Transcript
- 0:00Let's play a little game called normal or not. Every Monday, we have
- 0:03things that we, you know, think, am I weird for doing this?
- 0:06You don't really know everyone things are afraid to bring up, right of
- 0:09course, because there's got to be somebody else in the world, right right,
- 0:13Yeah, so feel free to chime in seven O one two eight ninety
- 0:16eight seven. You can text us or call us. But a man,
- 0:19you got a first situation we wan't talk about. Yeah, is it normal
- 0:21to wipe your dog's butt after they go to the bathroom? No, Like
- 0:28I will take a baby wipe every once in a while and just wipe Veno's
- 0:32booty bide. There's very few things in the world that do not need to
- 0:36be cleaned, and I feel like your dog's But I don't know. I'm
- 0:39always like one of them. I think about them, like see it.
- 0:42But so my other job, I'm a dog bather too, And so when
- 0:47what my sister owns her own dog room give me a dot, well,
- 0:50I appreciate, Yes, I appreciate when owners do that because then their butts
- 0:53aren't dirty. But because sometimes if Veno, for instance, has not been
- 0:58to the groomer, it's a little hair reback there, so sometimes it sticks,
- 1:00so I'm like trying to get it off some of the grossest it's dialogue
- 1:04I've had disgusting Yes, no, a happy Monday, guys. The two
- 1:07things you don't need to wash out it's your water, No, you need
- 1:11to do that. I work, you don't ever need to wash that.
- 1:12And then your dog's But I feel like those things are self cleaning. I
- 1:15don't know. Yeah, what do you think grazy going normal in? Well?
- 1:21Yeah, I mean my mom cleans my dog's butt out too, so
- 1:23I'm gonna go. Nah, I don't even have one. I would not
- 1:27be going in there, all right, all right, all right? What
- 1:30about this one? Normal? Or not memorizing your credit card number? My
- 1:34old one I did, I haven't this one. I think now that with
- 1:38technology, it's like stored in your phone so much that you don't have to
- 1:41do it. Well, there is the rare instance where like let's say I'm
- 1:45on my phone and it's not stored and I'm trying to order, like you
- 1:47know, I'm hungover, trying to order Jimmy John's or something, and it's
- 1:49like, oh, yeah, you get to the point where you got to
- 1:52typing your credit card number and it's like, oh my god, my wallet's
- 1:53in the other room. Yes, and it's then you have to like go
- 1:56all the way into the other room. How lazy. No, I get
- 2:00the frustration, But I don't have mine. Oh really, I feel like
- 2:04most people maybe do, though I memorized mine. Yeah, I feel like
- 2:07I was the only one. There will be times like when the band when
- 2:09we got him playing a show and we're like, oh, let's order of
- 2:12pizza. So when we get back to the house, it's there, and
- 2:14so I over the phone, I just start like rattling off my credit card
- 2:16number, and everyone's like, why whoa what this guy? Like, you're
- 2:21not what Doogie houser or something. In the morning point seven, all right,
- 2:30I was on buds speed and I was really offended that the headline of
- 2:34this article was older adults are sharing the skills they learned that are no longer
- 2:38useful. How does it feel to now be an older adult? Pike?
- 2:43Just like what really fell attacked? But it was interesting because like the first
- 2:46one was remembering phone numbers, remember that skill, Like I was a whiz.
- 2:51I could tell you every one of my buddy's phone numbers. I still
- 2:53can really, yeah, who was? Like I remember my first phone number
- 2:58when we lived in Denver growing up, four or five zero nine zero zero
- 3:01nine, like just boom. Yeah, you know, and like my grandma
- 3:06she still has her landline in Colorado, so I know that one. I
- 3:09know all of like my husband and I guess my dad and my stepdad's phone
- 3:15numbers. Like now they're like friends and stuff. Could you tell me at
- 3:19all what their cell phone number is? Yes? Really, yeah, one
- 3:21of my girlfriends because it's the same. This is very weird when we all
- 3:24got the same cell phone pretty much back on the old sprint plan back in
- 3:29high school. Oh sure, we all were one number off, like it
- 3:31was like one seven seven one one seven seven five one seven seventy three.
