- 0:03Speaker 1: This is a Bramble Jam podcast. This week on Yo
- 0:13Speaker 1: Gabble Gabble, if you hire a matchmaker for rich people
- 0:16Speaker 1: and they don't give you any date that you like,
- 0:18Speaker 1: can you sue them? Judge Lauren Lake tells us. And
- 0:22Speaker 1: if you go see a Keith Irving concert with someone
- 0:24Speaker 1: who's not your girlfriend, can she sue you? Judge Faith
- 0:30Speaker 1: tells us real people, real cases, fake justice. This is
- 0:33Speaker 1: Yo Gabble Gabble. Go Gabble. Go Gabble. It's your birthday.
- 0:39Speaker 1: It's your birthday. I don't know if it actually is
- 0:41Speaker 1: a birthday, but I don't know when we started this show. Hi, everybody.
- 0:45Speaker 1: Welcome to Yo Gabble Gabble. I'm Brandon. That's Dan. Very
- 0:48Speaker 1: simple program for you. If this is your first time,
- 0:50Speaker 1: welcome into the gavel chambers. I watch a TV courtroom show,
- 0:57Speaker 1: Judge Faith in this case. And I'm going to tell
- 1:00Speaker 1: Dan all about that case. He's going to try to
- 1:01Speaker 1: guess the verdict, and then Dan's going to do the
- 1:03Speaker 1: exact same thing. It's simple but perfect. You know what
- 1:05Speaker 1: I mean? That's exactly right. Any new reviews today, Dan?
- 1:08Speaker 1: Doubt it. I can look, though. Well, it is what
- 1:11Speaker 1: it is. Yeah. We know the numbers that listen, and
- 1:14Speaker 1: it's a really good group. And I can tell you this.
- 1:16Speaker 1: If everyone who listened reviewed this show, we'd have so
- 1:21Speaker 1: many more reviews. Yeah. So just take your time. Just
- 1:24Speaker 1: pray about it. See if you can figure it out.
- 1:27Speaker 1: We are at no more new reviews. Okay. Still, I
- 1:30Speaker 1: like gavels. I really like gavels. I like gavels. I
- 1:33Speaker 1: really like gavels. You get it. That's so true. You
- 1:34Speaker 1: got it. Yeah. Dan, I got a pretty short case.
- 1:36Speaker 1: How about I kick us off with a shorty? I
- 1:37Speaker 1: would love that brand. A shorty. Shorty. You know I
- 1:39Speaker 1: love Judge Faith. She's wonderful. She's great. She always gives
- 1:44Speaker 1: very thoughtful rulings. Big fan of Judge Faith. Cindy Yarrow
- 1:49Speaker 1: is suing Dwayne Kleinberg for $ 1, 400. $ 1, 400. That's right. Cindy
- 1:53Speaker 1: says that she and Dwayne met on the dating website
- 1:55Speaker 1: Plenty of Fish. We're going to do two dating. You
- 2:05Speaker 1: know about Plenty of Fish? I don't. I would assume
- 2:08Speaker 1: it's like any of the others. They're older. I don't
- 2:10Speaker 1: know if it's an older person website. Oh, it's for
- 2:14Speaker 1: people that are up in age. I don't know. Maybe
- 2:17Speaker 1: look it up. I could have as well. But just
- 2:20Speaker 1: judging by Cindy and Dwayne, they are both older. And
- 2:23Speaker 1: I thought maybe that was the demographic that Plenty of
- 2:26Speaker 1: Fish was going after. But who can say really? What's
- 2:30Speaker 1: it say? What are you seeing? Um, we're committed to
- 2:33Speaker 1: help ensure that you feel welcomed, safe, and free to
- 2:35Speaker 1: be yourself with online dating. Okay. Well, that doesn't tell
- 2:38Speaker 1: me much. So I don't think it's about, it's about
- 2:41Speaker 1: hopefully most, hopefully it's a Canadian online dating. Oh, interesting.
- 2:45Speaker 1: That's a fun fact. Um, anyway, uh, they started dating
- 2:48Speaker 1: and a month later she says I fell in love
- 2:51Speaker 1: and he moved into my apartment with me and my
- 2:54Speaker 1: daughter and Because he was moving, he was living with
- 2:56Speaker 1: his mom at the time. We don't really get into that.
