrop of
- 23:24Speaker 2: their house, their massive fucking kitchen. They're a huge living
- 23:28Speaker 2: room full of bullshit. They're walls covered in every inch
- 23:32Speaker 2: of artwork that Cody bought for Robin and all these
- 23:35Speaker 2: other little knick knacks, and I'm just like, I hate
- 23:38Speaker 2: y'all so much. It's so ridiculous to me.
- 23:42Speaker 1: To be a karmic retribution. Does sidebar? Yeah, speaking of artwork,
- 23:49Speaker 1: I did pop up on the Instagram just like an
- 23:52Speaker 1: hour before you got here, and I saw what you
- 23:54Speaker 1: put up on our Instagram. By the way, Instagram follow us,
- 23:57Speaker 1: Follow us, in which Mary and Jen were doing their
- 24:01Speaker 1: Friday with friends and Mary was telling a story and
- 24:06Speaker 1: I was gloped and gagged. Why don't you share it? Yeah?
- 24:10Speaker 2: So Mary was telling a story about how one time
- 24:13Speaker 2: she was in Vegas with Cody. They were going to
- 24:15Speaker 2: some shop or some store or something like that, and
- 24:19Speaker 2: they were looking at artwork and Cody took Mary there
- 24:23Speaker 2: and Mary thought he was going to buy her artwork
- 24:26Speaker 2: or something. And there was an artist that Mary liked
- 24:29Speaker 2: in particular.
- 24:30Speaker 1: Thomas kincaid. I don't know, I.
- 24:34Speaker 2: Don't know. I mean, he's not a bad artist, better
- 24:37Speaker 2: than some of the shit that Robin true house.
- 24:40Speaker 1: But still.
- 24:40Speaker 2: But anyways, so they were looking at some artwork from
- 24:42Speaker 2: an artist Mary liked, and Cody was making a payment
- 24:47Speaker 2: on a piece of art so he couldn't afford to
- 24:48Speaker 2: buy the whole art piece by himself. He was making
- 24:51Speaker 2: a payment on it, and Mary thought he was like
- 24:55Speaker 2: buying it for her, because She's like, oh, it's like
- 24:57Speaker 2: the artist that I really like that.
- 24:58Speaker 1: Are you buying it for me?
- 24:59Speaker 2: And Cody's like, no, I'm buying it for Robin. I'm
- 25:01Speaker 2: making a payment on it for Robin. And if you
- 25:03Speaker 2: like it, you could go to her house and look
- 25:05Speaker 2: at it. And Mary told us to Jen, and Jen
- 25:08Speaker 2: was like, are you for real? Why didn't you just
- 25:11Speaker 2: push him off a cliff right?
- 25:14Speaker 1: Why didn't you just murder him on the spot, like
- 25:17Speaker 1: literally be justified?
- 25:18Speaker 2: Yep? And Mary's just sat there smiling like she said
- 25:21Speaker 2: something like so scandalous. I'm like, can you please keep
- 25:23Speaker 2: spilling more of these stories because I can't believe you
- 25:26Speaker 2: even stayed with this.
- 25:27Speaker 1: And that's that's the follow up question. Yeah, Like, how
- 25:31Speaker 1: obvious was Cody this entire time that he didn't care
- 25:34Speaker 1: about you, he didn't think about you, and he didn't
- 25:37Speaker 1: want to be with you. Yeah, like over and over
- 25:39Speaker 1: and over again. But we've talked about that to death. Obviously,
- 25:42Speaker 1: she's a very loyal person, as Perjannel, very faithful and
- 25:46Speaker 1: was staying for her religion or whatever. But that is
- 25:49Speaker 1: that is just so humiliating yep, and wild.
- 25:53Speaker 2: Just crazy, And I'm like, you're making a payment on
- 25:55Speaker 2: this apparently very expensive artwork from with who with Who's money?
- 26:01Speaker 1: Like family, the family fund, And that makes.
- 26:05Speaker 2: Me wonder like, Okay, Mary, how many times did you
- 26:07Speaker 2: see stuff like this happen? And why didn't you just
- 26:09Speaker 2: like raise a red flag? Like where did he get
- 26:11Speaker 2: this money?
- 26:12Speaker 1: Well, she said she would try, and he would get
- 26:14Speaker 1: very angry at her, I don't know, for asking any questions,
- 26:17Speaker 1: so she just stopped asking questions, which doesn't make sense
- 26:20Speaker 1: because she's a very strong, very direct person, Like why
- 26:24Speaker 1: wouldn't you call this shit out?
- 26:25Speaker 2: Well, and if we're to believe Cody when he says
- 26:28Speaker 2: that Mary was an aggressive person and meet him, I'm like,
- 26:32Speaker 2: was Cody me? I mean, I guess Cody may have
- 26:34Speaker 2: been meaner than her, so maybe she was afraid of him.
- 26:36Speaker 2: But I'm like I would be Mary. I would be like,
- 26:39Speaker 2: the fuck.
- 26:39Speaker 1: Are you spending this money on this artwork for rob?
- 26:42Speaker 1: Doesn't she have enough artwork in her manage?
- 26:45Speaker 2: Huh? And now they have a two point one million
- 26:47Speaker 2: teller man filled with more shit? I know.
- 26:50Speaker 1: I hate these people so much.
- 26:51Speaker 2: I don't want to give them any more money. Why
- 26:52Speaker 2: are they on my TV?
- 26:55Speaker 1: Because they have the second most popular show on TLC.
- 26:59Speaker 1: It dropped down to the third most popular well a
- 27:02Speaker 1: couple of weeks ago, but it's back up to the second. Yes,
- 27:04Speaker 1: because we're all still watching. Yeah, of course we're going
- 27:07Speaker 1: to continue to watch. Of course we are. I mean, honestly,
- 27:10Speaker 1: it is starting to get good. You're starting to get
- 27:12Speaker 1: into areas that we've been talking about this entire time.
- 27:15Speaker 1: But like, it just makes me have higher and higher
- 27:18Speaker 1: blood pressure. I'm gonna have a cardiac event, Like deep breathe,
- 27:22Speaker 1: they just meditate, girl, These people drive me up a wall.
- 27:27Speaker 2: Same And you know, it's kind of annoying though to
- 27:29Speaker 2: me though that it's getting good right when they take
- 27:32Speaker 2: a hype.
- 27:33Speaker 1: Yes, And I don't know, peace will be back when
- 27:36Speaker 1: we're back. Yeah, I'm not gonna give you a date.
- 27:37Speaker 1: We know you suckers are going to be waiting around,
- 27:39Speaker 1: so we'll come back when we want to, and we
- 27:42Speaker 1: will be waiting around in the dumpster.
- 27:44Speaker 2: We're waiting for the end of this year, and we're
- 27:46Speaker 2: gonna watch every single tell I swear to Mormon God
- 27:49Speaker 2: on colops. If they don't put these tailll alls on
- 27:53Speaker 2: Discovery Plus, like they tried to pull that shit last
- 27:56Speaker 2: year and they tried to hide some of these specials,
- 27:58Speaker 2: I'm gonna rage, like.
- 27:59Speaker 1: Why would you. It's like you're trying to be punitive
- 28:02Speaker 1: to the audience who's paying for your bum ass alf
- 28:06Speaker 1: I still pay for this ice, pay for Discovery page too.