- 3:37I know. It was just weird though, How does that happen? Intern
- 3:39Gracie? Since you're on twenty twenty two, do you have any idea what
- 3:43your friends numbers are? I don't know my honestly, the only phone number
- 3:46I still remember is my mom's. Okay, well that's a good one to
- 3:50know. Also, another skille that is no longer useful covering a textbook with
- 3:53a brown paper bag. Oh my gosh, do you remember even just like
- 4:00all of the things you would do for your locker and stuff was just crazy.
- 4:04What's the deal now? They just don't do they even have textbooks?
- 4:08Is that a thing? But that's what I was wondering, because I know
- 4:10they have iPads and everything. Now is your syllabus and everything just right there?
- 4:15Yeah? Well, especially like in college all your syllabus they put everything
- 4:18online basically, and you can get textbooks online now and like you don't have
- 4:21to lug a backpack full of four hundred pound books. Well, but even
- 4:25if you do get a textbook, the chances of you opening a textbook ever
- 4:29is slimmed and none. Yeah. I don't think I mayby opened a textbook
- 4:31maybe for math class and that's about it. Yeah really okay? Yeah,
- 4:34Also, speaking of a man like things you did in school, remember those
- 4:38paper fortune tellers, the little like yeah, fold up a piece of paper.
- 4:42Do kids not do that anymore? Or wide? I suppose there's like
- 4:44an app for that now? Yeah. Probably it's like on the staff chat,
- 4:47remember, like it's they take a picture in it shows like their face,
- 4:50yeah, and then it's like, oh this is cool. Oh yeah,
- 4:53do you even know what we're talking about Dora. Did you do that
- 4:56in school? No? Like the little okay, kind of like a little
- 4:59flowery You're like, you're like, what number one two things? Yeah?
- 5:01No, could you still do that if I handed you a piece of paper
- 5:04right now? Well? I bet you I could. You think you could
- 5:06see what we can do after this, We'll get on our social media.
- 5:09Do that? Also, texting with ten keys? Remember back in the day
- 5:12when you had a like ten nine word on your phone? Oh yeah,
- 5:16well I'm still a swiper everything, I see, Grandma. I know it
- 5:21makes sense, but I will say, like back in the day, not
- 5:25that you should be texting and driving, but I could, like with T
- 5:28nine word, you guess hearing like a squeak. I'm like, somebody,
- 5:31what's going on here? Anyway? You could? I could like text with
- 5:35my phone behind my back with one finger and just pound out paragraph after paragraph.
- 5:41Oh whatever? It really was, I mean what a talent. Yeah.
- 5:45When I had my BlackBerry, I could type a little faster. Really
- 5:47yeah, well that's like a whole Yeah You're like, oh yeah, it
- 5:50was real fast. Man. What are we even good at now? I'm
- 5:55trying to think of skills I have today. It's like if only I could
- 5:58have monetized that T nine word Pike in Amanda in the morning, Big Nighty
- 6:08at point seven Today's Variety, it's Pike in Amanda in the morning. Obviously,
- 6:11we don't work remotely. A lot of people out there still are doing
- 6:14so, whether it's hybrid or you know, full time remote like my wife
- 6:16who just sits in our room. Crazy. Yeah, I can't imagine working
- 6:21from home. That's just uh, well, you might change your mind here.
- 6:26As much as I'm like, oh I could do that, I feel
- 6:28like I'd be really distracted. I mean, there's definitely a lot of negatives.
- 6:30Right, there's a lot of people out there. According to this new
- 6:33research of a thousand remote workers about what they're doing in their work day,
- 6:39it said a large percentage of them are really only logging about three to four
- 6:42hours of actual work a day. Really. I heard them like oh wow.
- 6:46But then I'm like, well, okay, what is it in an
- 6:47office, because it ain't you know, you're not working the whole time.
- 6:51Well that and that's just it, and you're probably more efficient. It's like,
- 6:54okay, I'm gonna just get this done. Here's a chunk you don't
- 6:58have a lot of distractions, I would assume, because like even just walking
- 7:00from your office to the break room, it's like how many people do you
- 7:02walk by and talk and you chitch had you know, but there was things
- 7:06are doing at home? Included ten and a half percent of people remote workers
- 7:13who admitted to having I've never heard this, hope a new nerd during their
- 7:21shift. I mean, really, do you think that's going on out there?
- 7:26Yeah? I suppose, well, especially if both of you are home.
