- 0:46Join us as we tackle the challenges, celebrate the winds
- 0:51and drive forward. Live OK, hello everybody
- 1:02welcome. I'm truck of mouth welcome to
- 1:04Monogram studio and we're back on the road.
- 1:08See it changed up this this sequence here to go live and I'm
- 1:16I guess I'm live here. I'll see my picture there.
- 1:20Wow hold on here so the player OK anyway, I'll see myself.
- 1:34So I guess I'm I guess I'm doing all right.
- 1:36Truck of mouth. We're back on the road.
- 1:39And today the topic is non domicile CDLS, a ticket to cause
- 1:49havoc on the nation's roads. And what I uncovered, but what I
- 1:55found out about it, it upset me not as a just not as a truck
- 2:01driver, but as an American. You won't believe this.
- 2:05But before we get started, I'm going to do a big old American
- 2:09trucker mouse shout out to Doctor John Miguel got Doctor
- 2:16John Miguel got for more than 30 years operated 2 occupational
- 2:21clinics focusing primary on the health.
- 2:24Sorry if I'm it's the first time I'm using this headset focusing
- 2:28primary on the health and Wellness of truck drivers.
- 2:32OK, I think this camera right too.
- 2:35So OK. And he did some he did some
- 2:41really credible things. Co founder of Saint
- 2:45Christopher's fund. It's a fund that if you're out
- 2:50on the road and you get hurt, the Saint Christopher's Fund
- 2:56will try to help you and your family with expenses and all
- 3:00until you get better. I think it also, I think it also
- 3:05covers if, if, if health and wealth.
- 3:10Truck drivers, Yeah. He believed they were under
- 3:13underserved and overlooked. And ain't that the truth.
- 3:17Ain't that the truth of the whole industry.
- 3:20The man was dedicated. Like I said he was a Co founder
- 3:23St. Christmas truck and development
- 3:25form fund dedicated to helping over the road over the road
- 3:28truck drivers at that. Now they're the ones that really
- 3:31need to help other Rd. truck drivers and families after an
- 3:35illness injury leaves them from work.
- 3:38OK, so it it is a great things he did and I I just want to do a
- 3:45shout out to him. He was a Navy veteran from the
- 3:49from the very beginning, Doctor John was driven by the belief
- 3:52the truck driver to backbone the country.
- 3:54How many people believe that hardly anybody.
- 3:57We don't get credit for nothing. We're undesirables.
- 4:01We're on one age man. This this just got me and and
- 4:08and the whole non Dom is all thing.
- 4:09You wait, Oh, you wait. So the backbone he was
- 4:13delivering the the the truck driver is the backbone of the
- 4:16country must take care of them and when they cannot take care
- 4:19of themselves. Yes Sir.
- 4:22I'll testify that through through the fund Magelliot Dr.
- 4:27Mcgelliot reached more than 5000 drivers raised over $5,000,000
- 4:31financial assistance for truckers.
- 4:34His veteran U.S. Navy Mcgelli joined the armed
- 4:37force since 1964 and served as a Navy Corpsman attached to
- 4:41Marines during the Vietnam War, playing four years back due in
- 4:44additional reserve time. He was a very credible man.
- 4:50Doctor Mcgelliott received several distinctions.
- 4:53In 2023 he was awarded to East Tennessee Healthcare Hero
- 4:57Lifetime achievement award. OK.
- 5:00The same year Mcgelliott Dr. Mckelligott was named to the
- 5:04Wall of Fame in a Mid-Atlantic truck show for his contribution
- 5:07to the industry. Doctor John Mcgelliott died on
- 5:12February 15th at the age of 80. Doctor Miguel got and I'm sorry
- 5:17to the family if I don't have it directly right, I'll salute you
- 5:22truck them, I'll salute you. OK, now to to to this to the to
- 5:30the topic. OK, non domiciled CDLS and this
- 5:37and this and this is what I found out about this is is is
- 5:40more fine to me. I mean, I can't believe it.
- 5:45None downfall CDL is ACDL driven to a person who do not live in
- 5:50that state. How these people don't live in
- 5:52the country and they get them on freaking CDL.