- 28:10Speaker 1: I pay for your bum ass app and you're not
- 28:12Speaker 1: going to serve it to me first ahead of everybody. Oh,
- 28:16Speaker 1: it's crazy, just shit on me, TLS. He just keep
- 28:20Speaker 1: shitting round.
- 28:21Speaker 2: Giving it to me.
- 28:22Speaker 1: Yep, gosh all right.
- 28:25Speaker 2: And then the meat of this episode was Janelle moving
- 28:27Speaker 2: to North Carolina. Come on and raise up Yes, And
- 28:30Speaker 2: I loved that we got more of Janelle this episode.
- 28:33Speaker 2: I'm like, please give me more of her. I think
- 28:35Speaker 2: she's so cool and calm and collected, and she's moving
- 28:38Speaker 2: to North Carolina with Christina and David.
- 28:40Speaker 1: They offered to help her, which is awesome, so great,
- 28:43Speaker 1: And I'm loving David every time I see me. He's
- 28:45Speaker 1: so supportive. Yeah, he allows himself to kind of be
- 28:48Speaker 1: in the background, but he's just there for the women
- 28:50Speaker 1: and I love it.
- 28:51Speaker 2: And I love that he's driving the moving truck. Him
- 28:54Speaker 2: reminded me of your husband because he moved us to
- 28:56Speaker 2: Arizona and moved us back I know, and he drove
- 28:59Speaker 2: that drug for.
- 29:00Speaker 1: So you did drive your shit to Arizona. Oh my god,
- 29:03Speaker 1: I forgot I did. Then he came and got you
- 29:06Speaker 1: and there was no truck, there was no uha or penskey,
- 29:10Speaker 1: So he had to go to El Paso to go
- 29:13Speaker 1: to l Passo. Bitch, pick up a truck and drive
- 29:17Speaker 1: it to Phoenix. Yep, get all your lis being bullshit
- 29:20Speaker 1: and then drive haul your ship back to texas'rate. That's
- 29:28Speaker 1: how much he loves you. And you can tell like
- 29:30Speaker 1: David has that same kind of code of ethics. Yes,
- 29:33Speaker 1: And I love the stand up guy so and will
- 29:36Speaker 1: be there for his family no matter what.
- 29:38Speaker 2: And honestly, like I wish we got more of those
- 29:40Speaker 2: moments with Christine and David than like their entire wedding
- 29:43Speaker 2: special and leading up to it, because I.
- 29:45Speaker 1: Actually liked them. I think they're pretty cool.
- 29:47Speaker 2: Like I like that he jokes around with Janelle and
- 29:50Speaker 2: Christine and he's just like really nice and he loves
- 29:52Speaker 2: Christine and that's great.
- 29:53Speaker 1: I love it. I want more of that, less of
- 29:56Speaker 1: the wedding ship.
- 29:57Speaker 2: But anyway, so they're help and Drive and we have
- 30:01Speaker 2: Cody found some bullshit about how he didn't know Janelle
- 30:05Speaker 2: was moving. He feels left out actually that Janelle didn't
- 30:09Speaker 2: tell him. He apparently found out from one of their children,
- 30:13Speaker 2: who accidentally.
- 30:15Speaker 1: MCKELTI spilled the beans. Mcke the child said.
- 30:19Speaker 2: Please don't tell anybody Dad that you know, and then
- 30:21Speaker 2: he tells everybody on National TV that he knew, right,
- 30:24Speaker 2: and it was totally michelt. Of course, why did you
- 30:27Speaker 2: have to say anything.
- 30:28Speaker 1: Because she can't stop talking. Yeah, she probably knew what
- 30:32Speaker 1: she was doing. Yeah, I think she was always playing
- 30:34Speaker 1: both sides. But he pretends that this is hurtful to him.
- 30:39Speaker 1: Uh huh, right, and he doesn't know why she had
- 30:41Speaker 1: to do it this way. But then like panned to Janelle,
- 30:43Speaker 1: and she's like, I don't give a foot. Why would
- 30:46Speaker 1: I tell him We've been broken up for two years.
- 30:49Speaker 1: I don't think about him, I don't dream about him.
- 30:51Speaker 1: There is no part of me that cares about that man, period.
- 30:54Speaker 1: So I'm just out of here. Yeah, And I love
- 30:56Speaker 1: that she is a g she is she is a ge.
- 31:00Speaker 2: And this I wonder if there's some like authenticity to
- 31:04Speaker 2: Cody saying this shit like about how him and Janelle
- 31:06Speaker 2: could have worked. I'm like, are you saying that because
- 31:09Speaker 2: of the money aspect? Are you saying that because you
- 31:11Speaker 2: love that sweet sweet cookie?
- 31:12Speaker 1: I think he loves this sweet sweet cookie. Now I
- 31:14Speaker 1: have been maintaining the entire time you have. And we
- 31:17Speaker 1: see little glimpses from Janelle, like in the preview for
- 31:20Speaker 1: the Spring when they come back, and she's like, believe me,
- 31:22Speaker 1: I'm not a sexual.
- 31:23Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 31:24Speaker 1: In other words, I'm down to foot Okay. I like
- 31:28Speaker 1: his back hat is rented. Yeah, Like so I think
- 31:31Speaker 1: she's a sexual being and I think that they have
- 31:33Speaker 1: that kind of relationship. And I think out of all
- 31:35Speaker 1: the wives, he respected her the most. He respected her drive,
- 31:39Speaker 1: he respected her loyalty and her faithfulness. But like I
- 31:42Speaker 1: think that they were actually partners. Yeah.
- 31:45Speaker 2: Well, and Cody even says something like when they get
- 31:48Speaker 2: to the conversation about the spiritual divorces, he says something
- 31:51Speaker 2: kind of interesting about them where he's like, maybe Janelle
- 31:55Speaker 2: and I are like karmically bonded, Like maybe we have
- 31:58Speaker 2: a karmic tie that we still have to fulfill. And
- 32:01Speaker 2: I'm like, why just Chanelle. That's really interesting. Maybe they
- 32:04Speaker 2: did have a special connection. I don't know, but.
- 32:08Speaker 1: Yeah, I think they did. And then he also says
- 32:10Speaker 1: that Robin wants him to explore that connection. Robin wants
- 32:14Speaker 1: them very much to get back together. Now, Robin's motivation
- 32:18Speaker 1: is definitely money. I think she needs those multiple streams
- 32:22Speaker 1: of income off the back of women and children. But
- 32:26Speaker 1: for him, I think that Janelle's going to be the
- 32:30Speaker 1: one that got away. I honestly think she's going to
- 32:32Speaker 1: be the one that got away. And what hurts, what
- 32:34Speaker 1: makes him so salty, is she doesn't even think about him.
- 32:39Speaker 1: She nothing's him. She's like who she don't give it.
- 32:42Speaker 1: I've got a flower farm, I'm moving to North CAROLAA. Yeah,
- 32:47Speaker 1: I've got a whole new dream. Like he doesn't even
- 32:49Speaker 1: factor in he's a non motherfucking factor.
- 32:52Speaker 2: It's honestly pretty great.
- 32:54Speaker 1: I love it. It's so good, so good.