- 7:29Well listen, I mean if you got time, Hey, honey,
- 7:31skip the girl cheese for lunch today. I mean eleven point eight percent so
- 7:38they drank on company time. It'd be too easy to not. I mean,
- 7:41obviously you don't want to wake into a habit, but it's Friday and
- 7:45it's new. But if it's there, you're like, oh, I feel
- 7:47like a glass of wine, like to make make a remote meaning a little
- 7:53more exciting, you know, Yeah, and you know, I mean we've
- 7:56talked about this forever. Are you getting full on right? Or you just
- 8:00throwing them like a shirt that they can just see you're just throwing a shirt
- 8:03on. You probably just naked from the waist down. I would think you're
- 8:07started hanging out you just like I used when I was in Florida. We
- 8:09did like a lot of remote meetings, and I would just be golfing during
- 8:13the day, you know, probably supposed to be working because it was sort
- 8:15of half remote, and so I'd have to jump on a meeting from my
- 8:18car and I would just turn the background to something, you know, like
- 8:22some stupid background. Oh that's funny. You didn't just stay in the golf
- 8:24cart. Now, this would be like if I was like running late and
- 8:26so I was like getting in my car or whatever. But um, yeah,
- 8:30very sneaky. Also, people said they were doing household chores. Thirty
- 8:33four percent ran errands, twenty three percent took naps, went to the doctor.
- 8:39I mean, really, the more you hear about it really just kind
- 8:41of doing it all except for work maybe a little bit. Could we do
- 8:46this remote? You think we did it once for like five seconds during COVID
- 8:50and it was brutal. Really, you just remember just waking up doing like
- 8:54everything we need normally did. I did it from bed because they didn't have
- 8:58an office and so I wouldn't. Yeah, so you're just like laying there
- 9:01kind of. But then you're like up and then you have to like go
- 9:05get the coffee, but then you have to be quiet because the kids,
- 9:07and then the kids are up, and then you're like hiding from up.
- 9:09It's not to mention the way you type in bed did you how did you
- 9:15like amenda in the morning? On point seven? We call it the judgment
- 9:20zone. It's not like an actual place. It's just like it's mental because
- 9:22it's okay to judge in the judgment zone. Normally we would say, hey,
- 9:26don't judge people. Everybody's got issues, But in this case was judge
- 9:30to be judged. This woman who wrote in saying that her future sister in
- 9:33law so her brother's fiance asked her to be a bridesmaid in their wedding coming
- 9:39up next year. After a lot of thought, I decided that I just
- 9:41simply could not commit to being a bridesmaid and you know all the things that
- 9:45go with it. Absolutely, she said, she got a young child at
- 9:48home, she's really busy at work. She just didn't want to commit to
- 9:50that. So she told her future sister in law at her engagement party her
- 9:56decision, and she was furious. She said, I call only told her
- 10:00that, well, I don't have to explain myself and didn't appreciate her not
- 10:03respecting my answer. I just didn't have time to take part in all of
- 10:05those activities and dedicate anytime to planning or helping her out, so she wouldn't
- 10:11hear it. And she wants to know. Am I wrong for declining my
- 10:15future sister in laws invite to be a bridesmaid in her wedding? Seven O
- 10:18one two eighty eight seven would love to hear your thoughts. You can call
- 10:22us, you can text us, but what do you think? So I
- 10:26feel for the bride because I think she just truly doesn't understand it's about her
- 10:30and she is. I'm not saying she's a bridezilla. I just think,
- 10:37no, she's just at this point right now where she's taking it so personally,
- 10:41like you don't want to be in here because of she in her mind,
- 10:43she's making up this wild thing. I'm sure, like, oh,
- 10:46you don't want to be in this? What do you not accept the fact
- 10:50that we're getting married. I'm just spitball in here. But ultimately, one,
- 10:54she is old enough and she has a kid and all that. If
- 10:56somebody asked me if it was my best friend to be in a wedding right
- 10:58now. Absolutely not like I do not you're saying, no much, Yes,
- 11:05it is much. I'm in a wedding. I'm a maid of honor
- 11:07in a wedding at the end of September. Exciting, and it's it is
- 11:09a lot. Well, you're the maid of honor. I mean, come
- 11:11on, this is okay, you're the future sister in a lot. You're
- 11:15only in the wedding because like you kind of have to be, so you're
- 11:18not going to be part of the planning. You're just gonna be there that
- 11:20day to go to all of the things. And it is not just the
- 11:24bachelorette party anymore. And just so you know, the bachelorette party likely in
- 11:28Nashville or something like that. So I get the cost of it, the
- 11:33amount of time. Not to mention her excuses, you're not the first one
- 11:37to have a kid and be busy at work. I mean, lame,
- 11:41I know, but I appreciate her just being honest with I'm not going to
- 11:43give you what you want as a bridesmaid, Like, it's just it's not
- 11:46going to happen. And so therefore, you know, how about I be
- 11:50your personal attendant the day of the wedding like that, I would give an
- 11:54alternative like I'll help you with a couple of things here, or maybe I'll
- 11:56throw you a bridal shower or something like that her our side of the family.
