Isaiah Series 4: Beauty, Wonder, Gratitude
Join us for Cn Tim Clayton's sermon: Beauty, Wonder, Gratitude
This summer we look at the courage and encouraging words that God shares with us from the Prophet Isaiah when things look really rough.
This week Tim look's at Isaiah 40: 12-26
In today's reading, Isaiah marvels at the beauty and wonder that God has made. One of the early church saints, Maximus, tells that because God's handiwork is the whole creation (including all of humanity), God is implicitly wrapped up with it. Gratitude chases fear away.
Have you not known? Have you not heard?
Has it not been told you from the beginning?…
