A 39-year-old man, Ova B. Collett, was finally arrested after a two-month manhunt in Bell County, Kentucky, accused of attempting to murder a police officer during a high-speed chase. The chase began when deputies went to serve a warrant and Collett sped off at over 100 mph, narrowly missing highway workers.