- 12:01But otherwise I am okay with the highly No, that's so nutso to
- 12:05me. I'm literally, in all the weddings I've been in and heard of
- 12:09happening, I've never heard anybody decline the invite to be in the web.
- 12:13That's should feel obligated to be a part of something that you're just not in,
- 12:18because then you'll end up like Gracie. Then now she complains almost every
- 12:22day about this wedding she is going to be in because I'm you know,
- 12:24I'm excited for it. It's going to be great. I'm honored that I'm
- 12:26the maid of honor. But yes, it's a lot of time, it's
- 12:28a lot of money. Yeah, Like my whole September is basically the wedding,
- 12:33dedicated to the wedding. And I love my best friend. I'm fine
- 12:37with that. I don't know, but it is it is a lot.
- 12:39Though, it is a lot. It is a lot. I think you
- 12:41just do it anyway because it's about them. It's not about you, So
- 12:43what do you think? Seven one two eight ninety eight seven Go ahead and
- 12:46be a little judge. It's a judgment. We have a message here from
- 12:50Mary. She's saying, you know, the only one really on this girl's
- 12:54uh not against her is going bad timing on your part. You certainly could
- 13:00have waited until after the engagement party, maybe add more of a private and
- 13:03sensitive conversation with her and offered to do a reading or a candle lighting or
- 13:07you know what I mean, something else at the wedding. I think that's
- 13:11great, or a personal attendance, like you know what, I'm supportive,
- 13:15I love you, I'm excited for you guys, but I am not willing
- 13:18to be a part of all of this. I wish we had a few
- 13:22more details, because even if there was like an age gap or anything,
- 13:24there's nothing like not being a part of it, especially as like an inline.
- 13:28You're like, okay, so now I'm gonna go spend all this money,
- 13:31and you're also just not really a part of it. You're just doing
- 13:35it to do it, And it's okay to say no. We have Melissa,
- 13:37we have pat. Everyone's like, you have every right to decline,
- 13:39like, just when somebody asks you to be in their wedding and it's not
- 13:43a you have to say yes no, but you should. You don't have
- 13:46to be there for all the things they listen, there's a guy and I've
- 13:48been an usher in so many weddings and the erst for a while. You're
- 13:54a fringe friend at best. But you still gotta rent the tucks and you
- 13:58ladies, at least you get to keep those dresses. Because paying two hundred
- 14:01dollars for a tuxt that you got to return like the next day when you're
- 14:05so hungover, that is like, I mean, that's some living hell,
- 14:09right there's but again, and I think you're now leaning over to the side
- 14:13of the price and the cost it takes even to just go to a wedding
- 14:16anymore, not even being a part of the wedding party can get expensive.
- 14:20Juliet also agrees. She says, I think that the issue is more with
- 14:24telling her at the engagement party, and that was probably not very easy.
- 14:28Just do it. You're not the first one to have a kid or be
- 14:31busy at work. You can do it. You don't need to go to
- 14:33the bachelor party. That's super extra. You don't need to be there for
- 14:37you don't need a planet. Just you're You're the sibling of the tune.