- 2:59Speaker 1: Sounds like a catch. He was old enough to still
- 3:01Speaker 1: have a live, young enough to still have an alive mom? Yes,
- 3:05Speaker 1: I was surprised. To be honest with you. Anyway, so
- 3:13Speaker 1: she says that not long after he moves in, we
- 3:17Speaker 1: begin to have some differences. And one of those differences
- 3:20Speaker 1: was that him and another friend of his, who was
- 3:24Speaker 1: a woman, went to a Keith Urban concert together. I
- 3:28Speaker 1: want to love somebody. She says. Love somebody like you.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Do you know a single Keith Urban song? No. Cool.
- 3:34Speaker 1: I've heard that song. Yep. Sure. She says that she
- 3:39Speaker 1: found that to be quite disrespectful. He says, well, I've
- 3:43Speaker 1: known this friend of mine. Yeah, we can see where
- 3:46Speaker 1: this is going. I've known this friend of mine for
- 3:48Speaker 1: 20 plus years. Is she drop dead gorgeous? Yes. But
- 3:54Speaker 1: she's like a baby sister to me. Yeah. I bought
- 3:57Speaker 1: these tickets back in February before we started dating for
- 4:00Speaker 1: my daughter and my friend and her daughter because she
- 4:04Speaker 1: was my concert buddy. If you will. Yeah. If you will.
- 4:07Speaker 1: Of course. Um, She says that this became a huge issue,
- 4:12Speaker 1: and after this, since I'm a real estate agent, I
- 4:15Speaker 1: have to meet up with men sometimes to sell houses
- 4:18Speaker 1: for real estate, and he would get really jealous of that.
- 4:21Speaker 1: And then when I would occasionally talk to my guy friend,
- 4:25Speaker 1: who we had never have dated before, he would get
- 4:29Speaker 1: really upset about that. Dwayne says, well, first of all,
- 4:32Speaker 1: the tickets were bought well before I met Cindy. I
- 4:35Speaker 1: think that's important. That is important. And Cindy gave me
- 4:39Speaker 1: the A-okay. And she said that she's not a jealous woman.
- 4:42Speaker 1: Judge Faith says, you don't know anything about women. Bingo.
- 4:46Speaker 1: All right, Judge Faith. And he says, you're right about that.
- 4:50Speaker 1: As for the other guy that I had an issue with, yeah,
- 4:54Speaker 1: I would get jealous when I would see messages that
- 4:58Speaker 1: she would send him that would say things like, I
- 5:01Speaker 1: miss wrapping my thighs around you. Okay. You got it, dude.
- 5:08Speaker 1: And what is a comeback, Dan? What would be a
- 5:12Speaker 1: reason why that would make sense in any other way?
- 5:16Speaker 1: Other than they're boning. Other than that. Wrap my thighs
- 5:21Speaker 1: around you. They're doing martial arts training. Oh, close. She says,
- 5:25Speaker 1: actually judge that was in reference to riding on his motorcycle.
- 5:30Speaker 1: We ride on motorcycles together. And I gotta be honest.
- 5:36Speaker 1: You would not say those words unless there is a
- 5:39Speaker 1: sexual component. I would not think so. There's no words.
- 5:42Speaker 1: I would not think so. It could be talking about
- 5:49Speaker 1: the motorcycle and saying it in a jokey way. Like,
- 5:52Speaker 1: you know, I can't wait to... I don't know. But
- 5:54Speaker 1: it was a fascinating response that I didn't see it coming.
- 5:57Speaker 1: So what about this loan? That's what we're suing for.
- 5:59Speaker 1: We're suing for a loan. Suing for the loan. Of $ 1, 400.
- 6:02Speaker 1: She says, well, I helped... him with his oldest daughter's wedding.