- 5:56OK, so it's defined as CDL license issue to someone who OK,
- 6:02let me say state of issue like I said, how they don't live in the
- 6:05country and by the way, the comments, the comments come in
- 6:11I'm going to see about this this headset I'm wearing.
- 6:17So hopefully it's working. Hopefully it's working good.
- 6:20What do I got down here? Hello.
- 6:22Hello. OK, I got 3 three things down
- 6:24here. Tell me how loud I am.
- 6:27Little little green lights. OK, so they're non domiciled
- 6:32CDLS. This is the foreigners for
- 6:35nationals who are supposed to be legal to work in the US but do
- 6:39not have permanent residence. And these visas, OK, they're not
- 6:44unable visas, these visas, H2A or H2B and E2 visas supposed to
- 6:58be expired within a year, which they come out through a year and
- 7:03generally not supposed to succeed one year, OK, Now what?
- 7:08DACA people who've been here since they were kids, OK,
- 7:13They're here since they were kids and they're not eligible.
- 7:21Why ain't that the kids eligible?
- 7:23Why ain't that eligible to drive a truck when you've got people
- 7:27coming in? They they don't even they don't
- 7:30even have a fuck a freaking address in the country.
- 7:33And I'm going to tell you what, I'm going to tell you something
- 7:35about myself. I lost my CEO for two traffic
- 7:38stops eight years apart, resulting in Duis.
- 7:44Nothing to do with the truck. OK, nothing to do with the
- 7:46truck, nothing like that. All right.
- 7:51But I did have two Duis and eight years apart from almost
- 7:55eight years apart from conviction date to conviction
- 7:57date and trucker map received a lifetime suspension and I was
- 8:01not given any path to I wasn't given any any path to
- 8:08redemption. No, nothing you're done.
- 8:13And that that's, that's just not, and what these people are
- 8:16coming in with these visas, OK, They're not even, you know, and
- 8:22I, I, I got hit real bad because I didn't know a whole lot other
- 8:25than truck driving on new foundry.
- 8:27And the first, the first DUI went back to the foundry and
- 8:31came back and after the second DUI.
- 8:36But I mean, there was no major, no major rack, nothing like
- 8:39that. It was just a it's just a a DUI
- 8:42stop now I did wrong OK. But after that, after that
- 8:46second one, I went up to the VA for rehab to recertify and all
- 8:52and I had a lot of sober time. But the Department of
- 8:56Transportation cares. I'm still a no good bastard to
- 8:59them. Hey, you know what they sent my
- 9:02letter saying you no good bastard.
- 9:03You never get ACDL again. I lost my way of life.
- 9:06I lost everything and everybody and people that I, I took care
- 9:10of because I take care of my friends.
- 9:11If you think you're my friend, you know, if I'm eating, you're
- 9:15eating. If I'm drinking, you're
- 9:16drinking. And it came down to the point
- 9:18where even the ones that stuck by me after, after everything
- 9:21was gone, they didn't, you know, they didn't want me around.
- 9:24I mean, it's like, dude, we can't do nothing more for you.
- 9:27And I was a real, real undesirable.
- 9:29My mother, I had a place to live.
- 9:31I had a place to lay in my head anyway at my mother's house and
- 9:35other than that I had no money, only job I could get.
- 9:38Only job I could get was jobs that these temp services, which
- 9:43by the way, everything I did the last 24 years of my life was out
- 9:47the window. It meant nothing to them.
- 9:51The only job I could get through through temp services were jobs
- 9:56that they were freaking hoarding people through that they can't
- 10:01keep nobody a bunch of younger kids and I it was just terrible.
- 10:05I have felt real bad. I mean I I had some bad times
- 10:08and I know I'm real loud this Mike, I'm sorry.
- 10:10I just got this headset the other day.
- 10:15I don't see thought taking my life.
- 10:18I mean, I just felt that I'm never going to get back on my
- 10:20feet. And it was real bad.
- 10:26And I I pulled out of it somewhat.
- 10:32And, you know, I do these podcasts.
- 10:36The podcast is therapeutic for MBR radio.
- 10:39Now. I I apologize last.
- 10:40Well, I forgot to apologize last week to all my viewers because I
- 10:44had technical difficulties and I didn't put the show out, which
- 10:47is this show. And I apologize for that.