- 14:43You still have to do all the things you do. If you said if
- 14:48your best friend asked you today to be in their wedding, you would say
- 14:50no, I just can't imagine this life anymore. No, that's way too
- 14:54much, way too much. Seven eight seven. We're in the judgment,
- 14:58so so get a little judge. Let us know what she thinks, Amanda
- 15:03in the morning, big nutty point seven Taylor swift week here in our studio
- 15:11and across the Midwest as she plays why how many shows in Minneapolis? In
- 15:15turn, Gracie too too? And you're going to how many of the two
- 15:18already rocking r Taylor gear the Eiras tour And uh, I've never met anybody
- 15:24quite like you before. Your obsession with her is wild, and it has
- 15:28been forever since I was about six. Yeah, it's crazy. So uh
- 15:33yeah, it's it's weird to meet one. You hear about swifties, but
- 15:35to meet one, it's kind of kind of wild. So we're gonna use
- 15:37that. We're gonna exploit you to give somebody a chance to win red River
- 15:41Valley Fair tickets. All right, So first of all, call her.
- 15:43Nine's on the phone. Good morning. Who's this? Good morning? My
- 15:46name is Anna, all right, Anna, Anna Conda. So what it's
- 15:50short for? What is it short for? Anna? Cons? It's like
- 15:54what who are you? No? No, no, it's not all right,
- 15:58just confirming? All right? So Anna, we have four tickets to
- 16:00get you into the Red River Valley Fair, ride all the rides, eat
- 16:03the good food, and tickets to one of the concerts. Yeah, you
- 16:07get to pick either Third Eye, Blind, Shine Down or Dan and Shay
- 16:10if you win. But it's gonna get wild because how big of a swifty
- 16:14is she really? Yeah, you're wondering, well, what the heck does
- 16:15that have to do with me? Well, I'm going to ask five questions
- 16:19to intern Gracie, who's a big swifty about like very intimate Taylor swift questions.
- 16:23Okay, And each time each question you need to Anna determine if you
- 16:27think she'll get that question correct or not before she answers. All right,
- 16:32all right, so let's start with question number one, and Grace, you'd
- 16:36be quiet you don't indicate one way or the other whether you know the answer
- 16:38or right, all right? The question is what US state is the house
- 16:44Swift saying, Amanda, how Swift sang about in the song the Last Great
- 16:49American Dynasty? Which state is Taylor referring to? Now? Anna, do
- 16:56you think that Gracie will get this question correct or not? Yes? Yes,
- 17:00yes, she does, all right, Interned, Gracie. Your answer
- 17:03Rhode Island. Wow, okay, they'll last grade of Rhode Island. Question
- 17:12two? What city was Taylor Swift born in? Anna? Do we think
- 17:18she's gonna get it? Or no? Yeah? All right, interned,
- 17:22Gracie, what city she was born in? Readings? Pennsylvania, West West
- 17:32West. I mean you're a Fargo or West Fargo, totally different. Can
- 17:37you imagine telling a West Fargo person? I had it partially correct? No,
- 17:42I mean the fact you even knew that much is rather, it's also
- 17:47fun for us to, you know, make it look like you really don't
- 17:49know much about it. All right, So you got to get three out
- 17:52of five. By the way, Anna, you're one, so you're two
- 17:55away. Question three? In which show did Taylor Swift making make her acting
- 18:00debut? Anna? Do we think she'll get it? Or no? Yeah,
- 18:04we do. Inch and Gracie, your answer that would be c s.
- 18:07I how I do not remember that? Oh didn't she die in the
- 18:14show or something? She was a corpse? Yeah, something like that.
- 18:17It was a while ago. And yeah, years ago, all right,
- 18:21I thought it was Valentine's Day when she was that was that was in the
- 18:25movie that she debuted in. But yeah, my question for and you only
- 18:29need one more Anna to score these Red River Valley Fair tickets. Okay,
- 18:33what this is a tricky one. What was the first song Taylor Swift learned
- 18:37to play on guitar? Oh? No, what did I tell you about
- 18:41not indicating Anna? Okay? That said? Anna? Do you think she's
- 18:47gonna get it? Or no? Oh no, I don't think. Oh
- 18:48really, I wonder what made you think that, Gracie. You said that
- 18:53to me and I just completely yeah you did. So, Yeah, what's
- 18:59your guess, intern, Gracie. What song was the first one Taylor learned?
- 19:03She was twelve years old, if that helps. Yeah, And I
- 19:04know who taught her to play guitar, But I don't know what song she
- 19:07learned. You're not even gonna give her a guess. His name A song
- 19:11um something by Tim McGraw. I don't know. No, here was this
- 19:17one no way sixpence none the Richards kiss me, which is just the gam
- 19:22This is okay, So you have one question left, one chance to win
- 19:26these Red Valley Fair tickets. I was like, can we just play the
- 19:29whole song? Yeah? Finally, how many siblings does Taylor Swift have?