- 6:08Speaker 1: I gave him a check for over $ 2, 000, which was
- 6:11Speaker 1: a gift. And I admit that. But soon after, once
- 6:16Speaker 1: he found out that I was willing to give him
- 6:18Speaker 1: money to help, he comes home and says, hey, I
- 6:22Speaker 1: overdrafted my account. I need $ 1, 400. And she says, well,
- 6:28Speaker 1: how does that happen? But okay. So she withdraws $ 1, 400
- 6:32Speaker 1: off of her credit card. She borrows against her credit
- 6:37Speaker 1: card and gives that money to him. He says, well...
- 6:43Speaker 1: That was kind of her, but things ended after I
- 6:48Speaker 1: found more messages to this guy about how lazy and
- 6:51Speaker 1: fat I am. Judge Faith, I leave every morning at
- 6:54Speaker 1: 6 a.m. and I work all day. I get back
- 6:57Speaker 1: after 6 o'clock at night. I get home and I
- 7:00Speaker 1: see these texts talking about how I'm a fat, lazy
- 7:03Speaker 1: piece of crap. She never showed me any respect. She says,
- 7:08Speaker 1: because you went to a concert with another woman. Judge
- 7:14Speaker 1: Faith says. Judge Faith says. Judge Faith says. Judge Faith says.
- 7:18Speaker 1: It's always going to come back to that Keith Urban concert.
- 7:23Speaker 1: She then shows text messages that show that he said
- 7:27Speaker 1: to her that he will pay her back. Judge Faith's
- 7:32Speaker 1: ready to roll. How much? $ 1, 400? $ 1, 400. $ 1, 400. Man, this
- 7:40Speaker 1: is a tough one. What amount was a gift? That's
- 7:43Speaker 1: not what she's suing for. She's suing for $ 1, 400. I'd
- 7:48Speaker 1: give it to her. Give it to her. I think
- 7:51Speaker 1: the verbal abuse is probably... The verbal abuse? Like the
- 7:54Speaker 1: fat pig stuff. She's the one that called him the
- 7:59Speaker 1: fat pig. I think that that's a red herring. I
- 8:03Speaker 1: think that there's... You have to communicate this. I don't know,
- 8:08Speaker 1: because she did the wrap my thighs around. She said
- 8:14Speaker 1: she wasn't jealous, even though she clearly was. Give the money.
- 8:17Speaker 1: Give the money. Give her the money. Give him the money.
- 8:20Speaker 1: I switched. No, no, no, no. She's suing him. She doesn't.
- 8:25Speaker 1: get any money. Okay. Yeah. You get it. She gets
- 8:28Speaker 1: all the money. Uh, he said, I'm going to pay
- 8:29Speaker 1: you back. Uh, so that's, that's it. Once you contract though,
- 8:33Speaker 1: but once you verbally say, I'm going to pay you
- 8:35Speaker 1: back and show it, uh, admitted that we have the
- 8:38Speaker 1: text message. Oh, wow. Okay. Okay. You missed that part. I, I,
- 8:41Speaker 1: I guess I did. Okay. Yeah. It was a pretty,
- 8:44Speaker 1: that's it. Typically if you have a, if you have
- 8:46Speaker 1: a text message that says, I'm going to pay you back,
- 8:49Speaker 1: you're going to get, yeah, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. It's okay.
- 8:52Speaker 1: It's okay. You go. All right. Lauren Lake. Yes. My
- 8:56Speaker 1: new fave. Love Lauren Lake. She is real people, real cases.
- 8:59Speaker 1: Fake justice. Real justice. Okay. And she doesn't play around.
- 9:02Speaker 1: This is just a fantastic case. Henry Westbrook is suing
- 9:06Speaker 1: Mia Wong. Yes. Which they say Mia Wang the whole show.
- 9:13Speaker 1: Lauren Lake does too. And that's not how you pronounce
- 9:15Speaker 1: that name, but that's okay. Does she ever say her name?
- 9:19Speaker 1: For $ 1, 500. Yeah, they say Mia Wang every time. But
- 9:21Speaker 1: does she? She does not. Uh, but she's in New
- 9:25Speaker 1: York city and I, I'm pretty sure she just is like, I'm,
- 9:27Speaker 1: it's not worth it. It's not, it's not a pill battle. Sure.
- 9:29Speaker 1: Henry is suing me for $ 1, 500. He says, first of all,
- 9:34Speaker 1: your honor, the way this guy talks, I've never seen it.