- 32:56Speaker 2: And they even flash back to like her last birthday
- 32:59Speaker 2: or whatever, and Janelle says that she says to Christine
- 33:02Speaker 2: that she was totally using Cody at this time, like
- 33:04Speaker 2: they were pretty much done. I think this was after
- 33:07Speaker 2: their big fight or whatever, and she just wanted.
- 33:08Speaker 1: To know it was before, was it after? It was?
- 33:11Speaker 1: It was before? It was this? It was the maybefore?
- 33:15Speaker 2: Was it? Okay?
- 33:15Speaker 1: Yeah, because once they fight, they're done. They meet at
- 33:17Speaker 1: the one restaurant that they met at that was it,
- 33:21Speaker 1: and she's just like already dead behind the eyes.
- 33:22Speaker 2: Yeah, you're right, you're right. But yeah, she said she
- 33:25Speaker 2: was using him for the free.
- 33:25Speaker 1: Food though, and maybe the dick. I don't know. Well,
- 33:28Speaker 1: that kind of seemed to be implied energetically, like Christine
- 33:32Speaker 1: was trying to imply that maybe Cody was expecting something
- 33:36Speaker 1: more from Janelle after the date. And then they cut
- 33:39Speaker 1: to Cody and he's like, no, I mean, we were
- 33:42Speaker 1: friends and I just wanted to hang out with my friend.
- 33:45Speaker 1: And Janelle kind of keeps it close to her chest,
- 33:47Speaker 1: but I'm wondering if he was looking for some nookie
- 33:51Speaker 1: and she's just like, absolutely not. Yeah, put that wet
- 33:55Speaker 1: noodle away. You're not getting any of this body, Addi Yotti.
- 33:59Speaker 1: And if that pissed him off.
- 34:00Speaker 2: Oh my god, maybe because he does say that he
- 34:02Speaker 2: was friend zoned during that date.
- 34:05Speaker 1: And if you.
- 34:06Speaker 2: Recall y'all, during the flashback, Cody took her to like
- 34:09Speaker 2: one of her favorite restaurants and Mary post like got
- 34:13Speaker 2: a reservation and everything, it was really hard to go there,
- 34:15Speaker 2: blah blah blah.
- 34:16Speaker 1: Like, so Janelle was like.
- 34:17Speaker 2: Oh my god, well things, but just used him for
- 34:21Speaker 2: the free mute.
- 34:21Speaker 1: Yeah, she had no other plans on her birthday, her
- 34:24Speaker 1: kids were doing whatever. She's like, sure, I'll go do something. Yeah,
- 34:27Speaker 1: we're friends. Yeah, I guess.
- 34:29Speaker 2: Thanks for the food.
- 34:30Speaker 1: Mm hmm, bitch.
- 34:33Speaker 2: And then this kind of opens up the conversation where
- 34:35Speaker 2: Christine you know, talks about their lives together. She talks
- 34:39Speaker 2: about some dreams that she's been having about Cody, where
- 34:42Speaker 2: they're like kind of nightmares and she's like, I can't
- 34:45Speaker 2: believe that it was like a life that I lived
- 34:47Speaker 2: and I'm so over it and it's so weird when
- 34:50Speaker 2: I have those dreams and Janelle's like, yeah, we were
- 34:53Speaker 2: over for a long time. And they also talk about
- 34:55Speaker 2: how they want Mary to find a man or somebody,
- 34:58Speaker 2: but they don't give a shit about Robin.
- 35:00Speaker 1: They don't even say anything. Well, I thought it was
- 35:01Speaker 1: really interesting when Janelle's like, yeah, I never dream about him. Yeah,
- 35:06Speaker 1: I don't have any problems with him, certainly no nightmares.
- 35:10Speaker 1: I just don't even think about him because I still
- 35:12Speaker 1: dream about previous husbands. Really yeah, every once in a while,
- 35:17Speaker 1: Like I'll be dealing with my second husband in my
- 35:19Speaker 1: dream and I'm so exasperated, like what the fuck are
- 35:22Speaker 1: you doing here? And I kind of have the same
- 35:25Speaker 1: reaction as Christine does in her dream, like where's David.
- 35:28Speaker 1: I'll be like, where's my husband? Like why am I
- 35:30Speaker 1: having this dream? But I know he said it takes
- 35:33Speaker 1: half the time that you were married to actually get
- 35:36Speaker 1: over the relationships. So him and I, my second husband
- 35:39Speaker 1: was fifteen years. Wow, I should be over that. But
- 35:42Speaker 1: he's still in my subconscious and every once in a
- 35:44Speaker 1: while he bubbles to the surface, and it's so bad.
- 35:47Speaker 1: It's always a bummer. I wake up. I'm so grateful
- 35:50Speaker 1: and you guys are always fighting or something or it's
- 35:52Speaker 1: just like, I don't know. We're just trying to work
- 35:54Speaker 1: it out, and I'm just like, I don't want to
- 35:56Speaker 1: work it out with you. So yeah, but Janelle has
- 35:59Speaker 1: no dreams, Like if you broke up with my daughter,
- 36:02Speaker 1: which would break me too, It would break my heart,
- 36:06Speaker 1: it would tear the family of her heart. But if
- 36:08Speaker 1: you did, you would be dreaming about her all the time.
- 36:11Speaker 1: Oh as you're working through your problems, your trauma and
- 36:13Speaker 1: trying to get over it. Oh the fact that Janelle
- 36:15Speaker 1: doesn't she's over it, Like does she compartmentalize like to
- 36:20Speaker 1: such a degree that she doesn't even like put any
- 36:22Speaker 1: energy toward it, or is she in denial or is
- 36:25Speaker 1: she just like I don't know.
- 36:27Speaker 2: I mean, she tells Christine that it was like over
- 36:30Speaker 2: for a really long time. She's like it was over
- 36:32Speaker 2: for many years. It was like a slow, slow death.
- 36:35Speaker 2: It's like that song I mentioned a couple of weeks ago,
- 36:37Speaker 2: slow dancing in a burning room, Like you knew it
- 36:39Speaker 2: was gonna be over, and you're just kind of going
- 36:41Speaker 2: through the motions until it just finally fucking putters out
- 36:44Speaker 2: and it's over.
- 36:45Speaker 1: So maybe she had.
- 36:47Speaker 2: Been done with it for a really long time, and
- 36:50Speaker 2: after the fight and everything, and certainly after how you
- 36:53Speaker 2: treated the kids and after Garrison.
- 36:55Speaker 1: She was like, fuck, y'all, yeah, bye.
- 36:57Speaker 2: Give me my money for Coyote Pass and work done.
- 37:00Speaker 2: You're dead to me. And I love that, yep, I
- 37:02Speaker 2: really do. And then as they're driving to North Carolina,
- 37:06Speaker 2: they're talking about how this is such a big change
- 37:08Speaker 2: and a new chapter in their lives, and they go
- 37:11Speaker 2: and stop at a place called the Plot's Plot, which
- 37:14Speaker 2: is just this like little shipping container in the middle
- 37:16Speaker 2: of the desert, I think in Arizona or something, and
- 37:19Speaker 2: they're bringing these like little mementos to kind of signify
- 37:24Speaker 2: like a new change in their life or like a
- 37:26Speaker 2: an ending of a chat.
- 37:27Speaker 1: A transition is something that you want to leave behind
- 37:29Speaker 1: that you can step into your future. And I loved this.