- 10:50But I'm back and I'm bigger and stronger than ever.
- 10:54OK. Yeah.
- 10:56So so these these these doctor, yeah, these DACA recipients,
- 11:10they're not eligible. So I'm sorry, I'm just going
- 11:18through here like this is my first second one, like my second
- 11:20podcast, it's actually the first one here that's on my own.
- 11:24So so I'm looking back to this here, to these, to these, to
- 11:26this non Donaldson CDLS. So DACA recipients, the ones
- 11:31that have been here since they're kids, they're not
- 11:32eligible. All right, so you got 200,000
- 11:41non donam solid CDLS out there. All right, and I'm looking for a
- 11:45time that I'm on live here and I don't see it used to be right
- 11:49under the show. I don't see it now.
- 11:57OK, well I'll see the time right there anyway.
- 11:59So anyway, so so that makes no sense at all.
- 12:03OK, And I wrote my notes down here.
- 12:07There's four states issuing licenses regardless of
- 12:10immigration status. Well, there's more than that,
- 12:13that the states issuing license regardless of immigration
- 12:17status, which are well, Texas and California are two big ones.
- 12:22And that's no surprise because Texas and California has the
- 12:26biggest influx of immigrants and, and, and these schools,
- 12:30these truck driving schools, these carriers have their own
- 12:34schools. They're just putting people
- 12:35through. They don't care to fill in the
- 12:38seat. Is this, what is this what our
- 12:45industry is reduced to? Is this what our industry is
- 12:50reduced to just to fill seats And trucking is a is a bunch of
- 12:54illegal immigrants, evidently. Evidently they, they know that
- 13:01they're coming over to drive a truck when they fill the visa
- 13:03out. What do I understand?
- 13:06And I mean, it's they have a hard time tracking these
- 13:11people's background. We'll go for ACDL.
- 13:14Like, OK, by the way, now they're issuing, they're issuing
- 13:18these CDLS to people at it that don't have a license, a
- 13:23permanent residence here. Hell, hey, Monday man won in the
- 13:26United States APO box maybe. But back in the day, they made
- 13:31everything uniform. They they, they made everything
- 13:34uniformly. See, back in the day, back in
- 13:39the day, all the states used to do their own thing and then they
- 13:43made it. The FMCSA, the Federal Motor
- 13:45Care and State Administration made everything universal the
- 13:49whole way across the country because there was bad actors,
- 13:52There was bad actors losing their CDLS in one state and just
- 13:56jumping over to the Interstate to get another one because every
- 14:00state did their own thing. What the federal government did
- 14:05at Department of Transportation is that they, they, they made it
- 14:11so all your information goes into databanks and, and they
- 14:17could tell where you've been, what you did, who you drove
- 14:21with, your, your, your, your, your, your driver relations
- 14:25history, all that. They did that to Americans.
- 14:29But these people could come over here from another country and
- 14:31get their freaking CDL and what, what happened to that?
- 14:35That's out the window. What happened to that law?
- 14:38You have to reside in the state. You have to reside in the state.
- 14:41Then you got your CDL from what happened to that law.
- 14:44Shit, right. OK, out of here with that man
- 14:48out of here bullshit that burns me up.
- 14:52I was looking for a way to get a fake CDL.
- 14:54I was down and out truck of mouth was he was down and out,
- 14:58man. He was he was bad.
- 15:00It was bad. I mean, I'm still well, I'm
- 15:04getting by a little better now. I got I got I got the help, some
- 15:07help that I need and that's why I'm doing this.
- 15:11He's here to it's therapeutic for me, man.
- 15:15Anyway, once I started reading this, I, I had no idea when I, I
- 15:21got a job at a place over here in the next city over West of me
- 15:25as a jockey at this distribution center.
- 15:28OK, it was down the logistics and and all these trucks coming
- 15:36in there, these truck drivers and this equipment and, and, and
- 15:41the freaking equipment was terrible.
- 15:43And I was a jockey. You know these things because
- 15:45you're opening barn doors all the time.
- 15:47You know, you're, you're, you're, you're pulling, you're,
- 15:48you're lifting them up, you're putting them in doors.
- 15:52Excuse me, you see the tires, you see the trailers, the
- 15:56drivers. I was wondering how this was
- 15:58going on, all kind of foreign drivers coming in there.