- 9:38Speaker 1: And he's a real person. I like, he's a real person.
- 9:41Speaker 1: First of all, your honor at my age, I'm a
- 9:42Speaker 1: CEO of a marketing PR phone firm in Manhattan. I
- 9:46Speaker 1: really don't have time to go out and date. Okay.
- 9:49Speaker 1: I thought, well, I'm making good money. I can hire
- 9:51Speaker 1: someone to do that for me. I found Ms. Wong online,
- 9:56Speaker 1: which is specifically a date. You ready for this? A
- 9:59Speaker 1: matchmaking service that is specifically for high net sales. elite individuals,
- 10:06Speaker 1: high net worth, elite individuals. So this is like, which
- 10:08Speaker 1: is my community. Uh, the, um, uh, Raya. Have you
- 10:13Speaker 1: heard about Raya? Yes. The dating app that's for, you
- 10:16Speaker 1: have to be like a certain level of, of, of,
- 10:19Speaker 1: you know, good. He, this also has levels. Cause the
- 10:22Speaker 1: way he talks, I'm like, he doesn't actually make this money. Okay. Interesting.
- 10:26Speaker 1: He's like, I hired miss Wong to do the matchmaking
- 10:28Speaker 1: for me. We drew up a contract. I paid her $ 1, 500
- 10:30Speaker 1: up front. Uh, she didn't, I gave her very specific criteria.
- 10:35Speaker 1: I have to, I don't have time for this. Right.
- 10:37Speaker 1: She didn't follow those criteria. Okay. Lauren Lake says, well, uh,
- 10:41Speaker 1: what'd you tell her to look for? He says, I
- 10:44Speaker 1: had to be very particular with my requests because I'm
- 10:47Speaker 1: getting older and I don't have time to play. Okay.
- 10:50Speaker 1: Here's what he told me. I needed to be at
- 10:53Speaker 1: least five, seven. I'm six, three. That's the max difference
- 10:57Speaker 1: I'm willing to accept. Okay. Um, I also needed to
- 11:00Speaker 1: be a college, uh, graduate educated bachelor's degree minimum. Okay.
- 11:06Speaker 1: And then I also needed to be under 35 and
- 11:10Speaker 1: want kids. How old is he? He looks, he is,
- 11:15Speaker 1: he's an African American gentleman who looks like he could
- 11:17Speaker 1: be 30 and or 45 okay but good looking dude
- 11:21Speaker 1: like where's the suit and tie uh but i don't
- 11:24Speaker 1: know my guess would be upper 30s based upon the
- 11:27Speaker 1: under 35 statement and he wants to get moving on
- 11:29Speaker 1: things he knows what he wants that's right and he's
- 11:31Speaker 1: up front about it and he said these are all
- 11:34Speaker 1: deal breakers to me like these are all deal breakers
- 11:36Speaker 1: and that's when i sat down to meet her that's
- 11:39Speaker 1: what i said Lauren Lake says, Ms. Wong, how long
- 11:42Speaker 1: have you been in business? Mia says, my clientele are
- 11:45Speaker 1: high net worth individuals, CEOs, presidents. I've been doing this
- 11:51Speaker 1: for five years. The criteria that are required to be
- 11:54Speaker 1: in my service is a minimum million dollar net worth
- 11:58Speaker 1: and a minimum half a million in annual income. Okay.
- 12:02Speaker 1: And she's the one who's doing the matchmaking. She's doing
- 12:04Speaker 1: the matchmaking. It's just her. Lauren Lake says, how do
- 12:07Speaker 1: you work with their preferences? And she says- Your Honor,
- 12:11Speaker 1: it's love we're talking about. We don't guarantee box checking.
- 12:14Speaker 1: We don't. These are two human beings falling in love.
- 12:17Speaker 1: I will take your criteria. I'll jot it down. I'll
- 12:20Speaker 1: do my best to find a good chemistry match that
- 12:23Speaker 1: checks off as many of these as possible. I have
- 12:26Speaker 1: the contract I signed with him. That's how we do things.
- 12:29Speaker 1: We have that contract, I assume. We have that contract.