- 37:33Speaker 1: What a great little segment. Love that I actually got
- 37:37Speaker 1: kind of emotional too. So Janelle is taking the pendant
- 37:42Speaker 1: that Cody designed for her, which looks like a tree
- 37:45Speaker 1: and not Janelle, but Christine is taking a dream catcher
- 37:49Speaker 1: because she's relinquishing her former dreams and she's now going
- 37:52Speaker 1: to have new dreams. And they write little notes and
- 37:54Speaker 1: it was kind of cool. To just go into the
- 37:56Speaker 1: storage unit and see all the little artifacts that people
- 38:00Speaker 1: have left there. I loved it. Yeah, I thought it
- 38:02Speaker 1: was really meaningful.
- 38:03Speaker 2: Yeah, it gave me chills. I'm like, dang, I wish
- 38:05Speaker 2: I would have known about that place, because that's just
- 38:08Speaker 2: really cool. And they're like going through all of the
- 38:10Speaker 2: other little artifacts and like seeing all these letters and stuff,
- 38:14Speaker 2: and I don't know, I just thought it was great,
- 38:16Speaker 2: like so poignant for Janelle and Christine to do this,
- 38:19Speaker 2: because they are really like they are leaving all of
- 38:22Speaker 2: this shit behind. They're starting their new lives, their new
- 38:24Speaker 2: best lives, and I love it and I want more
- 38:27Speaker 2: of that.
- 38:28Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 38:29Speaker 2: And then we have some like little conversations on the drive.
- 38:33Speaker 2: We talk about how Cody divided up his time in
- 38:37Speaker 2: the family. We've talked about this before in previous season.
- 38:40Speaker 1: Yeah, but I thought it was kind of weird that
- 38:42Speaker 1: Janelle was like, Cody was pretty fair with his time. Well,
- 38:46Speaker 1: but no, he wasn't. Like in Vegas, He's already favoring
- 38:51Speaker 1: Robin because Robin has an office for him, and Robin
- 38:53Speaker 1: has a place where I can park my car or whatever.
- 38:56Speaker 1: So he's already favoring Robin. And then of course, once
- 38:59Speaker 1: we get to fly staff and COVID hits like Janelle,
- 39:02Speaker 1: your children never saw him again pretty much, right, But
- 39:05Speaker 1: what do you mean he was fair with his time?
- 39:06Speaker 1: Unless she's talking about way back in the day before Robin.
- 39:10Speaker 2: That's kind of what I took it as, like she said,
- 39:12Speaker 2: you know, he's always been fair with his time. And
- 39:14Speaker 2: then I think I heard her say, but when you
- 39:16Speaker 2: guys were traveling, or when we were traveling and staying
- 39:19Speaker 2: in hotels or whatever, all bets were off, like then
- 39:21Speaker 2: he would pick like whoever he really wanted to rob
- 39:24Speaker 2: me with.
- 39:24Speaker 1: Yeah, obviously, obviously.
- 39:27Speaker 2: And then we kind of pan over to the talking
- 39:30Speaker 2: heads and Cody talks about how he was always very flighty,
- 39:34Speaker 2: he didn't have a schedule, he was maybe Texi flexible,
- 39:38Speaker 2: and he talks about how other polygamist families were like
- 39:41Speaker 2: super rigid.
- 39:42Speaker 1: Dargers, like, yeah, that scary guy, straight up. Yeah.
- 39:45Speaker 2: And I think even the My five Wives guy is
- 39:48Speaker 2: also a little bit like that. He's pretty like I
- 39:50Speaker 2: think he goes like every other night or something like that.
- 39:52Speaker 2: But anyway, Cody said, even some plagamists like won't even
- 39:55Speaker 2: spend time with their wives on their birthday because it's
- 39:58Speaker 2: not their scheduled day, and Cody's like, well, in retrospect,
- 40:02Speaker 2: maybe I was just too flexible. No, you were just
- 40:04Speaker 2: literally favoring right.
- 40:06Speaker 1: You were there all the time, Like.
- 40:08Speaker 2: What are you talking about, And then Robin's bitch ass
- 40:11Speaker 2: has to say something like, well, I never paid attention
- 40:14Speaker 2: to Cody's schedule. I was fine when he was there.
- 40:16Speaker 2: I was fine when he was not. It was a
- 40:18Speaker 2: non issue for me.
- 40:19Speaker 1: Sure, Okay, he was always with you, though, uh huh.
- 40:22Speaker 1: And she knows it, she knows it. She's lying so annoying,
- 40:26Speaker 1: she's evil.
- 40:28Speaker 2: And then Mary says she was a planner and she
- 40:31Speaker 2: felt like her time was never respected because Cody would
- 40:33Speaker 2: just pop up whenever and that would piss me off,
- 40:37Speaker 2: like you need to tell me what we're gonna do.
- 40:39Speaker 1: And I love Janelle's just like I was hoping he
- 40:42Speaker 1: wouldn't come over because it was always too disruptive. And
- 40:44Speaker 1: I like my own space. That was so good, such
- 40:47Speaker 1: a tourist, I love it.
- 40:48Speaker 2: Yeah, maybe that's why Cody liked her so much, because
- 40:51Speaker 2: she was very like, I'm.
- 40:53Speaker 1: My own person, yeah, and respect it, respect my authority,
- 40:57Speaker 1: and then contrasts that with Christine, who is admitting while
- 41:00Speaker 1: they're driving, like I was really needy. Yeah, like my
- 41:03Speaker 1: needs were definitely not getting met, but like I was desperate.
- 41:06Speaker 1: She felt like desperate to be with him, I guess,
- 41:09Speaker 1: or to have his attention. Of course she just never
- 41:11Speaker 1: got it. Yeah, yeah, I thought that.
- 41:13Speaker 2: Was like an interesting admission from Christine because she was
- 41:16Speaker 2: totally needy and she's also annoying, but.
- 41:18Speaker 1: Like but like fairly totally I mean, absolutely well than
- 41:22Speaker 1: her rights to want to have the attention of her husband, right,
- 41:26Speaker 1: who's absolutely favoring another wife, especially when she was always
- 41:29Speaker 1: the basement wife, right? And then and you know he
- 41:32Speaker 1: was gaslighting her if you know, he was constantly just
- 41:35Speaker 1: dismissing her worries and not giving her what she needed yet,
- 41:40Speaker 1: And so I feel bad for all of these women.
- 41:42Speaker 1: Polygamies not fair to women, It is not.
- 41:45Speaker 2: And then they talk about how they Janelle and Christine
- 41:48Speaker 2: are always going to be sister wives, like they don't
- 41:50Speaker 2: mind calling each other that because they're sisters and that's
- 41:53Speaker 2: what they were for thirty years. That's what they're going
- 41:55Speaker 2: to continue to be. But they're not really sister wives
- 41:58Speaker 2: or friends with Mary or raw, which is fine, obviously
- 42:02Speaker 2: nobody wants to be friends with Robin. And then this
- 42:04Speaker 2: kind of opens up the door to talk about a
- 42:06Speaker 2: little bit about dating, because I think Christine makes like
- 42:10Speaker 2: an off the cuff comment about how Janelle needs to
- 42:12Speaker 2: go fuck somebody in order to be properly divorced according
- 42:17Speaker 2: to the rob and Robin right right, right, yeah, because
- 42:20Speaker 2: I guess.