- 16:02And I was like, what the heck? See, because I used to drive at
- 16:07that same facility on the other end was a trucking company.
- 16:10I'm not going to name it. It wasn't a bad truck company.
- 16:13But when we used to come home at the end of the week, we're out
- 16:16for about a week of time, The dot we waiting at the back gate
- 16:20to go into this this distribution facility.
- 16:24And I thought I said, you stinky bastards, you're sitting here
- 16:27and we're coming home. There's a well words matter
- 16:29where we sit because a lot of people on the way home, a lot of
- 16:32people in their home back home, they're not up on their logs.
- 16:35They just walk at home. They'll do the rest when they
- 16:37get home and they're waiting there.
- 16:39But with these with this outfit here, they were nowhere around.
- 16:43This is the worst equipment I've ever seen.
- 16:45I've got a job there with no, no license, no nothing.
- 16:47I mean, I wasn't there that long, three months, something
- 16:51like that. Thought I'd take a bus here and
- 16:53it didn't work out. The trucker mount didn't have a
- 16:57car or nothing. So anyway, I was jockeying there
- 17:04and I'd see these people coming in with turbans there and
- 17:06they're like these people driving truck.
- 17:08Now I understand they were my them probably had non domiciled
- 17:11CDL that's quit. I was going to call the DoD my
- 17:13damn self on them. Look you this shouldn't
- 17:17something should have been on the road.
- 17:19I mean it. Oh man anyway, I just wondered
- 17:26how that happened and how that was going on there.
- 17:29So our state's issue relations regardless of immigration status
- 17:37or California, there's no surprise, Colorado, Connecticut,
- 17:43Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
- 17:47Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico,
- 17:52New York, most of these states automatically registered voters.
- 17:56OK, so so all these states regardless of immigration status
- 18:01now I was looking OK, OK, OK, I've taken this pretty I'm
- 18:08taking this kind of personal because I was given no pathway.
- 18:12I drove truck for 24 years. I was given no pathway back to
- 18:16give my CDL. And I just I tried, I tried to
- 18:21find out how many, you know, how many even in my state have, you
- 18:25know, regular Americans who drove truck for years have been
- 18:29giving a lifetime suspension. They couldn't they couldn't give
- 18:31me a number. This this non domicile CDL has
- 18:34been going on since like 2000 tens.
- 18:36The nearest thing, the nearest thing I have is 2000 tens.
- 18:41So it's just, it's just horrible.
- 18:45Our our industry has been reduced to a bunch of
- 18:48undesirable than immigrants. Man, when I wouldn't drive
- 18:53trucks since I was a little boy, OK, my grandfather drove truck.
- 18:59My dad's cousins all drove truck.
- 19:00I never knew my grandfather because my grandfather died when
- 19:03my mom was 12. But I understand he drove truck
- 19:06for an outfit out of Cleveland which made they made vending
- 19:12machines and they said, she said the truck had a sleeper on it.
- 19:21He'd be going for like 2 weeks at a time back then.
- 19:23The truck driver was the truck driver was, you know, it was
- 19:29appreciated for, for what he gave up and what, what he, you
- 19:32know, he, he, he did the drive driver's truck.
- 19:35He was appreciated. He was even respected.
- 19:37He was respected. I want to drive trucks since I
- 19:39was a little boy of the road. That's all I ever wanted to do.
- 19:43And it's just, it's just the city industry, you know, rundown
- 19:48like that. And you got Secretary Sean
- 19:50Duffy. Oh, he's doing this.
- 19:52He's doing that. Yeah.
- 19:53You're doing that because it's a crisis.
- 19:55They're killing people out in our roads.
- 19:56They're terrorizing the country. Now you're doing something.
- 20:06200,000 non domiciled CDLS. The The new Federal Motor Care
- 20:12City Administration rule limits CDLS.
- 20:16To certain visa holders I'm removing 97% of non dollars
- 20:20without CDLS and he saved systematic alien verification
- 20:26for entitlements. OK so all these peoples off
- 20:31getting off the road. OK he stinks.
- 20:36Alexa, I'm just appalled as an American that this shit is going
- 20:40on, but I've got to let talk suspension.