- 12:31Speaker 1: Lauren is like, is this a standard contract or is
- 12:33Speaker 1: this one different for Mr. Westbrook? And she says, Mia says,
- 12:41Speaker 1: it's a standard contract. This particular contract includes me finding
- 12:45Speaker 1: him three dates in one month. And that's what the $ 1, 500
- 12:50Speaker 1: was for. He had to pay it up front. Okay.
- 12:53Speaker 1: So he paid $ 1, 500. He got three dates. She fell
- 12:56Speaker 1: through on the three dates. Lauren Lake says, what are
- 12:58Speaker 1: your dates about? Henry says, the first date was a fiasco.
- 13:04Speaker 1: I'll give Ms. Wong this. The young lady was attractive.
- 13:07Speaker 1: All three of them were attractive. No doubt about it.
- 13:10Speaker 1: But none of my other, with the first date, none
- 13:12Speaker 1: of my other criteria were met by Ms. Wong. Lauren
- 13:16Speaker 1: Lake says, I don't see any criteria in this contract though.
- 13:18Speaker 1: Is that a separate contract? He said, the criteria was
- 13:21Speaker 1: done in our meeting verbally. And she said that she
- 13:24Speaker 1: would work with clients and She had worked with clients
- 13:29Speaker 1: that are like you that are very specific and she
- 13:31Speaker 1: will go with that. She'll do that. Okay. Okay. The
- 13:35Speaker 1: first day we met at a rooftop bar that I
- 13:37Speaker 1: frequent in Manhattan. And, uh, the, the date I was
- 13:41Speaker 1: meeting was already seated at the bar when I arrived.
- 13:43Speaker 1: It was a great vibe overall. At the end of
- 13:46Speaker 1: the time of the bar, I asked if she wanted
- 13:48Speaker 1: to go to time square, walk around, do something fun.
- 13:52Speaker 1: She said, yes. When she stood up, she was so short. Um, The, the,
- 14:00Speaker 1: with her shoes on maybe five, three, your honor. Like
- 14:03Speaker 1: I said, five, seven or tall. He did. He did.
- 14:11Speaker 1: He did. Is he being difficult? Yeah. You could say
- 14:14Speaker 1: all you want about how ridiculous it is, but he said,
- 14:19Speaker 1: and here's the thing is, is when you make as
- 14:20Speaker 1: much money as this guy does, I'm sure he does
- 14:23Speaker 1: not see how crazy that is. He doesn't know. Why
- 14:25Speaker 1: would he? Yeah. Yeah. Uh, to not have any, like,
- 14:29Speaker 1: I think most people have some sort of preferences like that,
- 14:33Speaker 1: but are willing to bend a little bit. If some
- 14:35Speaker 1: things work, you feel about a great time at the
- 14:38Speaker 1: bar that goes out the window on your back heel. Yeah.
- 14:42Speaker 1: Let me see really quick. Uh, Mia says, your honor,
- 14:44Speaker 1: I want to clarify what Henry just said. Uh, during
- 14:46Speaker 1: my meeting with him, he mentioned his criteria and I
- 14:48Speaker 1: told him that I would try to my very best
- 14:50Speaker 1: to include it. I never promised him I'd get all
- 14:52Speaker 1: of them. That's what she says. He disagrees. It's he's,
- 14:55Speaker 1: he said, she said, okay. Uh, Lauren Lake says, so
- 14:58Speaker 1: this woman met other criteria, but she was too short
- 15:00Speaker 1: and you were done with it. Henry says she was lovely,
- 15:03Speaker 1: your honor, but I felt as though I paid for
- 15:05Speaker 1: a very specific service with very specific requests. I'm a
- 15:10Speaker 1: bachelor in Manhattan. I can go out and get it
- 15:12Speaker 1: and get a date anytime I want. However, I paid Ms.
- 15:16Speaker 1: Wong specifically for the service of providing dates that already
- 15:20Speaker 1: met my criteria. Lauren Lake says, what about the second date?
- 15:24Speaker 1: She said it was a coffee date in the middle
- 15:26Speaker 1: of the conversation. She mentioned she barely graduated high school
- 15:29Speaker 1: and didn't go to college. I couldn't believe it. Very
- 15:33Speaker 1: specifically requested that the girl I date be college educated.