- 19:36Anna, what do you think is she gonna get it right? Or no?
- 19:38Yeah, I think she will. If you were a real Swifty,
- 19:41you think you would, Intern Gracie. How many siblings he has one brother,
- 19:45younger brother named Austin. Jeez, there you go, Anna, you
- 19:53got the tickets? Congratulations? I did. Thank you. You are so
- 19:56welcome. I mean, you just have to decide and you can either go
- 20:00to Third Eye, Blind Shine Down or Dan and Champ, but you're also
- 20:02going to the Red River Valley Fair. Hang on, all right, inter
- 20:06Gracie. Nice work. I mean I was a little disappointed. I get
- 20:08you mentioned him, and also were you just kind of in shock because you're
- 20:12not as hyped as I thought you were going to be this because you that
- 20:17Taylor's coming, I don't know, maybe come Thursday, Friday, Friday,
- 20:19probably I'll be like, I know what happened? Did the credit card bill
- 20:22finally show up this morning morning and Amanda in the morning. Now here's what
- 20:34you need to know. Well, I'm glad they finally did something to remember.
- 20:38Probably three or four months ago, Pete Davidson decided that he was gonna
- 20:42go speeding through a neighborhood in Beverly Hills, went over the curb, pass
- 20:47the fire hydrant, through a whole yard and into a house. And then
- 20:52we're just gonna not talk about it. Yeah, I did forget it.
- 20:56And he was sober. Did we determine allegedly he was sober? What they
- 20:59said? Yep. And then there was a poor girl just doing her homework.
- 21:03He crashed into their house. I mean, what a story. Yeah,
- 21:07no, they're doing algebra. And Pete Davidson drives seriously. Though he
- 21:12is facing a single misdemeanor cout. His arrayment is set for July twenty seven.
- 21:17Penalties for conviction of reckless driving could be one hundred and forty five dollars
- 21:22or a thousand dollars and or a county Jailson's of five days to ninety days
- 21:26not enough, I'll lock him up, throw away the key. Do they
- 21:30have the death penalty? In California. Oh stop it. Erica Hermann,
- 21:34the ex girlfriend of Tiger Woods, is not giving up on her legal battle
- 21:37against him. It was rejected in the Florida court a few weeks ago.
- 21:41She reported reportedly filed an appeal on Friday. So she is accusing Tiger of
- 21:45sexual harassment following their breakup in October twenty two. Now, remember she signed
- 21:51the NDA, and they're saying that holds up like you signed it. You
- 21:53know exactly what you signed, And yeah, that's that not enough in my
- 21:59opinion, they have the death penalty and for wow. Amanda Binds was taken
- 22:06into custody by police over the weekend for a mental health evaluation. Those close
- 22:10to her says she has been doing her best lately to go to AAA meeting.
- 22:15She's been with sober people. She's actually looking really good, but she
- 22:18was struggling so she I don't know if she reached out, but she sometimes
- 22:22when she's not taking the proper medication, that's what's causing the issues. Those
- 22:26who saw her get arrested and go in that she was calm. She just
- 22:29looked defeated and yeah, a lot of people you might have a family member
- 22:33who has mental health issues, and it's like it's so tough because you know,
- 22:37and they know that they need the medication. The medication is helping,
- 22:41but then they get off it and then they kind of forget that, and
- 22:44it's just so frustrated to try to keep on. You're ready, ready,
- 22:48that's he is piping hot today. Oh no, Amanda stills the sea looks.
- 22:55See this was a moment of what are you thinking? And I feel
- 23:00so bad for baby Raxa. Last night, she's at her show in New
- 23:03York. She's about to do her last song and she's walking down kind of
- 23:07like the aisle and all of a sudden, bam, she gets hit in
- 23:11ahead with a cell phone. Oh I mean brick y kill somebody, That's
- 23:17what I'm saying. It knocked her a little bit and she kind of turned
- 23:19around like she was gonna play it off. She ended up turning around and
- 23:22falling into the ground. Her handlers came out. I have no idea what
- 23:26happened after that, other than why would you be throwing your cell phone at
- 23:30a celebrity. Well, Gracie has informed us that people do this at concerts
- 23:33now because they want you to they want what do they want? They want
- 23:37like a selfie or like the artist to take like a video or something.