- 20:45Oh my God. All right, well, we're going to
- 20:51we're going to take a little break here and we come back more
- 21:00non downside CBS. The station where our veterans
- 24:28voices are heard. MBR talk.
- 24:31Hey, thanks for supporting our channel by watching and
- 24:34listening. Find us on the.
- 24:36Web at NB Radio. Dot.
- 24:40Hello everybody, welcome back to truck of mass studio.
- 24:44We're back on the road. All right, so they were talking
- 24:49about non domiciled CDLS. OK, they're giving them the
- 24:52people coming over here with these visas.
- 24:56They already know what they're coming over for because they
- 24:58fill out this visa form, I guess.
- 25:01But they're they're they're not they come right out and say they
- 25:03can't. They can't they can't hardly
- 25:05even they can't hardly even trace their driving record and
- 25:11all they do is have any idea and it's a eligible make them
- 25:15eligible for work. And like I said are 200,000 non
- 25:26domicile CDLS in the United States.
- 25:31They they claim, OK, he got frauds and trucking companies
- 25:36all over the freaking place bringing these people in.
- 25:40I think I worked for one of them years ago.
- 25:42They were Serbians out in the Illinois area in countryside,
- 25:46IL. It was Angelovic Angelovicas
- 25:56trucking ASAS and but I was a fiasco.
- 26:02You didn't get paid until they got paid like you got a
- 26:05settlement at the end of the month.
- 26:07I don't know, I have been fucking horrible.
- 26:08Excuse me language. So the evident fundamental
- 26:13Carrier Safety Administration's found a role on March 2026
- 26:17carries to verify non solid solid CDLS to meet visa
- 26:22requirements. Why weren't these things?
- 26:25You don't know what you go through as American to get a
- 26:27freaking CDL and hold it and and and he come walking in the
- 26:31country just giving away the out of here with that man out of
- 26:34here with that truck em out. Don't like it and he's putting a
- 26:37hammer down on it right. Don't mess with me, man.
- 26:42Don't mess with truck em out now got a big hammer here.
- 26:47So states are cracking down on it.
- 26:50Texas, California are the biggest violators.
- 26:53They said of course, because they're coming into the country.
- 26:56That's the biggest, you know, the biggest influx is California
- 27:01and California and Texas. So the country, the federal
- 27:11government said they're going to, they're going to watch for
- 27:14oil and sweeping complaint changes and that they're they're
- 27:18withholding federal money from from states that are, that are
- 27:22not complying with this these rules.
- 27:26Sean Duffy made Sean Duffy ain't doing shit.
- 27:30What's he doing? He he, he ain't doing nothing
- 27:35about nothing until it's a freaking disaster.
- 27:38OK, That's what he's doing. He wants to make that race so
- 27:42hard on everybody, but these people can just come in here.
- 27:45And and they even said, they even said that these these truck
- 27:49driver schools won't worry about in this proficiency.
- 27:51Nothing. They were pushing them through
- 27:53without the without the the correct skills and all that and,
- 27:57and and just put them in a seat to get them going.
- 28:00How was the safety of the country?
- 28:02You know, it's it's you know, it's just terrible.
- 28:04Like I said, it's just freaking terrible, man.
- 28:06What this industry has been reduced to.
- 28:09Like I said, the road driver was used to be used to be respected
- 28:13for what he gave up and for what he's doing.
- 28:17And I wish I could be part of it, but right now I really can't
- 28:21because I'm I'll take my mother's elderly and I take care
- 28:26of my mom And I got a bad wheel here.
- 28:31I've got a procedure coming in August.
- 28:32So I'm going to get a part time job anyway.
- 28:35So anyway, hit myself in the head with the mic, dropped that
- 28:43mic. OK, Top state violator.
- 28:45Texas has 51,000 since 2015, New York 3236 thousand but a 53% non
- 28:54compliant rate $74 million going to be withheld, withheld room
- 28:58from Hwy. funds if they don't comply, if they don't get their
- 29:02act together. Same with Pennsylvania you know
- 29:07California 17,000 most aggressive numbers target 13,000
- 29:12and cancelled down. Well it's about time they got
- 29:17these people out on the road. It shouldn't have been there.
- 29:19Been on the road. Crazy post the border.