- 15:38Speaker 1: Did he, did he like leave at that point? Uh, yes.
- 15:41Speaker 1: He just said, okay, I'm done. So, uh, yes, that,
- 15:43Speaker 1: that was the, I don't know if he went, I
- 15:45Speaker 1: left at that moment, but that was the implication. Yeah. Okay. Great.
- 15:48Speaker 1: Lauren Lake says, uh, what about the third date? And
- 15:51Speaker 1: he goes, I was actually falling in love with her.
- 15:55Speaker 1: Then just do so brother. And, uh, and, uh, Lauren
- 15:59Speaker 1: Lake goes on the first date and he goes, no,
- 16:00Speaker 1: we went on five dates. You ready? Go ahead. She
- 16:06Speaker 1: checked all the boxes. We had a chemistry that was
- 16:08Speaker 1: unusually amazing. Fifth date. We kissed. I gave her a kiss.
- 16:12Speaker 1: I walked her to her door and I'm standing in
- 16:14Speaker 1: the door and her door to her apartment opens and
- 16:17Speaker 1: a man walks out in his boxers. Who's he? Lauren
- 16:22Speaker 1: Lake says at her house. He goes, I'm looking at her.
- 16:25Speaker 1: I walk away. She runs after me and says, I
- 16:28Speaker 1: promise nothing's happening. That's just my ex-husband. He just needs
- 16:32Speaker 1: a place to stay right now. Great. You know what?
- 16:37Speaker 1: That one's not on Ms. Wong. How is she to
- 16:40Speaker 1: know that? So Lauren Lake asked, did you know anything
- 16:43Speaker 1: about this? Mia says, no, I had no idea about
- 16:46Speaker 1: this at all. That wasn't mentioned when I spoke with
- 16:51Speaker 1: this young woman. Henry basically then reiterates, I gave criteria.
- 16:58Speaker 1: She said she would do that thing. Was never divorced
- 17:02Speaker 1: on a part of his criteria? No. but a man
- 17:06Speaker 1: coming out of her apartment in the box or would
- 17:07Speaker 1: you stick around? I would probably be like, yeah, this
- 17:09Speaker 1: isn't for me. Yeah. Yeah. No, I'm just thinking about
- 17:12Speaker 1: his legal claim here. That's right. That's right. That's right. Yeah. Yeah.
- 17:15Speaker 1: That one may be. Yes, exactly. So, um, he, Lauren
- 17:21Speaker 1: Lake basically asked him a few more clarifying questions about, uh,
- 17:25Speaker 1: what he said to Mia asked me the same thing
- 17:28Speaker 1: and they reiterate, she told me she'd do it. And he,
- 17:31Speaker 1: she says, I did not, I would never promise that.
- 17:34Speaker 1: the height of an individual as something I would definitely find.
- 17:37Speaker 1: I would never do it. Right. Um, and so that's
- 17:42Speaker 1: where we are. Judge Lauren Lake ready to rule. Yeah. Listen,
- 17:44Speaker 1: at the end of the day, uh, what we have
- 17:46Speaker 1: here is this man, uh, claims to make a lot
- 17:50Speaker 1: of money. Yes. And I would imagine, uh, when you
- 17:53Speaker 1: are at the point where you make that amount of money,
- 17:56Speaker 1: you become pretty familiar with contracts that, and the importance
- 18:01Speaker 1: of contracts being very clear about things. What he paid
- 18:06Speaker 1: for is what he got according to the contract. He's
- 18:11Speaker 1: not going to get any money. Sorry, buddy. Yeah. So
- 18:14Speaker 1: my big thing watching this was this guy is a
- 18:17Speaker 1: multimillionaire in TV court suing for $ 1, 500. You don't want
- 18:21Speaker 1: to be near this guy. No one wants to be
- 18:26Speaker 1: near this guy. He's a multimillionaire. I mean, I could
- 18:31Speaker 1: do the quick math on that, but that would be,
- 18:35Speaker 1: I can, I can roughly do it for like someone
- 18:39Speaker 1: that makes a hundred thousand dollars a year. Uh, let's
- 18:42Speaker 1: say he makes $ 2 million, right. Divided by 100 K
- 18:47Speaker 1: is what the, that can't be right. A hundred. No,
- 18:53Speaker 1: I did something wrong. The short version is it's 20.