- 42:20Speaker 1: Robin's the one in the family that says, right her.
- 42:23Speaker 2: Our church that we're not a part of, you need
- 42:26Speaker 2: to fuck somebody else to be divorced.
- 42:28Speaker 1: Has that happened during the Knife and the Kidneys blowout
- 42:31Speaker 1: in Christine's back porch when Robin was trying to Robin's
- 42:35Speaker 1: plain to Christine like when she could actually be divorced
- 42:38Speaker 1: from Cody, And according to Robin, it's when you get
- 42:41Speaker 1: under a new man. And so Christine is laughing about this,
- 42:45Speaker 1: and in her talking head she's like, it's the stupidest
- 42:47Speaker 1: thing I've ever heard. But Mary and Janelle kind of say, well,
- 42:51Speaker 1: but what that's really about is like you're dedicating yourself
- 42:55Speaker 1: and you're making a commitment to your family and your
- 42:57Speaker 1: children and the things that you guys are doing together.
- 43:00Speaker 1: And so the minute that you're with somebody else like
- 43:01Speaker 1: that's broken. So they kind of defended it a bit, right, yeah,
- 43:05Speaker 1: and they.
- 43:06Speaker 2: Were kind of calling bs on like the whole idea
- 43:08Speaker 2: that that means divorce. But I'm also like, you guys
- 43:10Speaker 2: are just explaining this fundamentalist cult that really does not
- 43:14Speaker 2: have your best interest her, Like, like I think Janelle
- 43:17Speaker 2: said something like, oh, well, these are families, like we
- 43:20Speaker 2: don't want the man to have a bunch of baby mamas,
- 43:22Speaker 2: and I'm like, well, that's kind of what it is, right, yeah,
- 43:25Speaker 2: Like it kind of is what that is.
- 43:27Speaker 1: But whatever, tomato tomato, far be it from us. I know, right,
- 43:31Speaker 1: what the fuck do I know? I'm in a wig
- 43:34Speaker 1: and it's green. Yeah, seriously.
- 43:37Speaker 2: And then Cody says something weird where he says he
- 43:41Speaker 2: never felt the need to get a spiritual divorce from
- 43:44Speaker 2: Christine or Mary, but with him and Janelle, he's like,
- 43:50Speaker 2: I don't know if we should get one because there's
- 43:52Speaker 2: still like some karmic tie that we have together, which
- 43:55Speaker 2: is really weird. And then Janelle says, you know, oh,
- 43:59Speaker 2: when I heard Mary got her spiritual release, I thought
- 44:01Speaker 2: maybe I should do that, but I don't even know
- 44:03Speaker 2: who to call.
- 44:03Speaker 1: And I'm like.
- 44:04Speaker 2: Ask Mary, Yeah, get the spiritual release, because then they
- 44:07Speaker 2: can call Cody yeah and make him feel like a
- 44:11Speaker 2: piece of shit again.
- 44:12Speaker 1: Yeah, for a band, you've been granted a release based
- 44:14Speaker 1: on abandonment. That would be so great and being a
- 44:16Speaker 1: terrible person, and that would just be.
- 44:18Speaker 2: Another stamp into Cody's side.
- 44:20Speaker 1: It'd be so good. Now, did they talk about Coyote
- 44:22Speaker 1: Pass Christine and Janelle? They did, right it came up.
- 44:26Speaker 2: They talked about the family money, and then they were
- 44:28Speaker 2: talking about property because they said the proceeds from Janelle's
- 44:31Speaker 2: house in Vegas went.
- 44:33Speaker 1: All to me. That's when my ears just like perk
- 44:37Speaker 1: up because I want to hear more. And Christine confirms
- 44:42Speaker 1: in her talking head that when Janelle sold her house
- 44:44Speaker 1: in Vegas, it did absolutely go to Robin and her house.
- 44:48Speaker 1: And then we have Robin on the couch in her
- 44:51Speaker 1: talking head saying, well, it doesn't really make much sense
- 44:55Speaker 1: to me because I contributed a lot in the early
- 44:58Speaker 1: years and it all feels like it balanced out. Uh huh.
- 45:02Speaker 1: And I'm like, what do you think that you contributed
- 45:04Speaker 1: in the early years? You have never really worked. You
- 45:07Speaker 1: brought thirty two thousand dollars worth of debt into this
- 45:10Speaker 1: family that these women that Janelle is specific I had
- 45:13Speaker 1: to pay off on your behalf. What did you contribute?
- 45:16Speaker 1: The only thing you made in terms of income was
- 45:18Speaker 1: from TLC, which is the same thing that everybody else made.
- 45:21Speaker 2: Uh huh. And the fact that she had this big
- 45:25Speaker 2: ass house on like I think it's on five acres
- 45:27Speaker 2: or something with a heated driveway. And you thought that
- 45:30Speaker 2: that was balanced when Janelle had to live in a
- 45:33Speaker 2: rental and then after that she went and bought an
- 45:36Speaker 2: RV and then after that, but she didn't.
- 45:38Speaker 1: Kick in for she paid for that by herself.
- 45:40Speaker 2: And then she had to live in a dorm apartment.
- 45:42Speaker 1: But it's balanced, okay, bitch.
- 45:46Speaker 2: She hasn't contributed anything except my sister's closet. And I
- 45:49Speaker 2: guess that necklace that Janelle looked down in the middle.
- 45:51Speaker 1: Of the desk. You're welcome, Janelle, But I just was
- 45:54Speaker 1: like wild, but I thought it was interesting. Tell me
- 45:58Speaker 1: what you think when she said something like well, when
- 46:00Speaker 1: she said it was the early years and she didn't
- 46:02Speaker 1: really talk about the later years, as if she's admitting
- 46:05Speaker 1: but she understands that she didn't contribute or that she
- 46:08Speaker 1: received a lot more in terms of resources than any
- 46:11Speaker 1: other wife, like she made that statement herself.
- 46:13Speaker 2: She did, which was kind of interesting, But she is
- 46:16Speaker 2: trying to spin it because it's Robin, like she's done
- 46:19Speaker 2: as fuck, but she's trying to manipulate the situation, like, no,
- 46:22Speaker 2: it's actually fair because I did contribute in the earlier
- 46:24Speaker 2: years that nobody can actually prove. What did you contribute
- 46:28Speaker 2: besides debt? Mm hmm, I just I couldn't even believe
- 46:32Speaker 2: she even said that. Hm, I really can't. And then
- 46:36Speaker 2: Cody talks about how he tried to get Janelle to
- 46:38Speaker 2: buy a house. He's like, well, I tried, she didn't
- 46:40Speaker 2: want to, she wanted to do the RV thing. But
- 46:43Speaker 2: then Janelle clarifies that Cody actually wanted Janelle to buy
- 46:46Speaker 2: Christine's house. For why, I'm not really sure.
- 46:50Speaker 1: Well, at the time he said he wanted to keep
- 46:52Speaker 1: it as an asset for the family. Oh so for
- 46:56Speaker 1: him and Robin. So I bet if Janelle had taken
- 46:59Speaker 1: him up on his offer, it would have been her
- 47:01Speaker 1: name on the deed and also Robin and Cody, so
- 47:05Speaker 1: she would not have owned it outright, which Christine actually
- 47:08Speaker 1: was able to do with that house, right. So yeah,
- 47:11Speaker 1: she didn't want any part of that, and I don't
- 47:13Speaker 1: blame her.