- 29:21The border's supposed to be secure.
- 29:23You got people coming here and giving them A7, a 70 foot long
- 29:2780,000 LB projectile. Yeah, OK.
- 29:31You're real smart. Trucker mouth for transportation
- 29:35secretary. Ohio plans to phase out 5000 9
- 29:43domicile CDLS. OK, so the, the, the states are
- 29:47getting on it. The states are getting on it.
- 29:49But after what? After, after countless number of
- 29:54fatalities on the road because of these people.
- 29:56And that's not listen, man, that's not being prejudice.
- 29:59That's not being hateful. We're trying to keep the roads
- 30:02in the nation safe and keep the American, the American way going
- 30:07because if not, our country will be like our country.
- 30:11And that's why they're running here, because how their
- 30:13country's all messed up out of here.
- 30:15What happened? Man oh man, Indiana seventeen
- 30:211700 and 2009 dollars out CDLS before passing sweeping state
- 30:25laws. They're voting near all of them.
- 30:28Indiana messes around with them. Vote all you need to get back up
- 30:34here. I'll let see you OK 60,200
- 30:41thousand non domiciled credentials into seven states,
- 30:45PA, Minnesota, Colorado, Washington, NC 25.
- 30:51But 60,200 thousand non domiciled CDLS credentials into
- 31:00PA, Minnesota. So, yeah, Ohio permanently ended
- 31:06the non domiciled CDL programs. Idaho, Idaho is on the ball, man
- 31:12on the ball with this. All right, Idaho is on the ball.
- 31:17They're knocking them down. I mean, coming to the country if
- 31:24we would a visa or working whatever, it's fine.
- 31:27And and maybe bring a copy of your bring a copy of your damn
- 31:31driving history or something like that.
- 31:35See, you know, and do a good job on our roads and hold the
- 31:39freight around man, he got no problem.
- 31:44There was fatality right here. There's fatality right here last
- 31:47week or the week before over here on an I-81 where a state
- 31:52trooper was doing a a AD O2 inspection on a truck and a
- 31:56truck driven by a non domicile holder which expired that day,
- 32:01handed back a truck and killed him. 20 year veteran of of of
- 32:05the Pennsylvania State Police. That's just one instance.
- 32:11That was a trooper Pahara Pahara.
- 32:14I did, I did. I talked about in there a week.
- 32:17President Trump now signed into action to enforce CDL
- 32:21regulations and revoke CDLS to illegal immigrants.
- 32:25How in the hell did he even get one you idiot?
- 32:29Oh, he wants more veterans to get CDLS Trucker out the
- 32:33veteran. OK, you revoked my shit.
- 32:36OK. I was a good truck driver and I
- 32:40I was living in the street. Ain't no one cared.
- 32:41No one gave me a path, path to nothing.
- 32:45Bullshit. That's it's unacceptable, man.
- 32:49And we ain't have it. Truck them out.
- 32:52They ain't have it. He already put the hammer down
- 32:54on who makes the cut. Before someone takes the wheel
- 33:02of a commercial vehicle, they should be evidence that they
- 33:06have been well trained and well screened.
- 33:09OK. Yeah, Sean W said that.
- 33:11That's the stance of transplant Secretary Sean Duffy.
- 33:13You know, why didn't you? OK.
- 33:15Why didn't you enforce it then? Before all this bullshit?
- 33:19You knew what was going on, man. You know what's going on?
- 33:23So as you can see, trucker mouse really upset, OK?
- 33:29States have issued $9 out CDLS without conducting background
- 33:32checks. Additionally, the agency is
- 33:36working to eliminate CDL mills. The FM, the CSA issued A finer
- 33:42rule bearing unvented individuals, unvented
- 33:45individuals from obtaining CDL, but this is the agency is
- 33:48working to eliminate CDL mills. Now they are, they said, well,
- 33:55they, they showed up. We said, well, these these
- 33:58drivers and trucks should be the most proficient drivers on the
- 34:01road. Yeah, make sure of it.
- 34:03Do your job. As you see trucker miles upset
- 34:08about this as an American. OK, so we're getting near the
- 34:16end of the road and and then I'll pick you up next time out
- 34:26on the road. We're trucker, man.