- 18:55Speaker 1: It's a 20 times multiplier, right? So it would be like.
- 18:59Speaker 1: He's suing for 1,400. 1,500. 1,500, not 150,000. He's suing
- 19:00Speaker 1: for 1,500. But a $ 2 million a year guy suing
- 19:02Speaker 1: for 1,500 is the equivalent of me or you or
- 19:03Speaker 1: someone that around that middle class mark suing for $ 75. Yeah, sure.
- 19:18Speaker 1: Have we even heard of a case outside of judge
- 19:20Speaker 1: Jerry for $ 75? What he's doing is positively crazy. He
- 19:26Speaker 1: has a problem. And maybe that's why he doesn't want
- 19:29Speaker 1: to find his own. You know, I know that being
- 19:32Speaker 1: rich can get you a long way. The guy is
- 19:34Speaker 1: suing for nothing. It's crazy. Lauren Lake says, All right,
- 19:40Speaker 1: so we don't know if she told you she promised
- 19:43Speaker 1: the criteria or not, because you guys don't disagree. We
- 19:46Speaker 1: don't know if when she filled out the paperwork, when
- 19:48Speaker 1: this third date filled out the paperwork, for Ms. Wong,
- 19:50Speaker 1: if this was happening then or not. What we do
- 19:53Speaker 1: know is you enjoyed her company. And what I can
- 19:55Speaker 1: see now is you're going to find a way to
- 19:58Speaker 1: find a problem with every woman. This is my first
- 20:01Speaker 1: case of the day, and you have worn me out.
- 20:04Speaker 1: I don't want to hear your voice anymore. And she
- 20:07Speaker 1: didn't say any of that during, she was calm the
- 20:09Speaker 1: whole time. You testified against your own case. You said
- 20:12Speaker 1: you enjoyed at least two of the three dates and
- 20:14Speaker 1: the other date did happen. Miss Wong can't guarantee anything
- 20:18Speaker 1: you asked for or that you'd fall in love. Next
- 20:21Speaker 1: time you do this, You're a businessman. Look at the
- 20:24Speaker 1: fine print and add the things you want. If it's
- 20:28Speaker 1: so important to you, I'm throwing this case out. That's right. Great.
- 20:32Speaker 1: That's right. Great fun time. Great verdict. I wouldn't want
- 20:35Speaker 1: to be anywhere near this dude. And you know what?
- 20:37Speaker 1: Even if he did work that into his contract, the
- 20:41Speaker 1: third date did check all the boxes. He said it
- 20:45Speaker 1: like at a certain point, Some things are out of
- 20:49Speaker 1: Miss Wong's hands. She can't know if somebody is still
- 20:53Speaker 1: living with their ex-husband. Can't know that. The movie Materialist with...
- 21:01Speaker 1: What's her name from Fifty Shades of Grey and Madame
- 21:05Speaker 1: Webb and Pedro Pascal and Chris Evans is about her
- 21:09Speaker 1: as a matchmaker. And in that movie in Manhattan... No,
- 21:12Speaker 1: in Boston. They are... The women are... so specific. Like,
- 21:18Speaker 1: he needs to make at least this much money. He
- 21:20Speaker 1: needs to be at least this tall. Oh, I'm sure
- 21:21Speaker 1: this happens. That was the only part of this that
- 21:23Speaker 1: threw me off because when he was going through these initially,
- 21:25Speaker 1: I watched that movie three weeks ago and I was like,
- 21:27Speaker 1: this all checks. She needs to do her job. And
- 21:29Speaker 1: then as soon as we get in the contract, it
- 21:30Speaker 1: was like, and that guy talking. Oh my goodness. The worst.
- 21:34Speaker 1: The absolute worst. We did it. We did it, everybody.
- 21:36Speaker 1: We'll be back next week with some more. So come
- 21:38Speaker 1: on back for that. Until then, All Rise! No Gabble