- 47:13Speaker 2: I don't blame her either, And we gave her kind
- 47:15Speaker 2: of some flack for spending eighty g's on an RV
- 47:18Speaker 2: when all of that happened, But now that we kind
- 47:20Speaker 2: of get more of the full picture, I get it.
- 47:23Speaker 1: No, I mean it's still a terrible purchase. I mean
- 47:25Speaker 1: there's a way more things you could do with your
- 47:28Speaker 1: eighty thousand dollars to invest it and or make that
- 47:30Speaker 1: money work for you other than an RV, which I
- 47:32Speaker 1: didn't see that. Going to North Carolina, what happened to
- 47:35Speaker 1: I wonder what did you sell it?
- 47:37Speaker 2: Like?
- 47:38Speaker 1: Did you take a loss? Like these people are not
- 47:40Speaker 1: financially savvy.
- 47:42Speaker 2: No, And Janelle does kind of admit to that. She's like,
- 47:45Speaker 2: you know, it took me a long time to catch
- 47:47Speaker 2: on to the fact that Cody was doing some shady
- 47:49Speaker 2: shit with the money. And I was never really going
- 47:52Speaker 2: to get my fair share, Like, no matter how much
- 47:54Speaker 2: it contributed to anything like the cul de Sac houses
- 47:59Speaker 2: to Robin's mansion and Flagstaff to Coyote Pass, like, I
- 48:02Speaker 2: wasn't going to get anything. And she's right, But now
- 48:06Speaker 2: she's got this new venture. They're going to North Carolina.
- 48:09Speaker 1: She's funding it herself. She is She's not actually in
- 48:12Speaker 1: possession of any of the proceeds of Coyote Pass, and
- 48:16Speaker 1: she wants I'm sure she wants. I'm sure Mary wants
- 48:19Speaker 1: some of the money that they put into the McMansion
- 48:22Speaker 1: paid back to them so that she cann't use that
- 48:24Speaker 1: to invest in her future. Please. I don't know. I
- 48:27Speaker 1: don't even know if they I don't know if they
- 48:29Speaker 1: have like an actual case they can certainly sue, though
- 48:34Speaker 1: they can certainly try, because enough things have been said
- 48:38Speaker 1: on the television and even in this season we hear
- 48:42Speaker 1: Robin say, well that was this is a family house.
- 48:45Speaker 1: We bought the McMansion for the entire family, So I
- 48:48Speaker 1: feel like a lot of this can be used for
- 48:51Speaker 1: their benefit. I just don't know if Phil prevail.
- 48:53Speaker 2: I wonder, I mean, do we know for sure if
- 48:56Speaker 2: Cody and Robin took all of the money from the
- 48:59Speaker 2: cell of that house else, like once they got their
- 49:02Speaker 2: new mc mansion the two point one million dollars, because
- 49:04Speaker 2: I wonder if they sold it and then gave Mary
- 49:07Speaker 2: and Janelle some I highly doubt it.
- 49:08Speaker 1: I doubt it too, because Mary was interviewed like two
- 49:13Speaker 1: to three months ago, and she told the interviewer that
- 49:17Speaker 1: the Coyote Pass situation was still happening, not resolved, and
- 49:21Speaker 1: I would imagine that that probably includes what's going on
- 49:24Speaker 1: with the mcmanchin. I don't even know if they're going
- 49:26Speaker 1: to ask for that money back. I mean, Janelle is
- 49:28Speaker 1: chirping about it. She's talking about it would be great
- 49:31Speaker 1: to have that money back now though it was because
- 49:33Speaker 1: I'm coming out of my pocket a little bit more
- 49:35Speaker 1: than I want to.
- 49:37Speaker 2: But and see, if we had a good tell all
- 49:41Speaker 2: host instead of Suki Yana, we'd have somebody asking, hey,
- 49:45Speaker 2: how did you guys afford that two point one million
- 49:48Speaker 2: dollar mansion?
- 49:49Speaker 1: Huh?
- 49:49Speaker 2: On the backs of everybody else? Y'all don't have jobs.
- 49:52Speaker 2: You really can't be selling that. Many cameos coding, well.
- 49:55Speaker 1: It's because TLC is producing thirty episodes or whatever. They're
- 50:00Speaker 1: making bank this season. They projected that out. They knew
- 50:04Speaker 1: that they were going to make a lot of money
- 50:06Speaker 1: and that they could afford this house.
- 50:08Speaker 2: I want the money to run out for them so bad.
- 50:10Speaker 2: I know I shouldn't wish for that, yeah, but I
- 50:12Speaker 2: really do.
- 50:13Speaker 1: Well, it's just so patently unfair, and obviously we rage
- 50:17Speaker 1: into the void weekly about it, but it's really really
- 50:20Speaker 1: a bummer. And Mary, Janelle and Christine, you contributed to
- 50:24Speaker 1: the problem by not taking these people to task earlier
- 50:28Speaker 1: and making sure you got your money. Or for Fox's sakes,
- 50:31Speaker 1: if you're going to be donating the proceeds of your
- 50:33Speaker 1: vagus home to Robin's home, puts your name on that deed, right,
- 50:36Speaker 1: Mary and Janelle's that you have ownership in the house.
- 50:39Speaker 1: I mean, doesn't that make sense?
- 50:40Speaker 2: No, But they were all brainwashed from this polygamy bullshit.
- 50:43Speaker 2: They thought it was going to work out for them,
- 50:45Speaker 2: and now they're learning the hard lessons.
- 50:47Speaker 1: Yeah. Sucks.
- 50:48Speaker 2: But anyway, after that, Janelle, Christine, and David all stop at.
- 50:54Speaker 1: Some bar in the Lower Buckles.
- 50:56Speaker 2: Yeah, and they go to have shots, which Janelle really
- 51:00Speaker 2: has never had before. And then we have a conversation
- 51:03Speaker 2: about alcohol, which was interesting because apparently after they left
- 51:08Speaker 2: Utah and they started really distancing themselves from the congregation
- 51:12Speaker 2: and fundamentalist Mormonism, everybody started.
- 51:15Speaker 1: Experimenting a little bit with imbibing. On Fridays, let's just
- 51:19Speaker 1: bring some wine. We have a little drinky pooh and
- 51:21Speaker 1: then we go out to dinner and we'd have some wine.
- 51:24Speaker 1: It was the subtext, it was the implication of what
- 51:28Speaker 1: Janelle was saying. She's like, yeah, I really don't drink.
- 51:30Speaker 1: I'll have a glass of wine. I don't think Mary
- 51:32Speaker 1: really drinks. I know Christine likes to drink, though, and
- 51:35Speaker 1: I know Cody likes to drink. Cody likes to drink,
- 51:38Speaker 1: So I felt what she was saying. Although she didn't
- 51:40Speaker 1: come right out and say Cody is a despicable drunk,
- 51:43Speaker 1: that is what I heard, of course. And he does
- 51:45Speaker 1: have a bit of a beer belly. He does well.