- 23:40So here's the thing, let's like use our brain for one. Exactly,
- 23:44you're gonna throw your phone, Chances are the sleb isn't gonna see or catch
- 23:48it because the lights are on them. You're likely gonna have your phone shatter.
- 23:53And what are the chances you're gonna get that phone back anyway, like
- 23:56unless they grab it and hand it to you, and your doubt that they're
- 24:00down on their knees like hanging with you for a second other than that.
- 24:03No, it's stupid. It's just really Yeah. Honestly, the last show
- 24:08are low Standards played. People were throwing stuff on the stage, beer canned
- 24:14tomatoes pretty much the same thing. Nobody did throw a beer can up there.
- 24:18I'm like, Okay, this is dangerous. You guys are going to
- 24:19hurt some don't you have security? Yeah? They were, they were busy.
- 24:26Tory Spelling and Deane McDermott, they've always had like marriage issues and they've
- 24:30been very open about it. They've had a reality Yeah exactly, But I
- 24:36just don't know if I believe that their marriage is officially over. He in
- 24:38a now deleted Instagram post. The fact he deleted it makes me feel like,
- 24:42well, she like, hang on, hang on, we gonna work
- 24:45through this one more time. But it said it's with great sadness and a
- 24:48very very heavy heart that after eighteen years and five amazing kids, we're going
- 24:52our separate ways. So this reminds me of somebody on my Facebook. I
- 24:56don't even know who. I couldn't tell you who it was. They announced
- 25:00that they were breaking up with their wife, like you know, it is
- 25:03a normal person. You don't need to do that, you know, you
- 25:06usually don't. It was so funny, and the way it read was that
- 25:08she might have passed away. So everybody's calmenting like, oh my god,
- 25:12like that you're breaking up with your wife because she's dead, because that would
- 25:15not be a breakup she's dead. No, it's like, it's with great
- 25:18sadness, I'm announcing or I have to say that something I forgot let her
- 25:23go, or yeah, yeah, any common, No, No, she's
- 25:26okay, we just didn't work out between us. How embarrassing. Oh my
- 25:32god. And of course it was at two am. But did they actually
- 25:36break up? Do we know? I'll have to check the follow up I
- 25:37really would like to know. Yeah, they're probably fune. They probably have
- 25:41two bundles of joy. I'm sure they woke up going, oh my god,
- 25:45delete and Courtney and Travis are officially pregnant. If you followed along with
- 25:49their journey, they had to go through IVF. It was kind of a
- 25:52rough go for them. But over the weekend they made it public to everybody,
- 25:56and of course his act Shannah had to make a big deal about it
- 26:00because for the few people who didn't understand, the whole entire setup in the
- 26:04announcement was for all of us to know. Travis Barker was very well aware
- 26:10that she was pregnant. He wasn't surprised on stage when she was holding that
- 26:14Travis I'm pregnant sign. It was just to kind of play off of the
- 26:17music video that they did back in the early nineties. It was nineteen ninety
- 26:22nine, excuse me, the late nineties, but I thought it was a
- 26:25cute pregnancy announced for the world. Shannah's like, I've known for weeks.
- 26:29This is not new news to me. Cool. Cool, It's like the
- 26:32people on you know Facebook, who Yeah, It's like, oh I can
- 26:34finally, I'm so glad my daughter's engaged, I can finally make the announcement.
- 26:40It's like you're trying to make it about you. I feel like you're
- 26:41not a big fan of Facebook over there, dude, I think I'm annoyed
- 26:45by almost everybody generally. That's my problem. But no, this is exciting.
- 26:49I mean, kind of an old dad. I know, we were
- 26:52just ripping. He's no de Niro or Pachito. Travis Barker's creeping up on
- 26:57fifty. It's probably forty five. I think he's forty six. Yeah,
- 27:00it's hard to tell. He's one of those guys that doesn't yeah, because
- 27:03of all of his stats. Yeah, and then he's he's bald, right,
- 27:07Yeah, he's bald. Yeah, yeah, I think my choice though,
- 27:08I don't think he went bald. I think he probably just decided,
- 27:11like this is my love. Yeah, because he used to have a mohawk.
- 27:15Really yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's like it's all like the yeah,
- 27:21okay, kind of like the hot topic topic topic totally
