The Probability Doors of a Life With and Without Alcohol
This session uses an ocean visualisation to help listeners release their relationship with alcohol. Holding two bags representing emotional baggage and false beliefs, the listener chooses to let go and swim freely, symbolising liberation. A childhood memory of an Indiana Jones scene is reframed to show that strength comes from intelligence and self-possession rather than drinking. Early experiences with a father are revisited to detach identity from needing approval.