- 51:47Speaker 2: And we've seen those photos on the reddits of people
- 51:50Speaker 2: catching him at the freaking Kroger or whatever in Flagstaff
- 51:53Speaker 2: or the Fries, I mean, getting beer, all kinds of beer.
- 51:57Speaker 2: And Cody says in his talking well, I'm not.
- 52:00Speaker 1: Wad you a drink. I've never done shuts.
- 52:02Speaker 2: I'll have a sip of whiskey and think, oh, the
- 52:04Speaker 2: taste like Gus. But I'm like, bro, we see the
- 52:08Speaker 2: pictures you're drinking. And then Robin being like, I've never
- 52:11Speaker 2: really been in a bar, I don't really drink.
- 52:14Speaker 1: I don't believe you. I believe there's pictures of you
- 52:17Speaker 1: in a bar in Vegas. I mean, go up on
- 52:19Speaker 1: the rerid it's tiny. Yeah, you've been to bars, You've
- 52:22Speaker 1: been in restaurants with bars. Stop lying, stop the cap,
- 52:26Speaker 1: I know, constant cap for real.
- 52:29Speaker 2: And we know you're high on ambien, dude, like you're
- 52:32Speaker 2: on something else. So, yeah, you don't drink all pious.
- 52:35Speaker 1: You're high on something else.
- 52:37Speaker 2: And then Janelle saying that she doesn't really drink was
- 52:40Speaker 2: kind of funny to me because I'm like, didn't you say,
- 52:42Speaker 2: like a couple episodes ago that you would you.
- 52:44Speaker 1: Did the taxes with a whole bottle of wine. Yeah, right,
- 52:48Speaker 1: so we know you like your cocktails, hoodie. But whatever.
- 52:51Speaker 1: So she has a slippery nipple. I thought it was
- 52:54Speaker 1: really cute. She was kind of scandalized, and yeah, she
- 52:57Speaker 1: was immediately kind of tipsy it up with a beer.
- 53:01Speaker 1: But it just felt like a good time. Yeah, And
- 53:04Speaker 1: it just felt like a good omen of things to come.
- 53:08Speaker 1: And again, I just love that David's there encouraging her
- 53:10Speaker 1: to do that shot and just like supportive and it
- 53:15Speaker 1: felt good. Yeah, I really liked it.
- 53:16Speaker 2: It was a good way to end the episode. In
- 53:18Speaker 2: the mid season finale, because that's like their new beginning
- 53:21Speaker 2: and they're doing this trip together. And so hopefully next
- 53:25Speaker 2: once we get to see the midst the rest of
- 53:28Speaker 2: the season, we get to see Janelle in North Carolina.
- 53:30Speaker 2: That would be kind of cool. Yeah, maybe see Tata Farms.
- 53:34Speaker 1: I don't know, Yah, where is it in North Carolina?
- 53:37Speaker 1: Was like, it was it in an area that was
- 53:40Speaker 1: affected by the hurricane?
- 53:41Speaker 2: Do we know? I don't think so, because that was
- 53:43Speaker 2: more up in the hills Aashville and such.
- 53:46Speaker 1: I don't know where their flower farm is locate to. Hi, Sunshine,
- 53:49Speaker 1: you're saying hi to everybody. Yeah, it's just like I
- 53:52Speaker 1: need you all to know how pretty I am. You're
- 53:55Speaker 1: so pretty pretty? Oh my god.
- 53:58Speaker 2: But then let's get to the preview. So we have Mary, yeah,
- 54:01Speaker 2: questioning her bond with Robin. She's like, I don't know
- 54:04Speaker 2: how this girl said I was her best friend. But
- 54:07Speaker 2: then she ghosts me for months and months, which I'm.
- 54:10Speaker 1: Like, yeah, how it out? Give me saying it? Thank
- 54:13Speaker 1: you so good? Thanks j Jen is for the people.
- 54:17Speaker 1: Jen is one of us, yep.
- 54:19Speaker 2: And then we have Cody and Robin going on some
- 54:23Speaker 2: date where Robin's like, are we gonna ever love? Plural
- 54:26Speaker 2: marriage again.
- 54:27Speaker 1: Okay, Robin, you'd ever be able to do it. You
- 54:31Speaker 1: would be so freaking jealous, honey. You just want to
- 54:33Speaker 1: steal from more women and children.
- 54:35Speaker 2: That's exactly what it is. And she's doing this to
- 54:38Speaker 2: perpetuate the narrative that she's been spinning, which is I
- 54:41Speaker 2: didn't want this to happen. I love plural married, shut up, yep.
- 54:46Speaker 2: And then we have Mary and Janelle real. We have
- 54:51Speaker 2: Mary and Janelle talking about Coyote Pass and talking about
- 54:54Speaker 2: the division of assets and stuff, and then Cody says
- 54:58Speaker 2: something to Mary and.
- 54:59Speaker 1: His talking hit not trying to scream rover.
- 55:02Speaker 2: And then he says some bullshit about Janelle and says
- 55:04Speaker 2: that now that Janelle's divorced, she feels like she's owed something.
- 55:09Speaker 1: Well, yeah, every does who gets a divorce. Of course
- 55:12Speaker 1: she's sandy, They are owed something. My god, he's such
- 55:16Speaker 1: a piece of shit. Don't you agree?
- 55:18Speaker 2: You're just said shine, don't you agree? And then we
- 55:20Speaker 2: have the tell All previews with Sukiana and Cody's like
- 55:25Speaker 2: freaking out on Sukiyana and saying he's gonna shut her down.
- 55:28Speaker 1: He did this, sure, yes, like physically not well not
- 55:32Speaker 1: physically aggressive, but like just emotionally energetically aggressive. But like ye,
- 55:37Speaker 1: last season or two seasons ago, he was actually leaning
- 55:39Speaker 1: toward her being physically aggressive. So he's calmed down a
- 55:42Speaker 1: little bit. But like, Suki, you're a journalist, I mean
- 55:46Speaker 1: push back. All it is is softballs with you. All
- 55:50Speaker 1: it is like, how can we change his diaper, pray
- 55:53Speaker 1: little baby, give him his Google? No fuck that tear
- 55:56Speaker 1: him up for real. It's ridiculous. An awesome person who
- 55:59Speaker 1: is exploited his family, women and children.
- 56:02Speaker 2: Uh huh yep. But I did take pleasure in how
- 56:06Speaker 2: bad his hair looks in this. Oh god, it is
- 56:08Speaker 2: so bad. There's two little tendrils on the top. Now
- 56:12Speaker 2: there's nothing else.
- 56:13Speaker 1: He's got like a weird hair band. Yeah, like pushes
- 56:16Speaker 1: it up towards the back to create some sort of
- 56:18Speaker 1: an optical illusion. But like, if you have money, why
- 56:21Speaker 1: aren't you getting hair plugs? I know, just get the
- 56:23Speaker 1: hair plug because they have a two point one million
- 56:25Speaker 1: dollar mansion that we have to pay for twenty thousand dollars.
- 56:28Speaker 2: And probably all the other payments on all of the
- 56:30Speaker 2: artwork that they have the investments.
- 56:32Speaker 1: And did you notice his new convertible it looks like
- 56:35Speaker 1: a Mercedes or something. So another new car on all
- 56:39Speaker 1: of the cars that are parked at the McMansion that
- 56:41Speaker 1: he has purchased for the children that he loves whatever, yep.
- 56:45Speaker 2: That they never get to drive because they have to
- 56:46Speaker 2: stay at the house and be Robin's puppets. It's like crazy.
- 56:50Speaker 2: And then we have Janelle talking about how she's not
- 56:53Speaker 2: a sexual bit she's fucking she wants to fuck. Yeah,
- 56:57Speaker 2: and we have she doesn't want to pre Madonna, Prima
- 57:00Speaker 2: Donna like Cody, which I loved, loved that. Keep giving
- 57:03Speaker 2: me more of that. Robin says, keep my name out
- 57:07Speaker 2: of your whole mouths.
- 57:07Speaker 1: Yeah, no, I will never do that. We are coming
- 57:11Speaker 1: for your neck.
- 57:12Speaker 2: She did fix her eyebrows, she did, which I mean
- 57:15Speaker 2: they still look bad.
- 57:16Speaker 1: She looks pretty, I mean, and her hair like looks
- 57:19Speaker 1: a little bit more auburn, so it's not like Stark
- 57:22Speaker 1: Elvira Black. I mean, I thought it was pretty. There
- 57:25Speaker 1: were some moments where I'm like, oh my god, you're
- 57:26Speaker 1: not a complete goool, well not a complete goal but
- 57:30Speaker 1: part gool yeah for sure, Yeah for sure.
- 57:33Speaker 2: And then the Christine, Oh yeah, Christine, what about Christine?
- 57:37Speaker 1: Christine is like, oh yeah, oh yeah.
- 57:42Speaker 2: She's saying she wonders how close Robin and Cody actually
- 57:46Speaker 2: were before they got married.
- 57:47Speaker 1: Call it out, yes, because you know Cody like you
- 57:51Speaker 1: in the hospital and was making out with that little fluozy.
- 57:55Speaker 1: And we wonder while she was traveling up from Saint
- 57:57Speaker 1: George and he was traveling down to Saint George from Lee. Hi,
- 58:00Speaker 1: what was going on on those weekends that you were
- 58:02Speaker 1: spending it together? Cording be fucking they were fucking fucking.
- 58:06Speaker 2: They were fucking so hard HARDU well, I for five
- 58:12Speaker 2: whole minutes, please every now.
- 58:14Speaker 1: And that thin little noodle, uh huh. He was working it,
- 58:17Speaker 1: I'm sure, and she was liking it. I guess she
- 58:21Speaker 1: was seeing the money. Yeah, she was sniffing the coins.
- 58:27Speaker 2: And then Suki asks a question to Cody about him
- 58:30Speaker 2: being sexual with.
- 58:31Speaker 1: Other people prior to Mary. Men. Totally, a lot of men,
- 58:37Speaker 1: a lot of Mormon men that you went on mission with, yes, girl, And.
- 58:42Speaker 2: This is where Cody says, I don't know if it's
- 58:44Speaker 2: this question, but he says, I'm gonna shut you down
- 58:46Speaker 2: right now. I'm gonna shut you down, right down.
- 58:49Speaker 1: I want you to say that to my face, little man.
- 58:51Speaker 1: I say it right to my fucking face, and see
- 58:53Speaker 1: what happens. Curly Cue, you would have beat his ass
- 58:56Speaker 1: so he had brass knuckles for a whole nine. Honey.
- 58:59Speaker 1: It would have been bad for me, but I would
- 59:01Speaker 1: have had so much joy. Charge you serious. I'm as
- 59:04Speaker 1: tall as he is, by way about as much as
- 59:06Speaker 1: him too. I would take that little man down. Fuck
- 59:09Speaker 1: you talking to a woman like the god.
- 59:11Speaker 2: Honestly, that's why we don't needn Suk out of But
- 59:14Speaker 2: you know what, whatever great show Suki, Well maybe maybe
- 59:18Speaker 2: Suki will push back.
- 59:20Speaker 1: Past behavior is the best indicator of future behavior, according
- 59:24Speaker 1: to doctor phil and So if we know anything, she
- 59:27Speaker 1: ain't gonna do shit shit.
- 59:30Speaker 2: But we're gonna watch it yep whenever it comes back.
- 59:32Speaker 1: Yeah, So what the fuck are we gonna do?
- 59:34Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 59:34Speaker 1: I was actually surprised that this was the last episode
- 59:38Speaker 1: before a hiatus, even though you warned us last week. Like, girl,
- 59:42Speaker 1: I don't know, I think we should take a week off.
- 59:43Speaker 1: So I'm gonna continue to have alcoholic BEVERHG is gonna
- 59:45Speaker 1: be drunk the entire time. I'm gonna be partying, It's
- 59:48Speaker 1: gonna be it's pretty soon. It's gonna be Valentine's Day.
- 59:51Speaker 1: I gotta mean, I'm gonna be loving up bah. But
- 59:54Speaker 1: you know, so maybe we take next week off, although
- 59:57Speaker 1: we still have content on Patreon. Yeah, we're covering those
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: one thousand pound Friends, which I think looks really great,
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: and my six in our Panuel Lives. We've got some
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: train wrecks this season of My six hundred pound Life.
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: And you know I'll love a trade, right, Yeah, I've
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: a train, so we could do some of that. Definitely
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: check out our Patreon. Yeah, but maybe what we should
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: do is some rewinds. I'm down. I think we are
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: on season six. We're about to get into the homes
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: in the called Dessas yep. And I think my Sister
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: Wives closet is really starting to pop off, and so
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: it's an interesting time to be alive in the Sister
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: Wives multiverse.
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: Yeah, and I mean I still want the Sister Wives contents,
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: so let's go back into the archives.
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: Yeah, what else do we give it? We'll do some rewinds.
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: We'll stay in the Sister Wives vibe until Sister Wives
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: Season nineteen comes back and then we'll pick up with that.
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: And also we have the Valley. I know when is
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: that coming out. Well, you just put something up on
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: the ig uh huh, and they said it's coming soon.
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: But I'm like, when it's a spring right special. They
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: just said soon soon, Okay, so hopefully soon.
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: I know. I'm like, give it to me now though,
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: I want that now.
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: I want all of it now, I want it. So
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: our intention is to cover the Valley on Bravo, which
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: is a great show and you still have time to
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: go and watch the first season. It's really fence out
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: so good, super super drama, delicious. But until both of
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: those shows come back, we'll just do Rewinds. Yeah, sounds
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: good to me, and do stuff on Patreons. So make
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: sure you guys sign up on Patreon. It is the
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: best way to support us. It's only like five dollars
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: dollars we release I don't know anywhere from two to
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: four videos and or audios in addition to everything else
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: that we create, and so we'd love to see you there. Now.
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: Is there anything else that we need to say to
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: these beautiful raccoons before we get up on auta here?
- 1:01:48Speaker 2: Well, if you love our podcast, I sure hope you
- 1:01:50Speaker 2: go to your favorite podcast platform and leave us. He
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: glowing the Live Star Review really loves to scroll the
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: pod so we can get fatter over here, because we're
- 1:01:57Speaker 2: so skinny, very very thick, now nourish.
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: Sorry, did I scare you? We would really appreciate that.
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: We're going to be back later this week. We're going
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: to continue our sister Wives conversation, but we're going to
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: be pulling all of your opinions into the dumpster. Make
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: sure to come back on Friday for that. Until then,
